Abstract

The present invention relates to a method for recycling concrete pile residue. According to the method of recycling concrete pile residue of the present invention, the residue is cut and processed according to its size and intended use. Large residue is recycled for purposes such as fence landscaping, earth retaining wall construction, embankment construction, flood control materials, and drainage construction, while small residue is utilized for various purposes such as paving blocks, flowerbed boundaries, and as a substitute for bricks. This allows high-strength concrete pile residue, which would otherwise be discarded at a cost, to be recycled as a regenerative resource. Furthermore, it can prevent transportation and disposal costs for construction waste treatment, as well as pollution and environmental destruction caused by landfilling. Additionally, it can reduce environmental damage and resource depletion issues associated with the extraction of aggregates used as raw materials for the production of new concrete piles, as well as the economic burden resulting from rising raw material costs.

Description

Technology Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a method for recycling concrete pile residue. Background Technology

[0002] Concrete piles are high-strength concrete piles primarily used for foundation work to reinforce soft ground at apartment construction sites, and are commonly referred to in the industry as PHC piles (Pretensioned spun High-Strength Concrete Pile).

[0003] Recently, pile foundations are the most commonly used foundation methods at construction sites, and the driven pile method, which offers relative advantages in terms of noise and vibration, is also frequently used. Currently, prior to the construction of a building structure, steel pipe piles are driven into the ground using a pile driver to reinforce the soil, or concrete piles are installed by drilling holes in the ground at regular intervals down to the bedrock using a crane and a drill. However, due to differences in the height of the bedrock beneath the ground, concrete piles must be cut to align with the level line of the building structure, leaving behind residual concrete piles. While steel pipe piles are currently recycled as scrap metal, the residual concrete piles, despite containing high-strength steel cores and high-strength concrete, are crushed by an excavator crusher. Although the steel cores are recycled, the crushed concrete piles must be transported by vehicle and disposed of as construction waste, thus failing to provide an opportunity for recycling. Consequently, there are issues regarding transportation and disposal costs for construction waste, as well as pollution and environmental destruction resulting from the landfilling of construction waste. Furthermore, there are problems such as environmental destruction and resource depletion resulting from the extraction of aggregates used as raw materials for the production of new concrete piles, as well as additional economic burdens caused by rising raw material costs. The problem to be solved

[0004] This invention was developed to solve the aforementioned problems. Accordingly, the purpose of this invention is to recycle high-strength concrete pile residue, which is currently discarded at a cost, into a renewable resource. This is achieved by cutting and processing the massive amount of concrete pile residue generated after pile driving at the building level line, according to size and intended use. Large residue can be recycled for purposes such as fence landscaping, earth retaining wall construction, embankment construction, flood control, and drainage construction, while small residue can be utilized for various purposes such as paving blocks, flowerbed boundaries, and as a substitute for bricks. means of solving the problem

[0005] To achieve the above objectives, the present invention provides a method for recycling concrete pile residue, and more specifically,

[0006] Steps for transporting and unloading concrete pile residue from each construction site to the factory;

[0007] Step of sorting and classifying concrete pile residue;

[0008] It consists of the step of cutting and processing concrete pile residue,

[0009] The step of sorting and classifying concrete pile residue consists of a process of sorting and classifying by manufacturer (weight, density, strength, etc.), as manufacturing technologies applying various raw materials are being developed by multiple companies and the concrete piles produced by each company differ in weight, density, strength, etc.

[0010] The step of cutting and processing concrete pile residue consists of a process of cutting and processing the concrete pile residue into large pieces using concrete cutters and processors to suit recycling purposes such as fence landscaping, earth retaining work, embankment construction, flood control materials, and drainage construction, and a process of cutting and processing the concrete pile residue into small pieces suitable for recycling purposes such as paving blocks, flowerbed boundaries, and brick substitutes, thereby providing a method for recycling concrete pile residue that enables recycling in various fields and for multiple purposes.

[0011] In addition, a method for recycling concrete pile residue is provided, which includes an additional step of cutting and processing the concrete pile residue according to its intended use, followed by painting work suitable for that use. Effects of the invention

[0012] According to the method for recycling concrete pile residue of the present invention, the materials are cut and processed according to their size and intended use. Large residues are recycled for purposes such as fence landscaping, earth retaining wall construction, embankment construction, flood control materials, and drainage construction, while small residues are used for various purposes such as paving blocks, flowerbed boundaries, and as substitutes for bricks. This allows high-strength concrete pile residues, which would otherwise be discarded at a cost, to be recycled as a regenerative resource.

