Description

Technology Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a heating device for an eyelash molding machine, and more specifically, to a heating device for an eyelash molding machine that improves ease of use. Background Technology

[0002] Generally, when applying makeup, so-called curling is performed to bend the eyelashes upward in order to make them look fuller and more sophisticated. For this eyelash curling, an eyelash curling device, commonly known as an "eyelash curler," is primarily used. Korean Registered Patent No. 10-1735825 discloses such an eyelash curling device. The eyelash curling device is configured such that the tip of the eyelash can be lifted upward by applying pressure to a specific part of the eyelash from above and below and bending it upward, as it is operated by gripping it with the thumb and index finger, similar to tweezers or scissors.

[0003] However, according to these conventional eyelash shaping devices, the method involves simply applying pressure from above and below to bend the eyelashes upward. As time passes, the bent part straightens out again, causing the ends of the eyelashes to droop downwards, which has the disadvantage of requiring frequent shaping.

[0004] To address these drawbacks, Korean Published Patent No. 2000-0020348 proposes a molding device or eyelash curler that shapes eyelashes using a heating element. However, most of these heating molding devices are configured in a straight shape, such as a stick type, and primarily operate by the user placing the heating element parallel to the eyelashes and sweeping it upward as if combing. This method has the disadvantage that if the heating element accidentally comes into contact with the skin during molding, the user may feel heat or, in severe cases, suffer burns. For the same reason, some components in the accompanying drawings may be exaggerated, omitted, or schematically depicted.

[0023] Hereinafter, a heating device (1000) for an eyelash molding machine according to one embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the attached drawings.

[0024] FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a heating device for an eyelash molding machine according to one embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is an exploded perspective view of FIG. 1, and FIG. 3 is a perspective view showing the state excluding the support part and the eyelash molding machine among the components of FIG. 1.

[0025] Referring to FIGS. 1 to 3, a heating device (1000) for an eyelash molding machine according to one embodiment of the present invention may include a main body module (100), a mounting module (200), and a support member (20). The main body module (100) may be stably supported on a floor surface (not shown) on which it is placed by the support member (20). An eyelash molding machine (10) may be mounted on the mounting module (200) while the main body module (100) is supported by the support member (20).

[0026] As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the support member (20) may include a main body support panel (21) and a bottom support panel (22). The main body support panel (21) may support the main body module (100) so that the side facing the mounting module (200) described later is in contact with one side of the main body module (100). The bottom support panel (22) may support the main body module (100) on a floor surface so that it can be used while standing upright and supported by the main body support panel (21).

[0027] A support hole (23) may be formed through the upper portion of the main body support panel (21). A support projection (refer to reference numeral '123' in FIG. 4a) formed to protrude from the surface of the main body module (100) that contacts the main body support panel (21), between the one-sided and the other-sided portions, may be inserted into the support hole (23). The main body module (100) may be mounted on the main body support panel (21) by inserting the support projection (123) into the support hole (23) and catching it in the direction of gravity.

[0028] Here, the main body support panel (21) may be formed at a predetermined angle with respect to the bottom support panel (22). At this time, the forming angle formed by the main body support panel (21) and the bottom support panel (22) may take into account the center of gravity including the main body module (100) and the mounting module (200). If the forming angle formed by the main body support panel (21) and the bottom support panel (22) is too small, the main body module (100) will be set up in a state where it is too tilted on the floor surface, which is expected to cause inconvenience in use; and if the forming angle formed by the main body support panel (21) and the bottom support panel (22) is too large, there is a risk that the main body module (100) will tip over toward the mounting side due to the weight of the main body module (100). Considering this, the main body support panel (21) may be formed by bending so as to maintain a forming angle between 35 and 55 degrees with respect to the bottom support panel (22). Preferably, the forming angle with respect to the bottom support panel (22) may be formed at 45 degrees or less. However, the bending angle formed between the main body support panel (21) and the bottom support panel (22) may exceed 45 degrees depending on the supporting force of the bottom support panel (22) or the length of the main body support panel (21). For example, if a separate joining member (not shown) that joins the bottom support panel (22) to the bottom surface is further provided, the bending angle may exceed 45 degrees.

