Abstract
Description
Technology Field
[0001] The present invention relates to a secondary battery transport carrier, and more specifically, to a secondary battery transport carrier that maintains a fixed state without shaking during the transport of a prismatic secondary battery by performing positional alignment of a lead strap located on one side of a jelly roll. Background Technology
[0003] Secondary batteries are manufactured by winding positive and negative plates together with a separator to form an electrode assembly (hereinafter referred to as a "jelly roll"), and mounting it in an external case. In particular, prismatic secondary batteries have a structure in which the jelly roll is housed in a rectangular case; as this allows for high integration density and mechanical rigidity, they are widely used in the fields of electric vehicles and energy storage systems (ESS).
[0004] Lead straps are provided at both ends of the jelly roll for connection to external terminals. The lead straps are generally composed of thin metal sheets and can be connected to external terminals after assembling and welding the positive and negative tabs. As the lead straps are formed with a relatively thin thickness, they are prone to shaking or bending due to external impacts or vibrations.
[0005] Prismatic secondary batteries are repeatedly transported by automated transfer devices to perform individual processes during manufacturing. Conventional transfer devices typically have a structure that supports only the side walls or edges of the prismatic case, and protruding components such as lead straps are often left in an open state without separate fixation. Consequently, when the transfer device accelerates or decelerates, or when vibration occurs, shaking of the lead straps can lead to the accumulation of fatigue damage and the formation of microcracks, or stress may be transmitted to the joint between the lead strap and the electrode tab, potentially causing failure at the joint. Furthermore, the position alignment of the lead straps must be performed prior to each individual process, which reduces process efficiency.
[0007] In order to improve upon such problems, the inventor of the present invention proposes a novel secondary battery transport carrier, the details of which will be described below. Prior art literature

The jelly roll (91) is inserted into a prismatic case (93). A plurality of electrode tabs (95) are formed on the current collectors of electrode plates, such as the positive plate and the negative plate, and protrude from the end portion of the jelly roll (91), and the electrode tabs (95) can be assembled and welded to a lead strap (97). That is, the positive tab (951) can be welded to the positive lead strap (971), and the negative tab (953) can be welded to the negative lead strap (973).
[0066] FIG. 2 is a perspective view of a secondary battery transport carrier according to one embodiment of the present invention; FIG. 3 is a front view of the secondary battery transport carrier according to FIG. 2; FIG. 4 is a side view of the secondary battery transport carrier according to FIG. 2; and FIG. 5 is a rear view of the secondary battery transport carrier according to FIG. 2.
[0068] Hereinafter, a secondary battery transport carrier (1) according to one embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the attached drawings.
[0070] Referring to FIGS. 2 to 5, the present invention relates to a secondary battery transfer carrier (1), and more specifically, to a secondary battery transfer carrier (1) that performs position alignment for a lead strap (97) located on one side of a jelly roll (91), thereby allowing the lead strap (97) to remain fixed without shaking during the transfer of a prismatic secondary battery (9). In addition, since the present invention performs position alignment for the lead strap (97) in the transfer carrier (1), there is no need to perform position alignment for the lead strap (97) every time a subsequent process is performed, so the overall process efficiency may be improved.
[0071] To this end, the secondary battery transport carrier (1) may include a base plate (10), a support plate (30), a gripper part (50), a lead strap support part (70), and a fixing part (90).
[0072] The base plate (10) is positioned on the lower side of the secondary battery transport carrier (1), and is configured such that a lead strap support member (70) and / or a fixing member (90), described later, are positioned on one surface (or upper surface). The base plate (10) may, for example, be configured in the shape of a roughly rectangular plate with a substantially flat upper surface, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto.
[0073] And one or more guide blocks (110) are installed on the bottom surface of the base plate (10), and the guide blocks (110) can guide the transfer carrier (1) to move along the longitudinal direction of a guide rail (not shown). The guide blocks (110) and the guide rail may be LM guides (Linear Motion Guides).
