[0035] The heat dissipation unit (250) includes a heat dissipation fin (252) that overlaps with the stimulation generating unit (230) and a blower fan (251) that overlaps with the other side of the heat dissipation fin (252); the first frame unit (241) is provided in a plate shape and overlaps with the coupling projection (222) of the pressurizing unit (220), and includes a fin support unit (241a) that covers a portion of the upper part of the heat dissipation fin (252) that overlaps with the stimulation generating unit (230); the second frame unit (242) is provided in a plate shape and overlaps with the first frame unit (241), and includes a fan support unit (242a) that covers a portion of the upper part of the blower fan (251) that overlaps with the heat dissipation fin (252); the fan support unit (242a) is provided in a plurality of units and includes a circulation space (242b) that is provided in a spaced-away form from each other. The second case (300) can be provided so that a space is formed between the first case (100).

[0036] The following description is explained in more detail with reference to the drawings attached to this specification.

[0037] A joint massager according to one embodiment with reference to the attached drawings may approximately include a first case (100), a stimulating part (200), and a second case (300).

[0038] The first case (100) can be provided in a shape corresponding to the front, both sides, and the top of the joint area of the user.

[0039] For example, the first case (100) may be provided in a shape that wraps around the user's knee. The first case (100) is used on a knee that is folded in a cross-section in the shape of an 'L'. As shown in FIG. 1, the first case (100) may be provided in the shape of a hexahedron, but with the lower surface and the rear surface open. The user's knee is inserted into the open rear surface, and the upper surface is positioned above the user's knee or thigh. The lower surface is positioned below the user's knee, specifically the calf area. That is, the inner surface of the first case (100) is positioned to correspond to the front, left and right sides, and the upper surface of the user's knee.

[0040] The stimulating portion (200) may be provided by penetrating each surface of the first case (100). The stimulating portion (200) may selectively provide high and low temperatures in contact with the skin of the user's joint area.

[0041] For example, the stimulation section (200) may include a contact section (210), a pressure section (220), a stimulation generating section (230), a frame section (240), a heat dissipation section (250), and a control section (260). The stimulation section (200) may be provided in four parts so as to be installed on the front, both sides, and the top surface of the first case (100).

[0042] The contact portion (210) may be provided with an elastic material. The contact portion (210) may be provided to cover the skin of the joint area. More specifically, the contact portion (210) transmits the stimulation provided by the stimulation generating portion (230) to the user's skin. The contact portion (210) may be provided with a size and shape that can cover a portion of the user's knee area. The contact portion (210) may be provided with a conventional silicone material.

[0043] A contact portion (210) may be provided on one side of the pressure portion (220). A stimulation generating portion (230) is embedded in the pressure portion (220). The pressure portion (220) is deformed by an external force. The pressure portion (220) is deformed by a force transmitted to the contact portion (210) that comes into contact with the user's skin. The pressure portion (220) prevents the stimulation of the stimulation generating portion (230) from leaking out.

[0044] For example, the pressurizing part (220) may be provided in the form of a conventional tube. Two pressurizing parts (220) may be provided as a pair and each may be combined with a contact part (210). A contact part (210) may be combined with one end of the pressurizing part (220). The pressurizing part (220) and the contact part (210) may be combined by various methods, such as conventional adhesive, conventional ultrasonic bonding, or conventional thermal fusion.

[0045] As another example, the pressure portion (220) may further include a folding portion (221). The folding portion (221) may be provided in one or more bends on the side of the pressure portion (220), which is provided in the form of a conventional tube. The folding portion (221) allows the pressure portion (220) to be easily folded by the folding portion (221) when an external force is transmitted from the contact portion (210). The folding portion (221) may be provided in a shape that is recessed into the inner surface of the pressure portion (220). That is, when the contact portion (210) is pressed while in contact with the user's skin, the folding portion (221) causes the inner surface of the pressure portion (220) to protrude inward into the pressure portion (220) to form a ledge, thereby causing the pressure portion (220) to contract in the longitudinal direction. When the contact portion (210) comes into contact with the skin around the user's knee and contracts in the longitudinal direction, the pressure portion (220) pushes the contact portion (210) to the skin around the user's knee by means of elasticity.

[0046] Meanwhile, the stimulation generating part (230) is located inside the pressure part (220), but can be located between the contact part (210) and the folding part (221). The stimulation part (200) is prevented from detaching from the contact part (210) by the folding part (221) when the shape of the pressure part (220) is deformed by an external force.

