Description

Technology Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a pretreatment system for pretreating a raw material to be processed into a state suitable for a subsequent process by cutting, peeling, or crushing it. More specifically, the invention relates to a pretreatment system equipped with an inertia power assist and shaving mechanism configured to efficiently remove the outer layer, tissue, or surface layer of the raw material to be processed through the cooperative action of a shaving rotor and a stator, while mitigating rotational deceleration in high-load sections through an inertia power assist structure utilizing a flywheel.

[0002] The present invention relates to a pretreatment system configured to selectively perform wet processing or dry processing depending on the type, physical properties, and operating conditions of the raw material to be processed, and to a pretreatment technology designed to be applicable to various raw materials to be processed, such as metallic raw materials, composite material raw materials, organic raw materials, and raw materials to be ground. Background Technology

[0004] Pretreatment processes that remove the outer shell, tissue, or surface layer of raw materials, or crush them to a size smaller than a certain threshold, are widely utilized across various industrial fields to process raw materials into a state suitable for subsequent processes. These pretreatment processes are performed in different ways depending on the type and physical properties of the raw materials to be treated, such as metallic, composite, organic, or mixed materials, and various devices based on cutting, peeling, grinding, or crushing have been proposed.

[0005] Conventional pretreatment devices generally had a structure that mechanically broke down raw materials using rotary blades, hammers, rollers, or simple crushing blades, and there was a problem in that the cutting efficiency varied significantly depending on the strength, thickness, or constituent material of the raw material to be processed. In particular, when a high load occurred instantaneously during the cutting or crushing process, the rotational speed of the drive motor dropped sharply or overcurrent occurred, frequently hindering the stable operation of the device.

[0006] Accordingly, some devices attempted to cope with load fluctuations by excessively increasing the capacity of the reduction gear or applying high-output motors, but these methods had limitations, leading to larger device sizes, increased energy consumption, and higher equipment costs. In addition, in structures where the cutting load is concentrated at a specific rotational position or on a specific cutting element, localized wear progressed rapidly, causing a problem of shortened maintenance cycles.

[0007] Meanwhile, although wet or dry processing is often required depending on the characteristics of the raw materials to be processed, a significant portion of conventional technologies are designed based on structures optimized for specific operating conditions, which has limited the flexible application of the same device to various operating environments. For example, devices designed for wet processing necessarily involve liquid inflow and circulation structures, making them difficult to apply to dry operations; conversely, devices designed for dry processing often have limitations in terms of dust dispersion, heat generation, or the handling of cutting byproducts.

[0008] Furthermore, if powder or crushed particles generated during cutting or crushing processes become adhered to or accumulate inside the device, it can lead to clogging, accelerated wear, or performance degradation. These problems can be exacerbated, particularly when processing raw materials containing metallic components, due to the adsorption of magnetic particles. Consequently, there is a continuously increasing demand for pretreatment systems that simultaneously satisfy structural stability and long-term continuous operation.

[0009] As such, there is a technical need for a pretreatment system that can respond to changes in the type and physical properties of the raw material to be processed, effectively mitigate variations in cutting load, and be applicable to both wet and dry operating environments, but conventional technology has had limitations in providing a pretreatment system that structurally satisfies these requirements. Prior art literature

[0011] Korean Register No. 10-2699845 (Waste Battery Dismantling System) The problem to be solved

[0012] One objective of the present invention is to provide a pretreatment system capable of structurally mitigating rotational deceleration and drive system burdens caused by variations in cutting load, so as to enable stable pretreatment even in environments where the type, physical properties, and operating conditions of the raw materials to be processed differ.

[0013] In addition, the present invention has another objective of providing a pretreatment system that can mitigate the phenomenon of load concentration on specific cutting elements or accelerated local wear by enabling continuous and uniform processing through shaving-based cutting and peeling actions, rather than simply cutting the outer shell, tissue, or surface layer of the raw material to be processed.

[0014] In addition, the present invention has another objective of providing a pretreatment system that can flexibly respond to both operating environments requiring cooling and dust suppression using a liquid phase and operating environments requiring direct cutting without a liquid phase by configuring it so that wet processing or dry processing can be performed selectively.

[0015] Furthermore, the present invention has an additional objective of providing a pretreatment system capable of long-term continuous operation by suppressing the phenomenon in which particles containing crushed material, powder, or metal components generated during the cutting process adhere or accumulate inside the device, thereby mitigating clogging inside the device, performance degradation, or increased maintenance frequency.

