Description

Technology Field

[0001] The present invention relates to an automatic door system having fire-resistant performance, and more specifically, to an automatic door system having fire-resistant performance that can hermetically seal gaps around a sliding door in the event of a fire and prevent the spread of heat caused by the fire. Background Technology

[0003] Automatic door systems are installed in various buildings, such as houses, offices, and apartments, to provide convenience to users. They are equipped with the function of opening and closing automatically using motors, sensors, and other devices. Most automatic door systems are designed as sliding doors that open and close by sliding left and right.

[0004] Meanwhile, damage to buildings caused by fire can result in serious loss of life and property due to flames and smoke. Therefore, minimizing damage to buildings in the event of a fire is considered a critical factor in the structural design process. In particular, fire-resistant structures, such as fire doors, play a vital role in blocking the propagation of flames and heat. Fire doors must function to prevent external flames from spreading into the interior or fires originating indoors from spreading outward in the event of a fire, and fire-resistant performance is essential for this purpose.

[0005] Accordingly, recently installed automatic door systems are designed with fire resistance and fire prevention performance in mind, and are manufactured from sturdy materials such as metal to block the spread of external flames into the interior or to prevent fires originating indoors from spreading to the outside.

[0006] However, simply changing the door material to metal is not enough to guarantee fire safety. For example, rubber gaskets installed on sliding doors in automatic door systems have a problem in that, in the event of a fire, they stick to metal products, preventing sliding or failing to seal gaps airtightly. Additionally, the upper frame supporting the sliding door lacks separate fire-resistant features, leading to the problem of flames and heat spreading to other areas through the upper frame in the event of a fire. Prior art literature

[0008] Republic of Korea Published Utility Model Publication No. 20-2010-0009291 The problem to be solved

An automatic door system having fire-resistant performance is provided, comprising a connecting fiber portion formed in an arch shape, wherein the first fiber portion and the second fiber portion are coupled to one side of the upper portion of the sliding door facing the inner side of the sliding guide portion, and the connecting fiber portion is in contact to slide against the inner side of the sliding guide portion.

[0013] Additionally, the present invention provides an automatic door system having fire-resistant performance, further comprising a first sewing unit for sewing the other end of the first felt and the other end of the first fiber unit, a second sewing unit for sewing the other end of the second felt and the other end of the second fiber unit, and a third sewing unit for sewing the other end of the first fiber unit, the other end of the first felt, the other end of the second felt, and the other end of the second fiber unit.

[0014] In addition, the present invention provides an automatic door system having fire-resistant performance, comprising a sliding door that slides in a sliding manner and an upper frame installed on the upper side of the sliding door to guide the movement of the sliding door, wherein the system includes: a cover portion that opens or closes a lower hole formed on the lower side of the upper frame; and an opening guide portion provided on the upper inner side of the upper frame to be positioned on the upper side of the cover portion, wherein one side of the cover portion is hinge-coupled to one side of the lower hole, and the other side of the cover portion rotates to open or close the lower hole, wherein normally, a heat-sensitive portion connects the other side of the cover portion to the opening guide portion so that the cover portion is positioned to open the lower hole, and in the event of a fire, the heat-sensitive portion is separated from the opening guide portion by heat, and the cover portion rotates to close the lower hole.

[0015] In addition, the present invention provides an automatic door system having fire-resistant performance, characterized in that the heat-sensitive coagulation part is formed in a bolt shape and is made of a material that melts due to heat from a fire.

[0016] Additionally, the cover portion comprises a hinge portion rotatably hinge-coupled to one side of the lower part of the upper frame, a connecting portion connected to the hinge portion, a convex portion formed integrally extending from the connecting portion and convexly, and a coupling portion formed extending from the end of the convex portion to be coupled to the opening guide portion; normally, the heat-sensitive portion couples the coupling portion to the opening guide portion so that the lower hole is opened, and when a fire occurs, when the heat-sensitive portion is separated by heat, the hinge portion rotates toward the lower hole by gravity, and the convex portion moves along the hinge portion to close the lower hole, thereby providing an automatic door system having fire-resistant performance.

