Description

Technology Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a garment processing device, and more specifically, to a garment processing device comprising a driving unit connected to a drum that accommodates garments and capable of rotating the drum. Background Technology

[0002] A clothing processing device is a device that performs various processing steps on clothing, such as washing or drying, and includes washing machines, dryers, refreshers (stylers), etc.

[0003] A washing machine is equipped to perform a washing process capable of separating and removing foreign substances from clothing by supplying water and detergent to the clothing. A dryer can be classified into an exhaust type or a circulating type depending on factors such as air circulation, and both exhaust and circulating dryers are equipped to perform a drying process that removes moisture present in the clothing by heating air and supplying it to the clothing.

[0004] The garment processing device may include a driving unit for rotating a drum, and the driving unit may be connected to the drum in various ways to provide rotational force.

[0005] As a related document, Korean Patent Publication No. 10-2019-0121656 discloses a clothing processing device in which a driving unit is positioned on the lower side inside a cabinet and connected using a drum belt.

[0006] The above-mentioned clothing processing device corresponds to a dryer capable of drying clothing and includes a circulation path that receives air from a drum and supplies it back to the drum, and a heat pump connected to the circulation path to heat the air.

[0007] Since the drive shaft of the drive unit and the rotation axis of the drum are not aligned in the above-mentioned garment processing device, power from the drive unit is supplied to the drum using a separate power transmission medium such as a belt.

[0008] When the drive unit is located on the bottom of the cabinet and provides rotational force to the drum using a belt, a separate transmission, such as a reduction gear, for increasing torque can be omitted because there is a large difference in diameter between the drive shaft, etc. and the drum.

[0009] However, if rotational force is provided from the drive unit to the drum using a belt, slip is likely to occur between the belt and the drive unit or between the belt and the drum due to the rotational speed of the drive shaft or the inertia of the drum.

[0010] Therefore, the above-mentioned garment processing device may be disadvantageous in terms of efficiency due to slippage, and restrictions may arise on changing the rotational speed or direction of rotation of the drive shaft, making it difficult to apply an efficient drum rotation strategy.

[0011] Furthermore, since the air circulation unit and heat pump are positioned at the same time as the drive unit in the base portion provided at the bottom of the cabinet, for example, at the bottom of the cabinet, the above-mentioned clothing processing device may be disadvantageous due to restrictions on the arrangement of components and limitations on the space that can be allocated to each component.

[0012] Meanwhile, unlike the above-mentioned garment processing device, the drive unit can be positioned at the rear side of the drum rather than at the lower side of the cabinet and connected to the drum. In this case, components such as a belt for connecting the drive unit to the drum can be omitted.

[0013] As related literature, Japanese Patent Publication JPS55-081914A, Japanese Patent Publication JPS55-115455A, Japanese Patent Publication JPS57-063724A, and Japanese Patent Publication JPS57-124674A disclose a clothing processing device in which a driving part is fixed to the rear side of a cabinet.

[0014] The above clothing processing device may be configured such that a driving unit is positioned at the rear of the drum to rotate the drum, and thus the driving shaft of the driving unit and the rotational shaft of the drum may be aligned, allowing the driving unit to directly rotate the drum without using a belt or the like.

[0015] Accordingly, slip phenomena occurring in belts, etc., are resolved, and the rotation of the drive shaft can be directly transmitted to the drum, which can be advantageous for establishing a rotation strategy for the drum.

[0016] However, the above-mentioned clothing processing device corresponds to a dryer, and unlike a washing machine, it has a built-in drum and does not have a tub for holding water; therefore, the drive unit is connected to the rear panel of the cabinet at the rear of the drum.

[0017] Furthermore, the above-mentioned clothing processing device supplies air into the drum to dry the clothing, and an air flow section for supplying air into the drum may be provided at the rear side of the drum to smoothly supply air into the interior of the rotating drum.

[0018] Accordingly, an air flow section is provided along with a driving section at the rear side of the drum in the above-mentioned garment processing device, and designing the rear of the cabinet including the driving section and the air flow section becomes an important task.

[0019] As a related document, Korean Patent Publication No. 10-2020-0065932 discloses a clothing processing device in which a driving unit is coupled to the rear of a cabinet located at the rear of a drum, and furthermore, an air flow unit is provided to flow air toward the rear side of the drum while facing the rear side of the drum.

[0020] The above-described clothing processing device has a drive unit coupled to the rear surface of a cabinet facing the center from the rear of the drum, and is provided with a flow section through which air flows around the drive unit.

[0021] The above-mentioned flow section is provided with a duct coupled thereto, in which a space for air flow is formed on the rear surface of the cabinet, and the rear surface of the cabinet is provided with a plurality of holes formed in front of the duct so that air inside the duct is supplied to the rear surface of the drum.

[0022] However, since the above-mentioned clothing processing device is coupled with a separate duct member protruding rearward from the rear of the cabinet to form the fluid section, additional fixing is required for the coupling of the duct member, and air leakage between the duct member and the rear of the cabinet may occur, which may be disadvantageous.

[0023] In addition, since a plurality of holes are formed in front of the duct member on the rear of the cabinet, a punching process of the cabinet must be added, and furthermore, the forward flow of air in the area other than the holes is obstructed, which may be disadvantageous for supplying air to the rear of the drum.

[0024] Meanwhile, the drive unit coupled to the cabinet is provided on the cabinet, and if the drive unit is provided inside the cabinet, the drive unit occupies space inside the cabinet, which may be disadvantageous in terms of securing and utilizing space inside the cabinet; and if the drive unit is provided outside the cabinet, the overall length from the drum to the drive unit increases, which may unnecessarily increase the volume of the cabinet and cause problems regarding the stable fixation, protection, and heat dissipation of the drive unit.

[0025] In addition, when an air flow section is formed in the rear plate and air is supplied to the rear of the drum, a gap may occur between the flow section and the rear of the drum due to the characteristics of the drum, which corresponds to a rotating body, and the rear plate, which corresponds to a stationary body.

[0026] Air flowing out from the flow section may leak to the outside of the rear of the drum through the gap between the flow section and the rear of the drum, and if air leakage occurs, it leads to a loss of air flow supplied through the flow section, which may reduce the drying efficiency of the garment processing device.

[0027] Therefore, developing an air flow section with an efficient structure for supplying air from the rear plate to the drum, effectively securing and utilizing the space inside the cabinet, and further developing an efficient sealing structure for the flow section to effectively suppress air leakage is an important task in this technical field. The problem to be solved

[0028] Embodiments of the present invention aim to provide a garment processing device in which a driving unit and a drum are directly connected to effectively transmit power from the driving unit to the drum and enable the application of an efficient rotation method of the drum.

[0029] In addition, embodiments of the present invention aim to provide a clothing processing device comprising an air flow section with an efficient structure for supplying air from a rear plate into the interior of a drum.

[0030] In addition, embodiments of the present invention aim to provide a garment processing device capable of effectively increasing the space inside the cabinet and effectively increasing the capacity of the drum.

[0031] In addition, embodiments of the present invention aim to provide a garment processing device capable of stably and robustly fixing a drive unit for rotating a drum and effectively protecting it from impacts, etc.

[0032] In addition, embodiments of the present invention aim to provide a garment processing device comprising a sealing structure capable of effectively preventing air leakage between an air flow section and an air passage section.

[0033] In addition, embodiments of the present invention aim to provide a garment processing device capable of stably sealing an air flow section even with changes in air flow pressure in the air flow section.

The air supply unit (106) may be provided to dehumidify and heat the air discharged from the drum (200) and supply it back to the drum (200).

[0125] Meanwhile, in one embodiment of the present invention, air can be introduced into the drum (200) through the rear side (210) of the drum (200), and air inside the drum (200) can be discharged again to the outside of the drum (200) through the drum opening on the front side of the drum.

[0126] Additionally, in one embodiment of the present invention, the front plate (102) may include a front duct (1023). The front duct (1023) is provided in the front plate (102) and can transmit air discharged from the drum (200) to the air supply unit (106) to be described later.

[0127] The front duct (1023) may be provided to communicate with the drum opening or the clothing opening (1021), and may be provided inside the front plate (102) or outside the front plate (102) to communicate with the clothing opening (1021) through the gasket.

[0128] FIG. 2 illustrates a front duct (1023) provided inside a front plate (102) according to one embodiment of the present invention.

[0129] Referring to FIG. 2, the drum (200) can be connected to the drum opening and the clothing opening (1021) with airtightness maintained through the aforementioned gasket or sealing member, and the front duct (1023) can be connected to the clothing opening (1021) and the drum opening to receive air discharged from the drum (200).

[0130] The front duct (1023) extends along the interior of the front plate (102) and can discharge air to the exterior of the front plate (102), that is, to the interior of the cabinet (100). In one embodiment of the present invention, an air supply unit (106) may be provided inside the cabinet (100), and the air supply unit (106) may be connected to the front duct (1023) to receive air discharged from the front duct (1023).

[0131] Referring to FIG. 2, the air supply unit (106) can be provided inside the cabinet (100) and can be provided on a lower plate (103) where space is relatively easy to secure. A base unit (105) equipped with the air supply unit (106) or a heat pump can be provided on the upper part of the lower plate (103).

[0132] An air supply unit (106) and a heat pump, etc., may be mounted on the base unit (105), and the base unit (105) may be coupled to the lower plate (103) or formed integrally with the lower plate (103). That is, the base unit (105) may correspond to the lower plate (103) to form the lower surface of the cabinet (100).

The inlet duct (1061) and the front duct (1023) may be manufactured separately and combined, or they may be formed integrally with each other.

[0134] Air flowing into the air supply unit (106) from the front duct (1023) through the inlet duct (1061) can be dehumidified and heated and then discharged from the supply unit. The air supply unit (106) may contain a portion of a heat pump for dehumidifying and heating the air, and a detailed explanation of the dehumidification and heating of the air will be provided later.

[0135] Air entering through the inlet duct (1061) can flow inside the air supply unit (106) and be discharged through the outlet duct (1064) of the air supply unit (106). The air supply unit (106) may further include a blower unit (107) connected to the outlet duct (1064).

[0136] The blower unit (107) can form an air flow throughout the entire aforementioned circulation path through a blower fan (1071) rotated by a blower motor (1073) and discharge air to the outside of the air supply unit (106).

[0137] That is, air is introduced into the air supply unit (106) through an inlet duct (1061) connected to a front duct (1023), and the air passing through the inside of the air supply unit (106) is dehumidified and heated, and the dehumidified and heated air can be discharged to the outside of the air supply unit (106) through an outlet duct (1064) and a blower unit (107).

[0138] Meanwhile, the rear plate (110) may include an air flow section (130) for receiving air discharged from the blower section (107) and supplying it to the rear of the drum (210). That is, the air supply section (106) can discharge air to the air flow section (130) and provide air to the rear of the drum (210) through the air flow section (130).

[0139] The air supply unit (106) may further include a fan duct unit (1082) connected to the blower unit (107), and the fan duct unit (1082) may connect the blower unit (107) and the air flow unit (130). That is, air discharged through the blower unit (107) can be supplied to the air flow unit (130) via the fan duct unit (1082).

[0140] The rear plate (110) may further include an inflow extension (138) extending from the air flow section (130), and the air supply section (106) may be connected to the inflow extension (138) to provide air to the air flow section (130).

[0141] The air flow section (130) allows air supplied from the air supply section (106) to flow inside and flow toward the rear of the drum (210). The air flow section (130) may be provided with an open front (131) to allow air to flow forward, and an air passage section (230) may be provided at the rear of the drum (210) to receive air flowing out from the air flow section (130). The air passage section (230) may be provided so that air flowing out from the air flow section (130) flows in and passes through to be supplied into the interior of the drum (200).

[0142] Referring to FIG. 2, the process of air circulation through a circulation path in one embodiment of the present invention is summarized and explained as follows.

[0143] When a drying process of clothing is performed, air flowing out from the air flow section (130) can be supplied into the interior of the drum (200) through the air passage section (230).

[0144] The air supplied into the drum (200) may be dehumidified and heated hot air, and the hot air may evaporate moisture present in the clothing inside the drum (200) and dry the clothing.

[0145] The air with increased humidity inside the drum (200) is discharged to the outside of the drum (200) through the drum opening, and the air flowing out to the outside of the drum (200) can be supplied to the air supply unit (106) via the front duct (1023).

[0146] The air supply unit (106) receives air through an inlet duct (1061) connected to a front duct (1023), and can dehumidify and heat the air delivered from the drum (200) using a heat pump, etc.

[0147] The dehumidified and heated air of the air supply unit (106) flows through the exhaust duct (1064) and the blower unit (107) into the fan duct unit (1082), and the air flow unit (130) supplies the air flowing in through the fan duct unit (1082) back into the drum (200) through the air passage unit (230) of the drum (200).

[0148] The above air circulation process can be carried out continuously, thereby continuously supplying low-humidity, high-temperature air inside the drum (200), and the moisture present in the clothing can be dried by evaporating through the low-humidity, high-temperature air and being discharged outside the drum (200) along with the air.

[0149] Meanwhile, referring to FIG. 2, the structure of the rear plate (110) and the rear of the drum (210) in one embodiment of the present invention is schematically described as follows.

[0150] The rear plate (110) may include a drive mounting part (120) and an air flow part (130). A drive unit (400) may be coupled to the drive mounting part (120), and the shape of the drive mounting part (120) or the coupling form of the drive unit (400) may vary.

[0151] For example, as illustrated in FIG. 2, the drive mounting part (120) may include a space that is open to the rear, and the drive part (400) may be inserted into the drive mounting part (120) at least in part from the rear of the drive mounting part (120) and coupled to the drive mounting part (120).

[0152] The air flow section (130) may be provided to supply air into the interior of the drum (200) by discharging air to the rear of the drum (210). The shape of the air flow section (130) or the method of air discharge may vary.

[0153] For example, the air flow section (130) may include a flow space (135) through which air flows, and the front (131) may be open so that the air in the flow space (135) may flow out toward the rear of the drum (210) through the open front (131).

[0154] Meanwhile, the rear surface of the drum (210) may include a drive connection part (220) and an air passage part (230). The drive connection part (220) is connected to a drive part (400) coupled to the drive mounting part (120), so that rotational force can be supplied from the drive part (400).

[0155] The shape of the drive connection part (220) or the connection form with the drive part (400) may vary. For example, as shown in FIG. 2, the drive connection part (220) may be connected to the drive shaft (430) of the drive part (400) and receive power from the drive shaft (430).

[0156] The drive connection part (220) can be positioned in front of the drive mounting part (120) to face the drive mounting part (120), and the drive shaft (430) of the drive part (400) extending through the drive mounting part (120) can be connected.

[0157] The air passage section (230) can receive air flowing out from the air flow section (130). The air flowing out from the air flow section (130) can pass through the air passage section (230) and flow into the drum (200).

[0158] The shape of the air passage section (230) or the method of air intake may vary. For example, as shown in FIG. 2, the air passage section (230) may have a shape corresponding to at least a part of the air flow section (130) and may be positioned to face the air flow section (130) from the front.

[0159] The air passage section (230) may include a plurality of ventilation holes (234) for air to pass through, and air flowing out from the open front (131) of the air flow section (130) may be supplied into the drum (200) through the ventilation holes (234) of the air passage section (230).

[0160] In one embodiment of the present invention, a driving unit (400) that rotates the drum (200) is coupled to a driving mounting unit (120) of the rear plate (110), so that the rotation axis of the drum (200) and the driving axis (430) of the driving unit (400) can be aligned on the same line.

[0161] Therefore, since the driving unit (400) can rotate the drum (200) without using a connecting member such as a belt, the rotational speed and rotational direction of the drum (200) can be actively and effectively controlled without the occurrence of slip caused by the belt.

[0162] In addition, in one embodiment of the present invention, a part of the rear plate (110) itself can form an air flow section (130), so that the air flow section (130) can be effectively formed without adding a separate configuration for forming the air flow section (130).

[0163] That is, since the air flow section (130) is not combined with the rear plate (110) as a separate component, it can prevent air from leaking from the joint between components, and since a joint between components is not required to form the air flow section (130), it is advantageous in the manufacturing process.

[0164] In addition, one embodiment of the present invention may be provided with the front (131) of the air flow section (130) open, and accordingly, the air flow from the inside of the air flow section (130) toward the rear of the drum (210) can be effectively improved.

[0165] Meanwhile, FIG. 3 shows a disassembled view of a clothing processing device (10) according to one embodiment of the present invention. Referring to FIG. 3, the configuration that the clothing processing device (10) according to one embodiment of the present invention may include is described schematically as follows.

[0166] The front plate (102) is provided on the front side of the cabinet (100) to form the front exterior of the cabinet (100) and may include a clothing opening (1021) through which clothing can be inserted into the cabinet (100).

[0167] A drum (200) may be positioned at the rear of the front plate (102), and the drum (200) may rotate around a rotation axis parallel to the front and rear directions, and the front may be open to form a drum opening, and clothing introduced through the clothing opening (1021) may be introduced into the interior of the drum (200) through the drum opening.

[0168] The drum (200) may include an opening perimeter that surrounds the drum opening, a drum perimeter surface (290) that surrounds the inside of the drum (200) at the rear side of the opening perimeter surface, and a drum rear surface (210) that is coupled to the drum perimeter surface (290) at the rear side of the drum perimeter surface (290).

[0169] A rear plate (110) may be provided at the rear of the drum (200). The rear plate (110) may be located on the rear side of the cabinet (100) and may form at least a part of the rear exterior of the cabinet (100).

[0170] The rear plate (110) may include an air flow section (130) for providing air into the drum (200), and a rear sealer (300) may be disposed between it and the rear surface (210) to surround the air flow section (130) and prevent or suppress air leakage.

[0171] In one embodiment of the present invention, the air flow section (130) may be provided in a roughly annular shape, and the rear sealer (300) may include an inner sealer (310) and an outer sealer (320).

[0172] The inner sealer (310) can surround the inner circumference of the air flow section (130) and prevent air from leaking to the outside of the air passage section (230), and the outer sealer (320) can surround the outer circumference of the air flow section (130) and prevent air from leaking to the outside of the air passage section (230).

[0173] Meanwhile, the rear plate (110) may include a drive mounting part (120) on which a drive unit (400) is mounted, and the drive mounting part (120) may be coupled to a mounting bracket (126) at the front and to a drive unit (400) at the rear.

[0174] The mounting bracket (126) is coupled to the front of the drive mounting part (120) to reinforce the rigidity of the drive mounting part (120) to which the drive part (400) is coupled, and can strengthen the coupling force of the drive part (400) and suppress vibrations that may be generated from the drive part (400).

[0175] When the drive unit (400) is coupled to the rear plate (110) and directly connected to the drum (200), it is important that the drive unit (400) is stably fixed so that the drive shaft (430) of the drive unit (400) and the rotational shaft of the drum (200) are aligned. Accordingly, in one embodiment of the present invention, a mounting bracket (126) is coupled to the front of the drive mounting unit (120) to reinforce the drive mounting unit (120) and strengthen the coupling force of the drive unit (400).

[0176] The drive unit (400) coupled to the drive mounting unit (120) at the rear of the drive mounting unit (120) can also form a coupling relationship with the mounting bracket (126) through the drive mounting unit (120). That is, the mounting bracket (126), the drive mounting unit (120), and the mounting bracket (126) can form a mutual coupling relationship.

[0177] The drive shaft (430) of the drive unit (400) can pass through the drive mounting unit (120) and be connected to the drive connection unit (220) of the rear side of the drum (210). The drive unit (400) may include a first drive part (410) coupled to the drive mounting unit (120) and a second drive part (420) coupled to and fixed to the first drive part (410), and the drive shaft (430) may extend forward from the first drive part (410).

[0178] Meanwhile, a rear cover (500) may be positioned at the rear of the rear plate (110). The rear cover (500) is provided to cover at least a portion of the rear plate (110) from the rear and may be combined with the rear plate (110).

[0179] The rear cover (500) may form the entire rear surface of the clothing processing device (10) according to one embodiment of the present invention, or may expose a part of the rear plate (110) to the rear and form the rear surface of the clothing processing device (10) together with the rear plate (110).

[0180] Meanwhile, in one embodiment of the present invention, at least a portion of the air flow section (130) or the driving section (400) of the rear plate (110) may be exposed to the rear from the rear plate (110), and the rear cover (500) may be attached to the rear surface of the rear plate (110) to shield the air flow section (130) and the driving section (400) from the outside.

[0181] Accordingly, one embodiment of the present invention can suppress heat loss of air by transferring heat from the air flow section (130) to the outside through the rear cover (500) and can protect the air flow section (130) from the outside. In addition, the driving section (400) is shielded from the outside by the rear cover (500) and can be protected from impact or foreign matter that may be transmitted from the outside.

[0182] Meanwhile, a base portion (105) may be disposed below the drum (200) inside the cabinet (100), and the base portion (105) may be equipped with the aforementioned air supply portion (106) and heat pump, etc.

[0183] The air supply unit (106) can dehumidify and heat the air discharged from the drum (200) and supply it back into the drum (200) through the air flow unit (130), and the heat pump can be arranged so that at least a portion of it is placed inside the air supply unit (106) to dehumidify and heat the air flowing through the air supply unit (106).

[0184] Meanwhile, FIG. 4 shows the air supply section (106) of the base section (105) and the air flow section (130) of the rear plate (110) connected, and FIG. 5 shows the internal cross-section of the air supply section (106).

[0185] Referring to FIGS. 4 and 5, an air supply unit (106) and a heat pump according to one embodiment of the present invention will be specifically described as follows.

[0186] FIG. 4 illustrates a base portion (105) provided at the bottom of a cabinet (100) according to one embodiment of the present invention, and an inlet duct (1061) connected to the front duct (1023) of the front plate (102) in the air supply portion (106).

[0187] The inlet duct (1061) may be inserted into the interior of the front plate (102) in at least a portion, or connected to the front duct (1023) from the exterior of the front plate (102). The inlet duct (1061) may be formed integrally with the front duct (1023) or manufactured separately and combined with it.

[0188] The air supply unit (106) is provided on the base unit (105) and may have a shape that extends along the front and rear directions. That is, the air supply unit (106) may extend from the front plate (102) to the rear plate (110) due to the characteristics of the circulation path.

[0189] The air supply unit (106) may be located close to one side of the cabinet (100) in the lateral direction from the base unit (105). For example, the air supply unit (106) may be positioned adjacent to a first side plate (109) located on one side of the cabinet (100). The air supply unit (106) may be in close contact with the first side plate (109).

[0190] In one embodiment of the present invention, the air supply unit (106) is positioned close to one side in the lateral direction, thereby avoiding structural interference with the bottom of the drum (200) without increasing the overall height of the cabinet (100) and effectively utilizing the space inside the cabinet (100).

[0191] Air flowing into the air supply unit (106) can flow from the front side to the rear side of the cabinet (100) along the extension direction of the air supply unit (106). That is, the air in the air supply unit (106) can flow from the front plate (102) side to the rear plate (110) side, and can flow from the front duct (1023) toward the air flow unit (130).

[0192] The air supply unit (106) may be provided with an outflow duct (1064) on the rear side facing the rear plate (110), and the outflow duct (1064) may be connected to the blower unit (107). The shape of the outflow duct (1064) and the connection form with the blower unit (107) may vary.

[0193] The blower unit (107) may include a blower fan housing in which a blower fan (1071) is built, and a blower motor (1073) connected to the blower fan (1071) to provide rotational force. The blower fan housing may be provided in various shapes, and the blower motor (1073) may be coupled to the blower fan housing and positioned at the rear of the blower fan housing.

[0194] The motor shaft of the blower motor (1073) may be parallel to the rotation axis of the blower fan (1071) and may be located at the center of the cross-section of the air passage formed inside the air supply unit (106). The blower fan (1071) can form a flow of air circulating in the clothing processing device (10) according to one embodiment of the present invention.

[0195] In one embodiment of the present invention, the blower motor (1073) may be inserted and fixed inside the rear plate (110) at the front of the rear plate (110). Accordingly, the rear plate (110) may be provided with a plurality of power generators that generate rotational force, such as a driving unit (400) and a blower motor (1073). For example, in one embodiment of the present invention, the rear plate (110) may be equipped with both a driving unit (400) and a blower motor (1073).