[0016] The present invention aims not only to solve these problems individually but also to implement a pretreatment system capable of responding to various raw materials and operating conditions by organically combining the cooperative action of the shaving rotor and the stator, a flywheel structure for assisting inertial power, and a pretreatment housing structure capable of selecting wet or dry operation. means of solving the problem

[0018] A pretreatment system equipped with an inertia power assist and shaving mechanism according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a pretreatment housing having an inlet for introducing a raw material to be processed, and having a processing space formed therein so that the raw material to be processed can be moved and processed by rotational flow or stirring, wherein the processing space is configured such that wet processing can be performed by introducing a liquid or dry processing can be performed without introducing a liquid; a shaving rotor formed to cut or peel off the outer skin, tissue, or surface layer of the raw material to be processed, comprising a rotor body formed with an axial step to have a plurality of diameter sections and a plurality of cutting tips arranged discontinuously in a stepped manner along a spiral trajectory along the outer surface of the rotor body, such that an overlapping section is formed between adjacent arrangements; and a stator disposed inside the pretreatment housing, facing the outer surface of the shaving rotor, and forming a gap with the tip of the cutting tip. An offset drive tower disposed on the outer side of the pretreatment housing and having, inside, a reduction gear connected to the rotation axis of the shaving rotor and a flywheel coupled to at least one of the output side rotating body of the reduction gear or the rotation axis of the shaving rotor to form rotational inertia; and a power transmission member disposed between the output side rotating body of the reduction gear and the rotation axis of the shaving rotor and having at least one of a chain, belt, shaft, link, or coupling that transmits rotational torque to the shaving rotor.

[0019] A discharge port is formed at the bottom of the pretreatment housing so that crushed material or powder generated from the raw material to be processed, cut by the shaving rotor, is discharged downwards, and when the operation is performed, The crushed material or powder generated from the raw material to be processed can be discharged through the outlet without supplying a liquid fluid, and when wet operation is performed, the liquid fluid supplied together with the crushed material or powder generated from the raw material to be processed can be discharged together through the outlet, and the flywheel can be configured to store rotational energy during low-speed driving and then mitigate the deceleration of the shaving rotor by rotational inertia in the high-load cutting or crushing section.

[0020] The above stator may include a plurality of multi-angle adjustable cutting bars in the shape of straight bars with a square cross section, which are disposed inside the pretreatment housing and have a portion protruding outwardly.

[0021] The plurality of multi-angle adjustable cutting bars may be spaced apart along the inner circumferential direction of the pretreatment housing and may be detachably attached by magnets, and any one or more of the multi-angle adjustable cutting bars may be selected and arranged, and the selected multi-angle adjustable cutting bars may be arranged at the same shape angle or at different shape angles.

[0022] Depending on the shape angle of the plurality of multi-angle adjustable cutting bars, a gap may be formed between the rotational trajectory of the cutting tip end of the shaving rotor and the opposing surface of the multi-angle adjustable cutting bar, and between the cutting tip end of the shaving rotor and the multi-angle adjustable cutting bar, a safety gap in the range of 1.0 mm to 5.0 mm may be formed based on the distance between the cutting tip end of the plurality of cutting tips and the opposing surface of the multi-angle adjustable cutting bar.

[0023] The flywheel is configured to have a mass in the range of 80 kg to 150 kg, and the offset drive tower is positioned at a location spaced apart from the centerline of the rotation axis of the shaving rotor, so as to be configured to mitigate vibration and peak load in the rotational torque transmission path.

[0024] On at least one of the inner surface of the pretreatment housing and the surface of the shaving rotor, a lining layer formed of a non-magnetic material or a ceramic thermal spray coating layer may be formed so as to suppress the adhesion of metal crush particles or magnetic particles separated from the raw material to be processed.

[0025] The shaving rotor may include a first row of triangular blades and a second row of triangular blades having a double-row structure spaced apart along the rotational direction at the bottom of the rotor body, and the first row of triangular blades and the second row of triangular blades may be arranged to have a phase offset of 11.25° with respect to the rotational direction of the shaving rotor.

[0026] The stator may be formed by dividing it into a plurality of stator segments along the circumferential direction, and each of the plurality of stator segments has its lower end seated in a wedge-shaped groove with a 15° incline formed in a lower base, and a plurality of vertical tie rods coupled to an upper mastering member may be connected to the upper ends of the plurality of stator segments to apply an axial pressure, and the stator segments may be configured to be guided radially along the inclined surface of the wedge-shaped groove by the axial pressure so as to self-align. Effects of the invention

[0028] According to the present invention, the outer layer, tissue, or surface layer of the raw material to be processed is continuously and uniformly cut or peeled through the cooperative action of the shaving rotor and the stator, thereby mitigating the phenomenon of load concentration on a single cutting element and providing the effect of simultaneously improving cutting efficiency and processing stability.

