Abstract
Description
Technology Field
[0001] The present invention relates to a pouch banding device and a pouch banding method using the same, and more specifically, to a method for preventing in advance shape defects that occur during the process of folding a pouch after performing a forming process on a pouch to accommodate an electrode assembly. This invention relates to a pouch banding device and a pouch banding method using the same. Background Technology
[0003] A secondary pouch-type battery is manufactured by performing a forming process on a pouch made of a metal laminated film to accommodate an electrode assembly to form a cup shape, inserting the electrode assembly inside, and folding the edges.
[0004] However, the central bending line or formed area created during the forming process is prone to curling inward during the subsequent folding process. This inward curling hinders the proper seating of the electrode assembly and causes abnormal interference between the electrode and the pouch, leading to quality degradation.
[0005] In order to prevent this, a method of pre-folding the pouch in the reverse direction before folding was used in the past, but since there was no separate position guide or shape control means, it had to rely on the operator's skill level and had the problem of very low process reproducibility.
[0006] In addition, if the formed pouch is simply pressed to change its shape, additional defects such as corner crushing, wrinkles, and localized damage occur, which actually leads to a decrease in quality. Prior art literature
[0008] Registered Patent Publication No. 10-2311430 The problem to be solved
[0009] The present invention was devised to solve the problems of the aforementioned prior art, and aims to provide a pouch banding device and a pouch banding method using the same that can stably control the shape of a specific part of a pouch formed by a forming process in advance at a stage prior to folding so as to prevent the phenomenon of that part rolling inward during the folding process.
[0010] In addition, the purpose is to provide a pouch banding device and a pouch banding method using the same, which can ensure uniform shape quality at every process by preventing positional misalignment or unintended deformation even during the process of pressurizing the pouch.
[0011] In addition, the purpose is also to provide a pouch banding device and a pouch banding method using the same, which suppresses corner deformation, wrinkles, or cracks caused by localized load concentration on the pouch during the pressurization process and enables stable shape control even with lower pressurization force. means of solving the problem
[0013] A pouch banding device according to one embodiment of the present invention is a pouch banding device for controlling the shape of a formed portion formed by a forming process of a pouch prior to a folding process of a pouch in which an electrode assembly is received, and comprises: a die portion supporting a pouch; a holder portion holding a pouch disposed on the die portion; and a pressurizing portion configured to be movable together with the holder portion, and forming a deformation suppression portion by pressing the formed portion of the pouch in the opposite direction of folding through relative movement accompanied by elastic displacement of the holder portion during the process of pressing the pouch.
[0014] In addition, the die portion is configured to include a recessed groove corresponding to one surface of the pouch, thereby forming a deformation-inhibiting portion in the pouch through cooperation with the pressurizing portion.
[0015] Additionally, it further includes a guide housing for guiding the lifting of the die; and a heating unit installed in the guide housing for heating the pouch before or during the process of the pressurizing unit pressurizing the pouch.
[0016] And, the above-mentioned pressurizing part and the above-mentioned holder part are supported together so as to be able to move up and down by a common support structure formed by the connection of a connecting bar.
[0017] In addition, it includes a first elastic member that elastically supports the die portion; and a second elastic member that elastically supports the holder portion.
[0018] In addition, the first elastic member and the second elastic member are configured to return the holder part and the die part, respectively, to their original positions through elastic force after the pressurization ends.
[0019] In addition, the first elastic member allows for elastic displacement of the holder part so that the pressure of the pressure part can be sustained even after the holder part first contacts the pouch during the pressure process of the pressure part.
[0020] And, when the pouch is pressed by the pressing part, the die part is configured to move together in the same direction in conjunction with the movement of the pressing part while being elastically supported by the first elastic member.
[0021] In addition, the pressure member is configured to include a straight surface corresponding to one side of the forming portion of the pouch and inclined surfaces formed on each side of the straight surface, or include a curved surface, to form a groove-shaped deformation suppression portion on one side of the pouch.
[0022] A pouch banding method according to one embodiment of the present invention is intended to suppress deformation of a formed portion formed by a forming process of a pouch prior to a folding process of a pouch in which an electrode assembly is received, and comprises: a step of placing a pouch on a die portion; a step of holding the pouch by a holder portion so that the pouch is not deformed in position during a pressurization process; and a step of forming a deformation suppression portion by pressing the formed portion of the pouch in the opposite direction of folding by generating a relative movement accompanied by elastic displacement of the holder portion by a pressurizing portion that moves together with the holder portion.
