[0027] Taking the above problems into account, the applicant proposes a display panel, wherein the display panel comprises a substrate, an isolation structure, a light-emitting unit, a first electrode, and a second electrode, and a plurality of second electrodes are spaced apart from the substrate; the isolation structure is disposed on the substrate on the same side as the second electrode, and the isolation structure surrounds to form an isolation opening and a first opening, and the second electrode is exposed from the isolation opening, and the orthogonal projection of the second electrode on the substrate is misaligned with the orthogonal projection of the first opening on the substrate; the light-emitting unit comprises a first light-emitting unit and a second light-emitting unit, the first light-emitting unit is located within the isolation opening and is also located on one side of the second electrode facing away from the substrate, and the second light-emitting unit is located within the first opening; The first electrode includes a first sub-electrode and a second sub-electrode, the first sub-electrode is located within an isolation opening and is also located on one side of a first light-emitting unit facing away from the substrate, and at least a portion of the first sub-electrode is overlapped and joined with the inner wall surface of an isolation structure facing the isolation opening, and the second sub-electrode is located within the first opening and is also located on one side of a second light-emitting unit facing away from the substrate, and at least a portion of the second sub-electrode is overlapped and joined with the inner wall surface of an isolation structure facing the first opening.

[0028] The display panel according to the present application can improve parasitic capacitors generated in the display panel and enhance the usage performance of the display panel by arranging a second sub-electrode within a first opening, so that the second sub-electrode acts as a shielding layer.

[0029] To better understand the present application, the display panel and display device of an embodiment of the present application are described in detail below with reference to the drawings. Here, the z-direction in the drawings is the thickness direction of the display panel, the x-direction in the drawings is the first direction, and the y-direction in the drawings is the second direction. For ease of drawing, the dimensions in the drawings are not necessarily proportional to the actual dimensions, and some hierarchical structures in the display panel are not depicted.

[0030] To better understand the present application, the display panel and display device of an embodiment of the present application are described in detail below with reference to the drawings.

[0031] Referring to FIGS. 1 to 3, FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram of a planar structure of a display panel according to an embodiment of the present application, FIG. 2 is a schematic diagram of an enlarged structure of position B of FIG. 1 in one example, and FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view of part AA of FIG. 2 in one example. Here, position B is within the display area (AA) of the display panel (10). FIG. 2 is a schematic diagram of an enlarged structure after the conductive layer is concealed.

[0032] As illustrated in FIGS. 1 to 3, an embodiment of the first aspect of the present application provides a display panel (10) comprising a substrate (100), an isolation structure (200), a light-emitting unit (300), a first electrode (400), and a second electrode (600), wherein a plurality of second electrodes (600) are spaced apart from the substrate (100). The isolation structure (200) is disposed on the substrate (100) on the same side as the second electrode (600), and the isolation structure (200) surrounds to form an isolation opening (210) and a first opening (220), and the second electrode (600) is exposed from the isolation opening (210), and the orthographic projection of the second electrode (600) on the substrate (100) is misaligned with the orthographic projection of the first opening (220) on the substrate (100). The light-emitting unit (300) includes a first light-emitting unit (310) and a second light-emitting unit (320), the first light-emitting unit (310) is located in an isolation opening (210) and is also located on one side of a second electrode (600) facing away from the substrate (100), and the second light-emitting unit (320) is located within the first opening (220). The first electrode (400) includes a first sub-electrode (410) and a second sub-electrode (420), the first sub-electrode (410) is located within the isolation opening (210) and is also located on one side of the first light-emitting unit (310) facing away from the substrate (100), and at least a portion of the first sub-electrode (410) is overlapped and joined with the inner wall surface of the isolation structure (200) facing the isolation opening (210), and the second sub-electrode (420) is located within the first opening (220) and is also located on one side of the second light-emitting unit (320) facing away from the substrate (100), and at least a portion of the second sub-electrode (420) is overlapped and joined with the inner wall surface of the isolation structure (200) facing the isolation opening (220).

[0033] Optionally, when using the display panel (10), the first light-emitting unit (310) is turned on and emits light, while the second light-emitting unit (320) does not emit light, that is, the first aperture (220) can be used as a light-transmitting aperture. The first aperture (220) can improve the transmittance of the display panel (10) as a light-transmitting aperture, and the improvement in light transmittance helps to improve the implementation of the under-screen camera method and the shooting effect of the under-screen camera. In addition, the first aperture (220) can be used to accommodate fingerprint wiring, thereby reducing the overall thickness of the display panel (10).