[0029] In addition, the reaction force and load generated during the cutting process are spatially distributed by the axial step structure of the rotor body and the stepped discontinuous arrangement of the cutting tip, thereby suppressing local overload at specific locations and ensuring uniform wear of the cutting tip and stator, which provides the effect of improving the lifespan and maintenance cycle of the device.

[0030] In addition, since the rotational inertia accumulated in the low-speed driving section by the inertia power assist structure using a flywheel is utilized in the high-load cutting or crushing section, the reduction in the rotational speed of the shaving rotor is mitigated, and the peak load instantaneously applied to the drive motor is reduced. Accordingly, stable pre-processing operation becomes possible without applying an excessively high-output motor or a large reduction gear.

[0031] Furthermore, by positioning the drive system apart from the centerline of the rotation axis of the shaving rotor through the offset drive tower structure, vibrations and shocks occurring in the power transmission path are mitigated, and the durability and operational stability of the entire drive system are improved.

[0032] In addition, the present invention is configured to allow for selective wet and dry operation, thereby flexibly responding to both operating environments requiring cooling and dust suppression using a liquid phase, and operating environments requiring direct cutting without a liquid phase. Accordingly, it provides the effect of enabling a single pretreatment system to be applied to various processing conditions and process flows.

[0033] Meanwhile, by selectively forming a non-magnetic lining or a ceramic thermal spray coating layer on the surface of the pretreatment housing and shaving rotor, the adhesion of metal components or magnetic particles separated from the raw material to be processed is suppressed, and the effect of mitigating clogging, accelerated wear, and performance degradation inside the device is provided.

[0034] As a result, the present invention enables stable pretreatment even in various operating environments, such as changes in the type and physical properties of the raw material to be processed, differences in wet and dry operating conditions, and fluctuations in cutting load, thereby providing the effect of comprehensively improving the reliability, energy efficiency, and operational continuity of the pretreatment process.

[0035] The effects of the present invention are not limited to those mentioned above, and other unmentioned effects will be clearly understood by a person skilled in the art from the description below. Brief explanation of the drawing

[0044] Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. However, the present invention is not limited to the following embodiments, and various modifications are possible within the scope of the technical concept of the present invention.

[0046] Referring to FIGS. 1 to 6, a pretreatment system having an inertia power assist and shaving mechanism according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a pretreatment housing (100) having an inlet (101) into which a raw material to be processed is introduced and a processing space formed inside so that the raw material to be processed can be moved and processed; a shaving rotor (200) comprising a rotor body (220) which is disposed on the upper interior of the pretreatment housing (100) and coupled to rotate around a rotation axis (210) and formed with a step in the axial direction to have a plurality of diameter sections, and a plurality of cutting tips (230) which are discontinuously arranged in a stepped manner along a spiral trajectory along the outer surface of the rotor body (220); a stator (300) disposed on the inner side of the pretreatment housing (100) and facing the outer surface of the shaving rotor (200) to form a gap with the tip portion of the cutting tip (230); and a shaving device disposed on the outer side of the pretreatment housing (100) and inside It includes an offset drive tower (400) having a reduction gear connected to the rotation axis (210) of a rotor (200) and a flywheel coupled to form rotational inertia, and a power transmission member (500) disposed between the output side rotating body of the reduction gear and the rotation axis (210) of the shaving rotor (200) to transmit rotational torque to the shaving rotor (200).

[0047] The pretreatment housing (100) includes an inlet (101) into which a raw material to be processed is introduced, and a processing space is formed inside so that wet processing or dry processing can be selectively performed depending on the type of raw material to be processed and operating conditions.

[0048] When wet operation is performed, a liquid is introduced into the processing space to mitigate the heat generated during the cutting process, suppress the scattering of cutting powder, and can be used as a medium for transporting cutting by-products. When dry operation is performed, the raw material to be processed can be directly cut or peeled by the shaving rotor (200) and stator (300) without the introduction of a liquid into the processing space.

[0049] The liquid phase may be water, an aqueous cleaning solution, or other fluid having cooling and dust suppression functions, and the circulating flow of the liquid phase may be induced by a stirring force formed by the rotation of the shaving rotor (200), or may be formed auxiliaryly by a separate circulation pump as needed.

