Description

Technology Field

[0001] The present invention relates to the field of communication technology, and in particular to a frequency hopping method, device, user device, base station, and storage medium. Background Technology

[0002] In communication systems, when uplink slot resources are relatively limited, uplink TBoMS (Transmission Block Processing over Multi-Slots Transmission) is typically performed using uplink symbol resources from special slots allocated by the base station to reduce transmission delay and improve coding efficiency. Furthermore, if frequency hopping within a slot is initiated during uplink TBoMS transmission in a general slot, frequency hopping within the slot must also be initiated during uplink TBoMS transmission in a special slot. Here, when initiating frequency hopping within a slot during uplink TBoMS transmission in a special slot, the symbol position for each hopping must be determined within the special slot.

[0003] In the relevant technology, the symbol positions of each hopping in the special slot and the symbol positions of each hopping in the general slot are made identical; however, generally, some symbols located at the beginning of the uplink symbol resources in the special slot may be unusable symbols (e.g., downlink symbols or guard interval symbols used for uplink / downlink switching). If the symbol positions of each hopping in the special slot are determined by the method of the relevant technology based on this, the number of unusable symbols in the first hopping of the special slot may be relatively large, leading to a situation where uplink TBoMS transmission cannot be performed in the first hopping, which may result in a waste of resources.

[0037] The following describes embodiments of the present invention in detail. The embodiments described below with reference to the drawings are illustrative and intended for interpretation of the invention and should not be construed as a limitation to the invention.

[0038] Herein, in the frequency hopping method provided by an embodiment of the present invention, the UE obtains a command instructing to perform frequency hopping within a slot set by a base station, and obtains a symbol resource for data transmission in a special slot allocated by the base station; performs frequency hopping within the slot in an uplink slot and determines available symbols in the special slot; and thereafter, may perform frequency hopping within the slot in the available symbols of the symbol resource or not perform frequency hopping within the slot in the special slot. As can be seen from this, in an embodiment of the present invention, when frequency hopping within the slot is performed in the uplink slot, even if frequency hopping within the slot is not performed in the special slot, the case where "uplink TBoMS transmission cannot be performed in the resulting first hopping because the number of unavailable symbols in the first hopping is relatively large when frequency hopping within the slot is performed in the special slot" can be prevented, resource waste can be prevented, costs can be saved, and the stability of frequency hopping can be guaranteed. In an embodiment of the present invention, when frequency hopping within a slot is performed in an uplink slot, it is ensured that a sufficient number of available symbols are included in each hopping of the special slot even if frequency hopping within the slot is performed only in the available symbols of the special slot, thereby preventing the case where "uplink TBoMS transmission cannot be performed in the first hopping resulting from the relatively large number of unavailable symbols in the first hopping when frequency hopping within the slot is performed in the special slot," thereby preventing waste of resources, saving costs, and ensuring the stability of frequency hopping.

[0039] The frequency hopping method, device, user device, base station, and storage medium provided by the present invention are described in detail below with reference to the drawings.

[0040] FIG. 1 is a schematic flowchart of a frequency hopping method according to an embodiment of the present invention, said method is performed by a UE (User Equipment), and as shown in FIG. 1, said frequency hopping method includes steps 101 to 102.

[0041] In step 101, a command is obtained to perform frequency hopping within a slot set by the base station, and a symbol resource is obtained to transmit data in a special slot allocated by the base station.

[0042] Here, in one embodiment of the present invention, the symbol resource for data transmission in a special slot allocated by a base station may be a symbol resource for uplink TBoMS transmission in the special slot. In one embodiment of the present invention, the symbol resource for uplink TBoMS transmission may include a starting symbol position S and a symbol length L, and specifically, the symbol resource for uplink TBoMS transmission may be a symbol located between [S, S+L-1] in the special slot.

[0043] Additionally, it should be explained that in one embodiment of the present invention, when the PUSCH (Physical Uplink Shared Channel) mapping type is floating, the position and symbol length of the corresponding start symbol may also be floating.

[0044] Specifically, in one embodiment of the present invention, when the PUSCH mapping type is type A, the protocol specifies that the starting symbol position S must be the position of the 0th symbol, i.e., S=symbol#0, and the symbol length L must be between [4,14], i.e., L∈[4,14], and 4≤S+L≤14. For example, when the PUSCH mapping type is type A, the starting symbol position S may be symbol#0 and the symbol length may be 5, so that the symbol resources transmitted by the uplink TBoMS allocated by the base station can be determined to be symbol#0~symbol#5 of the special slot.

[0045] In another embodiment of the present invention, when the PUSCH mapping type is type B, the protocol specifies that the starting symbol position S ∈ [symbol #0, symbol #13], the symbol length L is between [1, 14], i.e., LÅ [1, 14], and 1 ≤ S + L ≤ 14. For example, when the PUSCH mapping type is type B, the starting symbol position S can be symbol #2 and the symbol length can be 5, so that the symbol resources transmitted by the uplink TBoMS allocated by the base station can be determined to be symbol #2 to symbol #7 of the special slot.

[0046] In addition, it should be explained that in one embodiment of the present invention, the symbol resources transmitted by the uplink TBoMS are determined by the UE based on parameters set and / or indicated by the base station. Here, the specific method for determining the symbol resources based on parameters will be described in detail in subsequent embodiments.

[0047] In step 102, frequency hopping within the slot is performed in the uplink slot and available symbols in the special slot are determined; frequency hopping within the slot is performed in available symbols of the symbol resource, or frequency hopping within the slot is not performed in the special slot.

[0048] Herein, in one embodiment of the present invention, a method for determining available symbols in a special slot comprises the step of determining unavailable symbols in the special slot based on SFI (slot format indication) dynamic indication signaling and / or semi-stop slot format setting signaling and / or other dynamic indication signaling and / or other RRC setting signaling transmitted from a base station, and determining available symbols as symbols other than those unavailable in the special slot.

[0049] In one embodiment of the present invention, the unusable symbol is,

[0050] Guard gap symbol used to switch from downlink to uplink;

[0051] Downlink symbol transmitting a downlink;

[0052] A symbol transmitting an SSB (Synchronization Signal Block);

[0053] Symbols assigned to CSS (Common Search Space) (e.g., CSS#0);

[0054] Symbol occupied by CI (Cancel Indication) instruction;

[0055] It may include at least one of the symbols used for business transmissions with a higher priority than the current data transmission.

[0056] In one embodiment of the present invention, if any symbol of a special slot satisfies the above arbitrary situation, said symbol is determined to be an unusable symbol.

[0057] It should be explained that in one embodiment of the present invention, the time domain resource allocated by the base station of step 101 may include unusable symbols. In another embodiment of the present invention, the time domain resource allocated by the base station of step 101 may not include unusable symbols.

[0058] In one embodiment of the present invention, when performing frequency hopping within a slot in an uplink slot, frequency hopping within the slot may be performed only on available symbols of the symbol resource. In another embodiment of the present invention, when performing frequency hopping within a slot in an uplink slot, frequency hopping within a slot may not be performed in a special slot.

[0059] It is further explained that in one embodiment of the present invention, when no frequency hopping within the slot is performed in the special slot, the frequency domain position of the special slot is the same as the frequency domain position of any hopping in the uplink slot. For example, in one embodiment of the present invention, the frequency domain position of the special slot may be the same as the frequency domain position of the second hopping in the uplink slot.

[0060] As described above, in the frequency hopping method provided by an embodiment of the present invention, the UE obtains a command instructing to perform frequency hopping within a slot set by a base station, and obtains a symbol resource for data transmission in a special slot allocated by the base station; performs frequency hopping within the slot in an uplink slot and determines available symbols in the special slot; and thereafter, may perform frequency hopping within the slot in the available symbols of the symbol resource, or may not perform frequency hopping within the slot in the special slot. As can be seen from this, in an embodiment of the present invention, when frequency hopping within the slot is performed in an uplink slot, even if frequency hopping within the slot is not performed in the special slot, the case where "uplink TBoMS transmission cannot be performed in the resulting first hopping because the number of unavailable symbols in the first hopping is relatively large when frequency hopping within the slot is performed in the special slot" can be prevented, resource waste can be prevented, costs can be saved, and the stability of frequency hopping can be guaranteed.

[0061] FIG. 2 is a schematic flowchart of another frequency hopping method according to an embodiment of the present invention, said method is performed by a UE, and as shown in FIG. 2, said frequency hopping method includes steps 201 to 204.

[0062] In step 201, a command is obtained to perform frequency hopping within a slot set by a base station, parameters set and / or instructed by a base station are obtained, and a symbol resource for data transmission in a special slot allocated by a base station is determined based on the parameters.

[0063] Here, in one embodiment of the present invention, whether to perform frequency hopping within a slot is determined primarily through a frequency hopping flag bit, a frequency domain resource allocation type (type 1), and a frequency hopping type setting.

[0064] Here, the frequency hopping type is set by the RRC upper parameter frequency Hopping and can be set to intra-slot FH and inter-slot FH, or the said parameter does not exist, and if it does not exist, frequency hopping within the slot is not started;

[0065] The frequency domain resource allocation type can be set to {type 1, type 2, dynamic switching} by the RRC upper signaling, where type 1 is a continuous frequency domain resource allocation method and type 2 is a discontinuous frequency domain resource allocation method; if set to dynamic switching, whether it is type 1 or type 2 is determined based on the instruction of the DCI dynamic signaling, and, wherein frequency hopping within the slot can be started only if it is set or indicated as type 1;

[0066] The frequency hopping flag bit performs dynamic indication through 1 bit of DCI signaling, "1" indicates that frequency hopping within the slot can be performed, and "0" indicates that frequency hopping within the slot cannot be performed.

[0067] Here, in one embodiment of the present invention, the parameter is,

[0068] PUSCH mapping types including type A and type B;

[0069] Symbol length for data transmission in a special slot;

[0070] It may include at least one of the starting symbol position for data transmission in a special slot.