[0074] Additionally, a recessed groove (10a) may be formed along the center direction of the base plate (10) on one side or on both sides facing each other of the base plate (10). The recessed groove (10a) may be configured as a recessed groove having, for example, a square planar shape, and an insertion member (130) may be inserted therein. The insertion member (130) may have a fixed shaft member insertion groove (130a) formed along the center direction of the base plate (10) on one side that does not contact the inner wall of the recessed groove (10a). A fixed shaft member (not shown) is inserted into the fixed shaft member insertion groove (130a) so that the secondary battery transfer carrier (1) can be firmly fixed in the correct position without shaking during the process. For example, if an external force is applied to the secondary battery transport carrier (1) during the secondary battery manufacturing process, shaking may occur in the secondary battery transport carrier (1). To prevent this, a fixed shaft member can be inserted into the fixed shaft member insertion groove (130a) of the insertion member (130).
[0075] Additionally, a cushioning member (150) may be further installed on the other side of the base plate (10) or on both sides of the base plate (10) facing each other along the direction of travel of the guide rail. The cushioning member (150) is configured to mitigate impact when an adjacent pair of secondary battery transport carriers (1) collide with each other. To this end, the cushioning member (150) may include, for example, a urethane material, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto. The cushioning member (150) may be installed to protrude outward from one side of the corresponding base plate (10) to prevent direct collision between other structures of the adjacent pair of secondary battery transport carriers (1).
[0076] Additionally, a first elastic member connecting part (170) to which a third elastic member (7313), described later, is connected may be further installed on the upper surface of the base plate (10).
[0077] The support plate (30) is positioned on a side spaced upward from the base plate (10) and configured to allow a rectangular secondary battery (9) to be placed on one side (or the upper side). Therefore, it is preferable that the upper side of the support plate (30) has a substantially flat structure. Additionally, the support plate (30) and the base plate (10) can be connected to each other by a connecting part (A) between them. The connecting part (A) is installed between the base plate (10) and the support plate (30) and is configured to serve as a pillar; for example, it may have a cylindrical shape, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto.
[0079] FIG. 6 is a reference diagram of the gripper part according to FIG. 2; FIG. 7a and FIG. 7b are reference diagrams for explaining the gripping and releasing of a rectangular secondary battery of the gripper part according to FIG. 6.
[0081] Referring to FIGS. 2 to 7, the gripper part (50) is configured as a pair that presses and fixes both sides of the upper surface of a prismatic secondary battery (9) placed on a support plate (30). For example, the pair of gripper parts (50) can press both sides of the upper surface edges of the prismatic secondary battery (9). Additionally, the pair of gripper parts (50) can be installed on the sides adjacent to both sides of the support plate (30) corresponding to the direction of travel of the secondary battery transport carrier (1). To this end, each individual gripper part (50) may include a coupling member (510), a fixing member (520), a rotation inducing member (530), a connecting rod (540), a rotating member (550), a gripper (560), and a stopper part (570).
[0082] One connecting member (510) is configured to be connected to one side (or bottom surface) of the support plate (30) and may be located between a pair of fixing members (520). Another connecting member (510) may be connected to one side (or top surface) of the base plate (10). For convenience, the one connecting member (510) will be described as the 'first connecting member (511)' and the other connecting member (510) as the 'second connecting member (513)'.
[0083] The first connecting member (511) and the second connecting member (513) may be plate-shaped, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto. In addition, insertion holes (511a, 513a) may be formed in the upper and lower directions so that a connecting part (A) can be inserted into the first connecting member (511) and the second connecting member (513) (see FIG. 6).
[0084] A first elastic member (5111; see FIG. 5) may be installed on the mutually facing surfaces of the first connecting member (511) of a pair of gripper parts (50), and a second elastic member (5131; see FIG. 6) may be installed on one surface (or one side) of the second connecting member (513), and details regarding this will be described later.
