Description

Technology Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a safety device for a tractor cultivator, and more specifically, to a safety device for a tractor cultivator that mitigates shock when an overload occurs due to obstacles such as stones or rocks when cultivating a field, and also improves the load-bearing capacity when initially digging into the ground, thereby enabling stable cultivation. Background Technology

[0003] In this invention, the conventional technology and the technology of this invention are explained using a plow, which is typically used among cultivation equipment, as an example, but this is not limited to a plow.

[0004] Generally, a plow is used to cultivate soil by digging it up using livestock such as oxen or horses, or machinery, for the purpose of growing crops.

[0005] A general tractor plow is a multi-plow equipped with multiple plows depending on the size or horsepower of the tractor. A typical tractor plow is equipped with three to eight plows, and each plow may be installed in a zigzag pattern on the main frame or installed diagonally on the main frame in the direction of traction.

[0006] When operating a general tractor plow, an unexpected situation may occur where the plow head collides with stones or rocks buried in the soil. Consequently, if the plow head is simply fixed to the main frame, the impact force from the rocks is transmitted directly, causing the plow head to break and malfunction.

[0007] Accordingly, to solve this, Registered Utility Model No. 20-0445329 (buffering type furrow plow structure) proposed a plow structure comprising, as shown in FIG. 1, a link means (10) connected to a tractor, a frame (30) equipped with a cultivation member (20), and an excavation means (23) equipped with a plowshare (24) installed downwardly on the frame (30), a hydraulic buffer means (22) installed on the body (21) of the cultivation member (20), and the excavation means (23) connected to the buffer means (22).

[0008] Therefore, when the plowshare (24) collides with an obstacle such as a stone or rock, the excavation means (23) rotates upward to avoid the obstacle and moves over it, and after avoiding it, it rotates downward again by the buffer means (22) so that continuous plowing work can be performed.

[0010] However, according to this conventional technology, when the excavation means (23) is initially digging into the ground, the buffer means (22) supports the excavation means (23) by having sufficient resistance against the initial pressure, that is, pressure, thereby providing sufficient support force to allow the plowshare (24) to dig into the ground. However, when the temperature drops in mountainous regions or winter, the oil inside the buffer means (22) condenses and the pressure drops, so the support force supporting the excavation means (23) is greatly reduced.

[0011] As a result, the supporting force for digging into the ground during cultivation work cannot be applied to the excavation means (23), and since the excavation means (23) easily rotates upward when digging into the ground, there is a problem that cultivation work involving digging into the ground cannot be performed.

[0014] - Registered Utility Model No. 20-0445329

[0015] (Buffering furrow plow structure) The problem to be solved

[0017] The present invention, which aims to solve the problems described above, is intended to provide a safety device for a tractor cultivator that allows stable support force to be applied to the excavation means during the initial cultivation operation of digging into the ground as well as during the cultivation operation, and also allows the excavation means to lose support force due to the load when it encounters an obstacle, thereby enabling it to avoid it. means of solving the problem

[0019] A safety device for a tiller for a tractor according to the present invention for solving the above-mentioned problem comprises: a frame towed by a tractor; an excavation means coupled to the frame to rotate up and down; and a main pressure member, which is a cylinder or a spring and elastically supports the excavation means between the frame and the excavation means.

[0020] It is characterized by being composed of an auxiliary pressurizing part that applies a pressurizing force having elasticity from the side of the above-mentioned excavation means to provide a bracing force against the resistance force generated when digging into the ground, and causes the above-mentioned excavation means to rotate upward to move away from the area where the pressurizing force is applied when an impact occurs due to an obstacle.

[0026] A pressure ball installed on one or both sides of the above pair of brackets to elastically press both sides of the excavation means;

[0027] A ball insertion hole formed by penetrating the above bracket in the transverse direction, having a size into which the pressure ball can be inserted, and having a detachment prevention projection formed at the tip portion facing the excavation means to prevent the pressure ball from detaching;

[0028] A housing provided in the outer direction of the bracket at the portion where the ball insertion hole is formed;

[0029] A spring inserted into the inner side of the above housing to elastically support the pressure ball;

[0030] It is characterized by being composed of a pressure bolt that adjusts the elastic support force of the above spring.