[0196] Meanwhile, the blower unit (107) can be connected to the outflow duct (1064) on one side and to the fan duct unit (1082) on the other side. The blower unit (107) can flow air from the air supply unit (106) into the fan duct unit (1082) through the blower fan (1071).

[0197] The fan duct section (1082) can connect the blower section (107) and the air flow section (130). Since the air flow section (130) is positioned at the rear of the drum rear (210) and the blower section (107) can be located below the drum (200), the fan duct section (1082) can extend approximately upward from the blower section (107) and be connected to the air flow section (130).

[0198] Meanwhile, the rear plate (110) may include an inflow extension part (138) extending from the air flow part (130), and the inflow extension part (138) may include an extension space (1381) extending from a flow space (135) formed inside the air flow part (130).

[0199] The inlet extension (138) can be extended from the air flow section (130) toward the air supply section (106) on the rear plate (110). The inlet extension (138) is opened forward so that at least a portion of the blower section (107) can be inserted into the extension space (1381).

[0200] For example, at least a portion of the fan duct section (1082) and at least a portion of the blower section (107) may be located within the extension space (1381). In one embodiment of the present invention, at least a portion of the fan duct section (1082) and the blower motor (1073) may be inserted into the extension space (1381).

[0201] Meanwhile, FIG. 4 illustrates an air flow section (130) including a flow space (135) that is open to the front according to one embodiment of the present invention, and a drive mounting section (120) may be provided on the central side of the air flow section (130) which is arranged in an annular shape.

[0202] In the present invention, the term "annular" may refer to a continuously extending closed curve or a ring shape that forms a closed cross-section on the inside. In the present invention, the annular shape may be a shape corresponding to the perimeter of a polygon as well as a circle.

[0203] The drive mounting portion (120) may be provided to be penetrated by a drive portion (400) coupled from the rear. The drive portion (400) may include a drive shaft (430) and a bearing extension portion (440) surrounding the drive shaft (430), and the drive shaft (430) and the bearing extension portion (440) may be extended together to penetrate the drive mounting portion (120). A detailed description of the drive mounting portion (120) and the air flow portion (130) will be provided later.

[0204] Meanwhile, FIG. 4 illustrates a heat pump provided in the base section (105). The heat pump may be provided to include a plurality of heat exchangers and a compressor (1066) so that a fluid compressed through the compressor (1066) passes through the plurality of heat exchangers and heat exchange with the outside.

[0205] Specifically, the heat pump may include a first heat exchanger (1062), a second heat exchanger (1063), and a compressor (1066). The heat pump may include a fluid circulating through the first heat exchanger (1062), the second heat exchanger (1063), and the compressor (1066).

[0206] FIG. 5 schematically illustrates the first heat exchanger (1062) and the second heat exchanger (1063) of the heat pump embedded in the air supply unit (106) in one embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 4 illustrates the compressor (1066) located outside the air supply unit (106).

[0207] The first heat exchanger (1062) may correspond to an evaporator in which the fluid absorbs heat from the outside, and the second heat exchanger (1063) may correspond to a condenser in which the fluid releases heat to the outside.

[0208] The first heat exchanger (1062) and the second heat exchanger (1063) may be arranged in the air flow path of the air supply unit (106) to dehumidify and heat the air. The first heat exchanger (1062) can cool the air to condense moisture present in the air and remove it from the air, and the second heat exchanger (1063) can heat the air by providing heat released from the fluid to the air.

[0209] Meanwhile, the first heat exchanger (1062) may be located upstream of the second heat exchanger (1063) on the air flow path of the air supply unit (106). That is, the first heat exchanger (1062) may be located in front of the second heat exchanger (1063), and the first heat exchanger (1062) may be located facing the inlet duct (1061).

[0210] Air entering through the inlet duct (1061) can flow through the first heat exchanger (1062). Air discharged from inside the drum (200) and entering through the inlet duct (1061) may contain a large amount of moisture evaporated from clothing.

[0211] Air entering through the inlet duct (1061) passes through the first heat exchanger (1062), and water vapor in the air, from which heat is removed by the first heat exchanger (1062), can be condensed in the first heat exchanger (1062) and changed into the form of water droplets and removed from the air.

[0212] The air supply unit (106) can transfer the condensate condensed in the first heat exchanger (1062) to a water collection unit (1065) located outside the air supply unit (106). That is, the water collection unit (1065) can be provided to store the condensate generated in the first heat exchanger (1062) of the air supply unit (106).

[0213] Meanwhile, the second heat exchanger (1063) may be located downstream of the air supply unit (106) than the first heat exchanger (1062). That is, the second heat exchanger (1063) may be located behind the first heat exchanger (1062) and may be positioned to face the blower unit (107) or the outflow duct (1064).

[0214] The second heat exchanger (1063) may correspond to a condenser through which heat of the fluid is released to the outside, and air passing through the second heat exchanger (1063) may be heated by the second heat exchanger (1063) and flow to the blower unit (107).

[0215] In one embodiment of the present invention, as the second heat exchanger (1063) is located downstream of the first heat exchanger (1062), air that has been cooled and dehumidified through the first heat exchanger (1062) can be discharged from the air supply unit (106) in a state where it has been reheated through the second heat exchanger (1063).

[0216] FIG. 5 illustrates a blower fan (1071) of a blower unit (107) that discharges air passing through a second heat exchanger (1063) to the outside, and a blower motor (1073) connected to the blower fan (1071) at the rear of the blower fan (1071). At least a portion of the blower fan (1071) and the blower motor (1073) may be placed within the extension space (1381) of the aforementioned inlet extension unit (138).

[0217] Referring again to FIG. 4, a water collection unit (1065) in which condensate removed from the air through a first heat exchanger (1062) is stored is illustrated according to one embodiment of the present invention. As described above, the air supply unit (106) may be located on one side of the base unit (105) in a lateral direction, and the water collection unit (1065) and the compressor (1066) may be placed on the other side of the base unit (105) in a lateral direction.

[0218] In one embodiment of the present invention, since the driving unit (400) for rotating the drum (200) is placed on the rear plate (110), the space on the base unit (105) can be effectively secured compared to the case where the driving unit (400) is placed on the base unit (105), and the size and capacity of the water collection unit (1065) can be effectively increased.

[0219] Meanwhile, the compressor (1066) is located at the rear of the water collection unit (1065), and accordingly, noise and vibration generated by the operation of the compressor (1066) can be minimized from being transmitted to a user using the clothing processing device (10) at the front of the clothing processing device (10).

[0220] Meanwhile, FIG. 6 illustrates a rear plate (110) and a drum (200) located in front of the rear plate (110) in one embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 7 illustrates the interior of the drum (200) as viewed from the front.

[0221] Referring to FIG. 6, in one embodiment of the present invention, the drum (200) is positioned in front of the rear plate (110), and air flowing out from the air flow section (130) of the rear plate (110) can pass through the rear surface (210) of the drum and be supplied into the interior of the drum (200).

[0222] The drum (200) has a drum opening formed on the front side and includes an opening perimeter surrounding the drum opening, and the opening perimeter can be supported by a front plate (102).

[0223] A drum circumference surface (290) surrounding the interior of the drum (200) may be located at the rear of the opening circumference portion. The drum circumference surface (290) may be provided in a cylindrical shape extending along the circumference of the drum (200), and the front end may be combined with the opening circumference portion, or the opening circumference portion may be integrally provided with the front end.

[0224] The internal space of the drum (200) surrounded by the drum circumference surface (290) can accommodate clothing introduced through the clothing opening (1021) of the front plate (102).

[0225] Meanwhile, a drum rear surface (210) may be provided at the rear of the drum circumference surface (290), and the drum rear surface (210) may be formed integrally with the drum circumference surface (290) or manufactured separately and combined with the drum circumference surface (290).

[0226] The rear of the drum (210) may be provided to shield the space inside the drum (200) from the rear. The rear of the drum (210) may include an air passage (230) through which air flowing out from the air flow section (130) and toward the inside of the drum (200) passes, and may include a drive connection section (220) connected to the drive section (400).

[0227] Meanwhile, referring to FIG. 7, a clothing lifter (280) for churning or lifting clothing may be provided inside the drum (200). The clothing lifter (280) may be provided on an inner surface facing the inside of the drum (200) from the drum circumference surface (290).

[0228] The drum (200) may be extended along the front-rear direction of the cabinet (100), and the clothing lifter (280) may be extended approximately parallel to the extended length direction of the drum (200). The clothing lifter (280) may be provided in multiple units and spaced apart along the circumference of the drum (200).

[0229] In one embodiment of the present invention, when the drum (200) rotates, the amount of movement of the clothing contained inside the drum (200) by the clothing lifter (280) is increased, and the drying efficiency of the clothing can be effectively improved.

[0230] The drum circumference surface (290) may have convex and / or concave portions formed thereon to increase friction with the clothing. The convex or concave portions may be provided in multiple numbers and distributed evenly across the drum circumference surface (290).

[0231] The air passage section (230) may be provided in an annular shape and positioned between the circumferential connection section (240) and the driving connection section (220) of the rear side of the drum (210). The air passage section (230) may include a plurality of ventilation holes (234), and a ventilation section (232) corresponding to the area including the ventilation holes (234) may be provided. The ventilation section (232) may be provided in multiple numbers and spaced apart along the circumferential direction of the rear side of the drum (210).

[0232] A reinforcing rib (236) may be provided on the rear surface (210) of the drum to secure the rigidity of the air passage (230) in which the ventilation section (232) is formed. The reinforcing rib (236) may be provided in a protruding shape when viewed from the front and may include a rear reinforcing rib (2362), an inner reinforcing rib (2364), and an outer reinforcing rib (2366).

[0233] The rear reinforcing rib (2362) may be positioned between a plurality of ventilation sections (232) and extend radially along the rear surface of the drum (210). The inner reinforcing rib (2364) may be positioned between the ventilation section (232) and the drive connection section (220). The outer reinforcing rib (2366) may be positioned between the ventilation section (232) and the perimeter connection section (240) of the rear surface of the drum (210).

[0234] The inner reinforcing rib (2364) may be provided in an annular shape and may extend along the inner circumference toward the drive connection part (220) or from the air passage part (230) toward the drive connection part (220). The outer reinforcing rib (2366) may be provided in an annular shape and may extend along the outer circumference toward the circumference connection part (240) or from the air passage part (230) toward the circumference connection part (240).

[0235] Meanwhile, the air passage (230) may be provided in a shape that is recessed inward when viewed from inside the drum (200), and the drive connection (220) may be provided in a shape that protrudes toward the inside of the drum (200).

[0236] The drive connection part (220) can be connected to the drive shaft (430) through which at least a portion of the drive shaft (430) passes, and a shaft cap part (260) that shields the drive shaft (430) from the inside of the drum (200) can be provided in front of the drive connection part (220).

[0237] High-temperature air supplied from the air flow section (130) exists inside the drum (200), and the transfer of heat inside the drum (200) to the drive shaft (430) and the drive section (400) may be disadvantageous in terms of heat damage around the drive section (400) and the operating efficiency of the drive section (400).

[0238] Accordingly, in one embodiment of the present invention, the drive connection part (220) is positioned so as to overlap with the drive part (400) in front of the drive part (400), thereby suppressing the transfer of heat from the air inside the drum (200) to the drive part (400).

[0239] Additionally, since the inner circumference of the air passage section (230) is located outside the driving section (400) based on the radial direction of the drum (200), the air passing through the air passage section (230) flows in front of the driving section (400) and can suppress the transfer of heat to the driving section (400).

[0240] Furthermore, the shaft cap (260), positioned in front of the drive connection part (220) inside the drum (200), shields the drive shaft (430) from inside the drum (200), thereby suppressing the transfer of heat from the air to the drive shaft (430) and, together with the drive connection part (220), suppresses the transfer of heat from inside the drum (200) to the drive part (400).

[0241] Meanwhile, FIG. 8 shows a rear drum (210) with the shaft cap portion (260) separated, FIG. 9 shows a rear drum (210) with the bushing portion (270) separated from FIG. 8, FIG. 10 shows a bushing portion (270) according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 11 shows a rear view of the bushing portion (270) coupled to the drive connection portion (220).

[0242] As described above, the drum (200) includes a drum rear surface (210) facing the rear plate (110), and the drum rear surface (210) may include a drive connection part (220) connected to a drive unit (400). The drive connection part (220) may have an axle cap part (260) attached to the front and a bushing part (270) attached to the rear.

[0243] The drive connection part (220) can form a coupling relationship with the drive shaft (430) of the drive unit (400) through the bushing part (270). That is, the bushing part (270) is coupled together with the drive shaft (430) of the drive unit (400) and the drive connection part (220) to connect the drive shaft (430) and the drive connection part (220).

[0244] The bushing portion (270) may protrude forward, with at least a portion penetrating the drive connection portion (220), and the drive shaft (430) may have a front portion penetrating the bushing portion (270) located inside the drum (200). The shaft cap portion (260) may shield the bushing portion (270) and the drive shaft (430) from inside the drum (200).

[0245] The bushing portion (270) may be configured such that at least a portion of the drive shaft (430) is inserted or penetrated to form a coupling relationship with the drive shaft (430), and is coupled to the drive connection portion (220) on the circumferential side to rotate together with the drive connection portion (220).

[0246] The bushing part (270) can effectively increase the coupling area with the drive connection part (220) and provide a stronger coupling force compared to the case where the drive shaft (430) is directly coupled to the drive connection part (220), thereby enabling the implementation of a stable coupling structure.

[0247] Meanwhile, in one embodiment of the present invention, the drive connection part (220) includes an axial through-hole (223) through which the bushing part (270) passes, and the bushing part (270) may include an axial coupling part (272) into which the drive shaft (430) is inserted, which protrudes forward of the drive connection part (220) through the axial through-hole (223).

[0248] Specifically, the drive connection part (220) may include an axial through-hole (223) that is penetrated by a bushing part (270). The axial through-hole (223) may be provided on the connection front part (222) of the drive connection part (220), and the axial coupling part (272) of the bushing part (270) may penetrate the axial through-hole (223).

[0249] The shaft coupling portion (272) of the bushing portion (270) can be extended to protrude forward of the drive connection portion (220) through the shaft penetration hole (223). The drive shaft (430) can be inserted and coupled to the shaft coupling portion (272) from the rear.

[0250] For example, the drive connection part (220) may include a connection side part (226) extending along the inner circumference of the air passage part (230) and a connection front part (222) connected to the front side of the connection side part (226), and a shaft penetration hole (223) may be provided in the connection front part (222), and a shaft coupling part (272) may penetrate the connection front part (222).

[0251] In one embodiment of the present invention, the driving unit (400) is coupled to the driving mounting unit (120) so that the driving shaft (430) extends forward, and at least a portion of the driving mounting unit (120) and the driving unit (400) can be inserted from the rear into the interior of the driving connection unit (220).

[0252] However, the drive unit (400) includes a bearing extension (440) that protrudes forward to support the drive shaft (430) that extends forward, and there is a need to secure a minimum length so that the drive shaft (430) is mechanically and stably provided in the drive unit (400).

[0253] That is, the bushing part (270) is provided with a shaft coupling part (272) that protrudes forward, so that a drive shaft (430) extending from the rear to the front is inserted and accommodated inside, thereby ensuring coupling stability with the drive shaft (430) and reducing the overall length of the coupling structure between the rear of the drum (210) and the drive part (400).

[0254] In addition, the drive connection part (220) is provided with a shaft through hole (223) in the front connection part (222) so that the shaft coupling part (272) can be formed to protrude forward, thereby allowing the shaft coupling part (272) and the drive shaft (430) to be stably coupled and effectively reducing the distance the drive part (400) protrudes backward from the rear of the drum (210).

[0255] Meanwhile, in one embodiment of the present invention, the driving unit (400) may include a bearing extension unit (440), and the bearing extension unit (440) may extend toward the rear surface of the drum (210) by penetrating the driving mounting unit (120).

[0256] The bearing extension (440) can secure mechanical strength of the drive shaft (430) by surrounding a portion of the drive shaft (430) and stably supporting the drive shaft (430), and a bearing (442) that supports the drive shaft (430) so that it can rotate can be provided inside the bearing extension (440).

[0257] In one embodiment of the present invention, the bushing portion (270) accommodates the bearing extension portion (440) inside the shaft coupling portion (272), thereby effectively preventing the increase in the total length of the coupling structure of the driving portion (400) with respect to the axial direction of the driving portion (400), and a mechanically stable structure can be realized.

[0258] At least a portion of the shaft coupling part (272) has a diameter that increases as it approaches the rear plate (110), and a space may be formed inside into which the bearing extension part (440) is inserted.

[0259] The bearing extension (440) has a shorter length than the drive shaft (430) and can be arranged to wrap around the rear end of the drive shaft (430), and accordingly, the interior of the shaft coupling part (272) needs to have a space with a large diameter on the rear end facing the drive part (400).

[0260] Accordingly, in one embodiment of the present invention, the shaft coupling portion (272) may have a space formed therein in which the diameter increases as it gets closer to the driving portion (400), and the driving portion (400) and the bearing extension portion (440) may be effectively inserted and arranged in said space.

[0261] Meanwhile, in one embodiment of the present invention, the shaft coupling portion (272) may include a tooth portion (2724), and the drive shaft (430) may include a meshing portion (432). FIG. 10 shows a meshing portion (432) provided in the shaft coupling portion (272).

[0262] The tooth portion (2724) includes a gear tooth protruding toward the drive shaft (430), and the meshing portion (432) of the drive shaft (430) is inserted into the tooth portion (2724) and has a gear tooth provided on its outer surface so as to mesh with the tooth portion (2724).

[0263] The tooth portion (2724) is provided to mesh with the drive shaft (430), and for this purpose, a gear tooth protruding toward the drive shaft (430) may be provided on one side of the tooth portion (2724) facing the drive shaft (430).

[0264] The meshing portion (432) of the drive shaft (430) can be inserted into the inner side of the tooth portion (2724) to form a meshing relationship with the tooth portion (2724), and may include a plurality of gear teeth formed along the outer surface of the drive shaft (430).

[0265] In one embodiment of the present invention, the drive shaft (430) corresponding to the rotating body and the shaft coupling part (272) of the bushing part (270) are engaged and thus mutually connected, so that a coupling relationship in which rotation between them is restricted can be effectively formed simply by inserting the drive shaft (430) into the shaft coupling part (272) along the longitudinal direction.

[0266] Meanwhile, in one embodiment of the present invention, the shaft coupling portion (272) includes a shaft coupling hole (2722) through which the drive shaft (430) passes, and the tooth portion (2724) is provided on the inner surface of the shaft coupling hole (2722), and the shaft fixing member (435) is coupled to the front end of the drive shaft (430) located in front of the shaft coupling hole (2722), and the shaft fixing member (435) can be supported forward by the shaft coupling portion (272).

[0267] A shaft coupling hole (2722) through which a drive shaft (430) passes may be provided in the front portion of the shaft coupling portion (272). That is, the drive shaft (430) is inserted into the shaft coupling portion (272), and its front portion passes through the shaft coupling hole (2722) and can be positioned in front of the shaft coupling portion (272). A shaft fixing member (435) may be coupled to the front portion of the drive shaft (430) that is positioned in front of the meshing portion (432).

[0268] The shaft fixing member (435) can be supported forward by the shaft coupling member (272). That is, the shaft fixing member (435) can have a diameter greater than that of the shaft coupling hole (2722), and the shaft fixing member (435) can be positioned on the front end of the shaft coupling member (272) and supported forward by the shaft coupling member (272).

[0269] In one embodiment of the present invention, a shaft fixing member (435) is coupled to the front end of a drive shaft (430) that penetrates a shaft coupling part (272), and the shaft fixing member (435) is provided to be supported forward by the shaft coupling part (272), thereby enabling coupling and fixation between the drive shaft (430) and the bushing part (270) along the longitudinal direction of the drive shaft (430).

[0270] In addition, the shaft fixing member (435) is coupled to the front end of the drive shaft (430) and supported forward by the shaft coupling member (272), thereby effectively offsetting the effect of thrust generated on the drive shaft (430).

[0271] Meanwhile, in one embodiment of the present invention, the bushing portion (270) may include a drum coupling portion (2724), and the drum coupling portion (2724) may extend along the circumference of the shaft coupling portion (272) and be coupled to the driving connection portion (220) at the rear of the driving connection portion (220).

[0272] The drum coupling portion (2724) may be provided to surround the shaft coupling portion (272). That is, the drum coupling portion (2724) may be provided in an annular shape to surround the shaft coupling portion (272), and the shaft coupling portion (272) may be provided in a shape that protrudes forward from the drum coupling portion (2724).

[0273] In one embodiment of the present invention, the drive shaft (430) and the rear of the drum (210) are connected through the drum coupling portion (2724) of the bushing portion (270), so that the bushing portion (270) can provide a wider coupling area than the drive shaft (430) or the shaft coupling portion (272) through the drum coupling portion (2724), thereby effectively increasing the coupling force and improving structural stability.

[0274] Meanwhile, in one embodiment of the present invention, the drive connection part (220) may include a bushing connection part (224) that surrounds the shaft through hole (223) and to which the drum connection part (2724) is connected. The bushing connection part (224) protrudes forward from the drive connection part (220), and the drum connection part (2724) can be inserted from the rear.

[0275] The bushing coupling portion (224) may be provided so that the drum coupling portion (2724) is seated on the rear side. The bushing coupling portion (224) may be provided on the connection front portion (222) of the drive connection portion (220). The bushing coupling portion (224) may be provided to surround the shaft penetration hole (223) formed in the connection front portion (222).

[0276] The shape of the bushing coupling part (224) may be provided to correspond to the drum coupling part (2724). For example, the bushing coupling part (224) may be provided in an annular shape corresponding to the drum coupling part (2724) so that the drum coupling part (2724) can be seated at the rear.

[0277] The bushing coupling portion (224) may be provided to protrude forward from the connecting front portion (222). That is, the bushing coupling portion (224) may be provided in a shape that is recessed forward from the connecting front portion (222) when viewed from the rear. FIG. 30 illustrates a view from the rear of the bushing coupling portion (224) that is recessed forward from the connecting front portion (222) according to an embodiment of the present invention.

[0278] In one embodiment of the present invention, a bushing coupling part (224) protruding forward from the connecting front part (222) is provided, so that the drum coupling part (2724) of the bushing part (270) can be stably seated on the connecting front part (222) and the coupling force can be improved, which is advantageous.

[0279] The method of joining the drum coupling part (2724) and the bushing coupling part (224) can be varied. For example, the drum coupling part (2724) may be joined to the bushing coupling part (224) in a hook manner by including a hook, or they may be joined to each other through a bushing fastening member (2245) as described below.

[0280] Meanwhile, in the clothing processing device (10) according to one embodiment of the present invention, the shaft cap (260) may be provided to shield at least a portion of the drive connection part (220) from the front as described above.

[0281] For example, the shaft cap (260) may be provided to shield the entire drive connection part (220) from the inside of the drum (200), to shield the entire connection front part (222), or to shield a part of the connection front part (222).

[0282] For example, as described below, the shaft cap portion (260) may be provided to cover the shaft coupling portion (272) and the bushing coupling portion (224) provided on the shaft coupling portion (272) and the connecting front portion (222) of the bushing portion (270) protruding through the shaft through hole (223) from the inside of the drum (200).

[0283] As described above, in one embodiment of the present invention, high-temperature air may be supplied inside the drum (200), and the drive connection part (220) and the drive mounting part (120) may be positioned in front of the drive part (400) to suppress the transfer of heat inside the drum (200) to the drive part (400).

[0284] In addition, in one embodiment of the present invention, the front portion of the drive shaft (430) or the shaft coupling portion (272) of the bushing portion (270) may be located inside the drum (200), and thus there is a possibility of being directly exposed to high-temperature air inside the drum (200). Therefore, the shaft cap portion (260) can effectively suppress the drive shaft (430) or the shaft coupling portion (272) from being heated by the high-temperature air by shielding the drive connection portion (220) in front of the drive connection portion (220).

