Description

Technology Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a bird collision prevention device comprising lighting, and in particular, to a bird collision prevention device that utilizes light reflection and sound, and provides lighting at night by combining a self-powered lighting module, thereby preventing bird collisions not only during the day but also at night. Background Technology

[0003] A wind turbine is a device that generates rotational force using wind speed and direction, produces electricity through this, and transmits it to a nearby substation to supply power. The key to power production in such wind turbines is the blades efficiently receiving wind energy to rotate, and the stable operation of the blades directly affects the overall power generation efficiency.

[0004] Wind turbines are classified into onshore and offshore types depending on their installation location; in particular, offshore wind turbines frequently overlap with migratory bird routes, leading to more frequent bird collisions. Accidents involving birds colliding with rotating blades not only result in bird deaths but also cause cracks and breakage in the blades, leading to increased maintenance costs and reduced equipment reliability.

[0005] In particular, in low-visibility environments such as at night, in fog, or overcast conditions, there is a problem where the risk of collision increases significantly because birds have difficulty visually perceiving the position and rotation status of the blades. While visibility of the blades can be partially ensured during the day through the reflection effect of sunlight, there is a limitation in that reflection-based visual recognition is almost impossible at night due to the lack of external light sources.

[0006] Conventionally, visual display methods such as forming color contrast on the blade surface or attaching a reflective film, and access blocking methods using physical shielding structures or separate acoustic devices have been proposed. However, these technologies are mainly based on daytime environments or often require a separate external power source or additional equipment, which leads to inefficiency in terms of installation and maintenance.

[0007] Furthermore, even in the case of acoustic-based approach blocking technologies, most rely on separate speaker devices, making it difficult to respond flexibly to changes in the rotation conditions of wind turbines, and there are limitations in inducing avoidance behavior by simultaneously stimulating the birds' visual and auditory senses.

[0008] Ultimately, conventional technology has the problem of lacking an active visual signal that allows birds to clearly perceive the presence and rotational trajectory of the blade in night or low-visibility environments, and lacking a structure that can operate continuously without dependence on an external power source.

[0009] Therefore, a bird collision avoidance mechanism is required that ensures visibility through a reflective pattern during the day, induces visual recognition by birds by self-emitting light without relying on an external power source at night, and furthermore, effectively induces avoidance behavior by providing a visual signal linked to the rotational characteristics of the blade. Prior art literature

[0011] Republic of Korea Published Patent No. 10-2013-0065309 (Published June 19, 2013) The problem to be solved

[0012] The objective of the present invention is to provide a bird collision prevention device comprising lighting capable of effectively preventing bird collisions during the day and at night.

[0013] More specifically, the objective of the present invention is to provide a bird collision prevention mechanism that can effectively prevent bird collisions by ensuring the visibility of the blade through a reflection pattern during the day, and clearly recognizing the presence and rotational trajectory of the blade through a lighting module that emits light on its own without relying on an external power source during nighttime or low-visibility environments such as fog or cloudiness.

[0014] In addition, another objective of the present invention is to provide a bird collision prevention mechanism capable of inducing avoidance behavior in birds by forming a directional visual signal, rather than simple light emission, through the combination of a reflection pattern and a lighting module.

[0015] In addition, another objective of the present invention is to provide a self-powered structure capable of continuous operation without an external power supply by generating and storing power using solar energy and driving a lighting module based on it.

[0016] The objectives of the present invention are not limited to those mentioned above, and other objectives and advantages of the present invention not mentioned may be understood from the following description and will be more clearly understood by the embodiments of the present invention. Furthermore, it will be readily apparent that the objectives and advantages of the present invention can be realized by the means and combinations thereof set forth in the claims. means of solving the problem

[0021] The height of the acoustic pattern is 1.30 mm to 2.61 mm, and the distance between acoustic patterns is 10 mm to 30 mm.

[0022] The acoustic pattern can be formed such that the outer side of the blade is formed in a teardrop shape in which the width in the inner direction of the blade is wider than in the outer direction based on the planar view, and the inner side of the blade is formed in an inverted teardrop shape in which the width in the outer direction of the blade is wider than in the inner direction based on the planar view. [0040] FIG. 1 is a schematic plan view of a bird collision prevention mechanism including lighting according to a first embodiment of the present invention.

[0041] A bird collision prevention mechanism including lighting according to the first embodiment of the present invention includes, as shown in FIG. 1, a trapezoidal portion, an inverted trapezoidal portion extending and bending at both edges of the trapezoidal portion, a lighting portion emitting light to the trapezoidal portion and the inverted trapezoidal portion, and a reflecting portion reflecting the light emitted from the lighting portion.

