Description

Technology Field

[0001] The present invention relates to an air source assist type hybrid hydrothermal heat pump system, and more specifically, to an air source assist type hybrid hydrothermal heat pump system having a heat storage assist function using air source. Background Technology

[0002] As hydrothermal energy was included in renewable energy through the amendment of the 2020 Renewable Energy Act, hydrothermal heat pump systems are becoming widely adopted.

[0003] When using a water source for heating, an indirect heat exchange method is utilized using a secondary fluid because the heat source, such as river water, lake water, or raw tap water, contains a large amount of impurities.

[0004] Here, the secondary fluid can be brine or water, and if it is brine, freezing problems may occur in the water source heat exchanger, and if it is water, freezing problems may occur in the evaporator of the heat pump.

[0005] Although this freezing problem can be prevented to some extent by reducing the delta T on the water side of the evaporator through partial load operation of the heat pump, in the case of turbo compressors applied to large systems, partial load operation is limited by surging phenomena, so a separate technology is required to enable operation even at low delta T.

[0006] This phenomenon poses a problem in that it causes a risk of freezing as the water temperature in the heat exchanger drops below freezing during winter heating operation, making continuous operation difficult. Consequently, there is a problem in that a separate boiler system must be installed for heating when the water temperature drops in winter, and the winter operating rate of the heat pump decreases. The problem to be solved

[0007] Accordingly, the present invention has been devised to resolve the above-mentioned problems and aims to provide an air-source assisted hybrid water-source heat pump system capable of ensuring continuous operation of winter heating by assisting the heat storage of a thermal storage tank with an air-source heat pump module.

[0008] In addition, another objective is to provide an air-source auxiliary hybrid water-source heat pump system capable of increasing thermal storage efficiency by means of an air-source heat pump module. means of solving the problem

[0009] The above objective is achieved by an air source auxiliary hybrid water source heat pump system according to the present invention, comprising: a water source supply unit that supplies a water source fluid; a water source heat pump module that heats the first heat storage fluid through heat exchange with each of the water source fluid and the first heat storage fluid; an air source heat pump module that heats the second heat storage fluid through heat exchange with each of the external air and the second heat storage fluid; and a heat storage tank that stores heat by either the first heat storage fluid or the second heat storage fluid and supplies the heating fluid heated by the heat storage to the heating load side; and the system operates in either a general heating mode in which the first heat storage fluid is supplied to the heat storage tank so that the heat storage tank stores heat and the heating fluid is supplied to the heating load side, or an air source heat storage mode in which the heat storage tank stores heat by the second heat storage fluid according to the operation of the air source heat pump module while the supply of the heating fluid to the heating load is cut off.

[0010] Here, in the above air heat storage mode, the operation of the above hydrothermal heat pump module may be stopped.

[0011] Additionally, the system further includes a preheating heat exchanger disposed in the air source heat pump module and a water source auxiliary circulation line that circulates the water source fluid through the preheating heat exchanger; the air source heat storage mode may include an air source-only heat storage mode in which the heat storage tank is heated by the second heat storage fluid while the circulation of the water source fluid through the water source auxiliary circulation line is blocked, and a heat source-compensated air source heat storage mode in which the heat storage tank is heated by the second heat storage fluid while the water source fluid is circulated through the water source auxiliary circulation line.

[0012] And, the above-mentioned heat source supply unit includes a raw water flow line through which raw water is supplied, a heat source flow line through which the heat source fluid flows, and a heat source heat exchanger that exchanges heat between the raw water flowing through the raw water flow line and the heat source fluid flowing through the heat source flow line; the heat source compensation air heat storage mode may include a first heat source compensation air heat storage mode that operates in a state where the raw water and the heat source fluid exchange heat by the heat source heat exchanger, and a second heat source compensation air heat storage mode that operates in a state where the heat exchange between the raw water and the heat source fluid by the heat source heat exchanger is blocked.

[0013] In addition, in the first heat source compensation air heat storage mode, the water source fluid heat-exchanged by the water source heat exchanger circulates through the water auxiliary circulation line so that the preheating heat exchanger can heat the external air.

[0014] And, it further includes a compensation heat exchanger that exchanges heat between the heating fluid from the thermal storage tank and the water source fluid; in the second heat source compensation air heat storage mode, the water source fluid that has exchanged heat with the heating fluid through the compensation heat exchanger circulates through the water auxiliary circulation line so that the preheating heat exchanger can heat the external air.

[0015] Additionally, it includes a compensation heat exchanger that exchanges heat between the heating fluid from the thermal storage tank and the water source fluid, and a bypasser that bypasses the first thermal storage fluid to the heating load side; it may be possible to operate in a heat source compensation heating mode in which the first thermal storage fluid is supplied to the heating load side by the bypasserer and the heating fluid exchanges heat with the water source fluid by the compensation heat exchanger.

