[0020] FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a fishing light fixture using a fiber-reinforced composite material according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a drawing showing a separated state of an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 3 is a drawing for explaining an angle adjustment means employed in an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 4 is a drawing showing an embodiment of the present invention installed on a ship, and FIG. 5 and FIG. 6 are drawings showing a state in which the radiation angle of light is adjusted by an angle adjustment means employed in an embodiment of the present invention.

[0021] As illustrated in FIGS. 1 and 2, a fishing light fixture using a fiber-reinforced composite material according to one embodiment of the present invention is coupled to a fixed structure installed on a ship to enable fishing using light, and comprises a housing (100) and an electrodeless lamp (200).

[0022] The housing (100) forms an internal receiving space and enables the installation of the electrodeless lamp (200), and includes a first cover (110) and a second cover (120). Unlike conventional fishing light covers made of metal, the first cover (110) of the housing (100) is made of a composite material including carbon fiber and glass fiber and forms a receiving space on the inside. The first cover (110) forms a receiving space with one section open toward the sea surface, and one section is connected to the second cover (120) to block the receiving space from the outside.

[0023] The second cover (120) of the housing (100) is detachably coupled to the open portion of the first cover to define the receiving space and isolate it from the outside, and is made of a material that allows light to pass through, thereby enabling the electrodeless lamp (200) to be placed in the receiving space isolated from the outside, and not only can the light generated from the electrodeless lamp be radiated toward the sea surface, but foreign substances, fluids, brine, etc. are also prevented from entering the receiving space.

[0024] The first cover (110) of the housing (100) may be made of carbon fiber or glass fiber, and the second cover (120) may be made in the form of a PC cover, thereby enabling weight reduction compared to conventional lighting fixtures made of metal and preventing corrosion caused by saltwater, etc. The housing (100) is installed on the fixed structure (20), and the second cover (120) is formed in a rounded shape facing the sea surface, so that light from the electrodeless lamp (200) is effectively radiated toward the sea surface.

[0025] The above electrodeless lamp (200) is installed in the receiving space of the housing and is driven based on an input signal from a user to generate light. The above electrodeless lamp (200) allows light to pass through the second cover (120) and be radiated onto the sea surface, and ensures the safety of the worker by not emitting ultraviolet rays. The above electrodeless lamp (200) is placed in the receiving space of the housing (100) and both sides are detachably connected to the mutually facing parts of the first cover (110).

[0026] As shown in FIG. 2, the above electrodeless lamp (200) can be realized by mounting a ferrite core on the outside of the bulb instead of an internal electrode (filament). Energy is supplied to the ferrite core from an electronic ballast dedicated to the electrodeless lamp (200) capable of high-frequency oscillation. When the electrodeless lamp (200) receives energy in this way, an electromagnetic induction field is generated in the lamp, which reacts with the enclosed gas inside the bulb to generate ultraviolet light, and the generated ultraviolet light is excited by a fluorescent material coated inside the bulb to finally emit visible light.

[0027] A fishing light fixture using a fiber-reinforced composite material according to one embodiment of the present invention having such a configuration has a first cover (110) of a housing (100) made of carbon fiber or glass fiber and combined with a second cover (120) to enable the installation of an electrodeless lamp (200) in an inner receiving space, and an electrodeless lamp (200) having no ultraviolet emission, low heat generation, and high efficiency irradiates optimal light toward the sea surface through the second cover (120), thereby having a lighter weight compared to conventional fishing lights made of metal, preventing corrosion, enabling optimal light radiation to the sea surface, and having the effect of low power consumption.

[0028] The above electrodeless lamp (200) preferably generates light in the wavelength range of 450 nm to 550 nm, has a maximum power consumption of 300 W, and has an operating temperature of 100 degrees or less. That is, the above electrodeless lamp (200) has an effective radiant energy of 80% or more by using a blue-green fluorescent material having a peak wavelength range of 450 nm to 550 nm, and as an example of a blue-green fluorescent material having a peak wavelength range of 450 nm to 550 nm, it may have a material composition of Sr4Al14O25:EU.

