Specific details for implementing the invention
[0020] An embodiment of a ceiling finishing system having seismic resistance and wind pressure resistance according to the present invention is shown in FIGS. 1 to 4.
[0021] Referring to the drawings, the ceiling finishing system (10) having seismic resistance and wind pressure resistance according to the present invention can finish the ceiling of a building using ceiling finishing panels, wherein suspension bolts (11) are installed at predetermined intervals on the ceiling, and carrying channels (12) are arranged and installed in a predetermined pattern on these suspension bolts (11). The carrying channels (12) may be formed in the shape of a square bar with one side open, but are not limited thereto.
[0022] And seismic caps (20) for fixing the clip bar (50) are installed at predetermined intervals on the carrying channel (12).
[0023] The above seismic cap (20) is provided with an upper support portion (21) formed with a width substantially equal to the width of the upper surface portion of the carrying channel (12), and first and second side wall portions (22) (23) that extend downward along the side of the carrying channel (12) from both ends of the upper support portion (21) and are longer than the lower surface portion of the carrying channel (12).
[0024] In addition, a clip bar support groove (25) is formed at the end of the first and second side wall sections (22)(23), and support protrusions (26) are formed on the first and second side wall sections (22)(23) on the side corresponding to the lower surface of the carrying channel (12) by lancing so that they can protrude toward the lower surface of the carrying channel (12). The support protrusions (26) formed on the first and second side wall sections (22)(23) prevent the seismic cap (20) coupled with the carrying channel (12) from separating and also prevent positional movement.
[0025] Additionally, a transfer gripping portion (27) is formed on the first and second side wall portions (22)(23) of the seismic cap (20), and the transfer gripping portion (27) may be formed by bending on both sides of the edge in the width direction of the transfer gripping portion (27) so as to be spaced apart from the lower surface of the carrying channel (12). Furthermore, the bent portions of the upper support portion (21) and the first and second side wall portions (22)(23) may be coated to maintain the bent state, and the widths of the upper support portion (21) and the first and second side wall portions (22)(23) may be formed with the same width.
[0026] A clip bar (50) coupled to a clip bar support groove (25) formed in the first and second side wall portions (22) (23) of the above seismic cap (20) has a base portion (51) coupled to the clip bar support groove, and a pair of first and second clip portions (52) (53) extending downward from the base portion (51) to support one side skirt portion (101) of the ceiling finishing panels (100).
[0027] The base portion (51) may be formed as a flat plate having a predetermined width. On the lower side of the first and second clip portions (52) and (53), first and second gripping portions (52a) and (53a) are respectively formed so as to grip the skirt portions (101) of the ceiling finishing panels (100) by being in close contact with each other by elastic force. The first and second gripping portions (52a) and (53a) are each further provided with first and second gripping projection catch portions (52b) and (53b) to support the gripping projection (102) formed by beading on the skirt portion (101) of the ceiling finishing panel (100).
[0028] The first and second gripping projection catch portions (52b) and (53b) are formed such that the first and second clip portions (52) and (53) are each bent outward to form a space where the gripping projection (102) is located. The first and second gripping projection catch portions (52b) and (53b) are formed at a predetermined height from the lower end of the first and second clip portions (52) and (53), that is, at a height corresponding to the gripping projection (102) formed on the skirt portion (101).
[0029] And, on the lower end of each of the first and second gripping parts (52a) (53a) of the first and second clip parts (52) (53) of the clip bar (50), that is, on the lower end side of the first and second gripping parts ((52a) (53a)), there are first and second pressure damping parts (61) (62) that are in close contact with the back surface, that is, the inner surface, of the ceiling finishing panel (100) and can reduce the generation of vibration and noise of the ceiling finishing panel (100) caused by wind pressure.
[0030] The first and second pressure damping sections (61)(62) have a structure that extends horizontally from the ends of the first and second clip sections (52)(53) and comes into surface contact with the inner surface of the ceiling finishing panel (100).
[0031] The first and second clip portions (52)(53) of the clip bar (50) may be formed in a continuous or discontinuous structure along the base portion (51) in the longitudinal direction. The discontinuous structure of the first and second clip portions (52)(53) has a configuration that is cut perpendicular to the longitudinal direction and has a predetermined spacing.
[0032] A cushioning member (63) may be further provided on the lower surface of the first and second pressure damping sections (61) (62) to increase frictional force and dampen vibration and noise by contacting the ceiling finishing panel (100). The cushioning member (63) may be formed by coating the lower surface of the first and second pressure damping sections (61) (62) with a synthetic resin material, such as silicone. However, it is not limited thereto and may be formed as a pad attached to the lower surface of the first and second pressure damping sections (61) (62), and the pad may be installed at a predetermined interval on the first and second pressure damping sections (61) (62).