[0016] In addition, in the heat source compensation heating mode, the supply of the heating fluid from the thermal storage tank to the heating load side may be blocked.

[0017] And, the above-mentioned heat source supply unit includes a raw water flow line through which raw water is supplied, a heat source flow line through which the heat source fluid flows, and a heat source heat exchanger that exchanges heat between the raw water flowing through the raw water flow line and the heat source fluid flowing through the heat source flow line; and in the above-mentioned general heating mode and the above-mentioned heat source compensation heating mode, the above-mentioned raw water and the heat source fluid can be operated in a state where heat is exchanged by the heat source heat exchanger.

[0018] In addition, when the supply of the heating fluid to the heating load side is blocked and the heat exchange between the raw water and the water source fluid by the water source heat exchanger is blocked, the first heat storage fluid is supplied to the heating load side by the bypass section, and the heating fluid exchanges heat with the water source fluid by the compensation heat exchanger, it may be possible to operate in a heat storage tank heat source heating mode. Effects of the invention

[0019] According to the above configuration, the present invention provides an air source assisted hybrid water source heat pump system capable of ensuring continuous operation of winter heating by assisting the heat storage of a heat storage tank by an air source heat pump module.

[0025] Embodiments according to the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the attached drawings.

[0026] FIGS. 1 to 6 are drawings showing the configuration of an air-heat assist hybrid hydrothermal heat pump system according to an embodiment of the present invention.

[0027] Referring to FIGS. 1 to 6, a hybrid hydrothermal heat pump system according to an embodiment of the present invention may be configured to include a hydrothermal source, a hydrothermal heat pump module (120), an air-source heat pump module (170), and a thermal storage tank (130).

[0028] A heat source supply unit (110) according to an embodiment of the present invention can supply a heat source fluid. In one embodiment, the heat source supply unit (110) can supply a heat source fluid using raw water including river water, lake water, raw water from a water source, etc.

[0029] In the present invention, an indirect heat exchange method that does not directly use raw water is used as an example. As illustrated in FIGS. 1 to 6, the water source supply unit (110) is configured to include raw water flow lines (113a, 113b), water source flow lines (114a, 114b), and a water source heat exchanger.

[0030] The raw water flow lines (113a, 113b) according to an embodiment of the present invention are connected to a raw water pipe (111) through which raw water flows. The raw water flow lines (113a, 113b) may include an inlet side raw water flow line (113a) through which raw water flows toward a heat source heat exchanger, and a return side raw water flow line (113b) through which raw water flows back to the raw water pipe (111).

[0031] The water source flow lines (114a, 114b) connect the water source heat exchanger (112) and the water source heat pump module (120) and circulate the water source fluid between the water source heat exchanger (112) and the water source heat pump module (120). The water source flow lines (114a, 114b) may include an inlet side water source flow line (114a) through which the water source fluid flows from the water source heat exchanger (112) toward the water source heat pump module (120), and a return side water source flow line (114b) through which the water source fluid flows back toward the water source heat exchanger (112) after passing through the water source heat pump module (120).

[0032] According to the above configuration, the raw water does not directly exchange heat in the water source heat pump module (120), but rather exchanges heat with the secondary fluid, the water source fluid, in the water source heat exchanger (112), and the water source fluid exchanges heat in the water source heat pump module (120). Through this, the impact of foreign substances that may be contained in raw water, such as river water, lake water, or raw water from a water source, can be minimized.

[0033] Here, the heat source supply unit (110) according to an embodiment of the present invention may be configured to include a pump (P1) for the flow of raw water. In one embodiment, the pump (P1) is exemplified as being installed in the inlet side heat source flow line (114a).

[0034] A hydrothermal heat pump module (120) according to an embodiment of the present invention may be configured to include a heating cycle that heats a first heat storage fluid through heat exchange with each of the hydrothermal source fluid and the first heat storage fluid. As shown in FIGS. 1 to 6, the hydrothermal heat pump module (120) may be configured to include an evaporator (121), a compressor (122), a condenser (123), and an expansion valve (124).

[0035] Here, the evaporator (121) of the hydrothermal heat pump module (120) exchanges heat with a hydrothermal source fluid flowing along the hydrothermal source flow lines (114a, 114b), and the condenser (123) exchanges heat with a first thermal storage fluid flowing along the first thermal storage flow lines (125a, 125b) to be described later.

[0036] That is, the refrigerant flowing along the heating cycle of the water-type heat pump module (120) is heated through heat exchange with the water source fluid in the evaporator (121), and the first heat storage fluid is heated through heat exchange with the heat storage fluid flowing along the first heat storage flow line (125a, 125b) in the condenser (123).

[0037] In an embodiment of the present invention, a pump (P2) is installed in the inlet side water source flow line (114a) of the water source flow lines (114a, 114b) to circulate the water source fluid flowing along the water source flow lines (114a, 114b).