[0042] The trapezoidal section is attached to one side of the wind turbine blade (WPB) and reflects light onto one side of the blade (WPB). A reflection pattern is formed inside this trapezoidal section to reflect light.

[0043] The inverted trapezoidal section is formed by extending from both edges of the trapezoidal section. Here, the inverted trapezoidal section is inclined in the opposite direction to the trapezoidal section, and accordingly, the bird collision prevention zone is formed in a zigzag shape based on the plan view. In addition, due to this structure, the bird collision prevention mechanism can be positioned diagonally on both the front and back surfaces of the blade (WPB) when attached to the blade (WPB).

[0044] In addition, the bird collision prevention mechanism is designed so that the edge areas on both sides of the blade (WPB) are dark and the center of the blade (WPB) is bright. Accordingly, the boundary between the trapezoidal and inverted trapezoidal parts of the bird collision prevention mechanism, that is, the edge of the blade (WPB), has a background color of dark (B), and the center excluding the boundary has a background color of light (W) that has a higher brightness or saturation than the dark color (B). In this case, the visibility of the bird collision prevention mechanism can be further increased.

[0045] Such bird collision prevention devices can be manufactured in the form of multilayered adhesive films that reflect light.

[0046] FIG. 2 is a schematic cross-sectional view of a bird collision prevention mechanism including lighting according to a first embodiment of the present invention.

[0047] A bird collision prevention device including lighting according to the first embodiment of the present invention includes a trapezoidal section and an inverted trapezoidal section as shown in FIG. 1, and each includes an adhesive layer (100), a reflective layer (200) provided on one side of the adhesive layer (100), and a protective layer (300) provided on one side of the reflective layer (200), as shown in FIG. 2.

[0048] The adhesive layer (100) ensures that the protective layer (300) and the reflective layer (200) are firmly attached to the blade (WPB), which is a rotating body. It is preferable that this adhesive layer (100) be composed of an acrylic high-elasticity adhesive so that it adheres flexibly according to the curved shape and thermal expansion characteristics of the blade (WPB). However, if it is difficult to maintain adhesion to the blade (WPB) with the adhesive layer (100) alone, it is effective to apply or spray an adhesive primer layer onto the surface of the blade (WPB) before the adhesive layer (100) is attached. In this case, the adhesive primer layer strengthens the chemical bond between the reflective layer (200) and the adhesive layer, and the adhesive primer layer may include a silane-based primer, etc.

[0049] FIG. 3 is a schematic cross-sectional view of a bird collision prevention mechanism including lighting according to a modified example of the first embodiment of the present invention.

[0050] A reflective layer (200) is provided on one side of an adhesive layer (100) and is fixed in position on a blade (WPB) by the adhesive layer (100), and reflects light to prevent birds from approaching. To this end, the reflective layer (200) may have a prism-shaped reflective pattern formed as shown in FIG. 2. Referring to FIG. 2, the reflective pattern may have a cross-section in the shape of an equilateral triangle or an isosceles triangle, in which case light entering through one side, i.e., the protective layer (300), may be diffusely reflected so that birds can see it. However, as shown in FIG. 3, the cross-section of the reflective pattern may be a right triangle so that even if the blade (WPB) rotates, the reflective layer (200) diffusely reflects light toward one side, i.e., the front of the wind turbine. Here, the reflective pattern may be in the shape of a triangular pyramid, a triangular prism, or a pyramid. Of course, the shape of the reflection pattern of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any shape of reflection pattern is possible as long as it can reflect light.

[0051] Meanwhile, a base layer may be provided on the other side of the reflective layer (200), that is, between the reflective layer (200) and the adhesive layer (100). In this case, since a prism-shaped reflective layer (200) is formed on one side of the flat base layer, the structural stability of the reflective layer (200) can be increased.

[0052] A protective layer (300) is provided on one side of a reflective layer (200) to protect the reflective layer (200) from external influences. This protective layer (300) is formed of a transparent material to allow light to pass through. Additionally, the protective layer (300) is formed in the shape of a flat plate. Meanwhile, the protective layer (300) may be formed to fill the spaces between the reflective patterns of the reflective layer (200). In this case, the spaces between the reflective patterns of the reflective layer (200) are filled with the protective layer (300) rather than air.

