Description

Technology Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a mixer, and more specifically, to a mixer in which at least one elastic member is formed on the upper surface of a control body to elastically support the lower surface of a container part in which food ingredients to be ground are contained within an internal space, thereby improving the efficiency of the food ingredient grinding operation by allowing the container part to shake smoothly while being elastically supported by the elastic member during the food ingredient grinding operation, and the rotational driving force of the drive part included in the control body to be fully transmitted to the grinding blade of the container part despite the shaking of the container part due to external force during food ingredient grinding, thereby improving the efficiency of the food ingredient grinding operation. Background Technology

[0003] Generally, mixers are household appliances used to grind or mix food ingredients, and they are widely used for both home and commercial purposes.

[0004] A conventional mixer consists of a container, a grinding blade, and a control body containing an electric motor; when food ingredients are placed in the container and the electric motor is activated, the grinding blade rotates to grind the food ingredients.

[0005] While these mixers have the advantage of a relatively simple structure and ease of use, various problems arise during actual use.

[0006] First, conventional mixers operate in a manner where only the grinding blades rotate while the container section remains fixed, which results in a problem where food ingredients are not evenly ground inside the mixer.

[0007] While ingredients near the center where the grinding blades rotate are ground well, ingredients located near the walls may not be ground or may be underground because they do not come into sufficient contact with the blades.

[0008] In particular, for hard or large ingredients, grinding efficiency is low, making it difficult to grind them to the desired fineness.

[0009] Second, since the container part is fixed during operation, there is the inconvenience of having to shake or tilt the entire mixer by hand to obtain the desired grinding result.

[0010] While attempts are commonly made to grind ingredients inside a container more uniformly through this method, such work is labor-intensive and time-consuming, and can lead to increased fatigue as the user must continuously apply force.

[0011] In addition, there is also a possibility that safety accidents may occur while the user shakes the mixer.

[0012] Third, shaking or tilting the mixer may put strain on the connection point between the container and the control unit.

[0013] In conventional mixers, the container section and the control body section are tightly coupled to each other, but if this coupling structure is weak against vibration or shock, the connection points may become loose or damaged.

[0014] In particular, there is a high possibility of wear or damage to parts during prolonged use or when repetitive vibrations occur.

[0015] This shortens the lifespan of the blender and may require the user to replace or repair it.

[0016] To address these issues, there is a need to develop a mixer with a new structure that can grind ingredients more uniformly, enable efficient grinding without separate operation by the user, and improve the safety and durability of the mixer. Prior art literature

[0034] A mixer (100) according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a container part (102) having an internal space (S) formed on the inside to hold food ingredients and a grinding blade (402) coupled to the bottom; and a control body part (106) having at least one elastic member (104) formed on the upper surface to elastically support the lower surface of the container part (102), wherein the container part (102) is detachably coupled and supported on the upper surface, and a driving part having a rotating shaft (202) detachably coupled to the grinding blade (402) to supply rotational driving power. The control body part (106) is characterized in that the container part (102) is formed to shake while being elastically supported by the elastic member (104) during the grinding operation of food ingredients.

[0035] Below, each component is described in detail.

[0036] Container section (102)

[0037] The container part (102) has a structure in which an internal space (S) is formed on the inside so as to hold food ingredients.

[0038] The container part (102) has a crushing blade (402) attached to its lower part.

[0039] The crushing blade (402) can be detachably connected to the lower part of the container part (102).

[0040] When the grinding blade (402) coupled to the lower part of the container part (102) operates (rotates in the forward or reverse direction), the food ingredients contained in the internal space (S) are ground.

[0041] The container part (102) may further include a cover part (108) that is detachably coupled to the upper part to open and close the internal space (S).

[0042] The cover portion (108) has a watertight member formed of rubber or the like attached to the edge to prevent food ingredients contained in the internal space (S) from leaking out.

[0043] The cover portion (108) may further include an auxiliary cover portion (110).

[0044] The auxiliary cover (110) can be used to introduce additional food ingredients into the internal space (S) of the container (102) during the food ingredient grinding process.

[0045] The container part (102) may further include a handle part (112) attached to the side.

[0046] The handle portion (112) can be detachably attached to the side of the container portion (102).

[0048] Control main body (106)

[0049] The control main body (106) is configured so that the container part (102) is detachably coupled to and supported on the upper part.

[0050] The control main body (106) includes a drive unit (not shown) that supplies rotational driving power by detachably coupling a rotating shaft (202) to a crushing blade (402) included in the container unit (102).

[0051] The drive unit can be provided as, for example, an electric motor.

[0052] The control body (106) has a structure in which at least one elastic member (104) is formed on the upper surface to elastically support the lower surface of the container part (102).

[0053] With such an elastic member (104), the container part (102) can be elastically supported by the elastic member (104) and shake smoothly during the grinding process of food ingredients.

[0054] The elastic member (104) may be provided as an elastic module including, for example, a coil spring.

[0055] The elastic member (104) may be provided, for example, with four elastic modules to stably elastically support the lower surface of the container part (102).

[0056] Meanwhile, the rotation shaft (202) of the drive unit that provides rotational driving force to the grinding blade (402) may be provided as a flexible rotation shaft including a universal joint structure.

[0057] A universal joint is a type of coupling used to connect two shafts when they are located relatively far apart or when the angle (deviation) between them is large.

[0058] In this way, by applying a universal joint structure to the rotation shaft (202) of the drive unit, the rotational driving force of the drive unit can be stably transmitted to the grinding blade (402) even if the container unit (102) shakes when grinding food ingredients.

[0060] As described above, according to one embodiment of the present invention, at least one elastic member is formed on the upper surface of the control body to elastically support the lower surface of the container part in which the food material to be ground is contained within the internal space, thereby enabling the container part to shake smoothly while being elastically supported by the elastic member during the food material grinding operation, thus improving the efficiency of the food material grinding operation.

[0061] In addition, the rotational shaft of the drive unit included in the control body has a flexible universal joint structure, so that the rotational driving force of the drive unit is fully transmitted to the grinding blade of the container unit despite shaking of the container unit due to external force during food grinding, thereby improving the efficiency of the food grinding operation.

[0062] Although it has been described above that all components constituting an embodiment of the present invention are combined or operate as a single unit, the present invention is not necessarily limited to such an embodiment. That is, within the scope of the purpose of the present invention, all components may be selectively combined in one or more ways to operate.
