In addition, it can be applied to all lighting-related fields or advertising-related fields that are currently developed and commercialized or that can be realized through future technological advancements.

[0025] FIG. 1 is a plan view of a lighting device (1000) according to an embodiment, and FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view of the AA' line of a lighting device (1000) according to another embodiment.

[0026] As illustrated in FIGS. 1 and 2, a lighting device (1000) according to an embodiment may include a circuit board (300), a plurality of light-emitting elements (400) disposed on the circuit board (300), a connector (320) that supplies power to the light-emitting elements (400), a resin layer (500) covering the light-emitting elements (400), a phosphor layer (not shown) disposed on the resin layer (500), a coupling member (200) disposed below the light-emitting module (600), and a bracket (100) coupled to the coupling member (200).

[0027] The lighting device (1000) can emit light emitted from the light-emitting element (400) as a surface light source. The light-emitting element (400) may be arranged in multiple numbers on the circuit board (300). In the lighting device (1000), the multiple light-emitting elements (400) may be arranged in N columns (N is an integer greater than or equal to 1) and / or M rows (M is an integer greater than or equal to 1). The multiple light-emitting elements (400) may be arranged in N columns and M rows (N and M are integers greater than or equal to 2) as shown in FIG. 1.

[0028] The above lighting device (1000) can be applied to various lamp devices that require lighting, such as vehicle lamps, household lighting devices, and industrial lighting devices. For example, in the case of a lighting module applied to a vehicle lamp, it can be applied to a headlamp, parking light, side mirror light, fog light, tail lamp, turn signal lamp, back up lamp, stop lamp, daytime running right, vehicle interior lighting, door scarf, rear combination lamp, backup lamp, etc.

[0029] The circuit board (300) can function as a base member or support member located below a plurality of light-emitting elements (400) and a resin layer (500). The circuit board (300) may include a printed circuit board (PCB). For example, the circuit board (300) may include at least one of a resin-based printed circuit board (PCB), a metal core PCB, a flexible PCB, a ceramic PCB, or an FR-4 substrate.

[0030] The upper surface of the circuit board (300) has an X-axis-Y-axis plane, and the thickness of the circuit board (300) may be a height in the Z direction orthogonal to the X direction and the Y direction. Here, the X direction is a first direction, the Y direction is a second direction orthogonal to the X direction, and the Z direction may be a third direction orthogonal to the X direction and the Y direction.

[0031] The circuit board (300) includes a wiring layer (not shown) on its upper surface, and the wiring layer may be electrically connected to a light-emitting element (400). The circuit board (300) may include a reflective member or a protective layer disposed on the upper surface of the wiring layer, which may protect the wiring layer. The plurality of light-emitting elements (400) may be connected in series, parallel, or series-parallel by the wiring layer of the circuit board (300). The plurality of light-emitting elements (400) may be connected in series or parallel in groups having two or more elements, or the groups may be connected in series or parallel among themselves.

[0032] The length (x1) in the first direction (X direction) and the length (y1) in the second direction (Y direction) of the circuit board (300) may differ from each other, for example, the length (x1) in the first direction may be longer than the length (y1) in the second direction. The length (x1) in the first direction may be at least twice the length (y1) in the second direction. The thickness (z1) of the circuit board (300) may be 1.0 mm or less, for example, in the range of 0.5 mm to 1.0 mm. Since the thickness (z1) of the circuit board (300) is provided thinly, the thickness of the lighting module may not be increased. Since the circuit board (300) is provided with a thickness (z1) of 1.0 mm or less, it can support a flexible module.

[0033] The thickness (z1+z2) of the light-emitting module (600) may be less than or equal to 1 / 3 of the shorter length (x1, y1) between the first direction (X direction) and the second direction (Y direction) of the circuit board (300), but is not limited thereto. The thickness (z1+z2) of the light-emitting module (600) may be 5.5 mm or less from the bottom of the circuit board (300), or may be in the range of 4.5 mm to 5.5 mm or in the range of 4.5 mm to 5 mm. The thickness (z1+z2) of the light-emitting module (600) may be the straight distance (z1+z2) between the lower surface of the circuit board (300) and the upper surface of the resin layer (500). The thickness (z1+z2) of the light-emitting module (600) may be 220% or less of the thickness (z2) of the resin layer (500), for example, in the range of 180% to 220%. Since the light-emitting module (600) is provided with a thickness (z1+z2) of 5.5mm or less, it can be provided as a flexible and slim surface light source module.

