[0026] The second guide channel is characterized by being formed diagonally from the upper part of the first journal bearing. Effects of the invention
[0027] According to the present invention, a double journal bearing structure is characterized by including a first journal bearing and a second journal bearing that support a shaft centered on a partition wall separating a pump chamber and a motor chamber. This double journal bearing configuration stably supports both ends of the shaft, effectively suppressing eccentricity and tilting of the shaft. This solves the problem of shaft instability that occurred in conventional methods of supporting only one end or only between the pump and the motor, thereby reducing noise and wear and improving pumping efficiency. Consequently, it enhances the overall performance and durability of the oil pump system and contributes to a more compact size.
[0028] In addition, the present invention is characterized in that the first journal bearing is provided in a stepped shape including a large diameter portion and a small diameter portion, and an inner diameter space is provided so that the small diameter portion is inserted and supported at the lower center of the pump rotor. The combination of the stepped first journal bearing and the inner diameter space of the pump rotor stably seats and supports the pump rotor on the first journal bearing, thereby minimizing unnecessary movement of the pump rotor. This further reduces the amount of shaft tilting, thereby reducing leakage of the oil pump and increasing the flow rate, and reduces the variation in the air gap between the rotor and the stator, thereby minimizing compensation control and reducing current consumption.
[0029] In addition, the present invention is characterized by including a bottom flow path formed at the bottom of the pump chamber and a guide flow path formed on the surface of the first journal bearing, connected to the bottom flow path, and guiding oil into the journal bearing. The presence of such a guide flow path allows oil to flow smoothly into the shaft support, thereby effectively assisting in the lubrication of the bearing. This reduces bearing friction, prevents wear, extends bearing life, and contributes to increasing the efficiency of the entire system.
[0030] In addition, the present invention is characterized by a guide channel comprising a first guide channel, a second guide channel, and a third guide channel, each formed in the vertical longitudinal direction on the outer surface, upper surface, and inner surface of the first journal bearing, respectively, and communicating with one another. This complex channel structure induces oil to move efficiently and sequentially from the bottom channel into the interior of the first journal bearing and into the hollow upper region of the shaft. This optimizes the circulation of lubricating oil within the bearing, thereby suppressing the generation of frictional heat, ensuring stable operation of the bearing, and facilitating smooth rotational movement of the shaft.
[0031] In addition, the present invention is characterized by the second guide channel being formed in a diagonal shape on the upper part of the first journal bearing. This diagonal second guide channel optimizes the flow path so that oil can move more smoothly along the rotational direction of the pump rotor. This reduces oil flow resistance, thereby maximizing lubrication efficiency and providing the effect of further enhancing the stable operation of the bearing.
[0032] In addition, the pump cover of the present invention is characterized by comprising a first space and a second space, wherein these are positioned above the suction and discharge areas of the pump. These spaces act as oil pockets to accommodate a portion of oil, thereby facilitating the smooth rotation of the pump rotor, preventing wear, and improving pressure pulsation. This contributes to improving the operational stability and durability of the pump and reducing noise.
[0033] In addition, the present invention is characterized in that the first space and the second space are formed such that their width increases from one side to the other, and a projection protruding inward is provided at the end of the wide area of the first space, thereby dividing the end. This shape helps to ensure that oil is uniformly dispersed and efficiently compressed to match the shape of the suction port at the bottom of the pump chamber. As a result, pumping efficiency is increased and pressure pulsation is effectively reduced, thereby optimizing the overall performance of the pump.
[0034] In addition, the present invention is characterized in that the upper region of the shaft is formed in a hollow shape, while the middle and lower regions are formed in a solid shape. Since the upper region of the shaft is formed in a hollow shape, oil can move along a guide path and be filled, and this filled oil moves to a cover center hole located in the center of the pump cover to perform the function of a buffer or damper space. This helps the smooth rotational movement of the shaft, improves lubrication, and provides the effect of enhancing the stability of the system.
[0035] In addition, the present invention is characterized by having a suction passage provided in the housing, and a temperature sensor unit for measuring the oil temperature before it flows into the pump chamber is disposed outside the pump chamber on the suction port or suction passage. By detecting and monitoring the oil temperature in real time through this temperature sensor unit, the operating conditions of the oil pump system can be accurately analyzed and managed. This enables stable operation of the system by optimizing the performance of the oil pump in a system sensitive to oil temperature changes and preventing potential overheating or damage caused by temperature fluctuations.
