[0020] Referring to FIGS. 1 to 10, the mechanical parking lot according to the present invention includes a frame part (100), a pallet part (200), a lifting part (300), a power transmission part (400), and a transfer part (500).

[0021] The frame section (100) is arranged in multiple layers from the floor surface of the underground space (20) to form a parking space (S) between them, and a lifting space (S2) may be provided on each side of the frame section (100).

[0022] At this time, one of the elevator spaces (S2) is connected to the ground to lower the vehicle (10) that has entered into the underground space (20) or to move the vehicle (10) in the underground space (20) upward to the ground, and the other elevator space (S2) serves to move the vehicle (10) to the parking space (S1) on each floor.

[0023] Here, the frame portion (100) may be positioned to correspond to the front and rear directions of the underground space (20) and may have lengths on both sides, and may be installed in a fixed state at a set height by being organically connected to a plurality of vertical frames.

[0024] And, an entrance (30) that can enter the lifting space (S2) of the frame part (100) may be formed on the ground, and a vehicle (10) may be positioned on the upper surface of the pallet part (200) that has been raised to the ground through the lifting space (S2).

[0025] Additionally, the frame section (100) may form two or more layers, and multiple parking spaces (S1) may be formed along both sides of the frame section (100) so that multiple vehicles can be positioned, and multiple pallet sections (200) may be sequentially arranged in the multiple parking spaces (S1).

[0026] That is, a vehicle (10) can be positioned on the upper part of the pallet section (200) exposed to the ground through the entrance (30), and the vehicle (10) can be moved to the parking space (S1) formed on each floor by lowering the pallet section (200).

[0027] A number of pallet sections (200) are arranged to be movable along both sides of the parking space (S), and a vehicle (10) is positioned on top.

[0028] Here, the pallet section (200) can be moved horizontally from the lifting space (S2) to the parking space (S1) or from the parking space (S1) to the lifting space (S2), and the pallet section (200) lowered from the lifting space (S2) to the parking space (S1) can be connected so as to be movable together with one side of an adjacent pallet section (200).

[0029] On the other hand, the pallet section (200) that has been moved horizontally from the parking space (S1) to the lifting space (S2) can be lifted while connected to the front and rear sides of the lifting chain (330) to be described later, and when the pallet section (200) that has been moved horizontally to the lifting space (S2) rises, a structure can be applied in which one side of the pallet section (200) can be separated vertically.

[0030] Additionally, the pallet portion (200) may further include a plurality of connecting protrusions (210) that protrude from the front and rear respectively and are arranged along the left and right sides.

[0031] A plurality of connecting protrusions (210) may form a circumference in a radial direction perpendicular to the protrusion direction and may protrude correspondingly from the front and rear of the pallet portion (200), and a sprocket (420) to be described later may be positioned at the lower part of the connecting protrusions (210).

[0032] At this time, the upper tooth (421) among the radially protruding teeth (421) of the sprocket (420) can be maintained in a state where it is inserted into the gap between the connecting protrusions (210), and the direction in which the connecting protrusions (210) move can be determined according to the direction in which the sprocket (420) rotates.

[0033] The lifting unit (300) is configured to lift the pallet unit (200) to each floor where the parking space (S1) is formed or to raise it to the ground, and is provided in each of the lifting spaces (S2) on both sides of the frame unit (100), and selectively lifts the pallet unit (200) that has been moved to the lifting space (S2).

[0034] To explain in more detail, the lifting unit (300) is installed in the upper and lower regions of the lifting space (S2) and is rotatable with respect to a horizontal rotation center. It may include a rotating shaft (310) with an elevator gear provided on each axial side, a lifting motor (320) in which a driving shaft on one side is mechanically connected to one axial side of the rotating shaft (310) to transmit rotational force, and a ring-shaped lifting chain (330) in which the upper end wraps around the radial direction of the rotating shaft (310) located in the upper region and is engaged with the radial direction of the elevator gear, and the lower end wraps around the radial direction of the rotating shaft (310) located in the lower region and is engaged with the radial direction of the elevator gear.

[0035] The rotating shaft (310) may be arranged in parallel on the front and rear sides of the lifting space (S2), and the lifting gear and the lifting chain (330) may be provided on each side in the axial direction of the rotating shaft (310), and the lifting chain (330) may be provided with a separate mounting structure (not shown).

[0036] The lifting motor (320) can be driven by the control unit (40), and when the drive shaft and rotation shaft (310) of the lifting motor (420) rotate, the lifting chain (330) rotates together, thereby lifting the pallet unit (200) to a selected height.

[0037] For example, the front and rear sides of the pallet section (200), which has been horizontally moved to the lifting space (S2), can be positioned horizontally by being caught at the bottom by a mounting structure, and can be horizontally moved to the parking space (S1) while being separated when moving horizontally in the lifting space (S2).

[0038] The power transmission unit (400) is configured to move the pallet unit (200) by being rotated by the driving force of the transfer unit (500), and is rotatably provided in the front and rear setting sections of the frame unit (100) and is mechanically connected to the front and rear sides of the pallet unit (200).

[0039] To explain in more detail, the power transmission unit (400) may further include a pair of connecting shafts (410) that protrude from the front and rear surfaces of the frame unit (100) respectively and form a horizontal rotation center in the front and rear directions, a pair of driven gears (411) that can rotate together around the connecting shafts (410) and have a plurality of teeth arranged along the radial direction, and a pair of sprockets (420) that can rotate together around the connecting shafts (410) and have a plurality of teeth (421) arranged along the radial direction so as to be sequentially inserted between the connecting protrusions (210) when rotated.

