Description

Technology Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a construction lift, and more specifically, to a construction lift having the advantages of an integrated lift and a T / D type lift. Background Technology

[0002] Construction lifts are classified into internal lifts and T / D type lifts. While internal lifts were primarily used during the early stages of development, there is a trend toward switching to T / D type lifts due to the risk of lift falls caused by malfunctions during mast installation and dismantling.

[0003] Conventional built-in construction lifts allow for work at the top floor, but since the motor and governor are located inside the elevator, there are limitations on cargo loading due to interference, and when passengers board, the protruding parts cause a sense of intimidation and discomfort.

[0004] In the case of the T / D type, since the motor is located at the top of the carrier, there is no interference between the motor and the governor; however, the operation of the top floor is not possible, resulting in reduced work efficiency.

[0005] In addition, while T / D type lifts are safer than built-in lifts, they cannot work on the top floors and have the problem of increasing costs by about 30% compared to built-in lifts.

[0006] Furthermore, although there are differences in degree between built-in lifts and T / D lifts, both methods exhibit many problems during construction progress, such as accidents involving falls and falling objects, along with construction delays and increased direct and indirect costs caused by the low efficiency of the lifts.

[0007] Nevertheless, construction accidents continue to occur due to the lack of new and safe temporary construction technologies to replace these existing methods. Prior art literature

[0019] A preferred embodiment of a construction lift according to the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the attached drawings.

[0020] As shown in FIG. 2, the construction lift of the present invention may comprise a mast (10) in which a plurality of unit masts (12) are vertically stacked, a carrier (20) that is movable along a guide rail (14) that is vertically provided along one side of the mast (10) and has a space formed inside in a box structure, a panel section (50) provided between the carrier (20) and the mast (10), a driving unit (30) mounted on the panel section (50) and driving the carrier (20) and the panel section (50) to move along the mast (10), and a control unit (not shown) that controls the operation of the driving unit (30).

[0021] First, the construction lift of the present invention is provided with a mast (10). The mast (10) may be composed of an assembly of a plurality of unit masts (12). That is, the mast (10) may be composed of a plurality of vertical frames and horizontal frames, and the unit masts (12) may be assembled to match the height of the building.

[0022] A guide rail (12) is installed along the longitudinal direction of the mast (10). A rack gear (not shown) is provided on the guide rail (12) and rotates in engagement with the gear of the drive unit (30) described below, thereby allowing the carrier (20) to move up and down.

[0023] And, the mast (10) is provided with a carrier (20) that moves up and down along the mast (10). The carrier (20) has a box structure and a space is provided inside. The carrier (20) moves up and down along the guide rail (12) of the mast (10).

[0024] The internal and upper spaces of the above-mentioned carrier (20) serve to transport materials required by workers and construction sites. In particular, a crane (21) is mounted in the upper space of the above-mentioned carrier (20) to allow the unit mast (12) to be picked up during the assembly of the above-mentioned mast (10).

[0025] In addition, a safety railing (22) is provided on the upper surface of the above-mentioned carrier (20). The safety railing (22) serves to prevent the worker from falling when the worker climbs onto the upper surface of the carrier (22) to perform work during the assembly of the mast (10).

[0026] The safety railing (22) is installed around the upper edge of the carrier (20), but is not installed on the part where the mast (10) is installed. This is because the safety railing (22) may interfere with the work when the worker is assembling the mast (10).

[0027] A step unit (not shown) may be further provided on the upper part of the above-mentioned carrier (20). The step unit allows a worker to stand on it and perform assembly work on the mast (10). Conventionally, since there is no step unit, the carrier must be raised as high as possible to fasten the bolts on the upper part of the mast (10) during assembly work; however, in this case, the carrier (20) may fall off the mast (10) due to mechanical malfunction. In other cases, the worker must climb onto a railing to perform the work, but there is also a risk of the worker falling.

[0028] Additionally, a panel section (50) is provided between the carrier (20) and the mast (10). The panel section (50) is formed in a plate shape so that the carrier (20) can be safely supported on the mast (10) and moved by the panel section (50).

[0029] The panel section (50) is provided with a guide (not shown) that can move along the guide rail (14). The guide engages with the guide rail (14) and serves to guide the panel section (50) to move safely along the guide rail (14). Rollers are provided on the guide and the guide rail (14) to allow the panel section (50) to move more easily along the guide rail (14).

[0030] A driving unit (30) is provided in the panel section (50). The driving unit (30) is mounted on the panel section (50) and serves to provide power so that the carrier (20) and the panel section (50) move along the mast (10).

[0031] The above driving unit (30) may be composed of a motor, etc., and the above driving unit (30) may be composed of multiple motors as needed.

[0032] The above driving unit (30) may be divided into a first driving unit (32) and a second driving unit (34). The first driving unit (32) may be provided on the upper surface of the carrier (20), and the second driving unit (34) may be provided inside the carrier (20).

[0033] The above-described separation of the first drive unit (32) and the second drive unit (34) is intended to maximize the use of the upper surface and internal space of the carrier (20) and to increase the driving safety of the carrier (20). Each of the first drive unit (32) and the second drive unit (34) may be equipped with one or more motors.

[0034] A pinion is provided on the rotation axis of each of the above-mentioned drive units (30). The pinion engages with the rack of the guide rail (24), and the carrier (20) moves up and down along the mast (10) according to the rotation of the drive unit (30).

