Abstract
Description
Technology Field
[0001] The present invention relates to a terminal structure for connecting a primary down line to a cutout switch, and more specifically, to a terminal structure for connecting a primary down line of a cutout switch that can more actively prevent the phenomenon of an insulated wire being cut by external factors by regulating and fixing the position of the primary down line connected to the cutout switch. Background Technology
[0002] Generally, the primary down line branched from the high-voltage power line is electrically connected to the high-voltage bushing of the pole-mounted transformer via a cutout switch installed on the utility pole, and the secondary down line drawn from the pole-mounted transformer is configured to be electrically connected to the low-voltage power line.
[0003] In other words, conventionally, to supply power to low-voltage facilities from a 22.9kV-y extra-high voltage distribution line, an insulated wire for extra-high voltage reduction is connected from the extra-high voltage wire through a branch ring and a live-line clamp to the primary upper connection terminal of an extra-high voltage cutout switch (COS), thereby supplying electricity with reduced voltage to consumers through a pole-mounted transformer.
[0004] However, during the process of stripping the insulation of the high-voltage down-discharge insulated wire for the primary upper connection of the cutout switch, there is a disadvantage in that the copper wire corresponding to the core wire is inevitably pinched or the wire is connected to the connection terminal while partially damaged.
[0005] In addition, after a certain amount of time has elapsed since connecting the primary upper connection terminal of the cutout switch to the extra-high voltage down-displacement insulated wire, movement occurs in the down-displacement insulated wire due to shaking caused by external factors such as continuous strong winds or typhoons, causing some damaged parts of the wire to break and spread into a single wire. As a result, conventionally, the single wire breakage of the down-displacement insulated wire has caused power outages and damage to customer facilities, leading to concerns about increased litigation and safety accidents, and thus there is a growing demand for improvement regarding this. [0024] Referring to FIG. 1, the pole-mounted transformer (1) is fixed to the utility pole (2) via a fastening means such as a hanger band (3). A primary down line (6) is installed to be electrically energized between the high-voltage wire (4) corresponding to the 22.9kV-y extra-high voltage distribution line and the low-voltage wire (5) supplying power to the low-voltage facility.
[0025] At this time, the first lower line (6) is installed to be branched from the high-voltage wire (4) via a separate extension device such as a branch ring (4a), and then connected to the high-voltage bushing (1a) of the pole-mounted transformer (1) via a cutout switch (7).
[0026] In this case, a lead wire (8) is installed so as to be electrically energized between the high-voltage bushing (1a) of the pole-mounted transformer (1) and the cutout switch (7). Additionally, a secondary down line (9) is installed so as to be electrically energized between the pole-mounted transformer (1) and the low-voltage wire (5).
[0027] Referring to FIGS. 2 to 4, an embodiment of the present invention is applied to a connection portion between the primary down line (6) and the cutout switch (7), and is configured to include a primary upper connection terminal (17), a connection clamp (27), and a mounting connection terminal (100). That is, the embodiment of the present invention corresponds to a terminal structure for connecting the primary down line (6) to the cutout switch (7).
[0028] The above primary upper connection terminal (17) is installed in a structure that is electrically connected to the cutout switch (7), as shown in FIGS. 2 and FIGS. 3, respectively.
[0029] As shown in FIGS. 2 and FIGS. 3, the above-mentioned connecting clamp (27) is installed on the mounting connection terminal (100) and is installed in a structure that is electrically connected to the primary down line (6). In this case, the connecting clamp (27) performs the function of electrically connecting the core wire (6b) that is exposed to the outside after the sheath (6a) is removed from the primary down line (6).
[0030] As shown in FIGS. 2 and FIGS. 3, the mounting connection terminal (100) is configured to be installed between the primary upper connection terminal (17) and the connection clamp (27) to regulate and fix the position of the primary lower line (6). In particular, the mounting connection terminal (100) is installed in a structure that is directly fixed to the primary upper connection terminal (17).
[0031] To this end, the mounting connection terminal (100) is manufactured by generally bending a flat member into a U-shape, and as shown in FIGS. 2 to 4, it is configured to have a first connection part (110) for connection with the cutout switch (7), a second connection part (120) for connection with the connection clamp (27), and a third connection part (130) for fixing the position of the first lowering line (6). At this time, it is preferable that the first connection part (110), the second connection part (120), and the third connection part (130) be formed by bending a single member.