[0035] delete Effects of the invention

[0036] According to the present invention as described above, a simple structure in which the side of the excavation means is elastically pressed by a pressure ball allows the excavation means to apply stable support regardless of temperature changes when digging into the ground. In the event of a large impact caused by an obstacle, the support force due to the elastic pressure is lost by rotating upward, thereby allowing the excavation means to avoid the obstacle and prevent damage to the excavation means. Furthermore, after avoiding the obstacle, the excavation means descends so that the elastic pressure can be applied again, thereby enabling continuous cultivation work. [0045] Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the attached drawings.

[0046] However, the embodiments of the present invention exemplified below may be modified in various other forms, and the scope of the present invention is not limited to the embodiments described below.

[0047] The embodiments of the present invention are provided to more fully explain the invention to those skilled in the art.

[0049] As shown in FIG. 2, the present invention is largely composed of a frame (100), a excavation means consisting of a frost (120) and a plow blade (130), a main pressure unit (160), and an auxiliary pressure unit (170, 180).

[0050] The above frame (100) is connected to the rear of the tractor and towed, and only a part of it is shown in the drawing.

[0051] That is, it is connected to a tractor and towed by a linkage means as in the prior art, and has a form in which a frame is equipped with multiple excavation means for cultivating rice paddies or fields.

[0053] The above-mentioned excavation means digs into the ground to cultivate it, and in the drawing, a plow is illustrated as an example, but not only a plow but also various cultivation devices such as a soil cultivator and a subsoil crusher can be used as excavation means.

[0054] The upper part of the frost (120) is installed to rotate in the up and down direction by being connected to a pair of brackets (110, 111) provided on the frame (100) by a rotation axis (112), and the lower part has a structure provided with a plow blade (130) for excavating the ground.

[0055] That is, the above pair of brackets (110, 111) are formed side by side with a gap in between, facing the rear of the frame (100), so that the upper part of the frost (120) is positioned between the brackets (110, 111), and the rotation shaft (112) is inserted through the shaft hole (122) of the bracket (110, 111) and the frost (120), thereby allowing the frost (120) to rotate in the up and down direction.

[0056] Additionally, although not shown in the drawing, a separate stopper may be provided to prevent frost (120) from descending to the lower side of the bracket (110, 111).

[0058] The above auxiliary pressure member (170, 180) is installed on the bracket (110, 111) at the rear portion of the rotation shaft (112) and presses both sides of the frost (120) with elastic force, thereby enabling resistance to the rebound force generated when the excavation means digs into the ground due to the pressure. As shown in FIG. 3, a ball insertion hole (114, 115) is formed in the bracket (110, 111) at the same location and penetrates in the thickness direction, and a pressure ball (172, 182) is inserted into the ball insertion hole (114, 115) respectively.

[0059] The inner diameter of the ball insertion hole (114, 115) is sized to allow the pressure ball (172, 182) to be inserted, and a release prevention ridge (116, 117) is formed at the tip portion, that is, the tip portion facing the frost (120), so that the pressure ball (172, 182) does not detach. By means of this release prevention ridge (116, 117), a part of the pressure ball (172, 182) is exposed to the side of the bracket (110, 111), that is, in the direction facing the frost (120).

[0060] At this time, the frost (120) has a corresponding area to the exposed area of the pressure ball (172, 182), that is, when the frost (120) descends and is positioned between the brackets (110, 111), a catch groove (123) is formed so that the pressure ball (172, 182) can be inserted into the area corresponding to the exposed area of the pressure ball (172, 182). This catch groove (123) may be formed by penetrating the thickness direction of the frost (120) or may be formed in the shape of a hemispherical groove.

[0061] At this time, the diameter of the above-mentioned catch groove (123) has a size into which the exposed portion of the above-mentioned pressure ball (172, 182) can be inserted.

[0062] A housing (171, 181) is fixedly installed in the outer direction of the bracket (110, 111) at the portion where the ball insertion hole (114, 115) is formed, and a spring (173, 183) is mounted on the inner side of the housing (171, 181) to apply pressure with elastic force from the rear of the pressure ball (172, 182), and the pressure is controlled by a pressure bolt (175, 185).

