Specific details for implementing the invention

[0018] The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the attached exemplary drawings.

[0019] FIGS. 5 and 6 illustrate a middle cabinet according to the present invention, which is constructed by bending a metal bar (17) having a T-shaped cross-section into a rectangular frame shape, which is the same as the conventional one.

[0020] At this time, the metal bar (17) is formed by roll forming a metal strip (16) configured as shown in FIG. 7 (a), and is configured to have a cross-sectional shape as shown in FIG. 6, comprising a horizontal section (11), a pair of extension sections (12) extending in mutually adjacent directions from both ends of the horizontal section (11), and a pair of vertical sections (13) extending in a vertical direction from adjacent ends of the extension sections (12).

[0021] At this time, the middle cabinet (10) comprises: a first forming step in which both ends of the strip (16) are bent downward by the length of the vertical section (13) as shown in FIG. 7 (b) and (c); a second forming step in which the extension section (12) is bent vertically upward as shown in FIG. 7 (d) and (e) so that the vertical section (13) extends laterally; a third forming step in which the extension section (12) is pressed as shown in FIG. 7 (f) so that the vertical section (13) faces upward; a fourth forming step in which the extension section (12) is formed so that the vertical section (13) faces upward while the extension section (12) is in close contact with the upper surface of the horizontal section (11) as shown in FIG. 7 (g); and, as shown in FIG. 8, the manufactured metal bar (17) to a predetermined length It is manufactured through a cutting step, a cutting section forming step of forming a cutting section (14) for bending a metal bar (17) in the middle of the vertical section (13) as shown in FIG. 9, and a bending step of bending the metal bar (17) with the cutting section (14) formed therein into a square frame shape as shown in FIG. 12.

[0022] The aforementioned first to fourth forming steps are performed sequentially while conveying the metal strip (16) backward using a roll forming machine, and the metal strip (16) is bent to produce a metal bar (17) having a T-shaped cross-sectional shape.

[0023] At this time, in the third forming step, as shown in (f) of FIG. 7, the extension part (12) of the extension part (12) that has been bent to extend vertically upward after passing through the second forming step is pressed in an adjacent direction using forming rolls (15) provided on both sides, and the extension part (12) is bent at a 45-degree angle in an adjacent direction.

[0024] And, in the fourth forming step, as shown in (g) of FIG. 7, the upper surface of the extension (12) bent at a 45-degree angle in the third forming step is pressed downward using a forming roll (15) to form the metal bar (17) into a T-shape.

[0025] In the above-mentioned cutting section formation step, a V-shaped cutting section (14) is formed on the vertical section (13) of the metal bar (17) having a T-shaped cross-section after passing through the fourth formation step, using a separate cutting device as shown in FIG. 9.

[0026] In the above bending step, a metal bar (17) with a cut portion (14) formed thereon is bent into a square frame shape using a bending machine (20).

[0027] At this time, the bending machine (20) is composed of a main body (21) having a horizontal surface on which the metal bar (17) is placed as shown in FIGS. 10 and 11, a transfer roller (22) provided on the main body (21) and supporting the lower surface of the horizontal part (11) and the upper surface of the extension part (12) to transfer the metal bar (17) forward, a support (23) provided in front of the transfer roller (22) and having a horizontal surface (23a) supporting the upper surface of the extension part (12) and a vertical surface (23b) extending upward from the front end of the horizontal surface (23a), and a pusher (24) provided inside a guide hole (21a) that is concave downward on the upper surface of the main body (21) so as to be positioned in front of the support (23) and pushing the middle part of the metal bar (17) placed on the upper surface of the main body (21) upward.

[0028] The above pusher (24) is composed of a pressure roller (24a) that is vertically movable in the guide hole (21a) and a lifting cylinder (24b) that raises the pressure roller (24a), and is configured so that the pressure roller (24a) can be pushed upward by the lifting cylinder (24b).

[0029] At this time, the gap between the vertical surface (23b) of the support (23) and the rear side of the pressure roller (24a) is configured to be equal to the combined thickness of the horizontal portion (11) and the extension portion (12) of the metal bar (17).

[0030] Accordingly, as shown in FIG. 12, when the metal bar (17) placed on the upper surface of the main body (21) by the transfer roller (22) is transferred forward and the cut portion (14) of the metal bar (17) is positioned to correspond to the vertical surface (23b) of the support (23), the pusher (24) pushes the middle portion of the metal bar (17) upward and bends it vertically so that it is in close contact with the vertical surface (23b).

[0031] And, by repeating the above process and bending the metal bar (17) into a square frame shape, the middle cabinet (10) can be completed.

[0032] The middle cabinet configured in this manner can be manufactured from various materials, unlike the conventional middle cabinet (10) manufactured by extruding aluminum, because the metal bar (17) is formed by roll-forming a metal strip (16) and bending it to have a cross-sectional shape of a horizontal section (11), a pair of extension sections (12) extending in mutually adjacent directions from both ends of the horizontal section (11), and a pair of vertical sections (13) extending in a vertical direction from adjacent ends of the extension sections (12).

[0033] Therefore, compared to a conventional middle cabinet (10) made only of aluminum, it has the advantage of not only increasing strength but also reducing costs.

[0034] And, the middle cabinet (10) comprises a first forming step of bending both ends of the strip (16) downward by the length of the vertical section (13), a second forming step of bending the extension section (12) vertically upward so that the vertical section (13) extends laterally, a third forming step of pressing the outer side of the extension section (12) in an adjacent direction so that the vertical section (13) faces upward, a fourth forming step of pressing the extension section (12) downward so that the extension section (12) adheres to the upper surface of the horizontal section (11) and the vertical section (13) faces upward, a cutting section (14) forming step of forming a cutting section (14) for bending a metal bar (17) in the middle part of the vertical section (13), and bending the metal bar (17) with the cutting section (14) formed into a square frame shape. Since it is manufactured through a bending step, it has the advantage of being easy to manufacture.

[0035] In particular, the above bending step is performed using a bending machine (20) which is provided with a main body (21) having a horizontal surface formed on its upper surface on which the metal bar (17) is placed, a transfer roller (22) provided on the main body (21) and supporting the lower surface of the horizontal part (11) and the upper surface of the extension part (12) to transfer the metal bar (17) forward, a support member (23) provided in front of the transfer roller (22) and having a horizontal surface (23a) supporting the upper surface of the extension part (12) and a vertical surface (23b) extended upward from the front end of the horizontal surface (23a), and a pusher (24) provided inside a guide hole (21a) that is concave downward on the upper surface of the main body (21) to be positioned in front of the support member (23) and which pushes the middle part of the metal bar (17) placed on the upper surface of the main body (21) upward. There is an advantage in that a square-framed middle cabinet (10) can be effectively manufactured by folding it into an accurate shape. Explanation of the symbols