[0023] And, in the above-mentioned pressurization step, the die portion is elastically supported by a second elastic member, and the holder portion is elastically supported by a first elastic member, so that misalignment and corner deformation of the pouch are suppressed.
[0024] In addition, the above-mentioned pressurization step is performed in a state where elastic displacement of the holder part is allowed so that the pressurization of the pressurizing part continues even after the holder part first contacts the pouch.
[0025] And, in the above-mentioned pressurization step, the die portion is elastically supported by the first elastic member and is moved together in the same direction of movement in conjunction with the movement of the pressurization portion.
[0026] In addition, the above-mentioned pressurizing step is performed by a pressurizing part that includes a straight surface corresponding to one side of the forming portion of the pouch and inclined surfaces on both sides thereof, or includes a curved surface.
[0027] And, the above-mentioned pressurizing step is performed so that a deformation-inhibiting portion is formed in the pouch through the cooperation of the recessed groove formed in the die portion and the pressurizing portion.
[0028] And, prior to or during the pressurization step, the method further includes a step of heating the pouch. Effects of the invention
[0030] The pouch banding device and pouch banding method using the same according to the present invention have the effect of stably forming a groove-shaped deformation suppression portion in the forming portion through the organic action of the die portion, the holder portion, the pressurizing portion, the first elastic member, the second elastic member, the guide housing, and the heating portion.
[0031] In addition, the pouch is first fixed in position while the holder part is elastically supported by the second elastic member, and then the pressing part presses the forming part in the opposite direction of folding through relative movement, thereby having the effect of forming a deformation suppression part without misalignment of the pouch.
[0032] In addition, as the die moves together with the pressurizing part while being elastically supported by the first elastic member, the load generated during the pressurizing process is elastically cushioned, and localized load concentration in or around the forming area is suppressed.
[0033] In addition, when the pouch is heated by a heating element installed in the guide housing, the physical properties of the metal laminated film are temporarily softened, allowing the deformation-inhibiting area to be formed clearly and uniformly even with a smaller pressure, and significantly reducing the occurrence of cracks or wrinkles.
[0034] Accordingly, the phenomenon of the forming area curling inward during the folding process is effectively prevented, the seating stability of the electrode assembly is improved, and process reproducibility and product quality are significantly enhanced. Brief explanation of the drawing

[0040] FIG. 1 is a perspective view illustrating a pouch banding device according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a half-sectional perspective view illustrating a pouch banding device according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 3 is a front view illustrating a pouch banding device according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 4 is a front view sequentially illustrating the process of forming a deformation suppression part through a pouch banding device according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 5 is a front view illustrating a deformation suppression part formed in a pouch through a pouch banding device according to an embodiment of the present invention.
[0041] The present invention is a pouch banding device (1) for controlling the shape of a formed portion (2a) formed by a forming process of a pouch (2) prior to a folding process of a pouch (2) in which an electrode assembly is received, and may include at least one of a die portion (100), a guide housing (400), a heating portion (500), a holder portion (200), a first elastic member (600), a second elastic member (700), and a pressurizing portion (300).
[0042] The die (100) is a component that supports one side of the pouch (2) and performs the role of supporting the pouch (2) during the process of pressurizing it.
[0043] The die (100) may be configured to include a recessed groove (110) at a position corresponding to one side of the pouch (2), and the recessed groove (110) performs the role of forming a deformation suppression portion (2b) in the forming portion (2a) of the pouch (2) through cooperative action with the pressurizing portion (300).
[0044] That is, when the pressing part (300) presses the forming part (2a) of the pouch (2) in the opposite direction of folding, the pouch (2) is stably supported between the upper pressing part (300) and the lower die part (100), and the phenomenon of the forming part (2a) of the pouch (2) being excessively pressed or locally crushed by the recessed groove (110) formed in the die part (100) is suppressed.
[0045] As a result, a deformation suppression portion (2b) for suppressing inward curling or corner deformation during the subsequent folding process can be stably formed in the forming portion (2a) of the pouch (2).