[0038] An air source heat pump module (170) according to an embodiment of the present invention may be configured to include a heating cycle that heats the second heat storage fluid through heat exchange with each of the external air and the second heat storage fluid. In one embodiment, the air source heat pump module (170) may also be configured to include an evaporator (121), a compressor (122), a condenser (123), and an expansion valve (124).

[0039] A thermal storage tank (130) according to an embodiment of the present invention is connected to a water-type heat pump module (120) through a first thermal storage flow line (125a, 125b) and can be heated by the heat of a first thermal storage fluid flowing along the first thermal storage flow line (125a, 125b). Then, the thermal storage tank (130) can supply a heating fluid heated by the stored heat to a heating load (160) side through a heating flow line (131a, 131b).

[0040] Here, the first thermal storage flow lines (125a, 125b) connecting the thermal heat pump module (120) and the thermal storage tank (130) may be configured to include a first inlet thermal storage flow line (125a) through which the first thermal storage fluid flows from the thermal heat pump module (120) side toward the thermal storage tank (130), and a first return thermal storage flow line (125b) through which the first thermal storage fluid flows from the thermal storage tank (130) side toward the thermal heat pump module (120).

[0041] In one embodiment, the heating flow lines (131a, 131b) may include an inlet heating flow line (131a) through which heating fluid flows toward the heating load (160), and a return heating flow line (131b) through which heating fluid returned from the heating load (160) flows.

[0042] Additionally, as an example, a pump (P3) is installed in the first inlet side heat storage flow line (125a) of the first heat storage flow line (125a, 125b) to circulate the first heat storage fluid flowing along the first heat storage flow line (125a, 125b). Furthermore, as an example, a pump (P4) is installed in the inlet side heating flow line (131a) of the heating flow line (131a, 131b) to circulate the heating fluid flowing along the heating flow line (131a, 131b).

[0043] Meanwhile, an air source heat pump module (170) according to an embodiment of the present invention may be configured to include an air source heat pump (171), an air source heat exchanger (172), air source flow lines (174a, 174b), and second heat storage flow lines (173a, 173b).

[0044] According to an embodiment of the present invention, air source flow lines (174a, 174b) are installed between an air source heat pump (171) and an air source heat exchanger (172), and an air source fluid circulates within them. Here, the air source fluid can be heated by heat exchange with the condenser (123) of the air source heat pump (171). Furthermore, the heat required for heat exchange in the condenser (123) of the air source heat pump (171) is obtained by the evaporator (121) of the air source heat pump (171) through heat exchange with the outside air.

[0045] In one embodiment, the air source flow lines (174a, 174b) may include an inlet air source flow line (174a) through which the air source fluid flows toward the air source heat exchanger (172), and a return air source flow line (174b) through which the air source fluid is returned via the air source heat exchanger (172) and flows toward the air source heat pump (171).

[0046] According to an embodiment of the present invention, a second heat storage fluid flow line (173a, 173b) is installed between an air heat exchanger (172) and a heat storage tank (130), and a second heat storage fluid circulates within it. Here, the second heat storage fluid can be heated by heat exchange with an air heat fluid flowing through the air heat flow lines (174a, 174b) in the air heat exchanger (172). That is, an example of an air heat pump module (170) according to an embodiment of the present invention is one that heats the second heat storage fluid through an indirect heat exchange method using an air heat exchanger (172).

[0047] In one embodiment, the second heat storage flow line (173a, 173b) may be connected to the heat storage tank (130) in a branched form from the first heat storage flow line (125a, 125b). In the present invention, the second heat storage flow line (173a, 173b) is exemplified by including a second inlet side heat storage flow line (173a) that flows the second heat storage fluid toward the heat storage tank (130), i.e., toward the first heat storage flow line (125a, 125b), and a second return side heat storage flow line (173b) that flows the second heat storage fluid toward the air heat exchanger (172) after it is returned from the heat storage tank (130).

[0048] In an embodiment of the present invention, the first return-side heat storage flow line (125b) and the second return-side heat storage flow line (173b) are connected through a heat storage valve (175). Here, depending on the operation of the heat storage valve (175), either the first heat storage fluid or the second heat storage fluid can flow into the heat storage tank (130), and a detailed explanation thereof will be provided later. In one embodiment, the heat storage valve (175) is exemplified as a 3-way valve.

[0049] Meanwhile, a hybrid hydrothermal heat pump system according to an embodiment of the present invention may be configured to include a preheating heat exchanger (180) and hydrothermal auxiliary circulation lines (181a, 181b).

