Description

Technology Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a tile drainage device, and more specifically, to a tile drainage device that enables simple and precise installation without the need to cut and attach tiles to the corresponding gap when an error gap occurs between the tile and the drainage device depending on the position of the drain pipe when connecting a floor drain pipe and tiles, such as in a bathroom. Background Technology

[0002] Tile drainage systems are essential for efficiently connecting tiles and drainage systems in construction and interior design work. Particularly in humid environments such as bathrooms, a stable connection between tiles and drain pipes is critical; leaks or poor drainage can lead to structural damage and problems like mold. To prevent these issues, tile drainage systems must firmly secure the drain pipes and tiles, maintain a tight seal, and provide stable performance over the long term.

[0003] In existing tile drainage systems, the position of the drain connection is fixed from the main body, so when connecting the drain connection and the drain pipe, a gap may occur between the drainage system and the adjacent tile. In such cases, the tile must be cut to a size that fits the gap and attached, resulting in inefficient construction in terms of time, labor, and cost.

[0004] Therefore, there is a need for a tile drainage system that overcomes these problems and enables simple and precise installation. Prior art literature

[0007] A tile drain device according to an embodiment of the present invention is a tile drain device installed between a floor drain pipe of a building and a tile finish surface, comprising: a base frame having a mounting surface formed on the upper inner side for a drain cover to be seated thereon, a guide hole formed in the center of the mounting surface that is open toward the drain pipe, and a wall-shaped guide rim that extends downward in a manner surrounding the guide hole and is spaced apart from the outer edge of the guide hole by a predetermined distance; an eccentric disc that is accommodated inside the guide rim, has a diameter smaller than that of the guide rim so as to be able to slide in a planar manner within the guide rim, and has a drain hole formed through the center that connects to the drain pipe; and a coupling cover that is coupled to the guide rim and fixes the eccentric disc to the base frame.

[0008] In addition, a coupling groove is formed indented along the circumferential direction on the inner circumference of the guide rim, and a coupling projection is formed protrudingly on the outer circumference of the coupling cover, which is inserted into the coupling groove and rotates along the guide rim to be fastened, and the coupling projection can move along the coupling groove by operating to rotate the coupling cover.

[0009] Additionally, the coupling groove may include an entry section that is open to allow the coupling projection of the coupling cover to enter in a vertical direction, and a locking section that extends horizontally from the entry section to prevent the coupling projection from coming off when rotated into place.

[0010] In addition, the upper surface of the eccentric disk may be formed as a drainage-guiding slope that slopes downward toward the drain hole.

[0011] In addition, a seating groove is formed on the upper edge of the eccentric disk so that a sealing member can be fixed. Effects of the invention

[0012] The present invention has the advantage of maintaining airtightness and stability between the tile and the drain pipe.

[0013] In addition, the present invention has the advantage of enabling simple and precise construction without additional tile cutting work by allowing the position of the drain connection part to be adjusted. Brief explanation of the drawing

[0022] Referring to Fig. 1, a conventional tile drain has an integrated structure in which a drain hole is fixedly formed in the center of a rectangular body. Due to this structural limitation, if the position of the drain pipe embedded in the floor is not located in the exact center of the reference grid (Grid, see green laser line) of the tiles, the installer must move the entire drain device to the position of the drain pipe to combine the drain pipe and the drain hole. In this process, the outer line of the drain device becomes misaligned with the reference position (laser line) of the tile finishing line, resulting in an irregular gap. Consequently, the installer faces the inconvenience of having to separately cut and attach tiles to fill this gap, which has become the main cause of increased construction time, higher labor costs, and reduced finishing quality.

