Description

Technology Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a chain flight type sludge collector that prevents the breakdown of the power transmission system of a carrier or serpentine operation for removing floating matter or sediment in a chain flight type sludge collector of a wastewater treatment facility. Background Technology

[0002] Sewage and wastewater treatment methods include filtration, coagulation, chemicals, and sedimentation. Among these water treatment facilities, the sedimentation method involves collecting and treating the sediment settled at the bottom of the treatment tank using carriers such as trolleys or non-metallic chain flight systems.

[0003] Among carriers, non-metallic chain flights are widely used in wastewater treatment facilities due to their relatively excellent collection efficiency and strong corrosion resistance.

[0004] A sludge collector using a non-metallic chain flight type carrier is composed of power transmission systems installed in pairs on the left and right sides of the front and rear walls of the treatment tank and driven at a constant speed by driving force transmitted from a separate driving unit, and flights installed across these power transmission systems.

[0005] To explain this more specifically, the power transmission system consists of a driving sprocket and a driven sprocket installed in pairs on the front, rear, upper, and lower sides of each of the longitudinal walls of the treatment tank, and a pair of left and right link chains installed in an endless track manner on the driving and often sprockets.

[0006] In addition, the link chain is provided with an upper load section and a lower load section for physically removing floating matter or sediment from the water surface and bottom of the treatment tank, and a front no-load section and a rear no-load section are provided at the front and rear of the treatment tank.

[0007] In addition, attachments are installed at equal intervals on the link chains of the power transmission system, and flights are installed across using these attachments to remove floating matter from the surface of the water in the treatment tank to a recovery port provided on the surface of the water, and at the same time, sediment that has sunk to the bottom is collected and processed by a hopper provided at the bottom.

[0008] In a carrier of the chain flight type configured in this way, during the process of physically removing floating matter on the water surface of the treatment tank or sediment settled at the bottom, meandering operation caused by bias or external factors occurs, so guide rails are necessarily installed on each of the upper and lower load sections of the link chain of the power transmission system. At this time, a pair of left and right shoes are provided on the flight of the carrier to allow it to slide along the guide rails.

[0009] Among these guide rails, the guide rail installed in the lower load section of the link chain of the power transmission system is fixedly installed using anchor bolts along the entire bottom surface of the processing tank. At this time, to facilitate transportation and installation, the guide rail is installed in a continuous single column, consisting of unit components formed by cutting at least one small unit.

[0010] Various guide rails composed of such unit components have been developed and installed to date.

[0011] To explain with an example, the unit members are installed in succession at the front and rear ends of the unit members in an inclined butt manner with adjacent unit members, and gaps are provided between the unit members to prevent deformation caused by thermal expansion and contraction in the longitudinal direction due to external environmental factors such as temperature changes during the winter and summer seasons and direct sunlight.

[0012] In addition, the front and rear unit members are installed in succession using a fitting method with mutual male protrusions and female receiving grooves.

[0013] However, in the gaps of the guide rail formed by these unit members, the front and rear ends of the unit members lift off the bottom of the treatment tank; that is, the anchor bolts securing the unit members to the tank bottom are installed at an inward distance from the ends of the unit members to account for expansion and contraction. In this case, the ends of the unit members are free ends that deform due to the external environment, causing the lifting to occur.

[0014] The lifting of the ends of the unit members of these guide rails causes the link chain to get caught or detach, and in cases of severe jamming, it leads to many problems, such as the sudden shutdown of the water treatment facility or the breakage of the link chain, resulting in fatal damage to the carrier. [0016] The present invention provides a chain flight type sludge collector that eliminates the problem of sudden stopping or breakage of the link chain due to jamming caused by lifting in the guide rail gap during operation in the power transmission system of a chain flight type sludge collector carrier installed as an endless track to treat floating matter on the water surface or sediment at the bottom of a sedimentation treatment tank, and also prevents meandering operation. means of solving the problem

[0017] The objective of the present invention is to provide a chain flight type sludge collector that prevents the breakdown of the power transmission system of a carrier or serpentine operation in a chain flight type sludge collector for removing floating matter or sediment in a wastewater treatment facility.

