Description

Technology Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a method for directing a performance in a performance venue using a cheering light-emitting device and a system for directing a performance using the same. Background Technology

[0002] Generally, a lighting device refers to a light-emitting device that achieves the purpose of lighting by reflecting, refracting, and transmitting light from a light source. Lighting devices can be classified according to light distribution into indirect lighting devices, semi-indirect lighting devices, general diffusion lighting devices, semi-direct lighting devices, and direct lighting devices.

[0003] Due to technological advancements, lighting devices are being used for a variety of purposes. For example, lighting devices are used to create media facades. A media facade refers to the implementation of media functions by installing lighting devices on the exterior walls of buildings.

[0004] As another example, lighting devices are sometimes used as small cheering tools in sports events or concerts held in environments with illumination levels below a certain threshold. However, in such environments, it is difficult to generate systematic lighting patterns or shapes because multiple lighting fixtures are controlled individually. Furthermore, it is not easy to achieve the desired cheering effect by relying solely on the light sources placed within the devices.

[0005] Therefore, in order to specifically resolve the aforementioned problems, there is a need to introduce a method that controls multiple lighting devices collectively and enables diverse performance staging in venues such as sports games or concerts through such control. Prior art literature

[0031] FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram showing the configuration of a light-emitting control system for performance direction in a performance venue according to one embodiment of the present invention.

[0032] Referring to FIG. 1, a light-emitting control system (10, hereinafter referred to as the light-emitting control system) for performance production in a performance venue according to one embodiment of the present invention may include a control device (100) and a cheering light-emitting device (200_1, 200_2, ..., 200_n, hereinafter referred to as 200). This light-emitting control system (10) can produce various types of light-emitting patterns for performance production, such as cheering in the audience seats of a performance venue, by controlling the light-emitting state of the cheering light-emitting device (200) through the control device (100).

[0033] The control device (100) can perform the function of controlling a cheering light device (200) for performance direction at a performance venue. In one embodiment, the control device (100) may be an electronic device such as a smartphone, tablet, desktop PC, laptop PC, netbook computer, etc., or may be configured in various forms that include some of the components of such electronic devices or can be linked with them.

[0034] The cheering light-emitting device (200) can perform the function of producing various types of light-emitting patterns in real time or according to predetermined control information by the control device (100). In one embodiment, the cheering light-emitting device (200) is a device including a light source and may be a small cheering tool used in a performance venue such as a sports stadium or a concert.

[0035] The control device (100) and the cheering light-emitting device (200) can communicate in various ways and can be connected via wireless communication such as RF communication or electronic tags, for example.

[0036] FIG. 2 is a schematic diagram showing a performance hall to which a light-emitting control system according to one embodiment of the present invention can be applied.

[0037] Referring to FIG. 2, a performance venue is a place for performing performances such as sports games or concerts, and may be composed of, for example, a stage, a stadium, or an audience seating area. In addition, various devices necessary for the performance (e.g., sound devices, lighting devices, etc.) are arranged in the performance venue, and a central control unit including a control console capable of coordinating and controlling the operation of these devices may be provided.

[0038] A light-emitting control system (10) including a control device (100) and a cheering light-emitting device (200) according to one embodiment of the present invention can be applied to a performance venue such as that shown in FIG. 2. In one embodiment, the control device (100) can be placed within the performance venue to control the cheering light-emitting device (200), and the cheering light-emitting device (200) can be placed in the audience seats to produce various light-emitting states by controlling the control device (100). At this time, each cheering light-emitting device (200) can be placed corresponding to each audience seat according to the audience seat layout.

[0039] Additionally, the control device (100) may be connected to and operated by a central control device, or it may be configured to be included in the central control device. Furthermore, the control device (100) may receive a signal from the central control device and operate in synchronization with sound devices, lighting devices, etc., within the performance venue, and through this, the cheering light device (200) may be synchronized with the sound devices and lighting devices to automatically perform a performance.

[0040] FIG. 3 is a diagram showing the configuration of a control device according to one embodiment of the present invention.

[0041] Referring to FIG. 3, a control device (100) according to one embodiment of the present invention may include an information generation unit (110), a storage unit (120), an information providing unit (130), and a control unit (140).

[0042] The information generation unit (110) generates a scene to be staged using a cheering light device (200) during the performance time held at the performance venue, and at this time, the scene can be configured for each performance stage section according to the scene. For example, a first scene can be generated in the first performance stage section (e.g., first time), and a second scene can be generated in the second performance stage section (e.g., second time). When the audience seats within the performance venue are configured as shown in FIG. 13, a first scene can be generated in the first performance stage section, which is displayed as specific text (e.g., "BIGBANG IS VIP") as in FIG. 13, and a second scene can be generated in the second performance stage section, which is a scene different from the first scene, which is displayed as specific shapes and patterns in the center audience seats of FIG. 13.

[0043] The information generation unit (110) can group the audience seats of the performance hall into multiple groups based on each performance scene generated for each performance performance section, and generate group information for each of the grouped multiple groups. For example, if there are multiple group units that can be grouped into a similar or identical light-emitting form for the first performance scene to be performed in the first performance performance section, the audience seats of the performance hall can be divided into multiple areas corresponding to the group units, and each divided area can be generated as a group. In other words, the first performance scene of the first performance performance section can include multiple groups.

[0044] The information generation unit (110) can map multiple group information generated for each performance production section (performance production scene) and configure the mapped information into performance production mapping data for each performance production section. For example, the information generation unit (110) can configure performance production mapping data by mapping multiple group information corresponding to the production information for each section as shown in Table 1 below. Here, the group information refers to group-specific control information for controlling the cheering light device (200) by group corresponding to each production scene for each performance production section. The group-specific control information may include group assignment information and light state information set in correspondence thereto. That is, cheering light devices (200) having the same group assignment information for each performance production section may have the same light state information. In addition, cheering light devices (200) having the same group assignment information may differ from each other for each performance production section. For example, a cheering light device (200) having A group assignment information in the first performance stage (first performance stage scene) may be set to B group assignment information in the second performance stage (second performance stage scene). In other words, the cheering light device (200) belonging to group A in the first performance stage (first performance stage scene) and the cheering light device (200) belonging to group A in the second performance stage (second performance stage scene) may be different from each other.

[0045] Direction information (e.g., scene information) 1 2 ... Group Information Group-specific luminescence information A (255,255,0) A (0,0,0) B (154,112,55) B (255,0,0) C (0,0,255) C (0,0,255) D (0,255,255) E (100,100,100)

[0046] The storage unit (120) may be configured to include memory, cache, buffer, etc., and may store data received or generated from other components of the control device (100) or the light-emitting control system (10). In one embodiment, the storage unit (120) may store performance performance mapping data for each performance performance section generated by the information generation unit (110).

[0047] The information provider (130) can provide group information for each performance production section mapped according to the audience seating arrangement based on performance production mapping data to each cheering light device (200).