[0071] The following describes in detail the specific method by which a UE obtains parameters set and / or instructed by a base station.

[0072] In one embodiment of the present invention, a method for obtaining a parameter “PUSCH mapping type, or symbol length for data transmission in a special slot, or start symbol position for data transmission in a special slot” may include the step of obtaining it through upper signaling transmitted from a base station and dynamic instructions of the base station.

[0073] Specifically, in one embodiment of the present invention, a method for obtaining a PUSCH mapping type, a symbol length for data transmission in a special slot, or a start symbol position for data transmission in a special slot through uplink signaling transmitted by a base station and dynamic instructions of the base station specifically comprises the step of a UE obtaining a time domain resource allocation table transmitted by the base station through uplink signaling - wherein the uplink time domain resource allocation table includes at least one group of time domain resources, and each group of time domain resources corresponds to one index, and each group of time domain resources includes at least one parameter among a PUSCH mapping type, a symbol length for data transmission in a special slot, and a start symbol position for data transmission in a special slot -; then, the step of obtaining an index dynamically indicated by the base station and determining a time domain resource that matches the index in the time domain resource allocation table according to the dynamically indicated index;

[0074] For example, Table 1 is an uplink time domain resource allocation table provided in one embodiment of the present invention.

[0075] Table 1

[0076]

[0077] Table 2

[0078]

[0079] As shown in Table 2, the value of μ and the subcarrier interval of the BWP where the current transmission exists form a correspondence, and the value of u can be determined based on said correspondence and the subcarrier interval of the BWP where the current transmission exists. Here, said correspondence is such that μ=0 when the subcarrier interval is 15 kHz; μ=1 when the subcarrier interval is 30 kHz; μ=2 when the subcarrier interval is 60 kHz; and μ=3 when the subcarrier interval is 120 kHz. In one embodiment of the present invention, the correspondence between the value of μ and the subcarrier interval of the BWP where the current transmission exists may be obtained by the base station through RRC upper signaling.

[0080] As shown in Tables 1 and 2, multiple indices are included, and different indices correspond to different time domain resources. Specifically, the time domain resource corresponding to index=4 includes PUSCH mapping type Type B, K2= j, starting symbol position S=2 for data transmission in a special slot, and symbol length L=10 for data transmission in a special slot.

[0081] Based on this, in one embodiment of the present invention, when the index value dynamically indicated by the base station is 4, the UE can determine the PUSCH mapping type, the symbol length for data transmission in the special slot, or the starting symbol position for data transmission in the special slot based on direct parameters. By combining the above, the UE can successfully obtain the parameters set and / or indicated by the base station.

[0082] Furthermore, in one embodiment of the present invention, after the UE obtains parameters set and / or indicated by the base station, it can determine the symbol resources to be transmitted uplink TBoMS in the special slot based on said parameters. Specifically, in one embodiment of the present invention, the method for determining the symbol resources to be transmitted uplink TBoMS in the special slot specifically includes the step of determining the symbol located between [S, S+L-1] in the special slot as the symbol resources to be transmitted uplink TBoMS.

[0083] In step 202, frequency hopping within the slot is performed in the uplink slot, the available symbols of the special slot are determined, and it is directly determined that frequency hopping within the slot is not performed in the special slot.

[0084] Here, in one embodiment of the present invention, a specific method for performing frequency hopping within a slot in an uplink slot may be a conventional technical method and is not described in the embodiments of the present invention.

[0085] In step 203, at least one first DMRS (Demodulation Reference Signal) symbol offset value is determined based on parameters set and / or indicated by the base station.

[0086] and in one embodiment of the present invention, parameters set and / or indicated by the base station are also,

[0087] DMRS-Additional Position(Additional DMRS Position);

[0088] DMRS Port Count;

[0089] Whether to start frequency hopping within the slot; and

[0090] Includes at least one of DMRS-type A Position (prepositional DMRS position of type A).

[0091] It needs to be explained that in one embodiment of the present invention, the DMRS-type A Position parameter is a parameter for PUSCH mapping type A, and based thereon, if the PUSCH mapping type is type B, the DMRS-type A Position parameter is invalid, and if the PUSCH mapping type is type A, the DMRS-type A Position parameter is valid.

[0092] Furthermore, in one embodiment of the present invention, the UE can determine whether the symbol type of the DMRS is a single-symbol DMRS or a dual-symbol DMRS by querying Table 3 shown below according to the DMRS setting type and the number of DMRS ports of the parameter. Here, in one embodiment of the present invention, the DMRS setting type may be set to the UE by the base station through the RRC (Radio Resource Control) upper parameter. In one embodiment of the present invention, the DMRS setting type includes type 1 and type 2.

[0093] Table 3

[0094]

[0095] As shown in Table 1, if the DMRS configuration type is type 1 and the number of ports is less than or equal to 4, it is determined to be a single-symbol DMRS, and if the number of ports is greater than 4, it is determined to be a dual-symbol DMRS. If the DMRS configuration type is type 2 and the number of ports is less than or equal to 8, it is determined to be a single-symbol DMRS, and if the number of ports is greater than 8, it is determined to be a dual-symbol DMRS.

[0096] The following describes in detail the specific method by which a UE obtains parameters set and / or instructed by a base station.

[0097] Specifically, in one embodiment of the present invention, a method for obtaining the "DMRS-Additional Position" of a parameter includes the step of obtaining it through RRC (Radio Resource Control) upper signaling transmitted from a base station.

[0098] In one embodiment of the present invention, a method for obtaining the "DMRS-typeA Position" of a parameter includes the step of obtaining it through a Master Information Block (MIB) of a system broadcast message transmitted from a base station.

[0099] In one embodiment of the present invention, a method for determining whether to start frequency hopping within a DMRS port number or slot of a parameter includes the step of determining whether to start frequency hopping within a DMRS port number or slot dynamically indicated by a base station.

[0100] Here, in one embodiment of the present invention, the UE can determine at least one first DMRS symbol offset value based on a parameter, wherein the first DMRS symbol offset value is specifically used to determine the position of the DMRS symbol of the special slot.

[0101] Here, in one embodiment of the present invention, when the PUSCH time domain type included in the parameter is different, the method by which the UE determines at least one first DMRS symbol offset value based on the parameter is also not the same.

[0102] Specifically, in one embodiment of the present invention, if the PUSCH time domain type included in the parameter is type B, the UE can determine at least one first DMRS symbol offset value according to the mapping rule of type B.

[0103] In another embodiment of the present invention, if the PUSCH time domain type included in the parameter is type A, the UE can determine at least one first DMRS symbol offset value according to the mapping rule of type A.

[0104] In another embodiment of the present invention, if the PUSCH time domain type included in the parameter is type A, the UE can determine at least one first DMRS symbol offset value according to the mapping rule of type B.

[0105] In another embodiment of the present invention, when the PUSCH time domain type included in the parameter is type A, the UE can determine at least one first DMRS symbol offset value according to the mapping rule of type B, where the number of DMRS ports of the parameter may be one, and the number of available symbols in the special slot is less than 4.

[0106] The following describes in detail specific methods for determining at least one first DMRS symbol offset value according to the mapping rule of type A and determining at least one first DMRS symbol offset value according to the mapping rule of type B, respectively.

[0107] Here, in one embodiment of the present invention, a method for determining at least one first DMRS symbol offset value according to a mapping rule of type B includes methods 1 to 2.

[0108] Method 1 determines at least one first DMRS symbol offset value based on the number of available symbols in the symbol resource and parameters other than the symbol length for data transmission in the special slot.

[0109] Method 2 determines at least one first DMRS symbol offset value based on parameters other than the symbol length for data transmission in the special slot, in the symbol length for data transmission in the special slot and parameters.

[0110] Furthermore, the above Method 1 and Method 2 are explained in detail.

[0111] First, in one embodiment of the present invention, when determining at least one first DMRS symbol offset value by Method 1 and Method 2, a PUSCH DMRS positioning table must be used in both cases, and where Table 4 is the first PUSCH DMRS positioning table provided in the embodiment of the present invention. The UE can obtain at least one first DMRS symbol offset value by querying Table 4 based on parameters.

[0112] Table 4

[0113]

[0114] Here, in one embodiment of the present invention, may be the number of symbols available in the symbol resource. In another embodiment of the present invention, can be the symbol length for data transmission in a special slot. Based on this, the UE At least one first DMRS symbol offset value can be determined based on the PUSCH mapping type and DMRS-Additional Position. For example, , if the PUSCH mapping type is Type B and DMRS-Additional Position=pos2, it can be determined that at least one DMRS symbol offset value is l0, 4 and 8 by querying Table 4.

[0115] It should be explained that in one embodiment of the present invention, l0 is determined based on the PUSCH mapping type. Specifically, if the PUSCH mapping type is type A, l0 = DMRS - type A Position. If the PUSCH mapping type is type B, l0 = 0. Based on this, when mapping based on the Type B mapping rule, l0 = 0.

[0116] Based on this, in one embodiment of the present invention, when determining at least one first DMRS symbol offset value as Method 1, the table 4 is the number of symbols available in the symbol resource. The step of the UE determining at least one first DMRS symbol offset value as Method 1 includes the step of performing DMRS symbol mapping by querying the table 4 based on the number of symbols available in the symbol resource, DMRS-Additional Position, and PUSCH mapping Type B, and determining at least one first DMRS symbol offset value.

[0117] In another embodiment of the present invention, when determining at least one first DMRS symbol offset value by method 2, the table 4 is the symbol length for data transmission in a special slot. The step of the UE determining at least one first DMRS symbol offset value as Method 2 includes the step of performing DMRS symbol mapping by querying the above Table 4 based on the symbol length for data transmission in a special slot, DMRS-Additional Position, and PUSCH mapping Type B, and determining at least one first DMRS symbol offset value.

[0118] In one embodiment of the present invention, a method for determining at least one first DMRS symbol offset value according to a mapping rule of type A includes first and second types of methods.