[0023] Referring to FIG. 2, the present invention has a structure in which an outer base frame and an inner eccentric disc are separated and can be positioned independently. Accordingly, regardless of the buried position of the drain pipe, the installer can first accurately seat the base frame in alignment with the reference position of the tile finishing line (green laser line). Subsequently, the drain hole can be aligned with the position of the eccentric drain pipe by sliding the eccentric disc inside the frame in a horizontal direction. In other words, the present invention absorbs the positional error of the drain pipe through the movement of the eccentric disc within the device, thereby enabling precise and aesthetic construction without additional processes such as tile cutting. Consequently, it maximizes construction convenience and provides the effects of shortening the construction period and reducing costs.

[0024] Referring to FIGS. 3 to 9, a tile drain device (1) according to an embodiment of the present invention is installed between a floor drain pipe of a building and a tile finish surface and may include a base frame (100), an eccentric disk (200), and a coupling cover (300).

[0025] The base frame (100) is a square frame-shaped member that forms the overall framework of the tile drain device (10) according to the present invention, and is firmly fixedly installed on the floor slab or waterproof layer of a building.

[0026] This base frame (100) is formed with a recessed seating surface (110) on the upper inner side where a drain cover is seated, and a guide hole (120) open toward a drain pipe is formed in the center of the seating surface. The seating surface (110) refers to a stepped surface formed by being recessed downward to a predetermined depth on the inner side of the upper edge of the base frame (100). This recessed structure is intended to ensure that when a drain cover, such as a tile tray or a drain grate, is seated, the height of the upper surface of the drain cover is level with the height of the uppermost part of the base frame (100) (i.e., the tile finish surface). Through this, no protruding parts are generated on the floor surface after construction is completed, thereby preventing tripping accidents for pedestrians and enabling an aesthetic finish. The guide hole (120) is a large-diameter opening formed by vertically penetrating the center of the seating surface (110). It serves as a passageway that spatially connects the drain pipe embedded in the lower part with the space above, and at the same time serves as an entryway to the receiving space where the eccentric disk (200) and the coupling cover (300), which will be described later, can be installed. In particular, it is desirable that the inner diameter of the guide hole (120) be formed to be sufficiently larger than the diameter of the drain pipe to secure spatial clearance for the eccentric disk (200) to move.

[0027] Additionally, the base frame (100) may be provided with a wall-shaped guide rim (130) that extends downward in a manner surrounding the guide hole (120) and is spaced a predetermined distance from the outer edge of the guide hole (120). This guide rim (130) has a cylindrical rib shape that protrudes vertically downward from the bottom surface of the base frame (100). Specifically, the inner space of the guide rim (130) forms a physical receiving space in which an eccentric disk (200), to be described later, is seated and can freely slide in a horizontal direction, and acts as an outer wall to prevent the eccentric disk (200) from moving outside the base frame (100) beyond the allowed range of movement.

[0028] Furthermore, a coupling groove (131) may be formed in the inner circumference (inner wall surface) of the guide rim (130) so that a coupling projection (310) of the coupling cover (300), which will be described below, can be inserted and fastened thereto. Through this, the guide rim (130) goes beyond the function of a simple wall and simultaneously performs the role of a support for a fastening means that interacts with the coupling cover (300) to pressurize and fix the eccentric disk (200).

[0029] The eccentric disk (200) is accommodated inside the guide rim (130) of the base frame (100), has a diameter smaller than that of the guide rim (130) so that it can slide in a planar manner within the guide rim (130), and a drainage hole (210) connected to a drain pipe can be formed through the center.

[0030] This eccentric disc (200) serves as a key variable member that substantially corrects the buried position error of the drain pipe in the present invention. Specifically, the outer diameter of the eccentric disc (200) is formed to be smaller than the inner diameter of the guide rim (130), and a clearance space is secured inside the base frame (100) by the difference in diameter. This clearance space provides a range of movement that allows the eccentric disc (200) to slide freely in the horizontal direction (X-axis and Y-axis).

[0031] Accordingly, even with the base frame (100) fixed to the tile finishing line, the installer can independently move the internal eccentric disc (200) to accurately align the central drain hole (210) vertically with the position of the floor drain pipe. In other words, the problem of the drain pipe's eccentricity can be solved internally within the device without cutting the tile.