[0048] The control unit (140) can generate a control signal containing light emission state information for each group mapped to a scene to be performed in the corresponding performance performance section based on performance performance mapping data, and can broadcast the generated control signal via wireless communication. For example, when a first performance performance section (e.g., first time) occurs during the process of performing at a performance venue, the control unit (140) can obtain a plurality of group information mapped to a first scene of the first performance performance section (e.g., first time). According to Table 1, five groups (A, B, C, D, E) are mapped to the first performance information, and each group (A, B, C, D, E) has corresponding light emission state information (e.g., RGB information) set. The control unit (140) can generate a control signal for five group information including each group mapped to the first performance performance section and the corresponding light emission state information.

[0049] In the embodiment, the cheering light device (200) may store only group information regarding which group each cheering light device (200) belongs to for each scene prior to the performance production. In this case, light emission status information (e.g., color information using RGB, etc.) may be excluded from the prior stored information. Group information may refer to a group of cheering light devices (200) controlled to the same color at a specific moment or scene. That is, group information may be assigned so that multiple cheering light devices (200) controlled together to the same color at a specific scene have the same group information, and information regarding which color the group is controlled to may be excluded.

[0050] To this end, the cheering light device (200) may maintain the assigned group-specific light status information (e.g., color information) as empty data, or record only dummy data or temporary color information. That is, the actual group-specific color information can be transmitted in real time while the actual performance is in progress.

[0051] Therefore, in the present invention, colors can be varied by considering the atmosphere or situation at the venue during the actual performance production process, so flexible performance production is possible, unlike the method of storing all color information in the cheering device.

[0052] Control information regarding what color a specific group emits in a specific scene can be included in the control signal in real time during the process of performing the actual performance by the control unit (140).

[0053] If individual IDs are assigned to all cheering devices within the audience seating area and real-time light signals are transmitted individually for each ID, as in the existing method, there is a limit to the amount of data that can be transmitted via wireless RF, making smooth on-site performance impossible. Additionally, there are disadvantages such as the occurrence of many cheering devices becoming uncontrollable or the inability to create the intended audience seating image due to control signal delays. For example, in the case of a performance venue with 10,000 seats, the existing method was implemented by transmitting 10,000 RGB signal value data at every moment of performance to control each of the 10,000 cheering devices.

[0054] However, according to embodiments of the present invention, a plurality of cheering light-emitting devices (200) that are equally controlled for each scene are set as a group, and information regarding which group each individual cheering light-emitting device (200) belongs to for each scene during the performance time is stored in advance. Since the control device (100) transmits only color information for each group at the venue where the performance is performed, the amount of data transmitted by the control device (100) for each scene can be significantly reduced compared to the conventional method. For example, in the case of a performance venue consisting of 10,000 audience seats, if there are 20 groups of cheering light-emitting devices to emit the same color in a specific scene, it can be implemented by transmitting 20 RGB signal value data. Therefore, performance scenes within the same audience seats can be implemented with only 0.2% of the data transmission compared to the conventional method.

[0055] In some other embodiments, group assignment information pre-stored in a cheering light device may introduce and apply a virtual coordinate system to the entire seating area of a performance venue, thereby defining the entire seating area as a specific coordinate range. A single seat may have a specific xy coordinate value, or multiple adjacent seats may have the same xy coordinate value. Additionally, the location of the seats may be specified by introducing a coordinate system other than the generally used xy coordinate system.

[0056] In this manner, if part or all of the group assignment information stored in advance in individual cheering light devices is recorded as coordinate information, the performance production mapping data transmitted in real time at the performance site may include a control signal based on one or more specific coordinate values or specific coordinate ranges to identify cheering light devices emitting a specific color, thereby causing cheering light devices belonging to a said coordinate range to emit a specific color. That is, when group assignment information and group light color information are mapped to each other to constitute performance production mapping data, coordinate values or coordinate ranges may be provided instead of group assignment information. In this case, the cheering light device receives the performance production mapping data during the course of the performance, determines whether it is included in the specific group assignment information based on the coordinate value to which it belongs, and can emit the appropriate color accordingly. If group information based on a coordinate system set for the entire audience of the performance venue is stored in advance in a cheering light device, it is possible to create impromptu audience lighting effects with only a small amount of data transmission. That is, variable audience lighting effects can be achieved by generating or modifying performance lighting mapping data and broadcasting it so that only the cheering sticks within a specific coordinate range emit light in a predetermined color.

[0057] For example, if the entire audience seating area of a performance venue is defined in an xy coordinate system and a predetermined xy coordinate is assigned to each cheering light device in a specific performance performance section in advance, when performance performance mapping data is transmitted in which a specific coordinate range (e.g., {10, 10} to {20, 15}) is set to emit red (255, 0, 0) when implementing the performance performance section in real-time performance performance, multiple cheering light devices that receive this data can each determine whether they fall within the range from {10, 10} to {20, 15} based on the coordinate information assigned to them, and if they fall within this range, they can emit red.

[0058] Let us assume that, as illustrated in FIG. 13 in another embodiment, when a specific text (e.g., "BIGBANG IS VIP") and a specific shape and pattern displayed in the center audience seats are produced as a single production scene, the specific text is produced with a red (255, 0, 0) light pattern and the specific shape and pattern are produced with a green (0, 255, 0) light pattern. In this case, the conventional method involves producing the specific text, specific shape, and pattern as shown in FIG. 13 by individually transmitting RGB signal value data to all cheering devices regardless of information such as the specific pattern or light pattern of the production scene. However, the present invention is a method of controlling cheering light devices that emit light of the same color by grouping them into a single group and taking into account information such as the specific pattern or light pattern of the production scene. Accordingly, since cheering light devices that produce specific text in red (255, 0, 0) can be configured into one group and cheering light devices that produce specific shapes and patterns in green (0, 255, 0) can be configured into another group, a scene like that of FIG. 13 can be produced by transmitting only the RGB signal value data (red signal value and green signal value) for the two groups. As described above, the performance production method of the present invention can effectively transmit and receive data compared to the existing method of controlling cheering devices individually, so the frequency band can be used efficiently and it is also possible to control tens of thousands of cheering light devices simultaneously without delay.

[0059] As described above, according to an embodiment of the present invention, unlike conventional methods, the amount of data is significantly reduced during the wireless RF data transmission process, so it is possible to transmit the necessary data to all cheering light devices (200) in the audience seats without using the entire wireless bandwidth. In other words, since control signals can be transmitted to the cheering light devices (200) using only a portion of the total wireless bandwidth, the remaining bandwidth section is left unused and empty. Therefore, in one embodiment of the present invention, dynamic performance scenes can be created on the spot by utilizing the empty wireless bandwidth section. In one embodiment, the control device (100) can transmit new performance data or added or modified performance data to the cheering light devices (200) in advance through the empty wireless bandwidth section. For example, the control device (100) can calculate the time required to transmit data using the empty wireless bandwidth section, and perform the process of implementing the performance data based on the calculated time and transmitting it to the cheering light devices (200) in advance. Through this, new scenes can be implemented on the spot in addition to pre-determined scenes, allowing for the immediate design and modification of various performance effects at the venue.

