Therefore, the definitions of these terms should be based on the content throughout this specification.

[0033] FIG. 1 is a perspective view schematically showing a rotor core of a motor according to one embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is an assembly perspective view schematically showing a rotor core of a motor according to one embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 3 is a plan view schematically showing "A" of FIG. 1, FIG. 4 is an assembly perspective view schematically showing the combination of a rotor core part and a permanent magnet in one embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 5 is a perspective view schematically showing the combination of a rotor core part and a permanent magnet in one embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 6 is a plan view schematically showing FIG. 5, and FIG. 7 is a flowchart schematically showing a method for assembling a rotor core of a motor according to one embodiment of the present invention.

[0035] Referring to FIGS. 1 to 6, a rotor core of a motor according to one embodiment of the present invention includes a disk portion (100), a rotor core portion (200), a permanent magnet (300), a protector portion (400), a spacer portion (500), and a shaft portion (600).

[0036] The disk portion (100) is formed in a disc shape with a shaft portion (600) mounted in the center. A rotor core portion (200) and a permanent magnet (300) are arranged on one side of the disk portion (100) (upper side according to FIG. 2). The shaft portion (600) is press-fitted into the center of the disk portion (100). As the disk portion (100) rotates according to the rotation of the shaft portion (600), the rotor core portion (200) and the permanent magnet (300) also rotate together. The disk portion (100) is stacked together with the rotor core portion (200), and the shaft portion (600) is mounted in the center. When the rotor core portion (200) is stacked, the disk portion (100) is stacked together, so assembly time can be shortened and production costs can be reduced.

[0037] The rotor core portion (200) is mounted on the disk portion (100). A plurality of permanent magnets (300) are arranged along the circumferential direction of the rotor core portion (200) on the outer surface of the rotor core portion (200). The permanent magnets (300) are in close contact with the outer surface of the rotor core portion (200) and are supported by the first protrusion (211) and the second protrusion (221) of the rotor core portion (200) to prevent detachment.

[0038] The spacer portion (500) covers one side (upper side based on FIG. 2) of the permanent magnet (300) and the rotor core portion (200). The spacer portion (500) is formed in a disc shape and is formed larger than the outermost side of the permanent magnet (300) and the rotor core portion (200) so as to cover the upper side of the permanent magnet (300) and the rotor core portion (200). The spacer portion (500) can prevent the permanent magnet (300) from deviating or moving in the axial direction of the shaft portion (600). The spacer portion (500) is press-fitted to the shaft portion (600). Therefore, the spacer portion (500) and the shaft portion (600) can rotate together while maintaining a rigid connection.

[0039] The protector portion (400) is in contact with the spacer portion (500) and the disk portion (100) and surrounds the outer surface of the permanent magnet (300). The protector portion (400) is formed as a flat plate and surrounds the outer surface of the permanent magnet (300) in an annular shape. The flat protector portion (400) surrounds the outer surface of the permanent magnet (300) in an annular shape, and the open end can be integrated by welding. The present invention can prevent the permanent magnet (300) from being displaced in the radial direction of the shaft portion (600) by means of the protector portion (400) that surrounds the outer surface of the permanent magnet (300).

[0040] One side of the protector part (400) (lower side based on FIG. 2) is coupled to the disk part (100), and the other side (upper side based on FIG. 2) is coupled to the spacer part (500). The protector part (400) wraps around the shaft part (600) of the permanent magnet (300) in the radial direction and is coupled to the disk part (100) and the spacer part (500), thereby preventing the permanent magnet (300) from detaching or moving in the radial direction of the shaft part (600).

[0041] The rotor core section (200) includes a first rotor core section (210) and a second rotor core section (220). The first rotor core section (210) has a first protrusion (211) formed on the outer side. The second rotor core section (220) has a second protrusion (221) formed on the outer side. The first rotor core section (210) and the second rotor core section (220) are formed with the same size and shape.

[0042] The second rotor core part (220) is laminated onto the first rotor core part (210), and at this time, the second protrusion part (221) of the second rotor core part (220) is arranged in a direction that does not overlap with the first protrusion part (211) of the first rotor core part (210). In the present invention, the first rotor core part (210) and the second rotor core part (220) are each rotated and arranged at a set angle so as not to overlap with the first protrusion part (211) and the second protrusion part (221), respectively.

[0043] The first rotor core section (210) and the second rotor core section (220) are stacked alternately in the vertical direction (based on FIG. 3). The height at which the first rotor core section (210) and the second rotor core section (220) are stacked is set according to the height of the rotor core to be set.

[0044] In addition, the first rotor core part (210) and the second rotor core part (220) can be stacked in multiple numbers regardless of the position of the first protrusion part (211) and the second protrusion part (221).