[0285] In one embodiment of the present invention, the shaft cap portion (260) is provided in front of the drive connection portion (220) to shield the shaft coupling portion (272) from the inside of the drum (200).

[0286] That is, the shaft cap (260) is provided to cover the shaft coupling part (272) inside the drum (200) so as to block the high-temperature air inside the drum (200) from directly contacting the shaft coupling part (272).

[0287] In addition, in one embodiment of the present invention, the shaft coupling part (272) and the shaft fixing member (435) are located inside the drum (200), so there is a possibility that the clothing may be damaged when in contact with the clothing contained inside the drum (200). Therefore, in one embodiment of the present invention, by using the shaft cap part (260) to separate the shaft coupling part (272) from inside the drum (200), damage to the clothing caused by contact between the clothing and the shaft coupling part (272) can be effectively prevented.

[0288] Meanwhile, a clothing processing device (10) according to one embodiment of the present invention may include a bushing fastening member (2245) that fastens the bushing coupling part (224) and the drum coupling part (2724) together, and the shaft cap part (260) may shield the bushing fastening member (2245) from the inside of the drum (200).

[0289] The bushing fastening member (2245) penetrates both the bushing coupling part (224) and the drum coupling part (2724) and can mutually connect the two. For example, the bushing fastening member (2245) may be provided in the form of a bolt or the like and can penetrate at least one of the bushing coupling part (224) and the drum coupling part (2724).

[0290] A portion of the bushing fastening member (2245) may be exposed to the front of the drum coupling portion (2724) and may be positioned on the front surface of the drum coupling portion (2724). A portion of the bushing fastening member (2245) disposed inside the drum (200) may cause damage to the clothing when in contact with the clothing housed inside the drum (200).

[0291] Accordingly, in one embodiment of the present invention, the shaft cap portion (260) is provided to cover the shaft coupling portion (272) as well as the bushing fastening member (2245), thereby preventing contact between the clothing inside the drum (200) and the bushing fastening member (2245) and preventing damage to the clothing.

[0292] Meanwhile, a clothing processing device (10) according to one embodiment of the present invention may include a cap fastening member (262), and the cap fastening member (262) penetrates the shaft cap portion (260) and is inserted into the drive shaft (430) to fasten the shaft cap portion (260) to the drive shaft (430).

[0293] The front end of the drive shaft (430) may be positioned at the center of the shaft cap (260), and the cap fastening member (262) may be inserted and coupled to the front end of the drive shaft (430) by penetrating the center of the shaft cap (260). The cap fastening member (262) may be provided in the form of a bolt, etc., and may be screw-coupled to the front end of the drive shaft (430) by penetrating the shaft cap (260).

[0294] In one embodiment of the present invention, the shaft cap portion (260) is coupled to the drive shaft (430) through a cap fastening member (262), so that the drive shaft (430), which provides rotational force relative to the drum (200), and the shaft cap portion (260) can be directly coupled, and when the drum (200) rotates, the rotation between the shaft cap portion (260), the drum (200), and the drive shaft (430) is restricted, thereby preventing relative rotation of the shaft cap portion (260).

[0295] Meanwhile, in one embodiment of the present invention, the drive connection part (220) is provided with a hook fastening part (2255) on the shaft circumference part (225) surrounding the shaft through hole (223), and the shaft cap part (260) may include a cap hook part (264) that is inserted into the shaft through hole (223) and coupled to the hook fastening part (2255).

[0296] The hook fastening portion (2255) may be provided on the shaft circumference portion (225) of the shaft through hole (223). That is, the hook fastening portion (2255) may be provided on the inner circumference of the shaft through hole (223), and the hook fastening portion (2255) may be provided on the shaft circumference portion (225) surrounding the shaft through hole (223) at the connecting front portion (222). The hook fastening portion (2255) may be provided on the inner circumference of the bushing coupling portion (224) surrounding the shaft through hole (223).

[0297] The cap hook portion (264) may extend from the shaft cap portion (260) toward the hook fastening portion (2255) and be coupled to the hook fastening portion (2255). The cap hook portion (264) may be provided around the shaft cap portion (260) or provided on the inner surface from the shaft cap portion (260) toward the drive shaft (430) and extend toward the hook fastening portion (2255).

[0298] FIG. 12 illustrates a cap hook portion (264) that extends rearward from the inner surface of the shaft cap portion (260) and is fastened to the hook fastening portion (2255) according to one embodiment of the present invention. The cap hook portion (264) extends from the inside of the shaft cap portion (260) toward the hook fastening portion (2255), and a hook projection (265) that protrudes radially outward from the shaft cap portion (260) or the shaft circumference portion (225) may be provided at the end facing the hook fastening portion (2255).

[0299] Meanwhile, the bushing portion (270) may have a bushing recess (276) formed between the shaft coupling portion (272) and the drum coupling portion (274). The bushing recess (276) may be formed on the drum coupling portion (274) and may be provided in an annular shape surrounding the shaft coupling portion (272).

[0300] The bushing recess (276) may be recessed further back than the drum coupling portion (274) to form a space that opens forward. Additionally, the shaft circumference portion (225) may protrude forward from the bushing coupling portion (224) to form a space at the rear.

[0301] The bushing recess (276) can be positioned facing the shaft circumference portion (225) forward. That is, the bushing recess (276) and the shaft circumference portion (225) can form a space between them, and the hook projection (265) of the cap hook portion (264) can be placed within the space formed by the bushing recess (276) and the shaft circumference portion (225).

[0302] Meanwhile, FIG. 13 shows an air passage section (230) according to one embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 14 shows a rear view of the drum rear surface (210), and FIG. 15 shows a cross-sectional view of the drum rear surface (210).

[0303] Referring to FIGS. 13 to 15, the rear surface (210) of the drum (200) in one embodiment of the present invention is described in detail as follows.

[0304] Referring to FIG. 13, in one embodiment of the present invention, the air passage portion (230) may be formed protruding backward from the rear of the drum (210), the ventilation portion (232) may be formed protruding backward from the air passage portion (230), and the driving connection portion (220) may be provided protruding forward from the rear of the drum (210).

[0305] When viewing the rear of the drum (210) from the front, the air passage (230) may be provided in a shape that is indented from the front to the rear of the rear of the drum (210), and the ventilation section (232) may be provided in a shape that is indented from the front (131) to the rear of the air passage (230).

[0306] In one embodiment of the present invention, the internal space of the drum (200) can be effectively increased by forming an air passage section (230) protruding backward from the rear surface (210) of the drum, and as described below, the distance from the open front surface (131) of the air flow section (130) is effectively reduced, which is advantageous for receiving air from the air flow section (130).

[0307] Additionally, the ventilation section (232) may be positioned so as to protrude rearward from the air passage section (230) and be closer to the open front (131) of the air flow section (130), thereby making it advantageous for air to flow in from the air flow section (130).

[0308] FIG. 14 illustrates an embodiment of the present invention in which an air passage portion (230) protrudes backward from the rear of the drum (210), a ventilation portion (232) protrudes backward from the air passage portion (230), and a driving connection portion (220) is recessed forward from the rear of the drum (210) to form a space.

[0309] Meanwhile, as described above, the air passage section (230) may include a reinforcing rib (236), and the reinforcing rib (236) may be arranged to surround the ventilation section (232) to reinforce the rigidity of the air passage section (230).

[0310] The reinforcing rib (236) may have a shape that protrudes forward in relation to the ventilation section (232). That is, the reinforcing rib (236) may be formed to protrude forward in relation to the ventilation section (232). The reinforcing rib (236) may be provided in a shape that protrudes forward relatively when the ventilation section (232) is formed to be recessed backward in the air passage section (230), or it may be provided in a shape that protrudes forward from the air passage section (230) separately from the ventilation section (232).

[0311] Meanwhile, as described above, the reinforcing rib (236) may include an inner reinforcing rib (2364), a rear reinforcing rib (2362), and an outer reinforcing rib (2366), and a plurality of ventilation sections (232) provided in the air passage section (230) may be arranged to be surrounded by the inner reinforcing rib (2364), the rear reinforcing rib (2362), and the outer reinforcing rib (2366), respectively.

[0312] FIG. 13 illustrates an inner reinforcing rib (2364), a rear reinforcing rib (2362), and an outer reinforcing rib (2366) connected together to surround a ventilation portion (232) according to one embodiment of the present invention. However, the shape of the reinforcing rib (236) is not necessarily limited to this, and the protrusion height, arrangement, and connection relationship may vary as needed.

[0313] Meanwhile, referring to FIG. 15, the structure of the rear of the drum (210) is described in detail as follows.

[0314] As described above, the rear surface of the drum (210) may include a circumferential connection part (240) connected to the drum circumferential surface (290), and the air passage part (230) may extend rearward from the circumferential connection part (240). That is, the air passage part (230) may be located rearward from the circumferential connection part (240).

[0315] The air passage section (230) may include a passage outer surface (238) that extends rearward from the circumferential connection section (240) and extends along the circumferential direction of the drum (200), and may include an air passage surface (239) connected to the rear side of the passage outer surface (238).

[0316] The passing outer surface (238) may extend from the circumferential connection part (240) toward the rear plate (110), and at least a portion may be inserted into the interior of the rear plate (110) as described below. At least a portion of the air passing surface (239) may face the open front (131) of the air flow part (130) from the front, and air may be transmitted from the air flow part (130).

[0317] The air passage surface (239) is positioned behind the perimeter of the drum (200) to shield the open front (131) of the air flow section (130). The passage outer surface (238) and the air passage surface (239) can be formed integrally together by extending from the perimeter connection section (240).

[0318] The air passage (230) can be formed by bending or curving a part of the rear surface of the drum (210) so that it protrudes backward. For example, the air passage (230) can be formed by molding the rear surface of the drum (210) so that its circumference protrudes backward through a pressing method or the like.

[0319] In one embodiment of the present invention, since the air passage section (230) is provided as part of the rear surface of the drum (210), the air passage section (230) is not manufactured separately, which is advantageous in terms of the manufacturing process, and since there is no connection line through which air leaks from the air passage section (230), it is advantageous in terms of airtightness.

[0320] Meanwhile, the ventilation section (232) may protrude backward from the air passage surface (239) when viewed from the rear, and may be recessed backward from the air passage surface (239) when viewed from the front. Since the ventilation section (232) may be positioned closer to the flow depression surface (132) than to the air passage surface (239), it may be advantageous for air flowing through the flow space (135) of the air flow section (130) to flow into the ventilation section (232).

[0321] The ventilation portion (232) can be formed by bending or curving at least a portion of the air passage surface (239) so that it protrudes backward. That is, the ventilation portion (232) can be formed integrally with the air passage surface (239), which is advantageous in the manufacturing process and can be advantageous in that there is no joining line.

[0322] Meanwhile, as described above, the air passage (230) is provided in an annular shape and can protrude rearward from the rear of the drum (210), and thus may include an outer surface and an inner surface that protrude rearward from the rear of the drum (210).

[0323] The air passage portion (230) may have an outer circumference formed by the aforementioned passage outer surface (238) and an inner circumference formed by the connecting side portion (226) of the driving connection portion (220). That is, the inner circumference of the air passage surface (239) may be connected to the connecting side portion (226) of the driving connection portion (220).

[0324] The connecting side portion (226) of the driving connection portion (220) extends forward from the inner circumference of the air passage surface (239) and can extend along the circumference of the driving connection portion (220). That is, the connecting side portion (226) can form the inner surface of the air passage portion (230) and can be arranged in an annular shape to surround the space inside the driving connection portion (220).

[0325] The connecting front portion (222) can be connected to the front side of the connecting side portion (226). The connecting front portion (222) and the air passage surface (239) can be provided as flat plates and arranged side by side. However, the specific shapes of the connecting front portion (222) and the air passage surface (239) may vary as needed.

[0326] The drive connection part (220) may be formed by protruding forward from the air passage part (230). The drive connection part (220) may be formed by bending or curving the central side of the rear surface of the drum (210). The drive connection part (220), the air passage part (230), and the circumference connection part (240) may be provided as a single unit.

[0327] Meanwhile, the drive connection part (220) may extend forward from the air passage surface (239), and thus the connection side part (226) of the drive connection part (220) may form the inner surface of the air passage part (230), and the connection front part (222) of the drive connection part (220) may be located relatively rearward from the circumference connection part (240).

[0328] In one embodiment of the present invention, an air passage (230) is formed protruding backward from the rear surface (210) of the drum, thereby effectively increasing the internal capacity of the drum (200) within the internal space of the limited cabinet (100).

[0329] In addition, since the drive connection part (220) is formed to protrude forward, the length of the drive part (400) protruding backward from the rear of the drum (210) is effectively reduced, so that a compact coupling structure can be realized.

[0330] Meanwhile, FIG. 16 shows the rear of the drum (210), the rear plate (110), and the driving unit (400) aligned, and FIG. 17 shows the disassembled view of a plurality of components combined with the rear plate (110).

[0331] Referring to FIGS. 16 and 17, the configurations related to the rear plate (110) are schematically described as follows, centering on the rear plate (110).

[0332] The rear plate (110) has the rear of the drum (210) positioned at the front, so that the open front (131) of the drive flow part can be shielded from the front by the air passage (230) of the rear of the drum (210). Additionally, the drive part (400) is coupled to the rear of the drive mounting part (120) of the rear plate (110), and the drive shaft (430) of the drive part (400) can be positioned in alignment with the rotation axis of the drum (200).

[0333] That is, the rear plate (110) has the drive mounting part (120) connected to the drive unit (400) at the rear, and the air flow part (130) can be shielded by the air passage part (230) at the front. The drive unit (400) can pass through the drive mounting part (120) and be connected to the drive connection part (220) of the rear of the drum (210).

[0334] Meanwhile, the aforementioned rear sealer (300) may be provided between the rear of the drum (210) and the rear plate (110), and the rear sealer (300) may include an inner sealer that surrounds the inner circumference of the air flow section (130) and an outer sealer (320) that surrounds the outer circumference of the air flow section (130).

[0335] The rear plate (110) may be connected to an air supply unit (106), and the air supply unit (106) may include a fan duct unit (1082) connecting a blower unit (107) and an air flow unit (130). The rear plate (110) may include an inflow extension unit (138) extending from the air flow unit (130), and the fan duct unit (1082) may be connected to the air flow unit (130) through the inflow extension unit (138).

[0336] The drive mounting part (120) of the rear plate (110) can be coupled with the drive part (400) at the rear and the mounting bracket (126) at the front.

[0337] The drive mounting portion (120) may include a mounting side portion (124) that extends in an annular shape and a mounting front portion (122) connected to the front side of the mounting side portion (124) to shield the drive portion (400) from the front. A bracket seating portion (128) for attaching a mounting bracket (126) to the front surface of the mounting front portion (122) may be provided.

[0338] The mounting bracket (126) is provided on the front side of the drive mounting part (120) and forms a coupling relationship with the drive part (400) through the drive mounting part (120), thereby increasing the rigidity of the drive mounting part (120) and effectively improving the coupling stability of the drive part (400).

[0339] Meanwhile, the rear plate (110) can be coupled with a rear cover (500) at the rear. Since the rear plate (110) protrudes from the rear to the rear from the air flow section (130) and the drive section (400) can be exposed to the rear, the rear cover (500) can be coupled to the rear side of the rear plate (110) to shield the air flow section (130) and the drive section (400) from the outside.

[0340] Meanwhile, FIG. 18 shows the front view of a rear plate (110) according to one embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 19 shows the rear view of a rear plate (110), and FIG. 20 shows a cross-sectional view of the rear plate (110) viewed from the side.

[0341] Hereinafter, the rear plate (110) will be described in detail with reference to FIGS. 18 to 20. Before describing the rear plate (110), the configurations provided in one embodiment of the present invention are summarized as follows.

[0342] The drum (200) is rotatably provided inside the cabinet (100), accommodates clothing inside, and may have a rear side (210) facing the rear plate (110) on the rear side. The driving unit (400) may be coupled to the rear plate (110) and connected to the drum (200).

[0343] The rear plate (110) may include a drive mounting part (120) and an air flow part (130), the drive mounting part (120) may be coupled to the drive part (400), and the air flow part (130) may surround the drive mounting part (120) and provide air to the drum (200).

[0344] The rear surface of the drum (210) includes a drive connection part (220) and an air passage part (230). The drive connection part (220) faces the drive mounting part (120) and can be connected to the drive part (400). The air passage part (230) surrounds the drive connection part (220), and air provided from the air flow part (130) can pass through and flow into the interior of the drum (200).

[0345] Meanwhile, in one embodiment of the present invention, the air flow section (130) protrudes rearward from the rear plate (110) to form a flow space (135) in which air flows inside, and the flow space (135) is opened forward and can be shielded by the air passage section (230).

[0346] FIG. 21 shows a cross-section of a rear plate (110) and a drum (200) located in front of the rear plate (110) according to one embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 22 shows an enlarged view of an air flow section (130) in which the front (131) is shielded by an air passage section (230) in FIG. 21.

[0347] In one embodiment of the present invention, the air flow section (130) may be provided on the rear plate (110) to discharge air to the rear of the drum (210) and may be formed to protrude rearward from the rear plate (110). The air flow section (130) has a flow space (135) formed inside through which air flows, and the flow space (135) may be exposed forward through an open front (131).

[0348] Air flowing through the flow space (135) can be discharged forward through the open front (131) of the air flow section (130), and the air can be delivered into the drum (200) through the aforementioned air passage section (230) at the rear of the drum (210).

[0349] In one embodiment of the present invention, the rear plate (110) has an air flow section (130) formed protruding backward, so that a flow space (135) can be formed on the rear side from the rear plate (110), and thus, a space to increase the capacity of the drum (200) can be effectively secured between the rear side of the drum (210).

[0350] Furthermore, in one embodiment of the present invention, the air flow section (130) is provided such that the front (131) is open, thereby effectively reducing the flow resistance of air flowing out from the flow space (135) toward the rear of the drum (210) and improving the flowability, so that air can be effectively supplied into the drum (200).

[0351] For example, if the front surface (131) of the air flow section (130) is provided with a grill surface having multiple holes, the air in the flow space (135) can flow forward through the holes of the grill surface, but flow resistance caused by the grill may occur, and accordingly, the flow rate or velocity of the air directed toward the rear surface of the drum (210) may be reduced.

[0352] Furthermore, in order to form the grill surface, a punching process for forming the plurality of holes or a joining process of the grill surface is involved, which is disadvantageous in the manufacture of the rear plate (110).

[0353] However, in one embodiment of the present invention, the front (131) of the air flow section (130) is provided in a form that is open as a whole, so the flow resistance of air flowing forward from the flow space (135) can be improved, and effective supply of air toward the rear of the drum (210) becomes possible.

[0354] Furthermore, in one embodiment of the present invention, the open front (131) of the air flow section (130) is directly shielded by the air passage section (230) that receives air, so that the distance between the flow space (135) and the air passage section (230) can be minimized and a structure effective for air delivery can be realized.

[0355] Meanwhile, in one embodiment of the present invention, the air flow section (130) may be formed by bending or curving the rear plate (110). The air flow section (130) may have a front (131) facing the air passage section (230) open so as to directly face the air passage section (230) and provide air.

[0356] Figure 18, etc., illustrates an air flow section (130) formed by bending or curving a part of the rear plate (110) according to one embodiment of the present invention.

[0357] In one embodiment of the present invention, the air flow portion (130) may be formed integrally with the rear plate (110). For example, the air flow portion (130) may be formed by bending or warping at least a portion of the rear plate (110) through a pressing method or the like.

[0358] The air flow section (130) can be formed protruding backward from the rear plate (110), and thus the air flow section (130) can be formed by bending or curving the rear plate (110) so that a part of it protrudes backward more than the rest.

[0359] The air flow section (130) may be recessed inward when viewed from the front of the rear plate (110) to form a flow space (135) inside, and may be provided in a form that protrudes backward from the rear plate (110) when viewed from the rear of the rear plate (110).

[0360] One embodiment of the present invention is advantageous for manufacturing because, as the air flow portion (130) is formed as part of the rear plate (110), a separate member for forming the air flow portion (130) is not attached to the rear plate (110).

[0361] Furthermore, since there is no connection line with the rear plate (110) on the air flow section (130), leakage of air flowing through the flow space (135) can be effectively prevented. In the present invention, a connection line refers to a boundary area formed by combining different components.

[0362] Meanwhile, in one embodiment of the present invention, the driving unit (400) is coupled to the driving unit (120) at the rear of the driving unit (120), and the air flow unit (130) may be arranged in an annular shape to surround the driving unit (400).

[0363] FIG. 19 shows an air flow section (130) that protrudes rearward from the rear plate (110) and surrounds the drive mounting section (120), and FIG. 21 shows a cross-sectional view of a drive section (400) that is coupled to the drive mounting section (120) at the rear of the drive mounting section (120).

[0364] The drive unit (400) can be coupled to the drive mounting unit (120) at the rear of the rear plate (110). That is, the drive unit (400) can be coupled to the rear of the drive mounting unit (120). The rear of the drive mounting unit (120) can be formed concavely toward the front to form a space inside, and the drive unit (400) can be inserted into the space and coupled to the drive mounting unit (120).

[0365] The drive unit (400) coupled to the rear of the drive mounting unit (120) may have at least a portion protruding to the rear and may be exposed to external impact. In one embodiment of the present invention, the air flow unit (130) is formed to protrude to the rear from the rear plate (110) and is arranged to surround the drive unit (400), thereby protecting the drive unit (400) from external impact.

[0366] Meanwhile, in one embodiment of the present invention, the rear plate (110) includes a rear protrusion (140) that protrudes backward so as to form a space inside, and the air flow portion (130) may protrude backward from the rear protrusion (140).

[0367] The air passage section (230) protrudes rearward from the rear of the drum (210) and is inserted into the rear protrusion (140), and can shield the open front (131) of the air flow section (130).

[0368] FIGS. 18 to 22 illustrate a rear protrusion (140) formed to protrude rearward from a rear plate (110) according to one embodiment of the present invention, and FIGS. 21 and 22 illustrate an air passage (230) inserted into the rear protrusion (140).

[0369] Specifically, the rear protrusion (140) may be formed to protrude rearward from the rear plate (110) and a space may be formed forward. The rear protrusion (140) may be formed by bending or curving a part of the rear plate (110).

[0370] The air flow section (130) can be formed to protrude rearward from the rear protrusion (140). Accordingly, the rear plate (110) can have a space formed by the front side being recessed rearward by the rear protrusion (140) and the air flow section (130), and the rear side can have a shape protruding rearward in a multi-stage form.

[0371] Meanwhile, as described above, the rear surface of the drum (210) may have an air passage section (230) formed protruding backward, and the air passage section (230) may be inserted into the space formed by the rear protrusion section (140) in front of the rear protrusion section (140). Additionally, the air passage section (230) may be inserted into the interior of the rear protrusion section (140) to directly face the open front surface (131) of the air flow section (130) and shield the front surface (131).

[0372] In one embodiment of the present invention, an air passage (230) is formed protruding backward from the rear of the drum (210) to effectively expand the space inside the drum (200), and the rear plate (110) is formed with a rear protrusion (140) to provide a space for accommodating the air passage (230).

[0373] Accordingly, in one embodiment of the present invention, the air passage (230) protruding rearward from the drum (200) can be accommodated inside the cabinet (100) without the entire rear plate (110) being further separated rearward from the drum (200), thereby improving space utilization.

[0374] Furthermore, the rear of the drum (210) has an air passage section (230) that protrudes rearward to receive air from the air flow section (130), and since the air flow section (130) is formed to protrude rearward from the rear protrusion section (140), at least a portion of the air passage section (230) is accommodated inside the rear protrusion section (140), while simultaneously effectively shielding the open front (131) of the air flow section (130) and receiving air.

[0375] Meanwhile, in one embodiment of the present invention, the rear protrusion (140) may include a rear perimeter area (141) that extends radially outward from the air flow section (130) by a reference distance (L1) and an extended perimeter area (142) that extends more than the reference distance (L1).

