Description

Technology Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a display storage device driven by an actuator, and more specifically, to a display storage device that enables precise control and ensures operational stability by driving an actuator when a support frame, which is stored in a base frame of a ceiling and has a display mounted on it, is deployed to the outside of the base frame, and can simultaneously control both sides of the support frame by applying two actuators synchronized according to the design. Background Technology

[0002] In classrooms, lecture rooms, and conference rooms, flat-panel displays such as LEDs are installed on the ceiling to allow for video viewing.

[0003] However, flat-panel displays installed directly exposed on the ceiling have the disadvantage that if sufficient height space is not secured, safety accidents such as hitting one's head on the display or getting damaged while hanging from it are likely to occur, and it is difficult to fully utilize the space below where the display is installed.

[0004] Therefore, recently, display storage devices are being used that store the display horizontally in a ceiling base frame and allow the display to be rotated and unfolded vertically only when video viewing is required.

[0005] Conventional display storage devices are structured such that one end of a display mounting frame is hinged to a ceiling surface and the other end is a free end, and the mounting frame rotates around the hinge portion of the mounting frame as an axis so that the display rotates to be stored or unfolded.

[0006] However, conventional display storage devices suffer from poor stability due to the wire-based drive system, provide a clunky design as the links supporting the mounting frame are exposed outside the ceiling surface when the display is deployed vertically, and have the problem of a complex operating structure.

[0007] For reference, prior art related to this includes Registered Patent No. 10-1265037, etc. The problem to be solved

[0008] Accordingly, the present invention has been devised to solve the problems described above.

[0011] A base frame installed on an installation surface and having a receiving portion inside,

[0012] A support frame hinged to one end of the base frame, which rotates inward and outward to be stored in the receiving portion or unfolded to the outside of the base frame, and on which a display is mounted on the inner side

[0013] It includes a driving means for rotating the above-mentioned support frame,

[0014] The above driving means is an actuator mounted horizontally parallel to the side end of the base frame on one or both sides of the base frame,

[0015] It is characterized by including a link member that connects a shaft operating to be pulled in and out of the actuator and a rotation axis of the support frame, and converts and transmits the linear motion of the shaft into rotational motion of the rotation axis.

[0016] And in the display storage device according to the present invention,

[0017] The above link member is characterized by including a variable link, one end of which is hinged to the shaft, and a pivot link, one end of which is hinged to the other end of the variable link and the other end of which is fixed to the rotation axis to rotate the rotation axis.

[0018] In addition, in the display storage device according to the present invention,

[0019] The base frame includes guide grooves formed on one or both sides along the linear movement path of the shaft, and

[0020] The above shaft is characterized by having a bearing coupled thereto that slides along the guide groove.

[0021] In addition, in the display storage device according to the present invention,

[0022] The above bearing is characterized by being coupled to a hinge shaft that hinges the shaft and the variable link and rotating. Effects of the invention

[0026] The present invention is capable of various modifications and may take various forms, and embodiments (aspects or examples) are to be described in detail in the text. However, this is not intended to limit the present invention to a specific disclosed form, and it should be understood that it includes all modifications, equivalents, and substitutions that fall within the spirit and scope of the present invention.

[0027] For convenience in describing the display storage device according to the present invention, a rough, non-strict directional standard is specified with reference to FIG. 1. The direction in which gravity acts is set downward, and the up, down, left, and right directions are determined as they appear. Unless otherwise specifically mentioned in the detailed description of the invention and claims related to other drawings, directions are described by specifying them according to this standard.

[0028] Hereinafter, a display storage device according to the present invention will be described with reference to the attached drawings.

[0029] The present invention relates to a display storage device as illustrated in FIGS. 1 to 3, and largely comprises a base frame (10) for storing a display (not shown), a support frame (20) for mounting the display, and a driving means (30) for rotating the support frame (20).