[0034] Optionally, the isolation structure (200) is used to block the light-emitting unit (300) and the first electrode (400). The second light-emitting unit (320) can be deposited in synchronization with the first light-emitting unit (310), and the second sub-electrode (420) can be deposited in synchronization with the first sub-electrode (410). During deposition, due to the blocking effect of the isolation structure (200), the deposited material forms a spaced-apart light-emitting unit (300) or a spaced-apart first electrode (400) separated by different openings. Here, the material of the first sub-electrode (410) and the second sub-electrode (420) is the same. Optionally, both the second electrode (600) and the first sub-electrode (410) are electrically connected to the first light-emitting unit (310) to supply power to the first light-emitting unit (310). Specifically, one of the second electrode (600) and the first sub-electrode (410) is an anode and the other is a cathode, and the embodiment of the present application is described as an example where the second electrode (600) is an anode and the first sub-electrode (410) is a cathode. The present application ensures that the second electrode (600) is not placed on one side of the second light-emitting unit (320) facing the substrate (100) so that only the first light-emitting unit (310) can be turned on and emit light, and the second light-emitting unit (320) within the first opening (220) does not emit light because power is not supplied by the anode, and the second sub-electrode (420) within the first opening (220) is used as a shielding layer.

[0035] The display panel (10) according to the embodiment of the present application blocks the light-emitting unit (300) and the first electrode (400) using an isolation structure (200), thereby eliminating the need for a mask when depositing the light-emitting unit (300) and the first electrode (400), which reduces the mold cost of the mask and reduces manufacturing costs. By placing the second sub-electrode (420) within the first opening (220), the second sub-electrode (420) acts as a shielding layer, thereby improving parasitic capacitors generated in the display panel (10) and enhancing the performance of the display panel (10). By depositing the second light-emitting unit (320) and the first light-emitting unit (310) in synchronization and depositing the second sub-electrode (420) and the first sub-electrode (410) in synchronization, the second light-emitting unit (320) and the second sub-electrode (420) do not require the addition of a separate manufacturing step, thereby reducing the manufacturing process and reducing the production cost of the display panel (10).

[0036] In some optional embodiments, a conductive layer (500) is further included, wherein the conductive layer (500) includes a first sub-conductive layer (510) disposed on a substrate (100) and a second sub-conductive layer (520) located on one side of an isolation structure (200) facing away from the substrate (100), the first sub-conductive layer (510) includes a first signal line (511), and the second sub-conductive layer (520) includes a second signal line (521), and the first signal line (511) and the second signal line (521) are located on different sides of the first sub-electrode (410).

[0037] Optionally, at least a portion of the orthographic projection of the first opening (220) in the substrate (100) is located outside the orthographic projection of the first signal line (511) in the substrate (100), and at least a portion of the orthographic projection of the first opening (220) in the substrate (100) is located outside the orthographic projection of the second signal line (521) in the substrate (100).

[0038] Even if the first signal line (511) and the second signal line (521) do not face the first opening (220), if there is no shielding layer in the first opening (220), a parasitic capacitor is still generated between the first signal line (511) and the second signal line (521) through the first opening (220). The parasitic capacitor between the first signal line (511) and the second signal line (521) is largest when the first signal line (511) and the second signal line (521) overlap. However, even if the first signal line (511) and the second signal line (521) are arranged in an alternating manner, if there is no shielding layer in the first opening (220), a parasitic capacitor is still generated between the first signal line (511) and the second signal line (521) through the first opening (220). The present application can improve the parasitic capacitor generated in the display panel (10) and improve the commercial performance of the display panel (10) by manufacturing a second sub-electrode (420) within the first opening (220), so that the second sub-electrode (420) made of metal material acts as a shielding layer.

[0039] Optionally, at least a portion of the orthographic projection of the isolation opening (210) in the substrate (100) is located outside the orthographic projection of the second signal line (521) in the substrate (100).

[0040] Optionally, the first signal line (511) includes at least one of a data line, a scan line, a power signal line, and a voltage reference line. The substrate (100) may be arranged in various ways, and the substrate (100) may include a first conductive layer, a second conductive layer, and a third conductive layer that are arranged in a stacked manner and disposed on one side of the substrate, and an insulating layer is disposed between all adjacent conductive layers. One of the first conductive layer, the second conductive layer, and the third conductive layer may be disposed in the same layer as the first sub-conductive layer (510). For example, a pixel driving circuit disposed on the substrate (100) includes a transistor and a storage capacitor. The transistor includes a semiconductor, a gate, a source, and a drain. The storage capacitor includes a first electrode plate and a second electrode plate. As an example, the gate and the first electrode plate may be located on the first conductive layer, the second electrode plate may be located on the second conductive layer, and the source and drain may be located on the third conductive layer.

[0041] Optionally, the second signal line (521) includes touch wiring.

