Description

Technology Field

[0001] The embodiments of the present disclosure relate to a non-point source pollution reduction facility with improved dispersion and sedimentation induction performance. Background Technology

[0002] It is necessary to manage pollutants generated in urban areas due to the increase in impervious surfaces caused by urban development and climate change. Pollution sources in urban areas are broadly classified into point sources and non-point sources. Point sources refer to pollution sources with specific discharge pathways where the source of pollution can be represented as a single point, such as domestic sewage and industrial wastewater, while non-point sources refer to sources that discharge unspecified water pollutants from unspecified locations, such as cities, roads, farmlands, mountains, and construction sites.

[0003] Non-point source pollution refers to sources that discharge water pollutants indiscriminately from unspecified locations, such as cities, roads, farmlands, mountainous areas, and construction sites. More specifically, it refers to sources where pollutants (organic matter, nutrients, heavy metals, particulate matter, various hazardous chemicals, etc.) accumulated on various land surfaces during the dry season are discharged along with stormwater runoff, causing water and soil pollution. Currently, due to the decrease in pollutants originating from point sources, the contribution of pollutants from non-point sources to water system contamination is actually increasing.

[0004] Accordingly, the current Water Environment Conservation Act mandates the reporting and installation of non-point source facilities for the development of cities exceeding a certain size, the creation of industrial complexes, and other workplaces that cause pollution by non-point sources.

[0019] FIG. 1 is a side view of a non-point source pollution reduction facility according to the present disclosure. FIG. 2 is a plan view of a non-point source pollution reduction facility according to the present disclosure.

[0020] Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, according to the present disclosure, a treatment tank (110) is provided with an inlet (113) on one side (111) and an outlet (114) on the other side (112); a first partition wall (121) that partitions the lower space of the treatment tank (110) and forms a first sedimentation induction section (101) into which initial rainwater from the inlet (113) flows; a second partition wall (122) that partitions the lower space of the treatment tank (110) between the first partition wall (121) and the outlet (114) and forms a second sedimentation induction section (102) and a third sedimentation induction section (103); a first screen (130) for removing foreign substances from the rainwater runoff flowing in from the inlet (113); a second screen (140) for preventing foreign substances from flowing out to the outlet (114); and an upper side of the first partition wall (121). A non-point source pollution reduction facility (100) with improved dispersion and sedimentation induction performance may be provided, comprising a sedimentation induction plate (123) inclined toward one side toward the inlet (113) at a position opposite to the first screen (130), and a floating control inclined plate (124) inclined toward one side toward the inlet (113) at the top of the second partition (122).

[0021] The first partition (121) and the second partition (122) are provided in the lower space of the treatment tank (110), so that the lower space can be divided into a first sedimentation induction section (101), a second sedimentation induction section (102), and a third sedimentation induction section (103).

[0022] Foreign substances contained in the rainwater runoff flowing into the treatment tank (110) through the inlet (113) can be removed first by the first screen (130). Then, the first sedimentation of foreign substances can be induced in the first sedimentation induction section (101) partitioned by the first partition wall (121). At this time, by the sedimentation induction plate (123) provided opposite to the first screen (130), foreign substances can be prevented from crossing the first partition wall (121) and scattering to the second sedimentation induction section (102) or the third sedimentation induction section (103) due to the strong flow velocity of the rainwater runoff.

[0023] Next, as rainwater runoff continues to flow in, secondary sedimentation of foreign substances can be induced in the second sedimentation induction section (102). At this time, the sedimentation induction performance can be further improved by the floating control inclined plate (124) provided to extend from the upper part of the second partition (122). The floating control inclined plate (124) can be provided to be inclined toward one side (i.e., the left direction in the drawing) toward the inlet (113) from the upper part of the second partition (122).

[0024] Finally, as rainwater runoff continues to flow in, third sedimentation of foreign substances can be induced in the third sedimentation induction section (103). Through such first to third sedimentation induction structures, foreign substances in the rainwater runoff flowing into the treatment tank (110) can be effectively removed. The rainwater runoff from which foreign substances have been removed can be discharged to the outside of the treatment tank (110) through the outlet (114). At this time, the discharge of foreign substances through the outlet (114) can be prevented by the second screen (140). Conversely, the inflow of foreign substances from the outside into the outlet (114) can also be prevented by the second screen (140).

[0025] Hereinafter, the detailed structure of the first screen will be examined with reference to FIGS. 3 and FIGS. 4. FIG. 3 is a perspective view of the first screen of a non-point source pollution reduction facility according to the present disclosure. FIG. 4 is a perspective view of the first screen of a non-point source pollution reduction facility according to the present disclosure.

[0026] In some embodiments, the first screen (130) may include a first body part (131), a dispersion guide plate (132), and a water shock mitigation hopper (133).

[0027] The first body part (131) may include a perforated first side wall part (1311) and a perforated first bottom plate part (1312).

[0028] The dispersion guide plate (132) is provided on the inner side of the first side wall portion (1311) facing the inlet (113) in front, and the central portion (132-1) protrudes toward one side toward the inlet (113), and the left portion and right portion (132-2) can be bent toward the other side relative to the central portion (131-1). The dispersion guide plate (132) may not be perforated.

