Abstract
Description
Technology Field
[0001] The present invention relates to an installation structure installed using a modular unit structure. Background Technology
[0002] Generally, the method of installing an object onto a structure such as a building follows the following process. First, anchors are driven into the structure, and column beams are connected to these anchors.
[0003] The column beam consists of horizontal beams and vertical beams, and the installation sequence is as follows. Install the vertical beams first and then install the horizontal beams based on them, or install the horizontal beams first and then install the vertical beams based on them.
[0004] Once all the column beams are connected, extension beams for installing objects are installed on the column beams. As an example of an object, in the case of a display, multiple displays can be connected in a grid pattern after the extension beams are installed to finally complete the electronic display board.
[0005] When installing conventional objects on structures such as buildings, there is a problem in that the overall structure may bend or twist if a slight installation error occurs.
[0006] For example, during the process of installing beams that form the framework of a structure from the bottom to the top, if slight angle or length errors occur in the bottom or middle sections, the errors accumulate as they move upward, causing the beams installed at the top to become completely twisted.
[0007] As a result, continuous horizontal and vertical alignment is required, which significantly increases work time.
[0008] Therefore, an installation method for the structure is required to resolve these issues. This will provide a solution to minimize errors during the installation process and complete the work more efficiently. The problem to be solved
[0009] Various embodiments of the present invention aim to solve the above-mentioned problems by providing a new installation method that minimizes installation errors and resulting structural deformation that may occur during the installation of an installation structure in which an object is installed, by utilizing a modular unit structure.
[0010] Specifically, the present invention proposes a structural solution that reduces installation errors of column beams and extension beams and enables easier alignment of the horizontal and vertical lines of the installed structure. Through this, the invention aims to prevent warping and bending that may occur when installing multiple modular unit structures for an object, shorten installation time, and improve the stability of the overall structure.
[0011] The problems that the present invention aims to solve are not limited to those mentioned above, and other unmentioned problems will be clearly understood by a person skilled in the art from the description below. means of solving the problem
[0012] An installation structure installed using a plurality of modular unit structures to solve the aforementioned problem, wherein each of the plurality of modular unit structures is a rectangular structure in which a plurality of horizontal beams, vertical beams, and height beams form a frame, and adjacent modular unit structures are connected to each other to form an installation structure, wherein one side of the installation structure faces an object to be installed, and an object is installed on the other side facing therefrom, and among the connected plurality of modular unit structures, adjacent modular unit structures are fixedly connected such that vertical beams located at the corners come into contact with each other to form a single rectangular structure.
[0013] In one embodiment, a plurality of the modular unit structures may be connected along a first direction formed parallel to the extension direction of the horizontal beam.
[0014] In one embodiment, a plurality of the modular unit structures may be connected along a second direction that is perpendicular to the first direction and parallel to the extension direction of the height beam.
[0015] In one embodiment, a plurality of the modular unit structures may be connected along a third direction that is perpendicular to the first direction and parallel to the extension direction of the vertical beam.
[0016] In one embodiment, a bracket configured to surround a rectangular structure formed by a plurality of vertical beams contacting each other may be further included.
[0017] In one embodiment, among a plurality of adjacent vertical beams in a plurality of modular unit structures, a fitting projection is formed protrudingly on one of them, and a fitting hole may be formed through another vertical beam facing the vertical beam on which the fitting projection is formed so that the fitting projection can be inserted.
[0018] In one embodiment, it may further include a fastening member that is fastened through a plurality of vertical beams located at the corners of a plurality of adjacent modular unit structures.
[0019] In one embodiment, a connecting part connecting a plurality of vertical beams located at the corners of adjacent modular unit structures among the connected plurality of modular unit structures may be further included.
[0020] In one embodiment, among a plurality of vertical beams that are each formed on a plurality of connected modular unit structures and arranged adjacent to each other, a guide groove portion is formed having the shape of a groove portion on one of the beams, and an insertion portion may be formed protrudingly on another vertical beam so as to be inserted into the guide groove portion.
[0021] In one embodiment, it may further include a footrest installed between a plurality of vertical beams of the modular unit structure and covering the space between the plurality of vertical beams spaced apart from each other.
[0022] Other specific details of the present invention are included in the detailed description and drawings. Effects of the invention
[0023] Various embodiments of the present invention aim to solve the above-mentioned problems and provide a new installation method that minimizes installation errors and resulting structural deformation that may occur during the installation of an installation structure in which an object is installed, by utilizing a modular unit structure.
[0024] Specifically, the core of this invention is to adopt a form in which modular unit structures are prefabricated in a factory and then assembled on-site. Since the width and length dimensions are already fixed and the connections between each unit structure are secure, installation errors that occur in conventional methods can be prevented. Furthermore, the horizontal and vertical inspection work required to reduce errors is reduced, significantly improving the efficiency of the installation process.
[0025] Through this, the installation time of the installation structure on which the object is installed can be reduced by 1 / 2 to 1 / 4, and the accuracy and stability of the entire installation process can be significantly improved. The present invention prevents warping and bending that may occur when installing an object such as an electronic display board, and enables faster and more accurate installation.

Therefore, such definition should be based on the content throughout this specification.
[0039] FIG. 1 shows a state in which an electronic display board is installed on a building using an installation structure according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 2 shows a state in which an installation structure according to an embodiment of the present invention is installed on a building from the front. FIG. 3 shows a state in which an installation structure according to an embodiment of the present invention is installed on a building from the side.