[0034] If the thickness (z1+z2) of the light-emitting module (600) is thinner than the above range, the light diffusion space is reduced, which may cause a hot spot to occur, and if it is larger than the above range, the increase in module thickness may result in spatial installation constraints and reduced design freedom. The embodiment provides a thickness (z1+z2) of the light-emitting module (600) of 5.5 mm or less or 5 mm or less, thereby providing a lighting device capable of a curved structure, which can reduce design freedom and spatial constraints. The ratio of the length (y1) in the Y direction of the lighting device (1000) to the thickness (z1+z2) of the light-emitting module (600) may be 1:m, and may have a ratio relationship of m≥1, where m is a natural number of at least 1, and the number of the light-emitting elements (400) may be an integer smaller than m. For example, if the above m is more than 4 times larger than the thickness (z1+z2) of the lighting device (1000), the light-emitting element (400) can be arranged in 4 rows.

[0035] The circuit board (300) may be provided with a connector (320) in a portion thereof to supply power to the light-emitting elements (400). The area (310) on the circuit board (300) where the connector (320) is placed is an area where the resin layer (500) is not formed, and may be equal to or smaller than the length (y1) in the Y direction of the circuit board (300). The connector (320) may be placed on a portion of the upper surface or a portion of the lower surface of the circuit board (300). If the connector (320) is placed on the lower surface of the circuit board (300), the area may be removed. The circuit board (300) may have a top-view shape that is rectangular, square, or other polygonal shape, or may have a bar shape with a curved surface. The connector (320) may be a terminal connected to the light-emitting element (400), or may be a female connector or a male connector.

[0036] The circuit board (300) may include a protective layer or a reflective layer on its upper surface. The protective layer or reflective layer may include a member having a solder resist material, and the solder resist material may be a white material and may reflect incident light.

[0037] As another example, the circuit board (300) may include a transparent material. Since the circuit board (300) made of the transparent material is provided, light emitted from the light-emitting element (400) can be emitted in the direction of the upper surface and the lower surface of the circuit board (300).

[0039] The light-emitting element (400) may be placed on the circuit board (300). The light-emitting element (400) has a light-emitting surface (S1) and a plurality of sides (S2), and the light-emitting surface (S1) faces the upper surface of the resin layer (500) and emits light from the light-emitting element (400) toward the resin layer (500). The light-emitting surface (S1) is the upper surface of the light-emitting element (400) and emits most of the light. The plurality of sides (S2) include at least four sides and emit light toward the sides of the light-emitting element (400). This light-emitting element (400) is an LED chip that emits light from at least five sides and may be placed on the circuit board (300) in a flip-chip form. The light-emitting element (400) may be formed with a thickness of 0.3 mm or less.

[0040] The light-emitting element (400) may be implemented as a horizontal chip or a vertical chip as another example. In the case of the horizontal chip or the vertical chip, it may be connected to another chip or wiring pattern by a wire. When a wire is connected to the LED chip, the thickness of the diffusion layer may increase due to the height of the wire, and the distance between the light-emitting elements (400) may increase due to the connection space according to the length of the wire. The light-emitting element (400) according to the embodiment may have a larger directional angle distribution with 5-sided light emission. The light-emitting element (400) may be placed on the circuit board (300) as a flip chip. The spacing (x2) between the light-emitting elements (400) may be equal to or greater than the thickness (z2, z2≤x2) of the resin layer (500). The spacing (x2) between the light-emitting elements (400) may be, for example, 2.5 mm or more, and may vary depending on the LED chip size. The minimum spacing between the light-emitting elements (400) may be equal to or greater than the thickness (z2) of the resin layer (500).

[0041] Since the light-emitting element (400) disclosed in the embodiment is provided as a flip chip that emits light on at least 5 sides, the brightness distribution and directional angle distribution of the light-emitting element (400) can be improved.

[0042] When the light-emitting element (400) is arranged in an N×M matrix on the circuit board (300), N may be 1 column or 2 columns or more, and M may be 1 row or 2 rows or more. N and M are integers greater than or equal to 1. The light-emitting element (400) may be arranged in the Y-axis and X-axis directions, respectively.

[0043] The light-emitting element (400) is a light-emitting diode (LED) chip and can emit at least one of blue, red, green, ultraviolet (UV), or infrared light. The light-emitting element (400) can emit at least one of blue, red, or green light, for example. The light-emitting element (400) can be electrically connected to the circuit board (300), but is not limited thereto.

[0044] A plurality of light-emitting elements (400) disposed on the circuit board (300) may be sealed by a resin layer (500). The plurality of light-emitting elements (400) may come into contact with the resin layer (500). The resin layer (500) may be disposed on the side and top surfaces of the light-emitting elements (400).

[0045] The light emitted from the light-emitting element (400) can be emitted through the resin layer (500). The light emitted from the light-emitting element (400) can be emitted to the outside through the resin layer (500) and a phosphor layer (not shown) disposed on the resin layer (500).