[0029] Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, the head portion (11, 12) of the eyelash molding device (10) may be mounted on the mounting module (200). Specifically, the heating target portion of the head portion (11, 12) may be mounted on the mounting module (200). The heating target portion may be an eyelash curler blade (11) that comes into contact with the user's eyelashes. The eyelash curler blade (11) of the eyelash molding device (10) mounted on the mounting module (200) may be heated to a predetermined temperature. Preferably, the eyelash curler blade (11) of the eyelash molding device (10) may be heated within a range of about 50 to 60 degrees Celsius.

[0030] More specifically, the eyelash shaper (10) may include an eyelash curler blade (11) and a support blade (12). The eyelash curler blade (11) and the support blade (12) are arranged parallel to each other. Here, the support blade (12) may be moved closer to the eyelash curler blade (11) so that the user's eyelashes located between the eyelash curler blade (11) and the support blade (12) can be pressed. The support blade (12) may be moved to come into contact with the eyelash curler blade (11) or moved away from the eyelash curler blade (11) by means of an operating part (13) that rotates around a hinge (14) in the center.

[0031] In the eyelash molding device (10) configured as described above, the eyelash blade (11) and the support blade (12) are spaced apart from each other, and a mounting module (200) is positioned in the space between the eyelash blade (11) and the support blade (12). Then, the eyelash blade (11) is mounted on the heating part (220) of the mounting module (200) described later and heated. Accordingly, at least the eyelash blade (11) may be provided with a thermally conductive material that can be heated to the above temperature range by the heating part (220).

[0032] FIGS. 4a and FIGS. 4b are exploded perspective views of FIG. 3 in one direction and exploded perspective views in the other direction, FIG. 5 is a cutaway perspective view of the upper part of FIG. 3, FIG. 6 is a rear view of the upper part of FIG. 3 (a) and a cross-sectional view taken along line A-A', showing the process of withdrawing the mounting module according to the operation of the withdrawal button part, and cross-sectional views (b, c).

[0033] Referring to FIGS. 4a and 4b, the mounting module (200) may be provided to be selectively exposed from the main body module (100). That is, the mounting module (200) may be coupled to the main body module (100) so as to be inserted or withdrawn. Specifically, the mounting module (200) is stored in a state inserted into the internal space of the main body module (100) before use by the user, and can be withdrawn to the outside of the main body module (100) when the user uses it.

[0034] The mounting module (200) may be inserted and withdrawn through a withdrawal hole (131) formed on one side of the main body module (100) and the other side. Additionally, the mounting module (200) may be inserted and withdrawn by means of a withdrawal button part (500) described later, which is exposed on the other side of the main body module (100) and the stopper part (400) provided inside the main body module (100) to be linked thereto. Although not shown, the outer surface of the mounting module (200) and one side of the main body module (100) may be matched with each other while the mounting module (200) is inserted inside the main body module (100). Therefore, even when a user stores the heating device (1000) of this embodiment in a bag, etc., the risk of damage caused by the mounting module (200) being forcibly shaken by interference with other objects can be reduced.

[0035] Referring to FIGS. 4a and 4b, the main body module (100) may include a deco ring (110), a one-sided case (130), and a other-sided case (120). The deco ring (110) may be coupled to the edge end of either the one-sided case (130) or the other-sided case (120) while being coupled to the edge end of either the one-sided case (130) or the other-sided case (120).

[0036] One side case (130) and the other side case (120) can be joined together with a deco ring (110) in between. Here, a predetermined internal space (105) can be formed between the one side case (130) and the other side case (120). In the internal space (105) formed by the one side case (130) and the other side case (120), the electrical unit (300), the stopper unit (400), and the pull-out button unit (500), which will be described later, can be installed, and a mounting module (200) can be inserted.

[0037] One side case (130) and the other side case (120) may have a rounded shape overall, not just at the corners, and may be formed to be long in the vertical direction. At each corner of the internal space (105) of the other side case (130), a through boss (122) is formed that communicates with a through hole (121) through which an unillustrated fastening member, such as a screw, passes, and a corresponding fastening boss (132) may be formed on the inner surface of the one side case (120). Two through bosses (122) and two fastening bosses (132) may be provided at the upper end and two at the lower end, respectively, spaced apart in the left and right directions.