[0036] In addition, the present invention is characterized by providing a temperature sensor unit mounting section in which a temperature sensor unit is installed in a control housing, wherein the temperature sensor unit includes a sensor section exposed on an intake port or intake path and a connecting leg connecting the sensor section to a control board. This configuration rapidly and accurately transmits oil temperature information to the control board through a direct connection between the sensor section and the control board. This ensures stable operation of the system by allowing the control board to efficiently manage the operating status of the motor and continuously monitor the oil temperature, and improves the performance and durability of the oil pump by optimizing the operating conditions of the motor section based on the collected temperature data.
[0037] In addition, the present invention is characterized by providing a sealing unit in the temperature sensor unit installation section that surrounds at least a portion of the connection leg of the temperature sensor unit and seals the space. This sealing unit effectively prevents oil from the oil passage from penetrating toward the control board, thereby preventing damage to the control board caused by oil leakage and the intrusion of foreign substances. This contributes to ensuring the reliability of electronic components and the long-term stability of the system.
[0038] In addition, the present invention further includes a protrusion such that one side of the control housing faces the motor chamber, the protrusion is inserted into the housing, and a sealing member is provided between the protrusion and the housing to provide airtightness, thereby preventing the ingress of foreign substances or the external leakage of oil.
[0039] In addition, the present invention is characterized by including a gasket installed inside a control housing and a control housing cover, wherein a fixing damper is provided on the gasket to fix the control board by pressing it while contacting the control board or partially covering it. This fixing damper performs the function of firmly fixing the control board in place by directly pressing the edge corners of the control board. This protects the control board from external shocks or vibrations, ensuring stable operation of the system and providing ease of assembly.
[0040] In addition, the present invention is characterized by having a bent portion provided at the corner of the gasket, and a fixed damper provided in a fan-shaped or arc-shaped form on the inner side of the bent portion. The specific shape of this bent portion and the fixed damper facilitates the installation of the control board and minimizes interference with other components without significantly increasing the volume of the gasket. Furthermore, it reduces material costs and provides spatial clearance for the elastic deformation of the fixed damper, thereby enabling the fixing function to be performed more effectively.
[0041] In addition, the present invention relates to a power transmission device having a double journal bearing comprising a first journal bearing and a second journal bearing that support a rotating body around a partition wall dividing a rotating body chamber and a motor chamber. This provides a generalized effect that is not limited to electric oil pumps but can be applied to various power transmission devices utilizing shafts (e.g., pumps, actuators). By providing stable support for the shaft, eccentricity and tilting of the rotating body are prevented, thereby improving the overall performance and durability of the power transmission device.
[0042] In addition, the present invention is characterized in that the first journal bearing is provided in a stepped form including a large diameter portion and a small diameter portion, and an inner diameter space is provided so that the small diameter portion is inserted and supported at the lower center of the rotating body. This enables stable support of the rotating body not only for electric oil pumps but also for general electric devices including the rotating body, thereby providing the effect of improving noise, wear, and efficiency issues of the rotating device and extending its lifespan.
[0043] In addition, the present invention is characterized by including a bottom passage formed at the bottom of the rotating body chamber and a guide passage formed on the surface of the first journal bearing, connected to the bottom passage, and guiding oil into the journal bearing. This configuration facilitates bearing lubrication within the electric drive device, thereby reducing friction of rotating parts and suppressing heat generation. This contributes to increasing the efficiency of the electric drive device and extending its operating life.
[0044] In addition, the present invention is characterized in that the guide passage includes a first guide passage, a second guide passage, and a third guide passage, each formed in the vertical direction on the outer surface, upper surface, and inner surface of the first journal bearing, respectively, and communicates with each other. This optimizes the circulation of lubricating oil in the bearing within the transmission device, thereby reducing bearing wear and ensuring stable operation. In particular, by enabling oil to efficiently reach the interior of the bearing with a complex structure, it increases the reliability of the entire system.
