Abstract
Description
Technology Field
[0001] The present invention relates to a cable connector cover, and more specifically, to a cable connector cover that accommodates a cable and a connector and protects the cable and connector from external environments such as corrosion caused by rainwater and damage caused by birds. Background Technology
[0002] Generally, when performing calibration, inspection, or repair of meteorological observation equipment, the equipment's cables and the connectors attached to their ends are left at the observation site, while only the sensor unit is removed to carry out the tasks. In this process, the sensor's cables are left abandoned at the site, frequently resulting in damage to the connectors.
[0003] The calibration, inspection, and repair of sensors take weeks to months, and as a result, existing installed cables and connectors are left outdoors for extended periods, increasing the risk of damage. If damage occurs, it entails losses such as observation delays and the need for expensive cable replacement.
[0004] In particular, as cables and connectors are left at observation sites for extended periods, problems such as failures and damage due to corrosion caused by moisture from precipitation or flooding, or cutting and breakage of cables and connectors due to external physical forces such as birds, occur.
[0005] Therefore, there is a demand for cable connector covers that can protect cables and connectors left outdoors, such as at observation sites. Prior art literature

[0031] Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the attached drawings.
[0033] FIG. 1 is a drawing showing a cable (11) and a connector (10) accommodated inside a cable connector cover (1000) according to the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a drawing showing the interior of a cable connector cover (1000) according to the present invention.
[0034] A cable connector cover (1000) according to the present invention, with reference to FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 together, includes a first cover (100) and a second cover (200), one side of which is hinged to the other (300) and rotates around a hinge axis to form a space in which a cable (11) and a connector (10) are accommodated inside.
[0035] The first cover (100) and the second cover (200) are joined by a hinge (300) on one side where they come into contact with each other, so that they can rotate relative to each other about a hinge axis. Multiple hinges (300) may be included in the longitudinal direction of the cable connector cover (1000), or a single hinge (300) may be formed by extending in the longitudinal direction of the cable connector cover (1000). The longitudinal direction of the cable connector cover (1000) may mean the same direction as the longitudinal direction of the cable (11) accommodated within the cable connector cover (1000).
[0036] The first cover (100) and the second cover (200) rotate relative to each other around a hinge axis so that one side of the first cover (100) and one side of the second cover (200) come into contact with each other, thereby forming a space in which a cable (11) and a connector (10) are received.
[0037] A first mounting portion (110) and a second mounting portion (210) are formed on one side of each of the first cover (100) and the second cover (200). The first mounting portion (110) and the second mounting portion (210) form mounting holes (110, 210) that communicate with the inside and outside of the cover when the first cover (100) and the second cover (200) rotate to form a space in which a cable (11) and a connector (10) are received. A cable (11) is mounted inside the mounting holes (110, 210).
[0039] Figure 3 is an enlarged view of part 'A' of Figure 1.
[0040] Referring to FIG. 3, the first mounting portion (110) or the second mounting portion (210) each includes a fixing member (111, 211) that presses and fixes the side of the cable (11). At this time, the fixing member (111, 211) coupled to the first mounting portion (110) may be called the first fixing member (111), and the fixing member (111, 211) coupled to the second mounting portion (210) may be called the second fixing member (211).
[0041] The first fixing member (111) and the second fixing member (211) each press and fix the side of the cable (11) received inside the cable connector cover (1000) when the first cover (100) and the second cover (200) rotate to form a space in which the cable (11) and the connector (10) are received.
[0042] The first fixing member (111) and the second fixing member (211) are each formed to protrude toward the inside of the seating hole (110, 210) and each include a corrugated portion (113, 213) in which one end surface presses and fixes the side of the cable (11). At this time, the corrugated portion (113, 213) formed on the first fixing member (111) may be called the first corrugated portion (113), and the corrugated portion (113, 213) formed on the second fixing member (211) may be called the second corrugated portion (213). The first corrugated portion (113) and the second corrugated portion (213) include a plurality of corrugations protruding upward to have a step difference.
[0043] At this time, the diameter formed by each of the first fixing member (111) and the second fixing member (211) may correspond to the diameter of the cable (11). Accordingly, the cable (11) accommodated in the internal space of the cable connector cover (1000) is fixed by the first fixing member (111) and the second fixing member (211) so that forward and backward movement is prevented.