[0085] A fixing member (520) is installed on each of the opposing sides of the first connecting member (511) and is configured to be connected to a corresponding rotation inducing member (530). The fixing member (520) may be bent to have an overall 'L' shape, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto. Additionally, a first connecting rod insertion hole (520a) may be formed in the fixing member (520). The first connecting rod insertion hole (520a) is configured as a horizontal through hole, and a connecting rod (540) can be inserted into the first connecting rod insertion hole (520a). Therefore, a pair of fixing members (520) spaced apart from each other can be connected by the connecting rod (540). Additionally, a bearing (not shown) is installed on the outer surface of the connecting rod (540) within the first connecting rod insertion hole (520a), so that the connecting rod (540) may rotate along the rotation axis while the fixing member (520) is fixed. That is, when the connecting rod (540) rotates, the fixing member (520) can maintain a fixed state in the correct position.
[0086] The rotation inducing member (530) is connected to a corresponding fixed member (520) by a connecting rod (540) and is configured to rotate the connecting rod (540) by rotating in one direction. The rotation inducing member (530) may be installed, for example, on the outer surface of the fixed member (520). Additionally, the rotation inducing member (530) may have a second connecting rod insertion hole (531) and a protrusion (533). In this case, it is preferable that the second connecting rod insertion hole (531) be formed on one end side of the rotation inducing member (530) and the protrusion (533) be formed on the other end side of the rotation inducing member (530). That is, the second connecting rod insertion hole (531) and the protrusion (533) may be formed on both end sides of the rotation inducing member (530), respectively.
[0087] The second connecting rod insertion hole (531) is configured as a horizontal indentation or through hole, into which the end of the connecting rod (540) is inserted. In this way, the rotation inducing member (530) and the connecting rod (540) are combined through the second connecting rod insertion hole (531), so that when the rotation inducing member (530) rotates, the connecting rod (540) can also rotate along the same direction.
[0088] The projection (533) is a component that protrudes from the rotation induction member (530). The projection (533) may, for example, have a head portion (5331) and a body portion (5333) with a diameter smaller than that of the head portion (5331). The projection (533) may be formed integrally with the rotation induction member (530) or may be detachably coupled. In the latter case, screw threads may be formed on the outer surface of the body portion (5333) so that the projection (533) is fastened to the rotation induction member (530) by means of screw threads formed on the inner surface of the fastening hole of the rotation induction member (530). Depending on the case, a nut (N) may be further installed on the outer surface of the body portion (5333). It should be noted that the structure of the projection (533) described above is merely illustrative and the scope of the present invention is not limited by it.
[0089] To apply pressure to the prismatic secondary battery (9) mounted on the support plate (30), the protrusion (533) can be applied downward through a separate device (not shown). At this time, the rotation inducing member (530) rotates in one direction, and the connecting rod (540) and the rotation member (550) connected to the rotation inducing member (530) can also rotate together. Therefore, the gripper (560) can apply pressure to the upper surface of the prismatic secondary battery (9) on the support plate (30).
[0090] In addition, a second elastic member connecting part (535) may be further installed on at least one of the pair of rotational inducing members (530) corresponding to the individual fixed member (520).
[0091] The second elastic member connecting part (535) is configured to be connected to the second elastic member (5131) installed on the second coupling member (513). At this time, a downward restoring force can be constantly generated in the second elastic member (5131). Therefore, the protrusion (533) of the rotation inducing member (530) attempts to maintain a state of being rotated downward, and thus the gripper (560) connected to the rotation inducing member (530) is induced to rotate in the direction of the prismatic secondary battery (9) and can maintain a state of being pressed against the prismatic secondary battery (9).
[0092] The connecting rod (540) is inserted into the rotating member (550) and is configured to rotate the rotating member (550) in the same direction when rotational force is generated. To this end, the connecting rod (540) may have a cylindrical shape, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto.
[0093] The rotating member (550) is positioned between a pair of fixed members (520) and is configured to rotate at a predetermined angle by means of a connecting rod (540). The rotating member (550) may be configured in a roughly vertical plate shape based on the state in which the gripper (560) presses the rectangular secondary battery (9), and may, in some cases, be formed integrally with the gripper (560). Additionally, the rotating member (550) may have a third connecting rod insertion hole (551) configured as a through hole along the horizontal direction so that the connecting rod (540) can be inserted.