[0040] Referring to FIGS. 1 to 3, an installation structure (1) according to one embodiment of the present invention is installed such that its rear surface faces the object to be installed (5), and an object (OB) can be installed on its front surface.
[0041] In this specification, 'installation target (5)' refers to a place where the modular unit structure (100), which will be described later, is installed, and may include a building, etc. Additionally, 'object' refers to an object to be installed on the installation structure (1), which is intended to be placed on the installation target (5) through the installation structure (1) according to one embodiment of the present invention.
[0042] Referring to FIG. 1, an object (OB) installed in an installation structure (1) according to one embodiment of the present invention may be a display that receives power and provides visual information to the outside. In this case, the installation structure (1) may be an electronic display structure.
[0043] However, it is not limited to this, and various modifications can be implemented within the technical concept that can be placed through the installation structure (1) on an installation object (5) such as a building.
[0044] Generally, the installation structure (1) can be installed on the outer wall of the object to be installed (5) using anchors. To do this, first, an anchor hole is drilled in the outer wall of the object to be installed (5), and a chemical anchor or expansion bolt is installed. Using these anchors, multiple modular unit structures (100) can be firmly fixed to the object to be installed (5) by being fixed to each other in a grid or tile pattern, or arranged vertically and horizontally.
[0045] An object (OB) can be fixed to the front of a plurality of modular unit structures (100).
[0046] Specifically, if the object (OB) is a display, multiple displays can be fixed to the front of multiple modular unit structures (100).
[0047] Multiple displays are installed in a grid or tile pattern on multiple modular unit structures (100), and the installation of the display board can be completed by connecting a power supply and a control system to the multiple displays.
[0048] In conventional technology, a method is used to install an electronic display board by installing multiple column beams vertically or horizontally on the exterior wall of a building and then installing displays on top of them. First, anchors are driven into the wall and connected to the column beams; then, the column beams are installed either vertically or horizontally first. Once all the column beams are connected, extension beams for installing displays are attached to the column beams, and multiple displays are connected in a grid pattern to complete the electronic display board.
[0049] However, with these conventional technologies, even slight installation errors when installing LED displays over a large area can cause the entire structure to bend or twist. For example, if a slight error in angle or length occurs at the bottom or middle section during the process of installing column beams from bottom to top, the column beam installed at the top can become completely twisted. This necessitates continuous adjustments to ensure horizontal and vertical alignment, which significantly increases working time.
[0050] As described above, it goes without saying that various objects (OB), including a display, can be installed in the installation structure (1), specifically the modular unit structure (100) according to one embodiment of the present invention.
[0051] According to one embodiment of the present invention, a plurality of modular unit structures (100) can be pre-assembled and then installed on an installation site (5) in a grid or tile pattern. That is, the present invention is characterized by installing a plurality of modular unit structures (100) by pre-manufacturing them at a factory or on-site and then assembling them on an installation site (5).
[0052] If the horizontal and vertical dimensions are already determined and the connection between each modular unit structure (100) is firmly established, installation errors that occur in conventional methods can be prevented. In addition, horizontal and vertical inspection work to reduce errors is reduced, thereby greatly improving the efficiency of the installation process. As a result, the accuracy and stability of the entire installation process can be greatly improved. The present invention prevents warping and bending that may occur during the installation of an electronic display board and enables faster and more accurate installation.
[0053] Below, the structure of a specific modular unit structure (100) and the method of fixing multiple modular unit structures (100) to each other will be explained.
[0054] FIG. 4 is a perspective view showing a modular unit structure according to one embodiment of the present invention connected to an adjacent modular unit structure.
[0055] Referring to FIG. 4, the modular unit structure (100) may be a rectangular structure having a plurality of beams as a frame.
[0056] The modular unit structure (100) may be a rectangular structure in which a plurality of horizontal beams (110), vertical beams (120), and height beams (130) form a frame.
[0057] In the modular unit structure (100), the horizontal beam (110) may be a frame forming the top plane and bottom plane. Additionally, the vertical beam (120) and the height beam (130) may be a frame forming the left plane and right plane, and the horizontal beam (110) and the height beam (130) may be a frame forming the front plane and back plane.
[0058] Referring to FIG. 4, the vertical beam (120) may include an edge vertical beam (121) located at the edge of the modular unit structure (100) and a middle vertical beam (122) located between the edge vertical beams (121) at both ends.
[0059] Referring to FIG. 4, a modular unit structure (100) according to one embodiment of the present invention has two intermediate vertical beams (122) connected between the corner vertical beams (121) at both ends of the horizontal beams (110) on the front and back sides.
[0060] However, it is not limited to this, and various variations are possible, such as not including an intermediate vertical beam (122) or including one or three or more.
[0061] Depending on the embodiment, the number of vertical beams (120) and the distance between the vertical beams (120) may vary and may adaptively vary depending on the length of the horizontal beam (110). In addition, depending on the embodiment, the number and location of the height beams (130) may also vary.
[0062] Additionally, the horizontal beam (110) may be a straight beam, or the horizontal beam (110) may have a curved section and may have a shape corresponding to the outer surface shape of the object (5) on which the modular unit structure (100) is installed.