[0044] The first fixing member (111) and the second fixing member (211) may be made of an elastic material. Therefore, even if the diameter formed by each of the folds of the first fixing member (111) and the second fixing member (211) is slightly smaller than the diameter of the cable (11), the end surfaces of the first fold (113) and the second fold (213) can press against the side of the cable (11) to fix the cable (11).
[0046] FIG. 4 is an enlarged view of section 'A' of FIG. 1 to show a first mounting portion (110) or a second mounting portion (210) according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 5 is a front view showing a cable (11) mounted inside a mounting hole (110, 210) according to an embodiment of the present invention. In FIG. 5, only a portion is shown centered on the mounting hole (110, 210) to show a cable (11) mounted inside the mounting hole (110, 210).
[0047] If the diameter formed by each of the folds of the first fixing member (111) and the second fixing member (211), that is, the first fold portion (113) and the second fold portion (213), is larger than the diameter of the cable (11), the cable (11) may not be completely fixed by the first fixing member (111) and the second fixing member (211). According to one embodiment, on the upper surface of each fold of the fold portion (113, 213), with reference to FIG. 4, a plurality of protrusions (115, 215) may be formed that protrude a predetermined length toward the inside of the seating hole (110, 210). The protrusions (115, 215) include a first protrusion (115) formed on the fold of the first fold portion (113) and a second protrusion (115, 215) formed on the fold of the second fold portion (213). Referring to FIG. 5, the protrusions (115, 215) can fix the cable (11) by pressing the side of the cable (11) even if the diameter of the cable (11) is smaller than the diameter formed by each of the first fixing member (111) and the second fixing member (211).
[0048] The protrusions (115, 215) are made of an elastic material and can be moved forward and backward while fixed to one end surface of each fold, or can be compressed in a direction toward the first fixing member (111) and the second fixing member (211) by the cable (11). Thus, the protrusions (115, 215) can flexibly press and fix the side of the cable (11) even with various diameters of the cable (11).
[0049] The first mounting portion (110) and the second mounting portion (210) can each be formed in a semicircle shape with inner sides symmetrical to each other. Accordingly, when the first cover (100) and the second cover (200) rotate about the hinge axis, the first mounting portion (110) and the second mounting portion (210) can form a circular mounting hole (110, 210) on the inner side. The circular mounting hole (110, 210) corresponds to the fact that the cross-section of a general cable (11) is circular.
[0051] As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the interior of the cable connector cover (1000) according to the present invention includes a barrier wall (130, 230) that blocks moisture, such as rainwater, that has entered through a mounting hole (110, 210), more specifically, a fixing member (111, 211) formed in the mounting hole (110, 210). The barrier wall (130, 230) partitions the connector protection space (303) and the moisture space (301). The connector (10) and the cable (11) are accommodated together in the connector protection space (303). Only the cable (11) is accommodated in the moisture space (301), and moisture that has entered through the mounting hole (110, 210) remains therein.
[0052] FIG. 6 is a drawing showing a barrier wall (130, 230) according to the present invention.
[0053] The barrier wall (130, 230) prevents moisture, such as rainwater, that has entered through the seating hole (110, 210) from entering the connector protection space (303) in which the connector (10) is accommodated. Referring to FIGS. 1, FIGS. 2 and FIGS. 6 together, the barrier wall (130, 230) includes a first barrier wall (130) included in the first cover (100) and a second barrier wall (230) included in the second cover (200). The first barrier wall (130) and the second barrier wall (230) prevent moisture in the moisture space (301) from entering the connector protection space (303) when the first cover (100) and the second cover (200) rotate and come into contact with each other around a hinge axis to form a space in which the cable (11) and the connector (10) are accommodated.
[0054] The first barrier wall (130) and the second barrier wall (230) each include a first blocking part (120) and a second blocking part (220) that allow the cable (11) to be seated while preventing moisture from entering the connector protection space (303). The first blocking part (120) and the second blocking part (220) form a blocking hole (120, 220) in the center where the side of the cable (11) is seated when the first cover (100) and the second cover (200) rotate about a hinge axis to form a space in which the cable (11) and the connector (10) are accommodated.
