Description

Technology Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a lifting facility, and more specifically, to a lifting and moving device for a potential transformer (PT) for power instrumentation. Background Technology

[0003] A potential transformer (hereinafter PT) is connected in parallel to the power line of a transmission and distribution system to monitor the voltage of the power plant system at all times, and a voltage indicator is installed on the secondary side of the PT to monitor the voltage transformed from high voltage to low voltage.

[0004] Power plants inspect the integrity of these PTs during planned preventive maintenance and in the event of a failure, and when a reason for PT replacement arises, replacement must be carried out after verifying the integrity of the new part.

[0005] Previously, after confirming that the primary busbar voltage supplied to the PT is cut off, the PT panel door is opened, and when inspecting the PT 2nd and 3rd stages, a work platform is installed in front of the panel, and after wearing a high-pressure flame-retardant suit, the drawer-type panel in which the PT of the equipment to be worked is installed is pulled out (separating the PT panel from the busbar) and the residual voltage is discharged.

[0006] Afterward, the worker separates the fuse and fuse holder installed on the primary side of the PT, disconnects the wiring on the secondary side of the PT, and then separates the base bolt. Then, the worker separates the front cover of the PT drawer-type panel. When replacing the PT on the 1st-tier panel, the worker lifts the PT from the floor and lowers it, while for the PT on the 2nd and 3rd-tier panels, the worker lifts the PT from a work platform and lowers it to a worker waiting below. However, there are problems such as safety accidents occurring during the process of the worker directly lifting the PT and lowering it to a worker waiting below, or reduced work efficiency due to the weight of the PT. The problem to be solved

[0008] The present invention has been devised to solve the above-mentioned problems, and the objective of the present invention is to provide lifting and moving equipment for power instrument transformers capable of lifting and moving a PT (instrument transformer) to extract or install the PT used in a power plant. means of solving the problem

[0011] And the connecting part is formed by extending along the longitudinal direction from one side to the other, and can be implemented as a square pipe with a rectangular or square cross-section and an open bottom surface.

[0012] Additionally, the connecting portion includes a rail formed on the inner side along the longitudinal direction; and a roller seated along the rail; and the PT mounting portion may include a PT mounting block formed in a rectangular shape, with the front and rear sides open; and a coupling member that is formed extending upward from the upper end of the PT mounting block and coupled to the roller, so that the PT mounting block can move horizontally along the longitudinal direction of the connecting portion.

[0013] And when mounting the PT, the PT mounting section moves horizontally along the longitudinal direction of the connecting section as the roller moves along the rail, allowing the PT to be mounted inside the PT mounting block through the open front.

[0014] Additionally, the PT mounting section may further include a pair of anti-detachment bolts that are fastened to the front and rear of the open PT mounting block, respectively, when the PT is mounted inside the PT mounting block, thereby preventing the PT from detaching to the front or rear.

[0015] Meanwhile, according to another embodiment of the present invention, a lifting and moving device for a power meter transformer comprises: an electric lift car; a PT mounting section configured to enable the mounting of a power meter transformer (Potential Transformer, PT); and a connecting section, one side of which is coupled to the electric lift car and the other side of which is coupled to the upper end of the PT mounting section. Effects of the invention

[0017] As described above, according to embodiments of the present invention, a lifting and moving device for a power instrument transformer capable of lifting and moving a PT used in a power plant is provided, thereby preventing safety accidents occurring during the lifting and moving process of the PT and improving the efficiency of the lifting and moving operation of the PT.