[0045] In addition, the present invention is characterized by the second guide channel being formed diagonally on the upper part of the first journal bearing. This diagonal channel configuration facilitates the smoother flow of oil in alignment with the rotational direction of the rotating body, thereby maximizing lubrication efficiency. This provides the effect of extending the bearing life of the electric drive device and improving overall operating efficiency by reducing unnecessary energy loss. Brief explanation of the drawing

[0075] The connecting wire (final end of the winding) provided in the motor part (400) is connected to the control board (180) by a connecting part (not shown) as described below. The connection structure will be explained in detail later.
[0076] A control housing (150) is provided at the bottom of the motor part (400), a control board (180) is provided at the bottom of the control board housing (150), and a control housing cover (170) is provided at the bottom of the control board (180).
[0077] A protrusion (152) is provided on the upper part of the control housing (150) and protrudes upward, and a sealing member (153) is provided on the outer edge of the protrusion (152). It is preferable that the sealing member (153) be provided on the outer surface of the protrusion (152) and on the inner surface of the housing (100).
[0078] Therefore, when the protrusion (152) is inserted into and coupled to the housing (especially the lower housing (140)) (100), the seal is maintained by the sealing member (153), preventing oil leakage and foreign matter from entering.
[0079] In particular, some of the pumped oil flows into the motor chamber (400) to cool the motor (400), and the sealing member (153) prevents the oil from leaking out.
[0080] Meanwhile, a temperature sensor unit (600) is provided in the control housing (150).
[0081] The temperature sensor unit (600) includes a sensor section (610) and a pin-shaped connecting leg (620) connected to the lower part of the sensor section (610), and the connecting leg (620) transmits the oil temperature information recognized by the sensor section (610) to the control board (180).
[0082] A tube-shaped temperature sensor unit mounting portion (151) is provided in the control housing (150), a sensor terminal (620) is inserted therein, and a sensor element (610) is installed so as to be exposed to the outside of the temperature sensor unit mounting portion (151), thereby enabling the temperature of the oil to be measured in the intake port or intake path.
[0083] As illustrated in FIGS. 5 to 8, the suction path (10) includes a first suction path (11) connected to the suction port (10a) and arranged in a first direction, a second suction path (12) connected to the first suction path (11) and arranged in a second direction, and a third suction path (13) connected to the second suction path (12), connected to the pump chamber, and arranged in a third direction.
[0084] In FIGS. 5 to 8, the dotted arrows illustrate the flow of oil being sucked from the oil intake port (10a) to the suction port (111) provided in the pump chamber (110).
[0085] Also, in FIG. 8, the solid arrows illustrate the flow of oil exiting from the discharge port (112) of the pump chamber (110) to the oil outlet (20a).
[0086] A portion of the temperature sensor unit (600) is positioned on the first suction path (11) or the second suction path (12), and is preferably located in a space communicating with the suction port (10a). However, the position is not limited to this, and it may be installed at any part of the suction path (10) before it flows into the pump chamber (110).
[0087] One of the main features of the present invention is that a temperature sensor unit (600) for measuring the temperature of oil is placed on the suction channel (10) or suction port (10a) to measure the temperature of the oil before it flows into the pump chamber (110).
[0088] Thus, it is designed to detect the temperature of the oil flowing into the pump chamber (110) in real time and to control the flow rate of the oil so that a constant temperature can be maintained or the temperature can be controlled as needed.
[0089] This structure greatly helps optimize the performance of the oil pump and provide long-term stability in systems sensitive to oil temperature changes.
[0090] In particular, since the oil temperature data is continuously monitored through the temperature sensor unit (600), the operating conditions of the oil pump system can be accurately analyzed and managed.
[0091] The placement of these temperature sensor units (600) increases the operational efficiency of the system and enables continuous safe operation of the system by preventing potential overheating or damage caused by temperature fluctuations.
[0092] As described above, the suction channel (10) is directly connected to the suction port (10a) and includes a first suction channel (11) arranged in a first direction, a second suction channel (12) arranged in a second direction and connected to the first suction channel (11), and a third suction channel (13) arranged in a third direction and connected to the second suction channel (12) and coupled to the pump chamber (110).
[0093] At least a portion of the temperature sensor unit (600) is positioned on the second suction path (12) and arranged to face the outlet of the first suction path (11). This is a feature designed to efficiently detect the temperature of the oil flow. This configuration contributes to optimizing the performance of the oil pump and increasing the stability of the system.