[0046] The resin layer (500) may be a transparent resin material, such as UV (Ultra violet) resin, silicone, or epoxy. The resin layer (500) may be a diffusion layer or a molding layer without a diffusion agent. The UV resin may, for example, use a resin (oligomer type) in which urethane acrylate oligomer is the main raw material. For example, synthetic oligomers such as urethane acrylate oligomers may be used. The main material may further include a monomer mixed with low-boiling point diluted reactive monomers such as IBOA (isobornyl acrylate), HBA (Hydroxybutyl Acrylate), and HEMA (Hydroxy Metaethyl Acrylate), and may also include a photoinitiator (e.g., 1-hydroxycyclohexyl phenyl-ketone, Diphenyl), Diphwnyl (2,4,6-trimethylbenzoyl phosphine oxide), or an antioxidant as an additive. The above UV resin may be formed as a composition comprising 10-21% oligomer, 30-63% monomer, and 1.5-6% additive. In this case, the monomer may be composed of a mixture of 10-21% IBOA (isobornyl acrylate), 10-21% HBA (hydroxybutyl acrylate), and 10-21% HEMA (hydroxy metaethyl acrylate). The additive may be formed as a mixture capable of performing the function of initiating photoreactivity by adding 1-5% of a photoinitiator, and improving yellowing phenomena by adding 0.5-1% of an antioxidant. Forming the resin layer using the above-described composition allows for controlling the refractive index and thickness by forming a layer with a resin such as UV resin instead of a light guide plate, while simultaneously enabling the satisfaction of adhesive properties, reliability, and mass production speed using the above-described composition.

[0047] A phosphor layer (not shown) may be disposed on the resin layer (500). The phosphor layer may be disposed to cover the upper surface of the resin layer (500). The phosphor layer may include a transparent material. The phosphor layer may include a transparent insulating material. The phosphor layer may be made of silicone material and may be a silicone material having different chemical bonds. Silicone is a polymer formed by the combination of silicon, an inorganic material, and carbon, an organic material, and possesses properties such as thermal stability, chemical stability, wear resistance, and glossiness of the inorganic material, as well as properties such as reactivity, solubility, elasticity, and processability of the organic material. Silicone may include general silicone and fluorine silicone with a higher fluorine ratio. Increasing the fluorine ratio of fluorine silicone has the effect of improving moisture resistance.

[0048] The phosphor layer may include a wavelength conversion means that receives light emitted from the light-emitting element (400) and provides wavelength-converted light. For example, the phosphor layer may include at least one selected from the group including phosphors, quantum dots, etc. The phosphor or quantum dots may emit blue, green, or red light.

[0049] The phosphor can be evenly distributed within the phosphor layer. The phosphor may include a fluoride compound phosphor, for example, at least one of an MGF-based phosphor, a KSF-based phosphor, or a KTF-based phosphor.

[0050] If the above phosphor is a red phosphor, the red phosphor may have a wavelength range from 610 nm to 650 nm, and the wavelength may have a width of less than 10 nm. The red phosphor may include a fluoride-based phosphor.

[0051] As illustrated in FIG. 2, a bracket (100) may be placed below the circuit board (300). The bracket (100) may support the light-emitting module (600). The bracket (100) may include an insertion groove (110) in which a part of the bracket (100) is removed. A coupling member (200) placed below the light-emitting module (600) may be inserted into the insertion groove (110) of the bracket (100) so that the bracket (100) and the light-emitting module (600) can be coupled. The bracket (100) may be formed of a metal, plastic, or the like, but is not limited thereto.

[0052] As illustrated in FIGS. 2 and 3, a coupling member (200) may be disposed below the circuit board (300). The coupling member (200) may come into contact with the lower surface of the circuit board (300). For example, the coupling member (200) may be bonded to the lower surface of the circuit board (300) by an adhesive. By the coupling member (200) coming into contact with the lower surface of the circuit board (300), the heat dissipation capability of the circuit board (300) may be improved.

[0053] The lower surface of the circuit board (300) may expose a metal plate, which is a part of the circuit board (300). Accordingly, the bonding member (200) and the metal plate may be bonded together with a bonding material such as an adhesive, such as solder paste, and the heat dissipation area of the circuit board (300) may be improved by the bonding.

[0054] The coupling member (200) may include a head portion (210) positioned below the circuit board (300), a support portion (220) bent at both ends of the head portion (210), an elastic portion (230) extended outwardly and bent from the other end of the support portion (220), a detachment prevention portion (240) extended and bent from the elastic portion (230), and a leg portion (250) that extends in a vertical direction from the detachment prevention portion (240) and is bent with an inclined surface. The coupling member (200) is inserted into the insertion groove (110) of the bracket (100), and the coupling member (200) and the bracket (100) are fitted together, thereby improving the coupling strength between the bracket (100) and the light-emitting module (600).