[0050] An outlet (102) may be formed at the bottom of the pretreatment housing (100) to discharge crushed material or powder generated from the raw material to be processed, which is cut by the shaving rotor (200), in a downward direction. When dry operation is performed, the crushed material or powder may be discharged alone through the outlet (102), and when wet operation is performed, the crushed material or powder may be discharged in a slurry state mixed with a liquid through the outlet (102). The opening area, location, and discharge direction of the outlet (102) may be set according to the state of the discharge target.

[0051] A non-magnetic lining or a ceramic thermal spray coating layer may be formed on at least one of the inner surface of the pretreatment housing (100) and the surface of the shaving rotor (200). The non-magnetic lining or the ceramic thermal spray coating layer is intended to prevent crushed particles or magnetic particles containing metal components separated from the raw material to be treated from adsorbing and adhering to the surface of the housing or rotor, thereby mitigating problems such as clogging inside the device, accelerated wear, or increased maintenance frequency. The non-magnetic lining or the ceramic thermal spray coating layer may be formed optionally, and whether to apply it may be selected based on the physical properties of the raw material to be treated, the metal component content, or operating conditions.

[0052] The shaving rotor (200) is positioned on the upper interior of the pretreatment housing (100) and is coupled to rotate around a rotation axis (210). The shaving rotor (200) includes a rotor body (220) that is axially stepped to have a plurality of diameter sections, and this stepped structure is intended to disperse the contact area with the cutting target during rotation and to disperse the reaction force and load generated during cutting in the axial direction.

[0053] A plurality of cutting tips (230) are arranged on the outer surface of the rotor body (220). The cutting tips (230) are arranged discontinuously in a stepped manner along a spiral trajectory along the outer surface of the rotor body (220), and are arranged so that an overlapping section is formed between adjacent arrays. This suppresses the phenomenon of cutting force being concentrated at a specific location during rotation, and allows for continuous and uniform cutting or peeling of the outer skin, tissue, or surface layer of the raw material to be processed. Meanwhile, the cutting tips (230) may follow a spiral trajectory and have a double-row structure having a phase difference between arrays of cutting tips adjacent in the axial direction.

[0054] The overlapping section formed between adjacent arrays forms a section in which the cutting target is temporarily captured between the cutting tips (230) during rotation. Due to this overlapping section, the raw material to be processed is subjected to repetitive shearing and compression rather than simple cutting, thereby improving the efficiency of peeling the electrode layer simultaneously with the crushing of the outer shell. In addition, the overlapping section provides the effect of mitigating load fluctuations occurring during the cutting process, thereby preventing localized overload concentration on a specific cutting tip (230).

[0055] Each cutting tip (230) disposed on the outer surface of the rotor body (220) may be formed to have a cutting angle set with respect to the rotational direction of the rotor body (220). The cutting angle may be selectively set according to the material, tissue structure, or required cutting or peeling strength or characteristics of the raw material to be processed, and in one embodiment, it may be set to any one of the angles within the range of 0° to 60°. Accordingly, depending on the angle of the cutting tip (230), a cutting tendency centered on crushing or a separation tendency centered on peeling can be selectively implemented, thereby enabling pretreatment corresponding to various types of waste batteries.

[0056] The stator (300) is positioned inside the pretreatment housing (100) and is positioned to face the outer surface of the shaving rotor (200), and includes a plurality of multi-angle adjustable cutting bars (310). Each multi-angle adjustable cutting bar (310) is formed in the shape of a straight bar having a square cross-section and is positioned inside the pretreatment housing (100), with a portion protruding outwardly and exposed. The plurality of multi-angle adjustable cutting bars (310) are positioned spaced apart from each other along the inner circumferential direction of the pretreatment housing (100).

[0057] The multi-angle adjustable cutting bar (310) is attached so as to be detachable by a magnet. This magnetic connection is intended to stably maintain the position of the multi-angle adjustable cutting bar (310) while allowing the multi-angle adjustable cutting bar (310) to be easily replaced in case of wear or changes in cutting conditions. At this time, the magnetic connection is set with an adsorption force within a range that allows rotation of the multi-angle adjustable cutting bar (310), so that rotation is possible when adjusting the angle, but the position is prevented during operation.

[0058] One or more of the multi-angle adjustable cutting bars (310) may be selectively arranged, and the selected multi-angle adjustable cutting bars (310) may be arranged at the same shape angle or at different shape angles. Accordingly, a set gap is formed between the rotational trajectory of the cutting tip (230) of the shaving rotor (200) and the opposing surface of the multi-angle adjustable cutting bar (310).

