[0035] FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram showing a clean vacuum automatic control panel according to an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to FIG. 1, a clean vacuum automatic control panel (S) according to an embodiment of the present invention may include a cabinet (C), a control panel (1), a sound pressure forming unit (3), and a display unit (5). The cabinet (C) may form an exterior. That is, the cabinet (C) may have a space formed inside, and the control panel (1) and the sound pressure forming unit (3) may be placed inside.

[0036] The control panel (1) can be placed inside the cabinet (C). That is, the control panel (1) can be protected by the cabinet (C), and various components such as relays for control, wires, a power supply unit, and a display unit for providing information can be placed inside.

[0037] The negative pressure generating unit (3) is placed inside the cabinet (C) and is connected to the control panel (1) to generate negative pressure inside the control panel (1). That is, the negative pressure generating unit (3) generates negative pressure inside the control panel (1), making it easy to maintain the temperature and humidity inside the control panel (1) constant and to prevent arc generation as much as possible. Specifically, if the atmospheric pressure outside the control panel (1) is 100 kpa, the negative pressure generating unit (3) can lower the pressure inside the control panel (1) to 70 kpa.

[0038] The display unit (5) is provided on one side of the control panel (1) to provide control information and to receive operation commands for the sound pressure generating unit (3). That is, the display unit (5) can provide temperature, humidity, and pressure information inside the control panel (1), and can receive commands for starting and stopping the sound pressure generating unit (3).

[0039] FIG. 2 is a drawing showing a display unit according to an embodiment of the present invention viewed from the outside. FIG. 3 is a drawing showing a control main body unit, a control door unit, and a control reinforcement auxiliary unit according to an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to FIG. 2 and FIG. 3, the control panel (1) may include a control main body unit (11), a control door unit (13), and a control placement unit (15).

[0040] The control main body (11) may be provided with a space formed inside. That is, the control main body (11) may have a space formed inside to accommodate a relay, wires, a power supply unit, and a display unit.

[0041] The control door section (13) may be provided to open and close one side of the control main body section (11). That is, the control door section (13) is opened when an operator needs to view the inside of the control main body section (11), and can be closed normally. In addition, the control door section (13) may have a sealing structure formed along its perimeter so that negative pressure inside the control main body section (11) is easily formed by the negative pressure forming section (3).

[0042] The control unit (15) may be provided in the control door unit (13) and the display unit (5) may be placed therein. That is, the control unit (15) may be configured to supply power and receive and transmit signals connected to the display unit (5).

[0043] The control placement unit (15) can prevent damage or defects to the display unit (5) and components related to the display unit (5) due to the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the control main body (11) when negative pressure is formed inside the control main body (11) by the negative pressure forming unit (3). That is, the control placement unit (15) can minimize the impact when negative pressure is formed outside and by the negative pressure forming unit (3) by positioning the display unit (5) in a separate space independent of the control main body (11).

[0044] Specifically, the control placement unit (15) may include a control placement connection unit (151) and a control placement main body unit (153). The control placement connection unit (151) may be connected to the control main body unit (11). That is, the control placement connection unit (151) may be provided to form a closed curve along the perimeter of the control main body unit (11).

[0045] The control placement main body (153) extends from the control placement connection part (151) toward the interior of the control main body (11), and a display part (5) can be placed therein. The control placement main body (153) is connected to the control placement connection part (151) to close the space where the display part (5) is placed, thereby preventing the rear of the display part (5) from being exposed to the outside.

[0046] The control main body (11) and the control placement connection part (151) can be welded to form a bead. Accordingly, when negative pressure is formed inside the control main body (11) by the negative pressure forming part (3), the control placement connection part (151) and the control placement main body (153) may be compressed due to the pressure difference between the outside and the inside, thereby preventing the display part (5) from being affected.

[0047] Meanwhile, the control panel (1) may include a control reinforcement section (G). The control reinforcement section (G) is provided in the control door section (13) to reinforce the rigidity of the control door section (13). That is, the control reinforcement section (G) is provided on the front and rear of the control door section (13) to prevent the control door section (13) from being crushed due to the pressure difference between the inside and outside when negative pressure is formed inside the control main body section (11) by the negative pressure forming section (3).