[0119] A first type method determines at least one first DMRS symbol offset value based on the number of available symbols in the symbol resource and other parameters other than the symbol length for data transmission in the special slot.

[0120] A second type of method determines at least one first DMRS symbol offset value based on parameters other than the symbol length for data transmission in the special slot, in the symbol length for data transmission in the special slot and parameters.

[0121] Furthermore, the above-mentioned first type method and second type method are described in detail.

[0122] First, in one embodiment of the present invention, when determining at least one first DMRS symbol offset value using the first type method and the second type method, both must use the PUSCH DMRS position determination table shown in Table 4, and here, the UE can obtain at least one first DMRS symbol offset value by querying Table 4 based on the parameters.

[0123] Here, in one embodiment of the present invention, ld may be the number of symbols available in the symbol resource. In another embodiment of the present invention, ld may be the symbol length for data transmission in a special slot. Based on this, at least one first DMRS symbol offset value can be determined based on UE ld, PUSCH mapping type, and DMRS-Additional Position. For example, when ld=10, PUSCH mapping type is Type A, and DMRS-Additional Position=pos2, at least one DMRS symbol offset value can be determined to be l0, 6, and 9 by querying Table 4.

[0124] It should be explained that in one embodiment of the present invention, l0 is determined based on the PUSCH mapping type. Specifically, if the PUSCH mapping type is type A, l0 = DMRS-type A Position. If the PUSCH mapping type is type B, l0 = 0. Based on this, when mapping based on the Type A mapping rule, l0 = DMRS-type A Position.

[0125] Based on this, in one embodiment of the present invention, when determining at least one first DMRS symbol offset value as a first type method, the table 4 is the number of available symbols in the symbol resource. The step of the UE determining at least one first DMRS symbol offset value as a first type method includes the step of performing DMRS symbol mapping by querying the table 4 based on the number of available symbols in the symbol resource, DMRS-Additional Position, PUSCH mapping Type A, and DMRS-type A Position, and determining at least one first DMRS symbol offset value.

[0126] In another embodiment of the present invention, when determining at least one first DMRS symbol offset value as a second type method, the of Table 4 is the symbol length for data transmission in a special slot. The step of the UE determining at least one first DMRS symbol offset value as a second type method includes the step of performing DMRS symbol mapping by querying the above Table 4 based on the symbol length for data transmission in a special slot, DMRS-Additional Position, PUSCH mapping Type A, and DMRS-type A Position, and determining at least one first DMRS symbol offset value.

[0127] Additionally, it should be explained that in one embodiment of the present invention, steps 1 to 5 are included before determining at least one first DMRS symbol offset value.

[0128] In Step 1, determine the available symbols for the special slot.

[0129] In Step 2, determine the parameters set and / or instructed by the base station.

[0130] Here, in one embodiment of the present invention, detailed descriptions regarding steps 1 and 2 may be referenced to the relevant descriptions of the above embodiment, and are not described in the embodiment of the present invention.

[0131] In Step 3, at least one fourth DMRS symbol offset value of a special slot is determined based on parameters, and at least one fourth sum value is obtained by determining the symbol number of the first symbol in the symbol resource and the sum of each fourth DMRS symbol offset value, and the symbol corresponding to the symbol number and the fourth sum value is determined as the fourth time domain position of the DMRS.

[0132] Here, in one embodiment of the present invention, the UE can obtain at least one fourth DMRS symbol offset value by querying the table 4 based on parameters, and when determining the fourth DMRS symbol offset value, ld in the table 4 is the symbol length for data transmission in a special slot. The principles of the method for determining the fourth DMRS symbol offset value and the method for determining the first DMRS symbol offset value are similar, and can be specifically referred to in the description of the above embodiment, and are not described in the embodiment of the present invention.

[0133] In one embodiment of the present invention, after determining at least one fourth DMRS symbol offset value, the time domain location of the DMRS in the special slot can first be determined by a general method. Specifically, the step of "determining the sum of the symbol number of the first symbol in the symbol resource and each fourth DMRS symbol offset value to obtain at least one fourth sum value, and determining the symbol corresponding to the symbol number and the fourth sum value as the fourth time domain location of the DMRS" of step 3 can be performed, wherein the fourth time domain location is the time domain location of the DMRS determined by the special slot by a general method.

[0134] In Step 4, determine whether the fourth time region position satisfies a preset condition, and if it satisfies the preset condition, perform Step 203; if it does not satisfies the preset condition, perform Step 5.

[0135] The preset conditions are,

[0136] Condition 1 where all 4th time zone positions collide with symbols unavailable in the special slot;

[0137] It includes at least one of the conditions 2, where the fourth time zone location is not located in any available symbol.

[0138] Here, in one embodiment of the present invention, the preset condition may be only any one of the above conditions. In another embodiment of the present invention, the preset condition may be both of the above two conditions. In one embodiment of the present invention, when the preset condition is both of the above two conditions, the fourth time domain position satisfies any one of the preset conditions. That is, it satisfies the preset condition.

[0139] In one embodiment of the present invention, if the fourth time domain location satisfies a preset condition, all fourth time domain locations determined by a general method cannot be used for uplink TBoMS transmission, and the DMRS time domain location must be re-determined by performing step 203; if the fourth time domain location does not satisfy a preset condition, step 5 can be performed by explaining that there is a time domain location capable of uplink TBoMS transmission in the fourth time domain location.

[0140] In Step 5, DMRS is transmitted based on the time domain location located in the available symbol of the special slot at the fourth time domain location.

[0141] If the unusable symbols of the special slot are symbol #0 to symbol #2, and the determined fourth time domain positions are symbol #1, symbol #5, and symbol #9, DMRS can be transmitted based on symbol #5 and symbol #9.

[0142] In step 204, the time domain position of the DMRS in the special slot is determined based on the first available symbol of the symbol resource allocated by the base station and at least one first DMRS symbol offset value.

[0143] Here, in one embodiment of the present invention, if the method for determining at least one first DMRS symbol offset value of step 203 is floating, the method for determining the first time domain position of the DMRS may also be floating.

[0144] Specifically, when determining at least one first DMRS symbol offset value as Method 1 or a first type of method, the method for determining the first time domain location of the DMRS includes the step of determining the sum of the symbol number of the first available symbol and each first DMRS symbol offset value to obtain at least one first sum value, and determining the symbol corresponding to the symbol number and the first sum value as the first time domain location of the DMRS.

[0145] For example, in one embodiment of the present invention, at least one first DMRS symbol offset value obtained by method 1 or a first type method in step 201 , 4 and 8, and the symbol number of the first available symbol in the symbol resource is symbol#1, If =0, the first time domain positions of the determined DMRS may be symbol#(1+10)=symbol#(1+0)=symbol#1, symbol#(1+4)=symbol#5, and symbol#(1+8)=symbol#9.

[0146] In another embodiment of the present invention, when determining at least one first DMRS symbol offset value in step 201 using method 2 or a second type of method, since the symbol length for data transmission in the special slot is greater than the number of available symbols in the symbol resource, the determined first DMRS symbol offset value may be relatively large. Therefore, when determining the first time domain position of the DMRS based on the first available symbol of the symbol resource and at least one first DMRS symbol offset value, a time domain position exceeding the symbol resource may exist at the determined first time domain position of the DMRS, and this affects data transmission.

[0147] Accordingly, in one embodiment of the present invention, when determining at least one first DMRS symbol offset value in step 201 using method 2 or a second type of method, at least one time domain location is determined based on the first available symbol of the symbol resource and at least one first DMRS symbol offset value, and then it must be determined whether there exists a time domain location exceeding the symbol resource at the determined at least one time domain location. Here, in one embodiment of the present invention, if there exists a time domain location exceeding the symbol resource, the time domain location exceeding the symbol resource at the at least one time domain location is discarded to obtain the remaining time domain location, and the remaining time domain location is determined as the first time domain location of the DMRS. In another embodiment of the present invention, if there is no time domain location exceeding the symbol resource, the determined at least one time domain location is determined as the first time domain location of the DMRS.

[0148] For example, at least one time-domain location determined based on the first available symbol of the symbol resource and at least one first DMRS symbol offset value is symbol #1, symbol #5, and symbol #9, and if the symbol resource is symbol #1 through symbol #8, symbol #9 is discarded because it exceeds the time-domain location of the symbol resource, and only symbol #1 and symbol #5 are determined as the first time-domain location of the DMRS.

[0149] In one embodiment of the present invention, when a UE determines the time domain location of a DMRS in a special slot, it can transmit the DMRS based on the time domain location of the said DMRS.

[0150] As described above, in the frequency hopping method provided by an embodiment of the present invention, the UE obtains a command instructing to perform frequency hopping within a slot set by a base station, and obtains a symbol resource for data transmission in a special slot allocated by the base station; performs frequency hopping within the slot in an uplink slot and determines available symbols in the special slot; and thereafter, may perform frequency hopping within the slot in the available symbols of the symbol resource, or may not perform frequency hopping within the slot in the special slot.

[0151] FIG. 3 is a schematic flowchart of another frequency hopping method according to an embodiment of the present invention, said method is performed by a UE, and as shown in FIG. 3, said frequency hopping method includes steps 301 to 305.

[0152] In step 301, a command is obtained to perform frequency hopping within a slot set by a base station, parameters set and / or instructed by a base station are obtained, and a symbol resource to transmit data in a special slot allocated by a base station is determined based on the parameters.

[0153] In step 302, frequency hopping within the slot is performed in the uplink slot, the available symbols in the special slot are determined, and whether the number of available symbols in the symbol resources allocated by the base station is less than or equal to the first threshold is determined, and if the number of available symbols in the symbol resources allocated by the base station is less than or equal to the first threshold, step 303 is performed.

[0154] Here, in one embodiment of the present invention, the first threshold is specifically used to indicate the minimum number of symbols included in one hopping when performing frequency hopping within a slot in a special slot, and, for example, the first threshold may be 3. In one embodiment of the present invention, the first threshold may be indicated to the UE by a base station. In another embodiment of the present invention, the first threshold may be determined by the UE by a protocol.