[0376] Additionally, the extended perimeter area (142) may include an extension hole (144) through which an extension member (143) drawn out from inside the cabinet (100) to the outside passes. FIG. 19 illustrates the extended perimeter area (142) of a rear protrusion (140) according to an embodiment of the present invention.

[0377] As described above, one embodiment of the present invention can efficiently increase the space inside the cabinet (100) without increasing the total volume of the cabinet (100) by forming a rear protrusion (140) on the rear plate (110).

[0378] The space formed inside the cabinet (100) by the rear protrusion (140) can accommodate the air passage (230) of the rear of the drum (210) and, at the same time, accommodate various additional configurations inside the cabinet (100), thereby improving the usability of the space inside the cabinet (100).

[0379] Meanwhile, since the air passage (230) accommodated inside the rear protrusion (140) rotates together with the drum (200) as part of the rear surface (210) of the drum, the rear outer surface (148) corresponding to the outer surface of the rear protrusion (140) needs to be spaced apart by a certain distance along the circumferential direction of the drum (200) from the passage outer surface (238) of the air passage (230).

[0380] However, in one embodiment of the present invention, so as to prevent the area of the rear protrusion (140) from being unnecessarily increased, the rear perimeter area (141) of the rear protrusion (140) is extended by a reference distance (L1) radially outward from the air flow section (130) or the air passage section (230), and the extended perimeter area (142) is extended beyond the reference distance (L1) so that additional space can be secured between the rear outer surface (148) and the passage outer surface (238).

[0381] The above reference distance (L1) corresponds to a separation distance such that the rear outer surface (148), etc., does not interfere with the air passage (230) rotating thereon, and this can be determined in various ways from a design perspective.

[0382] In the present invention, the extended perimeter area (142) may have various shapes and may be provided at various locations. The specific shape and location of the extended perimeter area (142) may be determined in various ways depending on the configuration arrangement inside the cabinet (100), etc.

[0383] Referring to FIG. 19, in one embodiment of the present invention, the extended perimeter area (142) may be formed in a part of the rear protrusion (140) and may be provided in multiple numbers. FIG. 19 illustrates that, according to one embodiment of the present invention, a part of the rear perimeter area (141) facing the side plate (109) is extended toward the side plate (109) to form the extended perimeter area (142).

[0384] Meanwhile, an extension hole (144) through which an extension member (143) extending from inside the cabinet (100) to the outside passes may be provided in the extended perimeter area (142). That is, in one embodiment of the present invention, an extension member (143) extending from inside the cabinet (100) may be extended to the outside through a space formed by the extended perimeter area (142) that is spaced apart from the drum (200).

[0385] The extension member (143) may be of various types. For example, the extension member (143) may correspond to a drain pipe extending outward from the aforementioned water collection unit (1065). The extension member (143) may be drawn out outward from the lower side inside the cabinet (100) through the extended perimeter area (142), then extend along the rear side of the rear plate (110), and then be drawn back into the upper side inside the cabinet (100) through the extended perimeter area (142).

[0386] One embodiment of the present invention allows the capacity of the drum (200) to be effectively increased while preventing structural interference between the extension member (143) and the drum (200) by extending the extension member (143) from outside the cabinet (100) and connecting different configurations inside the cabinet (100).

[0387] Furthermore, in one embodiment of the present invention, the extension member (143) can effectively secure a space within the cabinet (100) that is spaced apart from the drum (200) by the extended perimeter area (142), and since the rear perimeter area (141) and the extended perimeter area (142) are separated and provided in the rear protrusion (140), an unnecessary increase in the area of the rear protrusion (140) can be prevented.

[0388] Meanwhile, in one embodiment of the present invention, the rear plate (110) includes a rear reference surface (111) located behind the drum (200), the rear protrusion (140) protrudes rearward from the rear reference surface (111), the air flow portion (130) protrudes rearward from the rear protrusion (140), and the drive mounting portion (120) may protrude forward from the rear protrusion (140).

[0389] Referring to FIG. 20, in one embodiment of the present invention, the portion of the rear plate (110) excluding the rear protrusion (140) may correspond to the rear reference surface (111). That is, the rear reference surface (111) may be a portion of the rear plate that is not protruded by the rear protrusion (140). The rear reference surface (111) may be provided in the shape of a roughly flat plate.

[0390] In the rear plate (110), the rear reference plane (111) can serve as a reference to check the degree to which the rear protrusion (140) and the air flow portion (130) protrude to the rear. That is, in one embodiment of the present invention, at least a portion of the rear protrusion (140) and the air flow portion (130) may be located further back than the rear reference plane (111).

[0391] The rear protrusion (140) may protrude rearward from the rear reference plane (111) and may be provided with a step from the rear reference plane (111). The air flow section (130) may protrude rearward from the rear protrusion (140) and may be provided with a step from the rear protrusion (140).

[0392] Specifically, the rear protrusion (140) may include a rear outer surface (148) that extends rearward from the rear reference surface (111) and extends along the perimeter of the rear protrusion (140), and may include a rear protrusion surface (149) that is connected to the rear outer surface (148) and shields the interior of the cabinet (100).

[0393] The rear protruding surface (149) may be a plate-like shape roughly parallel to the rear reference surface (111), and the rear outer surface (148) may surround the rear protruding surface (149) and be connected to the perimeter of the rear protruding surface (149).

[0396] Based on the radial direction of the air flow section (130), the flow outer surface (134) may be located outside the flow inner surface (133) and the flow space (135). A flow depression surface (132) may be provided in the space separated from the flow outer surface (134) and the flow inner surface (133), and the flow depression surface (132) may have an inner circumference connected to the flow inner surface (133) and an outer circumference connected to the flow outer surface (134).

[0397] The air flow section (130) may be located within the rear protruding surface (149), and the rear protruding section (140) may be located within the rear reference surface (111). That is, at least a portion of the perimeter of the air flow section (130) may be surrounded by the rear protruding section (140), and at least a portion of the perimeter of the rear protruding section (140) may be surrounded by the rear reference surface (111).

[0398] The rear protruding surface (149) may be located further back than the rear reference surface (111), and the flow depression surface (132) may be located further back than the rear protruding surface (149). The rear plate (110) may be formed such that the rear reference surface (111), the rear protruding part (140), and the air flow part (130) are stepped apart from each other.

[0399] One embodiment of the present invention includes a rear protrusion (140) that protrudes rearward within a rear reference plane (111), and an air flow portion (130) that protrudes rearward within the rear protrusion (140), thereby minimizing the portion that protrudes outward unnecessarily and efficiently expanding the internal space of the cabinet (100).

[0400] Meanwhile, FIG. 23 shows a rear cover (500) coupled to the rear surface of the rear plate (110), FIG. 24 shows the rear surface of the rear cover (500), and FIG. 25 shows the front surface of the rear cover (500).

[0401] In one embodiment of the present invention, the rear cover (500) may be coupled to the rear plate (110) and provided to cover the rear protrusion (140), air flow portion (130), and inflow extension portion (138). In FIG. 23, the portion of the rear plate (110) that is not covered by the rear cover (500) and is exposed to the outside may correspond to the rear reference surface (111).

[0402] Referring to FIG. 23, the drive unit (400) can be shielded from the outside by the rear cover (500). That is, the drive unit (400) has a drive mounting part (120) located at the front, a rear cover (500) located at the rear, and an air flow part (130) located on the periphery so that it can be protected from external impacts, etc.

[0406] The protruding cover may be provided in a shape corresponding to the rear protrusion (140) of the rear plate (110) so that the rear protrusion (140) is inserted into the interior from the front, and may be fixed and supported by a structural relationship with the rear protrusion (140).

[0407] The fluid cover portion (502) may be provided to protrude rearward from the rear surface (5014) of the protruding cover portion (501), and an air flow portion (130) and a driving portion (400) may be inserted inside.

[0409] The central cover portion (520) of the fluid cover portion (502) may be provided in a form surrounded by a perimeter cover portion, and a driving portion (400) may be positioned at the front. The central cover portion (520) may include a driving cover surface (522) that shields the driving portion (400) from the rear, and a driving perimeter portion (524) that extends along the perimeter of the driving cover surface (522) between the driving cover surface (522) and the fluid cover rear surface (514).

[0410] Referring to FIG. 25, the drive perimeter (524) may be provided to protrude forward from the central cover portion (520). [0413] The drive perimeter (524) may include a drive inner surface (5241) extending forward from the perimeter of the drive cover surface (522) and a drive outer surface (5243) extending forward from the rear surface of the drive cover (514). The drive inner surface (5241) and the drive outer surface (5243) may be connected to each other at the front.

[0414] That is, the drive circumference portion (524) may have a space that is open to the rear between the drive inner surface (5241) and the drive outer surface (5243). The drive inner surface (5241) may face the drive portion (400) inwardly, and the drive outer surface (5243) may face the mounting side portion (124) or the air flow portion (130) outwardly.

[0415] The driving inner surface (5241) is spaced apart from the driving unit (400) so that interference with the operation of the driving unit (400), such as rotation of the driving unit (400), can be prevented. An opening may be formed in the driving inner surface (5241), and the space where the driving unit (400) is located and the space inside the driving circumference (524) may be connected through the opening.

[0419] Meanwhile, a plurality of openings may be formed in the drive cover surface (522) located at the rear of the drive unit (400) so that air heated by the drive unit (400) in the drive mounting unit (120) is discharged to the outside, thereby facilitating heat dissipation of the drive unit (400).

[0420] Meanwhile, the drive outer surface (5243) surrounds the space inside the drive circumference part (524) from the outside and can be arranged to separate the space where the air flow part (130) is located from the space where the drive mounting part (120) is located.

[0421] The air flow section (130) has air heated in the air supply section (106) flowing inside it, and if heat loss occurs from the air flowing through the air flow section (130), it may be disadvantageous in the drying process of the clothes.

[0422] Accordingly, one embodiment of the present invention can partition the air flow section (130) side and the driving section (400) side from each other through the driving outer surface (5243) to reduce heat loss of the air flow section (130) and suppress the transfer of heat from the air flow section (130) side to the driving section (400).

[0426] Specifically, the outer surface of the protruding cover (5012) of the rear cover (500) is provided with a length in the front-rear direction greater than the length of the rear outer surface (148) of the rear protrusion (140) so that the front end can be supported on the rear reference surface (111).

[0427] The side connecting portion (112) of the rear plate (110) can be connected to the axial plate. The side connecting portion (112) can form a groove that protrudes backward when viewed from the rear and is recessed backward when viewed from the front.

[0428] The rear end of the side plate (109) can be inserted into and fixed in the above groove. That is, the rear plate (110) can be coupled to the side plates (109) on both sides in the lateral direction through the side coupling part (112).

[0429] The cover mounting portion (113) can be positioned between the side coupling portion (112) and the rear protrusion portion (140) on the rear reference surface (111). [0431] In one embodiment of the present invention, a cover seating portion (113) is provided between the side coupling portion (112) and the rear outer surface (148) of the rear plate (110), thereby allowing the rear cover (500) which covers the entire rear protrusion (140) and is coupled to the rear surface of the rear plate (110) to be stably supported.

[0432] Meanwhile, in one embodiment of the present invention, the rear protrusion (140) includes the aforementioned rear outer surface (148) and rear protrusion surface (149), and the rear protrusion surface (149) may be located rearward from the rear reference surface (111). The air passage (230) may be located inside the rear protrusion (140) and surrounded by the rear outer surface (148).

[0433] The air flow section (130) may include a flow outer surface (134) that extends rearward from the rear protruding surface (149) and extends along the outer circumference of the flow space (135), a flow inner surface (133) that extends rearward from the rear protruding surface (149) and extends along the inner circumference of the flow space (135), and a flow recessed surface (132) that is located rearward from the rear protruding surface (149), is connected to the flow outer surface (134) and the flow inner surface (133), and is provided in an annular shape to shield the rear of the flow space (135).

[0434] Meanwhile, the drive mounting portion (120) extends forward from the rear protruding surface (149) and includes a mounting side portion (124) extending along the perimeter of the drive mounting portion (120) and a mounting front portion (122) located forward of the rear protruding surface (149) and connected to the mounting side portion (124), and the drive portion (400) is coupled to the mounting front portion (122) at the rear of the mounting front portion (122) and at least a portion may be surrounded by the mounting side portion (124).

[0435] Accordingly, the driving unit (400) can be protected on the periphery side by the mounting side (124) and can be stably fixed, and since at least a portion is inserted into the driving mounting unit (120), the amount protruding backward from the driving mounting unit (120) can be effectively reduced.

[0436] Meanwhile, in one embodiment of the present invention, the drive connection part (220) is recessed forward from the rear of the drum (210) than the air passage part (230), so that the mounting front part (122) can be inserted into the interior from the rear. [0440] Meanwhile, in one embodiment of the present invention, the mounting front portion (122) may be positioned further forward than the rear protruding surface (149) and further backward than the rear reference surface (111). FIG. 21 illustrates a mounting front portion (122) positioned further backward than the rear reference surface (111).

[0441] The mounting front portion (122) is positioned relatively further back than the rear reference surface (111) so that the drive connection portion (220) of the rear of the drum (210) does not protrude too far forward, however, it is not necessarily limited to this and the mounting front portion (122) may be positioned further forward than the rear reference surface (111) as needed.

[0442] Meanwhile, one embodiment of the present invention may include the aforementioned mounting bracket (126), and the mounting bracket (126) may be seated on the mounting front portion (122) at the front of the mounting front portion (122). [0447] The rear plate (110) may include an inflow extension (138) that extends from the air flow section (130) toward the air supply section (106) and is connected to the air supply section (106). FIGS. 18 and 19 illustrate the inflow extension (138) of the rear plate (110).

[0448] The inflow extension (138) may extend from the air flow section (130) on the rear plate (110), and the inflow extension (138) may be provided to connect the air supply section (106) and the air flow section (130). The inflow extension (138) and the air flow section (130) may be molded as a single unit.

[0449] When the air supply unit (106) directly discharges air within the air flow unit (130), at least a part of the air supply unit (106), such as the aforementioned fan duct unit (1082), may obstruct the outflow of air to the front of the air flow unit (130).

[0450] Accordingly, one embodiment of the present invention forms an inflow extension (138) extending from an air flow section (130), and can supply air to the flow space (135) while the air supply section (106) is spaced apart from the open front (131) or flow space (135) of the air flow section (130).

[0451] Meanwhile, the air supply unit (106) is located on one side of the cabinet (100) in a lateral direction below the drum (200), and the inflow extension unit (138) extends downward from one side located above the air supply unit (106) in the air flow unit (130) so that the air supply unit (106) can be connected.

[0452] As described above, the air supply unit (106) may be provided on the base unit (105) and may be positioned on one side in a lateral direction, such as the first side plate (109), to avoid physical interference with the bottom of the drum (200).

[0453] Accordingly, the air flow section (130) is opened at the portion of the flow outer surface (134) located above the air supply section (106), that is, at the portion corresponding to one side in the lateral direction from the lower side of the flow outer surface (134), and the inflow extension section (138) can be extended downward toward the air supply section (106) from the portion of the flow outer surface (134) that is opened.

[0454] In one embodiment of the present invention, the air supply unit (106) is positioned so as to be laterally biased on one side of the base unit (105), thereby effectively preventing structural interference with the drum (200).

[0455] Additionally, as the inflow extension (138) extends downward from one side located above the air supply unit (106), the extension distance of the inflow extension (138) can be reduced, and the extension shape of the inflow extension (138) is approximately similar to the tangent of the air flow unit (130), so that the air discharge direction (B) of the air supply unit (106) can be effectively set and the air flow in the flow space (135) can be improved.

[0456] Meanwhile, FIG. 27 shows an inflow extension (138) that extends from the air flow section (130) and is coupled to a fan duct section (1082), FIG. 28 shows a fan duct section (1082) inserted into a flow space (135), and FIG. 29 shows the flow space (135) of the inflow extension (138) from which the fan duct section (1082) has been removed in FIG. 28.

[0457] Referring to FIGS. 27 to 29, in one embodiment of the present invention, the inflow extension portion (138) may include an extension space (1381) that extends from the flow space (135) toward the air supply portion (106) and is open forward.

[0458] The above air supply unit (106) may include the aforementioned fan duct unit (1082), and at least a portion of the fan duct unit (1082) may be inserted into the extension space (1381) to discharge air into the flow space (135).

[0459] Additionally, the fan duct section (1082) may include an air discharge section (1082) that is inserted into the extension space (1381) to partition the flow space (135) and the extension space (1381) and discharges air into the flow space (135).

[0460] As described above, the inlet extension section (138) extends from the air flow section (130) and can be connected to the air supply section (106). The inlet extension section (138) may include an extension space (1381) extending from the flow space (135), and the front is open so that a fan duct section (1082) can be inserted from the front.

[0461] The inflow extension portion (138) may include an extension perimeter surface (1385) surrounding the extension space (1381) and may form an extension recessed surface (1383) that shields the rear of the extension space (1381). The inflow extension portion (138) may be formed integrally with the air flow portion (130) and may be formed to protrude rearward from the rear reference surface (111) or rear protrusion portion (140) of the rear plate (110).

[0462] The extended perimeter surface (1385) may protrude rearward from the rear protruding surface (149). The extended space (1381) may be connected to the fluid space (135), and the extended perimeter surface (1385) may be arranged to surround the extended space (1381) in the remaining area excluding the connection area between the extended space (1381) and the fluid space (135).

[0463] That is, the flow outer surface (134) extending along the outer circumference of the flow space (135) may be provided in an annular shape with the end and the other end open by the extension space (1381), and the extension outer surface may surround the extension space (1381) and connect the end and the other end of the flow outer surface (134).

[0464] The flow outer surface (134) and the extension outer surface can together form a single closed cross-section. The flow outer surface (134) and the extension outer surface can be arranged together to surround the outer perimeter of the flow space (135) and the extension space (1381), and the extension outer surface can be arranged as a part of the flow outer surface (134).

[0465] The extended recessed surface (1383) may be located further back than the rear protruding surface (149) and may extend from the movable recessed surface (132). That is, the extended recessed surface (1383) may form a single surface located further back than the rear protruding surface (149) together with the movable recessed surface (132).

[0466] Meanwhile, the fan duct section (1082) can be extended from the air supply section (106) as described above, and the end facing the flow space (135) or the extension space (1381) can be inserted into the extension space (1381) and can be combined with the rear plate (110).

[0467] The fan duct section (1082) is inserted into the extension space (1381) and can discharge air toward the flow space (135). The air discharge direction (B) of the fan duct section (1082) may be parallel to the flow depression surface (132) and may be parallel to the radial or tangential direction of the air flow section (130).

[0468] In one embodiment of the present invention, the fan duct section (1082) is inserted into the extension space (1381) and discharges air into the flow space (135), so that the discharge direction (B) of the air can be parallel to the flow space (135) and the rear plate (110), thereby minimizing turbulent air flow.

[0469] Additionally, the air discharge section (1082) may be provided at the end facing the flow space (135) from the fan duct section (1082). For example, the air discharge section (1082) may correspond to the end of the fan duct section (1082). The air discharge section (1082) is inserted into the extension space (1381) to discharge air, and the direction of air discharge (B) may be provided parallel to the flow space (135) or the rear plate (110).

[0470] The air discharge section (1082) may be provided to partition the flow space (135) and the extension space (1381). For example, the air discharge section (1082) may be provided to discharge air into the flow space (135) while shielding at least a portion of the boundary surface between the flow space (135) and the extension space (1381).

[0471] FIG. 28 illustrates an air discharge unit (1082) covering the entire boundary area between the flow space (135) and the extension space (1381) according to one embodiment of the present invention. That is, the air discharge unit (1082) may come into contact with the flow depression surface (132) or the extension depression surface (1383), and may come into contact with the extension circumferential surface (1385) or the flow outer surface (134) to which both ends face each other along the circumferential direction of the flow space (135).

[0472] The air discharge section (1082) may be provided in the shape of an arc extending along the circumferential direction of the flow space (135). That is, the air discharge section (1082) has a curvature corresponding to the outer surface of the flow (134) and can wrap around the outer circumference of the flow space (135) as a whole together with the outer surface of the flow (134).

[0473] The air discharge section (1082) may have an air discharge port formed on one side facing the flow space (135) through which air is discharged. The air discharge port may discharge air in a direction parallel to the flow depression surface (132).

[0474] In one embodiment of the present invention, the air discharge portion (1082) of the fan duct portion (1082) is inserted into the extension space (1381) to partition the flow space (135) and the extension space (1381), thereby effectively blocking unnecessary air inflow into the extension space (1381).

[0475] Additionally, by inserting the air discharge section (1082) into the extension space (1381) and discharging air in a direction parallel to the flow depression surface (132), the turbulent flow of air provided to the flow space (135) can be reduced and the degree of freedom of the shape extending from the fan duct section (1082) excluding the air discharge section (1082) can be improved.

[0476] Meanwhile, as described above, one embodiment of the present invention may further include an outer sealer (320) provided in an annular shape to surround the outer circumference of the air flow portion (130) and to suppress air leakage.

[0477] Additionally, in one embodiment of the present invention, the rear plate (110) may include a first outer sealer (320) placement portion (1494) that extends along the outer circumference of the air flow portion (130) and in which the outer sealer (320) is seated at the front.

[0478] Additionally, the air discharge section (1082) may include a second outer sealer (320) placement section (1496) that surrounds the outer perimeter of the flow space (135) together with the first outer sealer (320) placement section (1494) and on which the outer sealer (320) is seated from the front.

[0479] Specifically, the first outer sealer (320) placement portion (1494) can support the outer sealer (320) at the outer circumference of the air flow portion (130). The first outer sealer (320) placement portion (1494) may be provided on the rear protruding surface (149) or on the rear reference surface (111).

[0480] FIG. 27 illustrates a configuration in which a first outer sealer (320) is positioned (1494) on a rear protruding surface (149) connected to a fluid outer surface (134) according to one embodiment of the present invention, and the outer sealer (320) is seated thereon.

[0481] The first outer sealer (320) placement portion (1494) may be parallel to the rear protruding surface (149) or recessed rearward from the rear protruding surface (149). The outer sealer (320) may be coupled to and fixed to the first outer sealer (320) placement portion (1494).

[0482] The second outer sealer (320) placement section (1496) may be provided on the air discharge section (1082). As described above, the air discharge section (1082) is provided to surround the outer circumference of the flow space (135) together with the outer surface of the air, and thus, the second outer sealer (320) placement section (1496) on which the outer sealer (320) is seated may be formed on the front side of the air discharge section (1082).

[0483] FIG. 28 illustrates a second outer sealer (320) placement section (1496) provided on the front surface of an air discharge section (1082) according to an embodiment of the present invention. The second outer sealer (320) placement section (1496) can be recessed rearward from the outer surface of the air discharge section (1082) and can form a single circle together with the first outer sealer (320) placement section (1494).

[0484] In the present invention, the term "circle" may include not only a circular shape with a constant radius along the circumferential direction but also an ellipse with a varying radius. That is, in the present invention, the term "circle" may collectively refer to a closed curve in which the curvature varies along the perimeter.

[0485] The first outer sealer (320) placement section (1494) and the second outer sealer (320) section can be continuously connected to each other and together form a single annular shape corresponding to the shape of the outer sealer (320). Accordingly, the outer sealer (320) can be seated together on the first outer sealer (320) placement section (1494) and the second outer sealer (320) placement section (1496).

[0486] In one embodiment of the present invention, a first outer sealer (320) placement portion (1494) is provided on the flow outer surface (134), and at the same time, a second outer sealer (320) placement portion (1496) is provided on the air discharge portion (1082), thereby ensuring airtightness of the flow space (135) and effectively preventing air flowing out from the air flow portion (130) from leaking to the inflow extension portion (138).

[0487] Meanwhile, in one embodiment of the present invention, the fan duct section (1082) may further include a fan duct extension section (1084). The fan duct extension section (1084) may extend from the air discharge section (1082) to the outside of the extension space (1381) and be coupled to the rear plate (110).

[0488] Additionally, the rear plate (110) may include a fan duct coupling part (1491), and the fan duct coupling part (1491) may be recessed rearward from the outside of the inflow extension part (138) so that the fan duct extension part (1084) may be seated in the front.

