Description

Technology Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a holder assembly jig, and more specifically, to a component assembly jig used when assembling a connector, which is a holder for fixing a wire. Background Technology

[0002] A connector is a component utilized in various technical fields for electrical connection. To this end, the connector housing, which forms the exterior of the connector, is assembled with a connector body that accommodates the wire internally and a holder that secures the wire inside the connector body.

[0003] Therefore, conventionally, in order to form connector housings according to various specifications, a worker directly assembled the connector body and holder that matched the specifications.

[0004] However, during the process of manually forming connector housings of various specifications, problems occurred such as mismatched specifications of each part or damage to the connector housing caused by workers unskilled in using assembly tools.

[0005] In addition, as assembly conditions varied depending on the worker, problems arose where the quality and durability of the connector in the final product were degraded. The problem to be solved

[0006] One embodiment of the present invention is devised to solve the above-mentioned problems and aims to provide a holder component assembly jig that prevents the omission of holder components and has improved assembly reliability. means of solving the problem

[0007] A holder component assembly jig according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a fixed block having a fixed portion formed on one side for seating a first component; a moving block having an installation portion formed on one side for installing a second component and reciprocating on one side of the fixed block; and an operating block that moves the moving block to insert the second component into the inside of the first component; wherein the operating block is formed with a driving portion that generates a movement signal of the moving block and an execution portion that moves the moving block by operation of the driving portion, thereby assembling the first and second components at a preset position.

[0008] The above fixing part may be formed with a pair of fixing protrusions that protrude from one side and penetrate and fix the first part, and the above installation part may be formed with an installation body extending to the above fixing block and a corresponding end having a specific shape at the end of the installation body to which the second part is installed externally.

[0009] It is preferable to further include a control unit that operates the execution unit to move the movement block to a preset position when the above movement signal is generated, and the first and second parts can be assembled at the preset position.

[0010] In one example, the above-mentioned installation part is formed at the end of the corresponding section, and a contact part is further formed to generate an assembly pressure between the movable block and the fixed block as an electrical signal, and the control part can determine whether the assembly pressure corresponds to a preset set pressure and determine whether the first and second parts are fully connected.

[0011] In addition, the contact unit measures the assembly pressure and simultaneously generates a contact signal when it contacts the fixed block, and the control unit operates the execution unit when the movement signal is generated, and can determine full connection only when the assembly pressure is equal to a preset set pressure at the same time the contact signal is generated.

[0012] In another embodiment, the above-described installation part is formed at the end of the corresponding section, and a contact part is further formed that generates an electrical signal of assembly pressure between the moving block and the fixed block, and simultaneously generates a contact signal when in contact with the fixed block, and the control part operates the execution part when the moving signal is generated, but temporarily stops the execution part when the contact signal is generated so that the first and second parts can be assembled. Effects of the invention

[0013] As examined above, various effects including the following can be expected according to the means for solving the problem of the present invention. However, the present invention is not required to exhibit all of the following effects to be valid.

[0014] A holder component assembly jig of one embodiment of the present invention improves product reliability by maintaining the assembly positions of the first and second components consistently through an operating block that moves a moving block to a preset position.

[0015] At this time, a control unit is provided to determine whether the first and second parts are fully connected through the assembly position and assembly pressure of the fixed block and the movable block, thereby significantly reducing the product defect rate and simultaneously significantly improving assembly reliability.

[0016] In addition, the fixed block and the movable block significantly improve the utility of the invention by varying the position of the fixed part where the first and second parts are seated and by allowing the installation part to be replaced to accommodate various specifications. Brief explanation of the drawing

[0017] FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a holder component assembly jig according to one embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 2 is a perspective view from a different direction with the cover removed in FIG. 1. Fig. 3 is an exploded view of Fig. 2. Fig. 4 is a side view of Fig. 2. FIGS. 5(a) to 5(c) are drawings illustrating the process of assembling the first and second parts of FIG. 4. FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view in the VI-VI direction of part A of FIG. 5(b). Specific details for implementing the invention

[0018] Hereinafter, specific embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. However, in order not to obscure the essence of the present invention, descriptions of known functions or configurations will be omitted.

[0019] For the sake of convenience of explanation, the direction in which the movable block moves is defined as the extension direction, the direction in which a pair of installation parts are arranged side by side is defined as the placement direction, and the direction that intersects perpendicularly with the extension direction and the placement direction simultaneously is defined as the intersection direction.

[0020] In addition, regarding the extension direction based on the arrangement of the movable block and the fixed block, the direction in which the movable block is formed is referred to as the front of the extension direction, and the direction in which the fixed block is formed is referred to as the rear of the extension direction.