[0094] The second suction channel (12) is formed to be long in the vertical direction, the first suction channel (11) is connected to the side of the lower region of the second suction channel (12), the third suction channel (13) is connected to the upper portion (e.g., the top portion) of the third suction channel (13), and the third suction channel (13) is connected to the suction port (111) of the pump chamber (110).
[0095] A temperature sensor unit installation part (151) is installed at the bottom of the second suction channel (12), and a temperature sensor unit (600) is installed therein, and in particular, a sensor part (610) is exposed above it.
[0096] As illustrated in FIGS. 10 and 11, the temperature sensor unit (600) has the following components. The sensor portion (610) is exposed above the temperature sensor unit mounting portion (151), and the connecting leg (620) extends downward and is connected to the control board (180).
[0097] Meanwhile, a sealing unit (642) is installed inside the temperature sensor unit installation part (151) so that oil in the oil passage does not penetrate toward the control board while the sensor part (610) is installed in the temperature sensor unit installation part (151), and sealing treatment can be performed, for example, by silicone potting.
[0098] Accordingly, the sealing unit (62) can fill the interior of the temperature sensor unit installation part (151) while the portion of the connecting leg (620) formed in a "Y" shape and the lower part of the sensor part (610) are accommodated inside the sealing unit (642).
[0099] Meanwhile, a sealing member (641) is also provided on the outer surface of the temperature sensor unit installation part (151) to prevent oil leakage or the intrusion of foreign substances.
[0100] As illustrated in FIGS. 12 and 13, the terminal includes a first terminal (510) that is integrally formed in the terminal housing (160) and bent into a 'C' shape, and a second terminal (520) that is integrally formed in the control housing (150) and arranged in a '1' shape.
[0101] The first terminal (510) connects the external device and the control board (180), and the second terminal (520) connects the motor (400) and the control board (180). To this end, a first connection hole (181) is provided on one side of the control board (180), into which the end of the first terminal (510) is inserted and connected (fitting or soldering, etc.).
[0102] Additionally, a second connection hole (182) is provided on the other side of the control board (180) so that the end of the second terminal (520) is inserted and connected (fitting or soldering, etc.).
[0103] Meanwhile, the control board (180) is also provided with a third connection hole (183) into which a connection leg (620) of a temperature sensor unit (600) can be inserted and connected (fitting or soldering, etc.).
[0104] The control board (180) performs control of the motor unit (400) and further provides the function of measuring the temperature of the oil on the pump suction side. Through this, the control board (180) efficiently manages the operating state of the motor and continuously monitors the oil temperature to ensure stable operation of the system.
[0105] In particular, the performance and durability of the oil pump (1) are improved by optimizing the operating conditions of the motor unit (400) based on temperature data collected through the temperature sensor unit (600). Integrated control and monitoring of the entire system are possible, enabling stable and efficient operation of the oil pump even under various environmental conditions.
[0106] To this end, specifically, the control board (180) is provided with a control unit and a communication unit in the form of a component. The communication unit is responsible for transmitting oil temperature information and pump operation status information to an external engine control unit (ECU), and the control unit executes commands transmitted from the ECU, namely commands issued based on oil temperature information and pump operation status.
[0107] Accordingly, the performance of the electric oil pump is optimized by controlling the motor's rotational speed and the resulting pump operation. This increases pump efficiency through proper oil temperature management and enables the ECU to monitor and control the pump's operating status as needed.
[0108] Through the interaction between the communication unit and the control unit, the present invention enables the operation of the electric oil pump to be controlled more precisely and quickly.
[0109] FIGS. 13 to 16 illustrate a sealing state by a gasket (190) installed around a control board (180).
[0110] As illustrated in FIG. 15, a gasket (190) is positioned to surround the edge of the control board (180), and the gasket (190) is positioned between the control housing cover (170) and the control housing (150).
[0111] The gasket (190) is designed to primarily prevent fluid or foreign matter from entering the control housing (150) and secondarily to press the edge corners of the control board (180) to secure the control board (180) in place.
[0112] A through hole (155) through which a fastening member (175), such as a screw, passes is provided in the corner portion of the control housing (150), and a through hole support member (155a) that supports the through hole (155) is provided in a rib shape around the through hole (155).