[0055] The first blocking part (120) and the second blocking part (220) form a blocking hole (120, 220), and then the center of the blocking part surrounds the side of the cable (11) to block moisture introduced from the seating hole (110, 210) from moving toward the connector (10). To this end, the first blocking part (120) and the second blocking part (220) each include a first elastic cut part (121) and a second elastic cut part (221). The first elastic cut part (121) is coupled to the inside of the first blocking part (120), and the second elastic cut part (221) is coupled to the inside of the second blocking part (220).
[0056] Referring to FIG. 6, the first elastic cut section (121) and the second elastic cut section (221) include a plurality of elastic cut pieces. At this time, the plurality of elastic cut pieces forming the first elastic cut section (121) are referred to as the first elastic cut pieces, and the plurality of elastic cut pieces forming the second elastic cut section (221) are referred to as the second elastic cut pieces. The first elastic cut pieces and the second elastic cut pieces each have elasticity and elasticity. When the first cover (100) and the second cover (200) rotate about a hinge axis to form a space in which the cable (11) and the connector (10) are received, the first elastic cut pieces and the second elastic cut pieces are cut radially from the center of the elastic cut sections (121, 221) and one end each surrounds and contacts the side of the cable (11). Therefore, the cable (11) is seated in the center of the blocking hole (120, 220).
[0057] The cable (11) seated in the center of the blocking hole (120, 220) is supported by the elasticity of a plurality of elastic cut pieces. The other end of the elastic cut piece is fixed to the inside of the blocking hole (120, 220), more specifically the first blocking part (120) and the second blocking part (220), so that its position does not change, thereby preventing moisture from entering the connector protection space (303). In addition, the blocking hole (120, 220), more specifically the first blocking part (120) and the second blocking part (220), is formed at a position spaced a certain height (h) from the inner surface of the first cover (100) and the second cover (200), thereby more effectively blocking rainwater, etc., moving along the inner surface of the cable connector cover (1000).
[0058] The first blocking part (120) and the second blocking part (220) can each be formed in a semicircle shape that is symmetric to each other or a semi-ellipse shape that is symmetric to each other. Accordingly, the first blocking part (120) and the second blocking part (220) can form circular or elliptical blocking holes (120, 220) when the first cover (100) and the second cover (200) rotate about the hinge axis.
[0059] The circular blocking hole (120, 220) corresponds to the fact that the cross-section of a general cable (11) is circular.
[0060] When the blocking holes (120, 220) are formed in an elliptical shape, the major axis of the blocking holes (120, 220) is formed toward the first cover (100) and the second cover (200), respectively, that is, in a direction from the inner lower part of the first cover (100) toward the inner upper part of the second cover (200). Accordingly, the cable (11) seated in the center of the blocking holes (120, 220) can be seated at a higher position by means of an elastic cut piece formed on the major axis. As the cable (11) seated in the center of the blocking holes (120, 220) is seated at a higher position, corrosion by rainwater or the like that has entered the moisture space (301) is prevented.
[0062] As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the first cover (100) includes a mounting portion (150) that is formed to protrude upwardly on the inner side by a predetermined length. A semicircular mounting hole (151) is formed at the center of the upper part of the mounting portion (150) to accommodate a connector (10). The mounting hole (151) may be formed to correspond to the shape of the connector (10).
[0063] The mounting portion (150) is included in the connector protection space (303) formed by the first cover (100) and the second cover (200) rotating around a hinge axis. A connector (10) accommodated in the connector protection space (303) is seated in the mounting hole (151). The mounting hole (151) prevents the seated connector (10) from moving easily within the connector protection space (303). The mounting hole (151) prevents physical impact that may be applied to the connector (10) due to shaking of the cable connector cover (1000), and prevents the connector (10) from coming into contact with rainwater, etc., that has entered the first cover (100) by keeping the connector (10) spaced a certain height away from the inner surface of the first cover (100) and preventing corrosion.
[0064] The first cover (100) includes a plurality of mounting portions (150) having different sizes. The plurality of mounting portions (150) are formed to protrude upward with different lengths and heights. Each of the plurality of mounting portions (150) includes a mounting hole (151) of a different size. Accordingly, a connector (10) of a different size can be seated on each of the plurality of mounting portions (150).
[0066] FIG. 7 is a drawing showing the interior view of a first cover (100) according to one embodiment of the present invention.