[0489] Referring to FIG. 28, the fan duct extension (1084) can be extended from the air discharge section (1082) to the outside of the air flow section (130) and the inflow extension section (138). Accordingly, a connection part for connecting the air discharge section (1082) to the flow space (135) or the extension space (1381) can be formed, thereby effectively preventing obstruction of air flow or air leakage.

[0490] The fan duct extension (1084) can be extended from the air discharge section (1082) along the circumferential direction of the air flow section (130). That is, the fan duct extension (1084) can be extended along the outer circumference of the flow space (135). Accordingly, the air discharge section (1082) can form a single arc shape including the fan duct extension (1084).

[0491] The fan duct extension (1084) can be seated on the rear protruding surface (149). That is, the fan duct coupling part (1491) can be provided on the rear protruding surface (149). FIG. 29 shows the fan duct coupling part (1491) on which the fan duct extension (1084) is seated.

[0492] The fan duct coupling portion (1491) is recessed rearward from the rear protruding surface (149) so that the fan duct extension portion (1084) can be seated at the front. The fan duct extension portion (1084) can be seated on the rear protruding surface (149) by extending from the front side of both ends along the circumferential direction of the air discharge portion (1082) of the air flow portion (130).

[0493] Since the fan duct extension part (1084) extends from the air discharge part (1082) inserted into the extension space (1381), the fan duct coupling part (1491) is provided in the shape of a groove open toward the extension space (1381) so as to prevent gap from occurring when coupling the fan duct extension part (1084).

[0494] Meanwhile, FIG. 30 illustrates a blower unit (107) being inserted into an extension space (1381) from the front of an inlet extension unit (138) according to one embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 31 illustrates a blower motor (1073) coupled to the rear of a blower fan housing.

[0495] Referring to FIGS. 30 and 31, in one embodiment of the present invention, the blower unit (107) includes a blower fan (1071) and a blower motor (1073), at least a portion of which is inserted into the extension space (1381) and can blow air into the fan duct.

[0496] As described above, the blower unit (107) is located on the rear side of the air supply unit (106) and can face the inflow extension unit (138) at the rear. The blower unit (107) can sufficiently secure the front-rear length of the entire air supply unit (106) by inserting at least a part of the blower fan housing and the blower motor (1073) into the extension space (1381).

[0497] Meanwhile, in one embodiment of the present invention, the blower fan (1071) of the blower unit (107) is located inside the rear protrusion (140), and the blower motor (1073) is positioned behind the blower fan (1071) and can be inserted into the extension space (1381).

[0498] In one embodiment of the present invention, the rear plate (110) has a rear protrusion (140) and an inflow extension (138) that protrude backward in stages to form a space inside, and the blower unit (107) may have a blower fan (1071) or a blower motor (1073) placed behind the blower fan housing.

[0499] Accordingly, the blower unit (107) has a blower motor (1073) located at the rear of the blower fan (1071) or blower fan housing inserted into the extension space (1381), and at least a portion of the blower fan (1071) or blower fan housing located at the front of the blower motor (1073) may be located in the space inside the rear protrusion (140).

[0500] A blower motor (1073) is inserted into an extension space (1381), and the blower motor (1073) can be coupled with an extension recessed surface (1383). In one embodiment of the present invention, a plurality of power generating devices corresponding to motors, etc., can be arranged on the rear plate (110). That is, in one embodiment of the present invention, the rear plate (110) can form a coupling relationship with the blower motor (1073) and the driving unit (400).

[0501] Meanwhile, FIG. 31 illustrates a blower fan support part (1075) that protrudes rearward from a base part (105) or a lower plate (103) and supports a blower fan housing according to one embodiment of the present invention.

[0502] Referring to FIG. 31, in one embodiment of the present invention, the air supply unit (106) may include a blower fan support unit (1075), and the blower fan support unit (1075) may support the blower fan (1071) from below the blower fan (1071).

[0503] Additionally, the rear protrusion (140) may include a rear outer surface (148) into which the blower fan support (1075) is inserted from the front, and a support insertion part (1482). As described above, since the blower fan (1071) is inserted into the interior of the rear protrusion (140), the blower fan support part (1075) located below the blower fan (1071) can also be inserted into the interior of the rear protrusion (140).

[0504] Accordingly, the rear protrusion (140) may be provided with a support insertion part (1482) into which a blower fan support part (1075) is inserted from the front, and the support insertion part (1482) may form a coupling relationship with the blower fan support part (1075).

[0505] The shape of the support insertion part (1482) may vary. For example, the support insertion part (1482) may be provided on the rear protruding surface (149) so that the blower fan support part (1075) is inserted from the front, or as described below, it may be formed on the rear outer surface (148) so that the support insertion part (1482) is inserted.

[0506] The support insertion part (1482) may be open forward and include a space into which the blower fan support part (1075) is inserted, and said space may correspond to a part of the space inside the rear protrusion part (140) or may be formed separately.

[0507] In one embodiment of the present invention, a blower fan support part (1075) that supports the blower fan (1071) on the base part (105) or lower plate (103) is provided, thereby allowing the blower fan (1071) or the blower fan housing to be stably fixed and supported, and the rotation center of the blower fan (1071) may be aligned with the center of the air passage of the air supply part (106) to improve the fluidity of the air.

[0508] Furthermore, in one embodiment of the present invention, a support insertion part (1482) into which the blower fan support part (1075) is inserted is provided in the rear plate (110), that is, the rear protrusion (140), so that at least a portion of the blower fan (1071) and the blower fan housing, including the blower fan support part (1075), can be effectively accommodated inside the rear protrusion (140).

[0509] Meanwhile, FIG. 32 shows a rear view of a support insertion part (1482) into which a blower fan support part (1075) is inserted in one embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 33 shows a front view of the support insertion part (1482).

[0510] Referring to FIGS. 32 and 33, in one embodiment of the present invention, the support insertion part (1482) is formed such that the rear outer surface (148) is recessed inwardly and is located at the bottom of the rear plate (110) and can be opened downwardly.

[0511] Specifically, in one embodiment of the present invention, a support insertion part (1482) may be provided on the rear outer surface (148) of the rear protrusion (140). A portion of the rear outer surface (148) facing the blower fan support part (1075) may be recessed inward to form the support insertion part (1482).

[0512] Additionally, the support insert (1482) may be located at the bottom of the rear plate (110). That is, the rear outer surface (148) is provided such that at least a portion of its bottom aligns with the bottom of the rear plate (110), and the support insert (1482) may be formed at the bottom of the rear outer surface (148).

[0513] The rear outer surface (148) on which the support insertion part (1482) is provided may not have a rear reference surface (111) on the outside. That is, the support insertion part (1482) formed on the rear outer surface (148) may not have a rear reference surface (111) downward and may be provided to correspond to a part of the lower end of the rear plate (110).

[0514] Meanwhile, the support insertion part (1482) may be positioned at the bottom of the rear plate (110) and may be provided in the shape of a groove that is open in the vertical direction and recessed in the rear. That is, the blower fan support part (1075) inserted into the support insertion part (1482) may be exposed to the outside downward.

[0515] As described above, the blower fan support part (1075) can support the blower fan housing from below, and thus the blower fan support part (1075) can form a part of the lower surface of the cabinet (100) as part of the base part (105) or the lower plate (103).

[0516] Accordingly, so that the blower fan support part (1075) can be inserted, the rear protrusion (140) is provided with a support insertion part (1482) at the lower end of the rear outer surface (148), and the support insertion part (1482) located below the blower fan (1071) can be inserted into the support insertion part (1482).

[0517] A portion of the blower fan support part (1075) protrudes downward from the support insert part (1482) and extends backward from the support insert part (1482) to support the rear protrusion part (140) and the rear plate (110) including the support insert part (1482) from below.

[0518] FIG. 32 illustrates, according to one embodiment of the present invention, that the lower part of the blower fan support part (1075) extends rearward from the lower part of the support insert part (1482) to support the rear plate (110) from below.

[0519] Meanwhile, the depth to which the support insertion part (1482) is recessed into the rear outer surface (148) may be equal to the length to which the rear outer surface (148) extends from the rear reference surface (111). That is, the support insertion part (1482) may be provided in a shape in which the entire rear outer surface (148) is open downward.

[0520] The inlet extension portion (138) may have a portion of its extension circumferential surface (1385) extending rearward from the support insert portion (1482). That is, the extension recessed surface is located rearward from the support insert portion (1482), the extension space (1381) may be shielded downward by the extension circumferential surface (1385), and the space inside the rear protrusion portion (140) may be open downward from the support insert portion (1482).

[0521] In one embodiment of the present invention, a support insertion part (1482) is formed on the rear outer surface (148) of a rear protrusion (140) located at the bottom of a rear plate (110), thereby effectively securing the length of a blower fan support part (1075) located below the blower fan housing.

[0522] Meanwhile, referring to FIG. 32, in one embodiment of the present invention, the rear outer surface (148) may have the support insertion part (1482) located at the bottom of the rear plate (110), and the remaining part excluding the support insertion part (1482) may be spaced upward from the bottom of the rear plate (110).

[0523] In one embodiment of the present invention, the inflow extension (138) may be extended from the air flow section (130) toward the bottom of the rear plate (110) to be connected to the air supply section (106) located below the drum (200), and the rear protrusion (140) surrounding the air flow section (130) and the inflow extension (138) may also be extended from around the inflow extension (138) to the bottom of the rear plate (110).

[0524] The rear outer surface (148) located below the inflow extension part (138) forms part of the lower end of the rear plate (110) and may form a support insertion part (1482), and the remaining part of the rear outer surface (148) excluding the support insertion part (1482) is located above the lower end of the rear plate (110) so as to prevent the area of the rear protrusion part (140) from being unnecessarily expanded.

[0525] That is, in one embodiment of the present invention, a portion of the rear protrusion (140) is extended to the bottom of the rear plate (110) so that the inflow extension portion (138) can protrude rearward from the rear protrusion (140), and a support insertion portion (1482) can be provided at the bottom of the rear plate (110), and the remaining portion is located above the bottom of the rear plate (110) so that the external space occupied by the cabinet (100) at the rear is not unnecessarily increased.

[0526] Meanwhile, FIG. 34 illustrates an air guide provided in the air flow section (130) in one embodiment of the present invention.

[0527] Referring to FIG. 34, the air guide may be provided to guide the flow of air within the air flow section (130) and may include an outflow guide (136) and an inflow guide (137). The outflow guide (136) may protrude from the flow depression (132) toward the air passage section (230) to guide the flow of air toward the air passage section (230).

[0528] The outflow induction section (136) may include a first outflow induction section (1362) and a second outflow induction section (1364), and the first outflow induction section (1362) is located on the opposite side of the air supply section (106) with respect to the center of the air flow section (130), and the maximum protrusion height at the flow depression surface (132) may be greater than the depth of the flow space (135).

[0529] The second outflow induction section (1364) is located along the perimeter of the flow space (135) between the first outflow induction section (1362) and the air supply section (106), and the maximum protrusion height at the flow depression surface (132) can be lower than the depth of the flow space (135).

[0530] The inflow guide (137) may be provided on the flow inner surface (133) and may be provided to protrude toward the air supply unit (106) to guide the flow of air supplied from the air supply unit (106).

[0531] FIG. 35 illustrates an inflow induction section (137) according to one embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 36 illustrates a first outflow induction section (1362), and FIG. 37 illustrates a second outflow induction section (1364).

[0532] Referring to FIGS. 34 to 37, an air guide according to one embodiment of the present invention is specifically described as follows.

[0533] An air guide may be provided to protrude within the flow space (135) to guide the flow of air. The air guide may be provided in a shape that protrudes from the flow space (135) to guide the flow of air.

[0534] Air supplied from the air supply unit (106) flows in the flow space (135), and the air guide unit guides the flow of air flowing in the flow space (135) to improve flow resistance, improve the uniformity of air flowing out to the rear of the drum (210), or reduce turbulent flow, thereby increasing the air flow rate of the circulation path and increasing the drying efficiency of the drum (200).

[0535] The air guide can be provided in various shapes at various locations. For example, the air guide can be provided in a shape that protrudes into the flow space (135) from any one of the flow outer surface (134), flow inner surface (133), and flow recessed surface (132).

[0536] The air guide may be manufactured separately and coupled to the inner surface of the air flow section (130), namely the flow outer surface (134), the flow inner surface (133), and the flow recessed surface (132), or may be molded integrally with the inner surface.

[0537] The air guide may be positioned to face the air supply unit (106) to guide the flow of air flowing in from the air supply unit (106), or it may be provided at a point in the flow space (135) spaced apart from the air supply unit (106) to guide the flow of air flowing through the flow space (135).

[0538] The air guide may protrude from the inner side of the air flow section (130) toward the rear of the drum (210) to guide the air in the flow space (135) to flow toward the rear of the drum (210), or it may protrude toward the air supply section (106) to guide the direction of flow of the air entering the flow space (135).

[0539] Meanwhile, referring to FIGS. 34 and 35, one embodiment of the present invention may include the aforementioned air supply unit (106) and inflow extension unit (138), and the air flow unit (130) may include an inflow induction unit (137).

[0540] The inflow guide (137) corresponds to an air guide, and the inflow guide (137) is positioned to face the inflow extension (138) so as to guide the direction in which air discharged from the air supply unit (106) flows into the air flow unit (130).

[0541] As described above, the air flow section (130) is provided in a roughly annular shape and can surround the drive mounting section (120), and an inflow extension section (138) extends from one side of the air flow section (130), and an air supply section (106) discharges air from the inflow extension section (138), so that the air flowing from the air supply section (106) into the air flow section (130) can be divided into one direction and the other direction based on the circumferential direction of the air flow section (130).

[0542] In FIGS. 34 and 35, according to one embodiment of the present invention, air flowing from an air supply unit (106) into a flow space (135) is conceptually shown by arrows as being separated into one direction and the other direction.

[0543] In one embodiment of the present invention, the air flow section (130) may include a first extension flow path (1302) extending along one direction of the circumferential direction of the air flow section (130) with respect to the air supply section (106), and a second extension flow path (1304) extending in a direction opposite to said one direction.

[0544] That is, the air flow section (130) can form an annular shape by having the first extension channel (1302) and the second extension channel (1304) together form the air flow section (130). The first extension channel (1302) and the second extension channel (1304) can be conceptually distinguished and defined according to the direction of extension relative to the air supply section (106).

[0545] That is, the air flow section (130) may have a portion extending in one direction relative to the air supply section (106) defined as the first extension path (1302), and the remainder extending in the other direction defined as the second extension path (1304).

[0546] The first extension channel (1302) and the second extension channel (1304) may be provided in a form connected to each other to form an annular shape. The first extension channel (1302) and the second extension channel (1304) may be connected to each other on the opposite side of the air supply section (106) with respect to the center of the air supply section (106) and the air flow section (130).

[0547] FIGS. 34 and 35 illustrate a first extension channel (1302) extending in one direction relative to the air supply unit (106) and a second extension channel (1304) extending in the other direction, according to one embodiment of the present invention.

[0548] In the present invention, the one direction may be counterclockwise when viewed from the front of the air flow section (130), and the other direction may be clockwise. However, if necessary, the one direction may correspond to a clockwise direction and the other direction may correspond to a counterclockwise direction.

[0549] In the case where the first extension channel (1302) and the second extension channel (1304) are defined in the air flow section (130), in one embodiment of the present invention, the air flowing from the air supply section (106) into the flow space (135) can be separated and flowed into the first extension channel (1302) and the second extension channel (1304), respectively.

[0550] Accordingly, one embodiment of the present invention can guide the direction and amount of air flowing in from the air supply unit (106) by providing an inflow guide unit (137) at a position facing the air supply unit (106).

[0551] The inflow guide (137) may protrude forward from the inflow sinkhole, protrude from the flow inner surface (133) toward the air supply part (106), or protrude from the flow outer surface (134).

[0552] The inflow guide (137) may be located in the discharge direction (B) where at least a portion of the air is discharged from the air supply unit (106), and may be located approximately between the center of the air flow unit (130) and the air supply unit (106). That is, the inflow guide (137) may be located between the drive mounting unit (120) and the air supply unit (106).

[0553] The inflow guide (137) can guide the flow of air discharged from the air supply unit (106) to adjust the flow rate ratio of air flowing into the first extension channel (1302) and the second extension channel (1304), or to appropriately adjust the flow direction of air flowing into each of the first extension channel (1302) and the second extension channel (1304) to improve fluidity.

[0554] That is, one embodiment of the present invention can supply air from the rear of the drum (210) by forming an efficient air flow, such as improving the air uniformity of the entire air flow section (130) through the inflow guide section (137) or increasing the flow rate of either the first extension flow path (1302) or the second extension flow path (1304) as needed.

[0555] Meanwhile, in one embodiment of the present invention, the inflow guide (137) is provided on the flow inner surface (133) and can protrude toward the air supply unit (106). FIGS. 34 and 35 illustrate an inflow guide (137) provided on the flow inner surface (133) according to one embodiment of the present invention.

[0556] When the inflow guide (137) protrudes from the flow depression (132), etc., a portion of the air that is in contact with the inflow guide (137) and whose flow direction is guided may flow along the circumference of the inflow guide (137), and accordingly, the air may not effectively follow the intended flow direction through the inflow guide (137) or may form a turbulent flow.

[0557] Accordingly, one embodiment of the present invention provides an inflow guide (137) on the flow inner surface (133), so that the inflow guide (137) can easily protrude from the air supply part (106) and effectively guide the direction of air flow.

[0558] Meanwhile, in one embodiment of the present invention, the air flow section (130) may be extended such that a part of the flow inner surface (133) protrudes toward the air supply section (106) to form the inflow induction section (137).

[0559] In one embodiment of the present invention, the inflow guide (137) may correspond to a part of the flow inner surface (133). That is, a part of the flow inner surface (133) facing the air supply part (106) may protrude toward the flow space (135) to form the inflow guide (137).

[0560] Accordingly, the inflow guide (137) may have a shape that protrudes forward from the flow depression (132) so that a space is formed at the rear. FIG. 19 shows a rear view of the inflow guide (137) which is integrally molded with the flow depression (132) and the flow inner surface (133) of the air flow section (130).

[0561] In one embodiment of the present invention, the inflow guide (137) is provided as part of the flow inner surface (133), so that the inflow guide (137) is formed together during the molding process of the rear plate (110) including the air flow section (130), which may be advantageous for manufacturing.

[0562] Meanwhile, referring to FIG. 34, in one embodiment of the present invention, the portion of the flow inner surface (133) corresponding to the inflow guide portion (137) may be extended in a straight line, and the remaining portion may be extended in a curve.

[0563] As described above, in one embodiment of the present invention, the air flow section (130) may be provided in an annular shape, and thus the flow outer surface (134) and the flow inner surface (133) may also form an annular shape approximately in the shape of a circle and surround the flow space (135).

[0564] However, in one embodiment of the present invention, the flow inner surface (133) may include an inflow guide (137) protruding toward the air supply unit (106), and accordingly, the flow inner surface (133) may have an annular shape in which a portion of the circumferential shape protrudes radially outward.

[0565] For example, the flow inner surface (133) may be formed to have a streamlined shape. That is, the flow inner surface (133) may be extended in a curve corresponding to the circumference of a circle in the part excluding the inflow guide (137), and may be formed in a streamlined shape extending in a straight line from the inflow guide (137) toward the air supply part (106).

[0566] The inflow guide (137) can be provided with a shape that becomes narrower as it approaches the air supply section (106) based on the circumferential direction of the air flow section (130). That is, the inflow guide (137) can have a shape that protrudes sharply from the flow inner surface (133) toward the air supply section (106).

[0567] Accordingly, in one embodiment of the present invention, air discharged from the air supply unit (106) can be effectively separated and flowed through an inflow guide unit (137) whose outer side extends approximately in a straight line.

[0568] Furthermore, the air flowing through the first extended channel (1302) and the second extended channel (1304) separated by the inflow guide (137) can have its flow resistance and turbulent flow effectively improved by the flow inner surface (133) which extends in a curve corresponding to the circumferential shape, thereby improving the fluidity.

[0569] Meanwhile, in one embodiment of the present invention, the air supply unit (106) may be configured such that the amount of air flowing toward the first extension channel (1302) is greater than the amount of air flowing toward the second extension channel (1304).

[0570] Additionally, the above-mentioned inflow guide (137) can guide a portion of the air flowing toward the first extension channel (1302) toward the second extension channel (1304).

[0571] In one embodiment of the present invention, the air supply unit (106) may be configured such that the discharge direction (B) in which air is discharged is closer to the first extension channel (1302) among the first extension channel (1302) and the second extension channel (1304). Accordingly, the amount of air supplied to the first extension channel (1302) may be greater than the amount of air supplied to the second extension channel.

[0572] That is, in one embodiment of the present invention, by setting the air flow rates of the first extension channel (1302) and the second extension channel (1304) differently, an area in which air is intensively discharged can be set among the open front (131) of the air flow section (130), and air can be efficiently supplied inside the drum (200).

[0573] The flow rate of air supplied to the first extension channel (1302) and the second extension channel (1304) can be determined through the analysis of the flow of air flowing in and out of the drum (200), or can be determined from a strategic perspective considering other drying efficiency.

[0574] For example, in one embodiment of the present invention, air is concentrated in the first extension channel (1302) and supplied to the air passage (230) through the open front of the first extension channel (1302), and some of the air is flowed through the second extension channel (1304) to eliminate the flow resistance of the first extension channel (1302) and supply air to the air passage (230) through the front of the second extension channel (1304).

[0575] Referring to FIG. 34, as described above, the air supply unit (106) may be positioned laterally on one side below the drum (200), and in this case, either the first extension channel (1302) or the second extension channel (1304) may be located relatively below the air flow unit (130), and the other may be located relatively above the air flow unit (130).

[0576] Even if the clothing contained inside the drum (200) is partially lifted along the direction of rotation of the drum (200) from the inner side of the drum (200) by the rotation of the drum (200) during the drying process, it can be distributed generally to the lower side inside the drum (200) by its own weight.

[0577] In this case, supplying air from the air passage section (230) to the area corresponding to the lower side inside the drum (200) may be disadvantageous for air circulation because strong flow resistance may be generated by the clothing inside the drum (200).

[0578] Accordingly, one embodiment of the present invention can supply air into the drum (200) while effectively reducing the flow resistance of air supplied to the air passage section (230) by increasing the air flow rate supplied to the first extension passage (1302) located relatively on one side and upper of the air flow section (130) and decreasing the air flow rate supplied to the second extension passage (1304) located relatively on the other side and lower of the air flow section (130).

[0579] In addition, flowing air only through the first extension channel (1302) may be disadvantageous as it increases the flow resistance of the first extension channel (1302) by using only a limited channel in the entire air flow section (130).

[0580] Accordingly, in one embodiment of the present invention, by increasing the air flow rate in the first extension channel (1302) and also allowing a certain amount of air to flow through the second extension channel (1304), the flow resistance in the entire air flow section (130) can be improved and the uniformity of the outflowing air can be improved, thereby enabling an effective drying process to be performed.

[0581] The air supply unit (106) may have an air discharge direction (B) set in terms of design, such as the direction in which the air discharge port from the fan duct unit (1082) is directed. Meanwhile, the blower fan (1071) that generates air flow in the air supply unit (106) may discharge air in its tangential direction, and the tangential direction of the blower fan (1071), that is, the direction of air flow discharged from the blower fan (1071), may be arranged to face the first extended flow path (1302).

[0582] That is, in one embodiment of the present invention, the fan housing may be provided such that the connection portion with the fan duct section (1082) faces the first extension channel (1302) in the tangential direction of the fan (1071), and the fan duct section (1082) may also be extended generally parallel to the tangential direction of the fan (1071), and the open direction of the air discharge port, i.e., the air discharge direction (B), is provided closer to the first extension channel (1302) than to the second extension channel (1304), thereby minimizing turbulent air flow from the fan (1071) to the first extension channel (1302) and supplying a relatively large amount of air to the first extension channel (1302).