[0059] The shape angle of the multi-angle adjustable cutting bar (310) can be defined based on the angle of inclination of the opposing surface formed relative to the rotational trajectory of the cutting tip (230) of the shaving rotor (200), and the gap and cutting resistance between the cutting tip (230) and the multi-angle adjustable cutting bar (310) are adjusted according to the shape angle. The ratio of shear force and compressive force generated during cutting changes according to the change in the shape angle, thereby allowing the total cutting resistance to be adjusted.

[0060] A safety gap ranging from 1.0 mm to 5.0 mm may be formed between the tip of the cutting tip (230) and the opposing surface of the multi-angle adjustable cutting bar (310). The safety gap is intended to prevent direct collision between the cutting tip (230) and the multi-angle adjustable cutting bar (310), and to prevent interference caused by assembly errors, thermal deformation, or the ingress of foreign matter. The safety gap can be defined as the minimum separation distance between the tip of the cutting tip (230) and the opposing surface of the multi-angle adjustable cutting bar (310), based on the state in which the shaving rotor (200) is stationary or rotating within the rated rotational speed range, and is a value set considering thermal expansion occurring in the initial assembly state and normal operating temperature range, and wear accumulated during operation.

[0061] The stator (300) is integrally formed on the inner side of the pretreatment housing (100), and the inner installation area where the multi-angle adjustable cutting bar (310) is placed is divided into a plurality of placement sections along the circumferential or longitudinal direction. Each placement section is formed so that the multi-angle adjustable cutting bar (310) is individually seated, and a pocket or a gap adjustment space is formed at the boundary or adjacent area of the placement section to temporarily accommodate cutting powder or to allow for fine positional movement of the multi-angle adjustable cutting bar (310). Due to this structure, the placement gap and safety gap of each multi-angle adjustable cutting bar (310) can be maintained independently even in the event of an inner diameter deviation of the pretreatment housing (100), assembly error, or thermal deformation occurring during normal operation.

[0062] An offset drive tower (400) is positioned on the outside of the pretreatment housing (100), and a reduction gear connected to the rotation axis (210) of the shaving rotor (200) may be positioned inside. A flywheel is coupled to at least one of the output-side rotor of the reduction gear or the rotation axis (210) of the shaving rotor (200).

[0063] The flywheel can be configured to have a mass in the range of 80 kg to 150 kg and is designed to maintain angular momentum through rotational inertia. Accordingly, the rotational inertia formed in the low-speed driving section mitigates the rapid decrease in the rotational speed of the shaving rotor (200) in the section where a high load occurs during the waste battery crushing process, thereby suppressing the phenomenon where an excessive load is applied to the driving motor instantaneously.

[0064] The flywheel is not a component that generates a separate driving force, but rather serves to mitigate rotational speed fluctuations of the shaving rotor (200) in high-load crushing sections by maintaining the inertial energy accumulated during rotation. The offset drive tower (400) is positioned at a location spaced apart from the centerline of the rotation axis (210) of the shaving rotor (200) to mitigate vibrations and peak loads occurring in the power transmission path and to improve the durability and stability of the entire drive system.

[0065] A power transmission member (500) is disposed between the output side rotating body of the reduction gear and the rotation axis (210) of the shaving rotor (200), and the power transmission member (500) may include at least one of a chain, belt, shaft, link, or coupling. The power transmission method may be selectively applied depending on the driving conditions, installation space, and maintenance environment.

[0067] In a preprocessing system of the present invention according to another embodiment, the stator (300) may be formed in a structure divided into a plurality of segments along the circumferential direction. In this case, the stator (300) may include, for example, 16 stator segments of a plate structure, and each stator segment may be divided and arranged along the inner circumference of the preprocessing housing (100).

[0068] The lower portions of the stator segments can be configured to be seated in 15° wedge-shaped grooves formed in the lower base. These wedge-shaped grooves function to guide the stator segments to move radially and can induce the stator segments to be uniformly aligned inward when pressure is applied from above.

[0069] Additionally, a plurality of vertical tie rods from an upper mastering member may be coupled to the upper portion of the stator segment to apply a compressive force. The vertical tie rods provide an axial compressive force to each stator segment, and through the interaction of this compressive force and the lower wedge-shaped groove, the stator segments can be configured to self-center in the radial direction without separate precision adjustment.