[0038] On the outer surface of the other case (120), a support projection (123) may be formed that is inserted and caught in a support hole (23) formed in the main body support panel (21) of the support member (20). On the inner surface of the other case (120), a pair of stopper fastening bosses (124) may be formed that are fastened to a fixed boss (414) formed in a boss shape on the stopper member (400) through a fastening member not shown, and on the upper side of the support projection (123), a button hole (125) may be formed to pass through in the front-rear direction so that a pull-out button member (500) can pass through and be fastened. In addition, a terminal through-hole (128) may be formed on the lower part of the other case (120) so that a charging terminal (313), which will be described later among the components of the electrical unit (300), passes through and is exposed. In addition, an elastic member support groove (129) may be formed in the upper portion of the other case (120) where the mounting module (200) is located, in which the rear end of the pull-out elastic member (260) that elastically supports the mounting module (200) described later is supported.

[0039] Meanwhile, a withdrawal hole (131) for inserting or withdrawing a mounting module (200) may be formed through the front-rear direction in one side case (130). The withdrawal hole (131) may be formed in a shape corresponding to the vertical cross-sectional shape of the mounting module (200). Here, the withdrawal hole (131) may have a guide end (not indicated in the drawing) in the form of a rib or flange protruding along the end to the inside of the one side case (130) so as to stably guide the insertion or withdrawal of the mounting module (200) in the front-rear direction.

[0040] On the inner surface of one side case (130), a stopper fixing end (134) may be formed to be inserted into a fixed boss (414) formed in a boss shape on the stopper part (400). Additionally, a power button hole (135) may be formed in one side case (130) for externally exposing the power button part (330), which will be described later, among the components of the electrical part (300). Furthermore, an LED viewing hole (138) may be formed in one side case (130) so that the display light of the LED display part (318) among the components of the electrical part (300) is projected outward. The LED viewing hole (138) may be filled with a transparent material not shown.

[0041] Meanwhile, on the inner surface of one side case (130), a plurality of board fastening bosses (137) may be formed to which a printed circuit board (310), described later among the components of the electrical unit (300), is fastened. The printed circuit board (310) may be fixed to the inner surface of one side case (130) by the operation in which a fastening member (not shown) penetrating the board fastening hole (317) is fastened to the board fastening boss (137). Additionally, on the inner surface of one side case (130), a trigger insertion groove (139) may be formed to which the end portion of a pull-out trigger panel (520), described later among the components of the pull-out button unit (500), is inserted.

[0042] Referring to FIGS. 4a and 4b, the electrical unit (300) may include a printed circuit board (310) and a battery (320). Various electrical components (311), a charging terminal (313), and a power button (330) may be mounted on one side of the printed circuit board (310). The battery (320) may be installed on the other side of the printed circuit board (310).

[0043] The charging terminal (313) is exposed to the outside through a terminal through-hole (128) formed at the bottom of the other case (120), allowing the user to selectively charge the battery (320). The power button portion (330) can be exposed to the outside of the one case (130) through a power button hole (135) formed in the one case (130). When the user presses the power button portion (330), the heating means (230) described later, installed in the heating portion (220) of the mounting module (200), can be operated using the power of the charged battery (320).

[0044] Meanwhile, a heating device (1000) for an eyelash molding machine according to one embodiment of the present invention may further include an elastic member (260) for withdrawal, a stopper part (400), and a withdrawal button part (500). When a user presses the withdrawal button part (500), the body part (210) of the mounting module (200), which is elastically supported by the elastic member (260) for withdrawal, can be withdrawn from the inside to the outside of the main body module (100) through a locking release operation with the stopper part (400). In addition, when a user pushes the body part (210) of the mounting module (200) toward the inside of the main body module (100), the elastic member (260) for withdrawal is compressed and the body part (210) is inserted into the inside of the main body module (100), and the body part (210) can be inserted from the outside to the inside of the main body module (100) through a locking operation with the stopper part (400).

[0045] The pull-out elastic member (260) may be provided as a spring member. Preferably, the pull-out elastic member (260) may be a spring. The rear end of the pull-out elastic member (260) may be supported in an elastic member support groove (129) formed on the inner surface of the other case (120), and the front end of the pull-out elastic member (260) may be supported on the body part (200). Specifically, the front end of the pull-out elastic member (260) may be inserted into the inner side of the heating wire installation space (240) through the elastic member installation guide (218) described later, which is formed on the body part (210), and may be supported on the body part (200) via a heating wire support part (240) installed in the heating wire installation space (240).