[0060] In some other embodiments, the performance production mapping data transmitted in real time at the performance venue may further include dimming information required when each group emits light in a corresponding color. For example, when Group A emits light in a specific color during a specific performance stage (audience stage scene), if the lights must be turned on and off repeatedly at specific time intervals, transmitting the turning signals every time results in a large amount of signal being broadcast over a short period, which may cause processing delays even if the amount of signal that the receiving light stick must process increases. If the blinking interval is short, for example, 0.5 seconds or less, a certain delay may occur due to the characteristics of real-time signal processing, which may result in the implementation of unnatural performance scenes. Therefore, in a specific performance sequence where blinking is to be implemented, the performance sequence mapping data is transmitted only once at the initial start time, and the performance sequence mapping data includes information regarding the blinking interval and duration, so that a cheering light device belonging to a specific group that receives it can implement a cheering light sequence that blinks for a promised time.

[0061] FIG. 4 is a diagram showing the configuration of a cheering light-emitting device according to one embodiment of the present invention.

[0062] A cheering light-emitting device (200) according to one embodiment of the present invention may be in the form of a light-emitting cheering stick or a body-attached device that audience members can carry and participate in as part of the performance production. The cheering light-emitting device (200) may be mapped 1:1 to the audience seats and may perform the role of displaying images on the audience seats, such as a display, electronic display board, or media facade, in a state of blackout or equivalent to that of the performance hall.

[0063] In one embodiment, the cheering light device (200) may include audience performance data utilizing the cheering light device (200) in the audience seats in advance before the performance performance is performed.

[0064] In another embodiment, as previously described, the cheering light device (200) may store only group information regarding which group each cheering light device (200) belongs to for each scene prior to the performance. In this case, light emission status information (e.g., color information) may be excluded from the pre-stored information. The group information may refer to a group of cheering light devices controlled to the same color at a specific moment or scene.

[0065] To this end, the cheering light device (200) may maintain the light status information (e.g., lighting color information) assigned to each group as empty data, or may record only dummy data or temporary color information. That is, the actual lighting color information for each group may be transmitted in real time while the actual performance is being conducted.

[0066] In other words, group information can be assigned so that multiple cheering light devices controlled together in the same color during a specific scene share the same group information, while information regarding which color the group is controlled to can be excluded. Since colors can be varied during the actual performance production process to consider the atmosphere or situation at the venue, flexible performance production is possible, unlike the method of storing all color information in the cheering devices.

[0067] Referring to FIG. 4, a cheering light-emitting device (200) according to one embodiment of the present invention may include an information receiving unit (210), a storage unit (220), a control unit (230), and a light-emitting unit (240).

[0068] The information receiving unit (210) can receive information by connecting to another device. In one embodiment, the information receiving unit (210) may include a wired communication module or a wireless communication module, and may include, for example, an RF transmitter / receiver, Zigbee, Bluetooth, a WIFI module, etc.

[0069] The information receiving unit (210) can obtain group information mapped to the audience seat location information of itself (corresponding cheering light device) for each performance performance section from the performance performance mapping data stored in the control device (100). Alternatively, the information receiving unit (210) can obtain group information for each performance performance section based on the performance performance mapping data pre-set for the audience seat location information of itself (corresponding cheering light device) from the information processing device (300) to be described later.

[0070] In one embodiment, the information receiving unit (210) receives group information mapped to its own audience seat location information for each performance production section and can construct group mapping data as shown in Table 2 below.

[0071] Direction information (e.g., scene information) 1 2 3 4 5 … Group Information A C F G {15, 15} …

[0072] Table 2 above may be exemplary data of group information by scene for a specific cheering light device (200). The cheering light device (200) belongs to Group A in the first scene and can be controlled in the same way as other cheering light devices belonging to Group A. Additionally, when the scene is switched to the second scene, it can be controlled to Group C.

[0073] As described above, in the process of recording group information in advance on the cheering light device (200), only information about the group is stored, and the light state (e.g., color) in which Group A is illuminated may not be stored. Therefore, the control device (100) may generate light state information (e.g., color information) by referring to existing performance data and including it in the control signal, and then transmit it to all or some of the cheering light devices (200) deployed at the site. For example, during the preliminary performance planning process, Group A was defined to be controlled as red (255, 0, 0) in the first scene, but a control signal modified to control Group A as green (0, 255, 0) can be broadcast, taking into account the atmosphere at the site or interaction with the audience. At this time, since there is no change in the multiple cheering light devices belonging to group A that are controlled in green, the seating distribution of the multiple cheering light devices belonging to group A and the outline of the shape or pattern they form are maintained as they are, and only the color of the cheering light devices belonging to group A can be emitted in green.

[0074] In one embodiment, the outline of a shape or pattern implemented in the audience can be dynamically modified by transmitting the same color control signal between groups that were to be controlled as different groups. For example, the cheering light device seen in the third scene can be controlled as group F, and when the control device (100) transmits a control signal by designating group G, which is adjacent to group F, to the same color, multiple cheering light devices belonging to group F and group G can implement a new pattern or shape.

[0075] In some other embodiments, as in Scene 5, the format of the group assignment information may be coordinate-format information rather than a specific group code. As previously explained, the group assignment information stored in advance in the cheering light device may introduce and apply a virtual coordinate system to the entire audience area of the performance hall, thereby defining the entire audience area as a specific coordinate range. A single seat may have a specific xy coordinate value, or multiple adjacent seats may have the same xy coordinate value. Additionally, the location of the audience seats may be specified by introducing a coordinate system other than the generally used xy coordinate system. During the course of the performance, the cheering light device receives performance production mapping data, determines whether it is included in the specific group assignment information based on the coordinate value to which it belongs, and emits light in the appropriate color accordingly. For example, in the process of real-time performance direction, if the performance direction mapping data corresponding to the 5th scene is set so that it emits red (255, 0, 0) from {10, 10} to {20, 20}, a specific cheering light device (200) that receives this can determine that it falls within the range from {10, 10} to {20, 20} based on the coordinate information (15, 15) assigned to it, and then emit red, which is its color, in the 5th scene.

[0076] The storage unit (220) may be configured to include memory, cache, buffer, etc., and may store data received or generated from other components such as a cheering light-emitting device (200), a control device (100), or an information processing device (300). In one embodiment, the storage unit (220) may store audience seat location information of a performance venue received by the information receiving unit (210) and group mapping data according to the audience seat location information.