[0017] Additionally, the opening guide is formed such that one side is fixed to the upper side of the interior of the upper frame and the other side is extended downwardly within the interior of the upper frame, and when the hinge part is positioned on one side in the longitudinal direction of the lower hole, a seating guide is installed on the other side in the longitudinal direction of the lower hole, wherein an upwardly folding seating part is formed on one side of the seating guide, and normally, the coupling part is coupled to make surface contact with the lower side of the other side of the opening guide, and the convex part is positioned to be inclined in proportion to the inclined angle of the opening guide, and in the event of a fire, when the convex part descends due to gravity, the coupling part is positioned to make surface contact with the folding seating part, thereby providing an automatic door system having fire-resistant performance. Effects of the invention

[0019] In this invention, a gasket is interposed in the inner direction of the sliding guide on the upper side of the sliding door, thereby increasing the sealing performance of the sliding door, helping the sliding door to operate stably, and enhancing fire safety. In particular, the gasket allows the sliding door to slide smoothly during the process of opening and closing, and minimizes interference between the sliding door and the sliding guide, thereby preventing wear or damage.

[0020] In addition, the first and second sewing sections have the effect of preventing the fire-resistant felt and fire-resistant fiber from separating, preventing the threads of the fire-resistant fiber from unraveling, firmly securing the fire-resistant fiber, and ensuring that the gasket maintains airtightness. Furthermore, the third sewing section secures all components of the gasket, preventing separation due to elasticity, and ensuring that airtightness and fire-resistant performance are maintained.

[0021] In addition, in the event of a fire, the blocking means closes the lower hole to prevent flames and heat from spreading to other spaces, thereby blocking the spread of flames and heat through the upper frame and maximizing the fire prevention effect.

[0022] In addition, since the heat-sensitive coagulation unit automatically operates to safely close the lower hole of the blocking means without human intervention, it protects people from danger in fire or high-temperature environments and minimizes casualties through automated response, thereby providing an environment where people can safely evacuate even in the event of a fire.

[0023] In addition, since the joint part makes surface contact with the open guide part, the heat-sensitive coagulation part has the effect of firmly connecting these joint parts and the open guide part. Furthermore, since the joint part makes surface contact with the seating bend part, the space between the joint part and the seating bend part is maintained watertight, thereby preventing flames from escaping to the outside through the space between the bend part and the seating bend part.

[0024] In addition, since the opening guide is formed at an angle, it has the effect of inducing the convex part to naturally descend by gravity in the event of a fire. Brief explanation of the drawing

Specific details for implementing the invention

[0027] Hereinafter, an automatic door system having fire-resistant performance according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the attached drawings.

[0029] FIG. 1 is a schematic front view illustrating an automatic door system having fire-resistant performance according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a schematic vertical cross-sectional view illustrating an automatic door system having fire-resistant performance according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention.

[0030] Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, an automatic door system having fire-resistant performance according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention is installed at the entrance of a building and includes a hinged door (50), a sliding door (300), an upper frame (100), a sliding door (300), a gasket (400), and a blocking means (500).

[0031] A hinged door (50) is installed on one side of the entrance of a building so as to be rotatable in a hinged manner. The hinged door (50) has a simple structure, is easy to install, and is easy to maintain and repair.

[0032] A sliding door (300) is installed on the other side of the entrance of a building to slide in a sliding door manner. The sliding door (300) includes a glass part (310) formed of glass material, an inner frame (320) that supports the edge of the glass part (310), and an outer frame (330) that covers the outer side of the inner frame (320). A concave guide groove (332) is formed on the upper outer side of the outer frame (330) to face the sliding guide part (120) described later.