[0046] The pull-out elastic member (260) supports the body part (200) in a compressed state and continuously elastically supports the body part (200) in the pull-out direction from inside the main body module (100) to the outside. Accordingly, when the body part (200) is released from the stopper part (400), it is pulled out in the pull-out direction by the elastic restoring force of the pull-out elastic member (260), and when it is engaged with the stopper part (400), it can maintain a stopped state.

[0047] Referring to FIGS. 4a and 4b, the withdrawal button section (500) may include a withdrawal button (510) and a withdrawal trigger panel (520). The withdrawal button (510) and the withdrawal trigger panel (520) may be formed integrally. Here, the withdrawal button (510) may be installed so that its outer surface is exposed through a button hole (125) formed in the other case (120) of the main body module (100). The withdrawal button (510) is provided so that it can be pressed by a user using a finger, and may move horizontally along the button hole (125) provided in a boss shape on the inside of the other case (120).

[0048] The withdrawal button (510) is formed to have a vertical cross-section in the shape of a cylinder or circumference, and a pair of guide protrusions (515) extending orthogonally to the upper and lower ends may be formed at the inner end of the withdrawal button (510). The pair of guide protrusions (515) protrude to the outside of the button hole (125) through a button guide slot (126) formed on the inner side of the button hole (125) and are caught on a button catch portion (127) formed stepwise on the inner end of the button hole (125) so that the amount of pressing of the withdrawal button (510) may be limited.

[0049] Meanwhile, a pair of withdrawal trigger panels (520) may be formed at the inner end of the withdrawal button (510) so as to be spaced apart in the left and right directions. Since the withdrawal trigger panels (520) are formed integrally with the withdrawal button (510), they can move in conjunction with the horizontal pressing movement of the withdrawal button (510).

[0050] The withdrawal trigger panel (520) can move horizontally, thereby moving the catch portion (520) of the stopper portion (400) in the up-and-down direction within the internal space (105) of the main body module (100). To this end, the end of the withdrawal trigger panel (520) may have a trigger inclined portion (525) formed at an angle with respect to the direction of movement of the withdrawal trigger panel (520). The trigger inclined portion (525) may be provided to pass through the through slit (423) formed in the catch portion (520) of the stopper portion (400). Here, when the withdrawal trigger panel (520) moves horizontally within the internal space (105) of the main body module (100), the trigger inclined portion (525) moves while coming into contact with the bottom of the through slit (423), thereby moving the catch portion (520) downward within the internal space (105) of the main body module (100).

[0051] Referring to FIGS. 4a and 4b, the stopper part (400) may include a locking part (420), a guide part (410), and a locking spring (430). The locking part (420) may be provided to be movable in the up and down direction relative to the guide part (410), which is fixed in the internal space (105) of the main body module (100) by receiving an external force from the pull-out button part (500).

[0052] The guide portion (410) can guide the up and down movement of the locking portion (420). Here, the guide portion (410) is fixed to a pair of fastening bosses (124) formed on the other side case (120) by means of a fastening member not shown that passes through a pair of fixed bosses (414) formed on both left and right ends, and a stopper fixing end (134) formed on one side case (130) can be inserted into and fixed to the pair of fixed bosses (414).

[0053] The locking portion (420) can be moved up and down along the back portion of the guide portion (410). A through slit (423) can be formed in the middle portion of the locking portion (420) to penetrate in the front and rear directions, through which the end of the withdrawal trigger panel (520) of the withdrawal button portion (500) is inserted. The through slit (423) can be provided in pairs corresponding to the number of withdrawal trigger panels (520). Here, the length of the through slit (423) in the up and down direction can be formed to correspond to the length of the upper and lower width of the withdrawal trigger panel (520). Accordingly, the trigger inclined end (525) of the withdrawal trigger panel (520), which is formed so that the length of the upper and lower width gradually decreases, can be inserted through the through slit (423), and the locking portion (420) can be moved up and down only by the length of the withdrawal trigger panel (520) and the through slit (423).

[0054] The locking part (420) can be elastically supported upward by a locking spring (430) provided at the lower end of the guide part (410). The locking spring (430) is provided as a spring, and its lower end is supported by a lower spring support end (411) formed at the lower end of the guide part (410), and its upper end is supported by an upper spring support end (421) formed at the lower end of the locking part (420). Therefore, when no external force is transmitted by the pull-out button part (500), the locking part (420) can always be provided with an elastic force upward by the elastic force of the locking spring (430).