[0155] Here, in one embodiment of the present invention, if the number of available symbols in the symbol resources allocated by the base station is less than or equal to the first threshold, it is explained that the number of available symbols in the symbol resources currently allocated by the base station cannot implement normal hopping, and step 303 can be performed.

[0156] In step 303, frequency hopping within the slot is not performed in the special slot.

[0157] In step 304, at least one first DMRS symbol offset value is determined based on parameters set and / or indicated by the base station.

[0158] In step 305, the time domain position of the DMRS in the special slot is determined based on the first available symbol of the symbol resource allocated by the base station and at least one first DMRS symbol offset value.

[0159] Here, detailed descriptions regarding steps 301 to 305 may be referenced in the above embodiments and are not described in the embodiments of the present invention.

[0160] As described above, in the frequency hopping method provided by an embodiment of the present invention, the UE obtains a command instructing to perform frequency hopping within a slot set by a base station, and obtains a symbol resource for data transmission in a special slot allocated by the base station; performs frequency hopping within the slot in an uplink slot and determines available symbols in the special slot; and thereafter, may perform frequency hopping within the slot in the available symbols of the symbol resource, or may not perform frequency hopping within the slot in the special slot.

[0161] FIG. 4 is a schematic flowchart of another frequency hopping method according to an embodiment of the present invention, said method is performed by a UE, and as shown in FIG. 4, said frequency hopping method includes steps 401 to 406.

[0162] In step 401, a command is obtained to perform frequency hopping within a slot set by a base station, parameters set and / or instructed by a base station are obtained, and a symbol resource for data transmission in a special slot allocated by a base station is determined based on the parameters.

[0163] In step 402, frequency hopping within the slot is performed in the uplink slot, and available symbols in the special slot are determined. The time domain position range of each hopping in the special slot is determined according to the method for determining the time domain position range of each hopping in the uplink slot (i.e., the method for determining the time domain position range of each hopping in the uplink slot) using the position of the first symbol of the symbol resource allocated by the base station as the starting position. It is determined whether the number of available symbols included in the determined time domain range of the first hopping is less than a second threshold. If the number of available symbols included in the determined time domain position range of the first hopping is less than the second threshold, step 403 is performed. If the number of available symbols included in the determined time domain position range of the first hopping is not less than the second threshold, step 406 is performed.

[0164] For example, in one embodiment of the present invention, the second threshold may be 2. In one embodiment of the present invention, the second threshold may be indicated to the UE by a base station. In another embodiment of the present invention, the second threshold may be determined by the UE by a protocol.

[0165] In one embodiment of the present invention, if it is determined that the number of available symbols included in the time domain position range of the first hopping is smaller than the second threshold, it is explained that the number of available symbols included in the time domain range of the first hopping determined according to the method for determining the time domain position range of each hopping in the uplink slot is relatively small, and since this may result in a case where uplink TBoMS transmission cannot be performed in the currently determined first hopping, step 403 must be performed; if it is determined that the number of available symbols included in the time domain position range of the first hopping is greater than or equal to the second threshold, it is explained that the number of available symbols included in the time domain range of the first hopping determined according to the method for determining the time domain position range of each hopping in the uplink slot is relatively large, and since data can be transmitted normally in the first hopping, step 406 can be performed.

[0166] In step 403, frequency hopping within the slot is not performed in the special slot.

[0167] In step 404, at least one first DMRS symbol offset value is determined based on parameters set and / or directed by the base station.

[0168] In step 405, the time domain position of the DMRS in the special slot is determined based on the first available symbol of the symbol resource allocated by the base station and at least one first DMRS symbol offset value.

[0169] In step 406, frequency hopping transmission within the slot is performed according to the time-domain position range of each hopping in the special slot determined as the starting position of the position of the first symbol of the symbol resource.

[0170] Here, detailed descriptions regarding steps 401 to 406 may be provided by referring to the above embodiments, and are not described in the embodiments of the present invention.

[0171] As described above, in the frequency hopping method provided by an embodiment of the present invention, the UE obtains a command instructing to perform frequency hopping within a slot set by a base station, and obtains a symbol resource for data transmission in a special slot allocated by the base station; performs frequency hopping within the slot in an uplink slot and determines available symbols in the special slot; and thereafter, may perform frequency hopping within the slot in the available symbols of the symbol resource, or may not perform frequency hopping within the slot in the special slot.

[0172] FIG. 5 is a schematic flowchart of another frequency hopping method according to an embodiment of the present invention, said method is performed by a UE, and as shown in FIG. 5, said frequency hopping method includes steps 501 to 506.

[0173] In step 501, a command is obtained to perform frequency hopping within a slot set by a base station, parameters set and / or instructed by a base station are obtained, and a symbol resource for data transmission in a special slot allocated by a base station is determined based on the parameters.

[0174] In step 502, frequency hopping within the slot is performed in the uplink slot, the available symbols in the special slot are determined, and the time domain location range of each hopping in the special slot is determined according to the method for determining the time domain location range of each hopping in the uplink slot, with the location of the first symbol of the symbol resource allocated by the base station as the starting position, and it is determined whether the difference between the number of available symbols included in the determined time domain location range of the second hopping and the number of available symbols included in the time domain range of the first hopping is greater than a third threshold, and if the difference between the number of available symbols included in the determined time domain location range of the second hopping and the number of available symbols included in the time domain location range of the first hopping is greater than the third threshold, step 503 is performed, and if the difference between the number of available symbols included in the determined time domain location range of the second hopping and the number of available symbols included in the time domain location range of the first hopping is not greater than the third threshold, step 506 is performed.

[0175] Here, in one embodiment of the present invention, the third threshold may be indicated to the UE by a base station. In another embodiment of the present invention, the third threshold may be determined by the UE by a protocol.

[0176] In one embodiment of the present invention, if it is determined that the difference between the number of available symbols included in the time domain location range of the second hopping and the number of available symbols included in the time domain range of the first hopping is greater than a third threshold, it is explained that the number of available symbols included in the time domain range of the first hopping determined according to the method for determining the time domain location range of each hopping in the uplink slot is relatively small, and since this may result in a case where uplink TBoMS transmission cannot be performed in the currently determined first hopping, step 503 must be performed; if the difference between the number of available symbols included in the time domain location range of the second hopping and the number of available symbols included in the time domain range of the first hopping is less than or equal to the third threshold, it is explained that the number of available symbols included in the time domain range of the first hopping determined according to the method for determining the time domain location range of each hopping in the uplink slot is relatively large, and since data can be transmitted normally in the first hopping, step 506 can be performed.

[0177] In step 503, frequency hopping within the slot is not performed in the special slot.

[0178] In step 504, at least one first DMRS symbol offset value is determined based on parameters set and / or directed by the base station.

[0179] In step 505, the time domain position of the DMRS in the special slot is determined based on the first available symbol of the symbol resource allocated by the base station and at least one first DMRS symbol offset value.

[0180] In step 506, frequency hopping transmission within the slot is performed according to the time-domain position range of each hopping in the special slot determined as the starting position of the position of the first symbol of the symbol resource.

[0181] Here, detailed descriptions regarding steps 501 to 506 may be referenced in the above embodiments and are not described in the embodiments of the present invention.

[0182] As described above, in the frequency hopping method provided by an embodiment of the present invention, the UE obtains a command instructing to perform frequency hopping within a slot set by a base station, and obtains a symbol resource for data transmission in a special slot allocated by the base station; performs frequency hopping within the slot in an uplink slot and determines available symbols in the special slot; and thereafter, may perform frequency hopping within the slot in the available symbols of the symbol resource, or may not perform frequency hopping within the slot in the special slot.

[0183] FIG. 6 is a schematic flowchart of another frequency hopping method according to an embodiment of the present invention, said method is performed by a UE, and as shown in FIG. 6, said frequency hopping method includes steps 601 to 603.

[0184] In step 601, a command is obtained to perform frequency hopping within a slot set by a base station, parameters set and / or instructed by a base station are obtained, and a symbol resource for data transmission in a special slot allocated by a base station is determined based on the parameters.

[0185] Here, a detailed description regarding step 601 may refer to the above examples and is not described in the embodiments of the present invention.

[0186] In step 602, frequency hopping within the slot is performed in the uplink slot, available symbols in the special slot are determined, and frequency hopping within the slot is performed in available symbols of the direct symbol resource.

[0187] Here, the method for determining the available symbols of the special slot may be referred to in the above description and is not described in the embodiments of the present invention.

[0188] In one embodiment of the present invention, a method for performing frequency hopping within a slot in available symbols of a symbol resource is,

[0189] A step of determining that the time domain start position of the first hopping of the special slot is the position of the first available symbol in the symbol resource; a step of determining that the time domain end position of the first hopping is the position of the first available symbol in the allocated symbol resource + floor(number of available symbols in the symbol resource χ2)-1 - the floor function is the floor function - ; includes.

[0190] The method includes: a step of determining that the time domain start position of the second hopping of the special slot is the position of the first available symbol in the symbol resource + floor (number of available symbols in the symbol resource ÷ 2); and a step of determining that the time domain end position of the second hopping is the position of the first available symbol in the symbol resource + floor (number of available symbols in the symbol resource ÷ 2) + number of available symbols in the symbol resource - floor (number of available symbols in the symbol resource ÷ 2) - 1.

[0191] For example, the symbol resources for data transmission in a special slot allocated by a base station are symbol #0 to symbol #10, wherein symbol #0 to symbol #2 are unavailable symbols, the position of the first available symbol in the symbol resources is symbol #3, and the number of available symbols in the symbol resources is 8. Based on this, a method for performing frequency hopping in the symbol resources symbol #0 to symbol #10 includes: a step of determining that the time domain start position of the first hopping is symbol #3; a step of determining that the time domain end position of the first hopping is symbol #3+floor(8÷2)-1=symbol #6; and a step of determining that the time domain start position of the second hopping is symbol #7; and a step of determining that the time domain end position of the second hopping is symbol #3+floor(8÷2)+8-floor(8÷2)-1=symbol #10. That is, the time domain location range of the first hopping is symbol#3 to symbol#6, and the time domain location range of the second hopping is symbol#7 to symbol#10.