[0018] The present invention relates to a chain-flight type sludge collector comprising a power transmission system formed by installing a pair of left and right link chains that physically remove floating matter or sediment from the water surface and bottom of the treatment tank on primary and driven sprockets installed on the upper and lower sides of both front and rear walls in the longitudinal direction of the treatment tank of a water treatment facility, and a carrier body composed of flights installed across the link chains of the power transmission system using attachments; a pair of left and right guide rails formed by fixing with anchor bolts and having a large number of unit members arranged facing each other front and back at the bottom of the treatment tank with a gap to prevent meandering operation in the lower load section of the link chains of the power transmission system, and a pair of left and right shoes provided on both sides of the flight's bottom surface in the longitudinal direction to slide along the guide rails, wherein an anti-lift structure is provided in the gap of the guide rails to suppress lifting phenomena caused by deformation due to the external environment at the ends of the unit members facing each other front and back, which are fixed to the bottom of the treatment tank with anchor bolts, and stoppers are provided at both ends of the guide rail shoes to prevent meandering operation of the carrier body. [0021] Next, an embodiment of the present invention will be described. FIGS. 1 to 5 illustrate in detail a chain flight type sludge collector according to the present invention.

[0022] In the drawing, 10 is a treatment tank of a water treatment facility that treats wastewater by sedimentation.

[0023] The treatment tank (10) is made of a rectangular body, and a sludge collector is installed therein, which is made of a chain flight type carrier (20) that travels in the direction of the arrow indicated in the drawing using driving force transmitted from a separate driving unit (DM). As a result, floating matter on the surface of the water in the treatment tank (10) is removed through a floating matter recovery port (12) provided at the rear of the water surface of the treatment tank (10), and at the same time, the sediment is collected and processed through a hopper (14) provided at the front bottom of the treatment tank (10).

[0024] The carrier (20) is composed of power transmission systems (22) installed as a pair on the left and right sides of the treatment tank (10) and driven at a constant speed by driving force transmitted from a driving unit (DM), and flights (24) of channel steel installed across the power transmission systems (22). At this time, the power transmission systems (22) will be made of a non-metallic material such as reinforced plastic with strong corrosion resistance.

[0025] The power transmission system (22) of the carrier (20) is composed of a link chain (22a) and an attachment (22b).

[0026] To explain this more specifically, the carrier (20) is composed of a pair of left and right link chains (22a) that are separately installed as an isosceles quadrilateral endless track using a driving sprocket (SK1) and one or more driven sprockets (SK2) installed in pairs on the front, rear, upper, and lower sides of each side wall along the length direction of the processing tank (10), and attachments (22b) installed at equal intervals on the link chains (22a).

[0027] A link chain (22a) formed by an infinite track in the shape of an isosceles square is divided into driving and driven sprockets (SK1, SK2) at vertices to provide an upper load section (A) and a lower load section (B) for physically removing floating matter or sediment from the water surface and bottom of the treatment tank (10), and a front no-load section (C) and a rear no-load section (D) are provided at the front and rear of the treatment tank (10).

[0028] In addition, attachments (22b) are installed at equal intervals on each of the left and right pairs of link chains (22a), and flights (24) are installed across using these attachments (22b) to remove floating matter from the surface of the water in the treatment tank (10) to the recovery port (12) provided on the water surface line, and at the same time, the sediment that has sunk to the bottom is collected and processed to the hopper (14) provided at the bottom.

[0029] In addition, a pair of left and right guide rails (30) are installed in parallel along the length direction of the bottom of the processing tank (10) to prevent meandering operation in the lower load section (b) of the link chain (22a) of the power transmission system (20).

[0030] The guide rail (30) is installed by fixing at least one unit member (32) having a large arrangement facing back and forth with a gap using an anchor bolt (AB).

[0031] And shoes (24a) are provided on both sides in the longitudinal direction of the bottom surface of the flight (24) so that it slides along a pair of left and right guide rails (30) installed in parallel on the bottom of the processing tank (10).

[0032] This configuration is the same as the conventional structure, and the core technology of the present invention is characterized by a structural improvement that prevents the shoe (24a), which is provided on both sides of the flight (24) of the carrier (20) that removes floating matter on the water surface of the treatment tank (10) or sediment settled at the bottom, from getting stuck in the gap of the guide rail (30) due to the lifting of the end of the unit member (32) caused by the external environment, thereby preventing sudden stop during operation of the treatment facility or the problem of the link chain (22a) of the power transmission system (22) breaking and meandering.