[0045] The first protrusion (211) and the second protrusion (221) are each formed to protrude in a triangular shape from the first rotor core part (210) and the second rotor core part (220). The first protrusion (211) and the second protrusion (221) are each formed in a triangular shape such that the width increases as they extend outward from the first rotor core part (210) and the second rotor core part (220). The first protrusion (211) and the second protrusion (221) are each formed to protrude in a triangular shape from the first rotor core part (210) and the second rotor core part (220), thereby pressing the side of the permanent magnet (300).

[0046] The permanent magnet (300) is equipped with magnetic force and is placed on the outer surface of the stacked first rotor core part (210) and the second rotor core part (220). The permanent magnet (300) is placed between the first protrusion part (211) and the second protrusion part (221). The side of the permanent magnet (300) is pressed into contact with the triangular-shaped first protrusion part (211) and the second protrusion part (221), thereby fixing the position of the permanent magnet (300).

[0047] The first rotor core part (210) and the second rotor core part (220) are formed in a polygonal shape, the first protrusion part (211) is formed protruding from the corner part of the first rotor core part (210), and the second protrusion part (221) is formed from the corner part of the second rotor core part (220).

[0048] In the present invention, the first rotor core part (210) and the second rotor core part (220) are each formed as regular polygons with the same side length and the same interior angle at the corners. Since the first rotor core part (210) and the second rotor core part (220) are each formed as regular polygons of the same size, if the first protrusion part (211) and the second protrusion part (221) are arranged to avoid each other, they can be in contact with the same size, allowing for easy assembly without the need to consider directionality.

[0049] In the present invention, the first rotor core part (210) and the second rotor core part (220) are each formed as regular polygons of the same size with an even number of corner parts. When the first rotor core part (210) and the second rotor core part (220) are each formed as regular polygons with an even number of corner parts, the first protrusion part (211) and the second protrusion part (221) are arranged to avoid each other, thereby making the arrangement and assembly of the first rotor core part (210) and the second rotor core part (220) easier. That is, the first rotor core part (210) and the second rotor core part (220) are formed as regular polygons such as octagons, decagons, and dodecagons.

[0050] The first protrusion (211) and the second protrusion (221) are formed to protrude so as to contact the side of the permanent magnet (300). The permanent magnet (300) is positioned between the first protrusion (211) and the first protrusion (211) adjacent to the first protrusion (211), and the distance between the first protrusion (211) and the adjacent first protrusion (211) is formed to become narrower as it extends outward from the first rotor core (210). Additionally, the permanent magnet (300) is positioned between the second protrusion (221) and the second protrusion (221) adjacent to the second protrusion (221), and the distance between the second protrusion (221) and the adjacent second protrusion (221) is formed to become narrower as it extends outward from the second rotor core (220).

[0051] Therefore, since the side of the permanent magnet (300) is pressed by the first protrusion (211) and the second protrusion (221), it is possible to prevent the permanent magnet (300) from scattering or detaching from the first rotor core part (210) and the second rotor core part (220).

[0052] In the present invention, the first protrusion (211) is formed in a triangular shape that increases in width as it extends outward from the corner of the first rotor core (210), and the second protrusion (221) is formed in a triangular shape that increases in width as it extends outward from the corner of the second rotor core (220). The side of the permanent magnet (300) contacts the side of the triangular first protrusion (211) and the second protrusion (221).

[0053] In the present invention, the first protrusion (211) is formed by the first protrusion center (not shown), which is the center, being inserted and unfolded toward the permanent magnet (300). As the side of the first protrusion (211) unfolds toward the permanent magnet (300), it presses against the side of the permanent magnet (300).

[0054] Additionally, the second protrusion (221) is formed by the central part, the second protrusion center (not shown), being inserted and extended toward the permanent magnet (300). As the side of the second protrusion (221) extends toward the permanent magnet (300), it presses against the side of the permanent magnet (300). The process described above is called caulking of the first protrusion (211) and the second protrusion (221). Through this caulking, the gap between the first protrusion (211) and the second protrusion (221) is eliminated, and the side of the permanent magnet (300) can be further pressed.

[0055] That is, the first protrusion center of the first protrusion part (211) and the second protrusion center of the second protrusion part (221) are indented and caulked, and as they spread out toward the permanent magnet (300) and press the side of the permanent magnet (300), the permanent magnet (300) can be prevented from scattering or detaching while maintaining a state in which it is firmly coupled to the first rotor core part (210) and the second rotor core part (220).

[0056] The protector part (400) is rolled over and overlapped with the outer part of the spacer part (500) to become integrated with the spacer part (500). Since the protector part (400) is rolled over and overlapped with the outer part of the spacer part (500), no separate adhesive is required, so material costs are reduced, and since the curing process of the adhesive is not required, assembly time can be shortened.

[0057] Additionally, the protector part (400) may be rolled and overlapped with the outer part of the disk part (100) to become integrated with the disk part (100). Alternatively, the protector part (400) may be integrated with the disk part (100) by welding.

