Description

Technology Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a method and system for providing an all-in-one management support service for small and medium-sized enterprises, and more specifically, to a method and system for providing an all-in-one management support service for small and medium-sized enterprises that enables simplified processing of tasks related to personnel, payroll, accounting, certificate issuance, government subsidies, etc. Background Technology

[0002] Small and medium-sized enterprises, particularly startups, are characterized by starting with a small number of personnel and rapidly expanding their business.

[0003] Starting with a small team has the disadvantage of lacking business knowledge in various fields such as management, accounting, labor relations, HR, and marketing. Additionally, while we must respond to various government support policies, we often overlook them due to a lack of specialized knowledge.

[0004] The founder of the company sought external assistance or hired employees to perform various document preparation and administrative tasks, but because these processes were not automated, they inevitably had to consume manpower, time, and expenses.

[0005] Furthermore, since running a business involves various tasks such as internal management, document preparation, accounting, external affairs, and applying for support programs, hiring experts for each field was a considerable burden for the founder.

[0006] Therefore, technology is needed to automate and simplify each task required for business management. Prior art literature

[0024] Referring to FIG. 2, a service server (200) according to one embodiment may be configured to include a corporate information receiving unit (210), an administrative task processing unit (220), a support project recommendation unit (230), and an expert recommendation unit (240).

[0025] The corporate information receiving unit (210), administrative task processing unit (220), support project recommendation unit (230), and expert recommendation unit (240) may be program modules or hardware capable of communicating with external devices. Such program modules or hardware may be included in the service server (200) or other devices capable of communicating with it in the form of an operating system, application program modules, and other program modules, and may be physically stored on various known storage devices. Meanwhile, such program modules or hardware include, but are not limited to, routines, subroutines, programs, objects, components, data structures, etc., that perform specific tasks or execute specific abstract data types as described below according to the present invention.

[0026] The corporate information receiving unit (210) receives basic information about the company from the user terminal (100). The above basic corporate information may include the company name, address, personal details of the representative, business registration number, business type, industry, and employee information. In addition, information regarding necessary business information may be received together. The necessary business information may include information that one or more tasks are required among personnel management tasks (registration of information on new hires / resignees, automatic generation of employment contracts, etc.), payroll processing tasks (calculation of salary for each employee, automatic deduction and reflection of four major insurance premiums, printing of payslips, etc.), accounting processing tasks (registration of expenses, organization of basic tax data, etc.), and certificate issuance tasks (issuance of employment / career certificates, etc.).

[0027] The administrative task processing unit (220) can process requested tasks based on the corporate basic information and necessary task information received from the corporate information receiving unit (210).

[0028] According to one embodiment, based on the information of new hires or departing employees (name, age, affiliation, annual salary, etc.) received through the corporate information receiving unit (210), the information of new hires / departing employees can be registered in the corresponding corporate information, and in the case of hiring, an employment contract can be automatically generated and provided to the user terminal (100).

[0029] In addition, based on the annual salary information of each employee received by the corporate information receiving unit (210), the salary for each employee can be calculated, and the four major insurance premiums can be automatically reflected to generate a salary statement and then provided to the user terminal (100).

[0030] Meanwhile, expenses can be registered and tax data organized based on expense-related data (e.g., receipts, expenditure resolutions, etc.) received from the user terminal (100).

[0031] In addition, upon request from the user terminal (100), a certificate of employment or a certificate of career for a specific employee can be generated and provided to the user terminal (100).

[0032] According to one embodiment, the support project recommendation unit (230) can provide appropriate government support project information based on the basic corporate information and necessary business information received by the corporate information receiving unit (210).

[0033] Information on past government support programs and information on currently announced government support programs can be received from an external server.

[0034] The support project recommendation unit (230) can assign a score (P1) according to the following mathematical formula to each government support project currently being announced, and generate a set number of support projects as recommendation information in order of highest score, and provide them to the user terminal (100).