[0063] In one embodiment of the present invention, adjacent modular unit structures (100) can be fixed by contacting the surface components of their horizontal beams (110), vertical beams (120), and height beams (130). The horizontal beams (110), vertical beams (120), and height beams (130) can each have a rectangular shape and can have surface components of a front, back, top, bottom, left, and right sides.
[0064] By connecting the surface components of each of the horizontal beams (110), vertical beams (120), and height beams (130) of adjacent modular unit structures (100) in contact with each other, horizontal and vertical errors and twisting and bending of the adjacent modular unit structures (100) can be prevented.
[0065] The connection structure of the modular unit structure (100) according to the present invention can form an integrated structure in which each unit structure is fixed by the surface components of adjacent modular unit structures (100) being in contact.
[0066] This increases the overall rigidity of the installation structure (1) on which the object (OB) is installed, and minimizes structural deformation even with external impact or vibration. In addition, this joining method enables quick and accurate positioning during installation, thereby reducing working time.
[0067] In addition, these structural features allow for maintaining high precision during the installation of the installation structure (1) on which the object can be installed, and minimize errors that may occur during the installation process. As a result, the overall structural stability of the installation structure (1) is improved, and consistent alignment between each modular unit structure (100) can be ensured. This can greatly increase the convenience of maintenance after installation and the efficiency of installation.
[0068] Referring to FIG. 4, an installation structure (1) according to one embodiment of the present invention may have a plurality of modular unit structures (100) connected along a first direction (left-right direction based on FIG. 4) formed parallel to the extension direction of a horizontal beam (110) (left-right direction based on FIG. 4).
[0069] That is, a plurality of modular unit structures (100) can be connected on both sides centered around a single modular unit structure (100).
[0070] As an optional embodiment, a plurality of modular unit structures (100) may be connected along a second direction (up and down direction based on FIG. 4) which is perpendicular to the first direction (left and right direction based on FIG. 4) and parallel to the extension direction of the height beam (130) (up and down direction based on FIG. 4).
[0071] In this case, among the plurality of modular unit structures (100) of the installation structure (1) according to the embodiments of the present invention to be described later, the connection structure between the vertical beams (120) located at the corners of adjacent modular unit structures (100) can be applied as the connection structure between the horizontal beams (110).
[0072] As an optional embodiment, a plurality of modular unit structures (100) may be connected along a third direction (front-back direction based on FIG. 4) which is perpendicular to the first direction (left-right direction based on FIG. 4) and parallel to the extension direction of the vertical beam (120) (front-back direction based on FIG. 4).
[0073] In this case, among the plurality of modular unit structures (100) of the installation structure (1) according to the embodiments of the present invention to be described later, the connection structure between the vertical beams (120) located at the corners of the adjacent modular unit structures (100) can be applied as a connection structure between at least one of the horizontal beams (110) and the height beams (130).
[0074] That is, among the plurality of the above-mentioned modular unit structures (100), adjacent modular unit structures can be connected by being fixed to form a rectangular parallelepiped structure by having at least one of the horizontal beam (110) and the height beam (130) located at the corners come into contact with each other.
[0075] FIG. 5 illustrates a cross-sectional view in which a corner vertical beam of a modular unit structure according to one embodiment of the present invention is fixed using a bracket. FIG. 6 is a perspective view of a bracket for fixing a corner vertical beam of a modular unit structure according to one embodiment of the present invention.
[0076] Four corner vertical beams (121) of a modular unit structure (100) can be assembled and fixed. Specifically, among a plurality of connected modular unit structures (100), four modular unit structures (100) facing each other can be connected and fixed so that the corner vertical beams (121) come into contact with each other to form a single rectangular structure. In the following description, the rectangular structure (S1) formed by the four corner vertical beams (121a, 121b, 121c, 121d) may be referred to as the 'structure (S1)'.
[0077] Referring to FIG. 5, a structure (S1) is illustrated in which four corner vertical beams (121a, 121b, 121c, and 121d) are connected. For example, the lower right corner vertical beam (121a) of any modular unit structure (100) may come into contact with the lower left corner vertical beam (121b) of the modular unit structure (100) located to the right of the arbitrary modular unit structure (100).
[0078] Likewise, the upper right corner vertical beam (121c) located below the lower right corner vertical beam (121a) of any modular unit structure (100) may be in contact with the upper right corner vertical beam (121c) located below the arbitrary modular unit structure (100), and the upper left corner vertical beam (121d) of the modular unit structure (100) located diagonally to the lower right of the arbitrary modular unit structure (100) may also form a structure (S1) together.
[0079] According to one embodiment of the present invention, a structure (S1) can be fixed using a bracket (200). Referring to FIG. 6, in one embodiment, the bracket (200) may include a web (210) that wraps around a corner vertical beam (121) of a modular unit structure (100) and flanges (220) that extend from each end of the web (210).
[0080] The web (210) can wrap around two adjacent sides of each corner vertical beam (121) forming the structure (S1). The inner side of the web (210) may include a folded portion bent at 90 degrees. For example, the web (210) may have an 'L-shape'. In other words, the web (210) can wrap around half of the upper or lower surface and half of the side surface of the rectangular structure (S1).
[0081] The flange (220) is formed by extending from each end of the web (210) and may be a portion bent at 90 degrees from both ends of the web (210). The flange (220) may be formed by extending in a direction protruding from the structure (S1) when the bracket (200) wraps around the structure (S1).
