Description

Technology Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a technology for maintaining a low-temperature or low-temperature dry state only in a localized area within a plant factory environment.

[0002] More specifically, the present invention is a technology that promotes flower bud differentiation of strawberries and improves the degree of pollen dispersal by maintaining a local area, which is the crown region of the strawberry, in a low-temperature state or maintaining a local area, which is the pollen region of the strawberry, in a dry state within a large space in a plant factory. Background Technology

[0004] Generally, strawberries are rosette-shaped basal-leaved plants in which roots, leaves, runners, and flower clusters emerge through the division of axillary meristems located in the crown, which is a short stem.

[0005] Most strawberry varieties cultivated in Korea are short-day plants in which axillary bud meristems differentiate into flower buds under low-temperature, short-day conditions, and the optimal temperature for flower bud differentiation of these strawberries varies depending on the variety but is known to be approximately 10 to 20°C.

[0006] Meanwhile, the opening of the medicine ; Anther dehiscence refers to the phenomenon where the medicine bursts and pollen is released from it.

[0007] Here, the phenomenon of pollen being carried away by wind or other means after the anther is opened is called pollen dispersal, and in strawberry flowers, pollen dispersal is one of the ways pollen can move from the anther to the stigma.

[0008] The degree of pollen dispersal increases in environments with high temperatures and low relative humidity, whereas it decreases in plant factory environments with high relative humidity.

[0009] On the other hand, pollen dispersal is good when the temperature is high, but flower differentiation occurs well at low temperatures of approximately 10 to 20°C. Prior art literature

Specific details for implementing the invention

[0025] The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings.

[0026] [Fig. 1] is an exemplary diagram showing the front view of a strawberry cultivation system of the crown area cooling type for promoting flower bud differentiation according to the present invention, [Fig. 2] is an exemplary diagram showing the combined state of a horizontal frame member and a vertical frame member, which are part of the strawberry cultivation system of the crown area cooling type for promoting flower bud differentiation according to the present invention, viewed from above looking down, [Fig. 3] is an exemplary diagram showing a part of the strawberry cultivation system of the crown area cooling type for promoting flower bud differentiation according to the present invention, viewed from above looking down, and [Fig. 4] is an exemplary diagram showing a part of the strawberry cultivation system of the crown area cooling type for promoting flower bud differentiation according to the present invention, viewed from one side to the other.

[0027] Referring to FIGS. 1 to 4, the present invention is a strawberry cultivation system of crown area cooling type for promoting flower bud differentiation, which is employed in a plant factory type indoor cultivation system comprising a horizontal frame member (10) that is formed in a planar rectangular direction and arranged horizontally, and a plurality of vertical frame members (20) that are arranged vertically and connected to the side of the horizontal frame member to support the horizontal frame member while floating in the air. The system may be configured to include a horizontal tray member (100), a fluid supply pipe member (200), a fluid injection nozzle member (300), a cooling chamber member (400), a cooling fan member (500), and a drive control member (600).

[0028] As shown in FIG. 3 and FIG. 4, the horizontal tray member (100) supports a plant pot placed along the length direction of the body on the upper surface of the body, while being stretched over the top of the horizontal frame member (10), thereby providing an environment for the plant to grow.

[0029] Here, the horizontal tray member (100) can preferably be arranged in two rows as in [Fig. 3]. In order for the horizontal tray member (100) to be arranged in two rows, a multi-stage module in which the vertical frame member (20) and the horizontal frame member (10) are interconnected can be arranged in two rows as in [Fig. 2] and [Fig. 3].

[0030] The fluid supply pipe member (200) is formed in the shape of a hollow pipe as in [Fig. 1], [Fig. 3], and [Fig. 4], and can be placed on the upper part of the horizontal tray member (100) along the longitudinal direction of the horizontal tray member (100) as in [Fig. 4], and moves one of low-temperature air and low-temperature dry air into the interior of its body.

[0031] Referring to FIG. 4, the fluid injection nozzle member (300) can be positioned so as to face the tube of a plant planted in a plant pot, in a state formed in communication with the inner side of the fluid supply pipe member (200).