[0047] The stimulation generating unit (230) may be provided within the pressurizing unit (220). The stimulation generating unit (230) may selectively deliver high and low temperatures to the contact unit (210). The stimulation generating unit (230) may be provided within the pressurizing unit (220).

[0048] For example, the stimulation generating part (230) may be provided as a conventional thermoelectric element. One side of the stimulation generating part (230) may be provided to face the contact part (210).

[0049] Meanwhile, the thermoelectric element may be provided as a conventional flexible thermoelectric element.

[0050] The frame portion (240) is connected to the other side of the pressure portion (220) and can be connected to the first case (100). The frame portion (240) supports the contact portion (210), the pressure portion (220), the stimulation generating portion (230), the heat dissipation portion (250), and the control portion (260). The contact portion (210), the pressure portion (220), the stimulation generating portion (230), the heat dissipation portion (250), and the control portion (260) can be modularized through the frame portion (240).

[0051] For example, the frame portion (240) may be provided in the form of a tube. The frame portion (240) is connected to the pressurizing portion (220). At this time, the frame portion (240) and the pressurizing portion (220) may be joined by various methods such as conventional adhesive or bolts. That is, the frame portion (240) supports the contact portion (210) and the stimulation generating portion (230) through the pressurizing portion (220). A heat dissipation portion (250) is provided and supported inside the frame portion (240). A control portion (260) is provided and supported on the outer surface of the frame portion (240). The end of the frame portion (240) may be provided in a shape that can cover a part of the upper surface of the heat dissipation portion (250). That is, the frame portion (240) is connected to the pressurizing portion (220) and provided in the form of a single tube. The frame portion (240) has the contact portion (210), the stimulation generating portion (230), and the heat dissipation portion (250) overlapped with each other.

[0052] The heat dissipation section (250) may be provided inside the frame section (240). The heat dissipation section (250) discharges air inside the pressurized section (220) to the outside. That is, the heat dissipation section (250) discharges heat generated when the thermoelectric element provides a low temperature to the contact section (210).

[0053] For example, the heat dissipation unit (250) can be provided with a conventional blower fan (251).

[0054] As another example, the heat dissipation section (250) may further include conventional heat dissipation fins (252). The heat dissipation fins (252) may be located between the stimulus generating section (230) and the blower fan (251). In this case, it would be appropriate to make the length of the frame section (240) longer by the thickness of the heat dissipation fins (252).

[0055] The control unit (260) is provided on the outer surface of the frame unit (240) and can control the stimulation generation unit (230) and the heat dissipation unit (250). The control unit (260) may be provided to be connected to and operated by the stimulation unit (200) and the heat dissipation unit (250). The control unit (260) may be provided as a conventional PCB circuit.

[0056] For example, when the control unit (260) controls the stimulation generating unit (230) facing the contact unit (210) to generate a high temperature, the heat dissipation unit (250) can be controlled not to operate. When the control unit (260) controls the stimulation generating unit (230) facing the contact unit (210) to generate a low temperature, the heat dissipation unit (250) can be controlled to operate. That is, the control unit (260) is configured to discharge the high temperature on the other side of the stimulation generating unit (230) to the outside when a low temperature is provided to the contact unit (210) through the stimulation generating unit (230).

[0057] Meanwhile, the control unit (260) may control each thermoelectric element of the stimulation generating unit (230) to operate individually at various temperatures or in various sequences. The control unit (260) may be operated using a conventional button or via wireless communication.

[0058] A second case (300) may be provided in the first case (100). The second case (300) may be provided in a size and shape that encloses the stimulation part (200). More specifically, the second case (300) may be provided in a size and shape that can cover the entire first case (300) and cover the heat dissipation part (250) and the control part (260). The second case (300) may include a plurality of holes at positions corresponding to the heat dissipation part (250). The second case (300) protects the heat dissipation part (250) and the control part (260) while allowing air discharged by the heat dissipation part (250) to move to the outside.

[0059] Meanwhile, the frame portion (240) or the second case (300) may include a loop to which a normal band can be attached.

[0060] The joint massager described above can be used while covering a user's joint, such as a knee or elbow. Using the knee as an example, the contact portion (210) of the stimulation portion (200) of the joint massager comes into contact with the front of the knee or the upper front of the calf, the left side of the knee, the right side of the knee, and the upper part of the knee or thigh, respectively. The joint massager is worn by securing it to the user's calf or thigh with a band or strap. The stimulation generating portion (230) operates according to the control portion (260) to selectively deliver high and low temperatures to the contact portion (210). The joint massager provides a massage effect by providing high and low temperature stimulation to the skin around the user's knee through the contact portion (210).

