The reference numbers of the embodiments are not limited to designated numbers, and all numbers may be accepted. The configurations presented in the embodiments may be extended to objects that produce the same purpose and effect. Sub-concepts of the configurations presented in the embodiments may be deemed implied even if they are not explicitly stated.
[0015] (Example 1-1) The present invention relates to a bridge bearing, comprising a bridge bearing (10) comprising an upper plate (11) that contacts the superstructure (1) of a bridge, a support portion (12) that accommodates the movement of the bridge, and a lower plate (13) that is anchored to the substructure (2) of the bridge, wherein the anchor comprises: an anchor rod (100) comprising an upper rod (110) having a screw thread formed in one direction on its side and whose upper end is coupled to the lower plate (13), and a lower rod (120) having a screw thread formed in the other direction on its side and located below the upper rod (110); and a socket (200) that is screw-coupled to the screw threads of the upper rod (110) and the lower rod (120) and varies the height-direction length of the anchor rod (100) according to the direction of rotation.
[0016] (Example 1-2) The present invention relates to a bridge bearing, and in Example 1-1, the anchor rod (100) comprises a guide shaft (131) formed in a shape extending from the lower part of the upper rod (110) toward the lower rod (120), and a movable guide body (130) formed as a groove in the lower rod (120) into which the guide shaft (131) is inserted and slides.
[0017] (Examples 1-3) The present invention relates to a bridge bearing, and in Example 1-2, the guide shaft (131) is formed with a chamfered end.
[0018] (Examples 1-4) The present invention relates to a bridge bearing, and in Example 1-2, the guide shaft (131) is formed to be connectable and detachable from the upper rod (110).
[0019] (Examples 1-5) The present invention relates to a bridge bearing, and in Example 1-4, the movable guide body (130) includes a guide shaft coupling projection (133) that extends in the height direction from the upper part of the guide shaft (131) and has screw threads formed on its side, and the upper rod (110) includes a guide shaft coupling groove (111) that has screw threads formed so that the guide shaft coupling projection (131) is inserted from the bottom and screw-coupled.
[0020] (Examples 1-6) The present invention relates to a bridge bearing, and in Example 1-2, the lower rod (120) includes an air vent hole (121) formed to communicate with the guide groove (132) and the lower end.
[0021] (Examples 1-7) The present invention relates to a bridge bearing, wherein in Example 1-1, the anchor includes a cover that encloses one or more selected from the upper rod (110), lower rod (120), and socket (200).
[0022] (Examples 1-8) The present invention relates to a bridge bearing, wherein in Example 1-7, the cover is formed of one or more films selected from a polymer material and a paper material.
[0023] The present invention relates to a bridge bearing (10), and more specifically, to a bridge bearing (10) comprising an upper plate (11) in contact with the superstructure (1) of a bridge, a support portion (12) that accommodates the movement of the bridge structure, and a lower plate (13) in contact with the substructure (2) of a bridge, wherein the bridge bearing (10) includes an anchor that embeds and anchors the lower plate (13) in the substructure (2) of the bridge.
[0024] The anchor of the present invention is coupled with a lower plate (13) and includes an anchor rod (100) that is embedded and fixed in the substructure (2) of a bridge and a socket (200) that varies the height-direction length of the anchor rod (100).
[0025] At this time, it is preferable that at least four anchors be connected to the lower plate (13) and fixed to the substructure (2) of the bridge, but this is not limited to various designs.
[0026] The anchor rod (100) is composed of an upper rod (110) having a screw thread formed in one direction on its side and the upper side joined to the lower plate (13), and a lower rod (120) having a screw thread formed in the other direction on its side and located below the upper rod (110).
[0027] That is, the anchor rod (100) has screw threads formed in opposite directions on the upper rod (110) and the lower rod (120). More specifically, if a left-hand screw thread is formed on the side of the upper rod (110), a right-hand screw thread is formed on the side of the lower rod (120).
[0028] The socket (200) is screw-coupled with the threads of the upper rod (110) and the lower rod (120) and is formed to vary the height-direction length of the anchor rod (100) according to the direction of rotation.
[0029] The socket (200) is screw-coupled to the threads of the upper rod (110) and the lower rod (120) to fix the position of the upper rod (110) and the lower rod (120) and prevent detachment. Additionally, the height-direction length of the anchor rod (100), which is composed of the upper rod (110) and the lower rod (120), can be varied by the stroke movement in the height direction of the upper rod (110) and the lower rod (120), in which threads are formed in opposite directions depending on the direction of rotation.