[0055] A locking hook portion (525) may be formed at the upper part of the locking portion (420) to protrude toward the lower side of the body portion (210) among the components of the mounting module (200). The locking hook portion (525) is engaged with the lower surface of the body portion (210) by the elastic force of the locking spring (430), and the locking portion (420) may be moved downward by the operation of the withdrawal button portion (500), thereby releasing the engagement with the body portion (210).

[0056] Here, on the lower surface of the body part (210), two locking grooves (215A, 215B) that engage with the locking hook end (425) of the locking part (420) may be formed. More specifically, on the lower surface of the body part (210), an insertion-side locking groove (215A) may be formed so that the locking hook end (525) of the locking part (420) engages when the body part (210) is fully inserted into the internal space (105) of the main body module (100) (i.e., insertion position). Additionally, on the lower surface of the body part (210), an extraction-side locking groove (215B) may be formed so that the locking hook end (525) of the locking part (420) engages when the body part (210) is fully pulled out from the internal space (105) of the main body module (100) (i.e., extraction position). The insertion-side locking groove (215A) and the withdrawal-side locking groove (215B) may be formed to engage only with the locking hook end (425) of the locking part (420) in the withdrawal direction of the body part (210). For example, the locking hook end (425) may be formed such that the inner end has a vertical surface and the outer end has a cross-section that gradually slopes downward. Additionally, the insertion-side locking groove (215A) and the withdrawal-side locking groove (215B) may each have a vertical surface formed on the inner side that contacts the vertical surface of the locking hook end (425), and a sloped surface formed on the outer side that corresponds to the cross-section of the locking hook end (425) that slopes downward.

[0057] The process of withdrawing the mounting module (200) of the heating device (1000) for an eyelash molding machine according to one embodiment of the present invention configured as above is briefly explained with reference to FIG. 6 as follows.

[0058] Referring to FIG. 6(b), when the withdrawal button portion (500) is pressed by a user, the trigger inclined portion (525) of the withdrawal trigger panel (520) moves the withdrawal portion (420) downward by moving horizontally while contacting the lower end of the through slit (423) of the withdrawal portion (420). At this time, the locking hook portion (425) of the withdrawal portion (420), which is engaged in the insertion-side locking groove (215A) of the body portion (210), is released from the insertion-side locking groove (215A), and the withdrawal is released by the elastic restoring force of the withdrawal elastic member (260), so that the body portion (210) is withdrawn to one side of the main body module (100) through the withdrawal hole (131).

[0059] Referring to FIG. 6(c), when the mounting module (200) is fully withdrawn to the outside of one side of the main body module (100), the locking rib (217) formed at the inner edge of the body part (210) can be engaged with the guide end (not indicated in the drawing) of the withdrawal hole (131). Additionally, when the pressing force of the withdrawal button part (500) is released at the same position, the locking hook end (425) of the locking part (420) moves upward by the elastic restoring force of the locking spring (430) and can be engaged with the withdrawal side locking groove (215B) formed on the lower surface of the body part (210).

[0060] Conversely, when a user pushes the body part (210) from the outside to insert the mounting module (200) into the internal space (105) of the main body module (100), the inclined surface of the pull-out side locking groove (215B) runs over the inclined cross-section of the locking hook end (425), thereby releasing the lock, and when the insertion side locking groove (215A) reaches the position where the locking hook end (425) is provided, the locking hook end (425) is inserted into the insertion side locking groove (215A) by the elastic force of the locking spring (430), thereby maintaining the lock.

[0061] In this way, the heating device (1000) for an eyelash molding device according to one embodiment of the present invention has the mounting module (200) withdrawn to the outside of the main body module (100) only when the user is using it, and the mounting module (200) inserted into the inside of the main body module (100) after the user is using it, thereby preventing damage to the mounting module (200) by other items inside the bag when stored in a bag, etc.

[0062] FIG. 7 is a perspective view showing the mounting module of the configuration of FIG. 3, FIG. 8 is an exploded perspective view of FIG. 7, FIG. 9 is an exploded perspective view of FIG. 8 excluding the elastic member for extraction and the temperature sensor part, FIG. 10 is a perspective view of the mounting module showing the assembled state of FIG. 9, FIG. 11 is a plan view (a), a cross-sectional view (b) taken along line B-B' and a cross-sectional view taken along line C-C' of FIG. 10.