[0033] These sliding doors (300) can be opened and closed in a sliding manner during normal times, saving space while simultaneously providing a sense of openness and visibility. Additionally, the sliding doors (300) can be configured to open and close automatically whenever people pass by, allowing people to move quickly. Furthermore, the sliding doors (300) have excellent sealing properties in the event of a fire, which can minimize the movement of flames and smoke.

[0034] An upper frame (100) is installed on the upper side of the sliding door (300) to guide the movement of the sliding door (300). The front side of the upper frame (100) guides the movement of the sliding door (300), and the rear side of the upper frame (100) guides the rotation of the hinged door (50). A moving means (200) for automatically moving the sliding door (300) is installed inside the front side of the upper frame (100) located above the sliding door (300). A lower hole (110) is formed through the lower side of the front side of the upper frame (100). A rail (not shown) for guiding the sliding movement of the sliding door (300) may be installed in the lower hole (110). And on both sides in the longitudinal direction of the lower hole (110), a sliding guide part (120) is formed protruding so that the upper side of the sliding door (300) slides while being guided.

[0035] The gasket (400) is mounted in a guide groove (332) provided on the upper side of the sliding door (300) and is interposed in the inner direction of the sliding guide part (120). The gasket (400) increases the sealing performance of the sliding door (300) and blocks external gas, smoke, dust, temperature changes, noise, etc. In addition, the gasket (400) helps the sliding door (300) operate stably and enhances fire safety. Furthermore, the gasket (400) allows the sliding door (300) to slide smoothly during the opening and closing process, and minimizes interference between the sliding door (300) and the sliding guide part (120), thereby preventing wear or damage. The detailed structure of the gasket (400) will be explained with reference to FIG. 3.

[0036] The blocking means (500) closes the lower hole (110) in the event of a fire to prevent flames and heat from spreading to other spaces. Normally, the blocking means (500) keeps the lower hole (110) open so that the sliding door (300) operates normally. In the event of a fire, the blocking means (500) automatically closes the lower hole (110) to provide fire-resistant performance that minimizes damage caused by the fire. This blocking means (500) plays a role in maximizing the fire-resistant effect by blocking the spread of flames and heat to other spaces through the upper frame (100) in the event of a fire. The detailed structure of the blocking means (500) will be explained with reference to FIG. 4.

[0038] FIG. 3 is a schematic diagram illustrating the structure and manufacturing process of a gasket according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention.

[0039] Referring to FIGS. 2 and 3, the gasket (400) includes a fireproof felt (410) formed of a fireproof material and a fireproof fiber (420) bonded to cover the outer surface of the fireproof felt (410).

[0040] The fireproof felt (410) is formed from a material such as carbon felt that does not deform at high temperatures of 1,000 degrees or higher. Examples include glass fiber, ceramic fiber, and aramid fiber. This fireproof fiber (420) does not burn or is not easily combusted by fire, and exhibits excellent performance in heat blocking and thermal insulation.

[0041] The fireproof fiber (420) uses silica fibers that do not deform at high temperatures of 1,000 degrees or higher. This fireproof fiber (420) allows the sliding door (300) to slide smoothly while opening and closing, thereby minimizing friction and enabling the sliding door (300) to operate smoothly. Thanks to its smooth movement characteristics, the fireproof fiber (420) maintains fireproof performance without hindering the movement of the sliding door (300).

[0042] Looking at the manufacturing process of such a gasket (400), as shown in FIG. 3 (a), a fireproof fiber (420) is attached to one side of a fireproof felt (410) formed in a long shape along the longitudinal direction. At this time, it is preferable to use a material that prevents the fibers from unraveling and generates less smoke and flames by using an adhesive bond that adheres to the fireproof fiber.

[0043] After that, as shown in FIG. 3(b), a first sewing part (430) and a second sewing part (432) are sewn on both sides of the fireproof felt (410) and the fireproof fiber (420). The first sewing part (430) and the second sewing part (432) evenly sew both sides of the fireproof felt (410) and the fireproof fiber (420) to prevent the gasket (400) from separating.