[0077] As described above, the mapping data information receiving unit (210) may receive the location information of the audience seats in the performance hall and the group mapping data corresponding to the location information of the audience seats from an external device (e.g., control device (100), information processing device (300), etc.) and store it in the storage unit (220). However, according to the embodiment, the audience may input performance ticket information through a PC or smart device, and the information receiving unit (210) may receive the group mapping data mapped to the input ticket information through a wired / wireless communication module and store it in the storage unit (220).

[0078] The control unit (230) can receive a control signal from the control device (100), and can selectively receive a control signal corresponding to the group information of the cheering light-emitting device (200). In one embodiment, the control unit (230) can selectively extract only the light-emitting state information corresponding to the group information of the cheering light-emitting device (200) from the control signal based on group mapping data according to the audience seat location information, and control the light-emitting unit (240) to operate according to the extracted light-emitting state information.

[0079] The light-emitting unit (240) may include one or more light source elements, and the light source elements may use, for example, a light-emitting diode (LED). Additionally, the light-emitting unit (240) may output light of various colors according to RGB color information using the light source elements.

[0080] FIG. 5 is a diagram showing the configuration of an information processing device according to one embodiment of the present invention.

[0081] Referring to FIG. 5, an information processing device (300) according to one embodiment of the present invention may be a device responsible for processing to input group information in advance into a cheering light-emitting device (200), and may include an information acquisition unit (310), an information processing unit (320), and an information recording unit (330).

[0082] The information acquisition unit (310) can acquire location information of the audience seats in the performance hall. The location information of the audience seats is location information of the audience seats where the cheering light device (200) is placed in the performance hall, and may be, for example, the seat number of the audience seats. Or it may be additional information set for identifying the location of the cheering light device (200) to be placed corresponding to each audience seat.

[0083] In one embodiment, the information acquisition unit (310) may acquire audience seat location information from a pre-issued performance ticket or from audience seat location information pre-set in a cheering light device (200). For example, audience seat location information may be extracted by recognizing electronic code information (401), such as a barcode or QR code, printed on an electronic performance ticket (400) issued on paper or a smart device, etc., or audience seat location information may be acquired through electronic code information embedded in the cheering light device (200) itself or identification information assigned to the cheering light device (200). Alternatively, audience seat location information may be acquired by receiving the seat number printed on the ticket directly from the user.

[0084] Additionally, the information acquisition unit (310) may be configured to include an optical scanner or kiosk capable of recognizing electronic code information such as barcodes, QR codes, etc. In this case, the information processing device (300) may recognize the electronic code information of the ticket directly from the information acquisition unit (310) and receive it through a physical medium or network. According to an embodiment, the information acquisition unit (310) may be configured separately from the information processing device (300).

[0085] The information processing unit (320) can retrieve performance production mapping data pre-set at a corresponding location based on the audience seat location information. In one embodiment, the information processing unit (320) can retrieve group information for each performance production scene mapped to the corresponding audience seat location information from the performance production mapping data stored in the database of the control device (100) or an external server. According to an embodiment, the information processing device (300) may receive and store performance production mapping data from the database of the control device (100) or an external server in advance.

[0086] In addition, the information processing unit (320) can be configured in a form that can provide the performance production scene and group information for each performance production scene mapped to the queried audience seat location information to the cheering light device (200) (e.g., group mapping data of Table 2 described above).

[0087] The information recording unit (330) can record group information independently assigned to each performance production scene and each of the performance production scenes based on performance production mapping data in a cheering light device (200) having the corresponding audience seat location information. Here, as described above, the information recording unit (330) may record only the group assignment information to which the cheering light device (200) belongs for each performance production scene as group information, and may not record the light state information corresponding to each group assignment information as group information. In this case, the light state information corresponding to each group assignment information may be maintained as empty data, or dummy data or temporary information may be recorded.

[0088] In one embodiment, the information recording unit (330) may be configured to include a communication device capable of easily and conveniently transmitting and receiving information, such as an RF tag device, an NFC input device, or an IR (infrared ray) device. In this case, the information processing device (300) can record performance production scenes mapped to audience seat location information and group information for each performance production scene to the cheering light device (200) by tagging the cheering light device (200) through the information recording unit (330). According to an embodiment, the information recording unit (330) may be configured separately from the information processing device (300).

[0089] In the case of the information processing device (300) according to one embodiment of the present invention described above, when a spectator arrives at the venue with a ticket and a cheering light device (200) to watch a specific performance, the ticket's consistency and validity are checked through the information acquisition unit (310). Once confirmed, the information processing unit (320) retrieves group information for each performance scene of the corresponding seat by querying the audience seating production data (performance production mapping data) that has been pre-planned for that performance session. The retrieved information is recorded in the cheering light device (200) through the information recording unit (330).

[0090] In another embodiment of the present invention, a user (e.g., a spectator) can directly query and record group information for each performance scene mapped to the corresponding audience seat location information on a cheering light device (200) without using an information processing device (300). For example, a spectator may input ticket information in paper or electronic form in advance via a PC or smart device, and based on the input ticket information, query audience seat production data (performance production mapping data) that is pre-planned for the corresponding performance session to obtain group information for each performance scene of the corresponding seat, and record the obtained information on the cheering light device (200) via a wired cable such as a short-range wireless communication module like NFC or Bluetooth or a micro 5-pin. In this process, data may be recorded by directly connecting a device such as a PC or laptop to the cheering light device via wired or wireless connection, or data may be recorded on the cheering light device via a smartphone from a PC or laptop. Additionally, group information may be recorded directly on the cheering light device via a wireless internet module from a smartphone. At this time, an application for executing the performance production method according to the present invention may be installed on a smart device such as a smartphone, and the process described above may be performed using such an application.

[0091] Meanwhile, when the information processing device (300) records group information for each performance scene in the cheering light device (200) as described above, the light-emitting part (240) of the cheering light device (200) can be illuminated with a preset color. Accordingly, it can be confirmed that the information has been successfully provided to the cheering light device (200) through the information processing device (300).

[0092] Hereinafter, a method for staging a performance in a performance venue according to the present invention, which is performed by a control device (100), a cheering light device (200), and an information processing device (300), will be described.

[0093] FIG. 6 is a flowchart showing a preliminary performance preparation process performed by a control device (100) as a performance production method in a performance venue according to one embodiment of the present invention.

[0094] Referring to FIG. 6, the information generation unit (110) of the control device (100) can generate a performance scene (performance scene; scene) to be staged using a cheering light device (200) placed in the audience seats during a performance at a performance venue (S100). At this time, the information generation unit (110) can configure at least one performance scene by considering the performance time or the performance scene to be expressed through the cheering light device (200), and each performance scene can be generated in correspondence with each performance stage section.

[0095] The information generation unit (110) can group the audience seats into multiple groups based on the light-emitting state information that can be organized into groups based on each performance scene generated for each performance section, thereby generating multiple groups for each performance scene for each performance section (S110).