[0063] Hereinafter, the mounting module (200) among the components of the heating device (1000) for an eyelash molding machine according to one embodiment of the present invention will be described in more detail.

[0064] Referring to FIGS. 7 through 11, the mounting module (200) may include a body portion (210) and a heating portion (220). As described above, the body portion (210) may be inserted into the internal space (105) of the main body module (100) or withdrawn from the internal space (105) of the main body module (100). The heating portion (220) may be coupled to the body portion (210) and inserted into and withdrawn from the main body module (100) together with the body portion (210). At this time, when the heating portion (220) is inserted into the main body module (100), it maintains a fully inserted state so as not to be exposed from the outside, and when it is withdrawn from the main body module (100), it may be fully exposed so that the head portion (11, 12) of the eyelash molder (10) can be mounted.

[0065] The body portion (210) may be provided in the form of a block with a shape in which the lower surface and the upper surface are curved upward. Preferably, the vertical cross-section of the body portion (210) may be formed to correspond to the shape of the extraction hole (131) formed on one side of the main body module (100). In addition, the front cross-section of the body portion (210) may have a shape that matches one side of the main body module (100) when it is fully inserted into the interior of the main body module (100).

[0066] Additionally, it is preferable that the body portion (210) be formed to correspond to the curved shape of the eyelash curler blade (11) of the eyelash molding device (10). That is, the body portion (210) may be formed in a curved shape such that the center of one side and the other side protrudes in the direction of one side. Here, the curved radius of curvature of the eyelash curler blade (11) is approximately 21R to 23R, and the radius of curvature of one side and the other side of the body portion (210) may also be formed within the same range.

[0067] Meanwhile, when the radius of curvature of one side and the other side of the body part (210) is 22R, it is preferable that the width-direction length (refer to reference numeral 'D' in FIG. 11) of the body part (210) drawn out from the main body module (100) be formed in the range of 1.9 cm to 2.3 cm. If the width-direction length (D) of the body part (210) is small, there is a risk that the range of the user's eyelashes being heated will be reduced. In this case, the user must attempt heating molding multiple times. Also, if the width-direction length (D) of the body part (210) is large, there is a risk that compatibility with the eyelash molding machine (10) having a different radius of curvature as described above will be reduced. That is, the radius of curvature of the eyelash curler blade (11) of the eyelash curler (10) is formed in the range of 21R to 23R as described above. However, if the length (D) in the width direction of the body part (210) exceeds 2.3cm, the amount of interference of the eyelash curler (10) with respect to the end side of the body part (210) increases, and compatibility may be reduced.

[0068] Here, the body portion (210) may be molded from a non-thermal conductive material. Preferably, the body portion (210) may be made of a non-metallic material. However, since a heating portion (220) that is heated to a predetermined temperature is coupled to the body portion (210), it is preferable that the body portion (210) be provided with a material having heat resistance to at least the heating temperature of the heating portion (220).

[0069] Meanwhile, a heating unit coupling groove (211) may be formed in the body portion (210) to which a heating unit (220) is seated and coupled. When the heating unit (220) is seated and coupled, the heating unit coupling groove (211) may be formed by cutting to a depth such that the upper surface of the heating unit and the upper surface of the body portion (210) adjacent to the heating unit coupling groove (211) form surfaces of the same height. Additionally, the heating unit coupling groove (211) may be formed in a shape that matches the outer shape of the heating unit (220), excluding the upper surface. Here, the heating unit (220) is on which the eyelash curler blade (11) of the eyelash molding machine (10) is mounted. The heating unit (220) may be formed to have a horizontal cross-section with a front end and a rear end curved forward to correspond to the shape of the eyelash curler blade (11), and the heating unit coupling groove (211) may also be formed in a shape corresponding to the outer shape of the heating unit (220).

[0070] After the heating unit (220) is seated in the heating unit coupling groove (211) in a shape-matched manner, it can be fixed by a fastening member not shown that is fastened to the heating unit (220) through the heating unit coupling groove (211) at the bottom of the body unit (210). To this end, a heating unit fixing boss (214) is formed in the heating unit coupling groove (211), and a fastening member fastening hole (not shown) that is fastened by penetrating the heating unit fixing boss (214) can be formed on the bottom surface of the heating unit (220). A pair of heating unit fixing bosses (214) and fastening member fastening holes can be provided, one on each of the left and right sides of the heating unit coupling groove (211) and the corresponding left and right sides of the bottom surface of the heating unit (220).