[0040] A pair of connecting shafts (410) are provided on the front and rear sides of the frame portion (100) respectively and can be arranged alternately on both sides in the vertical direction. Alternatively, a pair of connecting shafts (410) may be arranged in the same line in the vertical direction as in FIG. 7.

[0041] The driven gear (411) is configured to rotate together with the connecting shaft (410), and the upper end of the connecting chain (430) can be meshed and coupled by wrapping around the radial direction of the driven gear (411), and the lower end of the connecting chain (430) can be meshed and coupled by wrapping around the radial direction of the driving gear (520) to be described later.

[0042] The sprocket (420) is configured to rotate together with the connecting shaft (410) and is located at the lower part of the connecting projection (210), and one or more teeth (421) located at the upper part of the sprocket (420) may be positioned in a state where they are inserted into the gap between the connecting projections (210).

[0043] That is, when the sprocket (420) rotates, the gear (421) pushes the connecting projection (210) and can move the pallet section (200) horizontally to the left or right, and the pallet section (200) placed on different layers can be moved simultaneously or individually while being rotated by the transfer section (500) to be described later.

[0044] The connecting chain (430) may be made of a metal material and may have a chain structure in which a plurality of connecting members are rotatably connected so that the teeth of the driven gear (411) are inserted, and may be connected with the teeth inserted into the gap formed between the connecting members.

[0045] A mechanical parking system according to one embodiment of the present invention may further include a pair of connecting gears (412) that are rotatably connected around a connecting shaft (410) as shown in FIGS. 9 and 10, and have a plurality of teeth arranged along the radial direction, and are provided on a connecting shaft (410) provided on a frame part (100) of two or more layers.

[0046] For example, if the frame section (100) is provided in three layers, the connecting gear (412) may be provided in the second layer of the frame section (100) and may indirectly transmit rotational force by being connected to the upper layer driven gear (411) by a connecting chain (430). At this time, the driven gear (411), the connecting gear (412), and the sprocket (420) provided in the second layer of the frame section (100) may be installed on a single connecting shaft (410) and rotated together.

[0047] That is, when the drive gear (520) of the transfer motor (530) rotates, the two connecting chains (430) rotate together, and the sprockets (420) of the second and third layers can be rotated simultaneously.

[0048] The transfer unit (500) is provided in the frame unit (100) located at the lowest level and individually transmits rotational force to the power transmission unit (400), and a number of them may be arranged along both sides of the frame unit (100).

[0049] For example, one of the transfer sections (500) may be connected by a connecting chain (430) to a sprocket (420) installed in the first-floor frame section (100), another one may be connected by a connecting chain (430) to a sprocket (420) installed in the second-floor frame section (100), and yet another one may be connected by a connecting chain (430) to a sprocket (420) installed in the third-floor frame section (100).

[0050] In addition, if the frame section (100) has three or more layers, the number of conveying sections (500) and sprockets (420) may also increase, and the length of the connecting chain (430) connecting the conveying sections (500) and sprockets (420) may also vary depending on the layer height.

[0051] To explain in more detail, the transfer unit (500) includes a rotation axis (510) that crosses the lower part of the frame unit (100) or penetrates the frame unit (100) to form a horizontal rotation center in the front and rear directions, a driving gear (520) that is rotatably provided on both sides of the rotation axis (510) and transmits rotational force to the driven gear by means of a connecting chain (430), and a transfer motor (530) that transmits rotational force in the axial direction of the rotation axis from the lower part of the frame unit (100).

[0052] The rotation axis (510) has a length in the front and rear directions of the frame portion (100), and both axial sides may protrude in the front and rear directions of the frame portion (100), and drive gears (520) coupled to both axial sides of the rotation axis (510) are located on each side of the frame portion (100).

[0053] The drive gear (520) may have a plurality of teeth arranged along the radial direction, and the lower end of the aforementioned connecting chain (430) may wrap around the radial direction of the drive gear (520) and engage with the teeth.

[0054] The transfer motor (530) is provided on the lower side or the front / rear side of the lowest frame part (100), and the drive shaft is mechanically connected to one side of the rotation shaft (510) in the axial direction to transmit rotational force, and the transfer motor (530) can be driven by the control unit (40).

[0055] For example, when the drive shaft and rotation shaft (510) of the transfer motor (530) rotate, a pair of drive gears (520) can rotate together, and the rotational force of the drive gears (520) can be transmitted to the sprocket (420) by the connecting chain (430).

[0056] The drive gear (520) may be arranged in alignment with the lower part of the sprocket (420) or staggered to one side, and the drive gear (520) may have a smaller diameter than the sprocket (420), but the diameters of the drive gear (520) and the sprocket (420) can be varied as needed.

[0057] As a result, since the present invention installs a plurality of transport units (500) at the same height in the installation space of the lowest floor, the height of the parking space (S1) is not excessively high, and the height of the parking space (S1) does not need to be unnecessarily raised, making it easy to secure the parking space (S1).

[0058] In addition, the present invention can increase the number of layers to accommodate a large number of vehicles (10), and since the transfer motor (530) is installed outside the parking space (S1), no interference occurs during the driving situation in which the vehicles (10) are moving.

[0059] Although specific embodiments of the mechanical parking lot according to the present invention have been described so far, it is obvious that various modifications are possible within the scope of the present invention.

[0060] Therefore, the scope of the present invention should not be limited to the described embodiments, but should be defined by the claims set forth below as well as equivalents thereof.

[0061] That is, the aforementioned embodiments should be understood as exemplary in all respects and not limiting, and the scope of the invention is defined by the claims set forth below rather than by the detailed description, and all modifications or variations derived from the meaning and scope of the claims and equivalent concepts thereof should be interpreted as being included within the scope of the invention.