[0067] Referring to FIG. 7, the inner surface of the first cover (100) according to one embodiment of the present invention may further include an expansion sheet (155) that expands by rainwater that has entered. The expansion sheet (155) may include an adhesive sheet (not shown) that is adhered to the inner surface of the first cover (100) and an absorbent sheet (not shown) located on the upper surface of the adhesive sheet and made of cotton or non-woven fabric to absorb rainwater that has entered.
[0068] Between the adhesive sheet and the absorbent sheet, an absorbent body (not shown) that expands by absorbing liquid may be further included. The absorbent body may include a super absorbent polymer (SAP). The super absorbent polymer is a synthetic polymer material capable of absorbing about 500 to 1,000 times its own weight in water and has the property of expanding upon water absorption. Although the super absorbent polymer is in the form of a white powder, it has the property of absorbing and swelling when water is injected, and it has the characteristic of not easily releasing water even when subjected to external impact. The super absorbent polymer is typically a white powder and has the property of instantly absorbing water and swelling to change into a gel form when placed in water. Because it has carboxyl groups (-COOH), it has the ability to adsorb odors such as ammonia, and when the powder is added, there is a significant increase in viscosity, causing it to change into a swollen gel.
[0069] The expansion sheet (155) can be installed between the barrier wall (130, 230) and the mounting part (150), between the mounting part (150) and the mounting part (150), and between the mounting part (150) and the dehumidifying mounting part to be described later. The barrier wall (130, 230) and the elastic cut section (121, 221) primarily prevent rainwater, etc., that has entered through the seating hole (110, 210) from entering the connector protection space (303), but if rainwater, etc., does enter the connector protection space (303), the entered rainwater, etc., is absorbed by the expansion sheet (155) to prevent flooding damage to the connector (10).
[0070] The mounting section (150) further includes an inlet (153) formed through it so that rainwater, etc., flowing into the connector protection space (303) can flow through. The inlet (153) is included in the lower part of the mounting section (150). Therefore, when the expansion sheet (155) installed between the barrier wall (130, 230) and the mounting section (150) absorbs more rainwater than the limit, the rainwater flowing in thereafter can pass through the inlet (153) of the mounting section (150) installed closest to the barrier wall (130, 230) and be absorbed by the expansion sheet (155) installed between the next mounting sections (150).
[0071] The first cover (100) further includes a reinforcing member (152) formed between the mounting portions (150). The reinforcing member (152) improves the strength of the mounting portions (150) and the first cover (100). Additionally, the reinforcing member (152) supports the expansion sheet (155) so that it can maintain a stable fixed state on the inner surface of the first cover (100).
[0073] The connector protection space (303) includes a replaceable dehumidifier (140) as illustrated in FIGS. 1, 2 and 7. The connector protection space (303) of the first cover (100) includes a dehumidification mounting section on which the replaceable dehumidifier (140) is mounted. The dehumidification mounting section separates the replaceable dehumidifier (140) from the inner surface of the first cover (100) by a certain length and height. The dehumidification mounting section includes a plurality of dehumidifier support members (141). The plurality of dehumidifier support members (141) determine the height of the dehumidification mounting section so that the replaceable dehumidifier (140) is positioned at the center of the cable connector cover (1000) where the first cover (100) and the second cover (200) come into contact with each other. Additionally, a plurality of dehumidifier support members (141) prevent rainwater moving along the inner surface of the first cover (100) from coming into contact with the replaceable dehumidifier (140).
[0075] As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the first cover (100) and the second cover (200) include a fixing means (160, 260) for fixing the first cover (100) and the second cover (200) that are in contact with each other by rotating about a hinge axis. The first cover (100) and the second cover (200) are hinged (300) at one side that is in contact with each other and can rotate about a hinge axis. As the first cover (100) and the second cover (200) rotate about a hinge axis and one side of the first cover (100) and one side of the second cover (200) come into contact with each other, a space is formed in which a cable (11) and a connector (10) are received.
[0076] The fixing means (160, 260) may be formed on the other side opposite to the hinge axis. The fixing means (160, 260) includes a fixing jaw (260) and a fixing groove (160) respectively formed on the outer surface that is open on the opposite side of the hinge axis of the first cover (100) and the second cover (200). The fixing jaw (260) is inserted into the fixing groove (160) to fix the first cover (100) and the second cover (200) rotated about the hinge axis. The positions of the fixing jaw (260) and the fixing groove (160) may be interchanged.