[0032] The first connection part (110) is electrically connected to the first upper connection terminal (17) and is generally composed of a flat plate-shaped member. At this time, the first connection part (110) is provided with a first through hole (111) for screw connection with the first upper connection terminal (17).
[0033] The second connecting part (120) is electrically connected to the connecting clamp (27) and is generally composed of a flat plate-shaped member. At this time, the second connecting part (120) is provided with a second through hole (121) for screw connection with the connecting clamp (27).
[0034] The third connecting part (130) is configured to include a base part (131) formed to guide the placement path of the first lowering line (6), and a bending part (132) formed to be bendable to fix the position of the first lowering line (6) relative to the base part (131). At this time, it is preferable that the bending part (132) be configured to be bent by an external force so as to secure the covering part (6a) of the first lowering line (6) so that it does not deviate from the bending part (132).
[0035] To this end, the above-mentioned bend (132) is configured to be bent in a curved shape toward the top from an opening (133) formed by cutting a part of the base (131), and more specifically, the above-mentioned bend (132) is formed in a shape that can wrap the covering (6a) of the first lowering line (6) from the outside.
[0036] That is, the opening (133) is provided with an incision (134) formed by locally cutting a part of the member constituting the base portion (131), wherein the incision (134) is formed in a manner that cuts the base portion (131) in the remaining area excluding the connecting portion (135) that integrally connects the base portion (131) and the curved portion (132).
[0037] Additionally, it would be preferable for the above-mentioned bending portion (132) to be independently provided at least two locations relative to the base portion (131). That is, the above-mentioned third connecting portion (130) is configured to have the above-mentioned bending portion (132) at at least two independent locations relative to the base portion (131).
[0038] At this time, it is preferable that the bending direction of the above-mentioned bend (132) be set to a direction that intersects with the arrangement path of the above-mentioned first lower line (6).
[0039] In addition, it would be more preferable for the end portion (132a) of the bent portion in the above-mentioned bending portion (132) to be arranged offset from each other with respect to the arrangement path of the above-mentioned first lowering line (6). This is so that the plurality of bending portions (132) can more firmly grasp and fix the covering portion (6a) of the above-mentioned first lowering line (6).
[0040] In particular, an embodiment of the present invention is configured to further include a protrusion (136) located in the area between the curved portion (132) of the base portion (131) to enhance friction with the covering portion (6a) of the primary lowering line (6). That is, in an embodiment of the present invention, the protrusion (136) is located in the area between the curved portion (132) of the base portion (131) and performs the role of enhancing friction with the covering portion (6a) of the primary lowering line (6). In particular, it would be more preferable for the protrusion (136) to be formed in a shape that occupies a certain section area between the curved portion (132) of the base portion (131).
[0041] In addition, it would be preferable for the protrusion (136) to also be provided on the back portion facing the covering portion (6a) of the first lowering line (6) among the curved portion (132). Even in this case, it would be more preferable for the protrusion (136) to be formed in a shape that occupies a certain section of the back portion of the curved portion (132).
[0042] In addition, as shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 3, it would be more preferable for the third connection part (130) to be formed with an upward slope (A; shown in FIG. 3) so as not to be parallel to each other with respect to the arrangement direction of the first connection part (110) and to correspond to the wiring path (X) of the first lower line (6).
[0043] Additionally, as shown in FIGS. 2 and FIGS. 3, the third connection part (130) is configured to have a reinforcing rib (137) at the corner portion between it and the second connection part (120). At this time, the reinforcing rib (137) serves to maintain the inclination direction of the third connection part (130) relative to the second connection part (120) in a constant state, aligned with the wiring path (X) of the first lowering line (6).
[0044] Accordingly, the terminal structure for connecting the primary down line of the cutout switch according to the embodiment of the present invention configured as above allows the third connection part (130) of the mounting connection terminal (100) to firmly restrict and fix the position of the primary down line (6) along the arrangement path of the primary down line (6) wired from the high-voltage wire (4) toward the cutout switch (7).
[0045] As a result, the terminal structure for connecting the primary down line of the cutout switch according to the embodiment of the present invention can not only support the sheath (6a) of the primary down line (6), which is an insulated wire, more stably when stripping it during a series of operations to electrically connect the primary down line (6) to the cutout switch (7), but also effectively prevent movement such as shaking caused by external factors even after the connection work for the primary down line (6) is completed, thereby more actively preventing the phenomenon of the insulated wire being cut.
