Subjects that exhibit the same purpose and effect as the configuration presented in the embodiments correspond to equivalent substitute subjects. The higher-level concepts presented in the embodiments include subjects of lower-level concepts that are not described.

[0030] (Example 1-1) The present invention relates to a local anesthetic band, wherein the local anesthetic band is attached to skin (10) to perform anesthesia, and comprises: an attachment portion (100) attached to a wound or skin (10) on which a medical procedure is to be performed; a contact portion (200) formed at the center of the attachment portion (100) and in contact with the skin (10); and an anesthetic portion (300) applied to the contact portion (200) and anesthetizing the wound or skin (10).

[0031] (Example 1-2) The local anesthetic band of the present invention comprises, in Example 1-1, that the attachment portion (100) is formed in one shape selected from a circle, an ellipse, a square, a triangle, a semicircle, and a crescent.

[0032] (Examples 1-3) The local anesthetic band of the present invention comprises, in Example 1-2, that the contact portion (200) has a size determined according to the size of the affected area or the skin (10) on which a medical procedure is to be performed.

[0033] (Examples 1-4) The local anesthetic band of the present invention comprises, in Example 1-3, an anesthetic portion (300) whose amount is adjusted according to the anesthetic time.

[0034] (Examples 1-5) The local anesthetic band of the present invention comprises, in Example 1-4, an anesthetic portion (300) having an amount determined according to the patient's age and anesthetic location.

[0035] The present invention relates to a local anesthetic band, specifically a local anesthetic band used for injections, minor procedures, or surgeries to reduce pain. This local anesthetic band is a band used to relieve pain from a wound, in which a local anesthetic acts on the wound site to block pain signals. Generally, local anesthesia of the skin is very important for medical operations required for the application of drugs, procedures, or surgeries on the skin (10). It is used when collecting venous blood for blood tests, puncturing arteries or veins to inject drugs into the body through blood vessels, puncturing to secure a blood vessel passage for hemodialysis patients, applying irritating drugs to the skin (10), tattooing the skin (10), minor procedures, or surgeries. Such local anesthesia is formed in the form of an injectable drug, a cream, or a patch applied to the skin (10). However, while the injectable drug has the advantage of ensuring effectiveness by allowing for the injection of an accurate amount, it has the disadvantage of requiring a large amount of drug for extensive cases. Additionally, although the cream is easy to use, it has the disadvantage that the absorption rate of the drug varies depending on the characteristics of the skin (10), and the amount applied varies significantly in some areas, resulting in differences in the degree and duration of anesthesia. To overcome these drawbacks, patches utilizing micro-needles or nano-needles have recently been developed and used; while they improve the degree of anesthesia, they have the disadvantage of being high-cost.

[0036] In contrast, the local anesthetic band of the present invention, with reference to FIG. 1, can be applied in a relatively appropriate amount and can increase the absorption rate of the skin (10). It is formed with an attachment portion (100) attached to the affected area or the skin (10) where a medical procedure is to be performed, a contact portion (200) formed at the center of the attachment portion (100) and in contact with the skin (10), and an anesthetic portion (300) applied to the contact portion (200) and anesthetizing the affected area or the skin (10). The attachment portion (100) is formed according to the shape of the anesthetic area expected according to the invasive method, such as a circle, ellipse, square, triangle, semicircle, crescent, etc., and the shape of the attachment portion (100) is formed in various ways depending on the use of local anesthesia, the local anesthetic area, etc. This is so that the shape is formed differently depending on blood samples, arterial or venous puncture, moles, skin (10) troubles, or attached differently depending on the local anesthetic area such as eyebrows or the age of the patient.

[0037] Additionally, the contact portion (200) is formed at the center of the attachment portion (100) to prevent the anesthetic portion (300), which is applied to the contact portion (200) to perform local anesthesia, from moving outward after contacting the skin (10). Furthermore, the size of the contact portion (200) is determined according to the size of the affected area or the skin (10) where the medical procedure is to be performed, and this controls the amount of the anesthetic portion (300) applied to the contact portion (200). Additionally, the amount of the anesthetic portion (300) is controlled according to the anesthesia time.

