Technology Field
[0001] The present invention relates to a wiper motor testing device and a method thereof, and more specifically, to a wiper motor testing device and a method thereof that tests the performance of a wiper motor by applying a load identical to that of an actual wiper to the wiper motor. Background Technology
[0002] Generally, vehicle windows are equipped with wipers to ensure clear visibility when it rains or snows, thereby preventing interference with driving.
[0003] Wipers are essential components for driving safety, as they ensure the driver's visibility in various weather conditions such as rain, snow, yellow dust (or fine dust).
[0004] The wiper motor is a component that governs the operation of the wiper through multiple linkage parts. When the wiper operates, the wiper motor operates continuously and strongly to minimize losses occurring during the motion conversion process.
[0005] Therefore, in order to continuously operate the wiper, the wiper motor needs to verify the reliability of its operation.
