FIG. 3 is a drawing for explaining the leg frame and connecting frame, etc. FIG. 4 is a drawing for explaining additional embodiments of the present invention. Specific details for implementing the invention
[0020] The advantages and features of the present invention and the methods for achieving them will become clear by referring to the embodiments described below in detail together with the accompanying drawings. However, the present invention is not limited to the embodiments disclosed below but may be implemented in various different forms. These embodiments are provided merely to ensure that the disclosure of the present invention is complete and to fully inform those skilled in the art of the scope of the invention, and the present invention is defined only by the scope of the claims.
[0021] Throughout this specification, when a part is described as being "connected" to another part, this includes not only cases where they are "directly connected," but also cases where they are "indirectly connected" with other elements interposed between them.
[0023] FIG. 2 is a drawing for explaining a camouflage frame structure according to one embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 3 is a drawing for explaining a leg frame and a connecting frame, etc.
[0024] A camouflage frame structure (S) according to one embodiment of the present invention includes a cover that covers an object to be covered and a frame (2) on which the cover is installed, and is configured so that the frame (2) can be rotated without applying much force during the opening and closing process. For convenience of explanation, it will be referred to as the ‘structure’ below.
[0025] Referring to FIG. 2, the present structure (camouflage frame structure (S)) may include a base (1), a frame (2), and a chain hoist (3) (chain block).
[0026] The base (1) is a body placed on the floor where the structure is installed, and may be, for example, a frame structure.
[0027] For example, a pair of the above bases (1) can be arranged as shown in FIG. 2.
[0028] The frame (2) is equipped with a camouflage screen, and its lower portion can be rotatably connected to the inner upper portion of the base (1).
[0029] When describing this structure, each component will be described based on the state in which the camouflage net covers the object as shown in Fig. 2.
[0030] Here, the lower side (lower, bottom, etc.) refers to the lower side (lower, bottom, etc.) based on FIG. 2, and the upper side (upper, top, etc.) may refer to the upper side (upper, top, etc.) based on FIG. 2. This shall be applied in the following description.
[0031] As described above, it was stated that a pair of bases (1) may be provided, and the inner side may refer to the space between the pair of bases (1). That is, the inner side may refer to the inner space side when the cover is covering the object as in FIG. 2, and refers to the left direction based on FIG. 3, and the outer side may refer to the outer side of the inner space, and refers to the right direction based on FIG. 3. The same shall be applied in the following description.
[0032] Referring to FIGS. 2 and 3, the structure may include a pivoting member (5) that protrudes upward from the inner upper portion of the base (1) and whose upper portion is pivotally connected (exemplarily hinged) to the lower portion of the frame (2).
[0033] The frame (2) can be rotatably coupled to the rotational coupling member (5) and rotated, and as described above, since a camouflage net is installed on the frame (2), the object can be covered or opened as the frame (2) rotates.
[0034] Referring to FIGS. 2 and 3, the frame (2) may include an installation frame (21) on which the camouflage net is installed, the lower part of which is rotatably connected to the upper part of the base (1) (the upper part of the pivoting member (5)), and which has the shape of an arch or a partial arch (arch segment) when viewed from the front.
[0035] Here, "front" may refer to the frontal direction based on FIGS. 2 and FIGS. 3, and "rear" may refer to the opposite direction based on FIGS. 2 and FIGS. 3, which is the rearal direction. The same will be explained in the following description.
[0036] For example, as shown in FIG. 2, it was stated that a pair of bases (1) may be provided, and thus the installation frame (21) may have a semi-arch shape (partial arch) when viewed from the front.
[0037] Although not shown, the above-mentioned installation frame (21) may include a plurality of curved frames spaced apart along the front-rear direction having an arch or partial arch shape, an upper frame connecting the upper ends of the plurality of curved frames, a lower frame connecting the lower ends of the plurality of curved frames, and a middle frame having a length parallel to the upper frame and connecting the center sides of the plurality of curved frames.