[0046] Meanwhile, the die (100) can be configured to be guided to rise and fall by a guide housing (400).
[0047] The guide housing (400) has a lifting hole (410) formed with an open top and bottom surface based on FIG. 3, and a receiving space (420) is formed inside to accommodate a certain area of the die part (100) and a first elastic member (600) to be described later.
[0048] The die (100) can be accommodated only in the vertical direction without movement on the lifting hole (410).
[0049] The area accommodated in the receiving space (420) varies depending on the height of the rise and fall of the die (100).
[0050] The guide housing (400) is provided in a shape that encloses a certain area of the die (100) through the lifting hole (410), and performs the role of guiding the die (100) to move along a certain path without left-right shaking or tilting when the die (100) moves up and down during the pressurization process.
[0051] With such a guide housing (400), the die portion (100) can be stably moved in response to the pressing action of the pressing portion (300), and the load applied to the pouch (2) is uniformly distributed so that the deformation suppression portion (2b) can be formed in a uniform shape at every process on the forming portion (2a) of the pouch (2).
[0052] The die (100) is elastically supported by a first elastic member (600). The first elastic member (600) is configured to elastically support the die (100), such as a coil spring or a leaf spring.
[0053] The first elastic member (600) is applied in multiple numbers to stably support the die part (100) and elastically supports the die part (100) in a state where they are arranged at a certain distance from each other in the receiving space (420).
[0054] The die portion (100) is supported on the first elastic member (600) and is positioned to be vertically movable in the lifting hole (410) and the receiving space (420), and can be configured so that when the pressing portion (300) presses the forming portion (2a) of the pouch (2), the die portion (100) moves in the pressing direction due to the load transmitted from the pouch (2), thereby compressing the first elastic member (600).
[0055] In addition, when the pressurizing part (300) pressurizes the forming part (2a) of the pouch (2), it can be configured to move together in the same direction as the pressurizing direction in conjunction with the movement of the pressurizing part (300).
[0056] That is, during the pressurization process, the die part (100) moves in the pressurization direction while overcoming the elastic force of the first elastic member (600) due to the load transmitted from the pouch (2), and at this time, the first elastic member (600) is compressed.
[0057] In this way, when the die (100) is elastically supported by the first elastic member (600), the die (100) does not directly receive the load while in a fixed state during the pressurization process, but rather the load is cushioned through the compression of the first elastic member (600), thereby suppressing the concentration of an excessive load locally on the forming portion (2a) of the pouch (2) or its surroundings.
[0058] In addition, as the die part (100) moves together with the movement of the pressurizing part (300) while being elastically supported by the first elastic member (600), the state in which the pouch (2) is clamped between the pressurizing part (300) and the die part (100) is stably maintained.
[0059] Accordingly, in the process of forming a deformation suppression portion (2b) in the forming portion (2a) of the pouch (2) through the cooperation of the pressurizing portion (300) and the die portion (100), corner crushing, wrinkles, or cracks may be reduced, and the deformation suppression portion (2b) may be repeatedly formed in a uniform shape at every process.
[0060] Additionally, when the pressurization ends, the die part (100) can be configured to return to its original position by the elastic return force of the first elastic member (600).
[0061] In addition, the first elastic member (600) allows elastic displacement of the holder part (200) so that the pressure of the pressure part (300) can continue even after the holder part (200), which will be described later, first contacts the pouch (2) during the pressure process of the pressure part (300).
[0062] Specifically, the holder portion (200) is arranged in a state where it is elastically supported by the second elastic member (700) and can be supported so as to be vertically movable together with the pressurizing portion (300) by the connecting bar (800).
[0063] Specifically, a fixing groove is formed on the bottom surface of the connecting bar (800) to accommodate and fix the upper portion of the second elastic member (700).
[0064] And, the bottom surface of the second elastic member (700) is connected to the holder part (200).
[0065] The second elastic member (700) may be composed of a coil spring, a leaf spring, or an equivalent elastic member.
[0066] The second elastic member (700) is applied in multiple numbers to improve the cushioning effect and elastically supports the holder part (200) while being arranged at a certain distance from each other.
[0067] At this time, when the connecting bar (800) descends and the holder part (200) first holds the outer circumference of the pouch (2) or the area around the forming part (2a), the holder part (200) is supported by the pouch (2) and further descent may be restricted.