[0096] In one embodiment, the information generation unit (110) can determine a plurality of group units based on audience seating arrangement information that can be composed of identical or similar light emission state information from each performance scene generated for each performance performance section, and can divide the audience seating into a plurality of groups corresponding to the determined plurality of group units and generate group information for each. For example, as shown in Table 1 above, if the first performance scene of the first performance performance section can be produced with five light emission state information (e.g., RGB color combination), the information generation unit (110) can divide the audience seating into five groups (e.g., A, B, C, D, E) based on the audience seating arrangement diagram and generate a plurality of groups for each performance information.

[0097] The information generation unit (110) can generate performance production mapping data for each performance production section by mapping a plurality of groups to each production scene for each performance production section based on audience seating arrangement information and light-emitting state information (S120).

[0098] In one embodiment, the performance production mapping data may be configured in the form of a corresponding mapping table by including each production scene to be produced for each performance production section and a plurality of group information generated corresponding to each production scene. Here, the group information may include group assignment information generated corresponding to the production scene, light emission state information to be produced in the corresponding group, and audience seat location information belonging to the corresponding group. The light emission state information is information indicating the light emission state output through the light source of the cheering light device (200), and may include color information such as RGB, light source brightness, light source blinking, blinking time, blinking speed, etc. For example, the performance production mapping data for each performance production section may be configured in the form of a table as shown in Table 1 above, but this is merely one example and is not limited thereto.

[0099] The information generation unit (110) can store performance direction mapping data for each performance direction section in the storage unit (120) (S130). According to the embodiment, the performance direction mapping data for each performance direction section may be transmitted to an external device and stored on the external device.

[0100] Although the steps S100 to S130 described above are explained as being performed by the control device (100), depending on the embodiment, they may be performed by a device capable of performing a simulation function configured separately from the control device (100) (hereinafter, simulation device). In this case, the simulation device may perform S100 to S130 and provide the performance production mapping data for each performance production section generated therefrom to the control device (100). In this case, the information generation unit (110) may acquire the performance production mapping data for each performance production section from the simulation device and store it in the storage unit (120).

[0101] FIG. 7 is a flowchart showing a preliminary performance preparation process performed by a cheering light device (200) as a performance production method in a performance venue according to one embodiment of the present invention.

[0102] Referring to FIG. 7, the information receiving unit (210) of the cheering light device (200) can obtain location information of the audience seats in the performance hall where the cheering light device (200) is to be placed (S200). Here, the location information of the audience seats is identification information of the audience seats that is pre-set according to the seating arrangement of the performance hall as described above, and may be, for example, the seat number of the audience seats. Alternatively, the location information of the audience seats may be additional information set for the identification of the location of the cheering light device (200) to be placed corresponding to each audience seat, and may be, for example, location information additionally set corresponding to the seat number of the audience seats.

[0103] In one embodiment, the information receiving unit (210) may obtain audience seat location information from ticket information issued in advance for a performance, or obtain audience seat location information using identification information pre-set in the cheering light device (200).

[0104] In another embodiment, the control device (100) or the information processing device (300) may read the location information of the audience seats from a ticket issued in advance for a performance and provide it to the information receiving unit (210). In this case, the information receiving unit (210) may obtain the location information of the audience seats from the control device (100) or the information processing device (300) and store it in the storage unit (220).

[0105] The information receiving unit (210) can obtain group information mapped to the audience seat location information where the cheering light device (200) is to be placed from the performance production mapping data for each performance production section, and can configure group mapping data according to the audience seat location information (S210). At this time, the information receiving unit (210) can query the performance production mapping data from the database of the control device (100), the information processing device (300), or an external server.

[0106] For example, when performance production mapping data is retrieved from a database of a control device (100), an information processing device (300), or an external server as shown in Table 1 above, the information receiving unit (210) can obtain group information (e.g., A) that is mapped to its own audience seat location information among a plurality of groups mapped to the first production information, and obtain group information (e.g., C) that is mapped to its own audience seat location information among a plurality of groups mapped to the second production information. Finally, the information receiving unit (210) can configure group mapping data corresponding to each production scene of the cheering light device (200) as shown in Table 2 above.

[0107] The information receiving unit (210) can store group mapping data according to the audience seat location information in the storage unit (220) (S220).

[0108] According to one embodiment of the present invention described above, the information receiving unit (210) of the cheering light device (200) is described as performing steps S200 to S220, but this is merely an example and the present invention is not limited thereto. Depending on the embodiment, steps S200 to S220 may be performed by a control device (100) or an information processing device (300) to provide group mapping data based on audience seat location information to the cheering light device (200). For example, the control device (100) or the information processing device (300) may extract audience seat location information for each cheering light device (200) from information set on a performance ticket or the cheering light device (200), query group information mapped to the extracted audience seat location information from performance production mapping data to generate group mapping data, and provide this to each cheering light device (200). Accordingly, the information receiving unit (210) of the cheering light-emitting device (200) can obtain group mapping data corresponding to its audience seat location information from the control device (100) or the information processing device (300) and store it in the storage unit (220).

[0109] The embodiment of FIG. 7 described above can be performed during the ticket inspection process prior to the performance, and the audience member who has completed steps S200 to S220 described above can enter the performance venue carrying a cheering light device (200) with group mapping data set corresponding to their seat location information and take their seat in the corresponding audience seat. Depending on the embodiment, the cheering light device (200) may be used instead of a performance ticket. In this case, the cheering light device (200) may be issued in advance instead of a ticket and distributed to the audience member with steps S200 to S220 described above already completed, and accordingly, the audience member may enter the performance venue immediately without needing to perform steps S200 to S220 during the ticket inspection process prior to the performance.

[0110] FIG. 8 is a flowchart illustrating a process performed during a performance as a method of directing a performance in a performance venue according to an embodiment of the present invention. The method of FIG. 8 can be performed by a control device (100) and a cheering light device (200).

[0111] A method for directing a performance in a performance venue according to one embodiment of the present invention may perform the process of setting a cheering light device (200) into a group in advance as described above, and generating performance directing mapping data based on information about the group. In one embodiment, a control device (100) may selectively turn on or off a plurality of cheering light devices (200) corresponding to individual seats in the performance venue to implement an image (performance scene) on the audience seats of the performance venue during a specific performance directing section. In order to achieve this, some cheering light devices (200) that emit the same color during a specific performance directing section among the plurality of cheering light devices (200) may be set into the same group and assigned the same group assignment information. Furthermore, the control device (100) may generate performance directing mapping data by linking the group assignment information during a specific performance directing section with the group light color information regarding the light color of the group. In addition, according to one embodiment of the present invention, group assignment information of performance production mapping data corresponding to seat location information within the auditorium obtained by the information processing device (300) based on ticket information can be recorded in a plurality of cheering light devices (200).

