[0046] The magnetic field generating member (352) is connected to the first and second rigid wires (314, 324) via a clip (351).
[0047] Clips (351) are attached at regular intervals along the first and second rigid wires (314, 324). The clips (351) are firmly attached to the first and second rigid wires (314, 324) in a size that does not interfere with the first and second rigid wires (314, 324) being wound onto the first and second wire winches (316, 326).
[0048] The magnetic field generating member (352) is attached to the clip (351), and the magnetic field generating member (352) generates a magnetic field.
[0049] The magnetic field sensor (354) is mounted on the first and second wire winches (316, 326) and detects the magnetic field generated from the magnetic field generating member (352) mounted on the first and second rigid wires (314, 324) to sense the operating range of the base body (100) and the current position of the base body (100).
[0050] Meanwhile, in order to prevent various problems from occurring when a load higher than the designated load is applied to the first and second rigid wires (314, 324) due to various causes, the first and second wire winches (316, 326) are each equipped with an electronic load cell (360) as shown in FIG. 1 to sense the load applied to the first and second rigid wires (314, 324).
[0051] When the load of the first and second rigid wires (314, 324) sensed by the electronic load cell (360) is greater than the specified load, an alarm is generated through the alarm module (370) to prevent the first and second rigid wires (314, 324) from breaking and the base body (100) from falling or tipping over to the floor (2).
[0052] Hereinafter, a climbing training unit (400) and a rope training unit (500) coupled to a base body (100) will be described. In one embodiment of the present invention, the climbing training unit (400) is performed when the base body (100) is positioned parallel to a wall (1), and the rope training unit (400) is performed when the base body (100) is positioned parallel to a floor (2).
[0053] In one embodiment of the present invention, various training can be performed by utilizing either the first surface (101) or the second surface (102) of the base body (100), and when climbing training or rope training is not being performed, the base body (100) can be placed parallel to the wall (1) to utilize the floor (2) space.
[0054] FIG. 5 is an enlarged perspective view of section 'C' of FIG. 2. FIG. 6 is a perspective view showing the rope fixing member of FIG. 5 standing upright from the base body.
[0055] Referring to FIGS. 2, 5 and 6, the climbing training unit (400) can perform various climbing training by attaching a rope (401) to a first surface (101), which is an outer surface of the base body (100), while the base body (100) is positioned parallel to the wall (1), using the first surface (101) of the base body (100) and the rope (401).
[0056] The climbing training unit (400) includes a first storage groove (410), a rope fixing member (420), a rotating member (430), and a locking member (440).
[0057] The first storage groove (410) is formed on the upper surface (101) of the base body (100) in a direction parallel to the bottom (2).
[0058] The first storage groove (410) is formed concavely from the first surface (101) of the base body (100). The first storage groove (410) can be formed in a shape and size suitable for storing a rope fixing member (420) to be described later.
[0059] The depth of the first storage groove (410) is formed so that when the rope fixing member (420) is stored in the first storage groove (410), a part of the rope fixing member (420) does not protrude from the first storage groove (410).
[0060] The first storage groove (410) may have a portion corresponding to the locking pin to connect the locking pin of the locking member (440) to be described later to the rope fixing member to be described later, and additionally, the portion of the first storage groove (410) corresponding to the rotating member (430) to be described later may also be expanded to accommodate the rotating member (430).
[0061] The rope fixing member (420) has a shape and size that is stored in the first storage groove (410), and the rope fixing member (420) is formed in the shape of a rod, for example. Since a large load is applied to the rope fixing member (420), it can be formed by processing a metal rod with high rigidity.
[0062] A rope loop (422) for fixing a rope (401) is formed in the rope fixing member (420), and a plurality of rope loops (422) can be formed along the length direction of the rope fixing member (420) by means such as welding.
[0063] A rotating member (430) is formed at one end of a rope fixing member (420). The rope fixing member (420) rotates from the first surface (101) of the base body (100) around the rotating member (430).
[0064] A pair of pivot members (430) protrude in opposite directions from the surface of the rope fixing member (420) and are hinge-connected to the base body (100).
[0065] Referring again to FIG. 6, the locking member (440) prevents the rope fixing member (420) stored in the first storage groove (410) from rotating from the first surface (101) when the base body (100) is rotated toward the floor (2) by the operating unit (300).
[0066] In one embodiment of the present invention, the locking member (440) includes a locking pin (450), a locking block (460), and a reverse rotation prevention locking member (470).
[0067] The locking pin (450) is formed in the shape of a pin that penetrates a first through hole (424) that penetrates a rope fixing member (420) in a direction parallel to the first surface (101) of the base body (100), and a second through hole (426) that is formed in the base body (100) in a position corresponding to the first through hole (424) and parallel to the first through hole (424).