[0050] A preheating heat exchanger (180) according to an embodiment of the present invention may be placed in an air source heat pump module (170). In one embodiment, the preheating heat exchanger (180) is installed in a position capable of heating external air flowing into the air source heat pump (171). In the present invention, it is exemplified by being placed adjacent to the evaporator (121) of the air source heat pump (171) to heat the external air flowing toward the evaporator (121).

[0051] According to an embodiment of the present invention, the water source fluid is circulated through the water source fluid to the preheating heat exchanger (180). In one embodiment, the water source fluid auxiliary circulation lines (181a, 181b) are exemplified by including an inlet side water source fluid auxiliary circulation line (181a) that flows the water source fluid toward the preheating heat exchanger (180), and a return side water source fluid auxiliary circulation line (181b) that returns the water source fluid, which has passed through the preheating heat exchanger (180), to the water source heat exchanger (112).

[0052] In an embodiment of the present invention, the inlet side heat auxiliary circulation line (181a) and the return side heat auxiliary circulation line (181b) are each branched from the return side heat source flow line (114b). Additionally, the inlet side heat auxiliary circulation line (181a) and the return side heat auxiliary circulation line (181b) are each connected to the return side heat source flow line (114b) through the first circulation valve (182a) and the second circulation valve (182b), respectively. Here, the first circulation valve (182a) and the second circulation valve (182b) are exemplified as being 3-way valves.

[0053] According to the above configuration, the water source fluid can be selectively flowed into either the water source heat pump module (120) or the preheating heat exchanger (180), and a detailed explanation thereof will be provided later.

[0054] Meanwhile, in an embodiment of the present invention, by installing a first parallel flow line (116) that connects the inlet side heat source flow line (114a) and the return side heat source flow line (114b) in parallel, and a first parallel valve (115) that controls the flow through the parallel flow line, heat exchange between the raw water and the heat source fluid by the heat source heat exchanger (112) can be blocked.

[0055] In addition, in an embodiment of the present invention, a second parallel flow line (117) connecting the inlet side heat source flow line (114a) and the return side heat source flow line (114b) in parallel, and a second parallel valve (118) and a third parallel valve (119) connecting the first parallel flow line (116) to the inlet side heat source flow line (114a) and the return side heat source flow line (114b), respectively, may be installed in the heat source flow lines (114a, 114b).

[0056] Here, the first parallel flow line (116) is installed on the side of the water source heat exchanger (112), and the second parallel flow line (117) is installed on the side of the water source heat pump module (120). The aforementioned first circulation valve (182a) and second circulation valve (182b) are installed between the first parallel flow line (116) and the first parallel flow line (116). Additionally, the second compensation flow line (153a, 153b), which will be described later, is also branched from the inlet side water source flow line (114a) between the first parallel flow line (116) and the first parallel flow line (116).

[0057] Meanwhile, the hybrid hydrothermal heat pump system according to an embodiment of the present invention may be configured to include a compensation heat exchanger (150).

[0058] The compensation heat exchanger (150) according to an embodiment of the present invention can exchange heat between a heating fluid heated by heat accumulated in a heat storage tank (130) and a heat source fluid. Through this, the temperature of the heat source fluid is lowered relatively, thereby preventing freezing problems that may occur in the evaporator (121) of the heat pump, and a detailed explanation thereof will be provided later.

[0059] In one embodiment, the compensation heat exchanger (150) may be configured to include a compensation heat exchanger (151) in which a heating fluid and a water source fluid exchange heat, and a first compensation flow line (152a, 152b) and a second compensation flow line (153a, 153b) in which the heating fluid and the water source fluid flow, respectively.

[0060] The first compensation flow line (152a, 152b) is connected to the heating flow line (131a, 131b) to allow the heating fluid flowing through the heating flow line (131a, 131b) to flow toward the compensation heat exchanger (151). In one embodiment, the first compensation flow line (152a, 152b) may be configured to include a first inlet compensation flow line (152a) through which the heating fluid flows from the heating flow line (131a, 131b) toward the compensation heat exchanger (151), and a first return compensation flow line (152b) through which the heating fluid, having undergone heat exchange while passing through the compensation heat exchanger (151), flows toward the heating flow line (131a, 131b).

[0061] Here, the first inlet-side compensation flow line (152a) may be connected in a branched form from the inlet-side heating flow line (131a), and the first return-side compensation flow line (152b) may be connected in a branched form from the return-side heating flow line (131b).

[0062] And, the first inlet side compensation flow line (152a) and the inlet side heating flow line (131a) can be connected through the first compensation valve (155). Here, the first compensation valve (155) is a 3-way valve so that the heating fluid heated by the thermal storage tank (130) can be flowed to either the compensation heat exchanger (151) or the heating load (160).

[0063] The second compensation flow line (153a, 153b) bypasses the inlet side heat source flow line (114a) of the heat source flow line (114a, 114b) to the compensation heat exchanger (151), so that the heat source fluid flowing to the heat pump module (120) through the inlet side heat source flow line (114a) flows to the heat pump module (120) after passing through the compensation heat exchanger (151).