[0068] However, the connecting bar (800) can continue to descend, and the pressing part (300) can continue to descend in accordance with the descending of the connecting bar (800) and press the forming part (2a) of the pouch (2) in the opposite direction of the folding. During this process, the holder part (200) undergoes elastic displacement accompanied by compression of the second elastic member (700) in relation to the connecting bar (800), and as a result, the state in which the holder part (200) stably holds the pouch (2) is maintained, and at the same time, the pressing of the pressing part (300) can continue without interruption.
[0069] Accordingly, the forming portion (2a) of the pouch (2) is stably pressed by the pressing portion (300) while the positional misalignment is suppressed by the holder portion (200), so that the deformation suppression portion (2b) can be formed in a uniform shape, and subsequently, inward curling and corner deformation are effectively suppressed during the folding process.
[0070] Additionally, a heating element (500) may be further applied to the guide housing (400).
[0071] For example, a recessed hole is formed in the guide housing (400) in which a heating part (500) is recessed.
[0072] As another example, the heating unit (500) may be installed on the side or bottom surface of the guide housing (400).
[0073] The heating unit (500) is configured to heat the pouch (2) before or during the process of the pressurizing unit (300) pressurizing the pouch (2), and may be arranged to transfer heat to the forming portion (2a) of the pouch (2) or an adjacent area.
[0074] The heating unit (500) may be formed of an electric heater, a heating wire, a heating plate, or an equivalent heating means, and as the guide housing (400) and the pouch (2) are heated to a predetermined temperature by the heating unit (500), the flexibility of the pouch (2) material is improved.
[0075] That is, when the pouch (2) is heated by the heating unit (500), the physical properties of the metal laminated film constituting the pouch (2) are temporarily softened, making it easy to stretch and bend.
[0076] Accordingly, when the forming portion (2a) of the pouch (2) is pressed by the pressurizing portion (300), the forming portion (2a) of the pouch (2) can be smoothly deformed even with a relatively small pressurizing force, and local cracks, wrinkles, or damage are suppressed.
[0077] In addition, when pressure is applied by the pressure part (300), the forming part (2a) of the pouch (2) can be deformed more smoothly, thereby preventing cracks, wrinkles, or local damage from occurring, and the deformation suppression part (2b) can be formed in a more uniform shape.
[0078] In this way, the die portion (100), the recessed groove (110) formed in the die portion (100), the guide housing (400) that guides the lifting and lowering of the die portion (100), and the heating portion (500) installed in the guide housing (400) interact organically with each other to improve the shape quality and repeatability of the deformation suppression portion (2b) formed in the forming portion (2a) of the pouch (2), and to effectively suppress inward curling and corner deformation that may occur during the subsequent folding process.
[0079] Meanwhile, the holder portion (200) is configured to hold the pouch (2) so that the pouch (2) placed on the die portion (100) does not deform during the pressurization process.
[0080] The holder portion (200) is formed with a structure in which the bottom surface is open and an additional receiving space (210) is formed inside to accommodate a forming portion (2a).
[0081] The forming portion (2a) is received in the additional receiving space (210), and one side and the other side of the holder portion (200) are supported on one side and the other side of the forming portion (2a), respectively.
[0082] The holder portion (200) is positioned to receive and support the forming portion (2a) before the pressurizing portion (300) described later. This can be achieved by placing the pressurizing portion (300) inside the additional receiving space (210). The drawing illustrates an example in which the pressurizing portion (300) is positioned above the additional receiving space (210). When the holder portion (200) is lowered by the lifting drive unit described later, the holder portion (200) receives the forming portion (2a) and supports both sides of the forming portion (2a) ahead of the pressurizing portion (300).
[0083] The holder portion (200) performs the role of preventing the pouch (2) from being pushed in the forward / backward direction or left / right direction during the process in which the pressurizing portion (300) pressurizes the forming portion (2a).
[0084] Accordingly, the pouch (2) can be pressed by the pressurizing part (300) while being stably maintained at a fixed position on the die part (100).