[0113] The gasket (190) is provided in the form of a closed curve and is positioned on the inner side of each side of the control housing (150) and on the inside of the through hole support (115), and a control board (180) is positioned inside the gasket (190). A bending portion (193) is provided at the corner of the gasket (190), and a fixed damper (192) is provided at the bending portion (193).
[0114] The bent portion (193) is provided to correspond to the shape of the inner circumferential edge of the through hole support portion (155a). Accordingly, the bent portion (193) is formed concavely from the outside to the inside of the gasket (190), and it is preferable that it be provided in a fan shape or arc shape on the inside of the bent portion (193), but the shape is not limited to this.
[0115] The fixed damper (192) serves to fix the control board (180) by covering the corner edge portion of the control board (180) from below. To this end, one side of the body portion (edge portion) of the gasket (190) and one side of the fixed damper (192) are arranged on the same plane, and the other side of the body portion (edge portion) of the gasket and the other side of the fixed damper (192) are provided in a stepped shape.
[0116] The corner portion of the control board (180) is positioned at that height of the step and is covered or pressed and supported by the fixed damper (192).
[0117] Since the thin fixed damper (192) does not significantly increase the volume of the gasket (190), the control board (180) can be easily installed during assembly and does not interfere with other components of the control housing (150).
[0118] At least one of the front or rear of the fixed damper (192) is provided with a reduction portion (192a) to form a concave area, which can serve to reduce material costs while also providing a spatial margin for deformation when the fixed damper (192) is in close contact with the control board and undergoes elastic deformation.
[0119] On either the inner or outer surface of the gasket (190), a plurality of fixing protrusions (191a) are provided to press against the inner wall surface of the control housing (150) or the outer wall surface of the control board (180) to fix the position of the gasket. A plurality of fixing protrusions (191a) are arranged spaced apart from each other along the outer or inner wall surface of the gasket (190).
[0120] A fixed damper (192) is provided at the corner or edge portion of the control board (180), and the corner or edge of the control board is positioned in the stepped area formed by the fixed damper (192) of the gasket (190).
[0121] In this state, when the control housing cover (170) is covered, the gasket (190) is subjected to pressure by the pressure of the control housing cover (170), and the gasket (190) is compressed as it undergoes elastic deformation due to this pressure.
[0122] In particular, the fixed damper (192) is elastically deformed, and the fixed damper (192) portion that is in close contact with the control board (180) presses the control board (180), so the position of the PCB can be fixed.
[0123] Furthermore, because the fixed projection (191a) provided on the gasket (190) undergoes frictional contact and elastic deformation, the inner wall surface of the control housing (150) and the outer wall surface of the control board (180) can be connected to each other through the fixed projection (191a) of the gasket.
[0124] As illustrated in FIG. 17, the pump chamber (110) of the housing (100) is equipped with a pump rotor (310) that is implemented in a gear shape and rotates in conjunction with a shaft (300), and a pump ring (320) that surrounds the pump rotor (310), has inner teeth corresponding to the outer teeth of the pump rotor (310), and forms a pumping space together with the pump rotor (310).
[0125] And, a pump cover (120) is provided on the upper part of the pump chamber (110).
[0126] The pump cover (120) includes a cover center hole (121) into which the end of the shaft (330) is inserted and which is provided at the center of the pump cover (120), a first space portion (122) in the shape of an arc or a folded shape arranged to face each other with the cover center hole (121), and a second space portion (123).
[0127] Here, the cover insertion hole (121) serves as a buffer or damper space, and by filling this part with oil, it can help the shaft (330) rotate smoothly.
[0128] The first space (122) is positioned above the suction area of the pump, and the second space (123) is positioned above the discharge area of the pump. The first and second spaces (122, 123) serve as oil pockets, and by accommodating a portion of oil within them, they help the pump rotor (310) rotate smoothly, prevent wear, and improve pressure pulsation.
[0129] The first space (122) and the second space (123) are formed such that their width increases from one side to the other, and a projection (122a) protruding inward is provided at the end of the first space (122) where the width is wide, thereby dividing the end where the width is wide.