[0068] As the base body (100) rotates toward the floor (2) by the locking pin (450) passing through the first and second through holes (424, 426), the rope fixing member (420) is not rotated from the first surface (101).
[0069] The locking block (460) prevents reverse rotation of the rope fixing member (420) when the rope fixing member (420) is rotated vertically from the first surface (101).
[0070] The locking block (460) has a size and shape suitable for insertion into the first storage groove (410). For example, the locking block (460) may have a block shape.
[0071] When the locking block (460) is inserted into the first storage groove (410) and fitted, a block through hole (462) corresponding to the first and second through holes (423, 426) is formed in the locking block (460), and a locking pin (450) is inserted into the block through hole (462).
[0072] The locking block (460) includes a first block portion (461) inserted into a first storage portion (410) and a second block portion (463) extending in a direction that contacts the side of a rope fixing member (420) that is rotated vertically from the base body (100) from the first block portion (461).
[0073] The second block part (463) prevents reverse rotation of the rope fixing member (420) by supporting the side of the rope fixing member (420).
[0074] In one embodiment of the present invention, while the rope fixing member (420) is stored in the first storage groove (410), the locking block (460) is stored in a storage space provided inside the base body (100), thereby preventing the loss of the locking block (460).
[0075] Referring again to FIG. 6, the anti-reverse rotation locking member (470) includes a first rod portion (472) in the shape of a column that is inserted into a first through hole (424) while the rope fixing member (420) is rotated from the first surface (101) of the base body (100), a second rod portion (474) in the shape of a column that is inserted into a coupling hole (427) formed in a direction perpendicular to the first surface (101) of the base body (100), and a third rod portion (476) connecting the first and second rod portions (472, 474).
[0076] In one embodiment of the present invention, when the rope fixing member (420) is stored in the first storage groove (410), the reverse rotation prevention locking member (470) is stored in a storage space provided inside the base body (100), thereby preventing the loss of the reverse rotation prevention locking member (470).
[0077] FIG. 7 is a plan view of a rope training unit formed on a second surface of a base body according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 8 is a perspective view of FIG. 7. FIG. 9 is an enlarged view of section 'D' of FIG. 8.
[0078] Referring to FIGS. 7 to 9, the rope training unit (500) performs rope training using a column erected from the second side (102), which is opposite to the first side (101), while the base body (100) is positioned parallel to the floor (2).
[0079] The rope training unit (500) includes a second storage groove (510), a column (520), a pivot member (530), a column locking member (540), and a connecting column (570).
[0080] The second storage groove (510) is formed in the shape of a long groove or trench on the second surface (102).
[0081] The second storage groove (510) is formed in a shape and size suitable for storing the column (520) to be described later.
[0082] The depth of the second storage groove (510) is formed so that the column (520) does not protrude from the second surface (102) when the column (520) is stored in the second storage groove (510).
[0083] In one embodiment of the present invention, at least two second storage grooves (510) may be formed on the second surface (102) at regular intervals.
[0084] The column (520) is inserted into the second storage groove (510), and the column (520) serves to support the connecting column (570) to be described later.
[0085] In one embodiment of the present invention, the pillar (520) can be separated into at least two parts, and the two separated pillars (520) can be joined or separated from each other by a screw method.
[0086] In one embodiment of the present invention, the column (520) is separated into at least two parts so that they can be assembled or separated from each other, thereby allowing the connecting column (570) to be assembled or separated from the column (520) more easily and quickly.
[0087] The pivot member (530) protrudes from both ends of the column (520) to allow the column (520) to pivot relative to the second surface (102) of the base body (100).
[0088] In one embodiment of the present invention, the rotating members (530) are arranged in an alternating manner on each column (520), so that after each column (520) is rotated from the second surface (502), the columns (520) are arranged spaced apart from each other.
[0089] Referring to FIG. 9, the column locking member (540) includes a column locking pin (550) and a column locking block (560).
[0090] The column locking pin (550) includes a first locking part (554) coupled to a first fastening hole (551) formed perpendicularly to the second surface (102) on a rotating member (530) while the column (520) is erected from the second surface (101) to prevent the column (520) from rotating in the reverse direction, a column-shaped second locking part (555) coupled to a second fastening hole (553) formed parallel to the first fastening hole (551) on the second surface (102) adjacent to the first fastening hole (551), and a third locking part (556) connecting the first and second locking parts (554, 555).
[0091] As the first and second locking parts (554, 555) are coupled to the first and second fastening holes (551, 552), the rotating member (530) is prevented from rotating from the second surface (102).
[0092] In one embodiment of the present invention, the column locking member (540) can be stored in a storage space provided inside the base body (100) to prevent loss.