[0032] In addition, the upper surface of the eccentric disk (200) is formed as a downward slope that is high at the edges and becomes lower towards the central part where the drainage hole (210) is located, so that the incoming drainage is not stagnated on the disk surface and is smoothly discharged into the drainage hole (210).

[0033] The coupling cover (300) is coupled to the guide rim (130) of the base frame (100) to fix the eccentric disk (200) to the base frame (100).

[0034] Specifically, a coupling groove (131) is formed indented along the circumferential direction on the inner circumference of the guide rim (130), and a coupling projection (310) is formed protrudingly on the outer circumference of the coupling cover (300) to be inserted into the coupling groove (131) and rotated along the guide rim (130) to be fastened, and the coupling projection (310) can move along the coupling groove (131) by operating to rotate the coupling cover (300).

[0035] In detail, the coupling groove (131) may include an entry section (1311) that is open to allow the coupling projection (310) to enter in a vertical direction, and a locking section (1312) that extends horizontally from the entry section (1311) to prevent the coupling projection (310) from coming off when rotating into place. That is, the coupling groove (131) may have an 'L' shape or a similar slot structure. The entry section (1311) is a section that opens vertically downward from the top of the guide rim (130), providing a passage through which the coupling projection (310) of the coupling cover (300) can first enter vertically, and the locking section (1312) is a section that extends in a circumferential direction (horizontal direction) from the bottom of the entry section (1311). When the coupling cover (300) is rotated after the coupling projection (310) passes through the entry section (1311), the coupling projection (310) enters the locking section (1312). At this time, since the inner wall of the locking section (1312) physically blocks the vertical movement of the coupling projection (310), the coupling cover (300) is not separated in the vertical direction and is firmly locked to the guide rim (130). As a result, this joint structure provides rapid and strong fastening power without the need for separate fastening parts such as screws, significantly improving construction convenience.

[0037] Hereinafter, a tile drain device according to another embodiment of the present invention will be described. A tile drain device according to another embodiment of the present invention may be substantially identical to the tile drain device according to the embodiment of the present invention described above, except that it further includes a sealing member (400) and a seating groove (220) is formed on an eccentric disk (200). Therefore, redundant descriptions will be omitted.

[0039] FIG. 10 is a drawing of an eccentric disk and a sealing member of a tile drainage device according to another embodiment of the present invention.

[0041] Referring to FIG. 10, a seating groove (220) is formed in the upper edge of the eccentric disk (200), so that a sealing member (400) made of an elastic material can be firmly seated and fixed.

[0042] This sealing member (400) is interposed between the eccentric disk (200) and the bottom surface of the base frame (100) and performs the function of maintaining a hermetic seal between the two members. Specifically, when a user rotates and locks the coupling cover (300), the coupling cover (300) presses the eccentric disk (200), and this pressing force is transmitted through the eccentric disk (200) to the sealing member (400) located below it. Accordingly, the sealing member (400) is elastically compressed and deformed between the eccentric disk (200) and the base frame (100), and adheres tightly to both sides without gaps. As a result, even though the eccentric disk (200) is a movable structure, after fixing the position, the bottom surface gap (Interface) is completely sealed by the sealing member (400), thereby fundamentally preventing sewage from leaking through a path other than the drain hole (210) or the backflow of odors from the bottom.

[0043] Additionally, although FIG. 10 illustrates a seating groove (220) formed on the upper surface of the eccentric disk (200) to ensure close contact with the base frame (100), a seating groove is also formed on the lower surface and a sealing member is seated thereon, thereby manufacturing the eccentric disk (200) and the coupling cover (300) to ensure close contact, allowing for double sealing.

[0045] Although embodiments of the present invention have been described above, the spirit of the present invention is not limited to the embodiments presented in this specification. Those skilled in the art who understand the spirit of the present invention may easily propose other embodiments within the scope of the same spirit by adding, changing, deleting, or adding components, and such embodiments shall also be considered to fall within the scope of the spirit of the present invention.