[0042] A display panel (10) according to an embodiment of the present application improves the transmittance of the first opening (220) by positioning at least a portion of the orthographic projection of the first opening (220) in the substrate (100) outside the orthographic projection of the first signal line (511) in the substrate (100), and at least a portion of the orthographic projection of the first opening (220) in the substrate (100) outside the orthographic projection of the second signal line (521) in the substrate (100). By positioning the second sub-electrode (420) within the first opening (220), the second sub-electrode (420) can act as a shielding layer, thereby improving the parasitic capacitor generated between the first signal line (511) and the second signal line (521) and improving the performance of the display panel (10). Referring to FIG. 6, FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view of the AA portion of FIG. 2 in another example.

[0043] As can be seen in FIG. 6, in some optional embodiments, the orthographic projection of the first opening (220) in the substrate (100) is located outside the orthographic projection of the first signal line (511) in the substrate (100), and the orthographic projection of the first opening (220) in the substrate (100) is located outside the orthographic projection of the second signal line (521) in the substrate (100).

[0044] Optionally, the orthographic projection of the second signal line (521) on the substrate (100) overlaps with the orthographic projection of the isolation structure (200) on the substrate (100) or is located within the orthographic projection of the isolation structure (200) on the substrate (100). That is, the second signal line (521) does not exceed the distribution range of the isolation structure (200). The orthographic projection of the first signal line (511) on the substrate (100) overlaps with the orthographic projection of the isolation structure (200) on the substrate (100) or is located within the orthographic projection of the isolation structure (200) on the substrate (100). That is, the first signal line (511) does not exceed the distribution range of the isolation structure (200).

[0045] Optionally, the width of the orthographic projection of the second signal line (521) on the substrate (100) is smaller than the distance from the adjacent isolation opening (210) to the first opening (220) in the isolation structure (200). Optionally, the width of the orthographic projection of the second signal line (521) on the substrate (100) is smaller than the distance between the adjacent isolation openings (210) in the isolation structure (200). That is, since the width of the second signal line (521) is smaller than the width of the isolation structure (200), the influence of the second signal line (521) on the light emission of the first light-emitting unit (310) can be reduced, while the influence on the light transmission performance of the first opening (220) can be reduced.

[0046] Optionally, the orthographic projection of the second signal line (521) on the substrate (100) is located outside the orthographic projection of the first light-emitting unit (310) on the substrate (100), and the orthographic projection of the second signal line (521) on the substrate (100) is located outside the orthographic projection of the second light-emitting unit (320) on the substrate (100).

[0047] The display panel (10) according to the embodiment of the present application further improves the transmittance of the first opening (220) by ensuring that both the first signal line (511) and the second signal line (521) are completely offset from the first opening (220). By ensuring that the orthographic projection of the second signal line (521) on the substrate (100) overlaps with the orthographic projection of the isolation structure (200) on the substrate (100) or is located within the orthographic projection of the isolation structure (200) on the substrate (100), the second signal line (521) does not block the light emission of the light-emitting unit (300) and does not reduce the transmittance of the first opening (220).

[0048] Referring to FIGS. 10 to 13, FIG. 10 is a schematic diagram of the enlarged structure of position B of FIG. 1 in another example, FIG. 11 is a schematic diagram of the enlarged structure of position B of FIG. 1 in another example, FIG. 12 is a schematic diagram of the enlarged structure of position B of FIG. 1 in another example, and FIG. 13 is a schematic diagram of the enlarged structure of position B of FIG. 1 in another example.

That is, an opening formed by being surrounded by the second signal line (521) is larger than an opening formed by being surrounded by the isolation structures (200). Optionally, an opening formed by being surrounded by the isolation structures (200) located within the same second opening (522) is all an isolation opening (210) (as shown in FIG. 11), or a first opening (220) (as shown in FIG. 12), or includes both an isolation opening (210) and a first opening (220) (as shown in FIG. 13).

[0058] The display panel (10) according to the embodiment of the present application can reduce the mold cost of the mask and reduce manufacturing costs by ensuring that the orthographic projection of the isolation wall (230) on the substrate (100) is located within the orthographic projection of the blocking part (240) on the substrate (100), thereby blocking the light-emitting unit (300) and the first electrode (400) with the isolation structure (200).

By placing a second sub-electrode (420) within the first opening (220), the second sub-electrode (420) acts as a shielding layer, thereby improving parasitic capacitors generated in the display panel (10) and improving the usage performance of the display panel (10). By synchronously depositing the second light-emitting unit (320) and the first light-emitting unit (310), and synchronously depositing the second sub-electrode (420) and the first sub-electrode (410), the second light-emitting unit (320) and the second sub-electrode (420) do not require an additional separate manufacturing step, thereby reducing the manufacturing process and lowering the production cost of the display panel (10).

[0102] An embodiment of the third aspect of the present application also provides a display device comprising a display panel (10) of any one of the first aspects or a display panel (10) of the second aspect.