[0130] This is formed to fit the shape of the suction port (113) at the bottom of the pump chamber (110), and by forming this divided shape, uniform dispersion of oil and efficient compression and pulsation reduction can be achieved in the oil compression space (the space between the outer teeth of the rotor and the inner teeth of the pumping ring).
[0131] As illustrated in FIGS. 18 to 23, a partition wall (103) is provided to partition the pump chamber (110) and the motor chamber (130). Additionally, a first journal bearing (101) is provided to extend from one side of the partition wall (103) (upper side in FIG. 18) and support a shaft (330), and a second journal bearing (102) is provided to extend from the other side of the partition wall (103) (lower side in FIG. 18) and extend opposite to the first journal bearing (101) and support a shaft (330).
[0132] The first journal bearing (101) is provided in a stepped shape including a large diameter portion (101a) and a small diameter portion (101b) extending from the large diameter portion (101a), and as shown in FIG. 19, an inner diameter space (311) formed inwardly is provided at the lower center of the pump rotor (or rotating body) (310) so that the small diameter portion (101b) is inserted and supported.
[0133] Accordingly, when the inner diameter space (311) of the pump rotor (310) is placed in the small diameter portion (101b), the small diameter portion (101b) is inserted therein, and the lower surface of the pump rotor (310) can be placed on the bottom surface (or upper surface) of the large diameter portion (101a) and supported.
[0134] A bottom flow path (106) is formed at the bottom of the pump chamber (110). And, a guide flow path (1010) is provided, which is formed on a part of the surface of the first journal bearing (101), particularly the small diameter portion (101a), and is connected to the bottom flow path (106) to guide oil into the journal bearing (101, 102).
[0135] The guide channel (1010) includes a first guide channel (1011) formed along the vertical length direction on the outer surface of the small diameter portion (101a) of the first journal bearing (101) and communicating with the bottom channel (106), a second guide channel (1012) connected to the first guide channel (1011) and formed on the upper surface of the small diameter portion (101a) of the first journal bearing (101), and a third guide channel (1013) formed along the vertical length direction on the inner surface of the small diameter portion (101a) of the first journal bearing (101) and communicating with the second guide channel (1012).
[0136] In particular, the second guide channel (1012) is formed diagonally on the upper part of the small diameter portion (101a) of the first journal bearing (101), so as to be arranged along the rotational direction of the pump rotor (310) to allow oil to move smoothly in the order of bottom channel (106) -> first guide channel (1011) -> second guide channel (1012) -> third guide channel (1013) when the pump rotor (310) rotates.
[0137] Meanwhile, the upper region (330a) of the shaft (330) is located in the pump chamber (110) and is provided in a hollow form, the middle region (330b) of the shaft (330) is located in the journal bearing (101, 102) and is provided in a solid form, and the lower region of the shaft (330) is located in the motor chamber (130) and is provided in a solid form.
[0138] By providing the upper region (330a) of the shaft (330) in a hollow shape, oil can move along the guide path (1010) through that part and be filled with oil, and the filled oil can move to the cover center hole (121) in the center of the pump cover (120).
[0139] The cover center hole (121) acts as a buffer or damper space due to the oil that has moved, and by filling this part with oil, it can help the shaft (330) rotate smoothly.
[0140] As illustrated in FIG. 19, the overall height of the journal bearing formed by the first journal bearing (101), the second journal bearing (102), and the partition wall (103) is indicated by H. The small diameter portion (101b) of the first journal bearing (101) rises further upward, increasing the height of the journal bearing. Consequently, the area supporting the shaft (330) also increases, allowing the shaft to maintain a stable vertical state without becoming eccentric or tilted.
[0141] Reducing the amount of shaft tilting improves the overall efficiency of the oil pump, as this reduces pump leakage to increase flow rate, and also reduces rotor and stator air gap fluctuations, thereby minimizing compensation control and reducing current consumption.
[0142] The application area of the journal bearing of the present invention can be widely applied not only to electric oil pumps but also to electric components (e.g., pumps, actuators) that utilize rotating shafts.
[0143] FIG. 23 illustrates a state in which a motor (400) and a control housing (150) according to the present invention are combined, and FIG. 24 is an exploded view. The control housing (150) comprises a control board (180) housed therein to form a controller.
[0144] The motor (400) is implemented as a BLCD motor.