[0033] Meanwhile, it is preferable that a skirt portion is not formed at each corner of the ceiling finishing panel (100) so that interference does not occur when combined with the clip bar (50).
[0034] The operation of the seismic-resistant ceiling finishing system according to the present invention, configured as described above, is as follows.
[0035] The ceiling finishing system (10) having seismic resistance and wind pressure resistance according to the present invention installs a bracket (11a) and a suspension bolt (11) on the ceiling for construction, and installs a carrying channel (12) with a seismic cap (20) installed on the bracket (11a). Then, using the bracket (11a) installed on the suspension bolt (11), a carrying channel (120) with seismic caps (20) installed is installed in a predetermined pattern.
[0036] Then, the seismic caps (20) installed on the carrying channel (120) are transported and arranged at the installation interval of the ceiling finishing panel (100) of the clip bar (50). Since the seismic caps (20) are transported while the worker is holding the transport gripping part (27) of the seismic cap (20), the worker's hand can be protected and work efficiency can be improved.
[0037] When the seismic caps (20) are arranged on the carrying channel (12), the clip bar support groove (25) of the seismic cap (20) connects with the base portion (51) of the clip bar (50) so that the first and second clip portions (52) (53) face downward. The spacing of the clip bars (50) supported by the seismic caps (20) is installed at a spacing substantially equal to the width of the ceiling finishing panel (100).
[0038] In the state as illustrated in FIGS. 1 and FIGS. 4, two skirt portions (101) (101) are joined between the first and second gripping portions (52a) (53a) formed on the first and second clip portions (52) (53) of the clip bar (50).
[0039] In the process of joining the above skirt portion (101)(101), at the point when the joining of the above skirt portion (101)(101) with the first and second gripping portions (52a)(53a) is completed, the gripping protrusions (102)(102) formed on the skirt portion (101)(101) of the ceiling finishing panel (100) are positioned in the space formed by the first and second gripping protrusion catch portions (52b)(53b), and at the same time, the lower surface of the first and second pressure damping portions (61)(62) is in close contact with the inner surface of the ceiling finishing panel (100).
[0040] The ceiling finishing panel (100) constructed as described above can improve the support strength due to internal pressure when fixed, and can reduce the occurrence of vibration and noise caused by wind.
[0041] The gripping protrusions (102) formed on the skirt portions (101), which are inserted between the first and second clip portions (52) (53) of the clip bar (50) and the first and second gripping portions (52a) (53a), are inserted into and caught in the gripping protrusion catch portion (57), and the first and second pressure damping portions (61) (62) are maintained in a state of close contact with the inner surface of the ceiling finishing panel adjacent to the skirt portion, thereby preventing the occurrence of play in the vertical direction, so that the support force can be improved and vibrations due to heavy pressure caused by wind pressure can be prevented.
[0042] According to the inventor's experiment, a ceiling finishing panel (100) supported by the clip bar (50) described above underwent a wind pressure resistance test.
[0043] This experiment was constructed at 80mm intervals fixed to the ceiling, and a bolt holder with dimensions of 25mm (W) x 10mm (H) x 2.0mm (Thk) was installed on a 9mm diameter hanger bolt, and a curling channel with dimensions of 34mm (W) x 25mm (H) x 1.0mm and a seismic cap with dimensions of 51mm (W) x 62mm (H) x 1.0mm was installed on the bolt holder.
[0044] Then, clip bars with dimensions of 51mm (W) x 62mm (H) x 20mm (D) x 1.3mm (Thk) were installed at 600mm intervals on seismic caps supported by curling channels. Nine ceiling finishing panels of 600mm x 600mm were installed on the clip bars to construct a ceiling with dimensions of 2400mm x 2400mm.
[0045] Then, a wind pressure resistance test was conducted, and the test results as shown in Figures 5 and 6 were obtained.
[0046] Referring to the test results, it was found that no abnormal phenomena, such as sagging or bending of the full-length finishing panels, occurred at negative pressures of 62 Pa (corresponding to a wind speed of 10 m / s), 246 Pa (corresponding to a wind speed of 20 m / s), 552 Pa (corresponding to a wind speed of 30 m / s), and 981 Pa (corresponding to a wind speed of 40 m / s). However, it was found that permanent deformation occurred in the ceiling when pressurized at 1310 Pa (corresponding to a wind speed of 46 m / s).
[0047] As can be seen from the experiment described above, the seismic ceiling finishing system according to the present invention can increase the support strength against seismic wind, and it was found that the generation of vibration and noise can be reduced due to the improvement in support strength.
[0048] The ceiling finishing system having seismic resistance and wind pressure resistance according to the present invention described above has been explained with reference to the attached drawings, but this is merely illustrative and those skilled in the art will understand that various modifications and equivalent alternative embodiments are possible therefrom.
[0049] Therefore, the true scope of technical protection of the present invention should be determined solely by the technical concept of the appended claims.