[0048] The control reinforcement section (G) may include a rear reinforcement section (17). The rear reinforcement section (17) is provided on the rear side of the control door section (13) to reinforce the rigidity of the control door section (13). Specifically, the rear reinforcement section (17) may include a rear reinforcement main body section (171) and a rear reinforcement connecting section (173).

[0049] The rear reinforcing main body (171) can be formed to protrude along the perimeter of the control door section (13) on the rear side of the control door section (13). That is, the rear reinforcing main body (171) is provided to form a closed curve on the rear side of the control door section (13) to reinforce the overall rigidity of the control door section (13).

[0050] The rear reinforcement connecting part (173) connects the rear reinforcement main body part (171) and can be formed protruding from the rear side of the control door part (13). That is, the rear reinforcement connecting part (173) is placed inside the rear reinforcement main body part (171) which forms a closed curve, and can connect one side of the rear reinforcement main body part (171) and the other side.

[0051] Accordingly, the rear reinforcement connecting part (173) is widely distributed throughout the control door part (13) together with the rear reinforcement main body part (171) to reinforce the overall rigidity of the control door part (13) and to prevent the control door part (13) from deforming as much as possible when the sound pressure forming part (3) is operated.

[0052] Additionally, the rear reinforcing main body (171) and the rear reinforcing connecting part (173) may be provided with one side open. That is, the rear reinforcing main body (171) and the rear reinforcing connecting part (173) have one side open to minimize the overall weight and further increase structural rigidity through their shape. Furthermore, the control reinforcing auxiliary part (18), which will be described later, can be easily placed inside.

[0053] The control reinforcement section (G) may include a front reinforcement section (19). The front reinforcement section (19) is provided on the front of the control door section (13) to reinforce the rigidity of the control door section (13). Specifically, the front reinforcement section (19) may include a front reinforcement main body section (191), a front reinforcement recessed section (193), and a front reinforcement fixed section (195).

[0054] The front reinforcing body (191) may be formed to protrude from the front of the control door (13). Additionally, the front reinforcing body (191) may be provided to surround the display unit (5) while being spaced apart from the front of the display unit (5). Accordingly, the front reinforcing body (191) can reinforce the structural rigidity of the control door (13) and protect the display unit (5) from external impact.

[0055] In addition, the front reinforcing body part (191) has an inner surface formed to be indented outward, thereby minimizing the weight of the front reinforcing body part (191) to facilitate the opening and closing of the control door part (13), and can also maximize structural rigidity through its own shape.

[0056] The front reinforcement recess (193) is formed as a recess in the center of the front reinforcement main body (191) so that the display unit (5) can be placed therein. That is, the front reinforcement recess (193) prevents the display unit (5) from protruding outward from the front reinforcement main body (191), thereby allowing it to be stably protected by the front reinforcement main body (191).

[0057] The front reinforcement fixing part (195) is positioned in the front reinforcement recess (193) and is formed to protrude from the front of the control door part (13) so that the display part (5) can be fixed. That is, the display part (5) is positioned in the front reinforcement fixing part (195), and together with the front reinforcement main body part (191) and the front reinforcement recess (193), a step is formed to increase the overall structural rigidity.

[0058] Additionally, the front reinforcement fixing part (195) may be provided to be openable and closable. Accordingly, by opening and closing the front reinforcement fixing part (195), inspection and maintenance of the components placed on the rear of the display part (5) placed in the control placement part (15) can be performed. Furthermore, even if the control placement part (15) is welded to the control door part (13) and the front reinforcement fixing part (195) is provided to be openable and closable, it may not affect the formation of negative pressure inside the control main body part (11).

[0059] Meanwhile, the front reinforcing main body (191) is equipped with a display unit (Z) that indicates the temperature and humidity inside the control panel (1), and the temperature and humidity inside the control panel (1) can be checked through the display unit (Z) and then controlled through the display unit (5). Although the temperature and humidity inside the control panel (1) can be checked through the display unit (5), the display unit (Z) can be provided separately so that the user can continuously check the temperature and humidity inside the control panel (1).