[0053] The bird collision prevention mechanism including lighting according to the first embodiment of the present invention having the aforementioned structure is exemplified as being manufactured in the form of an adhesive sticker and attached to the blade of a wind turbine. However, the present invention is not limited thereto, and the bird collision prevention mechanism according to the present invention may be attached, coated, and formed on a rotating body including the blade of a wind turbine.

[0054] FIGS. 4 and FIGS. 5 are drawings of a blade with a bird collision prevention mechanism attached that includes lighting according to a first embodiment of the present invention.

[0055] The lighting unit provides light when the surrounding environment is dark, for example, during rain or at night. This embodiment illustrates the lighting unit emitting light from one boundary of a trapezoidal section to the other boundary of an inverted trapezoidal section. To this end, the lighting unit includes a photovoltaic power generation module, a battery, and a light source (500).

[0056] A photovoltaic power generation module generates power from sunlight and supplies it to a light source (500). This photovoltaic power generation module can be flexibly formed to correspond to the blade surface shape and can be formed in the form of a film on a trapezoidal portion and an inverted trapezoidal portion. Additionally, the photovoltaic power generation module can be configured to charge a storage battery during the day and supply power to the light source (500) at night or in low-light environments. This embodiment exemplifies a thin-film solar cell as such a photovoltaic power generation module. A thin-film solar cell converts light into electricity using a thin film and exemplifies CIGS, CdTe, a-SiDSSC, etc. In this embodiment, at least a portion of the trapezoidal portion and the inverted trapezoidal portion, for example, a dark color (B) region, can be formed as a thin-film solar cell.

[0057] The battery stores power supplied from the solar power generation module and supplies power to the light source (500) when lighting is required. Such a battery may include a film-type lithium-ion or all-solid-state battery. It is preferable for the battery to be formed in a thin-film or stacked structure to minimize its thickness. Additionally, the battery may be formed in a dark color (B) region and is electrically connected to the aforementioned solar power generation module and the light source (500) to be described later.

[0058] A light source (500) receives power from a battery and emits light. This light source (500) supplies light to at least one of a trapezoidal section and an inverted trapezoidal section, and this embodiment exemplifies a first light source (510) and a second light source (520) that emit light to the trapezoidal section and the inverted trapezoidal section, that is, to one side and the other side of the blade, respectively.

[0059] The first light source (510) is provided at one boundary of the trapezoidal section and the inverted trapezoidal section and emits light to the other boundary of the trapezoidal section and the inverted trapezoidal section. The first light source (510) is provided between the trapezoidal section and the inverted trapezoidal section and emits light to the side. In this embodiment, an ultra-thin light-emitting diode or an EL (Electroluminescent) film is exemplified as the first light source (510). Additionally, the first light source (510) is electrically connected to a solar power generation module and a battery so that it can be automatically turned on at night or under cloudy weather conditions.

[0060] The second light source (520) is provided at one side boundary of the trapezoidal and inverted trapezoidal sections and emits light in the opposite direction to the first light source (510). This second light source (520) is configured to ensure visibility from the outside regardless of the rotation direction of the wind turbine blade by emitting light in both directions. The second light source (520) can also be implemented as an ultra-thin LED or EL film.

[0061] Meanwhile, in this embodiment, a light guide film layer may be added to at least one of the light emission surfaces of the first light source (510) and the second light source (520) so that light is emitted to the front, rear, and side of the blade.

[0062] A reflective section (600) is provided at the other boundary of a trapezoidal section and an inverted trapezoidal section and reflects light emitted from one side lighting section to the other boundary. This reflective section (600) includes a first reflective section (610) and a second reflective section (620).

[0063] The first reflective portion (610) is provided at the other boundary of the trapezoidal portion and the inverted trapezoidal portion and reflects light emitted from the first light source (510) to the trapezoidal portion back toward the first light source (510) from the end of the trapezoidal portion. To this end, the first reflective portion (610) may be formed of a metal deposition layer, a white reflective film, or a diffuse reflective layer having a fine uneven structure.

[0064] The second reflector (620) is provided at one boundary between the trapezoidal section and the inverted trapezoidal section and reflects the light emitted to the inverted trapezoidal section back to the inverted trapezoidal section. Accordingly, the light emitted from the second light source (520) is reflected back from the second reflector (620), and the brightness of the entire inverted trapezoidal section can be increased. Here, the first reflector (610) and the second reflector (620) may be provided in the dark color (B) region.

[0065] Meanwhile, the present invention may include a control unit for controlling a light source (500).