[0192] In step 603, the time domain location of the DMRS of each hopping is determined based on parameters set and / or indicated by the base station, the number of symbols included in the time domain location range of each hopping, and the start symbol of each hopping.

[0193] Here, a detailed description regarding parameters may be found in the above description and is not described in the embodiments of the present invention.

[0194] Here, in one embodiment of the present invention, when the PUSCH mapping type of the parameter is type A, the time domain location of the DMRS of each hopping is determined based on the parameter set and / or indicated by the base station according to the mapping rule of type A, the number of symbols included in the time domain location range of each hopping, and the starting symbol of each hopping. When the PUSCH mapping type of the parameter is type B, the time domain location of the DMRS of each hopping is determined based on the parameter set and / or indicated by the base station according to the mapping rule of type B, the number of symbols included in the time domain location range of each hopping, and the starting symbol of each hopping.

[0195] The following describes in detail the method for determining the time-domain location of the DMRS for each hopping according to the mapping rules of type A and the method for determining the time-domain location of the DMRS for each hopping according to the mapping rules of type B, respectively.

[0196] Here, in one embodiment of the present invention, parameters must be used to determine the time domain location of each hopping DMRS according to the mapping rule of type A or the mapping rule of type B, and the number of symbols included in the time domain location range of each hopping and the starting symbol of each hopping are determined by querying the second PUSCH DMRS location determination table. Here, Table 5 is the second PUSCH DMRS location determination table provided in one embodiment of the present invention, and the UE can obtain the time domain location of each hopping DMRS by querying Table 5 based on the parameters.

[0197] Table 5

[0198]

[0199] Here, in one embodiment of the present invention, of Table 5 may be the number of symbols included in the time-domain location range of each hopping. When a UE determines the time-domain location of a DMRS for a single hopping, it first [determines] the number included in the time-domain range of that hopping. After determining the PUSCH mapping type of the parameter and combining the DMRS-Additional Position and DMRS-type A Position (i.e., the value of l0 corresponding to PUSCH mapping Type A) to determine at least one DMRS symbol offset value of the hopping, then determining the sum of the symbol number of the starting symbol of the hopping and each DMRS symbol offset value of the hopping to obtain at least one sum value, and the symbol corresponding to the symbol number and the sum value can be determined as the time domain position of the DMRS of the hopping.

[0200] For example, determine the time domain position of the DMRS for the second hopping, the starting symbol of the second hopping is symbol#7, and the number included in the time domain range of the second hopping is 4 (i.e. 4) and, if the PUSCH mapping type is Type B and DMRS-Additional Position=pos1, 4, by querying Table 5 based on PUSCH mapping Type B, pos1, 2nd hop, it is determined that the DMRS symbol offset value of the second hopping is 0, and symbol#7+0=symbol#7 can be determined as the time domain position of the DMRS of the second hopping.

[0201] Alternatively, determine the time domain position of the DMRS of the second hopping, where the starting symbol of the second hopping is symbol#7, and the number included in the time domain range of the second hopping is 4 (i.e. 4) and, if the PUSCH mapping type is Type A, DMRS-Additional Position=pos1, and DMRS-type A Position=2 (i.e., l0=2), By querying Table 5 based on 4, l0=2, PUSCH mapping Type A, pos1, 2nd hop, it is determined that the DMRS symbol offset value of the second hopping is 0, and symbol#7+0=symbol#7 can be determined as the time domain position of the DMRS of the second hopping.

[0202] Based on this, in one embodiment of the present invention, a method for determining the start symbol of each hopping and determining the time domain position of the DMRS of each hopping comprises steps a to c.

[0203] In step a, at least one second DMRS symbol offset value is determined based on parameters set and / or indicated by the base station and the number of symbols included in the time domain position range of the second hopping.

[0204] In step b, the sum of the symbol number of the starting symbol of the second hopping and each second DMRS symbol offset value is determined to obtain at least one second sum value, and the time domain position of the DMRS of the second hopping is determined as the symbol corresponding to the symbol number and the second sum value.

[0205] In step c, the sum of the symbol number of the first hopping start symbol and each second DMRS symbol offset value is determined to obtain at least one third sum value, and the time domain position of the first hopping DMRS is determined as the symbol corresponding to the symbol number and the third sum value.

[0206] In another embodiment of the present invention, a method for determining the time domain position of each hopping DMRS based on the start symbol of each hopping comprises steps 1 to 4.

[0207] In Step 1, at least one second DMRS symbol offset value is determined based on parameters set and / or indicated by the base station and the number of symbols included in the time domain position range of the second hopping.

[0208] In Step 2, the sum of the symbol number of the starting symbol of the second hopping and each second DMRS symbol offset value is determined to obtain at least one second sum value, and the time domain position of the DMRS of the second hopping is determined as the symbol corresponding to the symbol number and the second sum value.

[0209] In Step 3, at least one third DMRS symbol offset value is determined based on parameters set and / or directed by the base station and the number of symbols included in the time domain position range of the first hopping.

[0210] In Step 4, the sum of the symbol number of the first hopping start symbol and each third DMRS symbol offset value is determined to obtain at least one third sum value, and the time domain position of the first hopping DMRS is determined as the symbol corresponding to the symbol number and the third sum value.

[0211] As described above, in the frequency hopping method provided by an embodiment of the present invention, the UE obtains a command instructing to perform frequency hopping within a slot set by a base station, and obtains a symbol resource for data transmission in a special slot allocated by the base station; performs frequency hopping within the slot in an uplink slot and determines available symbols in the special slot; and thereafter, may perform frequency hopping within the slot in the available symbols of the symbol resource, or may not perform frequency hopping within the slot in the special slot.

[0212] FIG. 7 is a schematic flowchart of another frequency hopping method according to an embodiment of the present invention, said method is performed by a UE, and as shown in FIG. 7, said frequency hopping method comprises steps 701 to 704.

[0213] In step 701, a command is obtained to perform frequency hopping within a slot set by a base station, parameters set and / or instructed by a base station are obtained, and a symbol resource for data transmission in a special slot allocated by a base station is determined based on the parameters.

[0214] In step 702, frequency hopping within the slot is performed in the uplink slot, the available symbols in the special slot are determined, and whether the number of available symbols in the symbol resources allocated by the base station is greater than the first threshold is determined, and if the number of available symbols is greater than the first threshold, step 703 is performed.

[0215] Here, in one embodiment of the present invention, the first threshold is specifically used to indicate the minimum number of symbols included in one hopping when performing frequency hopping within a slot in a special slot, and, for example, the first threshold may be 3. In one embodiment of the present invention, the first threshold may be indicated to the UE by a base station. In another embodiment of the present invention, the first threshold may be determined by the UE by a protocol.

[0216] Here, in one embodiment of the present invention, if the number of available symbols in the symbol resources allocated by the base station is greater than the first threshold, it is explained that the number of available symbols in the symbol resources currently allocated by the base station can implement normal hopping, and step 703 can be performed.

[0217] In step 703, frequency hopping within the slot is performed on available symbols of the symbol resource.

[0218] In step 704, the time domain position of the DMRS of each hopping is determined based on parameters set and / or indicated by the base station, the number of symbols included in the time domain position range of each hopping, and the start symbol of each hopping.

[0219] Here, a detailed description of steps 701 to 704 may be provided by referring to the above embodiments, and is not described in the embodiments of the present invention.

[0220] As described above, in the frequency hopping method provided by an embodiment of the present invention, the UE obtains a command instructing to perform frequency hopping within a slot set by a base station, and obtains a symbol resource for data transmission in a special slot allocated by the base station; performs frequency hopping within the slot in an uplink slot and determines available symbols in the special slot; and thereafter, may perform frequency hopping within the slot in the available symbols of the symbol resource, or may not perform frequency hopping within the slot in the special slot.

[0221] FIG. 8 is a schematic flowchart of another frequency hopping method according to an embodiment of the present invention, said method is performed by a UE, and as shown in FIG. 8, said frequency hopping method comprises steps 801 to 806.

[0222] In step 801, a command is obtained to perform frequency hopping within a slot set by a base station, parameters set and / or instructed by a base station are obtained, and a symbol resource for data transmission in a special slot allocated by a base station is determined based on the parameters.

[0223] In step 802, frequency hopping within the slot is performed in the uplink slot, and available symbols in the special slot are determined. The time domain position range of each hopping in the special slot is determined according to the method for determining the time domain position range of each hopping in the uplink slot, using the position of the first symbol of the symbol resource allocated by the base station as the starting position. It is determined whether the number of available symbols included in the determined time domain range of the first hopping is less than a second threshold. If the number of available symbols included in the determined time domain position range of the first hopping is less than the second threshold, step 803 is performed. If the number of available symbols included in the determined time domain position range of the first hopping is not less than the second threshold, step 805 is performed.

[0224] For example, in one embodiment of the present invention, the second threshold may be 2. In one embodiment of the present invention, the second threshold may be indicated to the UE by a base station. In another embodiment of the present invention, the second threshold may be determined by the UE by a protocol.

[0225] In one embodiment of the present invention, if it is determined that the number of available symbols included in the time domain position range of the first hopping is smaller than the second threshold, it is explained that the number of available symbols included in the time domain range of the first hopping determined according to the method for determining the time domain position range of each hopping in the uplink slot is relatively small, and since this may result in a case where uplink TBoMS transmission cannot be performed in the currently determined first hopping, step 803 must be performed; if it is determined that the number of available symbols included in the time domain position range of the first hopping is greater than or equal to the second threshold, it is explained that the number of available symbols included in the time domain range of the first hopping determined according to the method for determining the time domain position range of each hopping in the uplink slot is relatively large, and since data can be transmitted normally in the first hopping, step 806 can be performed.