[0032] A plurality of fluid injection nozzle members (300) can be arranged along the length direction of the fluid supply pipe member (200).

[0033] The fluid injection nozzle member (300) sprays either low-temperature air or low-temperature dry air from the fluid supply pipe member (200) onto the 'crown' of each plant planted in a plant pot arranged along the length direction of the horizontal tray member (100) as in [Fig. 1], [Fig. 3], and [Fig. 4], thereby maintaining a local area corresponding to the crown of each plant planted in the plant pot in a low-temperature dry state.

[0034] Here, the fluid injection nozzle member (300) preferably forms a downwardly inclined flow path in communication with the fluid supply pipe member (200) as in [Fig. 4] so as to inject one of the low-temperature air and low-temperature dry air within the fluid supply pipe member (200) at a downward inclination.

[0035] Through this, the low-temperature air sprayed from the fluid injection nozzle member (300) can naturally move downward at an angle. As a result, a local area corresponding to the 'stem' of the strawberry within the large space of the plant factory-type indoor cultivation system can be effectively maintained in a low-temperature state.

[0036] Referring to FIG. 1, the cooling chamber member (400) is connected to the fluid supply pipe member (200) and supplies either low-temperature air or low-temperature dry air to the fluid supply pipe member (200) so that it can be discharged to the fluid injection nozzle member (300).

[0037] The cooling chamber member (400) may be divided into a region for holding low-temperature air and a region for holding low-temperature dry air, and may be configured to convert air entering from the manifold member (200') into low-temperature air or low-temperature dry air by driving according to the operation control of the drive control member (600).

[0038] Referring to FIG. 1, the cooling fan member (500) preferably forms hydraulic pressure so that either low-temperature air or low-temperature dry air flows from the cooling chamber member (400) to the fluid supply pipe member (200).

[0039] The cooling fan member (500) can be installed in the piping connecting the cooling chamber member (400) and the plurality of fluid supply pipe members (200) as in [Fig. 1].

[0040] The drive control member (600) may be configured to control the operation of the cooling fan member (500) to turn on and turn off. Additionally, the drive control member (600) may control the operation of the cooling chamber member (400) to convert air circulating through the manifold member (200') into low-temperature air or low-temperature dry air.

[0041] Meanwhile, the horizontal tray member (100) can preferably be formed as a dual width type so that plant pots arranged along the longitudinal direction of its body can be arranged in two rows as shown in [Fig. 4].

[0042] At this time, the fluid supply pipe member (200) is positioned vertically above the center of the horizontal tray member (100) as in [Fig. 4], and the plurality of fluid injection nozzle members (300) can preferably form a downwardly inclined flow path symmetrically along the length direction of the fluid supply pipe member (200) as in [Fig. 4].

[0043] On the other hand, referring to FIG. 3 and FIG. 4, the horizontal tray member (100) and the fluid supply pipe member (200) are preferably arranged in multiple stages, thereby efficiently utilizing the growth space of plants (strawberries) in the limited space of the plant factory-type facility cultivation system.

[0044] In this case as well, the cooling chamber member (400) is connected to supply one of low-temperature air and low-temperature dry air to a plurality of fluid supply pipe members (200), and the cooling fan member (500) is connected to the cooling chamber member (400) and the plurality of fluid supply pipe members (200) as in [Fig. 1], so that hydraulic pressure can be formed for the inflow of one of low-temperature air and low-temperature dry air from the cooling chamber member (400) to the plurality of fluid supply pipe members (200).

[0045] On the other hand, referring to [Fig. 1], a separate duct fan member (500') may be provided in the manifold member (200') connected to the rear end of a plurality of fluid supply pipe members (200).

[0046] The duct fan member (500') is driven according to the operation control of the drive control member (600), and through the fan drive, the fluid flowing through the plurality of fluid supply pipe members (200) is discharged out more quickly.

[0047] Here, the fluid (low temperature air, low temperature dry air) flowing through the manifold member (200') via the duct fan member (500') can be configured to enter the cooling chamber member (400), undergo a cooling or cooling-drying process, and then circulate through the cooling fan member (500) to a plurality of fluid supply pipe members (200) by fan driving.