[0082] In one embodiment, the bracket (200) may be manufactured by folding a flat plate three times, and the center portion may be a web (210) and both ends may be flanges (220).
[0083] A structure (S1) composed of four corner vertical beams (121) can be secured using four brackets (200). The brackets (200) can be assembled such that each web (210) wraps around the corner vertical beam (121) and each flange (220) faces each other.
[0084] In one embodiment, a plurality of fastening holes (221) may be formed in the flange (220). The fastening holes (221) may form through holes (or coaxial connections) when connected to another bracket (200).
[0085] For example, each bracket (200) can be secured by inserting a bolt through a fastening hole (221) formed in the flange (220) and tightening a nut. This fastening provides high strength and allows for easy separation and reassembly after installation. As another example, a rivet can be inserted through the fastening hole (221) and secured using a rivet gun. This fastening enables quick installation. As yet another example, the flange (220) and the fastening hole (221) can be aligned and secured by welding. This fastening may provide very high strength and durability.
[0086] A plurality of fastening holes (221) may be arranged along the longitudinal direction of the flange (220), and the fastening holes (221) may be formed symmetrically with respect to the center along the longitudinal direction of the flange (220). This is because a plurality of brackets (200) of the same shape may be used in different directions and orientations, and thus the fastening holes (221) of the brackets (200) connected to each other must be through.
[0087] In one embodiment, the length of the bracket (200) is substantially equal to the total length of the corner vertical beam (121), and is connected to completely wrap around the corner vertical beam (121), thereby allowing adjacent corner vertical beams (121) to make sufficient surface contact.
[0088] In this way, the bracket (200) strengthens the connection between the modular unit structures (100) through surface contact and improves the rigidity and stability of the entire structure. This allows objects such as displays forming an electronic display board to withstand external shocks or vibrations without deformation. The bracket (200) can consistently align each modular unit structure (100) through precise position fixation due to surface contact. This minimizes installation errors and allows the object installed on the installation structure (1) to maintain a flat and neat appearance. Furthermore, the surface contact method using the bracket (200) simplifies the installation process and enables rapid assembly of each modular unit structure. Additionally, it facilitates easy replacement or repair of individual unit structures when necessary. FIG. 7 illustrates a cross-sectional view in which an intermediate vertical beam of a modular unit structure is fixed using a bracket according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 8 is a perspective view of a bracket that fixes an intermediate vertical beam of a modular unit structure according to an embodiment of the present invention.
[0089] Two intermediate vertical beams (122) of a modular unit structure (100) can be assembled and fixed. Specifically, among a plurality of connected modular unit structures (100), two modular unit structures (100) that are adjacent vertically can be connected and fixed so that the intermediate vertical beams (122a, 122b) come into contact with each other to form a single rectangular structure. Hereinafter, the rectangular assembly (S3) may be referred to as a 'structure (S3)'.
[0090] Referring to FIG. 7, a structure (S3) is illustrated in which two intermediate vertical beams (122a, 122b) are connected. For example, an intermediate vertical beam (122a) of any modular unit structure (100) positioned relatively higher (based on FIG. 7) may come into contact with an intermediate vertical beam (122b) of a modular unit structure (100) located below (based on FIG. 7) the arbitrary modular unit structure (100).
[0091] In one embodiment, the modular unit structure (100) may have a plurality of intermediate vertical beams (122), and the intermediate vertical beams (122a, 122b) of the upper and lower adjacent modular unit structures (100) may be formed at positions facing each other.
[0092] According to one embodiment of the present invention, the structure (S3) can be fixed using a bracket (300). Referring to FIG. 8, in one embodiment, the bracket (300) may include a web (310) that wraps around an intermediate vertical beam (122) of a modular unit structure (100) and flanges (320) that extend from each end of the web (310).
[0093] The web (310) can wrap around the upper or lower surface and the side of the intermediate vertical beam (122) forming the structure (S3). The web (310) may include a flat section in contact with the upper or lower surface of the intermediate vertical beam (122) and a vertical section in contact with both sides of the intermediate vertical beam (122). The vertical section may be formed by bending the flat section of the web (310) at a 90-degree angle at both ends. For example, the web (310) may have a 'U-shape'. In other words, the web (210) can wrap around half of the upper or lower surface and the side of the rectangular structure (S3).
[0094] The flange (320) is formed extending from each end of the web (310) and may be a portion bent at a 90-degree angle from both ends of the web (310). The flange (320) may be a portion bent at a 90-degree angle from the vertical portion of the web (310). The flange (320) may be formed extending in a direction protruding from the structure (S3) when the bracket (300) wraps around the structure (S3).
[0095] In one embodiment, the bracket (300) may be manufactured by folding a flat plate four times, and the center portion may be a web (310) and both ends may be flanges (320).
[0096] A structure (S3) composed of two intermediate vertical beams (122) can be secured using two brackets (300). The brackets (300) can be assembled such that each web (310) wraps around the intermediate vertical beam (122) and each flange (320) faces each other.
[0097] In one embodiment, a plurality of fastening holes (321) may be formed in the flange (320). The fastening holes (321) may form a through hole (or coaxial connection) when connected to another bracket (300).
[0098] For example, a bolt can be inserted through a fastening hole (321) formed in the flange (320) of each bracket (300) and a nut can be tightened to secure it. In another example, the fastening hole (321) may be riveted or welded.