[0064] Here, the second compensation flow line (153a, 153b) may be configured to include a second inlet compensation flow line (153a) through which a heat source fluid flows from the inlet side heat source flow line (114a) toward the compensation heat exchanger (151), and a second return side compensation flow line (153b) through which the heat source fluid, having undergone heat exchange while passing through the compensation heat exchanger (151), flows back toward the inlet side heat source flow line (114a).

[0065] In addition, the second inlet side compensation flow line (153a) and the inlet side water source flow line (114a) can be connected through the second compensation valve (154). Here, the second compensation valve (154) is a 3-way valve, so that the water source fluid supplied from the water source supply unit (110) can flow through the compensation heat exchanger (151) to the water source heat pump module side or flow directly to the water source heat pump module side.

[0066] In one embodiment, a pump is installed in the first inlet-side compensation flow line (152a) so that the first heat storage fluid flowing through the first compensation flow line (152a, 152b) can be circulated along the first compensation flow line (152a, 152b). Here, the water source fluid flowing through the second compensation flow line (153a, 153b) is configured in a bypass form, so that it can flow by the pump installed in the inlet-side water source flow line (114a).

[0067] A hybrid hydrothermal heat pump according to an embodiment of the present invention may be configured to include a bypass section (140).

[0068] The bypass unit (140) according to an embodiment of the present invention can bypass the first heat storage fluid to the heating load (160). That is, the bypass unit (140) connects the heat storage flow line and the heating flow line (131a, 131b) to bypass the first heat storage fluid so that the first heat storage fluid does not flow to the heat storage tank (130) but is supplied directly to the heating load (160).

[0069] In one embodiment, the bypass section (140) may be configured to include an inlet-side bypass line (141a) and a return-side bypass line (141b).

[0070] The inlet side bypass line (141a) connects the first inlet side heat storage flow line (125a) and the inlet side heating flow line (131a), and the return side bypass line (141b) can connect the first return side heat storage flow line (125b) and the return side heating flow line (131b).

[0071] And, the inlet side bypass line (141a) and the first inlet side heat storage flow line (125a) can be connected through the first bypass valve (142). Here, the first bypass is equipped with a 3-way valve so that the first heat storage fluid supplied from the heat pump can flow to either the heat storage tank (130) or the heating load (160).

[0072] Additionally, the return-side bypass line (141b) and the return-side heating flow line (131b) can be connected through a second bypass valve (143). Here, the second bypass is equipped with a 3-way valve so that the heating fluid or thermal storage fluid returning from the heating load (160) side can be selectively flowed to the thermal storage tank (130) and the water-type heat pump module (120), respectively.

[0073] Meanwhile, the heating load (160) according to an embodiment of the present invention is exemplified as being configured to include a load heat transfer device (162) and a load heat exchanger (161).

[0074] The load heat transfer unit (162) can be installed in a space to be heated, such as an indoor space, to transfer heat into the indoor space. In one embodiment, the load heat transfer unit (162) may be a fan coil unit. The load heat exchanger (161) and the fan coil unit may be connected via load flow lines (163a, 163b).

[0075] According to the above configuration, the heating fluid or the bypassed first thermal storage fluid transfers heat to the space to be heated through heat exchange with the FCU fluid flowing along the load flow lines (163a, 163b) via the load heat exchanger (161). Here, the FCU fluid is circulated along the load flow lines (163a, 163b) by the pump (P5).

[0076] Hereinafter, the operation modes of a hybrid hydrothermal heat pump system according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail. Here, in FIGS. 1 to 6, the thick line indicates a line where fluid circulates, and the relatively thin line indicates a line where fluid does not circulate.

[0077] FIG. 1 is a diagram illustrating a general heating mode of a hydrothermal heat pump system according to an embodiment of the present invention.

[0078] Referring to FIG. 1, in the general heating mode, a first heat storage fluid from a water-type heat pump module (120) is supplied to a heat storage tank (130) to be stored, and the heating fluid of the heat storage tank (130) is supplied to the heating load (160).

[0079] At this time, the first circulation valve (182a) and the second circulation valve (182b) are both switched so that the heat source fluid flows from the heat source heat pump module (120) to the heat source heat exchanger (112), and the first parallel valve (115), the second parallel valve (118), and the third parallel valve (119) are switched so that the heat source fluid does not flow to the first parallel flow line (116) and the second parallel flow line (117). And, the heat storage valve (175) is switched so that the second heat storage fluid does not flow to the first heat storage flow line (125a, 125b).

[0080] Additionally, the first bypass valve (142) is switched so that the first heat storage fluid from the water-type heat pump module (120) is supplied to the heat storage tank (130), and the second bypass valve (143) is switched so that the heating fluid returned from the heating load (160) flows to the heat storage tank (130).