[0021] In addition, the holder component assembly jig of the present invention is for assembling a connector housing, wherein the first component below corresponds to a connector body that accommodates a wire in which an electrical connection is made internally, and the second component corresponds to a holder that prevents the wire from coming loose.

[0022] Additionally, for the sake of convenience of explanation, the initial position refers to the positions of the fixed block and the movable block before the first and second parts are installed, and the assembly position refers to the position where the movable block has been moved to assemble the first and second parts.

[0023] In this case, even if the movable block is moved, the fixed block maintains its initial position; however, for the sake of simpler explanation, the position of the fixed block in the state where the movable block has moved is also designated as the assembly position.

[0024] However, the aforementioned direction is for the convenience of explanation, and configurations that produce the same function and effect but differ only in direction may fall within the scope of the present invention.

[0026] FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a holder component assembly jig according to one embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a perspective view in a different direction with the cover removed from FIG. 1, FIG. 3 is an exploded perspective view of FIG. 2, FIG. 4 is a side view of FIG. 2, FIG. 5(a) to FIG. 5(c) are drawings illustrating the process of assembling the first and second components in FIG. 4, and FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view in the VI-VI direction of part A of FIG. 5(b).

[0027] Referring to FIGS. 1 to 6, a holder component assembly jig (10) of one embodiment of the present invention comprises a fixed block (200) having a fixed portion (220) formed on one side for seating a first component, a moving block (300) having an installation portion (320) formed on one side for installing a second component, a moving block (300) that reciprocates on one side of the fixed block (200), and an operating block (400) that moves the moving block (300) to insert the second component into the first component. The operating block (400) is formed with a driving portion (410) that generates a movement signal of the moving block (300) and an execution portion (420) that moves the moving block (300) by operation of the driving portion (410), thereby assembling the first and second components at a preset position.

[0028] The holder part assembly jig (10) is a jig for assembling the first and second parts, and improves the workability and assembly reliability of the product assembly by easily assembling the first and second parts at a preset position.

[0029] To this end, the holder part assembly jig (10) is formed with a fixed block (200) on which a first part is seated, a movable block (300) on which a second part is seated and which is formed to be movable on one side of the fixed block (200), and an operating block (400) for operating the movement of the movable block (300).

[0030] At this time, in order to ensure the assembly reliability of the first and second parts and the safety of the worker, it is preferable to further form a housing (100) in which a fixed block (200), a moving block (300), and an operating block (400) are installed.

[0031] Accordingly, the housing (100) is formed with a body (110) that is formed long in the extension direction in which the movable block (300) moves, and a cover (120) that opens and closes on one side of the body (110). The cover (120) is formed with a fixed cover (121) in which the movable block (300) is positioned internally, and a movable cover (122) in which the fixed block (200) is positioned internally.

[0032] Accordingly, the workspace (123) formed on one side of the body (110) by the cover (120) is opened and closed according to the movement of the movable cover (122).

[0033] Specifically, the fixed cover (121) and the movable cover (122) are formed to be located between the fixed block (200) and the movable block (300) at the initial position, so that the worker can easily place the first and second parts on the fixed block (200) and the movable block (300) while the workspace (123) is open.

[0034] Additionally, it is preferable that the housing (100) has a safety sensor (130) formed on one side of the movable cover (122) to recognize a state in which the workspace (123) is closed, that is, a state in which a part of the movable cover (122) is positioned on one side of the fixed cover (121).

[0035] In one example, a safety sensor (130) recognizes contact with a fixed cover (121) and generates an electrical signal, and the control unit receives the electrical signal from the safety sensor (130) and ensures that the assembly process of the first and second parts is performed only when the workspace (123) is closed.

[0036] Additionally, a moving line (111) formed in an extension direction is further formed on one side of the body (110) to guide the movement of the moving block (300). Accordingly, the moving block (300) is only able to move in the extension direction, thereby facilitating the assembly of the first and second parts.

[0037] To examine this in more detail, the connector body (21) has a hole formed in an extending direction to allow a wire to pass through, and the holder (22) is positioned in an extending direction inside the hole of the connector body (21) to prevent the wire from coming loose.

[0038] Accordingly, the moving line (111) ensures that the holder (22) moves accurately inward in the extension direction of the connector body (21), thereby preventing assembly defects and providing the effect of improving assembly reliability.

[0039] The fixed block (200) is formed with a fixed body (210) fixed to one side of the body (110) and a fixed part (220) formed on one side of the fixed body (210) on which a first component is seated.

[0040] At this time, the fixed part (220) is formed in the front of the extension direction of the fixed body (210) to position the first part opposite the movable block (300).

[0041] In one example, the fixing part (220) is formed as a fixing projection (220) that protrudes in an extending direction on one side of the fixing body (210), is received into the inside of a hole formed by penetrating the first part, and fixes the first part at a preset position.