[0070] Accordingly, even under operating conditions where high-load cutting or inertial driving is repeated, the occurrence of spreading, eccentricity, or play in the stator (300) is suppressed, and the gap between the stator and the shaving rotor (200) can be stably maintained. This structure can secure concentricity without a separate complex alignment process, thereby providing the effect of improving assemblability and repeatable assembly precision.

[0072] In a pretreatment system of the present invention according to another embodiment, with reference to FIG. 7, an additional cutting area may be formed at the bottom of the shaving rotor (200). Specifically, a double-row triangular blade arranged spaced apart along the rotational direction may be formed at the bottom of the shaving rotor (200).

[0073] The triangular blades of the double-row structure are divided into a first row of triangular blades (230a) and a second row of triangular blades (230b), and the first row of triangular blades (230a) and the second row of triangular blades (230b) can be arranged to have a phase offset of 11.25° with respect to the direction of rotation. This phase offset arrangement is intended to prevent the continuous formation of uncut sections where cutting does not occur in specific angle sections during cutting rotation.

[0074] In particular, the double-row triangular blade structure can minimize the occurrence of uncut areas by inducing the material to be cut to be continuously captured and sheared even under conditions where the safety gap between the cutting tip and the stator is set to 3.0 mm or more. Accordingly, the particle size of the crushed material formed after cutting can be uniformly formed within a range of 10 mm or less.

[0075] Such a lower double-row triangular blade and phase offset structure improves cutting performance while simultaneously providing the effect of ensuring safety and grain size uniformity through gap expansion, and can be particularly effective under operating conditions where high-speed rotation or inertial drive is applied.

[0077] A preprocessing system equipped with an inertia power assist and shaving mechanism according to another embodiment may further include an angle limiting member for physically limiting the angle state of a multi-angle adjustable cutting bar (310) disposed inside a stator (300), in addition to the configuration of the previously described embodiment.

[0078] The angle limiting portion is configured to prevent the multi-angle adjustable cutting bar (310) from rotating excessively beyond a set angle range and may include a locking projection formed on the back or side of the multi-angle adjustable cutting bar (310) and a limiting groove formed on the inner side of the pre-processing housing (100) or the stator support portion.

[0079] The limiting groove is formed in an arc shape with respect to the rotation center of the multi-angle adjustable cutting bar (310), and the locking projection is positioned to be movable within the limiting groove. Accordingly, the multi-angle adjustable cutting bar (310) is restricted to rotate only within an angle range defined by the length of the limiting groove.

[0080] Additionally, a plurality of stepped portions or stopper projections may be formed inside the limiting groove, and the stopper projection may be selectively engaged with one of the stepped portions so that the multi-angle adjustable cutting bar (310) can be configured to be stably maintained only at one of the angle positions among the plurality of set angles.

[0081] Accordingly, the multi-angle adjustable cutting bar (310) is adjusted to a set angle position while the device is stopped or in a maintenance state, and the shape angle is prevented from unintentionally changing due to underwater flow, vibration, or instantaneous shock occurring during cutting. The angle adjustment of the multi-angle adjustable cutting bar (310) is performed manually by an operator while the device is stopped, and after the adjustment is completed, the set angle can be configured to be maintained by an angle limiting part. By adding such an angle limiting part, the safety gap formed between the cutting tip (230) of the shaving rotor (200) and the opposing surface of the multi-angle adjustable cutting bar (310) is stably maintained even during operation, and the reproducibility of cutting conditions and the reliability of the device are improved.

[0083] A preprocessing system equipped with an inertial power assist and shaving mechanism according to another embodiment may further include a position fixing part for angle adjustment of a multi-angle adjustable cutting bar (310) in addition to the configuration of the previously described embodiment or other embodiments.

[0084] The position fixing part is configured to stably maintain the multi-angle adjustable cutting bar (310) at a set angle position and may include a magnetic body or metal coupling part formed on the back surface of the multi-angle adjustable cutting bar (310) and a magnet or magnetic member disposed inside the pretreatment housing (100).

[0085] Accordingly, the multi-angle adjustable cutting bar (310) is fixed by magnetic adsorption at a set angle position, and angle deviation caused by micro-vibrations or repeated impacts occurring during cutting is suppressed. The position fixing part may be used in combination with or independently of the angle limiting part, and may be configured so that the set angle position is additionally fixed by magnetic force while the physical rotation range is limited by the angle limiting part. As a result, the angle setting stability of the multi-angle adjustable cutting bar (310) is further improved, and fluctuations in the safety gap are minimized even during long-term operation.