[0055] The thickness of the coupling member (200) may be 0.2mm ± 0.05mm. For example, if the thickness of the coupling member (200) is 0.15mm or less, the rigidity of the coupling member (200) is reduced, and the coupling force between the coupling member (200) and the bracket (100) is weakened, and if the thickness of the coupling member (200) is 0.25mm or more, the volume of the coupling member (200) is increased, and the coupling member (200) and the bracket (100) may not be properly coupled.

[0056] The width (a) of the first direction of the connecting member (200) may be 8.6 mm ± 1.0 mm. The width (b3, e1) of the second direction of the connecting member (200) may be 6 mm ± 1.0 mm. The length (c) of the third direction of the connecting member (200) may be 6 mm ± 1.0 mm.

[0057] As illustrated in FIGS. 2 to 4, the head portion (210) may be positioned below the circuit board (300). The head portion (210) may come into contact with the lower surface of the circuit board (300). The head portion (210) may be positioned below the circuit board (300) to support the circuit board (300). The head portion (210) may extend in a first direction (X-direction) and come into contact with the lower surface of the circuit board (300). The head portion (210) may include a first side, a second side opposite to the first side, a third side connected to the first side and the second side, and a fourth side opposite to the third side. The width (b1) of the head portion (210) in the first direction may be the same as the width (b1) between the first side and the second side. The maximum width (b3) in the second direction of the head portion (210) may be equal to the maximum width (b3) between the third side and the fourth side. The width (b1) in the first direction of the head portion (210) may be smaller than the maximum width (b3) in the second direction of the head portion (210). The ratio of the width (b1) in the first direction of the head portion (210) to the maximum width (b3) in the second direction of the head portion (210) may be 2:3. The width (b1) in the first direction of the head portion (210) may be smaller than the minimum width (b6) in the second direction of the head portion (210).

[0058] The ratio of the width (b1) in the first direction of the head portion (210) to the minimum width (b6) in the second direction of the head portion (210) may be 1:1.2. The width (b1) in the first direction of the head portion (210) may be 4 mm ± 1.0 mm. The maximum width (b3) in the second direction of the head portion (210) may be 6 mm ± 1.0 mm. The minimum width (b6) in the second direction of the head portion (210) may be 4.8 mm ± 1.0 mm. The head portion (210) may include an opening (213).

[0059] Referring to FIG. 4, the head portion (210) may include grooves (214) that are recessed inwardly on both sides of the head portion (210). The grooves (214) of the head portion (210) may come into contact with the bracket (100). The bonding strength between the head portion (210) and the bracket (100) can be improved by the stepped structure formed by the grooves (214) of the head portion (210). The width (b4) in the first direction of the groove (214) may be larger than the width (b5) in the second direction of the groove (214). The ratio of the width (b4) in the first direction of the groove (214) to the width (b5) in the second direction of the groove (214) may be 1:0.3. The width (b4) in the first direction of the groove (214) may be 2mm ± 1.0mm. The width (b5) of the second direction of the above groove (214) may be 0.6mm ± 0.3mm.

[0060] Referring to FIGS. 3 and 4, the head portion (210) may include a first head portion (211) and a second head portion (212) extending from one end and the other end of the first head portion (211), respectively. The first head portion (211) and the second head portion (212) may be formed with different widths in a first direction (X direction) and a second direction (Y direction), respectively.

[0061] The width (b7) in the first direction of the second head portion (212) may be smaller than the width (b4) in the first direction of the first head portion (211). The ratio of the width (b7) in the first direction of the second head portion (212) to the width (b4) in the first direction of the first head portion (211) may be 1:2. The width (b3) in the second direction of the second head portion (212) may be larger than the width (b6) in the second direction of the first head portion (211). The ratio of the width (b3) in the second direction of the second head portion (212) to the width (b6) in the second direction of the first head portion (211) may be 1:0.8. For example, the width (b4) in the first direction of the first head portion (211) may be 2mm ± 1.0mm. For example, the width (b7) in the first direction of the second head portion (212) may be 1 mm ± 0.5 mm. For example, the width (b6) in the second direction of the first head portion (211) may be 4.8 mm ± 1.0 mm. For example, the width (b3) in the second direction of the second head portion (212) may be 6 mm ± 0.5 mm.

[0062] As described above, the first head portion (211) and the second head portion (212) are formed with different widths in the first and second directions and may include grooves (214) that are recessed inwardly on both sides of the first head portion (211). Accordingly, the opposing sides of the head portion (210) may have a stepped structure to improve the bonding strength between the head portion (210) and the bracket (100).