[0030] Specifically, the present invention

[0031] A base frame (10) installed on an installation surface and having a receiving portion (11) inside,

[0032] A support frame (20) hinged to one end of the base frame (10) to rotate inward and outward so as to be stored in the receiving portion (11) or unfolded to the lower part of the base frame (10), and having a display mounted on its inner surface.

[0033] It includes a driving means (30) for rotating the support frame (20),

[0034] The above driving means (30) is an actuator (31) mounted horizontally parallel to the side end of the base frame (10) on one or both sides of the base frame (10).

[0035] It includes a link member (32) that connects a shaft (311) that operates in and out of the actuator (31) and a rotation axis (21) of the support frame (20), and converts and transmits the linear motion of the shaft (311) into the rotational motion of the rotation axis (21).

[0036] In this specification, the term "installation surface" refers to any place where a display needs to be installed to transmit images, such as a ceiling, inner wall, or outer wall of a building, as well as an outdoor structure or a truck, and there are no restrictions on the location or type thereof. In this case, depending on the structure or shape of the installation surface, the angle of rotation of the support frame (20) can be adjusted through the actuator (21) to secure a viewable field of view.

[0037] For example, in the case of a horizontal installation surface such as a ceiling, the display screen may be installed so as to rotate downward and tilt toward the front and lower side as shown in the drawing, and in the case of a wall surface, the display screen may be installed so as to rotate upward and tilt toward the front and lower side. Thus, the present invention can be installed in various places by considering various factors such as the shape of the installation surface, location, and visibility.

[0038] In addition, the form in which the base frame (10) is installed on the installation surface, such as the ceiling, can be varied in many ways. For example, it may be installed so as to protrude from the surface of the installation surface, or installed in a form that is semi-embedded or fully embedded in the installation surface. Furthermore, an extreme method in which the base frame (10) is installed at an angle at the corner where the wall and ceiling meet and the display unfolds can also be considered.

[0039] For the sake of ease of understanding, an example installed on the ceiling will be described below.

[0040] The above base frame (10) is a frame structure having an internal empty receiving portion (11) and secures a space for mounting the driving means (30) on one or both sides, and in the drawing, an embodiment in which the driving means (30) is installed on each of the left and right sides of the base frame (10) can be seen.

[0041] This base frame (10) may be installed exposed at the bottom of the ceiling surface, but it is more preferable to install it embedded within the ceiling.

[0042] And on both the left and right sides of the base frame (10), a support bracket (12) for installing the actuator (31) and a guide bracket (13) for guiding the linear movement of the shaft (311) are installed in a front-to-back arrangement.

[0043] The guide bracket (13) has a guide groove (131) opened in the front-rear horizontal direction.

[0044] The above support frame (20) has the display mounted on its front (upper side in storage state) and is stored in the receiving part (11) while folded horizontally, and the display is unfolded in a vertically unfolded state so that video and the like can be viewed.

[0045] A rotation shaft (21) is fitted and fixed at the rear end of the support frame (20), and the rotation shaft (21) is axially coupled to an axial member (bearing, etc.) of the base frame (10), so that it rotates by the rotation of the rotation shaft (21).

[0046] And the support frame (20) may have a display directly mounted on its front surface, and

[0047] Alternatively, a separate lifting frame capable of sliding along the support frame (20) and being able to move up and down may be additionally connected, and the display may be mounted on the front of the lifting frame.

[0048] When the above lifting frame is added, a driving unit (e.g., a cylinder, etc.) for lifting operation of the lifting frame will be further added to the support frame (20).

[0049] The display mounted on the support frame (20) (or lifting frame) is sufficient to be a flat-panel display, and there is no restriction on the type (PDP, LCD, LED, etc.).

[0050] The above driving means (30) is composed of an actuator (31) in which a shaft (311) operates to be pulled in and out, and a link member (32) connecting the actuator (31) and the rotation axis (21) of the support frame (20).

[0051] The above actuator (31) may be any known actuator that moves the shaft (311) in the longitudinal direction, and a motor-driven actuator can be seen in the drawing.

[0052] This actuator (31) is mounted on the support bracket (12) so that the shaft (311) operates to move in and out toward the rotation axis (21), and is installed lying horizontally in the front and rear directions.