[0039] (Example 2-1) The present invention relates to a local anesthetic band, and in Example 1-1, comprises: a fixing band (110) formed on the attachment portion (100) and fixing the contact portion (200); and an adhesive (120) formed on one surface of the fixing band (110) and adhering to the skin (10).

[0040] (Example 2-2) The local anesthetic band of the present invention, in Example 2-1, includes a plurality of ventilation holes (111) formed to penetrate the fixing band (110) and allow air to be delivered to the skin (10).

[0041] (Example 2-3) The local anesthetic band of the present invention comprises, in Example 2-2, that the attachment portion (100) is formed of a polyester nonwoven fabric or a cellulose nonwoven fabric.

[0042] (Example 2-4) The local anesthetic band of the present invention comprises, in Example 2-1, that the adhesive (120) is formed of rubber or polyurethane.

[0043] The present invention relates to an attachment portion (100), specifically, the attachment portion (100) comes into contact with the skin (10) to protect the contact portion (200) and the anesthetic portion (300) while simultaneously preventing the anesthetic portion (300) from detaching. Referring to FIG. 2, this attachment portion (100) comes into contact with the skin (10) and, due to its high adhesion, prevents the anesthetic portion (300), formed from an anesthetic agent, from leaking out. Additionally, the attachment portion (100) is formed with a fixing band (110) that fixes the contact portion (200), and the fixing band (110) is formed from a material that is flexibly formed according to the movement of the skin (10). At this time, the fixing band (110) is formed from polyester nonwoven fabric and cellulose nonwoven fabric, and the polyester nonwoven fabric is a nonwoven fabric made from polyester, a synthetic fiber, and has excellent durability, resistance to moisture, and excellent adhesive strength. And cellulose nonwoven fabric is a nonwoven fabric made from cellulose, a natural fiber, and has a soft texture and excellent absorbency, which is selectively determined depending on the type and size of the wound.

[0044] Additionally, a plurality of ventilation holes (111) are formed in the fixing band (110), and the ventilation holes (111) can increase the efficiency of absorption of the anesthetic portion (300) into the skin (10) and prevent deformation of the skin (10). The ventilation holes (111) are formed in various sizes, and at the location where the contact portion (200) is formed, the ventilation holes (111) are formed with a small diameter to prevent the anesthetic portion (300) from escaping.

[0045] Additionally, a contact portion (200) and an anesthetic portion (300) are formed at the center of the fixing band (110), and an adhesive (120) is formed on the outer side of the contact portion (200) and the anesthetic portion (300) to come into contact with the skin (10). At this time, the contact agent is formed of rubber or polyurethane.

[0047] (Example 3-1) The present invention relates to a local anesthetic band, and in Example 2-1, comprises: a bonding adhesive (121) formed on the adhesive (120) and bonding the fixing band (110) to the skin (10); and a ventilation adhesive (122) formed on the outer side of the bonding adhesive (121) and formed to allow ventilation.

[0048] (Example 3-2) The local anesthetic band of the present invention comprises, in Example 3-1, that the adhesive (121) is formed from one selected from latex and butadiene.

[0049] (Example 3-3) The local anesthetic band of the present invention comprises, in Example 3-1, that the air-ventilating adhesive (122) is formed from one selected from isocyanate, polyester, and polyether.

[0050] (Example 3-4) The local anesthetic band of the present invention, in Example 3-3, comprises: a first adhesive bond (121a) formed on the adhesive bond (121) and formed on the outer side of the contact portion (200) to prevent the anesthetic portion (300) from detaching; and a second adhesive bond (121b) formed spaced apart from the detachment prevention member and formed on the outer surface of the fixing band (110).