[0071] Here, the heating member coupling groove (211) is formed by removing a portion of the upper part of the front section of the body section (210) in the shape of a groove, so it may be vulnerable to downward moment force applied to the front section of the body section (210) with respect to the heating member coupling groove (211). That is, since the thickness of the heating member coupling groove (211) is formed thinly compared to other parts of the heating member (220), there is a risk of damage if a bending force is applied to the front section of the body section (210).

[0072] Referring to (c) of FIGS. 8, 9 and FIGS. 11, at least one shape-maintaining protrusion (223, 224) is formed on the outer end of the heating part (220) to reinforce the vulnerability of the body part (210), and a shape-maintaining groove part (212, 213) may be formed on the outer end of the heating part coupling groove (211) so as to be coupled with the shape-maintaining protrusion (223, 224).

[0073] The shape-maintaining protrusions (223, 224) may include a horizontal protrusion (223) protruding horizontally from the front end of the heating part (220) and a vertical protrusion (224) protruding vertically from the horizontal protrusion (223). The shape-maintaining grooves (212, 213) may include a horizontal groove (212) formed horizontally at the outer end of the upper part of the heating part coupling groove (211) and a vertical groove (213) formed vertically from the horizontal groove (212). The horizontal protrusion (223) may be seated in the horizontal groove (212) so as to have a matching shape, and the vertical protrusion (224) may be inserted into the vertical groove (213). Such shape-maintaining protrusions (223, 224) and shape-maintaining grooves (212, 213) may each be provided as a pair on the left and right sides of the heating part (220) and the body part (210). Therefore, even when an external force is applied to the body part (210) corresponding to the front end of the heating part coupling groove (211), the shape of the body part (210) is maintained by the mutual alignment of the shape-maintaining protrusions (223, 224) and the shape-maintaining grooves (212, 213), so the vulnerability of the body part (210) due to the formation of the heating part coupling groove (211) can be reinforced.

[0074] Referring to FIGS. 7 to 9, the mounting module (200) may further include a heating means (230), a heating means support member (240), and a temperature sensor member (250). The heating means (230) is stably fixed in close contact with the heating member (220) by being supported by the heating means support member (240), and the temperature sensor member (250) can detect the operating heat of the heating means (230). Here, if the temperature detected by the temperature sensor member (250) is above a set temperature, the power is automatically cut off to automatically stop the heating operation of the heating member (220), thereby preventing overheating.

[0075] More specifically, the heating means (230) may be provided as a heating wire that receives power from the battery (320) through the terminal portions (231) at both ends and generates heat, thereby heating the heating portion (220) in heat contact therewith to a predetermined temperature. However, the heating means (230) is not limited to a heating wire and may include various heating elements such as a film heater or a ceramic heater. Here, the heating means (230) and the temperature sensor portion (250) may be installed inside the heating portion (220) through the body portion (210). To this end, a heating means installation space (216) that penetrates in the front-rear horizontal direction may be formed in the body portion (210). The heating means installation space (216) may be formed to communicate with the heating portion coupling groove (211) formed in the body portion (210) at the rear end of the body portion (210).

[0076] A heating means mounting groove (222) in which a heating means (230) is mounted may be formed in the heating part (220). The heating means mounting groove (222) may be formed to be in communication with the heating means installation space (216) of the body part (210) while the heating part (220) is coupled to the heating part coupling groove (211) of the body part (210).

[0077] When a heating means (230) and a temperature sensor unit (250) are installed in the heating means mounting groove (222) of the heating unit (220), a heating means support unit (240) can be inserted and installed through the heating means installation space (216). The heating means support unit (240) can be closely attached to the inner surface of the heating means mounting groove (222) of the heating unit (220) so that the heating means (230) is in thermal contact, and the temperature sensor unit (250) can be closely attached so that it is in stable thermal contact with the heating means (230) or a part of the heating unit (220).

[0078] Here, the heating means support member (240) may be made of a non-thermal conductive material having heat resistance to the heating means (230) or the heating part (220). Preferably, the heating means support member (240) may be provided with an elastic material that elastically supports the heating means (230) or the temperature sensor part (250) and is easily inserted and installed in the heating means installation space (216). In this embodiment, the heating means support member (240) is described under the premise that it is provided with a silicone material that is easy to mold.