[0081] Additionally, in the normal heating mode, the first compensation valve (155) is switched so that the heating fluid from the thermal storage tank (130) flows toward the heating load (160), thereby blocking the heating fluid from flowing toward the compensation heat exchanger (150).

[0082] Here, in the general heating mode, the raw water and the water source fluid are heat exchanged by the water source heat exchanger (112). That is, in the general heating mode, the heat of the raw water is used for heating.

[0083] And, in normal heating mode, the air source heat pump module (170) can be kept in a non-operational state.

[0084] FIG. 2 is a diagram illustrating the compensation heating mode of a hybrid hydrothermal heat pump system according to an embodiment of the present invention.

[0085] Referring to FIG. 2, in the heat source compensation heating mode, the first heat storage fluid is supplied to the heating load (160) side by the bypass section (140), and the heating fluid is heat exchanged with the water source fluid by the compensation heat exchange section (150), thereby increasing the temperature of the water source fluid.

[0086] More specifically, the first compensation valve (155) is switched so that heating fluid from the thermal storage tank (130) flows toward the compensation heat exchanger (151). And, the second compensation valve (154) is also switched so that water source fluid flows through the compensation heat exchanger (151) to the water heat pump module.

[0087] Additionally, the first bypass valve (142) is switched so that the first heat storage fluid from the hydrothermal heat pump module is bypassed to the heating load (160), and the second bypass valve (143) is also switched so that the first heat storage fluid returned from the heating load (160) flows to the hydrothermal heat pump module.

[0088] At this time, the first circulation valve (182a) and the second circulation valve (182b) are both switched so that the heat source fluid flows from the heat source heat pump module (120) to the heat source heat exchanger (112), and the first parallel valve (115), the second parallel valve (118), and the third parallel valve (119) are switched so that the heat source fluid does not flow to the first parallel flow line (116) and the second parallel flow line (117). And, the heat storage valve (175) is switched so that the second heat storage fluid does not flow to the first heat storage flow line (125a, 125b).

[0089] And, in normal heating mode, the air source heat pump module (170) can be kept in a non-operational state.

[0090] According to the above configuration, the first heat storage fluid heated in the hydrothermal heat pump module is used for heating, and the heating fluid of the heat storage tank (130) performs a compensation function of raising the temperature of the hydrothermal source fluid, thereby preventing freezing in the evaporator (121) caused by the low-temperature hydrothermal source fluid.

[0091] Here, even in the heat source compensation heating mode, the raw water and the water source fluid are heat exchanged by the water source heat exchanger (112). That is, the heat source compensation heating mode can be operated when the raw water is at a low temperature that causes freezing or at a temperature that can be applied to heating.

[0092] FIG. 3 is a diagram illustrating the heat source heating mode of the thermal storage tank (130) of a hybrid hydrothermal heat pump system according to an embodiment of the present invention.

[0093] Referring to FIG. 3, in the heat source heating mode of the heat storage tank (130), the first heat storage fluid is supplied to the heating load (160) side by the bypass section (140) in the same way as in the heat source compensation heating mode, and the temperature of the heat source fluid is raised by the heat exchange section (150) through which the heating fluid exchanges heat with the heat source fluid.

[0094] Here, in the heat source heating mode of the heat storage tank (130), the heat exchange between the raw water and the heat source fluid by the heat source heat exchanger (112) is blocked, and the supply of the heating fluid to the heating load (160) side is blocked, and the first heat storage fluid is supplied to the heating load (160) side by the bypass section (140), and the heating fluid exchanges heat with the heat source fluid by the compensation heat exchanger (150).

[0095] This means that when the temperature of the raw water is low, below a certain temperature, and the heat source of the raw water is not suitable for use as heating, the first heat storage fluid according to the operation of the water-type heat pump module (120) is used for heating, and the heating fluid of the heat storage tank (130) is used to prevent freezing of the evaporator (121).

[0096] Meanwhile, the hybrid water-based heat pump system according to an embodiment of the present invention is exemplified as being configured to operate in an air-based heat storage mode in which the heat storage tank (130) is heated by the second heat storage fluid according to the operation of the air-based heat pump module (170) while the supply of the heating fluid to the heating load (160) is cut off.

[0097] FIGS. 4 to 6 are drawings showing examples of air heat storage modes of a hybrid hydrothermal heat pump system according to an embodiment of the present invention.

[0098] Referring to FIGS. 4 to 6, in the air heat storage mode, the operation of the water heat pump module (120) is stopped, and the heat storage tank (130) is heated by the second heat storage fluid according to the operation of the air heat pump module (170).

[0099] In an embodiment of the present invention, the air source heat storage mode may include an air source-only heat storage mode and a heat source-compensated air source heat storage mode. FIG. 4 is a diagram showing an example of an air source-only heat storage mode, and FIGS. 5 and 6 are diagrams showing examples of a heat source-compensated air source heat storage mode.