[0029] The water shock mitigation hopper (133) is provided on the lower surface of the first lower plate (1312) and may include an unperforated inclined portion (1331) and a perforated outflow portion (1332). The inclined portion (1331) may be formed such that the central portion (1331-1) protrudes downward and the left and right portions (1331-2) are bent upward relative to the central portion (1331-1). The outflow portion (1332) may be provided to cover the other side of the inclined portion (1331).

[0030] The first body part (131) is coupled to one side (111) of the treatment tank (110) and can be configured so that rainwater runoff flowing in from the inlet (113) is supplied into the interior of the first body part (131). That is, the rainwater runoff part (1332) can be supplied into the space formed between the first side wall part (1311) and the first bottom plate part (1312). The first side wall part (1311) and the first bottom plate part (1312) are perforated so that foreign substances can be filtered by the first body part (131).

[0031] However, there are cases where settled foreign substances are resuspended by rainwater runoff falling from the inlet through the screen. In particular, when rainwater flows in with a high velocity, the sedimentation of foreign substances is not performed smoothly.

[0032] According to the present disclosure, the first screen (130) includes a dispersion guide plate (132) and a water impact mitigation hopper (133), so that the impact caused by falling water can be mitigated.

[0033] The dispersion guide plate (132) is provided facing the inlet (113) to disperse rainwater runoff supplied from the inlet (113). The dispersion guide plate (132) may have a left-right symmetrical shape. The dispersion guide plate (132) may have a V-shaped form in which the left and right parts (132-2) are bent relative to the central part (132-1). Rainwater runoff flows into the non-perforated dispersion guide plate (132), and the flow velocity can be reduced.

[0034] The water impact mitigation hopper (133) is provided on the lower surface of the first bottom plate (1312) to disperse rainwater runoff falling from the inlet (113). The inclined section (1331) may have a left-right symmetrical shape. The unperforated inclined section (1331) may have a V-shape in which the left and right sections (1331-2) are bent relative to the central section (1331-1). Additionally, the perforated outflow section (1332) is provided to cover the other side of the inclined section (1331), so that rainwater runoff falling from the inlet (113) is first supplied to the inclined section (1331) and then moved to the first sedimentation induction section (101) through the outflow section (1332). Thus, the water impact can be mitigated.

[0035] Specifically, when the flow velocity is slow or the flow rate is low, the rainwater runoff flows into the water shock mitigation hopper (133) first, the flow velocity is reduced, and it can be moved to the first sedimentation induction section (101). When the flow velocity is fast or the flow rate is high, the rainwater runoff is first dispersed at the dispersion induction plate (132), the flow velocity is reduced first, and then the flow velocity is reduced second in the water shock mitigation hopper (133) before it can be moved to the first sedimentation induction section (101).

[0036] Next, the detailed structure of the second screen is examined with reference to FIGS. 5 and FIGS. 6. FIG. 5 is a perspective view of the second screen of a non-point source pollution reduction facility according to the present disclosure. FIG. 6 is a perspective view of the second screen of a non-point source pollution reduction facility according to the present disclosure.

[0037] In some embodiments, the second screen (140) may include a second body part (141) and an inclined screen (142). The inclined screen (142) may be provided in one or more numbers, and an embodiment in which two inclined screens (142) are provided is illustrated in the drawing.

[0038] The second body part (141) may include a second side wall part (1411) that is not perforated, a second bottom plate part (1412) that is perforated, and a top plate part (1413) that is perforated.

[0039] The inclined screen (142) is perforated and is provided between the second lower plate (1412) and the upper plate (1413), with the central part (142-1) protruding downward and the left and right parts (142-2) being folded upward relative to the central part (142-1).

[0040] The second body part (141) is coupled to the other side of the treatment tank (110) and may be provided so that its internal space communicates with the outlet (114). The second side wall part (1411) is not perforated, and as the water level inside the treatment tank (110) rises, rainwater runoff inside the treatment tank (110) can be discharged to the outlet (114) through the perforated second bottom plate part (1412). At this time, foreign matter can be removed once more by the inclined screen (142). The perforations of the inclined screen (142) may be formed with a diameter smaller than the perforations of the second bottom plate part (1412).

[0041] In addition, due to the V-shaped form in which the central part (142-1) of the inclined screen (142) protrudes downward and the left and right parts (142-2) are bent upward, rainwater flowing in from the outside through the outlet (114) is dispersed and the impact of the falling water can be mitigated.

[0042] The top plate (1413) is perforated so that when rainwater runoff flows from the outside of the treatment tank (110) into the outlet (114), foreign matter can be separated inside the second screen (140).

[0043] In some embodiments, the top plate (1413) may be hinged to the second side wall (1411). For example, as shown in the drawing, the top plate (1413) may be hinged to the second side wall (1411) by a hinge (1413-1). This structure makes maintenance easier.

[0044] Although embodiments of the present disclosure have been described above, those skilled in the art may modify or change the present disclosure in various ways by adding, changing, deleting, or adding components without departing from the technical spirit of the present disclosure as described in the claims, and such modifications or changes shall also be deemed to be included within the scope of the rights of the present disclosure.