[0079] A pair of support fixing grooves (219) may be formed spaced apart in the left and right directions on the upper and lower sides of the heating means installation space (216) of the body part (210). The support fixing grooves (219) may be formed to communicate with the heating means installation space (216) of the body part (210). The upper and lower surfaces of the heating means support part (240) may be fixed to these support fixing grooves (219). More specifically, support protrusions (249) that are inserted at positions corresponding to the support fixing grooves (219) may be formed on the upper and lower surfaces of the heating means support part (240). After the heating means support part (240) is installed in the heating wire installation space (216), the support protrusions (249) are inserted and coupled to the support fixing grooves (219), thereby allowing the heating means (230) or the temperature sensor part (250) to be stably fixed continuously even when shape deformation occurs due to heat.

[0080] Referring to FIGS. 8, FIGS. 9 and FIGS. 11 (b), the vertical height of the heating means installation space (216) can be formed at a height that facilitates the through-installation of the heating means (230) and the temperature sensor unit (250). On the other hand, the vertical height of the heating means seating groove (222) is preferably formed to a size corresponding to the diameter of the heating means (230) so that the installed heating means (230) does not move. Accordingly, the vertical height of the heating means installation space (216) can be formed to be greater than the vertical height of the heating means seating groove (222).

[0081] At this time, if a step is formed between the bottom surface of the heating wire installation space (216) and the bottom surface of the heating means mounting groove (222), a jamming phenomenon may occur due to the step when inserting and installing the heating means (230) or the temperature sensor unit (250). To prevent such jamming during installation, a slanted guide surface (216-1) may be further formed on the bottom surface of the heating means installation space (216) that contacts the heating means mounting groove (222), so as to be connected toward the bottom surface of the heating means mounting groove (222).

[0082] Therefore, when installing a heating means (230) or a temperature sensor unit (250) in the heating means mounting groove (222), it can be mounted inside the heating means mounting groove (222) without obstruction by the guide inclined surface (216-1). Additionally, the tip of the heating means support unit (240) is compressed along the guide inclined surface (216-1) and elastically deformed to extend as an extension end (240A), and the extension end (240A) of the heating means support unit (240) thus extended can press the heating means (230) against the inner wall of the heating means mounting groove (222).

[0083] Additionally, an elastic member support groove (241) cut in a 'U' shape may be formed at the rear end of the heating means support portion (240). The front end of an elastic member (260) that provides elastic force in the pulling direction of the body portion (210) described above may be supported in the elastic member support groove (241). The front end of the elastic member (260) that pulls out may be installed to be elastically supported in the elastic member support groove (241) of the heating means support portion (240) while receiving guidance from the elastic member installation guide (218) formed at the rear end of the body portion (210) as described above.

[0084] Meanwhile, a mounting groove (221) may be formed in the heating unit (220) to which a curler blade (11) among the head units (11, 12) of the eyelash molding machine (10) is mounted. Since the lower end of the curler blade (11) is inserted into and mounted in the mounting groove (221), it may be formed in a shape corresponding to the horizontal cross-sectional shape of the curler blade (11). Here, the mounting groove (221) may have a variable width structure in which the contact area with the curler blade (11) increases as the curler blade (11) is inserted. More specifically, the mounting groove (221) may have a shape that becomes narrower as it gets deeper in the depth direction. Therefore, since at least the lower end of the curler blade (11) or a part of the side of the curler blade (11) is in thermal contact with the inner surface of the mounting groove (221) having a variable width structure with improved adhesion, heat from the heating unit (220) can be easily transferred to the curler blade (11).

[0085] In this way, the heating device (1000) for an eyelash molding device according to one embodiment of the present invention can improve user convenience by ensuring that the mounting module (200) is inserted and stored inside the main body module (100) before use, and is withdrawn from the main body module (100) only when in use by a simple operation such as pressing the withdrawal button part (500).

[0086] In addition, the heating device (1000) for an eyelash molding machine according to one embodiment of the present invention can maintain heating performance through stable support of the heating means (230) by the heating means support part (240), and also improve safety in use by preventing overheating of the heating means (230) according to the temperature detected by the temperature sensor part (250).

[0088] Although an embodiment of the present invention has been described above, those skilled in the art may modify and change the present invention in various ways by adding, changing, deleting, or adding components, etc., without departing from the spirit of the present invention as described in the claims, and such modifications and changes are also to be considered to be included within the scope of the rights of the present invention.