[0038] In this way, the installation frame (21) on which the camouflage net is installed in the structure has an arch or partial arch shape when viewed from the front, so the object placed in the inner space formed by the camouflage net can be easily rotated, which has the advantage of making radar use easy.
[0039] Referring to FIG. 3, the frame (2) (frame member) may include a pair of leg frames (22) positioned with the front or rear side of the installation frame (21) in between.
[0040] For example, a pair of leg frames (22) may be positioned with one of the multiple curved frames positioned at the front or the other positioned at the rear in between.
[0041] The leg frame (22) can intersect the curved frame in a straight line, and the upper part can be positioned outside the inner space formed by the camouflage screen.
[0042] The frame (2) may include a connecting frame (23) that connects the upper parts of a pair of leg frames (22) and to which a fixing hook of a chain hoist (3) described later is attached.
[0043] Referring to FIGS. 2 and 3, the chain hoist (3) may include a housing (31) that accommodates a transformer inside and is connected to and fixed to the frame (2), a hand chain (32) that is coupled to the transformer, and a load chain (33) that is coupled to the transformer and is connected to and fixed to the outer part of the base (1).
[0044] The structure may include a fixing member (6) that is provided on the upper outer side of the base (1) and is fixed by being coupled with the load chain (33).
[0045] For example, the fixed member (6) may include a closed ring, and the chain hoist (3) may include a load hook provided at the end of the load chain (33) and hooked onto the fixed member (6).
[0046] Accordingly, as the load hook is hooked and fixed to the fixing member (6), the load chain (33) can be fixed to the fixing member (6).
[0047] The above transformer may include a gear system, and each of the hand chain (32) and the load chain (33) engages with the gear system.
[0048] Depending on the size of the gears of the gear system, a user holding the hand chain (32) can apply a large force to the load chain (33) with a small amount of force, and the chain hoist (33) is a known product, so a more detailed description will be omitted.
[0049] The upper part of the housing (31) of the chain hoist (33) is provided with the above-described fixing hook, and the housing (31) can be fixed to the frame (2) by hanging the fixing hook on the connecting frame (23) as described above.
[0050] The hand chain (32) has its center wrapped around one gear of the gear system and has both ends hanging downward. When a user pulls one of the ends of the hand chain (32), the load chain (33) is moved upward, and when the user pulls the other end, the load chain (33) is moved downward.
[0051] At this time, as described above, the lower end of the load chain (33) is fixed to the fixed member (6). When one of the two ends of the hand chain (32) is pulled to lift the lower end of the load chain (33) upward, the lower end of the load chain (33) is fixed to the fixed member (6), causing the housing (31) to move downward.
[0052] At this time, the housing (31) is connected to and fixed to the connecting frame (23), so the upper part of a pair of leg frames (22) is moved downward, and the installation frame (21) is rotated clockwise with the upper part of the pivot coupling member (5) as the central axis based on FIG. 3 so that the camouflage screen is opened to the target object.
[0053] Conversely, when the user pulls the other of the pair of hand chains (32), the tension decreases as the length of the load chain (33) between the gear system and the fixed member (6) increases, and the installation frame (21) can rotate counterclockwise with the upper part of the pivot coupling member (5) as the central axis due to the weight of the frame (2) and the camouflage nets, so that the camouflage nets can cover the object.
[0054] Depending on the situation, a weight may be connected to the lower part of the pair of leg frames (22).
[0055] In this way, the structure can rotate the frame (2) on which the camouflage net is installed using a chain hoist (3) with less force, thereby covering or opening the object.
[0056] Referring to FIG. 3, the frame (2) may include a support frame (24) in which the lower part is connected to the lower part (lower part of the curved frame) of the installation frame (21) and the upper part is connected to the upper part (upper part of the curved frame) of the installation frame (21).
[0057] This allows the bending of the curved frame caused by the weight of the camouflage net to be suppressed.
[0058] As shown in FIG. 3, the structure can have one frame (2) installed on one base (1), and in this case, the curved frame (211) of the installed frame (21) is preferably in the shape of an arch when viewed from the front.