[0058] Referring to FIG. 7, a rotor core assembly method according to one embodiment of the present invention will be described.

[0059] A rotor core assembly method according to one embodiment of the present invention includes a disk mounting step (S10), a rotor core mounting step (S20), a permanent magnet placement step (S30), a spacer cover step (S40), and a protector cover step (S50).

[0060] In the disk mounting step (S10), a shaft portion (600) is mounted in the center of the disk portion (100). The disk portion (100) is formed in a disc shape in which the shaft portion (600) is mounted in the center. The shaft portion (600) is press-fitted into the center of the disk portion (100).

[0061] The rotor core mounting step (S20) mounts a rotor core part (200) on the disk part (100). The rotor core part (200) is stacked alternately with a first rotor core part (210) having a first protrusion part (211) and a second rotor core part (220) having a second protrusion part (221) on the disk part (100).

[0062] The permanent magnet placement step (S30) involves placing a plurality of permanent magnets (300) along the circumferential direction of the rotor core portion (200) on the outer surface of the rotor core portion (200). A plurality of permanent magnets (300) are placed along the circumferential direction of the rotor core portion (200) on the outer surface of the rotor core portion (200). The permanent magnets (300) are in close contact with the outer surface of the rotor core portion (200) and are supported by the first protrusion (211) and the second protrusion (221) of the rotor core portion (200) to prevent detachment.

[0063] In the permanent magnet placement step (S30), the first protrusion (211) and the second protrusion (221) come into contact with the side of the permanent magnet (300).

[0064] The side of the permanent magnet (300) is in surface contact with the triangular first protrusion (211) and the second protrusion (221), thereby fixing the position of the permanent magnet (300). Since the side of the permanent magnet (300) is pressed by the first protrusion (211) and the second protrusion (221), it is possible to prevent the permanent magnet (300) from scattering or detaching from the first rotor core (210) and the second rotor core (220).

[0065] The spacer cover step (S40) covers the permanent magnet (300) and the rotor core part (200) with a spacer part (500). The spacer part (500) covers one side (upper side based on FIG. 2) of the permanent magnet (300) and the rotor core part (200). The spacer part (500) is formed in a disc shape and is formed larger than the outermost side of the permanent magnet (300) and the rotor core part (200) so as to cover the upper side of the permanent magnet (300) and the rotor core part (200). The spacer part (500) can prevent the permanent magnet (300) from deviating or moving in the axial direction of the shaft part (600).

[0066] In the spacer cover step (S40), the spacer portion (500) is press-fitted to the shaft portion (600). Thus, the spacer portion (500) and the shaft portion (600) can rotate together while maintaining a rigid connection.

[0067] The protector cover step (S50) involves the protector portion (400) contacting the spacer portion (500) and the disk portion (100) and covering the outer surface of the permanent magnet (300). The protector portion (400) is formed as a flat plate and covers the outer surface of the permanent magnet (300) in an annular shape. The flat protector portion (400) covers the outer surface of the permanent magnet (300) in an annular shape, and the open end can be integrated by welding. The present invention can prevent the permanent magnet (300) from deviating in the radial direction of the shaft portion (600) by means of the protector portion (400) covering the outer surface of the permanent magnet (300).

[0068] In the protector cover step (S50), the protector part (400) is rolled over and overlapped with the outer part of the spacer part (500) to become integrated with the spacer part (500). Since the protector part (400) is rolled over and overlapped with the outer part of the spacer part (500), a separate adhesive is not required, so material costs are reduced, and since the curing process of the adhesive is not required, assembly time can be shortened.

[0069] Additionally, the protector part (400) may be rolled and overlapped with the outer part of the disk part (100) to become integrated with the disk part (100). Alternatively, the protector part (400) may be integrated with the disk part (100) by welding.

[0070] According to the rotor core of the motor and the method for assembling the rotor core of the motor according to the present invention, the detachment of the permanent magnet (300) can be prevented by the press-fit force of the first protrusion (211) of the first rotor core part (210) and the second protrusion (221) of the second rotor core part (220), thereby reducing the assembly time of the product.

[0071] In addition, according to the present invention, the permanent magnet (300) can be prevented from moving out of the axial direction of the shaft portion (600) by the spacer portion (500) and the disk portion (100).

[0072] In addition, according to the present invention, the permanent magnet (300) can be prevented from moving outward in the radial direction of the shaft portion (600) by the protector portion (400) that surrounds the outer surface of the permanent magnet (300).

[0073] In addition, according to the present invention, the bonding process and curing process can be omitted for the permanent magnet (300), thereby reducing the unit cost of the product and improving productivity.

[0075] Although the present invention has been described with reference to an embodiment illustrated in the drawings, this is merely illustrative, and those skilled in the art will understand that various modifications and equivalent alternative embodiments are possible therefrom. Accordingly, the true technical scope of protection of the present invention should be determined by the claims below. Explanation of the symbols