[0061] The joint massager has the effect of suppressing positional changes of the contact part (210) by compressing the left and right axes of the joint through the pressure part (220), which contracts to fit the user's body structure through the contact part (210) and is restored by elasticity.

[0062] The joint massager has the effect of allowing multiple users to use it interchangeably as the pressure part (220) through the contact part (210) varies according to the user's body structure depending on the wearing state or the user's body structure.

[0063] The joint massager has the effect of preventing the stimulating part (200) from detaching even if the shape of the pressing part (220) is deformed, by preventing the stimulating part (200) from being positioned inside the pressing part (220) and being caught by a jaw created by the folding part (221) inside the pressing part (220), so that the stimulating part (200) can always be positioned in the contact part (210).

[0064] A joint massager according to another embodiment includes a first case (100), a stimulating part (200), and a second case (300).

[0065] The first case (100) is identical to the one described in the above embodiment, so a detailed description is omitted.

[0066] At this time, the heat dissipation unit (250) may include a heat dissipation fin (252) that overlaps with the stimulation generation unit (230) and a blower fan (251) that overlaps with the other side of the heat dissipation fin (252).

[0067] The stimulating portion (200) may further include a connecting projection (222) protruding laterally from one end of the pressurizing portion (220) where the heat dissipation portion (250) is located in the above embodiment. The connecting projection (222) is positioned between the frame portion (240) and the first case (100) and is provided to be fixed according to the close contact between the frame portion (240) and the first case (100).

[0068] Meanwhile, the connecting projection (222) may be provided to secure an area where the pressing part (220) and the first case (100) are connected through a conventional bolt.

[0069] In the description of the above embodiment, the stimulation part (200) may include a first frame part (241) and a second frame part (242).

[0070] The first frame portion (241) may be provided in the form of a plate. The first frame portion (241) may be provided with a hole communicating with the pressure portion (220). The first frame portion (241) overlaps with the coupling projection (222). That is, the first frame portion (241) overlaps with the coupling projection (222) of the pressure portion (220) that overlaps with the surface of the first case (100). The first frame portion (241) includes a pin support portion (241a) that covers a portion of the upper part of the heat dissipation fin (252) that overlaps with the stimulation generating portion (230).

[0071] The second frame section (242) may be provided in the form of a plate. The second frame section (242) may be provided with a hole communicating with the first frame section (241). The second frame section (242) overlaps with the first frame section (241). The second frame section (242) includes a fan support section (242a) that covers a portion of the upper part of the blower fan (251) that overlaps with the heat dissipation fin (252). The fan support section (242a) may be provided in multiple numbers to cover each corner of the blower fan (251). The fan support section (242a) may be provided in a spaced apart from each other to form a circulation space (242b). At this time, a control section (260) is positioned to surround the outer surface of the second frame section (242), that is, the outside of the fan support section (242a). In other words, the control section (260) overlaps with the outside of the second frame section (242).

[0072] At this time, the control unit (260) that overlaps with each other can be fastened to the first case (100) by passing through the connecting projection (222) of the second frame unit (242), the first frame unit (241), and the pressurizing unit (220) using a conventional bolt.

[0073] Ultimately, the heat dissipation fin (252), the fin support (241a), the blower fan (251), and the fan support (242a) are overlapped in that order.

[0074] The second case (300) is provided in the same manner as described in the above embodiment, but a space may be formed between the first case (100) so that each stimulation part (200) can be connected to the circulation space (242b) of the second frame part (242).

[0075] The joint massager according to another embodiment described above has the effect of simplifying the assembly process by fixing the heat dissipation fins (252) and the blower fan (251) of the stimulation generating part (230) and the heat dissipation part (250) in an overlapping state through the pin support part (241a) and the fan support part (242a).

[0076] The joint massager according to another embodiment described above has the effect of suppressing overheating that may occur from a single malfunction of one stimulation part (200) by having each stimulation part (200) share the airflow from the blower fan (251) of the heat dissipation part (250) through the circulation space (242b).

[0077] From the foregoing, it will be understood that various embodiments of the present disclosure have been described for illustrative purposes, and that various possible modifications exist without departing from the scope and spirit of the present disclosure.