[0035] Additionally, a weight sensor (40) is provided between the carrier (20) and the panel (50). The carrier (20) is configured separately from the panel (50), so that information regarding the weight of the carrier (20) can be measured through the weight sensor (40).

[0036] That is, when the panel part (50) is fixed to the mast (10) by means of a brake, etc., as the motor of the drive part (30) stops, the weight of the carrier (20) can be accurately measured by the weight sensor (40) without interference from the panel part (50).

[0037] The weight sensor (40) can be applied anywhere between the carrier (20) and the panel part (50), and in the present invention, it can be configured as shown in FIG. 4.

[0038] A first flange (56) protruding from the panel portion (50) is provided, and a second flange (24) that engages with the first flange (56) is also provided on the carrier (20). A through hole is provided that penetrates horizontally between the first flange (56) and the second flange (24), and the weight sensor (40) is formed in a bar shape and supports it by penetrating the through hole, thereby measuring the weight of the carrier (20).

[0039] Additionally, a sliding ball (not shown) may be further provided in the panel portion (50). The sliding ball is formed as a rectangular ball extending vertically in the panel portion (50). A guide projection (26) protruding horizontally is provided in the carrier (20). The guide projection (26) may be formed as a pin or a bolt, etc.

[0040] The guide projection (26) is inserted into the sliding ball so that the carrier (20) can move up and down relative to the panel part (50), and also so that even if the weight sensor (40) is damaged, it is safely supported by the sliding ball and the guide projection (26) so that it does not detach from the panel part (50).

[0041] Multiple sliding balls and guide protrusions (26) may be formed. As shown in FIG. 5, six sliding balls and guide protrusions (26) may be formed.

[0042] Meanwhile, in another embodiment of the present invention, the weight sensor (40) may be provided between the sliding ball and the carrier (20). A connecting hole may be formed on the surface of the carrier (20) corresponding to the sliding ball of the panel part (50), and the weight sensor (40) may be provided between them to measure information regarding the weight of the carrier (20).

[0043] In addition, as another embodiment of the present invention, the panel portion (50) may be divided into a first panel portion (52) and a second panel portion (54). The first panel portion (52) is provided above the carrier (20), and the second panel portion (54) is provided on the side of the carrier (20).

[0044] This is to make assembly and disassembly convenient by separating the first panel part (52) and the second panel part (54) when assembling the above-mentioned carrier (20).

[0045] A protruding flange is formed on each of the first panel part (52), the second panel part (54), and the carrier (20), and each flange interlocks with each other and a through hole is formed that penetrates them horizontally. The weight sensor (40) is able to measure the weight of the carrier (20) by passing through the through holes of each of the flanges.

[0046] A sliding ball may be further provided in the second panel section (54). The sliding ball is formed as a rectangular ball vertically in the second panel section (54). A guide projection (26) of the carrier (20) is inserted so that the carrier (20) can move up and down relative to the second panel section (54), and also ensures that even if the weight sensor (40) is damaged, it is not detached from the second panel section (54) by means of the sliding ball and the guide projection (26) and is safely supported.

[0047] Multiple sliding balls and guide protrusions (26) may be formed. As shown in FIG. 5, six sliding balls and guide protrusions may be formed.

[0048] Meanwhile, in another embodiment of the present invention, the through holes of the flanges may be formed in a rectangular shape and may be formed to be longer vertically than the diameter of the support shaft. The support shaft may pass through the through holes to fix the flanges. This is to ensure that the carrier (20) is safely supported and fixed to the panel part (50) when the weight sensor (40), which will be described below, is damaged.

[0049] The weight sensor (40) may be provided between the sliding ball and the carrier (20). A connecting hole may be formed on the surface of the carrier (20) corresponding to the sliding ball of the panel part (50), and the weight sensor (40) may be provided between them to measure information regarding the weight of the carrier.

[0050] Of course, the above-mentioned carrier (20) may be fixed to the above-mentioned panel part (50), and a weight sensor (40) may be installed on the bottom surface of the above-mentioned carrier (20) to measure the weight inside the carrier.

[0051] In addition, a control unit is provided in the construction lift of the present invention. The control unit plays the role of controlling various devices, such as a drive unit (30) and the lift, so that the construction lift operates.

[0052] The above control unit may be provided at the top of the carrier (20) and inside the carrier (20), respectively. This is to increase the work convenience of the worker.

[0053] Next, the operation of the construction lift of the present invention will be explained in detail.

[0054] First, a worker boards the construction lift of the present invention and operates the control unit so that the carrier (20) rises along the mast (10). After the construction lift moves to the maximum height, the worker climbs onto the upper surface of the carrier (20) and uses a crane (21) to pick up the unit mast (12).

[0055] At this time, the height at which the drive unit is installed is low, thereby increasing the convenience of the worker. After the unit mast (12) is loaded onto the top of the mast (10) and the work is completed, the worker operates the control unit to make the construction lift rise or lower.

[0056] In particular, the weight loaded in the internal space of the construction lift, i.e., the carrier (20), can be measured in real time by the weight sensor (40) even when the lift is stationary.

[0058] As such, those skilled in the art to which the present invention pertains will understand that the technical configuration of the present invention described above can be implemented in other specific forms without altering the technical concept or essential features of the present invention.