[0078] The first cover (100) and / or the second cover (200) further include a tie holder (170) having a tie hole formed through it on the inside so that a fastening tie can be inserted into the outer surface. For example, the first cover (100) and / or the second cover (200) each include two tie holders (170) on the outer surface of the first cover (100) and the second cover (200). Each tie holder (170) may be formed at a certain distance apart from the outer surface of the lower part of the first cover (100) and the outer surface of the upper part of the second cover (200), as illustrated in the drawing.
[0079] The tie holder (170) can further secure the first cover (100) and the second cover (200) by forming a space in which the cable (11) and the connector (10) are received after the first cover (100) and the second cover (200) are rotated and fixed by the fixing jaw (260) and the fixing groove (160), and the fastening tie penetrating the tie hole can wrap around and connect the outer surface of the first cover (100) and the second cover (200).
[0080] Alternatively, a fastening tie penetrating the tie hole may be combined with an external structure to secure a cable connector cover (1000) accommodating a connector (10) and a cable (11) to the external structure. The fastening tie may include, but is not limited to, known cable ties.
[0082] FIG. 8 is a drawing showing a sealing groove (180, 280) and a sealing member (380) according to the present invention.
[0083] When the first cover (100) and the second cover (200) rotate about a hinge axis to form a space in which a cable (11) and a connector (10) are received, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a first sealing groove (180) and a second sealing groove (280) are formed by being inserted symmetrically into the surfaces of the first cover (100) and the second cover (200) that come into contact with each other. In particular, the first sealing groove (180) and the second sealing groove (280) are formed by being inserted along the edges of the first cover (100) and the second cover (200), respectively.
[0084] In the first sealing groove (180) and / or the second sealing groove (280), a sealing member (380) is installed to seal the connector protection space (303) and the moisture space (301) from the outside. The sealing member (380) has a shape corresponding to the first sealing groove (180) and the second sealing groove (280). The sealing member (380) may be made of a material such as rubber and prevents rainwater, etc. from entering the interior of the cable connector cover (1000).
[0086] FIG. 9 is a drawing showing a bird repellent (400) installed on the upper part of a cable connector cover (1000) according to the present invention.
[0087] As described above, the cable connector cover (1000) according to the present invention forms a space within which a cable (11) and a connector (10) coupled to one end of the cable (11) are accommodated, thereby protecting the cable (11) and the connector (10) accommodated within from the external environment. The external environment includes not only corrosion of the cable (11) and the connector (10) caused by moisture such as precipitation, and damage and flooding caused by water, but also cutting and damage of the cable (11) and the connector (10) caused by external physical forces such as birds.
[0088] The cable connector cover (1000) according to the present invention includes a bird repellent (400) installed on the upper side to prevent physical damage that may be caused by birds, etc. A plurality of bird repellents (400) may be installed in a row on the upper side of the cable connector cover (1000).
[0090] FIGS. 10 and FIGS. 11 are drawings showing the combined appearance of a bird repellent (400) installed on a cable connector cover according to the present invention.
[0091] Referring to FIG. 10, the bird repellent (400) includes an insertion part (420) formed at the bottom and inserted into the inside of the cable connector cover (1000), and a spike part (410) extended upward from the top of the insertion part (420).
[0092] The spike portion (410) prevents birds from sitting on the upper surface of the cable connector cover (1000). The spike portion (410) includes a plurality of spike members (411, 413, 415). The spike portion (410) is coupled to the upper side of the insertion portion (420) and is formed to extend upward from the upper side of the insertion portion (420).
[0093] A plurality of spike members (411, 413, 415) are coupled to the upper side of the insertion part (420). The plurality of spike members (411, 413, 415) are formed to extend upward from the upper side of the insertion part (420), and each spike member (411, 413, 415) has a shape that moves further apart from each other as it goes upward.
[0094] In one embodiment, the plurality of spike members (411, 413, 415) include a first spike member (411) that is formed to extend upward along the same axis as the longitudinal direction of the insertion part (420). That is, the first spike member (411) is formed to extend upward so as to be perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the cable connector cover (1000). The plurality of spike members include a second spike member (413) and a third spike member (415) that are formed to extend outward in opposite directions as they go upward relative to the first spike member (411). At this time, the first spike member (411), the second spike member (413), and the third spike member (415) may be located on the same plane as each other.