[0094] The gripper (560) is configured to apply pressure (see FIG. 7a) or release pressure (see FIG. 7b) to a prismatic secondary battery (9) on a support plate (30) along the rotational direction of the rotational inducing member (530). For example, the gripper (560) is positioned on the upper surface of the rotational member (550) and may be configured in a roughly horizontal plate shape based on the state in which the gripper (560) applies pressure to the prismatic secondary battery (9). Additionally, a cushioning material (561) is installed on the pressure surface of the prismatic secondary battery (9) of the gripper (560) to prevent damage to the surface when the upper surface of the prismatic secondary battery (9) is pressed. This cushioning material (561) may include, for example, a urethane material, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto.
[0095] The stopper portion (570) is configured to protrude from one side of the rotating member (550) toward the support plate (30) and to restrict rotation of the rotating member (550) beyond a predetermined angle. The stopper portion (570) is configured, for example, as a bolt fastened to the rotating member (550), and by the body portion contacting one side of the first coupling member (511), it can prevent rotation of the rotating member (550) beyond a predetermined angle. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the gripper (560) from applying pressure to the upper surface of the rectangular secondary battery (9) with a pressure exceeding a certain level.
[0097] FIG. 8 is a reference diagram of the lead strap support according to FIG. 2; FIG. 9 is a rear view of the lead strap support according to FIG. 2. Note that for convenience of explanation, the support plate (30) in FIG. 8 has been omitted.
[0099] Referring to FIGS. 2 to 5 and FIGS. 8 to 9, the lead strap support member (70) is configured to prevent shaking or deviation from the correct position of the lead strap (97) during the transfer process by aligning the positions of the lead strap (97), preferably the positive lead strap (971) and the negative lead strap (973), respectively. To this end, the lead strap support member (70) may include a guide member (710), a lifting / lowering member (730), and a horizontal moving member (750).
[0100] The guide section (710) is configured to move horizontally and guide the movement of the lifting / lowering section (730) and the horizontal movement section (750). To this end, it may include a linear movement member (711), a pusher (713), a first rail block (715), and a first guide rail (717).
[0101] The linear moving member (711) is configured to move horizontally along the longitudinal direction of the first guide rail (717) to guide the lifting and lowering of the lifting and lowering member (730) and the horizontal movement of the horizontal moving member (750). The linear moving member (711) has an elastic member positioning groove (711a) formed that is recessed upward from its bottom surface, and a third elastic member (7313) can be positioned within the elastic member positioning groove (711a).
[0102] Additionally, the linear moving member (711) may have a first contact surface (7111) and a second contact surface (7113). In this case, each of the first contact surface (7111) and the second contact surface (7113) may be formed as a pair spaced apart from each other with the lifting / lowering member (731) placed between them, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto.
[0104] FIG. 10 is a reference diagram for explaining the lifting and lowering of the lifting and lowering member.
[0106] Referring to FIGS. 9 and 10, the first contact surface (7111) contacts the first contact member (7311) described later and is configured to guide the first contact member (7311) to move up and down when the linear moving member (711) moves in the horizontal direction. The first contact surface (7111) may, for example, have a first inclined surface (7111a) that is inclined upward at a predetermined angle from the back of the linear moving member (711) toward the front, and a first horizontal surface (7111b) and a second horizontal surface (7111c) that extend from both ends of the first inclined surface (7111a) toward the direction away from the first inclined surface (7111a). That is, a first horizontal plane (7111b), a first inclined plane (7111a), and a second horizontal plane (7111c) can be sequentially formed from the rear side of the linear moving member (711) toward the front side. Therefore, when the linear moving member (711) advances (moves from the front side toward the rear side), the first contact member (7311) on the first horizontal plane (7111b) moves up and down along the first inclined plane (7111a), and one side of the lifting / lowering unit (730) connected to the first contact member (7311) can also move up and down. After that, when the first contact member (7311) is positioned on the second horizontal plane (7111c), the first contact member (7311) can maintain a state of being positioned at a predetermined height.