[0099] A plurality of fastening holes (321) may be arranged along the longitudinal direction of the flange (320), and the fastening holes (321) may be formed symmetrically with respect to the center along the longitudinal direction of the flange (320). This is because a plurality of brackets (300) of the same shape may be used in different directions and orientations, and thus the fastening holes (321) of the brackets (300) connected to each other must be through.
[0100] In one embodiment, the length of the bracket (300) is substantially equal to the total length of the intermediate vertical beam (122), and is connected to completely wrap around the intermediate vertical beam (122), thereby allowing adjacent corner vertical beams (122) to sufficiently make surface contact.
[0101] The rectangular structures (S1, S3) described in FIGS. 5 to 8 can be configured to have the same size. The structure (S1), which is an assembly of corner vertical beams (121) described in FIGS. 5 and 6, is formed by four corner vertical beams (121a, 121b, 121c, 121d) being assembled radially, and the structure (S3), which is an assembly of intermediate vertical beams (122) described in FIGS. 7 and 8, is formed by two intermediate vertical beams (122a, 122b) being assembled vertically.
[0102] Accordingly, the corner vertical beam (121) and the middle vertical beam (122) may have the same height (h), but the width (w2) of the middle vertical beam (122) may have twice the length compared to the width (w1) of the corner vertical beam (121).
[0103] For example, referring to enlarged views A, B, C, and D shown in FIG. 9, a structure that is a combination of at least two of a horizontal beam (110), a vertical beam (120) (or a corner vertical beam (121)), a middle vertical beam (122), and a height beam (130) may have the same size.
[0104] For example, referring to enlarged views A and B of FIG. 9, the intermediate vertical beams (122) of the modular unit structures (100) positioned vertically can be positioned to face each other to form a rectangular prism with a square cross-section. Additionally, referring to enlarged views C and D, the corner vertical beams (121) of adjacent modular unit structures (100) can be positioned to face each other to form a rectangular prism with a square cross-section.
[0105] In one embodiment of the present invention, among the corner vertical beams (121) of the modular unit structure (100) located at the top among the plurality of modular unit structures (100) forming the installation structure (1), the vertical beam (121e) located at the top corner can be in contact with the vertical beam (121e) located at the top corner of the adjacent modular unit structure (100) to form a rectangular parallelepiped structure (S2).
[0106] In one embodiment, a structure (S2) formed by a collection of vertical beams (121e) located at the upper corners can be fixed through the first bracket (200) and the second bracket (300) described in FIGS. 5 to 8. However, referring to FIG. 11, the present invention may provide a bracket (400) for the vertical beams (121e) located at the upper corners.
[0107] FIG. 11 is a perspective view of a bracket for fixing a vertical beam at the upper corner of a modular unit structure according to one embodiment of the present invention.
[0108] A bracket (400) may include a flange (410) having a fastening hole (411) formed therein and a joining surface (420) bent at 90 degrees from the flange (410). A structure (S2) in which two upper corner vertical beams (121e) are connected may be connected through two brackets (400), and the joining surface (420) of the bracket (400) may be fixed to the vertical beam (121e) so that the flanges (410) face each other and are connected symmetrically.
[0109] In one embodiment, the joining surface (420) is fixed to the vertical beam (121e) through a fastening means such as arc welding or a bolt, and the vertical beams (121e) at the upper corners can be fixed to each other by being fixed to the fastening hole (411) of the flange (410) through a fastening means such as a bolt and a nut.
[0110] FIG. 10 shows a plan view of an installation structure formed by connecting modular unit structures according to one embodiment of the present invention. Referring to enlarged view E of FIG. 10, an object (OB), such as a display, can be fixed to a height beam (130) on the front of the modular unit structure (100) through a bracket (400). The fixation between the bracket (400) and the height beam (130) can be achieved through arc welding or fastening means such as bolts and nuts.
[0111] For example, the joining surface (420) of a pair of brackets (400) can be fixed to each of the two sides of some of the multiple height beams (130) included in the modular unit structure (100).
[0112] The flange (410) of a pair of brackets (400) may be connected to an object (OB) or an object fastening unit (OBF) for securing the object (OB). In this embodiment, the length of the bracket (400) may have a length of at least a portion of the length of the height beam (130).
[0113] Referring again to FIG. 4, on the back surface of a modular unit structure (100) according to one embodiment of the present invention, an anchor fixed to a workpiece (5) or a member (not shown) for connecting to the anchor, and a bracket (301) for fixing an arbitrary height beam (130) may be used. The bracket (301) may have a shape and function that differs only in length from the bracket (300) described in FIG. 7 and FIG. 8.
[0114] As such, the present invention allows brackets (200, 300, 301, 400) having common numerical values and shapes to be adaptedly used for connecting between multiple modular unit structures (100) and for fixing between the modular unit structures (100) and the installed object (5) and object (OB), thereby improving installation cost-effectiveness and greatly increasing the convenience of maintenance and installation efficiency.
[0115] In addition, in the various embodiments of the present invention described above, the installation structure in which a plurality of modular unit structures (100) are arranged has a plurality of vertical beams (120) at the same height, that is, a structure (S1, S2) in which a plurality of corner vertical beams (121) are fixed and a structure (S3) in which a plurality of intermediate vertical beams (122) are fixed have the same size, thereby improving the rigidity and stability of the entire structure and enabling consistent alignment.