[0060] FIG. 4 is a drawing showing a control opening / closing unit and a control opening / closing auxiliary unit according to an embodiment of the present invention. A control panel (1) according to an embodiment of the present invention may include a control opening / closing unit (12) and a control opening / closing auxiliary unit (14).

[0061] The control opening / closing unit (12) may be provided on the opposite side of the control door unit (13) to open and close the other side of the control main body unit (11). That is, the control opening / closing unit (12) and the control door unit (13) can selectively open and close one side and the other side of the control main body unit (11) when inspection and maintenance of components such as relays, receivers, transmitters, and wires placed inside the control main body unit (11) are required, thereby improving convenience of use.

[0062] In addition, the control opening / closing unit (12) and the control door unit (13) can open and close the one side and the other side of the cabinet (C) and the one side and the other side of the control panel (1) together.

[0063] The control opening / closing auxiliary unit (14) may be provided inside the control main body (11) to enable opening and closing. That is, the control opening / closing auxiliary unit (14) is positioned to face the control opening / closing unit (12), and may have a relay, a receiver, a transmitter, and wires placed inside. Accordingly, the control opening / closing auxiliary unit (14) reliably protects the internal components, such as the relay, receiver, transmitter, and wires, with a double door structure, and can be opened to expose the relay, receiver, transmitter, and wires to the outside when necessary for inspection and maintenance. In addition, the control opening / closing auxiliary unit (14) may be equipped with a display unit that can check the status of the internal components.

[0064] Meanwhile, the control opening / closing unit (12) may include a control opening / closing reinforcement unit (121). The control opening / closing reinforcement unit (121) is formed protruding from the rear surface of the control opening / closing unit (12) to reinforce the rigidity of the control opening / closing unit (12) and prevent the control opening / closing unit (12) from being crushed due to the pressure difference between the inside and outside when the negative pressure forming unit (3) is operated.

[0065] Specifically, the control opening / closing reinforcement part (121) may include an opening / closing reinforcement main body part (1211), an opening / closing reinforcement connecting part (1213), and an opening / closing reinforcement protrusion part (1215). The opening / closing reinforcement main body part (1211) may be formed to protrude from the rear surface of the control opening / closing part (12) along the perimeter of the control opening / closing part (12). That is, the opening / closing reinforcement main body part (1211) is provided to form a closed curve on the rear surface of the control opening / closing part (12) to reinforce the overall rigidity of the control opening / closing part (12).

[0066] The opening / closing reinforcement connecting part (1213) connects the opening / closing reinforcement main body part (1211) and can be formed protruding from the rear surface of the control opening / closing part (12). That is, the opening / closing reinforcement connecting part (1213) is placed inside the opening / closing reinforcement main body part (1211) that forms a closed curve and can connect one side and the other side of the opening / closing reinforcement main body part (1211).

[0067] Accordingly, the opening / closing reinforcement connecting part (1213) is widely distributed throughout the control opening / closing part (12) together with the opening / closing reinforcement main body part (1211) to reinforce the overall rigidity of the control opening / closing part (12) and to prevent the control opening / closing part (12) from deforming as much as possible when the sound pressure forming part (3) is operated.

[0068] Additionally, the opening / closing reinforcement main body (1211) and the opening / closing reinforcement connecting part (1213) may be provided so that one side is open. That is, the opening / closing reinforcement main body (1211) and the opening / closing reinforcement connecting part (1213) have one side open to minimize the overall weight and further increase structural rigidity through their shape. In addition, the control reinforcement auxiliary part (18), which will be described later, can be easily placed inside.

[0069] The opening / closing reinforcement protrusion (1215) is formed protrudingly on the inner side of the opening / closing reinforcement main body (1211) and the opening / closing reinforcement connecting part (1213), so that it can be stably coupled with the control reinforcement auxiliary part (18) to be described later. In addition, the opening / closing reinforcement protrusion (1215) is made of a metal material and is provided to have magnetism so that it can be effectively coupled with the control auxiliary magnetic part (189) of the control reinforcement auxiliary part (18).