[0108] FIG. 11 is a reference diagram for explaining the horizontal movement of a horizontal moving member.
[0110] Referring to FIGS. 9 and FIGS. 11, the second contact surface (7113) contacts the second contact member (7511) described later and is configured to guide the second contact member (7511) to move along the horizontal direction when the linear moving member (711) moves in the horizontal direction. The second contact surface (7113) may, for example, have a second inclined surface (7113a) inclined at a predetermined angle toward the adjacent upward direction from the back of the linear moving member (711) toward the front, and a first vertical surface (7113b) and a second vertical surface (7113c) each formed from both ends of the second inclined surface (7113a) in a direction away from the second inclined surface (7113a). At this time, the first vertical surface (7113b) and the second vertical surface (7113c) may be configured as vertical surfaces that are approximately orthogonal to the ground. In summary, a first vertical surface (7113b), a second inclined surface (7113a), and a second vertical surface (7113c) can be sequentially formed from the back side of the linear moving member (711) toward the front. Accordingly, when the linear moving member (711) advances, the second contact member (7511) on the first vertical surface (7113b) moves inward along the second inclined surface (7113a) (or toward the adjacent lifting / lowering member (730)), and one side of the horizontal moving member (750) connected to the second contact member (7511) can also move horizontally inward. Then, when the second contact member (7511) is positioned on the second vertical surface (7113c), the second contact member (7511) can stop moving horizontally. At this time, it is preferable that the first vertical plane (7113b) has a shorter front-to-back length compared to the first horizontal plane (7111b). Therefore, after one side of the lifting / lowering unit (730) begins to lift / lower, one side of the horizontal moving unit (750) can move in the horizontal direction.
[0111] Referring to FIG. 8, the pusher (713) is formed protruding on one side of the linear moving member (711) and is configured to provide a pressing surface (713a) for the forward and backward movement of the linear moving member (711). Therefore, when the pressing surface (713a) of the pusher (713) is pressed by a separate device, the linear moving member (711) can move forward.
[0112] The first rail block (715) is configured to be installed on the bottom surface of the linear moving member (711) and coupled with the first guide rail (717). Therefore, the linear moving member (711) can move along the horizontal direction by means of the first rail block (715).
[0113] Referring to FIGS. 2 to 5 and FIG. 8, the lifting / lowering unit (730) is configured to align one end of the lead strap (97), preferably one end of the positive lead strap (971) and the negative lead strap (973), by lifting and lowering one side. To this end, the lifting / lowering unit (730) may include a lifting / lowering member (731), a second rail block (733), and a second guide rail (735).
[0114] The lifting / lowering member (731) is configured to align one end of a pair of lead straps (97) by moving up and down under the guide of the guide member (710) and entering between the positive lead strap (971) and the negative lead strap (973). The lifting / lowering member (731) may be configured as a single plate, for example, or as a multi-layer plate combined with each other, but the scope of the present invention is not limited by specific examples.
[0115] The lifting / lowering member (731) may include a first seating surface (731a), a first contact surface (731b), and a first insertion surface (731c) on one side, preferably on both sides.
[0116] The first seating surface (731a) is configured as a surface on which the bottom surface of one end of the lead strap (97) is seated. To this end, the first seating surface (731a) may protrude further toward the adjacent lead strap (97) relative to the first contact surface (731b). That is, a step portion may be formed at the boundary between the first seating surface (731a) and the first contact surface (731b).
[0117] The first contact surface (731b) is configured to contact the opposing side of the lead strap (97). The first contact surface (731b) is formed in a shape corresponding to the opposing side of the lead strap (97), and, for example, may be formed in a vertical shape. Since the lead strap (97) is in contact with the first seating surface (731a) and the first contact surface (731b), shaking in the vertical direction can be prevented.