[0063] The first head portion (211) may include an opening (213). The opening (213) of the first head portion (211) may be formed in a polygonal shape, but is not limited thereto. For example, the opening (213) of the first head portion (211) may be formed in a circular shape. The opening (213) of the first head portion (211) can prevent excessively applied adhesive from escaping through the opening (213) when the head portion (210) is bonded to the lower surface of the circuit board (300) by an adhesive, thereby preventing the bonding member (200) and the circuit board (300) from being bonded incorrectly.

[0065] Referring to FIGS. 2 and 3, the support member (220) may be extended in a third direction (Z direction) which is perpendicular to the head member (210). The support member (220) may be extended in a direction perpendicular to the direction in which the head member (210) is extended. The support member (220) may be extended and positioned at the ends of at least two of the four sides of the head member (210). The support member (220) may be extended and positioned at the ends of two opposing sides of the four sides of the head member (210).

[0066] The support member (220) may include a first support member (221) extending vertically from one end of the head member (210) and a second support member (222) extending from the other end of the head member (210). The first support member (221) and the second support member (222) may be arranged extending in a direction parallel to each other.

[0067] The support member (220) may include a first support member (221) extending from one end of the second head member (212) and a second support member (222) extending from the other end of the second head member (212). The third-directional length (c) of the first support member (221) and the second support member (222) may be the same, but is not limited thereto. The third-directional length (c) of the first support member (221) and the second support member (222) may be greater than the depth of the insertion groove (110).

[0068] The third-direction length (c) of the first support member (221) and the second support member (222) may be longer than the first-direction length (b1) of the head member (210). The ratio of the third-direction length (c) of the first support member (221) and the second support member (222) to the first-direction length (b1) of the head member (210) may be 3:2. For example, the third-direction length (c) of the first support member (221) and the second support member (222) may be 6mm ± 1.0mm.

[0070] The elastic portion (230) may be bent and extended from the support portion (220). The elastic portion (230) may extend from the support portion (220) and may include an inclined surface. The elastic portion (230) may be bent at an acute angle (α1) from the support portion (220). For example, the elastic portion (230) may be bent at an angle of 30 ± 10 degrees from the support portion (220). For example, the angle (α1) between the inclined surface of the elastic portion (230) and the support portion (220) may be 30 degrees. The connection portion between the elastic portion (230) and the support portion (220) may be formed as a curved surface, but is not limited thereto.

[0071] The elastic member (230) may include a first elastic member (231) that extends and is bent from the first support member (221) and a second elastic member (232) that extends and is bent from the second support member (222). The first elastic member (231) and the second elastic member (232) may be bent and extended from the support member (220) in opposite directions. The first elastic member (231) and the second elastic member (232) may include inclined surfaces that extend in opposite directions. The first elastic member (231) and the second elastic member (232) have elasticity, and the inclined surfaces extending outward from the support member (220) are inserted into the insertion groove (110) to fix the circuit board (300) and the coupling member (200).

[0072] The first elastic member (231) may be bent and extended from the first support member (221). The first elastic member (231) may be extended and arranged from the first support member (221) with an inclined surface. The first elastic member (231) may be bent outward from the first support member (221). The inclined surface of the first elastic member (231) may be arranged to correspond to the first support member (221). The angle (α1) between the first elastic member (231) and the first support member (221) may be an acute angle. For example, the angle (α1) between the first elastic member (231) and the first support member (221) may be 30 degrees ± 10 degrees.

[0073] The second elastic member (232) may be bent and extended from the second support member (222). The second elastic member (232) may be extended and arranged from the second support member (222) with an inclined surface. The second elastic member (232) may be bent outward from the second support member (222). The inclined surface of the second elastic member (232) may be arranged to correspond to the second support member (222). The first elastic member (231) and the second elastic member (232) may each be bent and extended in opposite directions. The angle (α1) between the second elastic member (232) and the second support member (222) may be an acute angle. For example, the angle (α1) between the second elastic part (232) and the second support part (222) may be 30 degrees ± 10 degrees.

[0074] The length (b2) in the first direction of the first elastic part (231) and the second elastic part (232) may be 2.3 mm ± 1.0 mm. The height (d) in the third direction of the first elastic part (231) and the second elastic part (232) may be 3.3 mm ± 1.0.

[0076] The anti-detachment member (240) may be bent and extended from the elastic member (230). The anti-detachment member (240) may be extended and arranged in a direction parallel to the head member (210). The anti-detachment member (240) may be arranged at a predetermined distance from the support member (220). The anti-detachment member (240) may be extended and arranged in a direction perpendicular to the direction in which the support member (220) is extended. The anti-detachment member (240) may be extended from the end of the elastic member (230) toward the support member (220). The anti-detachment member (240) may come into contact with the bracket (100). The upper surface of the anti-detachment member (240) may come into contact with the lower surface of the bracket (100). The connection portion between the above-mentioned anti-detachment portion (240) and the above-mentioned elastic portion (230) may be formed as a curved surface, but is not limited thereto. The above-mentioned anti-detachment portion (240) may contact the lower surface of the circuit board (240) to connect the insertion groove (110) and the coupling member (200).