[0071] The control unit (P) can prevent the control door unit (13) from opening during the safety time even after the voltage increase process is completed. That is, the safety time is a time during which the voltage increase process can proceed stably, and it may be a time set by the user or a time set experimentally. In other words, the control unit (P) allows the voltage increase process to proceed during the safety time, and even if the voltage increase process is completed within the safety time, it prevents the control door unit (13) from opening during the safety time, thereby preventing any potential accidents.

[0072] FIG. 5 is a diagram showing a negative pressure forming unit connected inside a control body according to an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to FIG. 5, the negative pressure forming unit (3) may include a negative pressure forming performing unit (31), a negative pressure forming hose unit (33), and a negative pressure forming fixing unit (35).

[0074] The negative pressure forming hose section (33) can connect the negative pressure forming section (31) and the control panel (1). That is, the negative pressure forming hose section (33) can create negative pressure inside the control panel (1) by discharging air from inside the control panel (1) to the outside according to the operation of the negative pressure forming hose section (33).

[0075] The negative pressure forming fixing part (35) is positioned inside the control panel (1) and can fix the negative pressure forming hose part (33). Specifically, the negative pressure forming fixing part (35) may include a negative pressure fixing main body part (351), a negative pressure fixing pressure part (353), a negative pressure fixing elastic part (355), and a negative pressure fixing support part (357).

[0076] The negative pressure fixing main body (351) can be fixed inside the control main body (11) and provided to surround the negative pressure forming hose part (33). That is, the negative pressure fixing main body (351) can improve structural safety by fixing the position of the negative pressure forming hose part (33).

[0077] The negative pressure fixing pressurizing unit (353) may be spaced apart in multiple places on the inner side of the negative pressure fixing main body (351) to pressurize the negative pressure forming hose unit (33). That is, the negative pressure fixing pressurizing unit (353) can pressurize the negative pressure forming hose unit (33) to fix the position of the negative pressure forming hose unit (33).

[0078] The negative pressure fixing elastic part (355) connects the negative pressure fixing main body part (351) and the negative pressure fixing pressure part (353) and may be made of an elastic material. That is, the negative pressure fixing elastic part (355) presses the negative pressure fixing pressure part (353) against the negative pressure forming hose part (33) and can stably protect the negative pressure forming hose part (33) by absorbing the shock even if an external shock is applied.

[0079] The sound pressure fixing support member (357) connects the sound pressure fixing main body (351) and the control main body (11) and can support the sound pressure fixing main body (351). That is, the sound pressure fixing support member (357) can fix the sound pressure fixing main body (351) to the control main body (11). The negative pressure fixing adhesive part (359) is connected to the negative pressure fixing injection part (358) and is provided with a larger cross-sectional area than the negative pressure fixing injection part (358) so that the adhesive injected through the negative pressure fixing injection part (358) can be distributed evenly.

[0081] Meanwhile, the control unit (P) according to one embodiment of the present invention can continue the voltage increase process by resetting the safety time when the voltage increase process proceeds even after the safety time has elapsed.

[0082] That is, the control unit (P) can improve safety by setting a safety time again to allow the voltage increase process to proceed if the voltage increase process is not completed within the safety time, in case the safety time is set too short due to the user's lack of proficiency.

[0083] Additionally, the control unit (P) can activate the negative pressure forming unit (3) to check whether the measurement value of the pressure sensor (U) changes if the pressure increase process proceeds even after the safety time has elapsed again. That is, the control unit (P) can determine whether the pressure increase process has been completed but cannot be verified due to a problem with the pressure sensor (U), rather than user inexperience or error.

[0084] Furthermore, the control unit (P) can provide an external alarm indicating a failure of the pressure sensor (U) if the measured value of the pressure sensor (U) does not change. That is, the control unit (P) can determine whether the pressure sensor (U) is functioning normally or is defective while ensuring safety by proceeding with the pressure increase process within a safe time.