[0096] Referring to FIG. 11, the insertion part (420) is inserted into the upper surface of the cable connector cover (1000), more specifically the second cover (200), and installed on the upper side of the cable connector cover (1000). The upper surface of the cable connector cover (1000), more specifically the second cover (200), includes an insertion groove (290) into which the insertion part (420) is inserted.
[0097] The insertion portion (420) includes an insertion projection portion (421) formed to protrude outwardly for a predetermined length. The number of insertion projection portions (421) is not limited. The insertion groove portion (290) has a shape corresponding to the insertion portion (420) including the insertion projection portion (421) and includes an insertion recess portion (291) formed to be inserted to a predetermined depth into the inner side of the cable connector cover (1000), more specifically, the second cover (200). The insertion portion (420) is inserted into the interior of the insertion groove portion (290) by passing through the insertion recess portion (291).
[0099] FIG. 12 is a drawing showing the bird repellent (400) according to the present invention inserted inside the cable connector cover (1000).
[0100] Referring to FIG. 12, the insertion groove (290) includes a rotation space (293) inside which the insertion part (420) can rotate.
[0101] After the insertion part (420) passes through the insertion groove (291) and is inserted into the rotation space (293) of the insertion groove (290), the insertion projection (421) of the insertion part (420) catches on the upper side of the insertion groove (290) as it rotates at a predetermined angle. As the insertion projection (421) catches on the upper side of the insertion groove (290), it is prevented from detaching from the upper side of the bird repellent (400). That is, the bird repellent (400) is inserted into the cable connector cover (1000) so as to be rotatable.
[0103] FIG. 13 is a drawing showing a bird repellent (400) according to one embodiment of the present invention inserted inside a cable connector cover (1000).
[0104] According to one embodiment, the cable connector cover (1000) of the present invention may further include a motor unit (430) that rotates a bird repellent (400) and a power supply unit (431) that supplies power to the motor unit (430), with reference to FIG. 13.
[0105] The power supply unit (431) may be equipped with a solar panel to generate power using sunlight and supply it to the motor unit (430). The solar panel is positioned on the upper surface of the cable connector cover (1000), more specifically the second cover (200), and can generate power by absorbing the sunlight when sunlight is irradiated. However, it is not limited to this, and the power supply unit (431) may receive power from an external source or may be equipped with a replaceable primary battery.
[0106] The motor unit (430) may consist only of a motor, or a reduction gear may be additionally combined. The motor unit (430) transmits rotational force generated by power supply to the insertion unit (420) to rotate the insertion unit (420) inserted into the insertion groove (290). The motor unit (430) and the insertion unit (420) may be connected in series in a coaxial manner, or rotational force may be transmitted by using an auxiliary member such as a gear so that the drive shaft of the motor unit (430) and the insertion unit (420) are bent in a direction that intersects each other.
[0107] One side of the insertion part (420) is coupled to the rotation axis of the motor part (430). The insertion part (420) rotates in the rotation space (293) within the insertion groove part (290) by the motor part (430), and the spike part (410) can also rotate together with the rotation of the insertion part (420). The bird repellent (400) according to the present invention is intended to prevent birds from sitting on the upper part of the cable connector cover (1000) through the spike part (410), and the rotation speed of the spike part (410) does not need to be fast.
[0109] FIG. 14 is a drawing showing a bird repellent (400) according to one embodiment of the present invention.
[0110] A spike portion (410) according to one embodiment of the present invention may include a plurality of reflective portions (417) that reflect light to the outer surface, as shown in FIG. 14. A reflective surface that reflects light is formed on the outer surface of the reflective portion (417). A spike member (411) may be formed by combining a plurality of reflective portions (417) to have a certain shape and extending upward. The spike portion (410) including a plurality of reflective portions (417) diffusely reflects sunlight irradiated from various directions to block the approach of birds. Blocking the approach of birds by diffuse reflection not only prevents birds from sitting on the upper part of the cable connector cover (1000), but also prevents the approach itself.
[0111] Each of the reflective parts (417) may have a flat outer surface rather than a curved surface. Therefore, the spike member (411) including multiple reflective parts (417) has a multifaceted shape of a certain length. When each of the reflective parts (417) has a curved surface, it can provide a variety of reflection angles, but point reflection occurs, so the intensity of the reflected light is low.