[0077] The above anti-detachment member (240) may include a first anti-detachment member (241) that is bent and extended from the first elastic member (231) and a second anti-detachment member (242) that is bent and extended from the second elastic member (232). The above anti-detachment member (240) may include the first anti-detachment member (241) and the second anti-detachment member (242) that extend toward the direction of the first support member (221) and the second support member (222), respectively, from one end of the first elastic member (231) and the second elastic member (232). The first anti-detachment member (241) and the second anti-detachment member (242) may be arranged on the same plane. The first anti-detachment member (241) and the second anti-detachment member (242) may come into contact with the stepped structure of the insertion groove (110). The first anti-detachment part (241) and the second anti-detachment part (242) can be caught on the ledge of the stepped structure of the bracket (100) in which the insertion groove (110) is formed, thereby allowing the circuit board (300) coupled with the coupling member (200) to be coupled with the bracket (100).

[0078] The first anti-detachment part (241) and the second anti-detachment part (242) can each be bent at an acute angle (α2) from the first elastic part (231) and the second elastic part (232). For example, the first anti-detachment part (241) and the second anti-detachment part (242) can be bent at an angle (α2) of 60 ± 10 degrees from the first elastic part (231) and the second elastic part (232).

[0079] The width (e2) in the first direction of the first anti-detachment part (241) and the second anti-detachment part (242) may be smaller than the width (e1) in the second direction of the first anti-detachment part (241) and the second anti-detachment part (242). The ratio of the width (e2) in the first direction of the first anti-detachment part (241) and the second anti-detachment part (242) to the width (e1) in the second direction of the first anti-detachment part (241) and the second anti-detachment part (242) may be 1:6.

[0080] The width (e2) in the first direction of the first anti-detachment part (241) and the second anti-detachment part (242) may be 1 mm ± 0.5 mm. The width (e1) in the second direction of the first anti-detachment part (241) and the second anti-detachment part (242) may be 6 mm ± 1.0 mm. The shortest distance between the first anti-detachment part (241) and the first support part (221) may be 1 mm. The shortest distance between the second anti-detachment part (242) and the second support part (222) may be 1 mm.

[0082] As illustrated in FIGS. 3 to 6, the leg portion (250) may extend from the anti-detachment portion (240). The leg portion (250) may extend from the end of the anti-detachment portion (240) toward the lower surface of the circuit board (300). The leg portion (250) may be placed within the insertion groove (110). The leg portion (250) may include a first leg portion (251) extending from the first anti-detachment portion (241) toward the lower surface of the circuit board (300) and a second leg portion (252) extending from the second anti-detachment portion (242) toward the lower surface of the circuit board (300). The leg portion (250) may be inserted into the insertion groove (110) to connect the circuit board (300) and the coupling member (200). A portion of the above leg portion (250) may contact the inner surface of the bracket (100) forming the insertion groove (110) to improve the bonding strength between the coupling member (200) and the circuit board (300).

[0083] Referring to FIG. 5a, the first leg portion (251) may be extended a predetermined distance in a vertical direction from the first anti-detachment portion (241). The first leg portion (251) may include a first-1 leg portion (251-1) that is extended a predetermined distance in a vertical direction from the first anti-detachment portion (241). The leg portion (250) may include a first-2 leg portion (251-2) that is extended from the first-1 leg portion (251-1), and a first elastic piece (251-3) that is extended at an angle different from the first-1 leg portion (251-1) and the first-2 leg portion (251-2) and includes an inclined surface. The first elastic piece (251-3) may be extended by being bent at a predetermined angle from the first-1 leg portion (251-1). The first elastic piece (251-3) can be inclined outward from the first leg portion (251-1).

[0084] The first-2 leg portion (251-2) may be arranged to extend in a direction perpendicular to the first anti-detachment portion (241). The first-1 leg portion (251-1) and the first-2 leg portion (251-2) may be arranged to extend in a direction parallel to the first support portion (221) and the second support portion (222). The first-1 leg portion (251-1) and the first-2 leg portion (251-2) may be arranged corresponding to the first support portion (221). The first-1 leg portion (251-1) and the first-2 leg portion (251-2) may be arranged facing the first support portion (221). The first-1 leg portion (251-1) and the first-2 leg portion (251-2) and the first elastic piece (251-3) can be placed within the insertion groove (110) of the bracket (100).

[0085] The first elastic piece (251-3) may be bent and extended from the first-1 leg portion (251-1) and may have an inclined surface. The inclined surface of the first elastic piece (251-3) may be arranged extending from the first-1 leg portion (251-1) at an angle different from that of the first-1 leg portion (251-1). The angle (α3) between the inclined surface of the first elastic piece (251-3) and the first-1 leg portion (251-1) and the first-2 leg portion (251-2) may be 15±5 degrees.