[0051] The present invention relates to an adhesive (120), specifically, the adhesive (120) is formed on one surface of a fixing band (110) in which a contact portion (200) and anesthesia portion (300) are formed, and is adhered to the skin (10). Referring to FIG. 3, the adhesive (120) is formed with a adhesion adhesive (121) that adheres the fixing band (110) to the skin (10) to prevent the fixing band (110) from detaching from the skin (10). The adhesion adhesive (121) is formed from rubber materials such as latex and butadiene. At this time, the adhesion adhesive (121) has excellent adhesive strength and is generally widely used due to its low cost, but it causes significant irritation to the skin (10) and may cause an allergic reaction if used in large quantities. Accordingly, it is preferable that the adhesion adhesive (121) be formed as a line on the outer and inner sides of the fixing band (110).

[0052] In addition, a first adhesive (121a) is formed in a band shape on the outer edge of the contact portion (200) to prevent the anesthetic portion (300) from detaching, and the first adhesive (121a) prevents the anesthetic portion (300) from overflowing and detaching when the anesthetic portion (300) is attached to the skin (10). Furthermore, a second adhesive (121b) is formed on the outer surface of the fixing band (110) spaced apart from the first adhesive (121a), and the second adhesive (121b) prevents the fixing band (110) from detaching from or deforming the skin (10) due to friction.

[0053] In addition, a ventilation adhesive (122) is formed on the outer side of the adhesive (121) to allow ventilation, and the ventilation adhesive (122) is formed from isocyanate, polyester, polyether, etc. At this time, the ventilation adhesive (122) causes less irritation to the skin (10) and causes less allergic reaction, but has superior durability and water resistance compared to rubber. Furthermore, since polyurethane has weaker adhesive strength than rubber, it can be used selectively with the adhesive (121) or simultaneously depending on the size and severity of the wound.

[0055] (Example 4-1) The present invention relates to a local anesthetic band, and in Example 3-1, includes an anti-detachment adhesive (123) formed on the adhesive (120) and formed on the ventilation adhesive (122) to prevent the fixing band (110) from detaching.

[0060] The present invention relates to an anti-detachment adhesive (123), specifically, the anti-detachment adhesive (123) is formed on a fixing band (110) coated with a breathable adhesive (122) to increase adhesion. Referring to FIG. 3, this anti-detachment adhesive (123) is formed on one surface of the fixing band (110) and is formed between the first adhesive (121a) and the second adhesive (121b). At this time, the anti-detachment adhesive (123) is formed from rubber of latex or butadiene, just like the adhesive (121), and is formed in various shapes on the breathable adhesive (122). The anti-detachment adhesive (123) is formed in various shapes such as a grid, a grid, or a curve, and is formed spaced apart from each other at equal intervals, so that the fixing band (110) adheres to the skin (10).

[0061] Additionally, the anti-detachment adhesive (123) is formed on adhesive protrusions that protrude from the fixing band (110) toward the skin (10), and the adhesive protrusions protrude in multiple numbers to adhere the skin (10) to the fixing band (110). Furthermore, the fixing band (110), excluding the adhesive protrusions, has a ventilation adhesive (122) formed thereon to allow air to come into contact with the skin (10).

[0063] (Example 5-1) The present invention relates to a local anesthetic band, and in Example 4-1, comprises: a contact layer (210) formed on the contact portion (200) and preventing leakage of the anesthetic portion (300); and an absorption layer (220) fixed to one surface of the contact layer (210) and absorbing the anesthetic portion (300).

[0066] (Example 5-4) The local anesthetic band of the present invention comprises, in Example 5-3, that the thickness of the absorbent layer (220) changes according to the anesthesia time.

[0067] (Example 5-5) The local anesthetic band of the present invention, in Example 5-1, comprises a protective layer (230) that is detachably formed on the absorbent layer (220) and blocks contact with foreign substances and bacteria.

[0068] The present invention relates to a contact portion (200), specifically, the contact portion (200) absorbs an anesthetic portion (300). Referring to FIGS. 4 and 5, the contact portion (200) is formed such that an anesthetic portion (300) formed in a gel state is applied to the skin (10) and the affected area to anesthetize them. The contact portion (200) is formed with a contact layer (210) that prevents the leakage of the anesthetic portion (300) and an absorption layer (220) that absorbs the anesthetic portion (300) and is fixed to one surface of the contact layer (210). At this time, the contact layer (210) is formed of a non-woven fabric that prevents the leakage of the gel-state anesthetic portion (300) while allowing air to pass through, and micropores through which air passes are formed in the contact layer (210).