[0116] Referring again to FIG. 9, in one embodiment, a reinforcing beam (140) connecting two of the horizontal beams (110), vertical beams (120), and vertical beams (120) of the modular unit structure (100) may be further installed. Such reinforcing beams may further provide structural rigidity to the entire modular unit structure (100).
[0117] Referring to FIG. 12, in one embodiment, a platform (500) may be further attached to a vertical beam (120) of a modular unit structure (100). By having a collection of multiple vertical beams (120), that is, a structure (S1) in which multiple corner vertical beams (121) are fixed and a structure (S3) in which multiple intermediate vertical beams (122) are fixed, the vertical beams (120) may also have the same height, and a platform (500) may be stably installed on these vertical beams (120).
[0118] In one embodiment, a platform (500) is installed between a plurality of vertical beams (120, 121, 122) of a modular unit structure (100), and both ends of the platform (500) may be fixed on the first flange (220) of a first bracket (200) installed on the vertical beams (120, 121, 122) or the second flange (320) of a second bracket (300).
[0119] The fixation between both ends of the footrest (500) and the first flange (220) of the first bracket (200) or the second flange (320) of the second bracket (300) can be secured through a bolt that passes through a plurality of fastening holes (221, 322) formed longitudinally on the flanges (200, 300).
[0120] In the present invention, a simple installation can be provided by placing both ends of a step (500), which can be used by a worker when installing the modular unit structures (100) on the installation object (5), on the flanges (220, 320) of the brackets (200, 300) for fixing the plurality of modular unit structures (100).
[0122] Hereinafter, the configuration and effects of an installation structure installed using a different modular unit structure in other embodiments of the present invention will be described.
[0123] FIGS. 13 to 18 are partial enlarged views illustrating a method of combining modular unit structures according to other embodiments of the present invention.
[0124] Referring to FIG. 13, adjacent modular unit structures according to another embodiment of the present invention have vertical beams (120a, 120b), and each vertical beam (121a, 121b) located at the corners can be fixedly connected to form a single rectangular structure by contacting each other.
[0125] Referring to FIG. 13, each vertical beam (121a, 121b) facing each other in adjacent modular unit structures (100) may have a pre-set area in surface contact, and welding may be performed in the area where each vertical beam (121a, 121b) is in surface contact and connected to form a weld area (WD).
[0126] Referring to FIG. 13, a weld area (WA) is formed in the upper portion of each vertical beam (121a, 121b) that is in surface contact, but is not limited thereto, and a weld area can also be formed in the lower portion of each vertical beam (121a, 121b) that is in surface contact.
[0127] The area where each vertical beam (121a, 121b) is in surface contact forms a welded area (WA), and as a result of being welded together, a plurality of modular unit structures (100) can be joined to each other at predetermined positions and stably fixed in position.
[0128] Referring to FIG. 13, the installation structure according to another embodiment of the present invention is identical in composition and effect to the modular unit structure (100), horizontal beam (110), height beam (130), and reinforcing member (140) of the installation structure (1) according to the present invention, except that the vertical beams (121a, 121b) that contact each other in the corner areas of a plurality of modular unit structures (100) are fixed and connected by brackets, and are welded together to form a single rectangular structure, so a detailed description is omitted in the scope that overlaps with this.
[0129] Referring to FIG. 14, adjacent modular unit structures according to another embodiment of the present invention have vertical beams (120a, 120b), and each vertical beam (121a, 121b) located at the corners can be fixedly connected to form a single rectangular structure by contacting each other.
[0130] Referring to FIG. 14, a cross-sectional view is shown with the longitudinal direction of a modular unit structure (100), specifically a longitudinal beam (120a, 120b), as the central axis. In this cross-sectional view, a fitting projection (123) may be formed protruding outwardly on one of the multiple longitudinal beams (121a, 121b) adjacent to each other at each corner.
[0131] In one vertical beam (121b) facing another vertical beam (121a) on which a fitting projection (123) is formed protruding, a fitting hole (124) may be formed through so that the fitting projection (123) can be inserted.
[0132] The area of the cross-section of the insertion projection (123) based on the central axis in the longitudinal direction (left and right direction according to FIG. 14) may decrease relatively as it moves outward (from right to left direction according to FIG. 14).
[0133] As a result, a fitting projection (123) having a relatively small cross-sectional area can easily enter the fitting hole (124), and when an external force is applied along the insertion direction of the fitting projection (123), it quickly passes through the fitting hole (124), thereby having the effect of allowing a plurality of modular unit structures (100) to be fastened.
[0134] The insertion projection (123) can be formed from a material capable of elastic deformation. As a result, the end of the insertion projection (123), which has an area relatively larger than that of the insertion hole (124), is elastically deformed and easily passes through the insertion hole (124), and is deformed back to its initial state inside the vertical beam (121a) by the elastic restoring force, and can be coupled across the inner surface of the vertical beam (121a).
[0135] A plurality of fitting protrusions (123) formed on one of the vertical beams (121b) may be provided, and a plurality of fitting holes (124) formed on another vertical beam (121a) may be provided to correspond to the plurality of fitting protrusions (123).
[0136] A plurality of modular unit structures (100) have a fitting projection (123) and a fitting hole (124) formed on each vertical beam (121a, 121b), and by being joined by a locking mechanism, the plurality of modular unit structures (100) have a preset position and are joined together, and have the effect of being stably fixed in position.