[0583] However, as described above, since it is necessary to provide a certain amount of air flow rate to the second extension channel (1304), the air discharge direction (B) of the air supply unit (106) may not be directed entirely toward the first extension channel (1302), or a portion of the air discharged from the air supply unit (106) may flow out of the first extension channel (1302).

[0584] Additionally, the inflow guide (137) can separate a portion of the air that is extended to be mainly introduced into the first extension channel (1302) by the air supply unit (106) and flow it into the second extension channel (1304) instead of the first extension channel (1302).

[0585] That is, the inflow guide (137) can be positioned closer to the first extension channel (1302) and can split the flow of a portion of the air toward the first extension channel (1302) and guide it toward the second extension channel (1304). For example, the end of the inflow guide (137) protruding from the flow inner surface (133) can be provided closer to the first extension channel (1302) than to the second extension channel (1304).

[0586] Meanwhile, in one embodiment of the present invention, the driving unit (400) can rotate the drum (200) so that the drum (200) rotates more in the other direction than in the one direction during the drying process of the clothing.

[0587] Additionally, as the drum (200) rotates in the other direction, air from the first extended flow path (1302) flowing along the one direction can be introduced into the interior.

[0588] Specifically, in one embodiment of the present invention, the garment processing device (10) can have a driving unit (400) rotate the drum (200) during the drying process of the garment, and air can be supplied into the drum (200) through an air flow unit (130).

[0589] The driving unit (400) can rotate the drum (200) such that, during the process of supplying air from the air flow unit (130), the drum (200) rotates more than the amount of rotation in the other direction than the amount of rotation in the one direction. The driving unit (400) can have its rotation direction and rotation speed controlled by the control unit.

[0590] As described above, in one embodiment of the present invention, the first extension channel (1302) may be extended in one direction from the air supply unit (106), and the second extension channel (1304) may be extended in the other direction.

[0591] Accordingly, the air flowing through the first extension channel (1302) can flow in the above-mentioned one direction, and the air flowing through the second extension channel (1304) can flow in the above-mentioned other direction.

[0592] Meanwhile, as described above, one embodiment of the present invention can introduce a greater air flow rate into the first extension channel (1302) than into the second extension channel (1304), and thus it is important to improve the fluidity of the air supplied to the air passage section (230) through the first extension channel (1302).

[0593] Accordingly, the control unit controls the drive unit (400) during the drying process of the clothing to rotate the drum (200) such that the amount of rotation of the drum (200) in the other direction is greater than the amount of rotation of the drum (200) in one direction, thereby increasing the relative speed of the air flowing in one direction along the first extension path (1302) with respect to the air passage unit (230) rotating in the other direction, so that the amount of air flowing into the drum (200) through the air passage unit (230) can be effectively improved.

[0594] Additionally, as described above, when the drum (200) is rotated in a different direction, the clothing inside the drum (200) can be rotated along the inner surface of the drum (200) from the lower side inside the drum (200) by friction with the drum circumference surface (290) or by the clothing lifter (280), etc.

[0595] At this time, the clothing being lifted upward inside the drum (200) may fall downward from the top of the drum (200) or from a point spaced apart in one direction from the top due to its own weight.

[0596] Accordingly, the area inside the drum (200) that is spaced apart from the top of the drum (200) in the other direction is easy for air to flow in because the distribution of clothing is low relative to the inner surface of the drum (200), and the contact area between the incoming air and the clothing is increased, which is advantageous for drying efficiency, so it may correspond to a concentrated air inflow area for drying clothing.

[0597] Accordingly, in one embodiment of the present invention, the main rotational direction of the drum (200) is set to the other direction, and a large amount of air is allowed to flow through the first extension channel (1302) which extends in one direction from the air supply unit (106) or the inflow extension unit (138), thereby allowing air to be effectively introduced into the drum (200) through the air flow unit (130), effectively improving the air flow resistance, and improving the drying efficiency of the clothes.

[0598] The drum (200) may be rotated only in the other direction throughout the entire drying process of the clothing, or rotated in one direction and the other direction, but the amount of rotation in the other direction may be greater than the amount of rotation in the one direction.

[0599] Meanwhile, in addition to the case where the main rotation direction of the drum (200) is determined based on the air flow rate of the first extension channel (1302) and the second extension channel (1304), the main rotation direction of the drum (200) may be determined first, and the air flow rate of the first extension channel (1302) and the second extension channel (1304) by the air supply unit (106) and the inflow induction unit (137) may be determined dependently on the main rotation direction of the drum (200).

[0600] Meanwhile, referring to FIGS. 34 and 35, the first extension channel (1302) and the second extension channel (1304) are formed between the inner surface of the flow (133) and the outer surface of the flow (134), and the inflow guide (137) may be provided such that the distance (L2) between the first extension channel (1302) and the outer surface of the flow (134) is narrower than the distance (L3) between the second extension channel (1304) and the outer surface of the flow (134).

[0601] As described above, in one embodiment of the present invention, the inflow guide (137) may be formed such that a portion of the flow inner surface (133) protrudes toward the air supply section (106). Meanwhile, the direction of protrusion of the inflow guide (137) may be designed to be closer to the first extension channel (1302) than to the second extension channel (1304).

[0602] The first extension channel (1302) and the second extension channel (1304) may have an air inflow area facing the air supply unit (106) defined between the inflow guide unit (137) and the flow outer surface (134), and the inflow guide unit (137) may be formed such that the distance (L2) from the flow outer surface (134) in the first extension channel (1302) is narrower than the distance (L3) from the flow outer surface (134) in the second extension channel (1304).

[0603] For example, in one embodiment of the present invention, the inflow guide (137) may protrude along the radial direction of the air flow section (130), and the direction of protrusion may be formed closer to the first extension channel (1302) than to the second extension channel (1304).

[0604] That is, the first extension channel (1302) can be formed with a width defined by the inflow guide (137) and the flow outer surface (134) that is narrower than that of the second extension channel (1304). This can block a portion of the air flowing toward the first extension channel (1302) from entering the first extension channel (1302) and guide it toward the second extension channel (1304).

[0605] Meanwhile, FIGS. 36 and 37 illustrate an outflow induction section (136) according to an embodiment of the present invention. In an embodiment of the present invention, the air induction section may include an outflow induction section (136).

[0606] Referring to FIGS. 36 and 37, the outflow guide (136) can be protruded toward the air passage (230) from the flow recess (132) that shields the rear of the flow space (135) in the air flow section (130) to guide the air in the flow space (135) to flow toward the air passage (230).

[0607] In one embodiment of the present invention, air flows along the circumferential direction of the air flow section (130) within the flow space (135) and can be discharged forward through the open front (131) of the air flow section (130). However, since the main direction of air flow in the flow space (135) is not directed forward, one embodiment of the present invention can guide the air in the flow space (135) to flow forward through the discharge guide section (136).

[0608] The outflow guide (136) may be provided to protrude forward from the flow depression (132), i.e., toward the air passage surface (239). Air passing through the outflow flow section may flow forward due to the protrusion of the outflow flow section.

[0609] Accordingly, in one embodiment of the present invention, air can be effectively discharged through the open front (131) in the air flow section (130), and air from the air flow section (130) can be supplied into the drum (200) through the air passage section (230).

[0610] The shape or number of the outflow guide portions (136) may vary, and FIGS. 36 and 37 show the outflow guide portions (136) formed such that the flow sinking surface (132) protrudes forward.

[0611] Meanwhile, in one embodiment of the present invention, the outflow guide (136) may be connected to the flow outer surface (134) and the flow inner surface (133). That is, the outflow guide (136) is connected to the flow depression (132), the flow outer surface (134), and the flow inner surface (133) to allow air to flow forward.

[0612] If the outflow guide (136) and the flow inner surface (133) or flow outer surface (134) are separated, air flows between the outflow flow section and the flow inner surface (133) or flow outer surface (134), so the flow may not be guided forward by the outflow guide (136).

[0613] Accordingly, in one embodiment of the present invention, the outflow guide (136) is configured to be connected to the flow outer surface (134) and the flow inner surface (133), so that the air passing through the outflow guide (136) can be guided to flow forward as a whole.

[0614] Meanwhile, in one embodiment of the present invention, the outflow induction portion (136) may be formed such that the flow depression surface (132) is bent or curved toward the air passage portion (230). That is, the outflow induction portion (136) may be provided as part of the flow depression surface (132).

[0615] For example, the outflow guide (136) can be formed together with the air flow section (130) during the process of forming the air flow section (130) through a pressing method or the like on the rear plate (110). FIG. 19 shows the outflow guide (136) viewed from the rear in one embodiment of the present invention.

[0616] The outflow guide (136) can be connected to the flow outer surface (134) and the flow inner surface (133), and thus a space can be formed at the rear of the outflow guide (136) in which the flow sinking surface (132) is indented forward together with the flow outer surface (134) and the flow inner surface (133).

[0617] Meanwhile, one embodiment of the present invention may include a power line (405). The power line (405) is drawn out from the drive mounting part (120) at the rear of the rear plate (110) and can supply power to the drive part (400).

[0618] The power line (405) may be extended along the mounting side (124) and / or mounting front (122) at the rear of the drive mounting part (120) and may be drawn out from the drive mounting part (120) to the outside at the rear of the rear plate (110). The power line (405) may be connected to a power port (404) provided on the mounting front (122) or mounting side (124) of the drive mounting part (120).

[0619] Figure 41 illustrates a power port (404) and a power line (405). A driving unit (400) positioned at the rear of a driving mounting unit (120) can be driven by supplying power from the power port (404) through the power port (404).

[0620] Meanwhile, the air flow section (130) may have a space formed where the rear side of the outflow guide section (136) is indented forward so that the power line (405) crosses and extends. As described above, in one embodiment of the present invention, the outflow guide section (136) may be formed by raising a part of the flow depression surface (132) so that it protrudes forward.

[0621] The outflow guide (136) can be connected to the flow outer surface (134) and the flow inner surface (133), and thus a space that is open along the radial direction of the air flow section (130) and recessed forward can be formed at the rear of the outflow guide (136).

[0622] The power line (405) extending from the drive mounting part (120) can be extended along the rear of the outflow guide part (136), cross the outflow guide part (136), and extend to the outside of the air flow part (130). The power line (405) can be introduced into the interior of the cabinet (100) through the extended protruding area of the rear protrusion part (140).

[0623] In one embodiment of the present invention, when an air flow section (130) surrounding a drive mounting section (120) protrudes rearward from the rear plate (110) and a power line (405) extending from the rear of the rear plate (110) to the outside of the drive mounting section (120) crosses the air flow section (130) and extends to the outside of the air flow section (130), the extension length of the power line (405) can be increased by the air flow section (130) protruding rearward.

[0624] In addition, in one embodiment of the present invention, a rear cover (500) is coupled to the rear side of the rear plate (110), and a power line (405) extending across the flow sinking surface (132) of the air flow section (130) may cause structural interference in the coupling between the rear cover (500) and the rear plate (110), such as by separating the flow cover rear surface (514) of the rear cover (500) from the flow sinking surface (132) or separating the flow cover outer surface (512) from the flow outer surface (134).

[0625] Accordingly, one embodiment of the present invention forms an outflow guide (136) to flow air from the flow space (135) toward the front, and at the same time, the outflow guide (136) is provided as part of the flow sinking surface (132) to form a space that is open in the radial direction of the air flow section (130) and indented toward the front at the rear side of the outflow guide (136), thereby minimizing the influence of the power line (405) drawn from the drive mounting section (120) on the connection of the rear cover (500) and allowing it to be stably fixed and extended.

[0626] Referring again to FIGS. 36 and 37, in one embodiment of the present invention, the outflow induction section (136) may include an induction center section (1366) and an induction slope section (1368). The induction center section (1366) may protrude from the flow depression surface (132) toward the air passage section (230).

[0627] The guiding slope section (1368) extends along the circumferential direction of the air flow section (130) from the guiding center section (1366), and the protrusion height from the flow depression surface (132) can be reduced as it moves away from the flow center section.

[0628] The outflow guide section (136), including the guide central section (1366) and the guide slope section (1368), may be provided in the form of a hill within the flow space (135). The guide central section (1366) may include a maximum protruding area from the flow depression surface (132) in the outflow guide section (136), and the guide slope section (1368) may extend in one direction and the other direction, respectively.

[0629] The guiding slope section (1368) can be extended in one direction or the other from the guiding center section (1366), and can be arranged so that the height of the protrusion from the flow sinking surface (132) gradually decreases as it moves away from the guiding center section (1366).

[0630] The guiding central portion (1366) and the guiding inclined portion (1368) can be integrally formed with the flow depression surface (132), the flow outer surface (134), and the flow inner surface (133), and can be provided in a curved or flat shape.

[0631] In one embodiment of the present invention, the outflow induction section (136) is provided with a flow gradient section on one side and / or the other side of the flow center section protruding from the flow depression (132) toward the air passage section (230), thereby minimizing the occurrence of turbulent flow of air passing through the outflow induction section (136).

[0632] Meanwhile, FIG. 34 shows a first outflow induction section (1362) provided in an air flow section (130) according to one embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 36 shows an enlarged view of the first outflow induction section (1362).

[0633] In one embodiment of the present invention, the outflow induction part (136) may include a first outflow induction part (1362). The first outflow induction part (1362) may be located on the opposite side of the inflow extension part (138) with respect to the center of the air flow part (130) which is provided in an annular shape.

[0634] As described above, the air flow section (130) may include a first extension channel (1302) and a second extension channel (1304), and the first extension channel (1302) and the second extension channel (1304) may be connected to each other on the opposite side of the air supply section (106) with respect to the center of the air flow section (130), for example, the drive mounting section (120).

[0635] That is, air flowing in one direction along the first extension channel (1302) and air flowing in the other direction along the second extension channel (1304) can meet on the opposite side of the air supply channel (106) in the air flow section (130).

[0636] The air of the first extension channel (1302) and the air of the second extension channel (1304) that meet each other on opposite sides of the air supply section (106) have opposing flow directions, and therefore the air flow section (130) forms a turbulent flow as the air flows opposite each other on opposite sides of the air supply section (106) collide with each other, causing noise and vibration, and may result in a loss of flow velocity and hydraulic pressure.

[0637] Accordingly, in one embodiment of the present invention, by placing a first outflow guide (1362) on the opposite side of the air supply section (106) in the air flow section (130), that is, at the point where the first extension passage (1302) and the second extension passage (1304) are connected, the air of the first extension passage (1302) and the air of the second extension passage (1304) can flow forward by the first outflow guide (1362) without colliding with each other, pass through the air passage section (230), and enter the interior of the drum (200).

[0638] Furthermore, as described above, it may be advantageous for air to be concentrated in an area located in one direction from the top of the drum (200), and for the first extension channel (1302) facing that area, it may be advantageous for the flow pressure to be increased in the top of the drum (200) and in an area spaced in one direction from the top, thereby increasing the air flow rate flowing forward.

[0639] Accordingly, one embodiment of the present invention provides a first outflow induction section (1362) at the connection point of the first extension channel (1302) and the second extension channel (1304), and the first extension channel (1302) may have an increased flow pressure upstream of the first outflow induction section (1362) due to an increase in flow resistance caused by the first outflow induction section (1362).

[0640] That is, the first extension channel (1302) extending along the upper part of the air flow section (130) can form a strong air flow pressure by the first outflow induction section (1362) upstream of the first outflow induction section (1362), for example, at the top of the air flow section (130) or in a region located in one direction from the top, and accordingly, the air flow rate flowing toward the air passage section (230) can be effectively increased in the top of the drum (200) and in a region located in one direction from the top.

[0641] Meanwhile, referring to FIG. 36, in one embodiment of the present invention, the first outflow induction part (1362) may be provided with a maximum protrusion height greater than the depth of the flow space (135). For example, the protruding end of the first outflow induction part, i.e., the induction center part (1366), may be positioned parallel to the rear protrusion surface (149) or may protrude forward from the rear protrusion surface (149).

[0642] As described above, the first outflow induction section (1362) prevents the air in the first extension channel (1302) and the air in the second extension channel (1304) from colliding with each other and increases the flow resistance of the first extension channel (1302), thereby enabling the formation of a maximum flow pressure on the upstream side of the first outflow induction section (1362).

[0643] That is, the first outflow guide (1362) may be configured to prevent air from passing through the first outflow guide (1362) in one direction or the other, and accordingly, the height at which the first outflow guide (1362) protrudes from the flow depression surface (132) may be configured to be greater than the depth of the air flow section (130).

[0644] Meanwhile, FIG. 34 shows a second outflow induction section (1364) provided in the air flow section (130) in one embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 37 shows an enlarged view of the second outflow induction section (1364).

[0645] Referring to FIGS. 34 and 37, in one embodiment of the present invention, the outflow guide (136) may include a second outflow guide (1364), and the second outflow guide (1364) may be positioned between the inflow extension (138) and the first outflow guide (1362) to guide the air flow of the flow space (135) toward the air passage (230).

[0646] The second outflow guide (1364) may be positioned between the first outflow guide (1362) and the inflow extension (138) or the air supply unit (106). That is, the second outflow guide (1364) may be located within the first extension channel (1302) or the second extension channel (1304) to guide the air passing through the second outflow guide (1364) to flow forward.

[0647] Air flowing along the flow space (135) can be discharged forward through the open front (131) of the air flow section (130) as the flow pressure increases or spreads. However, due to various causes, the air flow section (130) may have different flow pressures depending on the location, so the amount of air discharged forward may vary.

[0648] In addition, to improve the drying efficiency of the clothing, the air flow pressure may be increased and the amount of air outflow may be increased in a specific area of the air flow section (130) strategically.

[0649] Accordingly, one embodiment of the present invention may place a second outflow induction unit (1364) in an area where the air flow pressure is formed to be excessively low due to various causes, or in an area where the air outflow needs to be increased for strategic reasons to improve drying efficiency or energy efficiency.

[0650] By means of the second outflow induction section (1364), the air flow section (130) can increase the overall amount of air outflow supplied toward the air passage section (230), increase the uniformity of the air outflow from the air flow section (130), or effectively improve the amount of air outflow at a specific location.

[0651] Meanwhile, in one embodiment of the present invention, the second outflow induction part (1364) may be placed on the second extended flow path (1304).

[0652] As described above, in order to improve the drying efficiency of the clothing and improve the fluidity of the air flowing into the drum (200), more air can flow from the second extension channel (1304) to the first extension channel (1302).

[0653] Accordingly, the second extension channel (1304) has a relatively low air flow rate in relation to the first extension channel (1302), and accordingly, the air flow pressure in the second extension channel (1304) is relatively low, so the outflow of air flowing forward may be low.

[0654] Accordingly, in one embodiment of the present invention, a second outflow guide (1364) is provided in the second extension channel (1304), so that air flowing through the second extension channel (1304) passes through the second outflow guide (1364) and a flow is formed toward the forward side, thereby effectively increasing the amount of air outflow toward the air passage section (230) and improving the uniformity of the air supplied to the air passage section (230) from the entire air flow section (130).

[0655] Meanwhile, as described above, in one embodiment of the present invention, the air supply unit (106) may be configured such that the discharge direction (B) for discharging air from the inflow extension unit (138) to the flow space (135) is closer to the first extension channel (1302) than to the second extension channel (1304).

[0656] Accordingly, the air in the first extension channel (1302) can have a relatively high air flow pressure in relation to the second extension channel (1304), so that the amount of air outflow can be effectively secured, and the second extension channel (1304) can improve the flow pressure and improve the amount of air outflow through the second outflow induction part (1364).

[0657] Meanwhile, in one embodiment of the present invention, the second outflow induction part (1364) may be provided with a maximum protrusion height lower than the depth of the flow space (135). Additionally, the second outflow induction part (1364) may be provided with a maximum protrusion height lower than the maximum protrusion height of the first outflow induction part (1362).

[0658] Unlike the first outflow induction section (1362), the second outflow induction section (1364) is provided on the first extension channel (1302) or the second extension channel (1304), so it is necessary to ensure a certain level of air flow rate passing through the second outflow induction section (1364).

[0659] That is, the second outflow guide (1364) can be formed with a maximum protrusion height lower than the depth of the flow space (135) so as to prevent the flow resistance of the air flowing through the air flow section (130) from increasing excessively and so that the air can flow through the second outflow guide (1364) and flow throughout the entire flow space (135).

[0660] Accordingly, in one embodiment of the present invention, the maximum protrusion height of the first outflow induction part (1362) may be provided to be greater than the depth of the flow space (135), and the maximum protrusion height of the second outflow induction part (1364) may be formed to be lower than the depth of the flow space (135) and lower than the first outflow induction part (1362).

[0661] Meanwhile, FIG. 38 shows a mounting bracket (126) coupled to the front surface of a drive mounting part (120) according to one embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 39 shows a perspective view of the mounting bracket (126) according to one embodiment of the present invention.

[0662] Additionally, FIG. 40 shows a front view of a mounting front portion (122) including a bracket mounting portion (128) according to one embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 41 shows a rear view of the mounting front portion (122) of FIG. 40.

[0663] In one embodiment of the present invention, the drive mounting part (120) is coupled to the drive part (400) at the rear, and a mounting bracket (126) covering at least a portion of the drive mounting part (120) is coupled to the front, and the drive part (400) can be connected to the mounting bracket (126) through the drive mounting part (120).

[0664] As described above, the drive mounting part (120) can be coupled to the drive unit (400) at the rear. However, the drive mounting part (120) can be provided as part of the rear plate (110), and thus, in order to stably support the drive unit (400) corresponding to a heavy vibrating body and prevent deformation, the drive mounting part can be coupled to the mounting bracket (126) at the front.

[0665] The mounting bracket (126) can be coupled to the mounting front portion (122) of the drive mounting portion (120). The mounting front portion (122) may be provided with a bracket seating portion (128) to which the mounting bracket (126) is coupled, and the mounting bracket (126) can be seated on the bracket seating portion (128).

[0666] The mounting bracket (126) may be provided in the shape of a plate forming an annular shape. That is, the mounting bracket (126) may be provided in the shape of a circular disc, and the central side may be penetrated by the bearing extension (440) and the drive shaft (430) of the drive unit (400).

[0667] The shape of the mounting bracket (126) may be provided to correspond to the mounting front portion (122) of the drive mounting portion (120), and the mounting front portion (122) may be provided in a shape corresponding to the cross-sectional shape of the drive portion (400). For example, in one embodiment of the present invention, the drive portion (400) has a circular cross-section, and the mounting front portion (122) may be provided in a circular shape and positioned in front of the drive portion (400), and the mounting bracket (126) may be provided in an annular shape to cover at least a part of the mounting front portion (122) and the central side may be penetrated by the drive shaft (430).

[0668] In one embodiment of the present invention, the driving unit (400) can be directly coupled to the mounting front part (122), and the mounting bracket (126) can be coupled to the mounting front part (122) and coupled to the driving unit (400) through the mounting front part (122).

[0669] When the drive unit (400) is coupled with the mounting bracket (126) and the mounting bracket (126) is coupled to the front mounting part (122), etc., there is a limit to securing the rigidity of the drive mounting part (120), and as the coupling part between the drive unit (400) and the mounting bracket (126) and the coupling part between the mounting bracket (126) and the drive mounting part (120) are provided separately, the space required for the coupling structure may increase.

[0670] Accordingly, in one embodiment of the present invention, the mounting bracket (126) and the driving unit (400) are each directly coupled to the mounting front portion (122) of the driving mounting unit (120), thereby effectively increasing the rigidity of the driving mounting unit (120) through the mounting bracket (126) and effectively forming a connection relationship between the mounting bracket (126) and the driving unit (400), so that the driving unit (400) can be stably coupled.

[0671] Meanwhile, FIG. 42 illustrates a cross-sectional view in which a driving unit (400), a driving mounting unit (120), and a mounting bracket (126) are combined. In one embodiment of the present invention, at least a portion of the driving unit (400), the driving mounting unit (120), and the mounting bracket (126) may be stacked together and fastened.

[0672] That is, the mounting bracket (126) and the mounting front part (122) may overlap each other in at least a portion along the front-rear direction, and the driving part (400) and the mounting front part (122) may overlap each other in at least a portion along the front-rear direction.