[0042] At this time, the hole formed in the first part is formed so that the connector housing (20) is fixed to the vehicle body, and there is no need to form a separate structure to fix the connector body (21) to the fixing block (200).

[0043] Additionally, it is preferable that the fixing protrusions (220) be formed as a pair to more stably seat the connector body (21), and more preferably, a plurality of installation holes may be formed on one side of the fixing block (200) so that the position of the fixing protrusions (220) can be varied.

[0044] Accordingly, the holder part assembly jig (10) of the present invention has high utility as it allows a worker to assemble connector housings (20) of various specifications by varying the position of the fixing projection (220) in accordance with the specifications of the connector body (21).

[0045] The movable block (300) is formed with a movable body (310) installed on one side of the body (110) so as to be movable in an extended direction, and an installation part (320) formed on one side of the movable body (310) on which a second part is seated.

[0046] At this time, the installation part (320) is positioned at the rear of the extension direction of the movable body (310) to position the second part opposite the fixed block (200).

[0047] Additionally, on one side of the movable body (310), an assembly part (311) is formed on which a moving line (111) is seated in an extended direction, so that the movable block (300) is moved back and forth between the initial position and the assembly position by the driving part (410).

[0048] And the installation part (320) is formed with an installation body (321) extending in an extension direction from one side of the movable body (310), and a corresponding end (322) formed at the end of the installation body (321) on which a second part is seated.

[0049] At this time, the corresponding section (322) is received into the inner side of the second part and the second part is seated.

[0050] To this end, the shape of the corresponding section (322) is identical to the shape forming the inner surface of the second part so that the second part can be fixed more stably. Additionally, it is preferable that the corresponding section (322) has a detachable fastening structure formed on the installation body (321) so that it can be replaced in accordance with the specifications of the holder (22).

[0051] In summary, the corresponding section (322) is formed to be replaceable in the installation body (321) in accordance with the specifications of the second part, and at the same time, its shape is also formed to be identical to the shape of the inner surface of the second part, so that the direction in which the second part is seated can also be restricted according to the design.

[0052] Here, the seating direction of the second part refers to the angle formed between the central axis of the extension direction and a specific position of the second part, thereby limiting the seating direction of the holder (22) when assembled into the inner side of the connector body (21).

[0053] Accordingly, after the connector body (21) and the holder (22) are assembled, structures requiring complementary coupling, such as a structure for detaching the holder (22), can be easily combined, thereby significantly improving the assembly workability of the connector housing (20).

[0054] Additionally, it is preferable that the installation part (320) further includes a contact part (323) formed on one side of the corresponding part (322) or the installation body (321) to generate an electrical signal according to the assembly state of the first and second parts.

[0055] Looking more specifically at the installation part (320), one example contact part (323) is formed at the end of the corresponding part (322) and is formed as a sensor that generates an electrical signal of assembly pressure between the moving block (300) and the fixed block (200).

[0056] Accordingly, one example contact part (323) measures the assembly pressure when the movable block (300) is in a moved state, that is, in a state where it is in contact with the fixed block (200) at the assembly position, and generates an electrical signal corresponding to the generated assembly pressure.

[0057] Additionally, it is desirable for the contact portion (323) to generate a contact signal at the moment of contact with the fixed block (200) at the assembly position, thereby additionally generating an electrical signal that can determine the relative position of the fixed block (200) and the movable block (300).

[0058] In summary, the contact portion (323) of one example is formed to generate at least one of a contact signal and an assembly pressure generated at the assembly position of the fixed block (200) and the movable block (300), so that the first and second parts are assembled at a preset position at a preset pressure.

[0059] However, this relates to a contact portion (323) of one example, and a contact portion (323) of another embodiment may be formed in the installation body (321) to measure pressure between the installation body (321) and the second part or between the installation body (321) and the corresponding end (322).

[0060] At this time, the contact portion (323) of another example can measure not only the pressure of the second part when the first part is assembled, but also the pressure generated in the second part during the assembly process, so that together with the corresponding portion (322), it is possible to additionally determine the mis-specification, mis-insertion, and internal structural defects of the second part.

[0061] Accordingly, the holder part assembly jig (10) of the present invention allows the first and second parts to be assembled at a constant position and pressure regardless of the worker's skill level, while significantly improving workability and significantly improving the reliability and productivity of the product.

[0062] To this end, the moving block (300) is provided with a corresponding section (322) corresponding to a second component and a contact section (323) that generates an electrical signal capable of determining the assembly state of the first and second components. At this time, if necessary, one example of a contact section (323) and another example of a contact section (323) may be formed separately or together in the installation section (320).