[0086] The inclined surface of the first elastic piece (251-3) may come into contact with the inner surface of the bracket (100) forming the insertion groove (110). When the coupling member (200) is inserted into the insertion groove (110), a portion of the inclined surface of the first elastic piece (251-3) may overlap in a vertical direction with the inner surface of the bracket (100) forming the insertion groove (110). For example, the inclined surface of the first elastic piece (251-3) and the inner surface of the insertion groove (110) may overlap by 0.1 mm in a first direction, or the inclined surface of the first elastic piece (251-3) and the inner surface of the insertion groove (110) may overlap in a vertical direction. Additionally, the coupling member (200) may be formed of an elastic material, so that a portion of the inclined surface of the first elastic part (251-3) that overlaps with the inner surface of the bracket (100) forming the insertion groove (110) may be pushed out and placed within the insertion groove (110). Accordingly, the friction coefficient between the inner surface of the bracket (100) forming the insertion groove (110) and the first elastic part (251-3) increases, thereby improving the coupling force between the bracket (100) and the coupling member (200).

[0087] The length (e1) in the second direction of the first leg portion (251) may be 6 mm ± 1.0 mm. The length (f) in the third direction from the first-1 leg portion (251-1) to the first-2 leg portion (251-2) may be 1.7 mm ± 0.5 mm. The length in the third direction of the first-2 leg portion (251-2) and the first elastic piece (251-3) may be the same, but is not limited thereto. The length in the second direction of the first-2 leg portion (251-2) and the first elastic piece (251-3) may be different. For example, the width in the second direction of the first elastic piece (251-3) may be greater than the width in the second direction of the first-2 leg portion (251-2), but is not limited thereto. If the width in the second direction of the first elastic piece (251-3) is greater than the width in the second direction of the first-second leg portion (251-2), the contact area of the first elastic piece (251-3) with the inner surface of the bracket (100) forming the insertion groove (110) is increased, and the bonding strength between the coupling member (200) and the bracket (100) can be improved.

[0089] Referring to FIG. 5b, the second leg portion (252) may be extended a predetermined distance in a vertical direction from the second anti-detachment portion (242). The second leg portion (252) may include a second-first leg portion (252-1) that is extended a predetermined distance in a vertical direction from the second anti-detachment portion (242). The leg portion (250) may include a second-second leg portion (252-2) that is extended from the second-first leg portion (252-1), and a second elastic piece (252-3) that is extended at an angle different from the second-first leg portion (252-1) and the second-second leg portion (252-2) and includes an inclined surface. The second elastic piece (252-3) may be extended by being bent at a predetermined angle from the second-first leg portion (252-1). The second elastic piece (252-3) can be inclined outward from the second-1 leg portion (251-1).

[0090] The second-2nd leg portion (252-2) may be arranged to extend in a direction perpendicular to the second anti-detachment portion (242). The second-1st leg portion (252-1) and the second-2nd leg portion (252-2) may be arranged to extend in a direction parallel to the first support portion (221) and the second support portion (222). The second-1st leg portion (252-1) and the second-2nd leg portion (252-2) may be arranged corresponding to the second support portion (222). The second-1st leg portion (252-1) and the second-2nd leg portion (252-2) may be arranged facing the second support portion (222). The above 2-1 leg portion (252-1) and the above 2-2 leg portion (252-2) and the above 2 elastic piece (252-3) can be placed within the insertion groove (110) of the bracket (100).

[0091] The second elastic piece (252-3) may be bent and extended from the second-1 leg portion (252-1) and may have an inclined surface. The inclined surface of the second elastic piece (252-3) may be arranged extending from the second-1 leg portion (252-1) at an angle different from that of the second-1 leg portion (252-1). For example, the angle (α3) between the inclined surface of the second elastic piece (252-3), the second-1 leg portion (252-1), and the second-2 leg portion (252-2) may be 15±5 degrees.

[0092] The inclined surface of the second elastic piece (252-3) may come into contact with the inner surface of the bracket (100) that forms the insertion groove (110) of the bracket (100). When the coupling member (200) is inserted into the insertion groove (110), a portion of the inclined surface of the second elastic piece (252-3) may overlap vertically with the inner surface of the bracket (100) that forms the insertion groove (110). For example, the inclined surface of the second elastic piece (252-3) and the inner surface of the bracket (100) that forms the insertion groove (110) may overlap vertically by 0.1 mm. Additionally, the coupling member (200) may be formed of an elastic material, so that a portion of the inclined surface of the second elastic member (252-3) that overlaps with the inner surface of the bracket (100) forming the insertion groove (110) may be pushed out and placed within the insertion groove (110). Accordingly, the friction coefficient between the inner surface of the bracket (100) forming the insertion groove (110) and the second elastic member (252-3) increases, thereby improving the coupling force between the bracket (100) and the coupling member (200).