[0226] In step 803, frequency hopping within the slot is performed on available symbols of the symbol resource.

[0227] In step 804, the time domain location of the DMRS of each hopping is determined based on parameters set and / or indicated by the base station, the number of symbols included in the time domain location range of each hopping, and the start symbol of each hopping.

[0228] In step 805, frequency hopping transmission within the slot is performed according to the time-domain position range of each hopping in the special slot determined as the starting position of the position of the first symbol of the symbol resource.

[0229] Here, a detailed description of steps 801 to 805 may be provided by referring to the above embodiments, and is not described in the embodiments of the present invention.

[0230] As described above, in the frequency hopping method provided by an embodiment of the present invention, the UE obtains a command instructing to perform frequency hopping within a slot set by a base station, and obtains a symbol resource for data transmission in a special slot allocated by the base station; performs frequency hopping within the slot in an uplink slot and determines available symbols in the special slot; and thereafter, may perform frequency hopping within the slot in the available symbols of the symbol resource, or may not perform frequency hopping within the slot in the special slot.

[0231] FIG. 9 is a schematic flowchart of another frequency hopping method according to an embodiment of the present invention, said method is performed by a UE, and as shown in FIG. 9, said frequency hopping method comprises steps 901 to 906.

[0232] In step 901, a command is obtained to perform frequency hopping within a slot set by the base station, and a symbol resource is obtained to transmit data in a special slot allocated by the base station.

[0233] In step 902, frequency hopping within the slot is performed in the uplink slot, and available symbols in the special slot are determined. The time domain location range of each hopping in the special slot is determined according to the method for determining the time domain location range of each hopping in the uplink slot, using the location of the first symbol of the symbol resource allocated by the base station as the starting position. It is determined whether the difference between the number of available symbols included in the determined time domain location range of the second hopping and the number of available symbols included in the time domain range of the first hopping is greater than a third threshold. If the difference between the number of available symbols included in the determined time domain location range of the second hopping and the number of available symbols included in the time domain location range of the first hopping is greater than the third threshold, step 903 is performed. If the difference between the number of available symbols included in the determined time domain location range of the second hopping and the number of available symbols included in the time domain location range of the first hopping is not greater than the third threshold, step 904 is performed.

[0234] Here, in one embodiment of the present invention, the third threshold may be indicated to the UE by a base station. In another embodiment of the present invention, the third threshold may be determined by the UE by a protocol.

[0235] In one embodiment of the present invention, if it is determined that the difference between the number of available symbols included in the time domain position range of the second hopping and the number of available symbols included in the time domain range of the first hopping is greater than a third threshold, it is explained that the number of available symbols included in the time domain range of the first hopping determined according to the method for determining the time domain position range of each hopping in the uplink slot is relatively small, and since this may result in a case where uplink TBoMS transmission cannot be performed in the currently determined first hopping, step 903 must be performed; and if the difference between the number of available symbols included in the time domain position range of the second hopping and the number of available symbols included in the time domain range of the first hopping is less than or equal to the third threshold, it is explained that the number of available symbols included in the time domain range of the first hopping determined according to the method for determining the time domain position range of each hopping in the uplink slot is relatively large, and since data can be transmitted normally in the first hopping, step 906 can be performed.

[0236] In step 903, frequency hopping within the slot is performed on available symbols of the symbol resource.

[0237] In step 904, the time domain location of the DMRS of each hopping is determined based on parameters set and / or indicated by the base station, the number of symbols included in the time domain location range of each hopping, and the start symbol of each hopping.

[0238] In step 905, frequency hopping transmission within the slot is performed according to the time-domain position range of each hopping in the special slot determined as the starting position of the position of the first symbol of the symbol resource.

[0239] Here, a detailed description of steps 901 to 905 may be provided by referring to the above embodiments, and is not described in the embodiments of the present invention.

[0240] As described above, in the frequency hopping method provided by an embodiment of the present invention, the UE obtains a command instructing to perform frequency hopping within a slot set by a base station, and obtains a symbol resource for data transmission in a special slot allocated by the base station; performs frequency hopping within the slot in an uplink slot and determines available symbols in the special slot; and thereafter, may perform frequency hopping within the slot in the available symbols of the symbol resource, or may not perform frequency hopping within the slot in the special slot.

[0241] FIG. 10 is a schematic flowchart of a frequency hopping method according to an embodiment of the present invention, wherein the method is performed by a base station, and as illustrated in FIG. 10, the frequency hopping method comprises step 1001.

[0242] In step 1001, it is determined to perform frequency hopping within the slot, a command is set to instruct the UE to perform frequency hopping within the slot, parameters are determined, and a symbol resource for transmitting data in a special slot is determined based on the parameters.

[0243] Here, in one embodiment of the present invention, the parameter may include at least one of a PUSCH mapping type, a symbol length for transmitting data in a special slot, a starting symbol position for transmitting data in a special slot, a DMRS-Additional Position, a number of DMRS ports, whether to start frequency hopping within the slot, and a DMRS-type A Position. Here, in one embodiment of the present invention, the PUSCH mapping type includes type A and type B.

[0244] In one embodiment of the present invention, a symbol resource for data transmission in a special slot allocated by a base station may be a symbol resource for uplink TBoMS transmission in the special slot. In one embodiment of the present invention, the symbol resource for uplink TBoMS transmission may include a starting symbol position S and a symbol length L, and specifically, the symbol resource for uplink TBoMS transmission may be a symbol located between [S, S+L-1] in the special slot.

[0245] A specific method for determining the symbol resources for data transmission in a special slot based on parameters may be referenced to the above examples and is not described in the embodiments of the present invention.

[0246] In step 1002, frequency hopping within the slot is performed in the uplink slot and the available symbols of the special slot are determined; frequency hopping within the slot is performed in the available symbols of the symbol resource, or frequency hopping within the slot is not performed in the special slot.

[0247] Herein, in one embodiment of the present invention, a method for determining available symbols in a special slot comprises the step of determining unavailable symbols in the special slot based on SFI dynamic indication signaling and / or half-stop slot format setting signaling and / or other dynamic indication signaling and / or other RRC setting signaling transmitted from a base station, and determining available symbols as symbols other than those unavailable in the special slot.

[0248] In one embodiment of the present invention, the unusable symbol is,

[0249] Guard gap symbol used to switch from downlink to uplink;

[0250] Downlink symbol transmitting a downlink;

[0251] Symbol transmitting SSB;

[0252] Symbols assigned to CSS;

[0253] Symbols occupied by CI instructions;

[0254] It may include at least one of the symbols used for business transmissions with a higher priority than the current data transmission.

[0255] In one embodiment of the present invention, if any symbol of a special slot satisfies the above arbitrary situation, said symbol is determined to be an unusable symbol.

[0256] It should be explained that in one embodiment of the present invention, the time domain resource allocated by the base station in step 1001 may include unusable symbols. In another embodiment of the present invention, the time domain resource allocated by the base station in step 1001 may not include unusable symbols.

[0257] In one embodiment of the present invention, when performing frequency hopping within a slot in an uplink slot, frequency hopping within the slot may be performed only on available symbols of the symbol resource. In another embodiment of the present invention, when performing frequency hopping within a slot in an uplink slot, frequency hopping within a slot may not be performed in a special slot.

[0258] It is further explained that in one embodiment of the present invention, when no frequency hopping within the slot is performed in the special slot, the frequency domain position of the special slot is the same as the frequency domain position of any hopping in the uplink slot. For example, in one embodiment of the present invention, the frequency domain position of the special slot may be the same as the frequency domain position of the second hopping in the uplink slot.

[0259] As described above, in the frequency hopping method provided by an embodiment of the present invention, a base station determines a symbol resource for data transmission in a special slot; when the base station determines to perform frequency hopping within the slot, it performs frequency hopping within the slot in an uplink slot and determines available symbols in the special slot; thereafter, it may perform frequency hopping within the slot in the available symbols of the symbol resource or not perform frequency hopping within the slot in the special slot. As can be seen from this, in an embodiment of the present invention, when frequency hopping within the slot is performed in an uplink slot, even if frequency hopping within the slot is not performed in a special slot, it is possible to prevent the case where "uplink TBoMS transmission cannot be performed in the resulting first hopping because the number of unavailable symbols in the first hopping is relatively large when frequency hopping within the slot is performed in a special slot," prevent waste of resources, save costs, and guarantee the stability of frequency hopping.

[0260] FIG. 11 is a schematic flowchart of another frequency hopping method according to an embodiment of the present invention, said method is performed by a base station, and as shown in FIG. 11, said frequency hopping method comprises steps 1101 to 1104.

[0261] In step 1101, it is determined to perform frequency hopping within the slot, a command is set to instruct the UE to perform frequency hopping within the slot, parameters are determined, and a symbol resource for transmitting data in a special slot is determined based on the parameters.

[0262] In step 1102, directly determine whether to perform frequency hopping within the slot in the uplink slot and not to perform frequency hopping within the slot in the special slot.

[0263] In step 1103, at least one first DMRS symbol offset value is determined based on parameters.

[0264] In step 1104, the time domain position of the DMRS of the special slot is determined based on the first available symbol of the symbol resource and at least one first DMRS symbol offset value.

[0265] Here, in one embodiment of the present invention, the method for determining the time domain position of the DMRS of a special slot by a base station and the method for determining the time domain position of the DMRS of a special slot by a UE are identical. Additionally, in one embodiment of the present invention, when the time domain position of the DMRS of a special slot is determined by a base station, the DMRS is received and demodulated based on the time domain position of the said DMRS.

[0266] Detailed descriptions regarding steps 1101 to 1104 may be provided by referring to the above embodiments, and are not described in the embodiments of the present invention.