[0137] Referring to FIG. 14, unlike the modular unit structure according to one embodiment in which vertical beams (121a, 121b) that come into contact with each other in the corner areas of a plurality of modular unit structures (100) are fixed and connected by brackets, the installation structure according to another embodiment of the present invention is fixed by inserting and joining between a fitting projection (123) and a fitting hole (124) to form a single rectangular structure, and except for the fact that it is identical in composition and effect to the modular unit structure (100), horizontal beam (110), height beam (130), and reinforcing part (140) of the installation structure (1) according to one embodiment of the present invention, a detailed description is omitted in the scope that overlaps with this.
[0138] Referring to FIG. 15, adjacent modular unit structures according to another embodiment of the present invention have vertical beams (120a, 120b), and each vertical beam (121a, 121b) located at the corners can be fixedly connected to form a single rectangular structure by contacting each other.
[0139] Referring to FIG. 15, an installation structure according to another embodiment of the present invention may further include a fastening member (600). The fastening member (600) is fastened through a plurality of vertical beams (121a, 121b) located in each of the adjacent modular unit structures (100), and may include a first fastening body (610) and a second fastening body (620).
[0140] Referring to FIG. 15, in a plurality of modular unit structures, a plurality of vertical beams (121a, 121b) adjacent to each other at each corner may have a fastening hole (125) formed therethrough so that a fastening member (600), specifically a first fastening body (610), can pass through. A second fastening body (620) is fastened to the first fastening body (610) and is coupled to the end of the first fastening body (610) that has passed through the plurality of vertical beams (121a, 121b), and can fix the position of the plurality of vertical beams (121a, 121b) and the plurality of modular unit structures including them.
[0141] The first fastening body (610) and the second fastening body (620) can be screw-coupled. Specifically, the first fastening body (610) may be a bolt, and the second fastening body (620) may be a nut.
[0142] As an optional embodiment, the insertion holes (124) formed through the first fastening body (610) and each longitudinal beam (121a, 121b) can be fastened by a screw connection method.
[0143] Referring to FIG. 15, the installation structure according to another embodiment of the present invention, unlike the modular unit structure according to one embodiment in which vertical beams (121a, 121b) that come into contact with each other in the corner areas of a plurality of modular unit structures (100) are fixed and connected by brackets, has the same configuration and effect as the modular unit structure (100), horizontal beam (110), height beam (130), and reinforcing member (140) of the installation structure (1) according to one embodiment of the present invention, except that a fastening member (600) is fastened through the plurality of vertical beams (121a, 121b) to form a single rectangular structure and is fixed. Therefore, a detailed description is omitted in the scope that overlaps with this.
[0144] Referring to FIG. 16, adjacent modular unit structures according to another embodiment of the present invention have vertical beams (120a, 120b), and each vertical beam (121a, 121b) located at the corners can be fixedly connected to form a single rectangular structure by contacting each other.
[0145] Referring to FIG. 16, an installation structure according to another embodiment of the present invention may further include a connecting part (700).
[0146] The connecting part (700) connects a plurality of vertical beams (121a, 121b) located at the corners of adjacent modular unit structures among a plurality of modular unit structures, and may include a connecting body (710) and a fastening unit (720).
[0147] The connecting body (710) connects a plurality of vertical beams (121a, 121b), may have a flat plate shape, and may be in surface contact with each of the plurality of vertical beams (121a, 121b).
[0148] Referring to FIG. 16, the connecting body (710) is provided in each of the plurality of modular unit structures and can connect the plurality of vertical beams (121a, 121b) by making surface contact with each of the surfaces arranged parallel to each other, rather than the surfaces that make surface contact between the plurality of vertical beams (121a, 121b) that are adjacent to each other.
[0149] Referring to FIG. 16, the connecting body (710) is in surface contact with each upper surface of a plurality of vertical beams (121a, 121b), but is not limited thereto and various modifications are possible, such as being in surface contact with each lower surface of a plurality of vertical beams (121a, 121b).
[0150] Referring to FIG. 16, a plurality of vertical beams (121a, 121b) that are in surface contact with the connecting body (710) may have fastening holes (126) formed therein, and a fastening unit (720) may be fastened through the fastening holes (126) and through holes (not specified in the drawing) formed in the connecting body (710).
[0151] The fastening hole (126) can be formed at a position corresponding to the through hole formed in the connecting body (710). As a result, a plurality of vertical beams (121a, 121b) can be fixed in position by coming into contact with each other in a pre-set area by the connecting part (700), and can be fixed and connected by creating a single rectangular structure.
[0152] As an optional embodiment, the connecting portion (700) is simultaneously in surface contact with the longitudinal beams (121a, 121b) provided in each of the plurality of modular unit structures and can be welded to each longitudinal beam (121a, 121b).
[0153] Referring to FIG. 16, the installation structure according to another embodiment of the present invention, unlike the modular unit structure according to one embodiment in which vertical beams (121a, 121b) that come into contact with each other in the corner areas of a plurality of modular unit structures (100) are fixed and connected by brackets, has the same configuration and effect as the modular unit structure (100), horizontal beam (110), height beam (130), and reinforcing part (140) of the installation structure (1) according to one embodiment of the present invention, except that the connecting part (700) connects the plurality of vertical beams (121a, 121b) and forms a single rectangular structure and is fixed. Therefore, a detailed description is omitted in the scope that overlaps with this.