[0069] In addition, an absorbent layer (220) is laminated on one side of the contact layer (210), and the absorbent layer (220) is formed from a sponge or polyurethane foam to absorb the anesthetic area (300). Furthermore, the amount of anesthetic area (300) absorbed is controlled according to the thickness of the absorbent layer (220), so that the anesthetic time of the affected area and skin (10) can be changed. In addition, a protective layer (230) is formed on the other side of the absorbent layer (220), and since the protective layer (230) is formed to be detachably attached to one side of the absorbent layer (220), it is possible to prevent foreign substances and bacteria from being transferred to the absorbent layer (220).

[0071] (Example 6-1) The present invention relates to a local anesthetic band, and in Example 5-1, comprises: lidocaine formed in the anesthetic portion (300) and anesthetizing the affected area or skin (10) on which a medical procedure is to be performed; and urea mixed with the lidocaine and controlling the absorption rate of the skin (10).

[0072] (Example 6-2) The local anesthetic band of the present invention comprises, in Example 6-1, the lidocaine formed in an amount of 5 to 15% by weight relative to the total weight of the composition.

[0073] (Example 6-3) The local anesthetic band of the present invention comprises, in Example 6-2, that the element is formed in an amount of 5 to 20% by weight relative to the total weight of the composition.

[0074] (Example 6-4) The local anesthetic band of the present invention comprises, in Example 6-2, that the element is formed from one selected from urea and hydroxyethylurea.

[0075] The present invention relates to an anesthetic portion (300), specifically, the anesthetic portion (300) is formed in a gel or liquid form and applied to a contact portion (200). This anesthetic portion (300) is formed by mixing urea lidocaine, which is a mixture of lidocaine and urea, with a cream such as petrolatum in a gel state. Lidocaine is a local anesthetic belonging to the amide class, which has a rapid onset of action and does not cause symptoms of irritating local tissues. In addition, lidocaine has the advantages of relatively high anesthetic strength and a long duration of action, has a surface anesthetic effect, and causes almost no allergic reaction. Furthermore, most of the lidocaine absorbed into the body is metabolized by hepatic microsomal enzymes, and the metabolites are rapidly excreted through the kidneys. Lidocaine also has the advantages of a rapid onset of action and few fatal side effects of the central nervous system. To explain this in detail, ordinary local anesthetics have a slow penetration rate through the skin, requiring at least 1 hour and 30 minutes to be waited after application; however, anesthetics formed from urea lidocaine can take effect rapidly after application to the skin, and can anesthetize local areas by overcoming the inconvenience of uneven anesthesia caused by the anesthetic adhering to the affected area or skin. Such lidocaine is formed at 5 to 15% by weight relative to the total weight, but it is preferable to use it at 10% by weight relative to the total weight.

[0076] Additionally, the urea mixed with lidocaine is formed from urea or hydroxyethylurea, which increases the moisture content within the skin (10) and is applied to the surface of the skin (10) to utilize its hydrophilic properties. Furthermore, the concentration of the urea can be varied according to the area of the skin (10) where the anesthetic area (300) is applied, thereby allowing lidocaine to easily penetrate the skin (10), and the anesthetic effect can be enhanced by allowing lidocaine to penetrate the entire applied skin (10). Additionally, the urea is formed at a weight of 5 to 20% of the total weight.

[0077] To explain this in detail, when the cream mixed with urea lidocaine contains 5 to 7 percent urea lidocaine, it is used on delicate skin (10), such as the face or children's skin (10); when the cream contains 10 to 12 percent urea lidocaine, it is used on the hands and torso, etc. And when the cream contains 18 to 20 percent urea lidocaine, it is used when anesthesia must be administered directly by a professional, such as on the feet and scalp.

[0078] As such urea lidocaine is applied to the contact area (200) and fixed to the skin (10), the exact location of the anesthesia can be determined, and at the same time, the time required for the anesthesia to take effect can be shortened. Explanation of the symbols