[0267] As described above, in the frequency hopping method provided by an embodiment of the present invention, a base station determines a symbol resource for data transmission in a special slot; when the base station determines to perform frequency hopping within the slot, it performs frequency hopping within the slot in an uplink slot and determines available symbols in the special slot; thereafter, it may perform frequency hopping within the slot in the available symbols of the symbol resource or not perform frequency hopping within the slot in the special slot. As can be seen from this, in an embodiment of the present invention, when frequency hopping within the slot is performed in an uplink slot, even if frequency hopping within the slot is not performed in a special slot, it is possible to prevent the case where "when frequency hopping within the slot is performed in a special slot, the number of unavailable symbols in the first hopping is relatively large, so uplink TBoMS transmission cannot be performed in the resulting first hopping," thereby preventing resource waste, saving costs, and guaranteeing the stability of frequency hopping.

[0268] FIG. 12 is a schematic flowchart of another frequency hopping method according to an embodiment of the present invention, said method is performed by a base station, and as shown in FIG. 12, said frequency hopping method includes steps 1201 to 1205.

[0269] In step 1201, it is determined to perform frequency hopping within the slot, a command is set to instruct the UE to perform frequency hopping within the slot, parameters are determined, and a symbol resource for transmitting data in a special slot is determined based on the parameters.

[0270] In step 1202, frequency hopping within the slot is performed in the uplink slot, the available symbols in the special slot are determined, and it is determined that the number of available symbols in the symbol resource is less than or equal to the first threshold, and if the number of available symbols is less than or equal to the first threshold, step 1203 is performed.

[0271] In step 1203, frequency hopping within the slot is not performed in the special slot.

[0272] In step 1204, at least one first DMRS symbol offset value is determined based on the parameters.

[0273] In step 1205, the time domain position of the DMRS in the special slot is determined based on the first available symbol of the symbol resource and at least one first DMRS symbol offset value.

[0274] Here, a detailed description of steps 1201 to 1205 may be provided by referring to the above embodiments, and is not described in the embodiments of the present invention.

[0275] As described above, in the frequency hopping method provided by an embodiment of the present invention, a base station determines a symbol resource for data transmission in a special slot; when the base station determines to perform frequency hopping within the slot, it performs frequency hopping within the slot in an uplink slot and determines available symbols in the special slot; thereafter, it may perform frequency hopping within the slot in the available symbols of the symbol resource or not perform frequency hopping within the slot in the special slot.

[0276] FIG. 13 is a schematic flowchart of another frequency hopping method according to an embodiment of the present invention, said method is performed by a base station, and as shown in FIG. 13, said frequency hopping method comprises steps 1301 to 1306.

[0277] In step 1301, it is determined to perform frequency hopping within the slot, a command is set to instruct the UE to perform frequency hopping within the slot, parameters are determined, and a symbol resource for transmitting data in a special slot is determined based on the parameters.

[0278] In step 1302, frequency hopping within the slot is performed in the uplink slot, and available symbols in the special slot are determined. The time domain position range of each hopping in the special slot is determined according to the method for determining the time domain position range of each hopping in the uplink slot (i.e., the method for determining the time domain position range of each hopping in the uplink slot) using the position of the first symbol of the symbol resource as the starting position. It is determined whether the number of available symbols included in the determined time domain range of the first hopping is less than a second threshold. If the number of available symbols included in the determined time domain position range of the first hopping is less than the second threshold and the number of available symbols included in the determined time domain position range of the first hopping is not less than the second threshold, then step 1306 is performed.

[0279] In step 1303, frequency hopping within the slot is not performed in the special slot.

[0280] In step 1304, at least one first DMRS symbol offset value is determined based on the parameters.

[0281] In step 1305, the time domain position of the DMRS in the special slot is determined based on the first available symbol of the symbol resource and at least one first DMRS symbol offset value.

[0282] In step 1306, frequency hopping transmission within the slot is performed according to the time-domain position range of each hopping in the special slot determined as the starting position of the position of the first symbol of the symbol resource.

[0283] Herein, a detailed description of steps 1301 to 1306 may be provided by referring to the above embodiments, and is not described in the embodiments of the present invention.

[0284] As described above, in the frequency hopping method provided by an embodiment of the present invention, a base station determines a symbol resource for data transmission in a special slot; when the base station determines to perform frequency hopping within the slot, it performs frequency hopping within the slot in an uplink slot and determines available symbols in the special slot; thereafter, it may perform frequency hopping within the slot in the available symbols of the symbol resource or not perform frequency hopping within the slot in the special slot.

[0285] FIG. 14 is a schematic flowchart of another frequency hopping method according to an embodiment of the present invention, said method is performed by a base station, and as shown in FIG. 14, said frequency hopping method includes steps 1401 to 1406.

[0286] In step 1401, it is determined to perform frequency hopping within the slot, a command is set to instruct the UE to perform frequency hopping within the slot, parameters are determined, and a symbol resource for transmitting data in a special slot is determined based on the parameters.

[0287] In step 1402, frequency hopping within the slot is performed in the uplink slot, the available symbols of the special slot are determined, and the time domain position range of each hopping of the special slot is determined according to the method for determining the time domain position range of each hopping of the uplink slot, with the position of the first symbol of the symbol resource as the starting position, and it is determined whether the difference between the number of available symbols included in the determined time domain position range of the second hopping and the number of available symbols included in the time domain range of the first hopping is greater than a third threshold, and if the difference between the number of available symbols included in the determined time domain position range of the second hopping and the number of available symbols included in the time domain position range of the first hopping is greater than the third threshold, step 1403 is performed, and if the difference between the number of available symbols included in the determined time domain position range of the second hopping and the number of available symbols included in the time domain position range of the first hopping is not greater than the third threshold, step 1406 is performed.

[0288] In step 1403, frequency hopping within the slot is not performed in the special slot.

[0289] In step 1404, at least one first DMRS symbol offset value is determined based on the parameters.

[0290] In step 1405, the time domain position of the DMRS in the special slot is determined based on the first available symbol of the symbol resource and at least one first DMRS symbol offset value.

[0291] In step 1406, frequency hopping transmission within the slot is performed according to the time-domain position range of each hopping in the special slot determined as the starting position of the position of the first symbol of the symbol resource.

[0292] Here, a detailed description of steps 1401 to 1406 may be provided by referring to the above embodiments, and is not described in the embodiments of the present invention.

[0293] As described above, in the frequency hopping method provided by an embodiment of the present invention, a base station determines a symbol resource for data transmission in a special slot; when the base station determines to perform frequency hopping within the slot, it performs frequency hopping within the slot in an uplink slot and determines available symbols in the special slot; thereafter, it may perform frequency hopping within the slot in the available symbols of the symbol resource or not perform frequency hopping within the slot in the special slot.

[0294] FIG. 15 is a schematic flowchart of another frequency hopping method according to an embodiment of the present invention, said method is performed by a base station, and as shown in FIG. 15, said frequency hopping method includes steps 1501 to 1503.

[0295] In step 1501, it is determined to perform frequency hopping within the slot, a command is set to instruct the UE to perform frequency hopping within the slot, parameters are determined, and a symbol resource for transmitting data in a special slot is determined based on the parameters.

[0296] In step 1502, frequency hopping within the slot is performed in the uplink slot, available symbols in the special slot are determined, and frequency hopping within the slot is performed in available symbols of the direct symbol resource.

[0297] Here, in one embodiment of the present invention, the method of performing frequency hopping within a slot in available symbols of a symbol resource by a base station and the method of performing frequency hopping within a slot in available symbols of a symbol resource by a UE are identical.

[0298] In step 1503, the time domain position of the DMRS of each hopping is determined based on the parameters, the number of symbols included in the time domain position range of each hopping, and the start symbol of each hopping.

[0299] Here, a detailed description of steps 1501 to 1503 may be provided by referring to the above examples, and is not described in the embodiments of the present invention.

[0300] As described above, in the frequency hopping method provided by an embodiment of the present invention, a base station determines a symbol resource for data transmission in a special slot; when the base station determines to perform frequency hopping within the slot, it performs frequency hopping within the slot in an uplink slot and determines available symbols in the special slot; thereafter, it may perform frequency hopping within the slot in the available symbols of the symbol resource or not perform frequency hopping within the slot in the special slot.

[0301] FIG. 16 is a schematic flowchart of another frequency hopping method according to an embodiment of the present invention, said method is performed by a base station, and as shown in FIG. 16, said frequency hopping method includes steps 1601 to 1604.

[0302] In step 1601, it is determined to perform frequency hopping within the slot, a command is set to instruct the UE to perform frequency hopping within the slot, parameters are determined, and a symbol resource for transmitting data in a special slot is determined based on the parameters.

[0303] In step 1602, frequency hopping within the slot is performed in the uplink slot, the available symbols in the special slot are determined, and whether the number of available symbols of the symbol resources allocated by the base station is greater than the first threshold is determined, and if the number of available symbols of the symbol resources is greater than the first threshold, step 1603 is performed.

[0304] In step 1603, frequency hopping within the slot is performed on available symbols of the symbol resource.

[0305] In step 1604, the time domain position of the DMRS of each hopping is determined based on the parameters, the number of symbols included in the time domain position range of each hopping, and the start symbol of each hopping.

[0306] Here, a detailed description of steps 1601 to 1604 may be provided by referring to the above embodiments, and is not described in the embodiments of the present invention.

[0307] As described above, in the frequency hopping method provided by an embodiment of the present invention, a base station determines a symbol resource for data transmission in a special slot; when the base station determines to perform frequency hopping within the slot, it performs frequency hopping within the slot in an uplink slot and determines available symbols in the special slot; thereafter, it may perform frequency hopping within the slot in the available symbols of the symbol resource or not perform frequency hopping within the slot in the special slot.

[0308] FIG. 17 is a schematic flowchart of another frequency hopping method according to an embodiment of the present invention, said method is performed by a base station, and as shown in FIG. 17, said frequency hopping method includes steps 1701 to 1705.

