Abstract
Description
Technology Field
[0001] The technical field of the present invention relates to a camping firewood packing machine, and in particular, to a camping firewood packing machine implemented such that after placing an appropriate amount of firewood pile inside the upper iron container, the handle mounted on the rear of the iron container is lifted upward for use, and at the same time the firewood pile contained inside the iron container shifts downward and the firewood is placed all at once into the mesh that is pre-fitted into the opening of the iron container. Background Technology
[0002] Timber used for camping firewood is cut into specific sizes after logging and can be packaged in fixed quantities for storage, transportation, or sale; however, due to the bulky and heavy nature of the wood, it is difficult to package large quantities in uniform amounts, and consequently, small-quantity packaging methods primarily rely on manual labor.
[0003] There are disadvantages to the packaging method, such as the limited capacity of small-scale packaging by manual labor and difficulties in packaging depending on the shape and size of the wood being packaged, and there are cases where large-capacity packaging is required. Therefore, there is a need for an invention regarding a camping firewood packaging machine, but the current situation is that these requirements are not being fully satisfied.
[0004] There are methods for vacuum packaging small quantities of wood fuel and firewood or devices for packaging bales, but such methods or devices have the disadvantage that they cannot be used for packaging large quantities of wood used for firewood, which differs significantly in shape, volume, and weight from crops. Therefore, there is a need for an invention regarding a device that can simply and quickly package large quantities of wood of various shapes and sizes used for firewood in uniform amounts.
[0005] Korean Registered Patent No. 10-2022858 (September 11, 2019)The Registered) discloses a firewood packaging device, comprising: a cylindrical main body having a through hole formed penetrating the top and bottom so that wood inserted through the open top is loaded inside, and a link part is connected to the upper side so that a vertical fixed shaft is installed at a certain distance from the open top; a rotary packaging part that rotates while connected to the fixed shaft and winds packaging material on the lower side of the main body; and a lifting part that raises and lowers the main body in a vertical direction, wherein one end is located on the ground side and a fastening part is provided to insert and connect the fixed shaft at the other end spaced apart from the ground, and the link part is composed of a plurality of link arms, each having one end connected to the upper side of the main body spaced apart from each other and the other end supporting the fixed shaft formed integrally; and the rotary packaging part comprises a rotary shaft connected to the fixed shaft so as to be rotatable; and an L-shaped extension part having one end connected to the rotary shaft and a mounting part capable of mounting packaging material at the other end. The device is configured to include a motor unit that rotates a rotating shaft in a hydraulic manner, and the lifting unit comprises: a support frame installed horizontally with respect to the ground; a vertical frame installed vertically at one end of the support frame and having a vertical hole formed therein; and a lifting frame in which a main body and a rotary packaging unit are connected to one end of an upper bar formed in a horizontal direction, and a lower bar extending vertically downward from the other end of the upper bar is inserted into the vertical hole and moves up and down, wherein a protrusion is formed laterally along the circumference at one end of the main body, and a roller unit that supports the rotary packaging unit and moves along the protrusion is provided on one side of the rotary packaging unit, and the link arm is configured to include a support link in which the lower part is formed vertically and the middle part is formed in a shape that is bent upward and the upper part is formed to be inclined upward, and an extension link that is axially coupled to one side of the upper part of the support link and can rotate axially at a certain angle.According to the disclosed technology, when a cylindrical main body, having a through hole formed inside that penetrates the top and bottom, is raised by a lifting unit while wood is loaded inside and packaging material is wound on the lower side by a rotating packaging unit, the packaging material wound on the lower side of the main body can wrap the wood exposed to the outside.
[0006] Korean Registered Patent No. 10-2411694 (registered on June 16, 2022) discloses a firewood packaging system capable of improving productivity by enabling operation with minimal manpower input, by detecting and selecting only firewood of uniform size from firewood cut into irregular sizes, storing a fixed quantity of firewood in a precisely aligned state in a packaging box, and automating the overall packaging process of storing and packaging the firewood in the packaging box. According to the disclosed technology, a system for loading and packaging firewood in a cut state into a packaging box comprises: a firewood supply unit in which a large quantity of cut firewood is loaded; a fixed quantity loading unit in which a first conveyor repeatedly moves a certain distance and then stops, and hoppers are installed at regular intervals on the first conveyor to collect and load a certain amount of firewood loaded in the firewood supply unit; and a packaging box supply unit for supplying a packaging box to hold a certain amount of firewood loaded in the hopper. The firewood conveying unit transfers a certain amount of firewood loaded in a hopper to a packaging box and places it in the packaging box in an aligned state; the box packaging unit transfers a certain amount of firewood placed in the packaging box via a second conveyor and seals the top of the packaging box through a box packaging machine to finally package it; and the control unit controls the entire system and allows a worker to control the system operation ON / OFF, and the quantity loading unit includes a first conveyor that moves horizontally by forming a closed loop; a hopper in which a plurality of hoppers are installed on the first conveyor and two vertical plates are erected vertically at a certain distance apart; and a work table provided on the front of the first conveyor for a worker to temporarily gather firewood and work to load it into the hopper, wherein the hopper includes a horizontal plate forming the bottom; and vertical plates erected vertically on both sides of the horizontal plate, and the vertical plates include a fixed vertical plate that is fixed vertically; and a rotatable vertical plate in which a portion of the central part of the fixed vertical plate protrudes upward and is rotatable.
[0007] The conventional technology described above has the disadvantage of being uneconomical due to the fact that the device structure is not only complex but also the unit cost is high. Prior art literature

[0044] The iron cylinder assembly (141) is connected to the bottom plate of the iron cylinder (110) so as to be rotatable.
[0045] The support member (142) is connected to the upper part of the pivot member (141) to support the iron tube (110).
[0046] The bottom plate (143) is installed on the floor by being fixed to the bottom of the support (142) so that the support (142) supports the iron tube (110) from the floor.
[0047] In one embodiment, the pivot support member (140) may further include a fixing jaw (144) and a fixing bar (145), as shown in FIG. 5.
[0048] The fixing jaw (144) is fixedly installed on one side or the other side of the bottom plate of the iron tube (110) to fix the iron tube (110) so that the iron tube (110) does not tilt to one side.
[0049] One end of the fixing bar (145) is connected to the support (142) so as to be rotatable, and the other end is hooked or inserted into the fixing jaw (144) to fix the iron tube (110).
[0050] In one embodiment, the pivot support member (140) may further be provided with a pivot body (146) installed in the middle part of the support member (142) to fold or unfold and fix the support member (142) in order to reduce storage space and provide convenience, as shown in FIG. 5.
[0051] A camping firewood packer (100) having the configuration described above can be used by placing an appropriate amount of firewood pile inside the upper iron container and then lifting the handle attached to the rear of the iron container upward. At this time, the firewood pile inside the iron container is pushed downward, and the firewood is placed in the mesh that is pre-fitted into the opening of the iron container all at once. This makes the structure of the device simple and the unit cost of the device low, thus providing economic efficiency, and also improves the convenience of the operator and the efficiency of the work.
[0052] For the above, embodiments of the present invention are not limited to implementation only through the devices and / or operating methods described above, but may also be implemented through a program for realizing functions corresponding to the configuration of the embodiments of the present invention, a recording medium on which such program is recorded, etc. Such implementation can be easily achieved by a person skilled in the art to which the present invention pertains from the description of the embodiments explained above.