[0112] However, the reflector (417) according to one embodiment of the present invention has a flat outer surface to form a surface reflection, and thus can increase the intensity of the reflected light to enhance the effect of blocking birds from approaching. That is, light irradiated from one direction is reflected from the reflector (417) and proceeds, but since the reflective surface is formed as a flat surface, the amount of light reflected increases by the size of the flat surface, making it possible to reflect light over a longer distance and with stronger light than reflected from a curved surface, thereby blocking birds from approaching.
[0114] FIG. 15 is a drawing showing a bird repellent (400) including a spike portion (410) according to one embodiment of the present invention inserted into the inside of an insertion groove portion (290), and FIG. 16 is a drawing showing a bird repellent (400) including a spike portion (410) according to one embodiment of the present invention rotating.
[0115] The motor unit (430) rotates the bird repellent (400) as described above with reference to FIG. 13. At this time, if the spike member (411) of the bird repellent (400) includes a plurality of reflective parts (417) that reflect light to the outer surface as shown in FIG. 14, the motor unit can also rotate the bird repellent (400) including the reflective parts (417) with reference to FIG. 15. The appearance of the bird repellent (400) rotated by the motor unit (430) is as shown in FIG. 16. In FIG. 16, the second cover (200), the insertion groove part (290), the motor unit (430), etc. are omitted in order to clearly show the appearance of the rotating bird repellent (400).
[0116] When the spike members (411) formed by the combination of multiple reflective parts (417) are rotated by the motor part (430), the spike part (410) of the bird repellent (400) can display multiple reflective surfaces in a hemispherical shape overall. The rotating spike part (410) can cause diffuse reflection more effectively.
[0118] FIG. 17 is a drawing showing a cable connector cover (1000) according to one embodiment of the present invention.
[0119] A cable connector cover (1000) according to one embodiment of the present invention, with reference to FIG. 17, is made of an integrated cover (500) and can protect the cable (11) and connector (10) housed inside from the external environment.
[0120] As described above, the interior of the integrated cover (500) includes a moisture space (301) and a connector protection space (303) that partition the cable (11) and the connector (10) connected to one end of the cable (11), as well as a barrier wall (130, 230) that partitions the space and the barrier wall (130, 230), a barrier hole (120, 220) that includes the barrier wall (130, 230), an elastic cut section (121, 221), etc. The integrated cover (500) includes a seating hole (510) on one side that communicates with the outside and into which the cable (11) and the connector (10) are inserted and seated. The seating hole (510) includes a fixing member (111, 211) on the inside that presses and fixes the side of the inserted cable (11).
[0121] That is, the integrated cover (500) includes all of the aforementioned configurations. When the cable connector cover (1000) according to the present invention includes the integrated cover (500), the connector (10) and the cable (11) are inserted into the integrated cover (500) through the seating hole (510). At this time, it is preferable that the diameter of the seating hole (510), more specifically the fixing member (111, 211), corresponds to the diameter of the connector (10) and the cable (11), particularly the diameter of the connector (10), or is formed to be slightly larger than the diameter of the connector (10).
[0122] The diameter of the cable (11) is generally smaller than the diameter of the connector (10). Therefore, the diameter of the cable (11) seated in the seating hole (510), specifically in the fixing member (111, 211), is smaller than the diameter formed by the corrugated portion (113, 213) of the fixing member (111, 211), so the fixing member (111, 211) cannot perfectly press and fix the side of the cable (11).
[0123] Accordingly, when the cable connector cover (1000) includes an integrated cover (500), as described with reference to FIG. 4, a plurality of protrusions (115, 215) may be formed on the upper surface of each fold of the fold (113, 213), protruding a predetermined length toward the inside of the seating hole (110, 210). With reference to FIG. 5, the protrusions (115, 215) can fix the cable (11) by pressing the side of the cable (11) even if the diameter of the cable (11) is smaller than the diameter formed by each fold of the fixing member (111, 211).
[0125] In this specification, the term "part" includes a unit realized by hardware, a unit realized by software, and a unit realized using both. Additionally, one unit may be realized using two or more hardware, and two or more units may be realized by one hardware.
[0126] The scope of protection of the present invention is not limited to the description and expression of the embodiments explicitly described above. Furthermore, it is added once again that the scope of protection of the present invention cannot be limited by obvious changes or substitutions in the technical field to which the present invention belongs.