[0044] After that, as shown in FIG. 3 (c) and FIG. 3 (d), the middle portion of the fireproof felt (410) and the fireproof fiber (420) is folded. As a result, the fireproof felt (410) includes a first felt (412), a second felt (414) positioned to be in contact with the inner side of the first felt (412), and a connecting portion (416) formed in an arch shape or a "U" shape to integrally connect one end of the first felt (412) and one end of the second felt (414). The fireproof fiber (420) includes a first fiber portion (422) covering the outer side of the first felt (412), a second fiber portion (424) covering the outer side of the second felt (414), and a connecting fiber portion (426) formed in an arch shape or "U" shape so that one side is connected to one end of the first fiber portion (422) and the other side is connected to one end of the second fiber portion (424) to cover the outer side of the connecting portion (416). The connecting fiber portion (426) is bent and folded at the center to create a gasket (400) shape that allows the fireproof fiber (420) to be exposed to the outside. The first sewing portion (430) is configured to sew the other end of the first felt (412) and the other end of the first fiber portion (422). The second sewing part (432) is configured to sew the other end of the second felt (414) and the other end of the second fiber part (424).

[0045] Next, as shown in FIG. 3 (e), the third sewing part (434) sews the other end of the first fiber part (422), the other end of the first felt (412), the other end of the second felt (414), and the other end of the second fiber part (424) to complete the gasket (400). The third sewing part (434) prevents the gasket (400) from opening due to elasticity.

[0046] The first fiber portion (422) and the second fiber portion (424) of the completed gasket (400) are connected to one side of the upper portion of the sliding door (300) facing the inner side of the sliding guide portion (120), and the connecting fiber portion (426) is in contact to slide against the inner side of the sliding guide portion (120).

[0047] Since the connecting fiber portion (426) of the gasket (400) of the present invention is formed in a "U" shape, the gasket (400) maintains airtightness without hindering the movement of the sliding door (300), and has the effect of enabling the fire-retardant performance of the gasket (400) to be more efficiently exerted in the event of a fire.

[0048] In addition, the first and second sewing parts (430, 432) have the effect of keeping the fireproof felt (410) and the fireproof fiber (420) from separating from each other, preventing the threads of the fireproof fiber (420) from unraveling, ensuring that the fireproof fiber (420) is firmly fixed, and allowing the gasket (400) to maintain airtightness.

[0049] In addition, the third sewing part (434) has the effect of fixing the entire component of the gasket (400) to prevent opening due to elasticity and maintaining airtightness and fire resistance performance.

[0051] FIG. 4 is a vertical cross-sectional view schematically illustrating a blocking means of an automatic door system having fire-resistant performance according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 5 is a vertical cross-sectional view schematically illustrating a state in which the blocking means of an automatic door system having fire-resistant performance according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention has closed a lower hole.

[0052] Referring to the drawing, the blocking means (500) automatically closes the lower hole (110) to prevent the spread of flames and heat when a fire occurs, and includes a cover part (520) and an opening guide part (510).

[0053] One side of the cover portion (520) is hinged to one side of the lower hole (110), and the other side rotates to open or close the lower hole (110). It includes a hinge portion (522) that is hinged to one side of the lower part of the upper frame (100) so as to be rotatable, a connecting portion (524) connected to the hinge portion (522), a convex portion (526) that is integrally extended from the connecting portion (524) and formed convexly, and a connecting portion (528) that is extended from the end of the convex portion (526) to be coupled to the opening guide portion (510). The convex portion (526) forms a space in which a rail (not shown) installed in the lower hole (110) is guided. And when a hinge portion (522) is placed on one side in the longitudinal direction of the lower hole (110), a seating guide portion (540) is installed on the other side in the longitudinal direction of the lower hole (110), and an upwardly bent seating portion (542) is formed on one side of the seating guide portion (540).