[0030] Through this, the present invention allows the upper rod (110) to be connected to the lower plate (13) and the lower rod (120) to be connected to the reinforcing bar formed in the substructure (2) of the bridge through welding or the like, and by varying the length of the anchor rod (100) using the socket (200), the height and inclination of the bridge support (10) can be easily controlled.
[0031] In addition, during maintenance operations including the replacement of the support member (12), the replacement of the support member (12) can be performed efficiently through the change in length of the anchor rod (100) without the need to cut the reinforcing bar that forms the substructure (2) of the bridge and is connected to the anchor in order to replace the existing anchor. Furthermore, if a change in the length of the existing anchor is required due to a change in laws or regulations after the completion of the bridge, an anchor of a selected length can be embedded in the substructure (2) of the bridge without replacing the existing anchor.
[0032] The anchor rod (100) of the present invention includes a guide shaft (131) formed in a shape extending from the lower part of the upper rod (110) toward the lower rod (120), and a movable guide body (130) formed as a groove in the lower rod (120) into which the guide shaft (131) is inserted and slides.
[0033] The movement guide (130) prevents the upper rod (110) and the lower rod (120), which are screw-coupled according to the rotation of the socket (200), from deviating from the centerline of movement between the upper rod (110) and the lower rod (120) when they move in a stroke direction in the height direction. In addition, by maintaining the centerline of movement between the upper rod (110) and the lower rod (120), it enables accurate screw movement of the screw thread connected to the socket (200). That is, the anchor rod (100), which includes the upper rod (110) and the lower rod (120), prevents the upper rod (110) and the lower rod (120) from deviating from their positions when the length changes in the height direction while supporting a large load, thereby enabling accurate adjustment of the height and inclination of the bridge bearing (10).
[0034] At this time, the guide shaft (131) is preferably formed with a straight cross-section to prevent it from being supported in the guide groove (132) and disengaged, but the end may be formed with a chamfer for easy insertion into the guide groove (132).
[0035] The moving guide body (130) is formed to be connectable and detachable with the upper rod (110).
[0036] As an example of this, the moving guide body (130) includes a guide shaft coupling projection (133) that extends in the height direction from the upper part of the guide shaft (130) and has screw threads formed on its side, and the upper rod (110) may include a guide shaft coupling groove (111) that has screw threads formed so that a guide shaft coupling projection (131) is inserted from the bottom and screw-coupled.
[0037] The moving guide body (130) is formed to be connectable and detachable with the upper rod (110), thereby not only making transportation and loading easier, but also allowing guide shafts (131) of various lengths to be selectively connected and used.
[0038] In addition, the lower rod (120) includes an air vent hole (121) formed to communicate with the guide groove (132) and the lower end. The air vent hole (121) is configured to communicate with the guide groove (132) and the lower end of the lower rod (120) to prevent the guide shaft (131) from getting stuck in the guide groove (132) due to pressure from a load or the like, thereby hindering smooth sliding movement.
[0039] In addition, the anchor of the present invention includes a cover that encloses one or more of the selected upper rod (110), lower rod (120), and socket (200).
[0040] The cover prevents foreign substances such as dust from entering not only the threads of the upper rod (110) and the lower rod (120), but also the gap between the upper rod (110) and the lower rod (120) and the socket (200), thereby ensuring smooth operation of the threads by the rotation of the socket (200). This enables easy storage of the anchor at construction sites where there is a lot of foreign substances such as dust.
[0041] It is preferable that the cover be formed from one or more thin films selected from polymer material and paper material so that it can be easily removed by a worker or easily torn by the change in length of the anchor rod (100), which includes the upper rod (110) and the lower rod (120), caused by the rotation of the socket (200).
[0042] (Example 2-1) The present invention relates to a bridge bearing, wherein in Example 1-1, the socket (200) comprises: a socket body (210) formed in a shape having a length selected in the height direction; and an anchor rod receiving hole (220) formed to penetrate the socket body (210) in the height direction, and having a screw thread formed in one direction or the other direction on the inner surface to be screw-coupled with the screw threads of the upper rod (110) and the lower rod (120).
[0043] (Example 2-2) The present invention relates to a bridge bearing, wherein in Example 2-1, the socket (200) comprises a socket rotation operating body (230) comprising a socket operation groove (231) formed on the side of the socket body (210) and a socket operation projection (232) coupled to the socket operation groove (231) to rotate the socket body (210).
[0044] (Example 2-3) The present invention relates to a bridge bearing, and in Example 2-2, the socket operating groove (231) and the socket operating projection (232) include screw threads that are screw-coupled.