[0673] The mounting bracket (126), the mounting front part (122), and the driving part (400) can be stacked in an overlapping area together, and by forming a fastening relationship together in the stacked area, the mounting front part (122) can be reinforced through the mounting bracket (126) and the driving part (400) can be effectively combined at the same time.

[0674] Through the above structure, the mounting bracket (126) can be coupled to the driving unit (400) through the mounting front portion (122) without directly contacting the driving unit (400), and can form a compact coupling structure.

[0675] Meanwhile, in one embodiment of the present invention, the mounting bracket (126) may include an integrated fastening part (1261) and a mounting fastening part (1262). The integrated fastening part (1261) may be fastened together with the drive mounting part (120) and the drive part (400), and the mounting fastening part (1262) may be fastened with the drive mounting part (120) excluding the drive part (400).

[0676] Referring to FIGS. 38 and 39, in one embodiment of the present invention, the mounting bracket (126) can form a coupling relationship with the driving unit (400) without contacting the driving unit (400) through the integrated fastening part (1261), and can reinforce the coupling force with the mounting front part (122) through the mounting fastening part (1262).

[0677] Specifically, the integrated fastening portion (1261) of the mounting bracket (126) can form a combined relationship with the mounting front portion (122) and the driving portion (400) at the rear. For example, the integrated fastening portion (1261) can penetrate the mounting front portion (122) to form a combined relationship with the driving portion (400).

[0678] Through this, the mounting bracket (126) is combined with the mounting front part (122) as well as with the driving part (400), so that the coupling force of the driving part (400) can be effectively improved.

[0679] Meanwhile, the mounting fastening portion (1262) of the mounting bracket (126) is spaced apart from the integrated fastening portion (1261), so that the mounting bracket (126) and the driving mounting portion (120) can be connected. That is, in addition to the integrated fastening portion (1261) which is connected together with the driving mounting portion (120) and the driving portion (400), the mounting bracket (126) may include a mounting fastening portion (1262) which is connected to the driving mounting portion (120) excluding the driving portion (400).

[0680] In one embodiment of the present invention, the mounting bracket (126) has a mounting fastening part (1262) in addition to the integrated fastening part (1261), thereby effectively improving the bonding force with the driving mounting part (120) and effectively reinforcing the rigidity of the driving mounting part (120).

[0681] Meanwhile, referring to FIGS. 40 to 42, one embodiment of the present invention may further include an integrated fastening member (1263) and a mounting fastening member (1264). The integrated fastening member (1263) can penetrate the integrated fastening part (1261), the driving mounting part (120), and the driving part (400) together and fasten them to each other. The mounting fastening member (1264) can be spaced apart from the driving part (400) and penetrate the mounting fastening part (1262) and the driving mounting part (120) to fasten them to each other.

[0682] The integrated fastening member (1263) may be provided integrally with the mounting bracket (126), the drive mounting part (120), or the drive part (400), or may be manufactured separately and provided to penetrate the mounting bracket (126), the drive mounting part (120), and the drive part (400) simultaneously.

[0683] The mounting fastening member (1264) may be provided integrally with the mounting bracket (126) or the driving mounting part (120), or may be manufactured separately and provided to penetrate the mounting bracket (126) and the driving mounting part (120). The integrated fastening member (1263) and the mounting fastening member (1264) may be provided in the form of a bolt, etc.

[0684] The mounting bracket (126) can form a combined relationship between the integrated fastening part (1261) and the mounting front part (122) and the driving part (400) simultaneously through the integrated fastening member (1263), and can form a combined relationship between the mounting fastening part (1262) and the mounting front part (122) through the mounting fastening member (1264).

[0685] Meanwhile, referring to FIG. 41, in one embodiment of the present invention, the driving unit (400) includes a driving fastening unit (402) that is fastened to the driving mounting unit (120) by the integrated fastening member (1263), and the driving fastening unit (402), the driving mounting unit (120), and the integrated fastening unit (1261) can be stacked together and penetrated by the integrated fastening member (1263).

[0686] Specifically, the driving unit (400) may include a driving fastening unit (402) that can be coupled to the driving mounting unit (120) and the mounting bracket (126) by an integrated fastening member (1263). The driving fastening unit (402) may be formed to protrude outward from the outer surface of the driving unit (400).

[0687] The integrated fastening member (1263) can penetrate the mounting bracket (126) and the mounting front portion (122) from the front to the rear or from the rear to the front, and the driving portion (400) may include a driving fastening portion (402) that can be penetrated by the integrated fastening member (1263).

[0688] In one embodiment of the present invention, a drive fastening part (402) protruding outwardly from the drive part (400) is provided, so that an integrated fastening member (1263) penetrating the mounting bracket (126) and the mounting front part (122) is not inserted into the drive part (400) but is exposed outwardly, making it easy to connect.

[0689] Meanwhile, referring to FIG. 42, in one embodiment of the present invention, the drive unit (400) may include a first drive part (410), a second drive part (420), and a drive shaft (430). The first drive part (410) may be received inside the drive mounting part (120) and fastened to the mounting front part (122), and the second drive part (420) may be coupled to the first drive part (410) at the rear of the first drive part (410) and spaced apart from the mounting front part (122) and the mounting side part (124), and the drive shaft (430) may be extended forward from the first drive part (410), penetrate the mounting front part (122), and be connected to the drive connection part (220).

[0690] In one embodiment of the present invention, since the drive shaft (430) of the drive unit (400) is directly coupled to the drum (200), a transmission may be provided to adjust the rotational speed of the drive shaft (430) and secure sufficient torque in order to rotate the drum (200) having a relatively high load.

[0691] The drive unit (400) corresponds to a power unit in which the second drive part (420) generates rotational force of the drum (200), and the first drive part (410) corresponds to a transmission unit that adjusts the rotational force transmitted from the second drive part (420) and provides it to a drive shaft (430) connected to the drive connection unit (220).

[0692] That is, the first drive part (410) of the drive unit (400) may correspond to a transmission, such as a reduction gear that reduces the rotational speed of the drive shaft (430) and increases the torque, and the second drive part (420) may correspond to a power unit such as a motor that consumes power to generate rotational force.

[0693] That is, rotational force is generated in the second drive part (420) corresponding to the power unit, and the power shaft of the second drive part (420) is connected to the first drive part (410) so that the rotational force can be transmitted to the first drive part (410) corresponding to the reduction gear.

[0694] The first drive part (410) rotates the drive shaft (430) by adjusting the rotational speed and torque of the power shaft of the second drive part (420), and the drive shaft (430) extends from the first drive part (410) and is connected to the drive connection part (220) to rotate the drum (200).

[0695] However, if necessary, the first drive part (410) may correspond to the power unit and the second drive part (420) may correspond to the reduction gear.

[0696] The drive unit (400) may have a first drive part (410) on the front side and a second drive part (420) on the rear side. The first drive part (410) of the drive unit (400) may be coupled to the mounting front part (122) of the drive mounting unit (120) while facing the mounting front part (122), and the second drive part (420) may be coupled to the first drive part (410) to fix its position. FIG. 43 illustrates the first drive part (410) coupled to the drive mounting unit (120).

[0697] As described above, the second drive part (420) may correspond to a power unit, and the second drive part (420) may include a stator part fixed to the first drive part (410) and a rotor part rotatably provided with respect to the stator part.

[0698] The stator part is coupled to the first drive part (410), and the rotor part wraps around the circumference of the stator part and can be rotatably coupled to the stator part. The power shaft of the second drive part (420) is coupled to the stator part and rotates together with the stator part, and the rotational force of the stator part, which generates relative rotation with respect to the rotor part by consuming power, can be transmitted through the power shaft to the first drive part (410) corresponding to the transmission part.

[0699] The transmission unit may include a gear set for shifting internally. For example, the transmission unit may have a planetary gear set including a sun gear, a planetary gear, and a ring gear built in, and a power shaft may be connected to the planetary gear set to reduce speed.

[0700] The drive shaft (430) of the drive unit (400) can be rotated by being connected to the planetary gear set of the first drive part (410), and the rotational speed can be reduced and the torque increased in relation to the power shaft. The drive shaft (430) extends from the first drive part (410) and is connected to the drive connection part (220) to rotate the drum (200).

[0701] In one embodiment of the present invention, a drive unit (400) is provided in the form in which a second drive unit (420) is coupled to the rear of a first drive unit (410), and at least a portion of the first drive unit (410) is inserted into the interior of a drive mounting part (120) that is recessed forward, thereby effectively reducing the length of the drive unit (400) protruding backward from the rear plate (110) and stably fixing the drive unit (400).

[0702] In addition, even if the second drive part (420), which includes a rotor and a stator, has a larger cross-sectional area than the first drive part (410), the drive unit (400) can effectively reduce the area of the coupling region coupled by the integrated fastening member (1263) at the mounting front part (122) because the first drive part (410) on the front side is coupled to the mounting front part (122).

[0703] Meanwhile, referring to FIGS. 38 to 41, in one embodiment of the present invention, the mounting fastening part (1262) may be located further from the center of the driving mounting part (120) than the integrated fastening part (1261).

[0704] The integrated fastening part (1261) and the mounting fastening part (1262) may each correspond to an area penetrated by the integrated fastening member (1263) or the mounting fastening member (1264), and may include an opening penetrated by the integrated fastening member (1263) or the mounting fastening member (1264).

[0705] Additionally, as described above, the integrated fastening part (1261) forms a coupling relationship between the driving part (400) and the mounting bracket (126), whereas the mounting fastening part (1262) does not form a coupling between the mounting bracket (126) and the driving part (400).

[0706] In one embodiment of the present invention, an integrated fastening part (1261) in which a connection is formed between a mounting bracket (126) and a driving part (400) is positioned on the inner side based on the radial direction of the mounting bracket (126) or the mounting front part (122), and a mounting fastening part (1262) in which a connection is formed between the mounting bracket (126) and the driving mounting part (120) excluding the driving part (400) is positioned on the outer side, so that even if the diameter of the driving part (400) is small and the amount of the driving fastening part (402) protruding from the driving part (400) is small, the driving part (400) can effectively form a connection relationship with the mounting bracket (126) by the integrated fastening part (1261).

[0707] Meanwhile, in one embodiment of the present invention, the drive mounting part (120) protrudes forward from the rear plate (110), and at least a part of the drive part (400) can be inserted and coupled at the rear.

[0708] Additionally, the drive connection part (220) of the rear of the drum (210) protrudes forward from the rear of the drum (210), and at least a part of the drive mounting part (120) can be inserted from the rear.

[0709] When viewing the rear plate (110) from the rear, the drive mounting part (120) is formed to be recessed forward, so that the drive part (400) is inserted into the drive mounting part (120) and the length protruding backward can be effectively reduced.

[0710] Additionally, when viewing the rear of the drum (210) from the rear, the drive connection part (220) is formed to be recessed forward, so that at least a portion of the drive mounting part (120) and the drive part (400) can be inserted into the drive connection part (220), thereby effectively reducing the distance between the rear of the drum (210) and the rear plate (110), and effectively reducing the length of the drive part (400) protruding backward from the rear of the drum (210).

[0711] Additionally, the drive mounting part (120) and the drive connection part (220) are positioned in front of the drive part (400) to suppress heat transfer from the rear of the drum (210) toward the drive part (400), and the mounting bracket (126) can function as an insulating member between the rear of the drum (210) and the drive part (400) together with the drive mounting part (120).

[0712] Meanwhile, referring to FIGS. 39 and 40, in one embodiment of the present invention, the driving mounting part (120) may have a mounting reinforcement part (1282) provided on the bracket mounting part (128). The mounting reinforcement part (1282) may protrude rearward from the mounting front part (122) and extend along the circumferential direction of the driving mounting part (120).

[0713] The mounting reinforcement (1282) may be provided as part of the mounting front portion (122) or manufactured separately and attached to the mounting front portion (122). The mounting reinforcement (1282) may be provided in a shape that protrudes backward when viewed from the rear of the mounting front portion (122).

[0714] The mounting reinforcement part (1282) may be formed by bending or curving a part of the mounting front part (122) backward. That is, the mounting reinforcement part (1282) may include a space open to the front.

[0715] When viewing the mounting front portion (122) from the rear, the mounting reinforcement portion (1282) may be in the form of a rib that protrudes backward and extends along the circumferential direction of the mounting front portion (122). When viewing the mounting front portion (122) from the front, the mounting reinforcement portion (1282) may be in the form of a groove that is recessed backward and extends along the circumferential direction.

[0716] In one embodiment of the present invention, a mounting reinforcement part (1282) is provided on the mounting front part (122), thereby effectively increasing the rigidity of the mounting front part (122), such as suppressing bending of the mounting front part (122).

[0717] Meanwhile, in one embodiment of the present invention, the mounting bracket (126) may include a mounting guide portion (1266). The mounting guide portion (1266) protrudes toward the mounting reinforcement portion (1282), has a shape corresponding to the mounting reinforcement portion (1282), and can be inserted into the mounting reinforcement portion (1282) from the front of the mounting reinforcement portion (1282).

[0718] The mounting guide portion (1266) may have a shape corresponding to the mounting reinforcement portion (1282). For example, the mounting guide portion (1266) may be provided in the form of a rib that protrudes rearward from the mounting bracket (126) and extends along the circumferential direction of the mounting bracket (126) or the mounting front portion (122). The mounting guide portion (1266) may be formed by being bent or curved so that a part of the mounting bracket (126) protrudes rearward.

[0719] The mounting guide portion (1266) may be positioned in front of the mounting reinforcement portion (1282). That is, during the process of the mounting bracket (126) being coupled to the mounting front portion (122), the mounting guide portion (1266) may be inserted into the interior of the mounting reinforcement portion (1282) from the front of the mounting reinforcement portion (1282).

[0720] In one embodiment of the present invention, the rigidity of the mounting bracket (126) can be increased by providing a mounting guide portion (1266) on the mounting bracket (126), and the coupling position can be effectively guided through an insertion process between the mounting guide portion (1266) and the mounting reinforcement portion (1282) before the integrated fastening portion (1261) and the mounting fastening portion (1262) are coupled to the bracket seating portion (128) provided on the front surface of the mounting front portion (122).

[0721] Meanwhile, in one embodiment of the present invention, the mounting reinforcement part (1282) and the mounting guide part (1266) may be extended in an arc shape with one end and the other end spaced apart from each other. That is, the mounting reinforcement part (1282) and the mounting guide part (1266) may be provided in a cylindrical shape with one side open.

[0722] As the mounting reinforcement part (1282) and the mounting guide part (1266) are provided in an arc shape, the mounting bracket (126) can be guided to the correct position of assembly through the insertion relationship of the mounting reinforcement part (1282) and the mounting guide part (1266), and at the same time, effectively guided to the rotational position of assembly of the mounting bracket (126) based on the circumferential direction.

[0723] Accordingly, the mounting bracket (126) can be positioned so that the integrated fastening part (1261) and the mounting fastening part (1262) are placed in the correct position for coupling on the mounting front part (122), and at the same time, the rotational position can be determined so that the hole penetrating by the integrated fastening member (1263) and the mounting fastening member (1264) has a correct position.

[0724] Meanwhile, referring to FIG. 41, in one embodiment of the present invention, the drive mounting part (120) may have a power port (404) connected to the drive part (400) disposed in the spaced area (1285) between the one end and the other end of the mounting reinforcement part (1282).

[0725] The power port (404) can be connected to the drive unit (400) and the aforementioned power line (405) can be connected. The power port (404) can supply power to the drive unit (400) through the power line (405). The power port (404) can be located on the rear side of the drive mounting unit (120). That is, the power port (404) can be coupled to the rear surface of the mounting front unit (122) inside the drive mounting unit (120).

[0726] The power line (405) drawn from the power port (404) can be extended to pass through the drive side section and cross the air flow section (130) as described above. A power line (405) bracket for fixing the power line (405) can be provided on the drive side section.

[0727] In one embodiment of the present invention, a mounting reinforcement member (1282) is provided on the mounting front portion (122) to effectively increase the rigidity of the mounting front portion (122), and at the same time, the mounting reinforcement member (1282) is provided in a cylindrical shape with one side open, so that a gap area (1285) is formed between one end and the other end, thereby allowing a power port (404) to be efficiently positioned and fixed within the gap area (1285) on the rear side of the mounting front portion (122).

[0728] Meanwhile, in one embodiment of the present invention, the mounting bracket (126) may further include a bracket reinforcement member (1268). The bracket reinforcement member (1268) may protrude forward from the mounting bracket (126) and extend along the circumferential direction of the mounting bracket (126).

[0729] The bracket reinforcement (1268) may be formed integrally with the mounting bracket (126) or manufactured separately and attached to the mounting bracket (126). The bracket reinforcement (1268) may be in the shape of a rib that protrudes forward when viewed from the front of the mounting bracket (126) and extends along the circumferential direction of the mounting bracket (126).

[0730] Additionally, when viewing the mounting bracket (126) from the rear, the bracket reinforcement part (1268) may have the shape of a groove that is recessed forward and open to the rear.

[0731] That is, on the front of the mounting bracket (126), the bracket reinforcement part (1268) is provided in a rib shape protruding forward, and the mounting guide part (1266) is provided in a groove shape recessed backward, and on the rear of the mounting bracket (126), the bracket reinforcement part (1268) is provided in a groove shape recessed forward, and the mounting guide part (1266) can be provided in a rib shape protruding backward.

[0732] The mounting bracket (126) can have its rigidity effectively increased by providing a bracket reinforcement part (1268) together with a mounting guide part (1266), and the rigidity can be effectively increased by having the protrusion directions of the mounting guide part (1266) and the bracket reinforcement part (1268) opposite to each other.

[0733] Meanwhile, in one embodiment of the present invention, the mounting reinforcement member (1282) may include a first mounting reinforcement member (1283) and a second mounting reinforcement member (1284) that have different diameters and are spaced apart along the radial direction of the driving mounting member (120).

[0734] The mounting guide portion (1266) is positioned to face the first mounting reinforcement portion (1283) and inserted into the first mounting reinforcement portion (1283), and the bracket reinforcement portion (1268) is positioned to face the second mounting reinforcement portion (1284) so that a space can be formed between it and the second mounting reinforcement portion (1284).

[0735] The mounting reinforcement part (1282) may include a first mounting reinforcement part (1283) and a second mounting reinforcement part (1284). The first mounting reinforcement part (1283) and the second mounting reinforcement part (1284) may have different diameters and may be spaced apart from each other along the radial direction of the mounting front part (122).

[0736] For example, based on the radial direction of the mounting front portion (122), the first mounting reinforcement portion (1283) may be located further from the center of the mounting front portion (122) than the second mounting reinforcement portion (1284). However, if necessary, the first mounting reinforcement portion (1283) may be positioned closer to the center of the mounting front portion (122).

[0737] The mounting guide portion (1266) of the mounting bracket (126) may be positioned in front of the first mounting reinforcement portion (1283), and the bracket reinforcement portion (1268) may be positioned in front of the second mounting reinforcement portion (1284). Accordingly, when the mounting bracket (126) is seated on the bracket seating portion (128) of the mounting front portion (122), the mounting guide portion (1266) is inserted into the first mounting reinforcement portion (1283), and the bracket reinforcement portion (1268) can form a closed space together with the second mounting reinforcement portion (1284).

[0738] The above-mentioned closed space can function as a vibration-absorbing space to dampen vibrations generated in the drive unit (400), and can function as an insulating space to suppress heat transfer between the drive unit (400) and the inside of the drum (200).

[0739] Meanwhile, in one embodiment of the present invention, the integrated fastening part (1261) may be located on the inner side of the bracket reinforcing part (1268) based on the radial direction of the mounting bracket (126).

[0740] In one embodiment of the present invention, the integrated fastening portion (1261) may be defined as an annular region extending along the circumferential direction of the mounting bracket (126). A plurality of openings through which the aforementioned integrated fastening member (1263) passes may be formed in the integrated fastening portion (1261).

[0741] The integrated fastening part (1261) may be located on the inner side of the bracket reinforcement part (1268). That is, the hole formed in the center of the mounting bracket (126) may be surrounded by the integrated fastening part (1261), and the integrated fastening part (1261) may be provided on the inner perimeter of the mounting bracket (126).

[0742] In one embodiment of the present invention, since the integrated fastening part (1261) is located on the inner side of the bracket reinforcement part (1268), a minimum distance from the driving part (400) can be formed based on the radial direction of the mounting bracket (126), which is advantageous for mutual fastening with the driving part (400) and the mounting front part (122).

[0743] Meanwhile, in one embodiment of the present invention, the mounting fastening part (1262) may be located on the outer side of the bracket reinforcing part (1268) with respect to the radial direction of the mounting bracket (126).

[0744] In one embodiment of the present invention, the mounting fastening portion (1262) may be defined as an annular region extending along the circumferential direction of the mounting bracket (126). A plurality of openings through which the aforementioned mounting fastening member (1264) passes may be formed in the mounting fastening portion (1262). The mounting fastening portion (1262) may be located on the outer side of the bracket reinforcement portion (1268). That is, the mounting fastening portion (1262) may be provided on the outer circumference of the mounting bracket (126).

[0745] Since the bracket reinforcement part (1268) protrudes forward of the mounting bracket (126) and forms a closed space together with the second mounting reinforcement part (1284) of the mounting front part (122), the placement of the integrated fastening part (1261) and the mounting fastening part (1262) on the bracket reinforcement part (1268) may be disadvantageous for forming a fastening relationship.

[0746] Accordingly, in one embodiment of the present invention, the mounting fastening part (1262) is provided on the outer side of the bracket reinforcement part (1268), such as on the outer perimeter of the mounting bracket (126), so that it can form a coupling relationship by being in close contact with the mounting front part (122) and can be spaced apart from the integrated fastening part (1261) to improve assembly.

[0747] Meanwhile, in one embodiment of the present invention, the mounting guide portion (1266) is positioned on the outside of the bracket reinforcement portion (1268), and the mounting fastening portion (1262) may be located within the mounting guide portion (1266).

[0748] As described above, since the bracket reinforcement part (1268) is spaced apart from the mounting front part (122), it is disadvantageous for the integrated fastening part (1261) or the mounting fastening part (1262) to be provided on the bracket reinforcement part (1268) to form a coupling relationship.

[0749] In one embodiment of the present invention, the mounting guide portion (1266) is positioned outside the bracket reinforcement portion (1268) based on the radial direction of the mounting bracket (126), and is inserted into the first mounting reinforcement portion (1283) and comes into contact with the first mounting reinforcement portion (1283), which is advantageous for forming a fastening relationship through a fastening member.

[0750] Accordingly, in one embodiment of the present invention, a mounting fastening part (1262) is provided within a mounting guide part (1266), thereby minimizing the diameter of the mounting bracket (126) and effectively providing the mounting guide part (1266) and the mounting fastening part (1262).

[0751] A plurality of openings through which a mounting fastening member (1264) passes may be provided in the mounting guide portion (1266), and the mounting guide portion (1266) itself may correspond to the mounting fastening portion (1262).

[0752] Meanwhile, referring to FIG. 43, in one embodiment of the present invention, the driving unit (400) may include the aforementioned driving shaft (430) and bearing extension (440), and the bearing extension (440) may penetrate the driving mounting unit (120) and the mounting bracket (126) together. That is, the center of the mounting bracket (126) may be penetrated by the driving shaft (430) and the bearing extension (440).

[0753] FIG. 43 shows a drive unit (400) with the second drive part (420) removed, a drive shaft (430) and a bearing extension (440) extending forward from the first drive part (410), and a front end of the drive shaft (430) to which a shaft fixing member (435) is coupled and a meshing part (432) are shown.

[0754] Meanwhile, as described above, in one embodiment of the present invention, the drive mounting part (120) is coupled to the drive part (400) at the rear, and a mounting bracket (126) covering at least a part of the drive mounting part (120) is coupled to the front, and the mounting bracket (126), the drive mounting part (120), and the drive part (400) can be mutually coupled by being penetrated together by an integrated fastening member (1263).

[0755] Meanwhile, FIG. 44 shows a rear sealer (300) disposed on a rear plate (110) according to one embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 45 shows a cross-section of the rear sealer (300) according to one embodiment of the present invention.