[0066] The control unit controls the on / off of the light source (500). Additionally, the control unit distinguishes between day and night based on time or a light sensor, and can turn off the light source (500) during the day and turn it on during the night. However, since the surrounding environment may be dark even during the day in cases such as rain, the light sensor may determine that it is night and turn on the light source (500) when the illuminance is below a predetermined level. Furthermore, the control unit controls the on / off of the light source (500), but can control the light source (500) to blink or control the brightness to change over time. In this case, the visibility of birds can be increased by the change in brightness of the light source (500).

[0067] FIG. 6 is a drawing of a blade with a bird collision prevention mechanism attached that includes lighting according to a modified example of the first embodiment of the present invention.

[0068] Referring to FIG. 6, the light source (500) and the reflector (600) may be formed on one side and the other side of the trapezoid, respectively, rather than at the boundary between the trapezoid and the inverted trapezoid. Of course, in this case, the light source (500) and the reflector (600) are formed on one side and the other side of the inverted trapezoid, respectively, on the opposite side of the blade.

[0069] Meanwhile, although the aforementioned embodiment exemplifies that lighting, i.e., a light source (500), is formed over the entire side of the trapezoid and inverted trapezoid, the present invention is not limited thereto. That is, the light source (500) may be provided only in a portion of the side of the trapezoid and inverted trapezoid. In this case, since there is no lighting in the portion of the section, no light is emitted, and thus, when the blade rotates, there is a change in brightness in the blade section, which can increase the visibility of birds. Furthermore, in this case, if the flashing of the light source (500) or the control of brightness change over time is performed, the visibility of birds can be further increased.

[0070] The bird collision prevention mechanism including lighting according to the first embodiment of the present invention of the aforementioned structure is formed in the form of an adhesive sticker and attached to the blade (WPB) of a wind turbine.

[0071] FIGS. 7 and 8 are exemplary diagrams of a bird collision prevention mechanism including lighting according to a first embodiment of the present invention attached to a wind turbine blade.

[0072] Referring to FIG. 7, a bird collision prevention device including lighting according to the first embodiment of the present invention can be attached to each blade (WPB) of a wind turbine. Here, a plurality of bird collision prevention devices may be provided spaced apart from each other on each blade (WPB) of the wind turbine. Additionally, as shown in FIG. 8, the trapezoidal portion of the bird collision prevention device is attached to one side of the blade (WPB), and the inverted trapezoidal portion is bent and attached to the other side of the blade (WPB). Accordingly, when the bird collision prevention device is attached to the blade (WPB), it can be positioned diagonally on both the front and back sides of the blade (WPB). Furthermore, as the trapezoidal portion and the inverted trapezoidal portion are tilted in opposite directions, the bird collision prevention devices attached to the front and back sides of the blade (WPB) are tilted in the same direction and overlap each other.

[0073] Meanwhile, generally, there are three blades (WPB) of a wind turbine. Therefore, this embodiment can increase the bird collision prevention effect by misaligning the positions of the bird collision prevention mechanisms attached to each blade (WPB).

[0074] FIG. 9 is a schematic perspective view of a wind turbine equipped with a bird collision prevention mechanism including lighting according to a first embodiment of the present invention.

[0075] Referring to FIG. 9, the three blades (WPB) equipped in the wind turbine are defined as the first blade (WPB1), the second blade (WPB2), and the third blade (WPB3). In this case, the first blade (WPB1), the second blade (WPB2), and the third blade (WPB3) are each equipped with a first bird collision prevention mechanism, a second bird collision prevention mechanism, and a third bird collision prevention mechanism, respectively. Here, when the blade (WPB) rotates, a part of the first bird collision prevention mechanism overlaps with a part of the second bird collision prevention mechanism. Additionally, a part of the second bird collision prevention mechanism overlaps with a part of the third bird collision prevention mechanism. In this case, when the blade (WPB) rotates, a part of the first bird collision prevention mechanism and a part of the second bird collision prevention mechanism overlap each other, and a part of the second bird collision prevention mechanism and a part of the third bird collision prevention mechanism overlap each other. Referring to FIG. 9, the bird collision prevention mechanism (1000) provided on the first blade (WPB1), the bird collision prevention mechanism (1000) provided on the second blade (WPB2), and the bird collision prevention mechanism (1000) provided on the third blade (WPB3) each have a first distance (L1), a second distance (L2), and a third distance (L3) from the center. Here, the first distance (L1) is smaller than the second distance (L2), and the second distance (L2) is smaller than the third distance (L3), so that parts of the three bird collision prevention mechanisms (1000) overlap each other. Therefore, when the blade (WPB) rotates, only the parts where the bird collision prevention mechanisms overlap each other are diffusely reflected, so the visibility of birds can be further increased.