[0085] The holder portion (200) is supported so as to be vertically movable by a connecting bar (800), and can be positioned in a state where elastic displacement in the vertical direction is allowed by a second elastic member (700) interposed between the connecting bar (800) and the holder portion (200). The second elastic member (700) performs the role of allowing elastic displacement of the holder portion (200) so that the pressurization process can continue even after the holder portion (200) contacts the forming portion (2a). As a result, during the pressurization process, the holder portion (200) maintains a state of stably holding the pouch (2) without interfering with the pressurization operation of the pressurizing portion (300).
[0086] Meanwhile, the aforementioned first elastic member (600) and second elastic member (700) may be configured to return the die portion (100) and the holder portion (200), respectively, to their original positions through elastic force after the pressurization ends. That is, during the pressurization process, the first elastic member (600) is compressed according to the downward movement of the die portion (100), and the second elastic member (700) is compressed according to the elastic displacement of the holder portion (200). When the pressurization ends, the die portion (100) and the holder portion (200) are returned to their initial positions by the restoring force of the first elastic member (600) and the second elastic member (700). Accordingly, the pouch (2) banding device (1) can stably perform a repetitive pressurization process without a separate return drive structure, and the accumulation of positional errors between processes is suppressed, thereby improving the reliability and work efficiency of the device.
[0087] Meanwhile, the pressurizing part (300) and the holder part (200) can be configured to be jointly supported by the connecting bar (800) so that they can be raised and lowered together.
[0088] Specifically, the pressure member (300) is accommodated in the additional receiving space (210) of the holder member (200) and protrudes outward from the holder member (200) in a certain portion of the front and rear sides based on FIG. 1. Accordingly, the holder member (200) is supported in a manner that is caught on the pressure member (300). Additionally, an extension plate (330) is integrally formed on the upper surface of the pressure member (300), penetrating the upper side of the holder member (200) and coupled to the coupling bar (800).
[0089] A connecting groove is formed in the connecting bar (800) to which the upper side of the extension plate (330) is connected.
[0090] Due to the connection relationship between the connecting bar (800), the pressing part (300), and the holder part (200), the pressing part (300), the holder part (200), and the connecting bar can be raised and lowered together.
[0091] The connecting bar (800) is configured to be movable in the vertical direction by a lifting drive source such as a hydraulic cylinder or a pneumatic cylinder, and as the connecting bar (800) is raised, the pressing part (300) and the holder part (200) are raised together while maintaining a relative positional relationship. Accordingly, it is possible to raise the pressing part (300) and the holder part (200) simultaneously without a separate individual drive structure.
[0092] When the connecting bar (800) descends, the holder part (200) first contacts and holds the forming part (2a) placed on the die part (100), and performs the role of supporting the forming part (2a) so that it does not deform during the pressurization process.
[0093] In this state, as the lowering of the connecting bar (800) continues, the holder part (200) maintains its relative position while accompanying the elastic displacement of the second elastic member (700), and the pressing part (300) continues to descend toward the forming part (2a) of the pouch (2) by relative movement with the holder part (200).
[0094] As a result, the pressurizing part (300) presses the forming part (2a) of the pouch (2) in the opposite direction of folding, thereby forming a deformation suppression part (2b) on the forming part (2a).
[0095] That is, the pressurizing part (300) is configured to be movable together with the holder part (200), and during the pressurizing process, it acts to selectively press only the forming part (2a) of the pouch (2) by relative movement accompanied by elastic displacement of the holder part (200). Accordingly, the pouch (2) can maintain a state of being stably held by the holder part (200), while the necessary pressurizing force can be concentrated on the forming part (2a). As a result, the deformation suppression part (2b) can be formed while suppressing misalignment or unintended deformation of the pouch (2).
[0096] Meanwhile, the pressure member (300) may be configured to have a shape corresponding to one side of the forming portion (2a) of the pouch (2). Specifically, the pressure member (300) may be configured to include a straight surface (310) corresponding to one side of the pouch (2) and inclined surfaces (320) formed on each side of the straight surface (310), or it may be configured to include a curved surface.
[0097] Due to the shape of the pressure portion (300), a groove-shaped deformation suppression portion (2b) is formed in the forming portion (2a) of the pouch (2) during the pressure process. This deformation suppression portion (2b) serves to suppress the phenomenon in which the forming portion (2a) is rolled inward or the corners are crushed during the subsequent folding process of the pouch (2).