[0093] The column locking block (560) prevents the column (520) from rotating in the reverse direction toward the second side (102) together with the column locking member (540).
[0094] To secure the column locking block (560), two coupling grooves (515) are formed on the bottom surface of the second storage groove (410).
[0095] The column locking block (560) includes a block body (565) having a shape and size that is inserted into the second storage groove (510), and a coupling projection (516) that protrudes from the position where the block body (565) is inserted into the coupling groove (515) and is fitted into and coupled to the coupling groove (515).
[0096] The block body (565) of the column locking block (560) includes a first column locking part (562) disposed on the bottom surface of the second storage groove (410) and a second column locking part (564) protruding from the first column locking part (562) in a direction that contacts the outer surface of the column (520).
[0097] Figure 10 is an enlarged view of section 'E' of Figure 8.
[0098] Referring to FIGS. 8 and FIGS. 10, the connecting column (570) serves to interconnect a pair of columns (520) positioned to be erected from the second side (102) of the base body (100).
[0099] A connecting member (580) is formed at the top of the column (520) to connect a connecting column (570) to the top of the column (520). The connecting member (580) is rotatably connected to the top of the column (520) relative to the column (520).
[0100] An insertion hole (582) suitable for inserting the end of the connecting column (570) is formed on the side of the connecting member (580).
[0101] Meanwhile, a through hole (584) is formed on the upper surface of the connecting member (580) to expose the side of the connecting column (570) that is connected to the insertion hole (582).
[0102] A groove (572) corresponding to the through hole (584) of the connecting member (580) is formed in the connecting column (570).
[0103] To prevent separation of the connecting member (580) and the connecting column (570), a separation prevention pin (574) is fitted into the through hole (584) of the connecting member (580) and the groove (572) of the connecting column (570).
[0104] Rope loops (575) are formed at regular intervals on the connecting pillar (570), and ropes (576) are connected to the rope loops (575), thereby enabling rope training to be performed through the ropes (576).
[0105] In one embodiment of the present invention, a connecting column (570) can be freely connected to a pair of columns (520) by connecting a connecting member (580) that rotates relative to the column (520) to the upper part of the column (520).
[0106] In one embodiment of the present invention, a connecting column (570) coupled to a column (520) can be stored in a storage space provided inside the base body (100).
[0107] Meanwhile, referring again to FIG. 1, a safety unit (600) is installed in the base body (100) to prevent or avoid a safety accident in which a trainee is crushed between the base body (100) and the floor (2) when the base body (100) unexpectedly rotates to navigate the floor (2).
[0108] The safety unit (600) can prevent or avoid safety accidents by forcibly forming a space between the base body (100) and the floor (2).
[0109] The safety unit (600) is positioned parallel to the base body (100) when the base body (100) is positioned parallel to the wall (1) or the floor (2) to prevent a trainee from being crushed between the base body (100) and the floor (2).
[0110] Alternatively, when the base body (100) is positioned at an angle between the wall (1) and the floor (2), the safety unit (600) rotates in an alternating manner with the base body (100) to form a safety space between the floor (2) and the base body (100).
[0111] Specifically, the safety unit (600) includes a rotary motor (610) mounted on the side (105) of the base body (100), a safety bar (620) coupled to the rotation axis of the rotary motor (610) and coupled parallel to the side (105), and a tilt sensor (630) for sensing the tilt of the base body (100).
[0112] When the inclination formed by the base body (100) and the wall (1) and the inclination formed by the base body (100) and the floor (2) are less than or equal to the first inclination by the inclination sensor (630), the rotation motor (610) rotates the safety bar (620) parallel to the first and second surfaces (101, 102) of the base body (100). At this time, the first inclination is defined as an inclination that makes it difficult for a trainee to enter or exit.
[0113] Meanwhile, when the tilt sensor (630) determines that the tilt between the base body (100) and the wall (1) and the tilt between the base body (100) and the floor (2) is a second tilt greater than the first tilt, the rotation motor (610) rotates the safety bar (620) so as to be offset from the first and second surfaces (101, 102) of the base body (100) in response to the second tilt. For example, when the angle between the base body (100) and the wall (1) is 45°, the safety bar (620) is positioned perpendicularly to the first and second surfaces (101, 102) of the base body (100).
[0114] As explained in detail above, the climbing and rope rescue training device with improved safety can easily perform rope training or climbing training in confined spaces such as the interior of a fire station without obstructing vehicle entry and exit, and has the effect of preventing injuries or damage to trainees and preventing safety accidents.
[0115] Meanwhile, the embodiments disclosed in this drawing are merely specific examples provided to aid understanding and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention. It is obvious to those skilled in the art that other variations based on the technical concept of the invention are possible in addition to the embodiments disclosed herein.