[0076] FIG. 10 is a schematic plan view of a blade with a bird collision prevention mechanism attached that includes lighting according to a variation of the first embodiment of the present invention.

[0077] Meanwhile, the reflective layer (200) according to the present embodiment may be patterned so that light is reflected into the interior of the blade (WPB) as much as possible. In this case, as shown in FIG. 10, the reflective layer (200) of the bird collision prevention mechanism located on the outer side of the blade (WPB) may be patterned so that the slope in the direction of the inner side of the blade (WPB) is gentler than the slope in the direction of the outer side of the blade (WPB) so that light is reflected into the interior of the blade (WPB). Additionally, the reflective layer (200) of the bird collision prevention mechanism located on the inner side of the blade (WPB) may be patterned so that the slope in the direction of the outer side of the blade (WPB) is gentler than the slope in the direction of the inner side of the blade (WPB) so that light is reflected into the outer side of the blade (WPB). Additionally, the reflective layer (200) of the bird collision prevention mechanism located between the center and the inner side of the blade (WPB) reflects light toward the outer side of the blade (WPB), and the slope toward the outer side of the blade (WPB) is gentler than the pattern of the reflective layer (200) of the bird collision prevention mechanism provided on the inner side of the blade (WPB). That is, the pattern of the reflective layer (200) formed between the outer side and the center along the longitudinal direction of the blade (WPB) reflects light toward the inner side of the blade (WPB), and the pattern of the reflective layer (200) formed between the inner side and the center reflects light toward the outer side of the blade (WPB). Of course, it is preferable that the cross-section of the pattern of the reflective layer (200) formed at the center of the blade (WPB) be in the shape of an equilateral triangle or an isosceles triangle so that light is reflected toward the front of the blade (WPB).

[0078] As described above, this embodiment can prevent birds from colliding with the wind turbine by being provided on the blade (WPB) and reflecting light. In addition, this embodiment can increase the visibility of birds by causing a part of the bird collision prevention mechanism to overlap when the blade (WPB) rotates. Furthermore, this embodiment can further increase the visibility of the blade (WPB) by forming the reflective layer (200) pattern differently from the outer side to the inner side so that light is reflected within the blade (WPB).

[0079] The following describes a bird collision prevention mechanism including lighting according to a second embodiment of the present invention that prevents bird collisions by generating sound, with reference to the drawings. Any content described below that overlaps with the description of the bird collision prevention mechanism including lighting according to the first embodiment of the present invention described above will be omitted or briefly explained. However, the bird collision prevention mechanism including lighting according to the second embodiment of the present invention described below may be combined with the configuration of the bird collision prevention mechanism including lighting according to the first embodiment of the present invention described above.

[0080] FIG. 11 is a schematic cross-sectional view of a bird collision prevention mechanism including lighting according to a second embodiment of the present invention.

[0081] A bird collision prevention mechanism including lighting according to a second embodiment of the present invention, as illustrated in FIG. 11, comprises an adhesive layer (100), a reflective layer (200) provided on one side of the adhesive layer (100), and a protective layer (300) provided on one side of the reflective layer (200) and having an acoustic pattern (400) formed thereon. Here, the adhesive layer (100) and the reflective layer (200) are identical to the bird collision prevention mechanism according to the first embodiment of the present invention described above, so a description thereof is omitted.

[0082] The protective layer (300) is formed in the shape of a transparent plate, identical to the first embodiment of the present invention described above, and is provided on one surface of the reflective layer (200). In this embodiment, an acoustic pattern (400) is formed on one surface of the protective layer (300).

[0083] FIG. 12 is a schematic partial perspective view of a bird collision prevention mechanism including lighting according to a second embodiment of the present invention.

[0084] The acoustic pattern (400) generates sound through the rotation of the blade (WPB) and is formed by protruding from one side of the protective layer (300), as shown in FIG. 12. This embodiment illustrates a plurality of acoustic patterns (400) formed by protruding at spaced intervals from each other. The acoustic pattern (400) induces periodic turbulence according to friction with the air and changes in airflow velocity resulting from the rotation of the blade (WPB). This turbulence generates aerodynamic sound of a specific frequency according to the Struhal number theory. Generally, the Struhal number is approximately 0.2 around a cylindrical object, which can quantitatively express the correlation between the airflow velocity, the characteristic length (height, h) of the protruding structure (acoustic pattern (400)), and the target frequency. Furthermore, this is as shown in Equation 1 below.