[0756] Referring to FIGS. 44 and 45, one embodiment of the present invention may include a rear sealer (300), the rear sealer (300) is positioned between the rear plate (110) and the rear of the drum (210), extends along the circumferential direction of the air flow section (130), and can prevent the air of the air flow section (130) from leaking out of the air passage section (230).

[0757] The rear sealer (300) may be provided in an annular shape to surround the circumference of the air flow section (130). The air flow section (130) may be provided in an annular shape surrounding the drive mounting section (120), and the rear sealer (300) may be provided in multiple numbers to surround the inner circumference and the outer circumference of the air flow section (130), respectively.

[0758] As described above, in one embodiment of the present invention, the front (131) of the air flow section (130) is directly open so that air can be discharged, and the air passage section (230) of the rear of the drum (210) can directly block the front (131) of the air flow section (130).

[0759] One embodiment of the present invention is provided with a rear sealer (300) that prevents air leakage between the rear plate (110) and the rear of the drum (210), thereby allowing the air of the air flow section (130) to flow completely into the air passage section (230) and forming a sealed space between the flow space (135) and the air passage surface (239).

[0760] Meanwhile, the rear sealer (300) may include an outer sealer (320) and an inner sealer (310). The outer sealer (320) may be arranged in an annular shape to surround the outer circumference of the air flow section (130), and the inner sealer (310) may be arranged in an annular shape to surround the inner circumference of the air flow section (130).

[0761] The outer sealer (320) is provided with a larger diameter than the inner sealer (310) so as to prevent or suppress air leakage from the outer circumference of the air flow section (130) to the outside of the air passage section (230). The inner sealer (310) can prevent or suppress air leakage from the inner circumference of the air flow section (130) to the outside of the air passage section (230).

[0762] If air leaks out of the air flow section (130), it leads to a loss of air flow rate supplied into the drum (200), which can reduce the drying efficiency of the clothes, and if air leaks inward of the air flow section (130), it is disadvantageous as it can increase the temperature on the driving section (400) side along with the loss of air flow rate.

[0763] Accordingly, one embodiment of the present invention can effectively secure the sealing ability of the air flow section (130) by placing an outer sealer (320) or an inner sealer (310) on the inner circumference and the outer circumference, respectively, of the air flow section (130) in which the front surface (131) is open.

[0764] Meanwhile, as described above, in one embodiment of the present invention, the drum (200) includes a drum circumference surface (290) that surrounds the interior of the drum (200) in front of the drum rear surface (210), and the drum rear surface (210) may be provided with a circumference connecting part (240) connected to the drum circumference surface (290) at the edge.

[0765] The air passage portion (230) may include an outer surface (238) that extends rearward from the circumferential connection portion (240) and is inserted into the rear protrusion portion (140), and an air passage surface (239) that is located rearward from the circumferential connection portion (240), is connected to the outer surface (238), and faces the open front surface (131) of the air flow portion (130).

[0766] Meanwhile, in one embodiment of the present invention, the air passage portion (230) may include the aforementioned ventilation portion (232), and the rear sealer (300) may be spaced apart from the ventilation portion (232) and may come into contact with the air passage surface (239).

[0767] In one embodiment of the present invention, the ventilation section (232) of the air passage section (230) includes a plurality of ventilation holes (234), and the area of the ventilation section (232) in the air passage section (230) may correspond to the air flow area.

[0768] If the rear sealer (300) is positioned in front of the ventilation section (232), it reduces the air flow area in the air passage section (230), which is disadvantageous, and the edges of the ventilation holes (234) of the ventilation section (232) may damage the rear sealer (300).

[0769] Furthermore, as described above, the ventilation portion (232) can be formed to protrude toward the flow space (135) from the inner side of the open front (131) of the air flow portion (130), and accordingly, when the rear sealer (300) comes into contact with the ventilation portion (232) to seal the air flow portion (130), it is disadvantageous because a sealing structure must be implemented corresponding to the protruding shape of the ventilation portion (232).

[0770] Furthermore, due to the rotation of the rear of the drum (210), the ventilation section (232) also rotates on the front (131) of the air flow section (130), and thus, when the rear sealer (300) comes into contact with the ventilation section (232), it not only hinders the rotation of the ventilation section (232) but can also cause damage to the rear sealer (300).

[0771] Accordingly, in one embodiment of the present invention, the rear sealer (300) can seal between the air flow section (130) and the air passage section (230) while being spaced apart from the ventilation section (232). Specifically, the rear sealer (300) is provided on the rear protruding surface (149) of the rear protrusion (140) and contacts the air passage surface (239) of the air passage section (230), thereby allowing the air flow section (130) and the air passage section (230) to be sealed stably without hindering the rotation of the air passage section (230).

[0772] Meanwhile, in one embodiment of the present invention, the rear sealer (300) may be provided inside the rear protrusion (140) to prevent air flowing out from the air flow section (130) from leaking out to the outside of the air passage section (230).

[0773] When the rear sealer (300) is placed on the inner side of the air flow section (130), such as on the outer surface of the flow (134) or the inner surface of the flow (133), the area of the front surface (131) of the air flow section (130) through which air can be discharged is reduced. Therefore, in one embodiment of the present invention, the rear sealer (300) is positioned on the rear protruding surface (149) adjacent to the air flow section (130) so as to effectively seal the air flow section (130) without reducing the air flow area of the air flow section (130).

[0774] Meanwhile, the rear sealer (300) can be seated on the rear protruding surface (149) in front of the rear protruding surface (149). The aforementioned inner sealer (310) placement portion (1492) and the first outer sealer (320) placement portion (1494) are provided on the rear protruding surface (149) to fix the inner sealer (310) and the outer sealer (320), respectively.

[0775] The inner sealer (310) placement portion (1492) is provided on the rear protruding surface (149) and extends along the circumference of the drive mounting portion (120) so that the inner sealer (310) can be seated at the front.

[0776] Specifically, the drive mounting portion (120) includes the aforementioned mounting side portion (124), the air flow portion (130) includes the aforementioned flow inner surface (133), and the rear protrusion portion (140) may be spaced apart from the mounting side portion (124) and the flow inner surface (133) so that the inner sealer (310) placement portion (1492) may be provided.

[0777] Referring to FIG. 44, the mounting side portion (124) and the flow inner surface portion (133) may be spaced apart from each other along the radial direction of the air flow portion (130). That is, the flow inner surface portion (133) may have a larger diameter than the mounting side portion (124) and may be positioned on the outside of the mounting side portion (124).

[0778] A portion of the rear protruding surface (149) may be located between the movable inner surface (133) and the mounting side portion (124). That is, the rear protruding surface (149) may be provided in a stepped, bent shape between the movable inner surface (133) and the mounting side portion (124).

[0779] The inner sealer (310) placement portion (1492) can be located between the movable inner surface (133) and the mounting side portion (124) on the rear protruding surface (149). Between the movable inner surface (133) and the mounting side portion (124), a plane parallel to the rear reference surface (111) can be formed as part of the rear protruding surface (149), and the inner sealer (310) placement portion (1492) is provided so that the inner sealer (310) can be stably fixed.

[0780] Meanwhile, referring to FIG. 44, in one embodiment of the present invention, the flow inner surface (133) may include the aforementioned inflow guide (137), and the inner sealer (310) and the inner sealer (310) placement portion (1492) may be extended to cross between the drive mounting portion (120) and the inflow guide (137).

[0781] As described above, the inflow guide (137) may be provided in a shape protruding from the flow inner surface (133) of the air flow section (130), and the front surface of the inflow guide (137) may correspond to a part of the rear protruding surface (149).

[0782] The inner sealer (310) placement section (1492) is provided on the rear protruding surface (149) and may be provided to cross between the drive mounting section (120) and the inflow guide section (137) due to structural relationships. The inner sealer (310) may be provided in a shape corresponding to the cross-sectional shape of the drive mounting section (120) and may be provided to surround the drive mounting section (120).

[0783] Meanwhile, the aforementioned first outer sealer (320) placement portion (1494) is provided on the rear protruding surface (149) and extends along the outer circumference of the air flow portion (130) so that the outer sealer (320) can be seated at the front.

[0784] Additionally, the fan duct section (1082) of the air supply section (106) may include the aforementioned second outer sealer (320) placement section (1496), and the second outer sealer (320) placement section (1496) surrounds the outer perimeter of the flow space (135) together with the first outer sealer (320) placement section (1494), and the outer sealer (320) can be seated in the front.

[0785] Meanwhile, referring to FIG. 45, in one embodiment of the present invention, the rear sealer (300) may include a sealer body portion (330) and a drum contact portion (340). The sealer body portion (330) is seated on the rear plate (110) at the front of the rear plate (110), and the drum contact portion (340) is provided on the sealer body portion (330) and may come into contact with the rear surface of the drum (210).

[0786] The sealer body portion (330) forms the body of the rear sealer (300) and can be coupled to the aforementioned inner sealer (310) placement portion (1492), the first outer sealer (320) placement portion (1494), or the second outer sealer (320) placement portion (1496). The coupling method of the sealer body portion (330) can be varied.

[0787] The drum contact portion (340) is provided in the sealer body portion (330) and can be in contact with the rear surface of the drum (210). That is, the drum contact portion (340) can be provided on one side facing the air passage portion (230) from the sealer body portion (330) and can be in contact with the air passage surface (239) of the air passage portion (230).

[0788] The rear sealer (300) can be configured such that the sealer body part (330) is seated on the rear protruding surface (149) and the drum contact part (340) is in contact with the air passage surface (239) to prevent air leakage between the rear protruding surface (149) and the air passage surface (239).

[0789] Meanwhile, the sealer body part (330) may be provided to have elasticity and be pressed toward the rear plate (110) by the drum rear surface (210). The drum contact part (340) may be provided with a material having a lower coefficient of friction with respect to the drum rear surface (210) than the sealer body part (330).

[0790] For example, the sealer body part (330) may be made of a rubber material and pressed backward by the drum rear surface (210), and the drum contact part (340) may be made of a felt material and come into contact with the drum rear surface (210).

[0791] Specifically, the sealer body portion (330) may be made of an elastic material such as rubber. The sealer body portion (330) may be provided in a compressed state between the air passage surface (239) and the rear protruding surface (149) as needed, and the sealing effect may be enhanced by the restoring force of the sealer body portion (330).

[0792] Since the drum contact portion (340) is in contact with the rotating air passage surface (239), it can be made of a material with a low coefficient of friction, such as felt. Accordingly, the drum contact portion (340) can allow the rotation of the air passage surface (239) while maximally suppressing air leakage.

[0793] In one embodiment of the present invention, the shape of the rear sealer (300) may vary as needed. FIG. 45 illustrates, according to one embodiment of the present invention, that the sealer body part (330) protrudes forward from the rear plate (110), and the drum contact part (340) is provided on the front surface facing the rear of the drum (210).

[0794] Referring to FIG. 45, the sealer body portion (330) may be provided in the shape of a ring with a square cross-section, and the drum contact portion (340) may be provided on the front surface of the sealer body portion (330). The drum contact portion (340) may be joined to the sealer body portion (330) through an adhesive means such as an adhesive or tape, or may be formed integrally with the sealer body portion (330) through a process technique such as extrusion molding.

[0795] Meanwhile, FIGS. 46 to 48 illustrate a rear sealer (300) including an inclined body portion (332) according to an embodiment of the present invention. In an embodiment of the present invention, the sealer body portion (330) may include a fixed body portion (334) and an inclined body portion (332).

[0796] The fixed body portion (334) can be fixed to the rear plate (110), and the inclined body portion (332) extends obliquely from the rear plate (110) toward the rear of the drum (210) and can be pressed backward by the rear of the drum (210). The drum contact portion (340) can be provided on one side facing the rear of the drum (210) from the inclined body portion (332).

[0797] The fixed body portion (334) is provided in the shape of an annular flat plate and can be fixed on the rear protruding surface (149). The inclined body portion (332) can be extended obliquely from the fixed body portion (334). The inclined body portion (332) can be pressed backward by the rear surface of the drum (210), for example, the air passage surface (239).

[0798] In one embodiment of the present invention, when the sealer body part (330) includes an inclined body part (332), it is advantageous to be easily deformed by pressure from the air passage surface (239) and to reduce friction on the air passage part (230).

[0799] Meanwhile, the position and inclined shape of the inclined body part (332) relative to the fixed body part (334) can be varied. Referring to FIG. 46, in one embodiment of the present invention, the inclined body part (332) may be extended at an angle toward the air flow part (130).

[0800] That is, the inclined body portion (332) of the outer sealer (320) can be extended inwardly at an angle toward the air flow portion (130) as it moves away from the fixed body portion (334), and the inclined body portion (332) of the inner sealer (310) can be extended outwardly at an angle toward the air flow portion (130) as it moves away from the fixed body portion (334).

[0801] FIG. 46 illustrates an inclined body portion (332) that is extended at an angle so as to be close to the air flow portion (130), an outer sealer (320) in which the inclined body portion (332) is provided on the inner circumference of the fixed body portion (334), and an inner sealer (310) in which the inclined body portion (332) is provided on the outer circumference of the fixed body portion (334).

[0802] Meanwhile, FIG. 47 illustrates an embodiment of the present invention in which the inclined body part (332) is extended in an inclined direction away from the air flow part (130).

[0803] Referring to FIG. 47, in one embodiment of the present invention, the inclined body portion (332) of the outer sealer (320) may extend from the outer circumference of the fixed body portion (334), and the inclined body portion (332) of the inner sealer (310) may extend from the inner circumference of the fixed body portion (334). That is, the inclined body portion (332) may extend from the circumference of the fixed body portion (334) located far from the air flow portion (130).

[0804] The inclined body portion (332) can be extended at an angle so as to move away from the air flow portion (130). That is, the inclined body portion (332) of the outer sealer (320) can be extended at an angle toward the outside of the air flow portion (130) as it moves away from the fixed body portion (334), and the inclined body portion (332) of the inner sealer (310) can be extended at an angle toward the drive mounting portion (120) as it moves away from the fixed body portion (334).

[0805] That is, the inclined body portion (332) of the outer sealer (320) may be extended at an angle toward the radial outer side of the air flow portion (130), and the inclined body portion (332) of the inner sealer (310) may be extended at an angle toward the radial inner side of the air flow portion (130).

[0806] Meanwhile, referring to FIGS. 46 and 47, the inclined body portion (332) may be extended at an obtuse angle from the fixed body portion (334). In the present invention, the angle formed by the inclined body portion (332) and the surface facing the air passage surface (239) from the fixed body portion (334) can be defined as the extension angle (G) of the inclined body portion (332).

[0807] FIGS. 46 and 47 illustrate an obtuse angle of extension (G) of the inclined body part (332). When the obtuse angle of extension (G) of the inclined body part (332) is obtuse, the sealer body part (330) can be effectively deformed between the air passage surface (239) and the rear protruding surface (149) even with a small amount of pressure, thereby effectively reducing friction with the air passage surface (239).

[0808] Meanwhile, referring to FIGS. 48 and 49, in one embodiment of the present invention, the inclined body portion (332) may be extended in an inclined direction toward the air flow portion (130), and the inclined body portion (332) may be extended at an acute angle from the fixed body portion (334).

[0809] The inclined body portion (332) may extend from the circumference located on the opposite side of the air flow portion (130) from the fixed body portion (334). That is, the outer sealer (320) may have the inclined body portion (332) extended from the outer circumference of the fixed body portion (334), and the inner sealer (310) may have the inclined body portion (332) extended from the inner circumference of the fixed body portion (334).

[0810] The inclined body portion (332) can be extended at an angle so as to be closer to the air flow portion (130). That is, the outer sealer (320) can be extended at an angle toward the air flow portion (130) as the inclined body portion (332) moves further away from the fixed body, and the inner sealer (310) can be extended toward the air guide portion as the inclined body portion (332) moves further away from the fixed body portion (334).

[0811] For example, the inclined body portion (332) of the outer sealer (320) may be extended at an angle toward the radial inner side of the air flow portion (130), and the inclined body portion (332) of the inner sealer (310) may be extended at an angle toward the radial outer side of the air flow portion (130).

[0812] That is, the inclined body portion (332) can be extended from the fixed body portion (334) so as to be closer to the ventilation portion (232) as it moves forward. Accordingly, as the air flow pressure in the flow space (135) increases, the pressure transmitted by the inclined body portion (332) toward the air passage surface (239) increases, thereby improving airtightness.

[0813] That is, as shown in FIGS. 48 to 49, when the inclined body part (332) is extended at an angle toward the air flow part (130), as the air flow pressure of the air flow part (130) increases, the compression force between the inclined body part (332), the drum contact part (340), and the air passage surface (239) increases, thereby improving airtightness.

[0814] Additionally, the extension angle (G) of the inclined body part (332) can form an acute angle, and when the extension angle (G) of the inclined body part (332) forms an acute angle, the restoring force of the inclined body part (332) compressed between the rear protruding surface (149) and the air passage surface (239) is relatively stronger compared to the case of an obtuse angle, so that airtightness can be improved.

[0815] Meanwhile, referring to FIG. 49, the rear sealer (300) may include a sealer penetration portion (350), and the sealer penetration portion (350) may protrude toward the rear plate (110) and penetrate the rear plate (110).

[0816] The rear sealer (300) is seated on the rear plate (110) at the front of the rear plate (110), and the sealer penetration part (350) can be joined by penetrating the rear plate (110).

[0817] The sealer penetration portion (350) may be provided on one surface facing the rear protruding surface (149) or the sealer placement portion from the fixed body portion (334). The sealer penetration portion (350) may have a shape protruding from the fixed body portion (334) toward the rear protruding surface (149).

[0818] The sealer penetration portion (350) may be manufactured separately and coupled to the fixed body portion (334), or may be molded integrally with the fixed body portion (334). The inner sealer (310) placement portion (1492), the first outer sealer (320) placement portion (1494), and the second outer sealer (320) placement portion (1496) may each have an opening formed through which the sealer penetration portion (350) penetrates. The sealer penetration portion (350) may have a hook formed at its end so that it can be stably fixed and supported on the rear protruding surface (149).

[0819] Meanwhile, FIG. 48 shows a sealer fixing part (360) according to one embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 50 shows an outer sealer fixing part (362) to which an outer sealer (320) is fixed.

[0820] Referring to FIGS. 48 and 50, one embodiment of the present invention may include a sealer fixing part (360) that protrudes from the rear plate (110) toward the rear surface of the drum (210) and into which the rear sealer (300) is inserted and fixed in the radial direction of the air flow part (130).

[0821] The sealer fixing part (360) may be provided on the front surface of the rear plate (110). The sealer fixing part (360) may protrude from the rear plate (110), for example, the rear protruding surface (149), toward the rear surface of the drum (210). The rear sealer (300) may be coupled to and fixed to the sealer fixing part (360).

[0822] The rear sealer (300) can be inserted into and fixed to the sealer fixing part (360) along the radial direction of the air flow part (130). That is, the sealer fixing part (360) may include a groove that is open in the radial direction of the air flow part (130), and the rear sealer (300) can be inserted into the groove.

[0823] Meanwhile, in one embodiment of the present invention, the sealer fixing part (360) may include a protruding extension part (365) and a fixing extension part (366). The protruding extension part (365) may extend forward from the rear plate (110).

[0824] The fixed extension (366) can be extended along the radial direction of the air flow portion (130) from the protruding extension (365), and the rear sealer (300) can be inserted and fixed between the fixed extension (366) and the rear plate (110).

[0825] The protruding extension (365) can be extended to protrude forward from the front of the rear plate (110). For example, the protruding extension (365) can be extended from the rear protruding surface (149) toward the air passage surface (239).

[0826] The fixed extension part (366) can be extended from the protruding extension part (365) and can be extended radially in the air flow part (130). Since the fixed extension part (366) is extended from the protruding extension part (365), a gap can be formed between the fixed extension part (366) and the rear protruding surface (149), and the fixed body part (334) of the rear sealer (300) can be inserted into the gap.

[0827] In the sealer body part (330), either the inner circumference or the outer circumference is inserted into the sealer fixing part (360) based on the center of the air flow part (130) to face the protruding extension part (365), and the inclined body part (332) can be extended from the other one.

[0828] That is, when the inner circumference of the fixed body part (334) faces the protruding extension part (365), the inclined body part (332) can be extended from the outer circumference, and when the outer circumference faces the protruding extension part (365), the inclined body part (332) can be extended from the inner circumference.

[0829] Accordingly, the rear sealer (300) can be stably fixed on the rear plate (110) through the sealer fixing part (360) of the rear plate (110) even without a separate connecting member, and at the same time, structural interference between the inclined body part (332) and the sealer fixing part (360) can be prevented.

[0830] The sealer fixing part (360) may be provided in multiple numbers and placed in the inner sealer (310) placement part (1492), the first outer sealer (320) placement part (1494), and the second outer sealer (320) placement part (1496), respectively, or may be provided in an annular shape and placed in the inner sealer (310) placement part (1492), the first outer sealer (320) placement part (1494), and the second outer sealer (320) placement part (1496).

[0831] FIG. 50 illustrates a plurality of sealer fixing parts (360) arranged spaced apart along the outer sealer (320) placement part according to one embodiment of the present invention.

[0832] Meanwhile, in one embodiment of the present invention, the sealer fixing part (360) can be inserted along the radial direction of the air flow part (130) in a direction in which the rear sealer (300) approaches the air flow part (130). That is, the fixing extension part (366) of the sealer fixing part (360) can be extended from the protruding extension part (365) in a direction away from the air flow part (130).

[0833] For example, in one embodiment of the present invention, the sealer fixing part (360) may include an outer sealer fixing part (362) and an inner sealer fixing part (361), the outer sealer fixing part (362) may be positioned around the outer circumference of the air flow part (130) to fix the outer sealer (320), and the inner sealer fixing part (361) may be positioned around the inner circumference of the air flow part (130) to fix the inner sealer (310).

[0834] The outer sealer fixing part (362) may be provided in the first outer sealer (320) placement part (1494) and / or the second outer sealer (320) placement part (1496), and the inner sealer fixing part (361) may be provided in the inner sealer (310) placement part (1492).

[0835] The fixed extension portion (366) of the outer sealer fixing portion (362) extends radially outward from the protruding extension portion (365) of the air flow portion (130), and the fixed extension portion (366) of the inner sealer fixing portion (361) may extend radially inward from the protruding extension portion (365) of the air flow portion (130).

[0836] Accordingly, with respect to the center of the air flow section (130), the outer sealer (320) can be inserted into the outer sealer fixing section (362) from the outside of the outer sealer fixing section (362) toward the inside of the air flow section (130), the inner circumference is supported by the protruding extension section (365), and the inclined body section (332) can be extended from the outer circumference.

[0837] The inner sealer (310) can be inserted into the inner sealer fixing part (361) from the inner side toward the outer side of the air flow part (130) from the inner side toward the inner sealer fixing part (361), the outer circumference is supported by the protruding extension part (365), and the inclined body part (332) can be extended from the inner circumference toward the drive mounting part (120).

[0838] As the fixed extension portion (366) of the outer sealer fixing portion (362) extends outward from the protruding extension portion (365) and the fixed extension portion (366) of the inner sealer fixing portion (361) extends inward from the protruding extension portion (365), one embodiment of the present invention may implement a sealer body portion (330) in which the extension angle (G) of the inclined body portion (332) forms an acute angle and extends obliquely toward the air flow portion (130).

[0839] Meanwhile, one embodiment of the present invention may include an inner rear sealer (300) that is seated on the rear plate (110) at the front of the rear plate (110) as described above and extends along the circumference of the drive mounting part (120) to suppress the leakage of air from the air flow part (130) toward the drive mounting part (120).

[0840] Additionally, as described above, it may further include an outer rear sealer (300) that is seated on the rear plate (110) at the front of the rear plate (110) and extends along the outer circumference of the flow space (135) to suppress the leakage of air from the air flow section (130) to the outside of the air passage section (230).

[0841] Although the present invention has been illustrated and described in relation to specific embodiments, it will be obvious to those skilled in the art that the present invention can be modified and changed in various ways without departing from the technical spirit of the invention as provided by the following claims.