[0112] Subsequently, when a performance takes place at the performance venue, the control device (100) can wirelessly transmit performance direction mapping data corresponding to a specific performance direction section during the performance process in accordance with the performance direction sequence. Multiple cheering light devices (200) can light up according to group light color information corresponding to the group assignment information recorded in each of the received performance direction mapping data, thereby creating an image (performance scene) on the audience seats of the performance venue. The performance direction method performed during the performance will be described in detail below.

[0113] Referring to FIG. 8, the control unit (140) of the control device (100) can generate control signals for each group mapped to the direction information to be directed in the corresponding performance direction section (corresponding performance direction scene) according to the progress of the performance based on preset performance direction mapping data (S300).

[0114] In one embodiment, when a performance production section is determined by a predetermined condition, the control unit (140) may obtain a plurality of group information mapped to the performance production section determined from the performance production mapping data and generate a control signal for each group. Here, the predetermined condition may be determined by the order set in the performance production mapping data as time passes while the performance at the performance venue proceeds, or it may be determined by receiving a performance production request signal requesting a specific performance production section (specific production scene) from a user (e.g., a performance director, etc.). Taking the example of a case where performance production mapping data for each performance production section is generated as shown in Table 1 above, when it is determined to produce a second production scene corresponding to the second performance production section as the performance proceeds, the control unit (140) may obtain three groups (e.g., A, B, C) mapped to the second production scene and corresponding light emission state information (e.g., RGB color information). Subsequently, the control unit (140) can generate a control signal including the determined performance stage information (e.g., second performance stage), and a plurality of group information mapped thereto (e.g., three group assignment information and corresponding light emission status information for each group).

[0115] Additionally, the control unit (140) may generate a control signal for controlling the cheering light device (200) in real time according to the communication status, the performance scene, etc. In one embodiment, when a performance director wishes to control the performance scene of a specific performance section in real time or change a preset performance scene, the control unit (140) may generate a control signal including control information to be controlled for each of the multiple groups mapped to the specific performance section. For example, if the performance scene of a specific performance section is mapped only to multiple groups and the light state information for each group is not set, the control unit (140) may control the cheering light device (200) for each group in real time by generating a control signal by configuring the light state information of the cheering light device (200) for each group during the performance according to the performance scene to be performed. Alternatively, if the director wishes to change the preset light state information (e.g., RGB color information) for each group mapped to the specific performance section to perform, the control unit (140) may configure the control signal by changing the light state information (e.g., RGB color information) for each group. Accordingly, in the embodiment of the present invention, since the light emission status information of the cheering light device (200) can be controlled in real time for each group, there is an effect of being able to provide various performance scenes.

[0116] The control unit (140) can broadcast group-specific control signals generated according to the direction information of the corresponding performance direction section via wireless communication (S310).

[0117] In one embodiment, the control unit (140) can transmit control signals generated for each group using different frequency bands. For example, the control signal of the first group can be transmitted through the first frequency band, and the control signal of the second group can be transmitted through the second frequency band.

[0118] The control unit (230) of the cheering light device (200) can selectively receive a control signal from the control device (100) (S320).

[0119] In one embodiment, the control unit (230) can query its own group information mapped to the corresponding performance production section from group mapping data mapped according to its own audience seat location information stored in the storage unit (220), and selectively receive only the control signal corresponding to its own group information among the broadcasted control signals.

[0120] The light-emitting part (240) of the cheering light-emitting device (200) can optionally operate according to the light-emitting state information of the cheering light-emitting device (200) corresponding to its own group information based on a received control signal (S330).

[0121] In one embodiment, the control unit (230) can retrieve light emission state information (e.g., RGB color information) mapped to its own group information from group mapping data mapped according to its own audience seat location information stored in the storage unit (220), and thereby control the light emission of the light emission unit (240). In another embodiment, if the light emission state information is included in the control signal selectively received by the control unit (230), the control unit (230) can control the light emission of the light emission unit (240) during the corresponding performance stage based on the light emission state information (e.g., RGB color information) included in the control signal.

[0122] In addition, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the control device (100) can receive a signal from a central control device and operate in synchronization with sound devices, lighting devices, etc., within the performance hall. In this case, the control device (100) and the cheering light device (200) can receive a synchronization signal from the central control device and automatically proceed with steps S300 to S330 in synchronization with sound devices, lighting devices, etc., within the performance hall.

[0123] FIG. 9 is a flowchart showing an example of a process performed during a performance by a control device (100) as a method of directing a performance in a performance venue according to one embodiment of the present invention.

[0124] Referring to FIG. 9, the control unit (140) of the control device (100) can determine group-specific control information in the corresponding performance performance section (corresponding performance performance scene) according to the progress of the performance based on performance performance mapping data (S400).

[0125] Here, the performance production mapping data may be information that maps group-specific control information for controlling the cheering light devices (200) by group, corresponding to each performance production scene in each performance production section, by generating performance scenes to be produced using cheering light devices (200) placed in the audience seats of the performance venue as described above. Additionally, the group-specific control information may include group information (e.g., group assignment information) generated by grouping cheering light devices (200) composed of the same light state information based on each performance scene generated in each performance production section, and light state information for each group information.

[0126] In one embodiment, the control unit (140) may determine the corresponding performance performance section based on the order of the performance performance sections set in the performance performance mapping data, or determine the corresponding performance performance section based on a performance performance request signal received from a user. When the corresponding performance performance section is determined, the control unit (140) of the control device (100) may obtain group-specific control information mapped to the corresponding performance performance section based on the performance performance mapping data.

[0127] The control unit (140) of the control device (100) can generate a control signal based on information about the performance production section and group-specific control information in the performance production section (S410).

[0128] In one embodiment, the control unit (140) may generate a control signal including light-emitting state information pre-set for each group in the corresponding performance stage. Alternatively, it may generate a control signal by configuring light-emitting state information for each group in real time based on group information mapped to the corresponding performance stage. In this case, since the light-emitting state information of the cheering light device (200) can be controlled for each group in real time, it has the effect of providing various performance scenes.

[0129] The control unit (140) of the control device (100) can broadcast a control signal to a cheering light device (200) inside the performance hall via wireless communication (S420).

[0130] A cheering light-emitting device (200) according to one embodiment of the present invention is mapped based on the location information of the audience seats in a performance venue, and since group control information generated for each performance production section based on the mapped audience seat location information is stored in advance in a storage unit (220), it can selectively extract its own group control information (e.g., group assignment information and light-emitting state information) from a control signal broadcast from a control unit (140), and can control the light-emitting state according to its extracted group control information (e.g., light-emitting state information).

[0131] In addition, the control unit (140) of the control device (100) groups the cheering light devices (200) based on the audience seat location information where the cheering light devices (200) are mapped, and generates group-specific control information. Therefore, instead of controlling all cheering light devices (200) in the performance hall individually, it is possible to control cheering light devices (200) belonging to the same group as a single unit. Accordingly, even if there are thousands to tens of thousands of cheering light devices (200) in the performance hall, they can be efficiently controlled by group.