[0035]

[0036] In the above mathematical formula, a is the period elapsed since the start of the government support project, N is the number of companies that have benefited from the government support project during the set period, bi is the industry similarity between the i-th company that has benefited from the government support project and the company recommended for the support project, and ci is the similarity of administrative support characteristics between the i-th company that has benefited from the government support project and the company recommended for the support project.

[0037] Industry similarity can be calculated as follows. Each company has a primary business (identified through basic company information or business registration information), and the similarity can be calculated by assessing the similarity between these primary businesses; each primary business is assigned a Korean Standard Industrial Classification (KSIC) code. The higher the number of matching digits starting from the beginning of the corresponding KSIC code, the higher the calculated similarity.

[0038] Meanwhile, the similarity of the administrative work support characteristics is calculated as the similarity of the type of work supported among the types of work supported by the administrative work processing unit (220).

[0039] The types of tasks supported by the administrative task processing unit (220) are personnel management tasks, payroll processing tasks, accounting processing tasks, and certificate issuance tasks. The number of cases for each type of task supported by a specific company during a pre-set period may be stored as history in a database, and by utilizing this, the ratio of cases supported by each type of task for each company can be defined. According to this, for each company, a vector can be produced that has a dimension of the number of types of tasks (4 in the example above), and the value of each dimension is defined as the ratio of cases supported by each type of task. For example, if a specific company has 46 cases of personnel management tasks, 72 cases of payroll processing tasks, 68 cases of accounting processing tasks, and 14 cases of certificate issuance tasks during a pre-set period, the vector for that company will be defined as {23, 36, 34, 7}. By calculating the similarity between the vectors defined in this way, the similarity of administrative task support characteristics between companies can be calculated.

[0040] For companies that have not experienced receiving support services according to this embodiment, the vector value becomes 0, i.e., {0, 0, 0, 0}.

[0041] According to this method, a score (P1) for each support project can be calculated, and a predetermined number of government support projects can be listed and transmitted to a user terminal (100) as recommendation information.

[0042] In addition, according to an embodiment of the present invention, based on an artificial intelligence or machine learning algorithm, data regarding beneficiary company information for each support program is learned, a support program recommendation model according to company characteristics is obtained, and the most appropriate support program can be recommended by inputting the characteristics of the company into such a model.

[0043] Specifically, a support program recommendation model can be obtained by learning the correlation between characteristic information for each support program (information on the host organization, name of the support program, time elapsed since the initial start of the support program, etc.) and characteristic information of beneficiary companies for each support program (industry, location, size, etc.).

[0044] Through this, it becomes possible to model which support programs are most suitable based on the characteristics of the company.

[0045] If the characteristics of the company are entered into this model, the most suitable support program information can be output.

[0046] The expert recommendation unit (240) according to the implementation can calculate a vulnerability score (P2) for each type of work by referring to the ratio of the number of supported cases for each type of work supported by the administrative work processing unit (220) during a pre-set period.

[0047] P2=r1+r2

[0048] In the above mathematical formula, r1 is the ratio of the number of support cases for the corresponding task type, and r2 is the growth rate of the number of support cases for the corresponding task type during a pre-set period.

[0049] That is, through the above P2 value, it is possible to identify administrative work areas that appear vulnerable in the company, and provide a list of registered experts (e.g., tax accountant, certified public accountant, labor consultant, patent attorney, lawyer, etc.) for the said administrative work area to the user terminal (100).

[0050] According to one embodiment, tasks such as personnel, payroll, accounting, certificate issuance, and government subsidy application required for corporate management are automated, and furthermore, experts for each part can be recommended.

[0051] The foregoing description of the present invention is for illustrative purposes only, and those skilled in the art will understand that other specific forms can be easily modified without altering the technical spirit or essential features of the present invention. Therefore, the embodiments described above should be understood as illustrative in all respects and not restrictive. For example, each component described as a single unit may be implemented in a distributed manner, and components described as distributed may likewise be implemented in a combined form.

[0052] The scope of the present invention is defined by the claims set forth below, and all modifications or variations derived from the meaning and scope of the claims and equivalent concepts thereof should be interpreted as being included within the scope of the present invention.