[0154] Referring to FIG. 17, adjacent modular unit structures according to another embodiment of the present invention have vertical beams (120a, 120b), and each vertical beam (121a, 121b) located at the corners can be fixedly connected to form a single rectangular structure by contacting each other.
[0155] Referring to FIG. 17, a guide groove (128) may be formed in one of the multiple vertical beams (121a, 121b) adjacent to each other at each corner of the modular unit structure (100), specifically the vertical beams (120a, 120b), having the shape of a groove.
[0156] In the vertical beam (121b) facing the vertical beam (121a) where the guide groove (128) is formed, an insertion part (127) may be formed protruding so as to be inserted into the guide groove (128).
[0157] A plurality of vertical beams (121a, 121b) can be combined with a preset direction (up and down direction based on FIG. 17) as the insertion direction. The guide groove (128) and the insertion part (127) can be extended along the insertion direction.
[0158] The guide groove (128) and the insertion portion can be formed to correspond to each other at predetermined positions on adjacent vertical beams (121a, 121b). As a result, a plurality of vertical beams (120a, 120b) can be connected to each other and fixed at predetermined positions.
[0159] Although not shown in the drawing, the depth of the guide groove (128) formed in one of the vertical beams (121b) may be formed to be relatively shorter than the height of the vertical beam (121b), and the length of the insertion part (127) protruding from the other vertical beam (121a) may have a length corresponding to the depth of the guide groove (128).
[0160] This has the effect of preventing multiple vertical beams (121a, 121b) from being separated during the process of connecting along the insertion direction (from the upper side to the lower side based on FIG. 17).
[0161] Referring to FIG. 17, the insertion part (127) may be formed with a different width along the outer direction, and the guide groove part (128) may have a shape corresponding to the shape of the insertion part (128).
[0162] As a result, multiple vertical beams (121a, 121b) are inserted along the insertion direction and then separated from each other on the same plane (front-right plane), which has the effect of preventing the connection from being released.
[0163] As an optional embodiment, the connection area between the guide groove portion (128) and the insert portion (127) can be welded together in a plurality of vertical beams (121a, 121b) after the insertion connection is completed up to a preset position.
[0164] Referring to FIG. 17, unlike the modular unit structure according to one embodiment in which vertical beams (121a, 121b) that come into contact with each other in the corner areas of a plurality of modular unit structures (100) are fixed and connected by brackets, the installation structure according to another embodiment of the present invention forms a single rectangular parallelepiped structure through insertion and connection between guide grooves (128) and insertion parts (127) formed in each vertical beam (121a, 121b) and is fixed. Except for this, the configuration and effect are identical to the modular unit structure (100), horizontal beam (110), height beam (130), and reinforcing part (140) of the installation structure (1) according to one embodiment of the present invention, so a detailed description is omitted in the scope that overlaps with this.
[0166] Referring to FIG. 18, adjacent modular unit structures according to another embodiment of the present invention have vertical beams (120a, 120b), and each vertical beam (121a, 121b) located at the corners can be fixedly connected to form a single rectangular structure by contacting each other.
[0167] Referring to FIG. 18, an installation structure according to another embodiment of the present invention may include magnetic members (800a, 800b).
[0168] The magnetic members (800a, 800b) are each provided in a plurality of connected modular unit structures (100) and can be each coupled to a plurality of vertical beams (121a, 121b) arranged adjacent to each other.
[0169] Each magnetic member (800a, 800b) installed on each of the different vertical beams (121a, 121b) may have different polarities.
[0170] A plurality of adjacent vertical beams (121a, 121b) may each have a predetermined depth and an installation groove (drawing symbol not set) formed therein so that a magnetic member (800a, 800b) can be installed therein. The magnetic member (800a, 800b) can be fixed in position in the installation groove.
[0171] The outer surface of the magnetic member (800a, 800b) can be arranged parallel to the outer surface of the vertical beam (121a, 121b). As a result, when the opposing magnetic member (800a, 800b) is coupled by magnetism, the outer surface of each opposing vertical beam (121a, 121b) also comes into surface contact with the entire surface and can maintain a stably coupled state.
[0172] As an optional embodiment, a plurality of magnetic members (800a, 800b) coupled by magnetism may be provided in multiple numbers along the longitudinal direction of the longitudinal beam (121a, 121b) and spaced apart.
[0173] Referring to FIG. 18, the installation structure according to another embodiment of the present invention, unlike the modular unit structure according to one embodiment in which vertical beams (121a, 121b) that come into contact with each other in the corner areas of a plurality of modular unit structures (100) are fixed and connected by brackets, has magnetic members (800a, 800b) installed on a plurality of vertical beams (121a, 121b) and fixed by being coupled by magnetism to form a single rectangular structure, and is identical in composition and effect to the modular unit structure (100), horizontal beam (110), height beam (130), and reinforcing member (140) of the installation structure (1) according to one embodiment of the present invention, so a detailed description is omitted in the scope that overlaps with this.
[0174] An installation structure using a modular unit structure according to embodiments of the present invention has the effect of minimizing installation errors and resulting structural deformation that may occur during the installation of an installation structure on which an object is installed, by fixing and connecting adjacent modular unit structures in a predetermined area such that vertical beams located at the corners come into contact with each other to form a single rectangular structure.