[0309] In step 1701, it is determined to perform frequency hopping within the slot, a command is set to instruct the UE to perform frequency hopping within the slot, parameters are determined, and a symbol resource for transmitting data in a special slot is determined based on the parameters.

[0310] In step 1702, frequency hopping within the slot is performed in the uplink slot, and available symbols in the special slot are determined. The time domain position range of each hopping in the special slot is determined according to the method for determining the time domain position range of each hopping in the uplink slot, using the position of the first symbol of the symbol resource as the starting position. It is determined whether the number of available symbols included in the determined time domain range of the first hopping is less than a second threshold. If the number of available symbols included in the determined time domain position range of the first hopping is less than the second threshold, step 1703 is performed. If the number of available symbols included in the determined time domain position range of the first hopping is not less than the second threshold, step 1705 is performed.

[0311] In step 1703, frequency hopping within the slot is performed on available symbols of the symbol resource.

[0312] In step 1704, the time domain position of the DMRS of each hopping is determined based on the parameters, the number of symbols included in the time domain position range of each hopping, and the start symbol of each hopping.

[0313] In step 1705, frequency hopping transmission within the slot is performed according to the time-domain position range of each hopping in the special slot determined as the starting position of the position of the first symbol of the symbol resource.

[0314] Here, a detailed description of steps 1701 to 1705 may be provided by referring to the above embodiments, and is not described in the embodiments of the present invention.

[0315] As described above, in the frequency hopping method provided by an embodiment of the present invention, a base station determines a symbol resource for data transmission in a special slot; when the base station determines to perform frequency hopping within the slot, it performs frequency hopping within the slot in an uplink slot and determines available symbols in the special slot; thereafter, it may perform frequency hopping within the slot in the available symbols of the symbol resource or not perform frequency hopping within the slot in the special slot.

[0316] FIG. 18 is a schematic flowchart of another frequency hopping method according to an embodiment of the present invention, said method is performed by a base station, and as shown in FIG. 18, said frequency hopping method includes steps 1801 to 1805.

[0317] In step 1801, it is determined to perform frequency hopping within the slot, a command is set to instruct the UE to perform frequency hopping within the slot, parameters are determined, and a symbol resource for transmitting data in a special slot is determined based on the parameters.

[0318] In step 1802, frequency hopping within the slot is performed in the uplink slot, and available symbols in the special slot are determined. The time domain position range of each hopping in the special slot is determined according to the method for determining the time domain position range of each hopping in the uplink slot, using the position of the first symbol of the symbol resource as the starting position. It is determined whether the difference between the number of available symbols included in the determined time domain position range of the second hopping and the number of available symbols included in the time domain range of the first hopping is greater than a third threshold. If the difference between the number of available symbols included in the determined time domain position range of the second hopping and the number of available symbols included in the time domain position range of the first hopping is greater than the third threshold, step 1803 is performed. If the difference between the number of available symbols included in the determined time domain position range of the second hopping and the number of available symbols included in the time domain position range of the first hopping is not greater than the third threshold, step 1805 is performed.

[0319] In step 1803, frequency hopping within the slot is performed on available symbols of the symbol resource.

[0320] In step 1804, the time domain position of the DMRS of each hopping is determined based on the parameters, the number of symbols included in the time domain position range of each hopping, and the start symbol of each hopping.

[0321] In step 1805, frequency hopping transmission within the slot is performed according to the time-domain position range of each hopping in the special slot determined as the starting position of the position of the first symbol of the symbol resource.

[0322] Here, a detailed description of steps 1801 to 1805 may be provided by referring to the above embodiments, and is not described in the embodiments of the present invention.

[0323] As described above, in the frequency hopping method provided by an embodiment of the present invention, a base station determines a symbol resource for data transmission in a special slot; when the base station determines to perform frequency hopping within the slot, it performs frequency hopping within the slot in an uplink slot and determines available symbols in the special slot; thereafter, it may perform frequency hopping within the slot in the available symbols of the symbol resource or not perform frequency hopping within the slot in the special slot.

[0324] FIG. 19 is a schematic flowchart of another frequency hopping method according to an embodiment of the present invention, said method is performed by a base station, and as shown in FIG. 19, said frequency hopping method includes steps 1901 to 1904.

[0325] In step 1901, it is determined to perform frequency hopping within the slot, a command is set to instruct the UE to perform frequency hopping within the slot, parameters are determined, and a symbol resource for transmitting data in a special slot is determined based on the parameters.

[0326] In step 1902, frequency hopping within the slot is performed in the uplink slot and the available symbols of the special slot are determined; frequency hopping within the slot is performed in the available symbols of the symbol resource, or frequency hopping within the slot is not performed in the special slot.

[0327] In step 1903, set and / or instruct the UE to parameters.

[0328] Here, in one embodiment of the present invention, the base station may set parameters to the UE. In another embodiment of the present invention, the base station may instruct the UE to parameters. In yet another embodiment of the present invention, the base station may set and instruct parameters to the UE.

[0329] Here, detailed descriptions regarding steps 1901 to 1903 may be found in the descriptions related to the above embodiments, and are not described in the embodiments of the present invention.

[0330] In step 1904, SFI dynamic instruction signaling and / or half-stop slot format setting signaling are transmitted to the UE.

[0331] Here, in one embodiment of the present invention, a base station transmits an SFI dynamic indication signaling and / or a half-stop slot format setting signaling to a UE, so that the UE can conveniently determine unusable and usable symbols in a special slot based on the SFI dynamic indication signaling and / or half-stop slot format setting signaling transmitted from the base station.

[0332] In one embodiment of the present invention, a base station may transmit an SFI dynamic instruction signaling to a UE. In another embodiment of the present invention, a base station may transmit a half-stop slot format setting signaling to a UE. In yet another embodiment of the present invention, a base station may transmit an SFI dynamic instruction signaling and a half-stop slot format setting signaling to a UE.

[0333] As described above, in the frequency hopping method provided by an embodiment of the present invention, a base station determines a symbol resource for data transmission in a special slot; when the base station determines to perform frequency hopping within the slot, it performs frequency hopping within the slot in an uplink slot and determines available symbols in the special slot; thereafter, it may perform frequency hopping within the slot in the available symbols of the symbol resource or not perform frequency hopping within the slot in the special slot.

[0334] FIG. 20 is a schematic flowchart of another frequency hopping method according to an embodiment of the present invention, said method is performed by a base station, and as shown in FIG. 20, said frequency hopping method includes steps 2001 to 2003.

[0336] In step 2002, frequency hopping within the slot is performed in the uplink slot and the available symbols of the special slot are determined; frequency hopping within the slot is performed in the available symbols of the symbol resource, or frequency hopping within the slot is not performed in the special slot.

[0337] In step 2003, the UE is instructed to set the first threshold.

[0338] Here, detailed descriptions regarding steps 2001 to 2003 may be found in the descriptions related to the above embodiments, and are not described in the embodiments of the present invention.

[0339] As described above, in the frequency hopping method provided by an embodiment of the present invention, a base station determines a symbol resource for data transmission in a special slot; when the base station determines to perform frequency hopping within the slot, it performs frequency hopping within the slot in an uplink slot and determines available symbols in the special slot; thereafter, it may perform frequency hopping within the slot in the available symbols of the symbol resource or not perform frequency hopping within the slot in the special slot.

[0342] In step 2102, frequency hopping within the slot is performed in the uplink slot and the available symbols of the special slot are determined; frequency hopping within the slot is performed in the available symbols of the symbol resource, or frequency hopping within the slot is not performed in the special slot.

[0343] In step 2103, the second threshold is instructed to the UE.

[0344] Here, detailed descriptions regarding steps 2101 to 2103 may be found in the descriptions related to the above embodiments, and are not described in the embodiments of the present invention.

[0345] As described above, in the frequency hopping method provided by an embodiment of the present invention, a base station determines a symbol resource for data transmission in a special slot; when the base station determines to perform frequency hopping within the slot, it performs frequency hopping within the slot in an uplink slot and determines available symbols in the special slot; thereafter, it may perform frequency hopping within the slot in the available symbols of the symbol resource or not perform frequency hopping within the slot in the special slot.

[0353] In step 2301, a command is obtained to perform frequency hopping within a slot set by a base station, parameters set and / or instructed by a base station are obtained, and a symbol resource for data transmission in a special slot allocated by a base station is determined based on the parameters.

[0354] In step 2302, frequency hopping within the slot is performed in the uplink slot, the available symbols in the special slot are determined, and whether the number of available symbols in the symbol resources allocated by the base station is greater than the first threshold is determined, and if it is greater than the first threshold, step 2303 is performed.

[0355] In step 2303, frequency hopping within the slot is performed in the uplink slot, the available symbols in the special slot are determined, and the time domain position range of each hopping in the special slot is determined according to the method for determining the time domain position range of each hopping in the uplink slot as the starting position of the first symbol of the symbol resources allocated by the base station, and it is determined whether the number of available symbols included in the determined time domain range of the first hopping is less than a second threshold, and if it is less than the second threshold, step 2304 is performed, otherwise, step 2307 is performed.

[0356] In step 2304, frequency hopping within the slot is not performed in the special slot.

As can be seen from this, in an embodiment of the present invention, when frequency hopping within a slot is performed in an uplink slot, even if frequency hopping within a slot is not performed in a special slot, the case where "uplink TBoMS transmission cannot be performed in the resulting first hopping because the number of unavailable symbols in the first hopping is relatively large when frequency hopping within a slot is performed in a special slot" can be prevented, resource waste can be prevented, costs can be saved, and the stability of frequency hopping can be guaranteed.

[0422] FIG. 30 is a schematic flowchart of another frequency hopping method according to an embodiment of the present invention, said method is performed by a base station, and as shown in FIG. 30, said frequency hopping method includes steps 3001 to 3007.

[0432] FIG. 31 is a schematic diagram of the structure of a frequency hopping device according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in FIG. 31, the device (3100) is,