[0054] The opening guide (510) is provided on the upper inner side of the upper frame (100) so as to be positioned on the upper side of the cover (520). One side of the opening guide (510) is fixed to the upper inner side of the upper frame (100), and the other side of the opening guide (510) is extended and formed to be inclined downward within the upper frame (100).

[0055] The thermally sensitive part (530) is formed in the shape of a bolt and is made of a material that melts due to heat from a fire. The thermally sensitive part (530) may be composed of a bolt using a metal that changes from solid to liquid at a specific temperature. This thermally sensitive part (530) uses a temperature-sensitive alloy, and the melting point of the alloy is set to a specific temperature, so that when that temperature is reached, the thermally sensitive part (530) is physically deformed or changes into a liquid state. This phenomenon is also mainly referred to as a thermal release device and operates automatically in fire or high-temperature situations. Accordingly, the thermally sensitive part (530) may be configured to automatically release or separate in a high-temperature environment.

[0056] Normally, the cover portion (520) is rotated upward to open the lower hole (110), and at this time, the heat-sensitive coagulation portion (530) connects the connecting portion (528) to the opening guide portion (510), thereby fixing the connecting portion (528) to the opening guide portion (510). The connecting portion (528) is connected to the lower side of the opening guide portion (510) so as to make surface contact, and the convex portion (526) is positioned to be inclined in proportion to the inclined angle of the opening guide portion (510). In this way, since the connecting portion (528) makes surface contact with the opening guide portion (510), the heat-sensitive coagulation portion (530) has the effect of firmly connecting the connecting portion (528) and the opening guide portion (510).

[0057] Then, when a fire occurs, the heat-sensitive fixing part (530) is separated from the opening guide part (510) by heat. Then, the hinge part (522) is rotated by gravity toward the lower hole (110), and the convex part (526) of the cover part (520) is moved along the hinge part (522) to close the lower hole (110). And when the convex part (526) is moved to close the lower hole (110), a rail is received in the convex part (526). Meanwhile, when a fire occurs and the convex part (526) descends by gravity, the connecting part (528) is positioned to make surface contact with the seating bending part (542).

[0058] As such, since the connecting part (528) is in surface contact with the seating bending part (542), the space between the connecting part (528) and the seating bending part (542) is kept watertight, so that flames cannot escape to the outside through the space between the bending part and the seating bending part (542).

[0059] In addition, the heat-sensitive coagulation unit (530) automatically operates so that the cover unit (520) safely closes the lower hole (110) without human intervention, thereby protecting people from danger in fire or high-temperature environments and minimizing casualties through automated response, thus providing an environment where people can safely evacuate even if a fire occurs.

[0060] Meanwhile, one side of the opening guide (510) is fixed to the upper side of the interior of the upper frame (100), and the other side is formed to extend downward at an inclined angle within the interior of the upper frame (100). This opening guide (510) serves to guide the convex part (526) to descend by gravity. When a fire occurs, the heat-sensitive fixing part (530) is separated, and the cover part (520) rotates along the hinge part (522). At this time, the convex part (526) descends under the influence of gravity according to the inclined angle of the opening guide (510). The greater the inclined angle, the more the convex part (526) is affected by gravity, effectively closing the lower hole (110). The inclined structure of the opening guide (510) is an important factor in determining the direction and strength of the downward movement of the convex part (526). As such, the opening guide (510) is formed at an angle, so in the event of a fire, it has the effect of inducing the convex part (526) to naturally descend by gravity.

[0062] Although the present invention has been described in detail in the above embodiments, it is obvious that the present invention is not limited thereto, and it is obvious to those skilled in the art that various modifications and variations are possible within the scope of the technical spirit of the present invention, and if such modifications and variations fall within the scope of the appended claims, the technical spirit thereof should also be considered to be within the scope of the present invention.