[0098] Accordingly, the pressurizing action of the pressurizing part (300) according to the downward movement of the connecting bar (800) and the formation of the deformation suppression part (2b) according to the shape of the pressurizing part (300) interact organically with each other, thereby stably controlling the shape of the forming part (2a) of the pouch (2) and effectively preventing quality degradation of the pouch (2) in the pre-folding process stage.
[0099] Next, a pouch banding method according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. 6.
[0100] FIG. 6 is a block diagram illustrating the sequence of a pouch banding method according to an embodiment of the present invention.
[0101] A pouch banding method according to one embodiment of the present invention is a process for stably controlling the shape of a formed portion (2a) formed by a forming process before a folding process of a pouch (2) in which an electrode assembly is received, in order to suppress inward curling and corner deformation that may occur during a subsequent folding process.
[0102] To this end, a pouch banding method according to one embodiment of the present invention may include at least one of the steps of: placing a pouch (2) on a die portion (100); holding the pouch (2) by a holder portion (200) so that the pouch (2) is not deformed during the pressing process; and forming a deformation suppression portion (2b) by pressing the forming portion (2a) of the pouch (2) in the opposite direction of folding by generating relative movement accompanied by elastic displacement of the holder portion (200) by a pressing portion (300) that moves together with the holder portion (200).
[0103] First, a pouch (2) is placed on the die (100). At this time, the pouch (2) is formed into a cup shape by a forming process, and the forming portion (2a) is positioned so as to correspond to the upper surface or the recessed groove (110) of the die (100).
[0104] Next, when the coupling bar (800) is lowered through the lifting drive unit, the holder unit (200) holds the forming portion (2a) of the pouch (2) or its surroundings. Accordingly, the pouch (2) is prevented from being pushed left or right or rotating during the pressurization process, and the position of the forming portion (2a) is maintained in a fixed state.
[0105] Subsequently, as the pressurizing part (300) moves together with the holder part (200), it lowers and presses the forming part (2a) of the pouch (2) in the opposite direction of folding. At this time, the holder part (200) undergoes elastic displacement while in an elastically supported state, and the pressurizing part (300) selectively presses only the forming part (2a) through relative movement with the holder part (200). As a result, a groove-shaped deformation suppressing part (2b) is formed in the forming part (2a) of the pouch (2).
[0106] In the step of forming the deformation suppression portion (2b), the die portion (100) may be elastically supported by the first elastic member (600), and the holder portion (200) may be elastically supported by the second elastic member (700). Accordingly, the load transmitted to the pouch (2) during the pressurization process is elastically cushioned, thereby suppressing misalignment and corner deformation of the pouch (2).
[0107] In addition, the pressurization step is performed while allowing elastic displacement of the holder part (200) so that the pressurization of the pressurizing part (300) can continue even after the holder part (200) first contacts the pouch (2). Accordingly, the required pressurizing force can be stably transmitted to the forming part (2a).
[0108] Meanwhile, during the pressurization process, the die (100) moves together in the same direction of movement in conjunction with the movement of the pressurizing part (300) while being elastically supported by the first elastic member (600).
[0109] Accordingly, the pouch (2) is stably clamped between the pressurizing part (300) and the die part (100), and localized excessive load concentration in the forming part (2a) is suppressed.
[0110] The pressure member (300) may have a shape including a straight surface (310) corresponding to one side of the forming portion (2a) and inclined surfaces (320) on both sides thereof, or a curved surface, and a groove-shaped deformation suppression portion (2b) is formed in the forming portion (2a) by this shape.
[0111] Additionally, the pressurizing step can be performed by the cooperation of the recessed groove (110) formed in the die (100) and the pressurizing part (300). As a result, a deformation suppression part (2b) corresponding to the shape of the pressurizing part (300) is formed more accurately in the forming part (2a).
[0112] In addition, the pouch (2) can be heated through the heating unit (500) before or during the pressurization step.
[0113] When the pouch (2) is heated, the physical properties of the metallic pouch (2) are temporarily softened, so that the forming portion (2a) can be deformed more easily by the pressurizing portion (300), and the deformation inhibition portion (2b) can be formed into a clearer and more stable shape.
[0114] Through this series of processes, the forming portion (2a) is shaped in reverse before the folding process, and the phenomenon of the forming portion (2a) being rolled inward is effectively prevented during the subsequent process of folding the pouch (2).