[0053] The above link member (32) includes a variable link (321) having one end hinged to the shaft (311) and a pivot link (322) having one end hinged to the other end of the variable link (321) and the other end fixed to the rotation axis (21) to rotate the rotation axis (21).

[0054] The variable link (321) has both ends hinged to the shaft (311) and the pivot link (322), respectively, and moves in accordance with the forward and backward movement of the shaft (311), and its angle is varied.

[0055] One end of the above-mentioned pivot link (322) is hinge-connected to the above-mentioned variable link (321), and the other end is fixed and connected to the above-mentioned rotation axis (21) by a key, so that it rotates by being pushed or pulled by the above-mentioned variable link (321), thereby rotating the above-mentioned rotation axis (21) and causing the above-mentioned support frame (20) to rotate.

[0056] Accordingly, when the shaft (311) advances and is withdrawn, the variable link (321) advances together and, as the angle is set, the pivot link (322) is pushed and the rotation axis (21) rotates in one direction so that the display is stored in the base frame (10).

[0057] When the shaft (311) is retracted, the variable link (321) also retracts together and, as the angle is lowered, the pivot link (322) is pulled and the rotation axis (21) rotates in the other direction, so that the display is erected and unfolded at the bottom of the base frame (10).

[0058] And the angle at which the support frame (20) is rotated and set up is sufficient if it is an angle at which the display can be viewed, and depending on the structure of the installation location, the unfolding angle of the display can be set differently using the actuator (31).

[0059] At this time, the link member (32) is formed with a pair of left and right variable links (321), and the end of the shaft (311) and the pivot link (322) are hinge-connected between the variable links (321) so that the driving force of the actuator (31) is transmitted more stably.

[0060] Next, the base frame (10) includes a guide groove (131) formed on one or both sides along the linear movement path of the shaft (311), and

[0061] The shaft (311) is coupled with a bearing (33) that slides along the guide groove (131).

[0062] The guide groove (131) is formed by opening along a guide bracket (13) that is coupled to the base frame (10), and the guide bracket (13) has a 'U'-shaped cross-sectional structure, with the upper and lower sides coupled to the base frame (10).

[0063] A pair of these guide brackets (13) are mounted in a left-right symmetrical structure with the shaft (311) in the center.

[0064] The bearing (33) is rotatable along the guide groove (131), and two bearings (33) are provided on each side of the shaft (311) to match the guide groove (131) of each guide bracket (13).

[0065] At this time, the bearing (33) rotates by being connected to a hinge shaft (323) that hinges the shaft (311) and the variable link (321).

[0066] Accordingly, the hinge of the shaft (311) and the variable link (321) and the axis of the bearing (33) are simplified into a single part, thereby ensuring ease of manufacturing and operational stability.

[0067] In this invention, when the shaft (311) moves back and forth and operates to be pulled in and out, it is guided along the guide groove (131) by the bearing (33), thereby preventing the shaft (311) from deviating from its path and preventing the occurrence of misalignment of the shaft due to the resistance of the variable link (321).

[0068] Meanwhile, it includes a control unit (not shown) that controls the actuator (31) of the driving means (30).

[0069] The above control unit synchronizes the actuators (31) on both the left and right sides to operate them simultaneously, and detects the position of the shaft (311) or load pressure of each actuator (31) to correct or stop the operation of the actuators (31) on both sides when tilting of the support frame (20) occurs.

[0070] Meanwhile, the support frame (20) is based on a self-holding structure design that maintains the current state of the support frame (20) even when the actuator (31) stops operating.

[0071] When power is restored after being cut off, both actuators (31) can be synchronized and reactivated based on a mechanically set reference position.

[0072] In describing the present invention above, the display storage device has been described primarily with reference to the attached drawings; however, the present invention is capable of various modifications, changes, and substitutions by those skilled in the art, and such modifications, changes, and substitutions should be interpreted as falling within the scope of protection of the present invention.
