Description

Technology Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a defensive wall for preventing flooding in the inner area and preventing wave overtopping in the outer area, and more specifically, to a defensive wall for preventing flooding in the inner area and preventing wave overtopping in the outer area that can provide selective water barriers in one direction through a plurality of water barrier plates. Background Technology

[0002] Generally, flood barriers containing transparent glass panels are installed near rivers to serve as pedestrian walkways during normal times while preventing flooding in the event of a flood.

[0003] However, conventional flood barriers cannot be opened or closed; while they can prevent flooding from the excluded area to the inland area, conversely, when heavy rain or clogged drains in the inland area cause the water level to rise instantaneously, drainage to the excluded area becomes impossible, resulting in a problem where floods are not prevented but rather triggered.

[0004] To address these problems, there is a growing need for a unidirectional selective water-blocking barrier that can prevent flooding (overtopping) from the floodplain to the floodplain while providing smooth drainage from the floodplain to the floodplain.

[0005] Furthermore, conventional technologies use reinforced glass railings or transparent plates made of synthetic fiber materials such as transparent acrylic or plastic to provide pedestrians with a beautiful scenic view, but there was a problem in that the components between the support and the connecting parts were exposed, detracting from the aesthetics. [0033] FIG. 1 is a front perspective view of a defensive wall for preventing flooding inland and preventing wave overtopping inland according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a rear perspective view of a defensive wall for preventing flooding inland and preventing wave overtopping inland according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view of a defensive wall for preventing flooding inland and preventing wave overtopping inland according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 4 is a rear view of a defensive wall for preventing flooding inland and preventing wave overtopping inland according to the present invention.

[0034] A protective wall for preventing flooding in the inner area and preventing wave overtopping in the outer area according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 4.

[0035] First, with reference to FIG. 1, the configuration of a defensive wall for preventing flooding in the inner area and preventing wave overtopping in the outer area according to an embodiment of the present invention will be schematically described. The defensive wall for preventing flooding in the inner area and preventing wave overtopping in the outer area according to an embodiment of the present invention may include a base part (300), a water barrier plate, a support part (200), and a hinge part (400).

[0036] First, the base portion (300) may be placed on the ground or partially buried underground, and the support portion (200) may be fixed upright on the top. The top of the base portion (300) may be provided with a step.

[0037] The support member (200) can be fixed by standing upright in the direction of gravity on the top of the base member (300) and can be provided in a shape similar to an H-shaped steel beam. Multiple support members (200) can be provided at predetermined intervals in the longitudinal direction.

[0038] A water barrier plate (100) may be provided between the plurality of support members (200). The number of water barrier plates may increase or decrease in correspondence with the number of support members (200) arranged.

[0039] The water barrier plate (100) may include a first water barrier plate (110) and a second water barrier plate (120) arranged sequentially in the direction of gravity. That is, in the present invention, at least two water barrier plates may be arranged in the direction of gravity. The first water barrier plate (110) and the second water barrier plate (120) may be optionally provided with a material such as transparent tempered glass or plastic or carbon fiber.

[0040] The hinge portion (400) may be provided to rotatably connect the second water plate (120) to the second flange (220). That is, it may be provided between the second flange (220) and the second water plate (120).

[0042] Referring to FIGS. 1 to 4, the support member (200) may be composed of a first flange (210) and a second flange (220) positioned facing each other at the front and rear, and a web (230) connecting the first flange (210) and the second flange (220).

[0043] The support member (200) can fix at least a portion of the first water plate (110) by gripping it. That is, the first water plate (110) can be joined by being sandwiched between the support member (200), more specifically between the flanges of the support member (200).

[0044] The first flange (210) is provided at the front and the second flange (220) is provided at the rear, and the second flange (220) is formed to be shorter than the height of the first flange (210) so as to prevent interference when the second water plate (120) is opened. Specifically, the uppermost parts of the first flange (210) and the second flange (220) are positioned at the same height, and the lowermost part of the second flange (220) and the uppermost part of the second water plate (120) can be positioned at the same height. That is, the second flange (220) can be formed to be shorter than the first flange (210) by the height of the second water plate (120). However, if the lowest end of the second plate (120) described later is positioned at a lower height than the lowest end of the first flange (210), the difference may be excluded. That is, the second flange (220) may be formed shorter than the first flange (210) by the amount excluding the height difference between the lowest end of the second plate (120) and the lowest end of the first flange (210) at the height of the second plate (120).

[0045] Meanwhile, in another embodiment of the present invention, the thickness of the web (230) may be thinner than the thickness of the flange. That is, when provided with a high-rigidity steel material, the thickness of the web (230) may be selected to be narrower to improve installation convenience by reducing the occurrence of play and the load on the support member (200).

[0047] Referring to FIG. 3, the base portion (300) may include an internal rotation portion (310) that is extended forward at the bottom for a predetermined length, a kicker portion (320) and a joist (330) of different heights.

[0048] At this time, the kicker part (320) may be provided at a higher height than the joist (330). Additionally, the kicker part (320) may be provided in front of the joist (330).

[0049] The lowest end of the second water plate (120) may be positioned at a lower height than the upper end of the kicker section (320). Accordingly, at least a portion of the second water plate (120) and the kicker section (320) may be positioned on the same height line to improve airtightness, and rotation toward the front of the second water plate (120) may be prevented, thereby preventing water from flowing from the excluded area to the included area.