[0118] The first insertion surface portion (731c) is configured to protrude from the rear side of the lifting / lowering member (731) toward the adjacent lead strap (97). For example, as the first contact surface portion (731b) and the first insertion surface portion (731c) extend from the front side of the lifting / lowering member (731) toward the rear side, they are formed sequentially, and the first insertion surface portion (731c) may protrude from the first contact surface portion (731b) toward the adjacent lead strap (97). As an example, the ends of the first insertion surface portion (731c) and the first seating surface portion (731a) may be positioned on substantially the same vertical plane. This first insertion surface portion (731c) can be inserted into the space between the lead strap (97) and the jelly roll (91) to prevent shaking of the lead strap (97) in the front-rear direction.
[0119] Additionally, a first contact member (7311; see FIG. 5) protruding outwardly may be installed on one side of the lifting / lowering member (731) or on both sides facing each other. The first contact member (7311) may be a cam follower, but the scope of the invention is not limited thereto.
[0120] As described above, the first contact member (7311) is configured to move up and down along the first contact surface (7111), and the lifting / lowering member (731) can also move up and down together with the first contact member (7311). Additionally, a third elastic member (7313; see FIG. 8) may be installed on the other side of the lifting / lowering member (731). The third elastic member (7313) is configured to extend along the vertical direction, and one end may be connected to the lifting / lowering member (731), and the other end may be connected to the first elastic member connection part (170) on the base plate (10). Therefore, an external force may be applied to the lifting / lowering member (731) in the downward direction due to the restoring force of the third elastic member (7313). Thus, the first contact member (7311) can be in close contact with the first contact surface (7111).
[0121] The second rail block (733) is configured to be coupled with the lifting / lowering member (731) and move up and down along the second guide rail (735). The second rail block (733) may, for example, be located on the bottom surface of the lifting / lowering member (731).
[0122] The horizontal moving part (750) is a pair of components that align the other end of the lead strap (97), preferably the positive lead strap (971) and the negative lead strap (973), respectively, by moving horizontally on one side. The horizontal moving part (750) may be formed on both the left and right sides with the lifting / lowering part (730) in between. To this end, each horizontal moving part (750) may include a horizontal moving member (751), a third rail block (753), and a third guide rail (755).
[0123] The horizontal moving member (751) is configured to move horizontally under the guidance of the guide member (710) to align the other end of the corresponding lead strap (97). The horizontal moving member (751) may, for example, be a single plate configuration or a configuration in which multiple plates are combined together, and the scope of the present invention is not limited by specific examples.
[0124] The horizontal moving member (751) may have a second seating surface (751a), a second contact surface (751b), and a second insertion surface (751c) on its end side.
[0125] The second seating surface (751a) is configured as a surface on which the bottom surface of the other end of the lead strap (97) is seated. To this end, the second seating surface (751a) may have a horizontal length that protrudes further toward the adjacent lead strap (97) compared to the second contact surface (751b).
[0126] The second contact surface (751b) is configured to contact the opposing side of the lead strap (97). The second contact surface (751b) is formed in a shape corresponding to the opposing side of the lead strap (97), and, for example, can be formed in a vertical surface shape. Since the lead strap (97) is in contact with the second seating surface (751a) and the second contact surface (751b), shaking in the vertical direction can be prevented.
[0127] The second insertion surface (751c) is configured to protrude from the rear side of the horizontal moving member (751) toward the adjacent lead strap (97). For example, as the second contact surface (751b) and the second insertion surface (751c) extend from the front side of the horizontal moving member (751) toward the rear side, they are formed sequentially, and the second insertion surface (751c) may protrude from the second contact surface (751b) toward the adjacent lead strap (97). As an example, the ends of the second insertion surface (751c) and the second seating surface (751a) may be positioned on substantially the same vertical plane. This second insertion surface (751c) can be inserted into the space between the lead strap (97) and the jelly roll (91) to prevent shaking of the lead strap (97) in the front-rear direction.
[0128] Additionally, a second contact member (7511; see FIG. 5) protruding outwardly may be installed on one side or bottom surface of the horizontal moving member (751). The second contact member (7511) may be a cam follower, but the scope of the invention is not limited thereto.