[0085]

[0086] In mathematical formula 1, f is the frequency of sound (Hz), St is the strut (typically about 0.2 for a cylinder), U is the wind speed, and h is the protrusion height of the acoustic pattern (400).

[0087] In this embodiment, it is assumed that the blade (WPB) of the wind turbine has a diameter of approximately 250 m and a rotational speed of approximately 6 RPM, and the rotational speed of the end portion of the blade (WPB) is exemplified as approximately 78.5 m / s. When the struhal number is set to 0.2 and the target frequency is set to a high frequency of 6 kHz to 12 kHz, which is difficult for humans to hear but can be heard by birds, the height of the protruding structure, i.e., the acoustic pattern (400), must be approximately 1.30 mm to 2.61 mm. Accordingly, this embodiment designs the height (h) of the acoustic pattern (400) to be approximately 2 mm, and in this case, clear high-frequency acoustic induction is possible without significantly affecting the blade (WPB) structure.

[0088] These acoustic patterns (400) are arranged in a streamlined manner along the surface of the blade (WPB), thereby inducing natural turbulence without abrupt interruption of the flow. When referring to actual acoustic experiments and biomimetic designs such as shark skin structures and vortex generators derived from aircraft skin structures, the spacing (d) of the acoustic patterns (400) suitable for inducing sound is approximately 10 mm to 30 mm, and in this embodiment, it is set to an average of 20 mm.

[0089] Meanwhile, in this embodiment, the acoustic pattern (400) may be formed to extend long in the rotational direction of the blade (WPB), rather than having a circular or square column shape. Additionally, the acoustic pattern (400) may be formed in a teardrop shape such that, based on the planar view, the width in the inner direction of the blade (WPB) is wider than the width in the outer direction. Furthermore, the acoustic pattern (400) may be formed in an inverted teardrop shape such that, based on the planar view, the width in the outer direction of the blade (WPB) is wider than the width in the inner direction. In this case, the acoustic pattern (400) can act as a lens to cause light reflected by the reflection pattern to be reflected further within the blade (WPB). That is, light reflected from the outer side of the blade (WPB) can be guided inward, and light reflected from the inner side of the blade (WPB) can be guided outward.

[0090] FIG. 13 is a schematic perspective view of a bird collision prevention mechanism including lighting according to a second embodiment of the present invention attached to a blade.

[0091] Referring to FIG. 13, the bird collision prevention mechanism including lighting according to the second embodiment of the present invention may have the boundary between the trapezoidal and inverted trapezoidal parts, that is, the edge of the blade (WPB), formed with a dark color (B), and the central part other than the boundary may have a background color of a light color (W) that has a higher brightness or saturation than the dark color (B).

[0092] As described above, the present embodiment can further prevent bird blade collisions by forming an acoustic pattern on the protective layer.

[0093] Although the present invention has been described above with reference to the illustrated drawings, the present invention is not limited by the embodiments and drawings disclosed in this specification, and it is obvious that various modifications can be made by those skilled in the art within the scope of the technical concept of the present invention. Furthermore, even if the effects of the configuration according to the present invention were not explicitly described while explaining the embodiments of the present invention above, it is natural to acknowledge that effects predictable by said configuration should also be recognized. For example, in the aforementioned embodiments, the present invention was exemplified as being provided in the form of a film on the blades of a wind turbine. However, the present invention is not limited thereto and may be applied or printed on a wind turbine, or implemented in the form of a film or pattern being applied or printed on a structure other than a wind turbine. In particular, the technical effects of the present invention can be excellently demonstrated when applied to a rotating body. For example, this can be applied to various rotating bodies, such as airport radar antennas and rotary surveillance radars, rotary equipment including landing guidance devices within helicopter landing pads, agricultural ventilators or large rotary blower fans, large blower structures within industrial facilities including dams and power plants, and drone-based rotary structures, thereby effectively preventing bird collisions. Furthermore, the design conditions for acoustic or reflection patterns may vary depending on the rotational speed, structural shape, and installation environment of each rotating body, and these conditions can be optimized to match the operational characteristics of the rotating body. Accordingly, the present invention can be implemented to induce evasive maneuvers in birds through a design suitable for various situations. Moreover, the present invention is not limited to rotating bodies but can be applied to power transmission lines, communication towers, the exterior walls of high-rise buildings, the tops of highway sound barriers, etc., and can contribute to preventing bird collisions by introducing the same technical concept to anemometers, wind vanes, and warning radars installed on these structures.