[0093] The third-direction length (f) from the second-1 leg portion (251-1) to the second-2 leg portion (252-2) may be 1.7 mm ± 0.5 mm. The second-direction length (e1) of the second leg portion (252) may be 6.0 mm ± 1.0 mm. The third-direction lengths of the second-2 leg portion (252-2) and the second elastic piece (252-3) may be the same. The second-direction lengths of the second-2 leg portion (252-2) and the second elastic piece (252-3) may be different. For example, the second-direction width of the second elastic piece (252-3) may be greater than the second-direction width of the second-2 leg portion (252-2), but is not limited thereto. If the width in the second direction of the second elastic piece (252-3) is greater than the width in the second direction of the second-2 leg portion (252-2), the contact area of the second elastic piece (252-3) with the inner surface of the bracket (100) forming the insertion groove (110) is increased, and the bonding strength between the coupling member (200) and the bracket (100) can be improved.

[0094] As described above, the lighting device according to the embodiment may include a coupling member (200) disposed under a circuit board (300) and inserted into an insertion groove (110) of the bracket (100), and the coupling member (200) may include a head portion (210) attached to the lower surface of the circuit board (300), a support portion (220) extending vertically from the head portion (210), an elastic portion (230) bent at a predetermined angle from the support portion (220), a detachment prevention portion (240) extending vertically from the elastic portion (230) to the support portion (220), and a leg portion (250) extending from the detachment prevention portion (240) and having a portion bent at a predetermined angle from the detachment prevention portion (240). Accordingly, the leg portion (250) of the coupling member (200) comes into contact with the inner surface of the bracket (100) forming the insertion groove (110), thereby increasing the friction coefficient between the coupling member (200) and the inner surface of the insertion groove (110), and thus the coupling force between the bracket (100) and the light-emitting module (600) can be improved. In addition, the coupling member (200) is attached to the lower surface of the circuit board (300), so that heat generated by the light-emitting element (400) is released to the coupling member (200), thereby improving the heat dissipation ability of the light-emitting module (600) and improving the reliability of the lighting device.

[0097] * FIGS. 7a to 7c are drawings illustrating the process of a coupling member (200) positioned in contact with the lower surface of the circuit board (300) being coupled to the insertion groove (110) of the bracket (100). As shown in FIG. 7a, the coupling member (200) is attached to the lower surface of the circuit board (300) using an adhesive (not shown), and then, as shown in FIG. 7b, the coupling member (200) is inserted into the insertion groove (110) of the bracket (100) by an external force, so that the coupling member (200) and the bracket (100) can be fitted together. And, as illustrated in FIG. 7c, a portion of the inclined surface of the leg portion (250) contacts the inner surface of the bracket (100) forming the insertion groove (110), thereby increasing the friction coefficient and improving the bonding force, and the anti-detachment portion (240) contacts the lower surface of the bracket (100) to prevent the bonding member (200) from tilting away from the bracket (100). Additionally, the bonding member (200) is formed on the lower surface of the circuit board (300), thereby improving the heat dissipation capability of the circuit board (300).

[0098] As described above, in the lighting device according to the embodiment, the coupling member (200) disposed on the lower surface of the circuit board (300) and the bracket (100) can be combined to improve the coupling force between the bracket (100) and the light-emitting module (600). Accordingly, in the lighting device according to the embodiment, the coupling member (200) can be inserted into the insertion groove (110) of the bracket (100) to combine the coupling member (200) and the light-emitting module (600), and thus the light-emitting module (600) and the bracket (100) can be combined by a simple process, thereby reducing process costs. In addition, a part (251-3, 252-3) of the leg portion (250) of the coupling member (200) may be in contact with the inner surface of the bracket (100) forming the insertion groove (110) to fix the light-emitting module (600) to the bracket (100), thereby improving the coupling strength between the light-emitting module (600) and the bracket (100).

[0100] FIG. 8a is a diagram showing the heat dissipation capacity of a circuit board (300) when a light-emitting element (400) is placed on the circuit board (300) and a bonding member (200) is not placed under the circuit board (300), and FIG. 8b is a diagram showing the heat dissipation capacity of a circuit board (300) when a light-emitting element (400) is placed on the circuit board (300) and a bonding member (200) is attached under the circuit board (300). Comparing FIG. 8a and FIG. 8b, as shown in FIG. 8a, when the coupling member (200) is not placed under the circuit board (300), the heat generated from the light-emitting element (400) is partially released only to the circuit board (300), and the temperature of the light-emitting element (400) is measured at 49.4 degrees.