[0029] Meanwhile, the above-mentioned electrodeless lamp may contain a small amount of a blue fluorescent material having a peak wavelength of 450 nm and a green fluorescent material having a peak wavelength of 545 nm, and may contain a high amount of a blue-green fluorescent material having a peak wavelength range of 450 nm to 550 nm as presented above. The above-mentioned electrodeless lamp may exclude red fluorescent materials as they are used to match the color of light and improve color rendering, and may contain a small amount of a blue fluorescent material having a peak wavelength of 450 nm and a green fluorescent material having a peak wavelength of 545 nm, taking into account the visual sensitivity of humans and the color and brightness that allow a worker to work.

[0030] As shown in FIG. 2, the above housing (100) may further include a reflector part (130). The reflector part (130) is provided in the receiving space of the first cover (110), has an outer shape corresponding to the inner shape of the first cover (110), and is positioned between the first cover (110) and the electrodeless lamp (200). The reflector part (130) reflects the light from the electrodeless lamp (200) to the second cover (120) when the light is radiated to the inside of the first cover (110) in the receiving space of the housing, thereby enabling the light to be effectively radiated to the sea surface and providing the advantage of increasing the efficiency of the electrodeless lamp.

[0031] In this embodiment, the fastening frame (300) is provided on opposite sides of the joint portion of the first cover (110) and the second cover (120), that is, the edges of each cover (110, 120), and is in close contact with the edges. The fastening frame (300) is provided with a through hole through which a fastening member, such as a bolt, passes, and is fixed to the edges of each cover by a fastening member that passes through the fastening frame and the edges and is fastened with a nut, thereby maintaining the joined state of each cover and preventing shape deformation and twisting of the joint portion of the first cover (110) and the second cover (120).

[0032] An angle adjustment means (400) is installed on a pair of fastening frames facing each other among the fastening frames (300) provided in the above-mentioned edge portion, and the angle of radiation of the light can be adjusted according to the rotation of the housing (100) together with the angle adjustment means (400).

[0033] As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the above angle adjustment means (400) is installed on a ship and rotatably connects the housing to the upper installation frame (21) and the lower installation frame (22) of a fixed structure (20) positioned on opposite sides with the housing (100) in between, thereby enabling the adjustment of the radiation angle of light toward the sea surface and producing the effect of enabling optimal light radiation toward the sea surface depending on the position of the fixed structure (see FIG. 4).

[0034] The angle adjustment means (400) is preferably formed to include a rotating plate portion (410), an elastic portion (420), and a fastening ring portion (430) as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6. The rotating plate portion (410) of the angle adjustment means (400) is installed on a pair of fastening frames facing each other and is fastened to a fastening ring portion (430) connected to the elastic portion to determine the rotation radius of the housing, and is composed of a plate (411) and positioning openings (412).

[0035] The plate (411) of the above-mentioned rotating plate portion (410) is installed on a pair of fastening frames facing each other and is arranged symmetrically in a diagonal direction with respect to the center of the fastening frame. That is, the plates (411) are arranged symmetrically with respect to each other, with one plate positioned on the side of the first cover (110) and the other plate positioned on the side of the second cover (120), and are arranged symmetrically in a diagonal direction with respect to each other.

[0036] In addition, the positioning openings (412) are provided in multiple numbers with spacing along the circumferential direction of the plate and are connected to the fastening ring portion (430) to enable connection between the rotating plate portion (410) and the fastening ring portion (430).

[0037] The above elastic member (420) enables the housing to be supported away from the ship and maintain the position of the housing in a rotated state, and may include a rope (421) and a tension spring (422). The rope (421) of the above elastic member (420) is connected to the upper installation frame and the lower installation frame, respectively, and one of them is connected to the tension spring (422), and the rotating plate part provided on the fastening frame connects the upper installation frame (21) and the lower installation frame (22) to each other.

[0038] The tension spring (422) of the elastic part (420) is connected to a rope connected to the upper installation frame (21) and has elasticity, and elastically supports the first cover (110) of the housing by the connecting ring part (430), thereby preventing damage to the housing from external shaking, etc.

[0039] As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the connecting ring portion (430) of the angle adjustment means (400) is connected at one end to a rope (421) connected to the lower installation frame (22) and a tension spring (422) on the upper installation frame (21) side, respectively, and the other end is connected to one of the positioning openings (412) of the rotating plate portion (410), that is, the rotating plate portion on the first cover side and the rotating plate portion on the second cover side, thereby maintaining the rotated state of the housing (100) between the upper installation frame (21) and the lower installation frame (22), adjusting and maintaining the angle of light radiation toward the sea surface, and having the advantage of enabling optimal light radiation toward the sea surface.