[0063] The operating block (400) is formed with a driving unit (410) installed on one side of the body (110) and a performing unit (420) that performs movement in the extension direction of the moving block (300) by operating the driving unit (410), so that the operator can easily move the moving block (300) to assemble the first and second parts.

[0064] To this end, the driving unit (410) is formed with a driving body (411) formed on one side of the body (110) to generate a movement signal of the moving block (300), and an operating handle (412) formed on one side of the driving body (411) to facilitate operation by the operator.

[0065] Additionally, the execution unit (420) is connected between the driving body (411) and the moving block (300) and moves the moving block (300) substantially in the extension direction through the operation of the operator.

[0066] Here, the execution unit (420) of one example moves the moving block (300) by introducing and discharging air through air pressure, and moves the moving block (300) to the assembly position by introducing air up to a preset pressure.

[0067] At this time, the pressure of the air introduced can be considered as the assembly pressure between the fixed block (200) and the movable block (300), so that the first and second parts can be assembled at a preset position by excluding the contact part (323) or by using only the contact part (323) that generates only a contact signal.

[0068] Accordingly, the holder part assembly jig (10) of the present invention can move the movable block (300) to the assembly position with precise pressure through the inflow and outflow of air, and can provide a simplified structure in which the first and second parts can be assembled using only the pressure of the incoming air.

[0069] At this time, the pressure of the incoming air is set to a preset pressure, so that the first and second parts can be assembled at a constant pressure and at a constant position regardless of the worker's skill level.

[0070] To this end, the control unit receives the signal and movement signal of the safety sensor (130) and performs the assembly process of the first and second parts, while simultaneously receiving the electrical signal corresponding to the contact signal and assembly pressure to determine whether the first and second parts are fully connected.

[0071] Specifically, the control unit ensures the safety of the worker by allowing the assembly process of the first and second parts to start only when an electrical signal is generated when the safety sensor (130) contacts the fixed cover (121).

[0072] In addition, when a movement signal is generated when the operator operates the control handle (412), the execution unit (420) is made to perform a preset operation to move the movement block (300) and assemble the first and second parts.

[0073] In addition, the control unit determines whether the first and second parts are fully connected through electrical signals corresponding to contact signals, assembly pressure, and air pressure, thereby significantly improving the assembly reliability of the first and second parts.

[0074] To examine this in more detail, the following description will limit the first part to the connector body (21) and the second part to the holder (22) and explain the process of assembling them into the connector housing (20).

[0075] A control unit of one example receives an electrical signal corresponding to the assembly pressure between the fixed block (200) and the movable block (300) at the assembly position of the fixed block (200) and the movable block (300), and determines whether the connector body (21) and the holder (22) are fully connected by determining whether the assembly pressure corresponds to a preset set pressure.

[0076] At this time, the control unit introduces air through the execution unit (420) until the assembly pressure corresponds to the set pressure, so that the holder (22) is assembled inside the connector body (21) at a constant pressure.

[0077] In addition, the control unit can determine the assembly position of the movable block (300) by receiving a contact signal generated when the contact part (323) contacts one side of the fixed block (200) at the assembly position of the fixed block (200) and the movable block (300).

[0078] In this case, the control unit determines that the connector body (21) and the holder (22) are fully connected only when the assembly pressure corresponds to the set pressure at the same time as the contact signal is generated.

[0079] However, if the assembly pressure corresponds to the set pressure but a contact signal is not generated at the same time, or if the assembly pressure does not reach the set pressure while a contact signal is generated, the control unit may determine it as an error.

[0080] This case may occur when the specifications of the holder (22) do not correspond to the specifications of the connector body (21) or when damage occurs to the execution part (420), and the operator is made aware of this through a judgment error to prevent defects in the connector housing (20).

[0081] In addition, the control unit of another example simply operates the execution unit (420) to move the movement block (300) when a movement signal is generated, but temporarily stops the execution unit (420) when a contact signal is generated so that the connector body (21) and the holder (22) can be assembled at a certain position.

[0082] In another example, the control unit does not require separate pressure measurement and determination, and can simply assemble the connector body (21) and the holder (22) at a preset position through the position of the moving block (300), thereby providing a simplified holder part assembly jig (10).

[0083] In summary, the holder part assembly jig (10) of the present invention improves assembly workability by allowing the first and second parts to be assembled at a preset position and at a preset pressure through the fixed block (200) and the position and pressure between the fixed block (200).

[0084] At this time, if a defect in the specifications or structural defect of the first and second parts occurs, or an error in the execution unit (420) can also be determined, the assembly reliability is significantly improved, and ultimately, the productivity and reliability of the improved product are provided.

[0085] Although preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described illustratively above, the scope of the present invention is not limited to such specific embodiments, and any modifications that are appropriately possible within the scope described in the claims fall within the scope of protection of the present invention.