[0145] The motor (400) includes a rotor (410) and a stator (420), and the rotor (410) includes a rotor core (411) in which a shaft hole is formed in the center, and a plurality of magnets (412) arranged along the outer circumference of the rotor core (411). Each magnet is arranged alternately with different poles. In the present invention, 10 magnets are given as an example, but are not limited thereto.
[0146] The stator (420) includes a stator core (4200), a first insulator (4210) and a second insulator (4220) coupled to the stator core (4200) from above and below, a plurality of windings (4240) wound around the outer surface of the first and second insulators (4210, 4220) arranged in the tooth profile of the stator core (4200), and a connecting line (4250) that serially connects the plurality of windings (4240) for each phase (U phase, V phase, W phase).
[0147] The stator core (4200) is provided with a plurality of teeth (4201) arranged in a T shape on the inside, and slots (4202) are provided between the teeth. Additionally, a yoke (4203) is provided in a circular shape behind the teeth to form a magnetic circuit.
[0148] Each of the first and second insulators (4210, 4220) is provided with a tooth receiving portion (4211, 4221), and a yoke receiving portion (4212, 4222) is provided on the outer side.
[0149] In the present invention, winding coils of the same phase (U: U1~U4, V: V1~V4, W: W1~W4) are connected in series with each other, and the final wire of each series-connected winding coil is connected to a control module one by one for each phase.
[0150] BLDC motors are usually configured with a Y-connection or a delta connection. In the present invention, each phase is connected in series so that three phase lines and a common line are finally produced, resulting in a variation of the Y-connection (star connection).
[0151] In the case of a Y connection, one end of each of the three phases (U, V, W) meets at a single point to form a neutral point, and the other ends each emerge as phase lines. Connecting multiple U, V, and W phases in series means that there are multiple coils constituting each phase and these are connected in series, and this is implemented with three phase lines and one common line.
[0152] A connecting wire (4250) that connects the windings of the same phase in series is positioned inside and outside the second insulator (4212) constituting the stator (420) and is provided in a shape that wraps around at least a part of the second insulator (4212).
[0153] In the present invention, as shown in FIG. 25(a), 12 winding coils (4240) are arranged in a stator (420), with each phase arranged in order and the order being repeated.
[0154] Here, the short dashed rectangle indicates the U phase (4240U), the long dashed rectangle indicates the V phase (4240V), and the solid rectangle indicates the W phase (4240U).
[0155] In the case of the conventional technology, as illustrated in FIG. 25(b), the same type of coils in each slot are connected to each other using a busbar and a winding coil wire, and seven connectors (C) connected to the coils are provided, and after the seven connectors (C) are connected to the busbars (B1, B2, B3), the terminals of the busbars are connected to the controller.
[0156] However, the present invention is characterized by omitting the busbar as shown in FIG. 25(c) and connecting the three final lines of each phase's winding coil (one for U phase, one for V phase, and one for W phase; 4250U, 4250V, 4250W) and one common line to the controller.
[0157] Each of the three final lines and one common line of each phase's winding coil is connected to the second terminal (520) by each of the four connecting parts (500).
[0158] Looking at the specific arrangement structure, four second terminals (see FIG. 13, 520) are arranged in an arc shape at an angle of, for example, 120 degrees in the control housing (150), and their lower ends protrude and are connected to the second connection hole (182) of the control board (170).
[0159] Additionally, the second terminal (520) is positioned to protrude above the control housing (150) (see FIG. 9(b)). To connect the second terminal (520) protruding upward to the end of the connecting line of each phase's winding coil and the common line, a separate, easy-to-assemble, and small-sized connecting part (5000) is provided, which is not in the form of a busbar.
[0160] As illustrated in FIGS. 26 and 28, the connection portion (5000) includes a first connection portion (5100) to which a second terminal (520) is connected, a second connection portion (5200) to which a final line (4250: 4250U, 4250V, 4250W) of a winding coil or a common line (COM) is connected, and an intermediate portion (5300) provided between the first connection portion (5100) and the second connection portion (5200).
[0161] The first connecting part (5100) includes two mutually spaced first connecting branches (5110) and a first slit (5120) provided between the first connecting branches (5110) into which a first terminal (520) is inserted.