[0085] Meanwhile, a clean vacuum automatic control panel (S) according to one embodiment of the present invention may include a humidity sensor (W) and a temperature sensor (Y). The humidity sensor (W) may be placed inside the control panel (1) to measure the humidity inside the control panel (1). The temperature sensor (Y) may be placed inside the control panel (1) to measure the temperature inside the control panel (1).

[0086] The control unit (P) can check whether the sound pressure forming unit (3) is operating normally by checking the measurement value of the humidity sensor (W) when the sound pressure forming unit (3) is operating to form a sound pressure inside the control panel (1).

[0087] That is, when the negative pressure forming unit (3) is operated to form negative pressure inside the control panel (1), the humidity value may decrease along with it. Accordingly, the control unit (P) can check whether the negative pressure forming unit (3) is operating normally by checking whether the measurement value of the humidity sensor (W) decreases when the negative pressure forming unit (3) is operated to form negative pressure inside the control panel (1). In other words, if the pressure sensor (U) is defective or broken, the normal operation of the negative pressure forming unit (3) can be confirmed through the humidity sensor (W).

[0088] Meanwhile, referring again to FIGS. 3 and 4, the control reinforcement member (G) may include a control reinforcement auxiliary member (18). The control auxiliary contact part (183) may be positioned on one side of the control auxiliary main body part (181) and may come into contact with the rear reinforcement main body part (171).

[0091] The control auxiliary connection part (185) connects the control auxiliary contact part (183) and the control auxiliary main body part (181) and may be provided with an elastic material. Accordingly, when pressure is applied to the control door part (13) due to the pressure difference between the inside and outside when sound pressure is formed by the sound pressure forming part (3), the external force can be dampened.

[0092] The control auxiliary support member (187) extends from the other side of the control auxiliary main body (181) toward the rear reinforcing main body (171), and is configured such that its cross-sectional area increases as it approaches the rear reinforcing main body (171), allowing it to come into contact with the rear reinforcing main body (171). That is, the control auxiliary support member (187) can effectively disperse external forces by maximizing the contact area with the rear reinforcing main body (171).

[0093] The control auxiliary magnetic part (189) is provided to have magnetism on the upper surface of the control auxiliary main body part (181) and can be combined with the rear reinforcing main body part (171). That is, the control auxiliary magnetic part (189) can be easily installed by being combined with the rear reinforcing main body part (171) by magnetic force, and the number can be easily adjusted as needed.

[0094] Additionally, the rear reinforcement part (17) may include a rear reinforcement protrusion (175), and the rear reinforcement protrusion (175) may be formed protruding from the inner surface of the rear reinforcement main body part (171) and may be provided to have a metal material or magnetic force and may be combined with the control auxiliary magnetic part (189).

[0095] Meanwhile, the control placement unit (15) may include a control placement rigidity unit (155). The control placement rigidity unit (155) may be positioned to be in contact with the control placement connection unit (151), the control placement main body unit (153), and the control door unit (13). That is, the control placement rigidity unit (155) connects the control placement connection unit (151), the control placement main body unit (153), and the control door unit (13) so that when an external force is applied due to the pressure difference between the inside and outside during the formation of sound pressure in the sound pressure forming unit (3), the external force can be effectively dispersed to improve structural safety.

[0096] The control placement rigidity section (155) may include a control rigidity main body section (1551) and a control rigidity contact section (1553). The control rigidity main body section (1551) may be arranged along one side of the control placement main body section (153) and coupled to the control placement main body section (153). The control rigidity contact section (1553) may be provided at the end of the control placement main body section (153) and may come into contact with the control placement connection section (151) and the control door section (13). That is, the control rigidity contact section (1553) is provided such that its cross-sectional area increases as it moves from the control placement main body section (153) toward the control door section (13), thereby effectively dispersing the external force applied when negative pressure is formed on the control door section (13), the control placement connection section (151), and the control placement main body section (153).