[0132] FIG. 10 is a flowchart showing an example of a process performed during a performance by a cheering light device (200) as a method of performance production in a performance venue according to an embodiment of the present invention.

[0133] Referring to FIG. 10, a plurality of cheering light-emitting devices (200) can receive a first control signal transmitted from a control device (100) in order to implement a first performance scene (first performance section) on the audience seats (S500).

[0134] A plurality of cheering light devices (200) can retrieve group assignment information in a first performance scene that is pre-stored in each of the plurality of cheering light devices (200) (S510).

[0135] At this time, each of the plurality of cheering light devices (200) is mapped based on the location information of the audience seats in the performance hall, and group control information (e.g., group assignment information) generated for each performance scene based on each of the mapped audience seat location information is stored in advance. In an example, group mapping data including group control information for each performance scene as shown in Table 2 is stored in the storage unit (220) of the cheering light device (200). Accordingly, each of the plurality of cheering light devices (200) can obtain its own group assignment information mapped to the first performance scene from the group mapping data stored in the storage unit (220).

[0136] Among the plurality of cheering light devices (200), in the first performance scene, the 1A cheering light device group having the same group assignment information can emit light in the same state (e.g., color) based on the same light state information (e.g., same light color information) according to the first control signal (S520).

[0137] In one embodiment, the first control signal may include a plurality of group assignment information paired with each other to implement a first performance scene and light emission state information (group light emission color information) for each of the plurality of groups. Additionally, the first control signal may include light emission state information for a first B cheering light device group having group assignment information different from that of a first A cheering light device group in the first performance scene.

[0138] After receiving a first control signal from the control device (100), the multiple cheering light devices (200) can receive a second control signal transmitted from the control device (100) in order to implement a second performance scene (second performance section) different from the first performance scene on the audience (S530).

[0139] In this case, the plurality of cheering light devices (200) retrieve group assignment information in the second performance scene that is pre-stored in each of the plurality of cheering light devices (200) (S540), and among the plurality of cheering light devices (200), the 2A cheering light device group having the same group assignment information in the second performance scene can emit light in the same state (e.g., color) based on the same light state information (e.g., same group light color information) according to the second control signal (S550).

[0140] Here, the second control signal may include a plurality of group assignment information paired together to implement a second performance scene and light emission state information (group light emission color information) for each of the plurality of groups. Additionally, the plurality of cheering light devices (200) belonging to the 1A cheering light device group and the 2A cheering light device group, respectively, may be different from each other.

[0141] In this embodiment, a plurality of cheering light-emitting devices (200) correspond to individual seats in a performance hall and light up or turn off independently of each other to create an image (performance scene) on the seats of the performance hall, and among the group assignment information and group light-emitting color information connected in pairs to create a first performance scene or a second performance scene, the group assignment information is stored in advance before receiving a first control signal or a second control signal.

[0142] For example, in the case of the first cheering light device among the plurality of cheering light devices (200), group light color information corresponding to the group assignment information in the first control signal is obtained based on group assignment information that is pre-recorded in itself in correspondence with the first performance scene, and can emit light in a predetermined color in the first performance scene in correspondence with the obtained group light color information. At this time, if the second cheering light device among the plurality of cheering light devices (200) includes the same group assignment information as the first cheering light device, the second cheering light device can emit light in the same color as the first cheering light device in the first performance scene. On the other hand, if the second cheering light device includes group assignment information different from the first cheering light device, the second cheering light device can emit light in a different color from the first cheering light device in the first performance scene.

[0143] FIG. 11 is a flowchart showing an example of a preliminary performance preparation process performed by an information processing device (300) as a performance production method in a performance venue according to an embodiment of the present invention.

[0144] Referring to FIG. 11, an information processing device (300) reads electronic information (e.g., seat information of the audience) included in an admission ticket to obtain location information of the audience (S600), and based on the obtained location information of the audience, can retrieve performance production mapping data pre-set for individual seat locations corresponding to the location (S610).

[0145] The information processing device (300) can record group assignment information, which is independently assigned to each of the multiple performance scenes and each of the multiple performance scenes, on the first cheering light device (200) among the multiple cheering light devices (200) based on the performance production mapping data (S620). Here, the group assignment information may be a group formed by setting a portion of the multiple cheering light devices (200) that emit light of the same color corresponding to the image to be implemented on the audience seats for each of the multiple performance scenes. That is, the group assignment information of the first cheering light device (200) may include identification information for different multiple performance scenes and mapping information for the group to which the first cheering light device (200) belongs in each performance scene.

[0146] In one embodiment, some of the plurality of cheering light devices (200) may have the same group assignment information. Additionally, the same group assignment information is assigned to cheering light devices (200) that emit light in the same light state for each of the plurality of performance scenes, and the plurality of cheering light devices (200) having the same group assignment information may differ from each other for each of the plurality of performance scenes. For example, in the first performance scene, the first group assignment information may be assigned to the cheering light device (200) that emits light in the first light state, and the second group assignment information may be assigned to the cheering light device (200) that emits light in the second light state. Furthermore, the cheering light device (200) belonging to the first group in the first performance scene and the cheering light device (200) belonging to the first group in the second performance scene may differ from each other.

[0147] A cheering light device (200) recording multiple performance scenes and group assignment information independently assigned to each of the multiple performance scenes can be distributed by matching it to the audience seat location information. For example, an audience member who has completed steps S600 to S620 may enter the performance venue carrying a cheering light device (200) recording group assignment information for each of the multiple performance scenes corresponding to their audience seat location information and position themselves in the corresponding audience seat. According to an embodiment, the cheering light device (200) may be issued in advance and distributed to the audience members in a state where steps S600 to S620 have been completed in advance.

[0148] FIG. 12 is a flowchart showing another example of a preliminary performance preparation process performed by an information processing device (300) as a performance production method in a performance venue according to one embodiment of the present invention.

[0149] In one embodiment of the present invention, a spectator to watch a specific performance may arrive at the performance venue carrying a cheering light device (200) that was purchased or distributed in advance along with a performance ticket in paper or electronic form issued in advance, and at the performance venue, a performance operator may provide information for a performance scene in the audience seats of the performance venue to the cheering light device (200) carried by the spectator through an information processing device (300).

[0150] Referring to FIG. 12, a spectator can provide a pre-issued performance ticket to the performance operator (S700).

[0151] In one embodiment, a spectator may provide a performance operator with a ticket containing electronic code information, such as a barcode or QR code, which is printed on paper or issued via a smart device. Here, the electronic code information may be seat information of the performance venue, such as a seat number where the spectator will be seated during the performance.

[0152] The performance operator can obtain audience seat location information by recognizing electronic code information included in the ticket through an information processing device (300) (S710).