[0162] The first slit (5210) has a shape in which its width narrows from bottom to top and then widens again. Meanwhile, a straight groove (5111) is formed to provide elasticity for ease of deformation (spreading) and increased adhesion of the first connecting branch (5110) and the first slit (5210) when the first terminal (520) is inserted.
[0163] The second connecting portion (5200) is formed so as to face each other closely or forms a second slit (5220) narrower than the first slit (5120), and includes a second connecting branch (5210) that holds the final line (4250) of the winding while elastically deforming as the final line (4250) of the winding is inserted.
[0164] The spacing of the second connecting branches (5210) facing each other is formed to become narrower from top to bottom, and the narrowest parts are butted together or slightly separated.
[0165] Meanwhile, diagonal grooves (5211) are provided on both sides of the second connecting branch (5210). These grooves (5211) are provided to allow for a gap so that the second connecting branch (5210) can spread out to both sides when the final wire (4250) of the winding is inserted.
[0166] The edge of the second connecting branch (5210) is formed sharply so that when the final wire (4250) of the winding is inserted into the second slot (5220), the coating or covering provided on the final wire (4250) of the winding is peeled off or removed by the end of the second connecting branch (5210), making it possible to conduct electricity.
[0167] Meanwhile, in the middle section (53000), a groove (5310) is provided that is formed adjacent to the second slit (5220) and is positioned so that the final line (4250) of the winding is seated thereon or is positioned adjacent to the final line (4250) of the winding.
[0168] The number of winding coils (4240) of the present invention is equal to the number of slots (4203) of the stator, and the slots (4203) refer to the entire recessed portion of the stator core (4200) into which the winding coils (4240) are inserted, beyond simply the space where the winding coils (4240) are wound, and refer to the space where the winding coils (4211) can be placed within the stator core (400).
[0169] With such a structure, the stator (420) of the present invention includes 12 slots, and the rotor (410) includes a rotor core (411) and 10 magnets (412) installed on the rotor core (411), thereby enabling the realization of a 10-pole 12-slot structure.
[0170] Meanwhile, although the present invention has described the connection part (5000) being composed of 4 parts, the connection part can be implemented with 3 parts.
[0171] In the case where there are 4 connection parts (5000), the final line of the U-phase winding (4250U), the final line of the V-phase winding (4250V), the final line of the W-phase winding (4250W), and the common line (COM) are each connected to each connection part.
[0172] In the case where there are three connection parts, one of the three connection parts is configured as a double connection part (5000') and the remaining two are connected as single connection parts (5000).
[0173] The double connection part (5000') is a form in which two single connection parts (5000) are connected by a bridge (5500).
[0174] One of the final line of the U-phase winding (4250U), the final line of the V-phase winding (4250V), and the final line of the W-phase winding (4250W), and a common line (COM) are connected to the double connection section (5000'). Then, the final lines of the remaining phases that are not connected to the double connection section are connected to the remaining two single connection sections (5000).
[0175] For example, the reason for installing the common line (COM) and U-line in the double connection and connecting the remaining two lines (V and W lines) to the two single connection sections is as follows.
[0176] The common line (COM) must always be connected together with other lines. By placing the common line into the double connection part (5000'), it is convenient to connect two lines at once with a single connection part (5000').
[0177] There is also the advantage of preventing wiring errors. If only two phase lines (e.g., U, V) are connected to the double connection section (5000') and the common line (COM) is connected to a separate single connection section (5000), there is a risk that the motor will malfunction or be damaged when the common line (COM) is not connected. The common line (COM) is important because it is the reference point that supplies power to all phases of the motor.
[0178] In addition, space efficiency can be increased by processing four lines into three connection points, and by bundling two core lines (a common line and one phase line) into one double connection point (5000'), the overall wiring density can be reduced.
[0179] In addition, it provides a connection part that allows for easy connection of wiring or terminals, and has the advantage of simplifying assembly between the controller and the motor by easily connecting a controller equipped with a second terminal while the connection part is coupled to the motor.
[0180] Although the present invention has been described above with reference to the embodiments illustrated in the drawings, this is merely for the purpose of explaining the invention, and those skilled in the art will understand that various modifications or equivalent embodiments are possible from the detailed description of the invention.
[0181] Therefore, the true scope of rights of the present invention must be determined by the technical concept of the patent claims. Explanation of the symbols