[0059] Conversely, as shown in FIG. 2, when a pair of bases (1) are provided, a pair of installation frames (21) may also be provided. In this case, the curved frames (211) are configured in a partial arch shape so that when the camouflage screen covers an object, the two curved frames (211) can form an arch shape.
[0061] FIG. 4 is a drawing for illustrating additional embodiments of the present invention.
[0062] Hereinafter, additional embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. 4.
[0063] Referring to FIG. 4, the pivot coupling member (5) may include a lower portion (51) with its lower portion fixed to the base (1), an upper portion (52) positioned above the lower portion (51) and having its upper portion pivotably coupled to the frame (2), an insertion groove (53) formed from the upper portion (51) downward, an insertion portion (54) protruding downward from the lower portion (52) to be inserted into the insertion groove (53), a screw hole (55) formed from the front (or inner) portion of the lower portion (51) to the rear (or outer) portion and communicating with the insertion groove (53), and a pressure bolt (56) that penetrates the screw hole (55), is screw-fastened to the screw hole (55), and presses the insertion portion (54) inserted into the insertion groove (53).
[0064] Additionally, the rotational coupling member (5) may include a fitting groove (58) formed from the rear side (or outer side) of the pressure bolt (56) to the front (or inner side).
[0065] Additionally, the pivot coupling member (5) may include a pressure pad (57) comprising a body (571) formed of a resin material and positioned on the rear side (or outer side) of the pressure bolt (56), and a fitting protrusion (572) protruding forward (or inward) from the body (571) and inserted into the fitting groove (58).
[0066] When the pressure bolt (56) is not screw-fastened to the screw hole (55), the upper part (52) can move up and down relative to the lower part (51); conversely, when the pressure bolt (56) is screw-fastened to the screw hole (55) and presses the insertion part (54) inserted into the insertion groove (53), the position of the upper part (52) is fixed.
[0067] The height of the rotational coupling member (5) can be adjusted according to the degree of screw fastening of the pressure bolt (56) and the screw hole (55), and thus the height of the frame (2) can be adjusted, allowing the structure to be applied to a wider variety of objects.
[0068] The pressure pad (57) is positioned between the pressure bolt (56) and the insertion part (54) to prevent damage to the pressure bolt (56) and the insertion part (54), and is fitted and connected to the pressure bolt (56) so that it can be replaced.
[0069] The structure includes a caster (7) provided at the bottom of the base (1), so that the structure can be easily moved, and when the position of the object changes, the structure can be moved to cover the object.
[0070] At this time, the structure may include a fixing means (8) comprising a tube (81) having an up-and-down length provided at the bottom of the base (1), a first screw thread provided on the inner surface of the tube (81), and a screw rod (83) having a second screw thread provided on its outer surface and screw-fastened with the first screw thread, the upper part of which is inserted into the tube (81).
[0071] When the screw rod (83) moves downward, the lower end of the screw rod (83) comes into contact with the floor and causes friction, thereby restricting the movement of the base (1) by the caster (7); conversely, when the screw rod (83) moves upward, the movement of the structure is possible by the caster (7).
[0072] The structure may include a screw groove (91) formed from the upper side to the lower side of the base (1) and a screw protrusion (92) that is provided protruding downward from the lower side of the lower part (51) to be inserted into the screw groove (91) and has screw threads on its outer surface to be screw-fastened with the screw groove (91).
[0073] The frame (2) and base (1) can be separated by the detachable coupling means (9) to perform replacement and maintenance, and the height of the frame (2) on which the camouflage net is installed can be further adjusted by adjusting the degree of screw fastening of the screw groove (91) and the screw protrusion (92).
[0075] Although embodiments of the present invention have been described above with reference to the attached drawings, those skilled in the art will understand that the present invention may be implemented in other specific forms without changing the technical concept or essential features thereof. Therefore, the embodiments described above should be understood as illustrative in all respects and not restrictive. Explanation of the symbols