[0153] In one embodiment, a performance operator can recognize ticket information through an information acquisition unit (310) of an information processing device (300) composed of a device such as an optical scanner or kiosk capable of recognizing electronic code information, and can confirm the audience seat location information of the audience. At this time, the audience seat location information is information corresponding to the seat number where the audience will sit during the performance, and can be used as information to identify the location of the cheering light device (200) held by the audience based on this. In other words, since the cheering light device (200) is mapped and placed 1:1 with the seats in the audience, the audience can obtain its own audience seat location information from the audience ticket information.

[0154] The performance operator can retrieve group information for each performance scene mapped to audience seat location information from performance direction mapping data pre-planned for the performance session through the information processing device (300) (S720).

[0155] In one embodiment, the performance operator can access a database of an external server or a control device (100) that stores performance production mapping data for the corresponding performance session through the information processing unit (320) of the information processing device (300), provide audience seat location information obtained from ticket information, and query the performance production mapping data for the corresponding performance session that is pre-mapped to the corresponding location based on the provided audience seat location information.

[0156] The performance operator can obtain group information for each performance production scene that is pre-mapped to the audience seat location information through the information processing device (300) (S730).

[0157] In one embodiment, the performance operator can receive group information for each performance production scene that is pre-mapped to audience seat location information from a database of an external server or a control device (100) through the information processing unit (320) of the information processing device (300).

[0158] The performance operator can record information on the performance stage of the corresponding performance, which is pre-mapped to the audience seat location information through the information processing device (300), and group information for each performance stage, on the cheering light device (200) held by the audience (S740).

[0159] In one embodiment, the performance operator can provide information on the performance scene of the corresponding performance session and group information for each performance scene to the cheering light device (200) by tagging the cheering light device (200) provided by the audience through the information recording unit (330) of the information processing device (300) composed of devices such as an RF tag device, an NFC input device, and an IR (infrared ray) device.

[0160] A spectator can enter the performance hall carrying a cheering light device (200) containing information recorded in step S740 and position themselves in the audience seat corresponding to the ticket information.

[0161] FIG. 13 is a drawing illustrating an example of a performance scene staged in the audience seats of a performance hall according to one embodiment of the present invention.

[0162] In one embodiment, the control device (100) can pre-configure a performance scene to be staged in the audience seats using a cheering light device (200) based on the location information of the audience seats. At this time, a plurality of performance scenes can be configured according to the scenes to be staged during the performance. FIG. 13 shows an example of one performance scene (500, hereinafter referred to as the first performance scene) among the plurality of performance scenes. The first performance scene (500) consists of a specific text (501) of "BIGBANG IS VIP" displayed along the circular audience seats and a specific shape (502) displayed in the center area of the audience seats. Based on the first performance scene (500), the control device (100) can group cheering light devices (200) that are composed of the same light-emitting state information (e.g., color information) to create a plurality of groups for the first performance scene (500). For example, each character included in a specific text ("BIGBANG IS VIP") (501) can be organized into a group, and a specific shape (502) can be organized into a group. At this time, each group may include a plurality of cheering light devices (200) located in the audience seats that display the corresponding character or shape. That is, the control device (100) can group the cheering light devices (200) in the audience seats into a first group to an nth group based on the location information of the audience seats, taking into account the performance pattern (e.g., color information) of the first performance scene (500).

[0163] The cheering light device (200) can be placed by mapping it 1:1 to the audience seats of the performance venue, and stores group information assigned to each performance scene in advance based on the location information of the audience seats before the performance. For example, the first cheering light device (510) can be set to belong to the first group in the first performance scene (500) based on its own audience seat location information.

[0164] When the performance proceeds, the control device (100) can generate a control signal based on group information set for each pre-configured performance scene and broadcast it via wireless communication. For example, when the first performance scene (500) is performed during the performance, the control device (100) can generate and transmit a control signal containing light emission status information (e.g., color information) for each of the first to n groups set for the first performance scene (500). At this time, the light emission status for each group can be controlled in real time or the performance scene can be changed dynamically by considering the atmosphere or performance effects of the performance venue. For example, the control device (100) can control the light emission status of the cheering light device (200) belonging to the first group by changing the red color information pre-set for the first group to green in real time at the venue and transmitting a control signal. Alternatively, the outline of the form implemented in the first group and the second group can be dynamically modified by transmitting a control signal with the same color information instead of the color information pre-set for each of the first and second groups that are adjacent to each other.

[0165] When the cheering light device (200) receives a control signal from the control device (100) that includes group-specific light state information (e.g., color information) for the first performance scene (500), it may operate according to the light state information (e.g., color information) corresponding to the group assignment information in the first performance scene (500) that is stored in advance in the cheering light device (200). For example, since the group assignment information for the first cheering light device (510) is assigned in advance as belonging to the first group in the first performance scene (500) prior to the performance, when it receives a control signal for the first performance scene (500) from the control device (100), it may operate according to the light state information (e.g., color information) set for the first group among the control signals.

[0166] FIG. 14 is a drawing for explaining group information of a performance scene staged in the audience seats of a performance venue according to one embodiment of the present invention.

[0167] Each performance scene according to one embodiment of the present invention may be expressed by grouping into a plurality of groups, and each group may be configured to include group assignment information and light emission state information (e.g., color information) corresponding to said group assignment information. For convenience of explanation, FIG. 14 is a drawing showing only some groups in a performance scene composed of the first group to the nth group. In this embodiment, a method of configuring the seats of the audience seating area into a single group by grouping them into specific configuration units is described. For example, each of the first to fourth groups (600 to 603) is configured by dividing the seats of the audience seating area into MxN configuration units. In this case, each of the first to fourth groups (600 to 603) may be performed with different color information from each other, or may be performed with the same color information from each other. In addition, one group may be further composed of sub-groups. For example, the fourth group (603) may include sub-groups 4-1 to 4-n, and each sub-group may be composed of 1xN configuration units. When subgroups are included in this way, various effects such as gradients, waves, and sequential lighting and extinguishing can be achieved even within a single group.

[0168] According to one embodiment of the present invention as described above, since each performance scene can be formed by partitioning it into specific compositional units, it is easy to modify or change the performance scene in real time during the performance. Therefore, in the case of a performance that prioritizes the atmosphere of the venue, interaction with the audience, and dynamic performance effects, it is effective to form groups in advance into specific compositional units to configure the performance data of the audience.

[0169] The steps of the method or algorithm described in connection with embodiments of the present invention may be implemented directly in hardware, implemented as a software module executed by hardware, or implemented by a combination thereof. The software module may reside in RAM (Random Access Memory), ROM (Read Only Memory), EPROM (Erasable Programmable ROM), EEPROM (Electrically Erasable Programmable ROM), Flash Memory, a hard disk, a removable disk, a CD-ROM, or any form of computer-readable recording medium well known in the art to which the present invention belongs.

[0170] Although embodiments of the present invention have been described above with reference to the attached drawings, those skilled in the art will understand that the present invention may be implemented in other specific forms without altering its technical concept or essential features. Therefore, the embodiments described above should be understood as illustrative in all respects and not restrictive.