[0045] (Example 2-4) The present invention relates to a bridge bearing, and in Example 2-2, the socket operating grooves (231) are formed such that at least two are spaced apart in the circumferential direction.
[0046] (Example 2-5) The present invention relates to a bridge bearing, and in Example 2-2, the socket operating groove (231) is formed on the upper side of the socket body (210).
[0047] (Example 2-6) The present invention relates to a bridge bearing, and in Example 2-5, the socket operating grooves (231) are formed such that at least two are spaced apart in the height direction.
[0048] (Example 2-7) The present invention relates to a bridge bearing, and in Example 2-2, the socket (200) is connected such that the height direction length at which the upper rod (110) is screwed is greater than the height direction length at which the lower rod (120) is screwed.
[0049] (Example 2-8) The present invention relates to a bridge bearing, and in Example 2-2, the anchor rod (100) is formed such that the height direction length of the lower rod (120) is greater than the height direction length of the upper rod (110).
[0050] The socket (200) of the present invention comprises a socket body (210) formed in a shape having a length selected in the height direction, and an anchor rod receiving hole (220) formed to penetrate the socket body (210) in the height direction, having a screw thread formed in one direction or the other direction on the inner surface to be screw-coupled with the screw threads of the upper rod (110) and the lower rod (120).
[0051] The socket body (210) can be formed in various shapes such as a cylindrical shape, a square shape, or a polygonal shape, and is formed to have a length selected in the height direction. Of course, it is preferable to form it to have a length shorter than the shortest length of the anchor rod (100) consisting of the upper rod (110) and the lower rod (120) so as not to interfere with the upper rod (110) connected to the lower plate (13) and the lower rod (120) connected to the reinforcing bar installed in the substructure (2) of the bridge.
[0052] As described above, the anchor rod receiving hole (220) is screw-coupled with the threads of the upper rod (110) and the lower rod (120), so that the stroke movement of the upper rod (110) and the lower rod (120) is possible by the rotation of the socket body (210), so it is preferable that the cross-section be made of a circle. The anchor rod receiving hole (220) has threads formed as left-hand or right-hand threads, so that the height length of the anchor rod (100) can be varied by rotating the socket body (210) in the left or right direction.
[0053] The socket (200) includes a socket rotation operating body (230) comprising a socket operation hole (231) formed on the side of the socket body (210) and a socket operation projection (232) coupled to the socket operation hole (231) to rotate the socket body (210). The socket rotation operating body (230) allows the operator to easily rotate the socket body (210), thereby facilitating smooth stroke movement of the upper rod (110) and lower rod (120) that support a large load.
[0054] The socket operation groove (231) is formed in a groove shape on the side of the socket body (210), and the socket operation projection (232) is formed in a shape having a certain length such that its end is coupled to the socket operation groove (231), thereby allowing the socket body (210) to rotate easily by applying force from the operator.
[0055] The socket operation projection (232) may be formed to be coupled and detachable by fitting into the socket operation groove (231), or may be formed to be coupled and detachable through a locking action in the socket operation groove (231).
[0056] In addition, the socket operation projection (232) has a screw thread formed at its end, and the socket operation groove (231) also has a screw thread formed to be screw-coupled with the end of the socket operation projection (232), thereby enabling easy coupling and separation between the socket operation groove (231) and the socket operation projection (232), as well as allowing the socket operation projection (232) to be firmly coupled to the socket operation groove (231).
[0057] As an example of the socket operation groove (231), at least two socket operation grooves (231) are formed spaced apart in the circumferential direction, thereby allowing the operator to easily rotate the socket body (210).
[0058] As another example of the socket operation groove (231), the socket operation groove (231) is formed on the upper side of the socket body (210). That is, concrete must be crushed in order to rotate the socket body (210) embedded in the substructure (2) of the bridge when replacing or maintaining the bridge bearing (10). Accordingly, by forming the socket operation groove (231) for rotating the socket body (210) on the upper side of the socket body (210), the crushing of concrete can be minimized.
[0059] Of course, when the bridge support (10) is first installed, a socket operation groove (231) can be formed not only on the upper side of the socket body (210) but also in the center of the socket body (210) spaced apart in the height direction to ensure balanced rotation of the socket body (210).