[0100] Referring to FIG. 4, in the air source only heat storage mode, the circulation of the heat source fluid through the heat source circulation line is blocked, that is, the flow of the heat source fluid to the preheating heat exchanger (180) is blocked, and the heat storage tank (130) can be heated by the first heat storage fluid according to the operation of the air source heat pump module (170).

[0101] To explain more specifically, the pump (P7) is operated when the heat storage valve (175) is switched to a state where the second heat storage fluid can flow into the heat storage tank (130).

[0102] According to the operation of the air source heat pump module (170), the air source fluid flows along the air source flow lines (174a, 174b) with its temperature raised through heat exchange with the outside air. Then, the air source fluid and the second heat storage fluid exchange heat in the air source heat exchanger (172), and the second heat storage fluid flows along the second heat storage flow lines (173a, 173b) with its temperature raised to store heat in the heat storage tank (130).

[0103] In one embodiment, in an air source-only thermal storage mode, the supply of heating fluid from the thermal storage tank (130) is cut off, and the heat exchange between the raw water and the water source fluid in the water source heat exchanger (112) is also kept in a cut-off state. For example, pumps P4, P2, P4, P5, and P6 may be kept in a non-operating state. Additionally, the operation of the water source heat pump module (120) may also be kept in a stopped state.

[0104] And, the first bypass valve (142) is switched so that the first heat storage fluid from the water-type heat pump module (120) is supplied to the heat storage tank (130), and the second bypass valve (143) is switched so that the heating fluid returned from the heating load (160) flows to the heat storage tank (130).

[0105] According to the above configuration, when the temperature of the raw water is too low to be suitable for heat storage in the heat storage tank (130), external air is used as a heat source to enable heat storage in the heat storage tank (130).

[0106] Meanwhile, in the heat source compensation air heat storage mode according to the embodiment of the present invention, while the water source fluid is circulated through the water heat auxiliary circulation lines (181a, 181b), the heat storage tank (130) is heated by the second heat storage fluid.

[0107] A heat source compensation air heat storage mode according to an embodiment of the present invention is exemplified by including a first heat source compensation air heat storage mode and a second heat source compensation air heat storage mode. FIG. 5 is a drawing for explaining the first heat source compensation air heat storage mode, and FIG. 6 is a drawing for explaining the second heat source compensation air heat storage mode.

[0108] In the first heat source compensation air heat storage mode according to an embodiment of the present invention, the system operates in a state where the raw water and the water source fluid are heat exchanged by the water source heat exchanger (112), and in the second heat source compensation air heat storage mode, the system operates in a state where the heat exchange between the raw water and the water source fluid by the water source heat exchanger (112) is blocked.

[0109] Here, in the first heat source compensation air heat storage mode, the water source fluid heat exchanged by the water source heat exchanger (112) circulates through the water source auxiliary circulation lines (181a, 181b) so that the preheating heat exchanger (180) can heat the outside air.

[0110] And, in the second heat source compensation air heat storage mode, the heat source fluid that has exchanged heat with the heating fluid through the compensation heat exchanger (150) is circulated through the heat auxiliary circulation lines (181a, 181b) so that the preheating heat exchanger (180) can heat the outside air.

[0111] With reference to FIG. 5 for a more detailed explanation, in the first heat source compensation air heat storage mode, a water source fluid is circulated through a water source compensation circulation line, and the heat storage tank (130) can be heated by the first heat storage fluid according to the operation of the air source heat pump module (170).

[0112] In the same way as the air source-only heat storage mode, the heat storage valve (175) is switched to a state where the second heat storage fluid can flow into the heat storage tank (130), and the pump (P7) is operated.

[0113] According to the operation of the air source heat pump module (170), the air source fluid flows along the air source flow lines (174a, 174b) with its temperature raised through heat exchange with the outside air. Then, the air source fluid and the second heat storage fluid exchange heat in the air source heat exchanger (172), and the second heat storage fluid flows along the second heat storage flow lines (173a, 173b) with its temperature raised to store heat in the heat storage tank (130).

[0114] Here, in the first heat source compensation air heat storage mode, the water source heat exchanger (112) operates in a state where the raw water and the water source fluid exchange heat. Then, the first circulation valve (182a) and the second circulation valve (182b) are switched so that the water source fluid can flow into the water auxiliary circulation lines (181a, 181b).

[0115] At this time, the first parallel valve (115) is switched so that the heat source fluid does not flow into the first parallel flow line (116), allowing the heat source fluid to exchange heat with the raw water through the heat source heat exchanger (112).

[0116] Additionally, the second parallel valve (118) and the third parallel valve (119) are switched so that the heat source fluid flows through the second parallel flow line, thereby blocking the heat source fluid from flowing toward the heat source heating pump module.