[0050] The internal rotation part (310) can be formed to extend forward by a predetermined length. Accordingly, the problem of rotational play in the protective wall for flood prevention in the inner area and wave overtopping prevention in the outer area according to the embodiment of the present invention can be prevented by the torque transmitted by the water pressure applied from the outer area to the inner area.

[0051] Meanwhile, the first water plate (110) may further include a bumper portion formed protruding from the bottom. The bumper portion is positioned so that at least a portion of it is in contact with the top of the second water plate (120) when the second water plate (120) is closed, thereby preventing water from the excluded area from flowing into the enclosed area.

[0052] The support member (200) can be connected to the upper part of the kicker member (320) by a fastening member (260). More specifically, the lower end of the first flange (210) can be connected to the upper part of the kicker member (320) by a fastening member (260).

[0053] Meanwhile, the support member (200) may further include a base member (240) and an open space (250).

[0054] The support portion (240) may be formed to extend from the web (230) in the longitudinal direction by a predetermined distance on both sides. The support portion (240) supports the first water plate (110) from below to prevent movement or detachment of the first water plate (110) due to hydraulic pressure.

[0055] The open space (250) may be provided as an empty space that does not interfere with the rotation of the second water plate (120).

[0057] Referring to the enlarged view of FIG. 2, the hinge portion (400) may include a first hinge bracket (410) coupled to the second flange (220), a second hinge bracket (420) coupled to the second plate (120), and a hinge shaft (430) connecting the first hinge bracket (410) and the second hinge bracket (420).

[0058] The above water barrier plate (100) may further include a step compensation part (130) that is formed to protrude by the step difference between the rear surface of the second water barrier plate (120) and the rear surface of the second flange (220). At this time, the step compensation part (130) can be combined together while positioned between the second hinge bracket (420) and the second water barrier plate (120). Accordingly, the step compensation part (130) can prevent water flow between the outer and inner areas by eliminating the gap caused by the step difference while improving the coupling force and elasticity of the hinge part (400).

[0059] Meanwhile, the hinge shaft (430) may include an elastic body that provides a predetermined force in a direction in which the first hinge bracket (410) and the second hinge bracket (420) maintain a horizontal position. Accordingly, when the water level of the inner area rises above a predetermined height compared to the water level of the outer area, the hinge portion (400) can be selectively folded and opened only when the water pressure exceeds the elastic force of the elastic body.

[0061] Referring to FIG. 4, the hinge portion (400) has a width narrower than the width of the first flange (210) and the second flange (220) and is positioned behind the first flange (210), so that it can be prevented from being exposed when viewed from the front. Accordingly, when pedestrians in the inner area look at the barrier wall for flood prevention in the inner area and wave overtopping prevention in the outer area according to the present invention, the hinge is not visible in their field of view, thereby improving the aesthetic sense.

[0062] Meanwhile, referring to FIG. 4, the first water barrier (110) can be fixed by a clamp (270) connection while positioned between the first flange (210) and the second flange (220). Additionally, the second water barrier (120) can be fixed at the upper and lower ends by the second flange (220) and the kicker part (320). Accordingly, the first water barrier (110) and the second water barrier (120) can prevent wave overtopping from the excluded area to the included area.

[0064] FIG. 5 is a perspective view of an open state of a defensive wall for preventing flooding inland and preventing wave overtopping inland according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 6 is a rear view of an open state of a defensive wall for preventing flooding inland and preventing wave overtopping inland according to an embodiment of the present invention.

[0065] With reference to FIGS. 5 and 6, the open state of a defensive wall for flood prevention in the inner area and wave overtopping prevention in the outer area according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail.

[0066] The above second water plate (120) can be positioned so as to be rotatable with its uppermost part as a virtual axis. The second water plate (120) can be opened by water pressure when the water level in the inner area is higher than the water level in the outer area. At this time, the second water plate (120) can form a drainage space (121) in which water from the inner area is drained to the outer area while the second water plate (120) is opened.

[0067] The angle at which the second water plate (120) opens can be determined by the difference in water level between the inner and outer areas. That is, the water pressure caused by the difference in water level between the inner and outer areas can be opened in a limited manner to the extent that the hinge portion (400) provides force to fold. Conversely, when the water pressure begins to decrease, the hinge portion (400) opens again, and the second water plate (120) can close the open space. Accordingly, the barrier for preventing flooding in the inner area and preventing wave overtopping in the outer area according to the embodiment of the present invention can guide fluid in a limited manner only in one direction from the inner area to the outer area.

[0069] Although embodiments of the present invention have been described in more detail with reference to the attached drawings, the present invention is not necessarily limited to these embodiments and may be modified in various ways within the scope of the technical spirit of the present invention. Accordingly, the embodiments disclosed in the present invention are intended to explain, not limit, the technical spirit of the present invention, and the scope of the technical spirit of the present invention is not limited by these embodiments. Therefore, the embodiments described above should be understood as illustrative in all respects and not restrictive. The scope of protection of the present invention shall be interpreted by the claims below, and all technical spirits within an equivalent scope shall be interpreted as being included within the scope of rights of the present invention.

[0070] Therefore, other implementations, other embodiments, and equivalents to the claims also fall within the scope of the claims set forth below. Explanation of the symbols