[0063] The above pressure bolts (175, 185) are fastened to the rear of the housing (171, 181) by screw connection, and a pressure plate (174, 184) is provided at the tip portion thereof, so that the elastic pressure of the pressure ball (172, 182) is determined according to the degree of fastening of the pressure bolts (175, 185).

[0064] These auxiliary pressure parts (170, 180) may be formed on both sides or only in one direction, and if formed only in one direction, one side of the frost (120) may come into contact with the inner side of one bracket by the elastic pressure of the pressure part on the other side so that pressure can be applied.

[0066] Meanwhile, as shown in FIG. 4, the above frost (120) has a lower protrusion (121) formed at a position corresponding to the bracket (110, 111), that is, a position inserted between the bracket (110, 111), and this lower protrusion (121) is formed with a thickness equal to the thickness of the frost (120).

[0067] Additionally, the lower protrusion (121) has a height slightly greater than the distance it rotates in the up and down direction due to the resistance of the ground while the frost (120) is dug into the ground during cultivation.

[0069] The operation of the present invention is explained with reference to FIG. 5.

[0070] When plowing, the elastic pressure of the pressure ball (175, 185) is adjusted by controlling the fastening force of the pressure bolt (175, 185) according to the hardness of the ground, and when the frame (100) is lowered and towed by a tractor while the exposed part of the pressure ball (175, 185) is caught in the catch groove (123) by the auxiliary pressure part (170, 180) and the frost (120) is elastically pressured, the plow blade (130) generates resistance against the resistance of the ground due to the elastic pressure applied to the frost (120), thereby overcoming that resistance and digging into the ground while plowing.

[0071] Even if an impact occurs during normal plowing where the pressure ball (175, 185) moves out of the catch groove (123) due to the resistance of the soil, the plowing operation is performed by moving up and down in the vertical direction within a range where the lower protrusion (121) of the frost (120) does not move out of the auxiliary pressure part (170, 180), i.e., the pressure ball (175, 185).

[0072] However, when the frost (120) or plow blade (130) comes into contact with an obstacle such as a stone or rock, the pressure ball (175, 185) is disengaged from the catch groove (123) due to the excessive resistance of the obstacle, and also rotates upward so that the pressure ball (175, 185) is disengaged from the lower protrusion (121). As a result, the elastic support force applied to the frost (120) is lost, causing it to avoid the obstacle. After avoiding the obstacle, the frost (120) descends again between the pressure balls (175, 185) due to its own weight, and the catch groove (123) is caught on the pressure ball (175, 185), and elastic pressure is applied again, thereby allowing continuous plowing work to be performed.

[0074] Meanwhile, in order to improve the resistance of the ground when the frost (120) is plowed, the frame (100) is provided with a support member (140) so that one side of the main pressure member (160) is hinge-connected and the other side of the main pressure member (160) is hinge-connected to a fixing member (150) provided on the frost (120), thereby applying additional elastic pressure to the frost (120).

[0075] In addition, when the excavation means descends again by its own weight after moving away from the pressure balls (175, 185) to avoid an obstacle and is re-inserted between the pressure balls (175, 185), it descends rapidly by the main pressure part (160), and the pressure balls (175, 185) are inserted into the catch groove (123), so that the frost (120) is accurately positioned.

[0076] That is, when the excavation means descends between the pressure balls (175, 185) due to its own weight, if the descending force is low, the frost (120) cannot be inserted between the pressure balls (175, 185) and thus cannot withstand the resistance of the ground. However, due to the pressing force of the main pressure part (160), the frost (120) is accurately inserted between the pressure balls (175, 185), and the pressure balls (175, 185) are caught in the catch groove (123) and elastically pressed, thereby enabling stable and continuous plowing operation.

[0077] This main pressure member (160) can have various forms such as hydraulic or pneumatic cylinders, springs, etc., and in the drawing, a hydraulic cylinder is shown as an example.

[0079] As specific parts of the present invention have been described in detail above, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that such specific descriptions are merely preferred embodiments and do not limit the scope of the present invention.

[0080] Accordingly, the substantial scope of the present invention will be defined by the appended claims and their equivalents. Explanation of the symbols