[0117] According to the above configuration, when pumps P1 and P2 are operated, the heat source fluid that has exchanged heat with raw water in the heat source heat exchanger (112) flows back into the heat source heat exchanger (112) via the inlet side heat source flow line (114a), the second parallel flow line (117), the inlet side heat auxiliary circulation line (181a), the preheating heat exchanger (180), the return side heat auxiliary circulation line (181b), and the return side heat source flow line (114b).

[0118] According to the above configuration, a water source fluid whose temperature has been raised by the raw water flows into a preheating heat exchanger (180), and the external air is introduced into an air source heat pump (171) with its temperature raised by the preheating heat exchanger (180), thereby increasing the heat exchange efficiency of the air source fluid that exchanges heat in the air source heat pump (171). As a result, the temperature of the second heat storage fluid flowing into the heat storage tank (130) rises, and the heat storage efficiency of the heat storage tank (130) increases.

[0119] In the first heat source compensation air heat storage mode, the flow of heating fluid through the heating flow lines (131a, 131b) is blocked, so the operation of pumps P4, P5 and P6 is stopped, and the operation of the water heat pump module (120) can also be maintained in a stopped state.

[0120] Referring to FIG. 6, in the second heat source compensation air heat storage mode, a water source fluid is circulated through a water source compensation circulation line, and the heat storage tank (130) can be heated by the first heat storage fluid according to the operation of the air source heat pump module (170).

[0121] In the same way as the air source-only heat storage mode, the heat storage valve (175) is switched to a state where the second heat storage fluid can flow into the heat storage tank (130), and the pump (P7) is operated.

[0122] According to the operation of the air source heat pump module (170), the air source fluid flows along the air source flow lines (174a, 174b) with its temperature raised through heat exchange with the outside air. Then, the air source fluid and the second heat storage fluid exchange heat in the air source heat exchanger (172), and the second heat storage fluid flows along the second heat storage flow lines (173a, 173b) with its temperature raised to store heat in the heat storage tank (130).

[0123] Here, in the second heat source compensation air heat storage mode, the heat exchange between the raw water and the water source fluid is blocked by the water source heat exchanger (112), and the temperature of the water source fluid is raised by the compensation heat exchanger (150).

[0124] With reference to FIG. 6 for a more detailed explanation, the first compensation valve (155) is switched so that heating fluid from the thermal storage tank (130) flows toward the compensation heat exchanger (151). Then, the second compensation valve (154) is also switched so that water source fluid flows through the compensation heat exchanger (151) to the water heat pump module.

[0125] And, the first parallel valve (115) is switched so that the heat source fluid flows into the first parallel flow line (116), and the second parallel valve (118) and the second parallel valve (118) are switched so that the heat source fluid flows into the second parallel flow line (117).

[0126] And, the first circulation valve (182a) and the second circulation valve (182b) are switched so that the heat source fluid can flow into the heat auxiliary circulation lines (181a, 181b).

[0127] According to the above configuration, the heating fluid from the thermal storage tank (130) flows through the first inlet-side compensation flow line (152a), passes through the compensation heat exchanger (151) and the first return-side compensation flow line (152b), and flows back into the thermal storage tank (130).

[0128] Then, the heat source fluid that has exchanged heat with the heating fluid in the compensation heat exchanger (151) flows back into the compensation heat exchanger (151) via the second return-side compensation flow line (153b), the inlet-side heat source flow line (114a), the second parallel flow line (117), the return-side heat source flow line (114b), the inlet-side heat auxiliary circulation line (181a), the preheating heat exchanger (180), the return-side heat auxiliary circulation line (181b), the return-side heat source flow line (114b), the first parallel flow line (116), the inlet-side heat source flow line (114a), and the second inlet-side compensation flow line (153a).

[0129] Accordingly, the heat source fluid whose temperature has been raised in the compensation heat exchanger (151) flows into the preheating heat exchanger (180), and the external air is introduced into the air source heat pump (171) with its temperature raised by the preheating heat exchanger (180), thereby increasing the heat exchange efficiency of the air source fluid that exchanges heat in the air source heat pump (171). As a result, the temperature of the second heat storage fluid flowing into the heat storage tank (130) rises, and the heat storage efficiency of the heat storage tank (130) increases.

[0130] In the second heat source compensation air heat storage mode, pumps P2, P3, P6, and P7 are in an operating state, and the operation of the water-type heat pump module (120) can be maintained in a stopped state.

[0131] Hereinafter, with reference to FIG. 7, an example is described in which a plurality of modes described above are selectively operated in a hydrothermal heat pump (120) system according to an embodiment of the present invention. Here, the time and temperature shown in FIG. 7 are examples, and the technical concept of the present invention is not limited thereto.