[0033] The present invention provides a lifting prevention structure (40) of a structural steel that is fixedly installed with an anchor bolt (AB) on the bottom of a processing tank (10) in the gap between the front and rear unit members (32) of a guide rail (30), and prevents the shoe (24a) provided at both ends of the flight (24) of the carrier (20) from getting stuck due to lifting caused by deformation due to the external environment at the front and rear ends of each unit member (32) that are butted back and forth.

[0034] The lifting prevention structure (40) is composed of a female receiving groove (42) formed by a partial cutting process on the upper surface of each end of the front and rear unit member (32) of the guide rail (30), and a male pressing member (44) of a structural steel having a pair of left and right arms (44b) that extend to both sides of a base (44a) fixedly installed on the bottom of the treatment tank (10) with an anchor bolt (AB) and rest on the female receiving groove (42) formed in the front and rear unit member (32). At this time, the arms (44b) formed on both sides of the pressing member (44) will suppress deformation caused by the external environment at the end of the unit member (32) of the guide rail (30), that is, the phenomenon of the end of the unit member (32) lifting up from the bottom of the treatment tank (10).

[0035] In addition, the female receiving groove (42) of the lift-prevention structure (40) has sufficient space so as not to be interfered with by the pressing member (44) during the expansion and contraction action in the length direction of the unit member (32) of the guide rail (30).

[0036] And the shoe (24a) provided on both sides of the flight (24) of the carrier (20) is equipped with a stopper (24a-1) that protrudes outwardly around both ends of the shoe (24a), thereby limiting the horizontal movement of the shoe (24a) moving along the guide rail (30) to a minimum in the direction of the guide rail (30) length intersection, so as to prevent the erratic operation of the power transmission system (22) of the carrier (20). To explain this more specifically, the catch (24a-1), which is provided to protrude outwardly from both ends of the shoe (24a) in the width direction, is positioned on both sides of the guide rail (30) in a catch-and-hold manner, thereby limiting the pushing of the shoe (24a) to one side by an external force (lateral pressure) on the upper surface of the guide rail (30), thereby minimizing the meandering operation of the power transmission system (22) and preventing the problem of the link chain (22a) of the power transmission system (22) coming off.

[0037] The chain flight type sludge collector of the present invention prevents the shoe (24a) provided at both ends of the flight (22) of the carrier (20) from getting stuck due to lifting in the gap of the guide rail (30), thereby eliminating the problem of sudden stop or breakage of the link chain (22a) of the power transmission system (22) due to getting stuck due to lifting in the gap of the guide rail (30) during the operation of the treatment facility, and also prevents meandering operation.

[0038] FIGS. 6 and FIGS. 7 show another embodiment of the anti-lift structure (40) according to the present invention. In this embodiment, the anti-lift structure (140) is composed of a female receiving groove (142) formed by a partial cutting process on the bottom surface of the end portion of the front and rear unit member (32) of the guide rail (30), and a male insertion member (244) that is fixedly installed on the bottom of the treatment tank (10) with an anchor bolt (AB) and coupled to the female receiving groove (142) in a dovetail manner.

[0039] FIG. 8 shows another embodiment of the anti-lift structure (40) according to the present invention. The anti-lift structure (240) in this embodiment is composed of a female receiving groove (242) formed by a partial cutting process on the bottom surface of the end portion of the front and rear unit member (32) of the guide rail (30), and a male insertion member (244) which is fixedly installed on the bottom of the treatment tank (10) with an anchor bolt (AB) and coupled to the female receiving groove (242) in a T-shaped rail manner.

[0040] The chain flight type sludge collector of the present invention configured in this manner suppresses the lifting phenomenon caused by deformation that occurs when the ends of the front and rear unit members (32) of the front and rear unit members (32) of the guide rail (30) are separated from the bottom of the treatment tank (10) by an external environment in the gap provided between the front and rear unit members (32) of the power transmission system (22) of the carrier (20) during the operation of the water treatment facility by means of a lifting prevention structure (40), thereby preventing the shoes (24a) provided at both ends of the flight (22) of the carrier (20) from getting stuck in the gap of the guide rail (30) due to the lifting phenomenon, thereby eliminating the problem of sudden stop or breakage of the link chain (22a) of the power transmission system (22) due to getting stuck in the gap of the guide rail (30) during the operation of the treatment facility, and also preventing meandering operation.

[0041] Although an embodiment of the present invention has been described above, the present invention is not limited thereto and modifications may be made within the scope described in the claims. Explanation of the symbols