[0129] As described above, the second contact member (7511) is configured to move horizontally along the second contact surface (7113), and the horizontal moving member (751) can also move up and down together with the second contact member (7511).
[0130] Additionally, a third elastic member connecting part (7513) may be installed on one side of the horizontal moving member (751). The third elastic member connecting part (7513) is configured to be connected to the first elastic member (5111), so that an external force can be applied to the pair of horizontal moving members (750) in a direction that brings them closer to each other due to the restoring force of the first elastic member (5111). Therefore, the second contact member (7511) can be in close contact with the second contact surface (7113).
[0131] The third rail block (753) is configured to be combined with a horizontal moving member (751) and move horizontally along the third guide rail (755).
[0133] Figure 12 is a reference diagram of the fixed part according to Figure 2.
[0135] Referring to FIGS. 2 to 4 and FIG. 12, the fixing part (90) is installed on the base plate (10) and is configured to prevent horizontal movement of the lead strap support part (70) during transport of the secondary battery transport carrier (1). To this end, the fixing part (90) may include a body part (910), a movement prevention member (930), a fourth elastic member (950), and a gripping part (970).
[0136] The body portion (910) is a body configuration installed on the base plate (10), and a movement prevention member insertion hole (910a) may be formed along the transport direction of the secondary battery transport carrier (1).
[0137] The movement prevention member (930) is inserted into one side of the body part (910), preferably into the movement prevention member insertion hole (910a), and its end is configured to fix the lead strap support part (70) or the linear movement member (711). For example, the movement prevention member (930) can prevent horizontal movement of the linear movement member (711) by inserting its end into the movement prevention member insertion groove (711b) formed on the facing surface of the linear movement member (711).
[0138] The fourth elastic member (950) is configured to be connected to the other end of the movement prevention member (930) within the movement prevention member insertion hole (910a). Due to the restoring force of the fourth elastic member (950), an external force can be applied to the movement prevention member (930) in the direction of the linear movement member (711) at all times.
[0139] The gripping part (970) is connected to the movement prevention member (930) and is configured as a handle for the worker to grip.
[0141] FIGS. 13 to 15 are diagrams showing the usage state of a secondary battery transport carrier according to one embodiment of the present invention.
[0143] Hereinafter, the operation of a secondary battery transfer carrier (1) according to one embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the attached drawings.
[0145] Referring to FIG. 13, after a rectangular secondary battery (9) is first placed on a support plate (30), one side of a pair of gripper parts (50) can press the upper surface of the rectangular secondary battery (9). To explain this in detail, when the protrusion (533) of the rotation guide member (530) is pressed downward, the rotation guide member (530), the connecting rod (540), the rotation member (550), and the gripper (560) rotate together so that the upper surface of the rectangular secondary battery (9) can be pressed by the gripper (560).
[0146] Referring to FIG. 14, one side of the guide section (710) can then advance, allowing one side of the lifting / lowering section (730) to be raised. To explain this in detail, when the pusher (713) is pressed, the linear moving member (711) can advance. At this time, the first contact member (7311) moves up and down along the first inclined surface (7111a), and the lifting / lowering member (731) connected to the first contact member (7311) can also be raised and lowered. When the lifting and lowering of the lifting / lowering section (730) is completed, the position of one end of the corresponding lead strap (97) can be aligned.
[0147] Referring to FIG. 15, immediately after the lifting / lowering member (731) is lifted, or after the lifting / lowering member (731) is completed, one side of the horizontal moving member (750) can move horizontally in the direction of the corresponding lead strap (97). To explain this in detail, when the linear moving member (711) advances, the second contact member (7511) moves horizontally along the second inclined surface (7113a), and the horizontal moving member (751) connected to the second contact member (7511) can also move horizontally in the direction of the lifting / lowering member (731). When the horizontal movement of the horizontal moving member (751) is completed, the position of the other end of the corresponding lead strap (97) can be aligned.