[0060] As an example for efficiently rotating the socket body (210) embedded in the substructure (2) of the bridge during replacement or maintenance of the bridge bearing (10) described above, the socket (200) is formed such that the height direction length where the upper rod (110) is screwed is greater than the height direction length where the lower rod (120) is screwed. That is, in order to form the height direction length where the upper rod (110) is screwed is greater than the height direction length where the lower rod (120) is screwed, the socket body (210) is moved upward from the center of the height direction length of the anchor rod (100) and screwed, thereby allowing the worker to easily rotate the socket body (210) to vary the height direction length of the anchor rod (100).
[0061] As another example, the anchor rod (100) is formed such that the height-direction length of the lower rod (120) is greater than the height-direction length of the upper rod (110). Thus, when the height-direction lengths of the upper rod (110) and the lower rod (120) that are screw-coupled are the same, the socket body (210) is positioned above the height-direction length of the anchor rod (100). This allows the operator to easily rotate the socket body (210) to vary the height-direction length of the anchor rod (100).
[0062] (Example 3-1) The present invention relates to a bridge bearing, wherein in Example 1-1, the anchor rod (100) comprises an upper coupling member (140) formed at the upper end of the upper rod (110) and coupled with the lower plate (13).
[0063] (Example 3-2) The present invention relates to a bridge bearing, wherein in Example 3-1, the upper coupling member (140) is formed to have a certain length in the height direction and has screw threads formed on the side.
[0064] (Example 3-3) The present invention relates to a bridge bearing, and in Example 3-2, the upper coupling member (140) is inserted into a lower plate coupling groove formed on the lower part of the lower plate (13) and screw-coupled.
[0065] (Example 3-4) The present invention relates to a bridge bearing, and in Example 3-2, the upper coupling member (140) protrudes from the upper part of the lower plate (13) and is fastened with a nut.
[0066] (Example 3-5) The present invention relates to a bridge bearing, wherein in Example 3-1, the upper plate assembly (140) is formed to be connectable and detachable from the upper rod (110).
[0067] (Example 3-6) The present invention relates to a bridge bearing, and in Example 3-5, the upper rod (110) includes an upper coupling groove (112) in which a screw thread is formed so that the upper coupling member (140) is inserted and screw-coupled from the upper end.
[0068] The anchor rod (100) of the present invention includes an upper coupling member (140) formed at the top of the upper rod (110) and coupled with the lower plate (13).
[0069] The upper assembly (140) is formed to have a certain length in the height direction and has screw threads formed on the side.
[0070] As an example of the upper coupling member (140) being coupled to the lower plate (13), it is inserted into a lower plate coupling groove formed at the bottom of the lower plate (13) and screw-coupled. That is, since the present invention allows the height-direction length of the anchor to be varied through the rotational movement of the socket (200) rather than by rotating the anchor protruding from the upper part of the lower plate (13) to vary or replace its length, it can be coupled to the lower plate (13) in the manner described above.
[0071] Through this, the present invention does not necessarily require the anchor to be fastened by avoiding the support member (12), so the anchor can be installed in correspondence with the position of the support member (12). This allows the bridge to be designed and constructed to be smaller in size compared to conventional bridges due to the reduction in the edge distance.
[0072] Of course, the upper assembly (140) can protrude above the lower plate (13) and be fastened with a nut.
[0073] As described above, the upper coupling member (140) can be inserted into a lower plate coupling groove formed at the bottom of the lower plate (13) and screw-coupled, or protrude from the top of the lower plate (13) and fasten with a nut. That is, the height-direction length of the upper coupling member (140) must be used differently depending on the coupling method. To this end, the upper coupling member (140) is formed to be connectable and detachable from the upper rod (110), so that the upper coupling member (140), which is flexibly selected according to the coupling method, can be coupled to the upper rod (110) and the upper rod (110) can be fastened to the lower plate (13).
[0074] For the configuration described above, the upper rod (110) is formed in a groove shape so that an upper coupling member (140) is inserted from the top and screw-coupled, and may include an upper coupling member coupling groove (112) having screw threads formed on the inner surface. Accordingly, various upper coupling members (140) having a length selected in the height direction can be used to fasten with the lower plate (13) on the upper rod (110).
[0075] (Example 4-1) The present invention relates to a bridge bearing, and in Example 1-1, the anchor rod (100) is formed at the lower end of the lower rod (120) and includes a lower support member (150) formed in a shape in which the horizontal cross-sectional area is larger than the horizontal cross-sectional area of the lower rod (120).
[0076] (Example 4-2) The present invention relates to a bridge bearing, wherein in Example 4-1, the lower support body (150) is formed in any one of the following shapes selected from a plate shape, a cylinder shape, a prism shape, a frustum shape, and a frustum shape.