[0013] Furthermore, it can prevent transportation and disposal costs for construction waste treatment, as well as pollution and environmental destruction caused by landfilling. Additionally, it can reduce environmental damage and resource depletion issues associated with the extraction of aggregates used as raw materials for the production of new concrete piles, as well as the economic burden resulting from rising raw material costs. Brief explanation of the drawing

Figure 3 shows the concrete pile residue after cutting. FIG. 4 is a diagram showing the schematic steps of the concrete pile residue recycling method of the present invention. Specific details for implementing the invention

[0015] Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. Detailed descriptions of known functions and configurations that may obscure the essence of the present invention will be omitted. For the same reason, some components in the accompanying drawings have been exaggerated, omitted, or schematically depicted.

[0016] In addition, the content described through the embodiments described below is merely one embodiment for carrying out the present invention and is not limited to the content of the embodiments described below. Furthermore, terms and words used in this specification and claims should not be interpreted as being limited to their ordinary or dictionary meanings, but should be interpreted in a meaning and concept consistent with the technical spirit of the present invention.

[0017] As illustrated in FIGS. 1 to 3, high-strength concrete piles (100) are installed at regular intervals by drilling holes in the ground using a crane and a drill to the bedrock below the ground in order to reinforce the ground before construction of a construction structure at a construction site. The number of concrete piles (100) installed at this time is approximately 200 to 300 per apartment of about 250 pyeong. After the concrete piles (100) are installed, the concrete piles (100) on the ground are cut to align with the level line of the building structure due to the difference in height of the bedrock below the ground, and after cutting, the cut surface of the concrete piles (100) is covered with a lid (102) for the next process.

[0018] FIG. 3 shows the concrete pile residue (101) after cutting. Although many piles, such as concrete piles, steel piles, and concrete-steel pipe composite piles, are used as foundation piles, the concrete pile (100) is the most widely used among them because it has advantages such as high durability, ease of manufacturing with arbitrary lengths and cross-sectional areas, and the ability to select strength according to the ground. Since manufacturing technologies using various raw materials are being developed by various companies, the concrete pile (100) is manufactured with low weight, high density, and high strength. Generally, the compressive strength of concrete is about 210 to 270 kgf / cm2, but the compressive strength of the concrete pile (101) is approximately 400 to 700 kgf / cm2, which is about 2 to 3 times higher.

[0019] As illustrated in FIG. 4, the method for recycling concrete pile residue (101) of the present invention is,

[0020] Step (S1) of transporting and unloading concrete pile residue (101) from each construction site to a factory;

[0021] Step (S2) of sorting and classifying concrete pile residue (101);

[0022] The process consists of a step (S3) of cutting and processing the concrete pile residue (101).

[0023] The step (S2) of sorting and classifying concrete pile residue (101) is

[0024] Since manufacturing technologies using various raw materials are being developed by various companies, the concrete piles (100) produced by each company differ in weight, density, strength, etc., so this is a process of sorting and classifying by manufacturer (weight, density, strength, etc.).

[0025] The step (S3) of cutting and processing the concrete pile residue (101) is

[0026] The process involves cutting and processing the concrete pile residue (101) into large pieces for recycling purposes such as fence landscaping, earth retaining wall construction, embankment construction, flood control materials, and drainage construction using a concrete cutter and processing machine, and cutting and processing the concrete pile residue (101) into small pieces for recycling purposes such as paving blocks, flower bed boundaries, and brick substitutes, thereby enabling the concrete pile residue (101) to be recycled in various ways and for various purposes.

[0027] In addition, a step of cutting and processing the concrete pile residue (101) according to its intended use, and then painting it according to its intended use, may be performed.

[0028] As described above, according to the concrete pile residue recycling method of the present invention, large concrete residues, which are cut and processed according to size and intended use, can be recycled for purposes such as fence landscaping, earth retaining work, embankment construction, flood control, and drainage work, while small concrete residues can be used for various purposes such as sidewalk blocks, flowerbed boundaries, and as substitutes for bricks, thereby enabling the recycling of high-strength concrete pile residues, which would otherwise be discarded at a cost, into regenerated resources.

[0029] Furthermore, it prevents transportation and disposal costs for construction waste, as well as pollution and environmental destruction caused by landfilling. Additionally, it can reduce environmental damage and resource depletion issues associated with the extraction of aggregates used as raw materials for the production of new concrete piles, as well as the economic burden resulting from rising raw material costs.

[0030] Although the specific configuration of the method for recycling concrete pile residue according to the present invention has been described above, the present invention is not limited to the embodiments described above or the attached drawings, and it is understood that various modifications, changes in size and function, combinations, and substitutions are possible depending on design needs and other various factors within the scope of the spirit and essence of the present invention.
