Description

Technology Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a clothes hanger capable of hanging trousers, and more specifically, to a clothes hanger capable of hanging trousers in which the upper part of the hanger is composed of two hanger frames and four trouser hangers are assembled at each end of the hanger frames, so that when trousers are hung on the hanger, the four trouser hangers are each hooked onto the four belt loops of the trousers, thereby allowing the trousers to be hung while naturally maintaining the shape of the creases formed on the trousers, thus preventing damage to the creases of the trousers during storage. Background Technology

[0002] Generally, a clothes hanger is a tool used to organize clothing by hanging or clipping it. A clothes hanger is used to hang clothing items, such as jackets, one by one in a closet or on a rack, primarily to minimize the volume occupied by clothes or to prevent them from getting wrinkled.

[0003] The most common form is a straight, not-too-loose rod about shoulder-length, with triangular ends; it features an integrated design that includes a hook for hanging on a hanger, a shoulder strap for securing the shoulders of a top, and a section for hanging trousers. Hangers are used not only for storage but also for hanging washed clothes on a clothesline to dry. They are made of materials such as wood, plastic, and metal.

[0004] Clothes hangers with a loop and shoulder strap integrated as a single unit had the disadvantage of being inconvenient to use because the shoulder straps on both sides could not be folded, and above all, they took up a large amount of space when stored, which was a disadvantage when packing luggage for travel.

[0005] In particular, with conventional hangers, when hanging clothes without front openings, such as T-shirts, the neck area of the garment is often stretched excessively, and this habit has led to the problem of the neck area becoming stretched.

[0006] In addition, the range of hangers that can be used is very limited depending on the type of clothing, and since a variety of hangers must be prepared to fit the size and volume of the clothes, it entails considerable inconvenience when using them.

[0007] Meanwhile, Korean Intellectual Property Office Publication No. 10-2016-0133277 (Title: Foldable Clothes Hanger Assembly) discloses prior art configured such that a body equipped with a hook portion has left and right shoulder hanger members on both sides that support the shoulder portion of a garment, and a rotating means including a lever that is coupled to the shoulder hanger means and protrudes to one side of the body when the shoulder hanger means is folded, so that when the shoulder hanger means is inserted into the garment by penetrating the neck portion of the garment while the shoulder hanger means is folded and the lever is pressed, the shoulder hanger means unfolds so that the garment can be easily hung without damaging the neck portion.

[0008] However, the clothes hanger of the prior art has the disadvantage that it can only hang and store tops, but cannot hang and store pants.

[0009] To solve this problem, a clothes hanger specifically for trouser hangers has recently been disclosed, and a representative example is Korean Patent Office Utility Model Publication No. 20-2016-0002611.

[0010] The above prior art is characterized by a conventional trouser hanger comprising a horizontal bar made of a cylinder with a hook formed in the center and a clamp for securing trousers provided on the horizontal bar, wherein an extension projection protruding downward is formed at the bottom of the horizontal bar so that the clamp is formed to prevent rotation on the horizontal bar.

[0011] However, the prior art allows trousers to be hung and stored by clamping the bottoms with clips. Yet, the trouser hanger of the prior art has limitations in adjusting the left-right distance of the clips to fit the leg width, making it inconvenient to hang various types of trousers. Furthermore, hanging trousers requires stacking them and then clamping the ends of the stacked trousers with clips, which is cumbersome to use. Above all, the prior art only allows trousers to be hung individually and lacks a means to hang tops separately, posing significant practical problems. Prior art literature

Specific details for implementing the invention

[0026] The embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the attached drawings. In the detailed description to follow, representative embodiments of the present invention will be presented to achieve the aforementioned technical objectives. Other embodiments that can be presented by the present invention will be described by the configuration of the present invention.

[0027] FIG. 1 is a drawing showing a state in which pants are hung on a clothes hanger capable of hanging pants according to the present invention, FIG. 2 is a drawing showing the structure of a clothes hanger capable of hanging pants shown in FIG. 1, FIG. 3 is a drawing showing a state in which the pants hanger part is coupled to the top hanger part in FIG. 2, FIG. 4 is a side view of FIG. 2, FIG. 5 is a three-dimensional drawing of the clothes hanger of FIG. 2, FIG. 6 is a three-dimensional drawing showing a main part of the clothes hanger extracted from FIG. 5, and FIG. 7 is a drawing showing the pants hanger part and the top hanger part extracted from FIG. 5.

[0028] As illustrated in FIGS. 1 to 7, the clothes hanger (100) of the present invention capable of hanging pants comprises a hook portion (10), a top hanging portion (20), a support portion (30), and a pants hanging portion (40).

[0029] The above hook portion (10) is a means provided at the upper center of the clothes hanger (100). The above hook portion (10) is formed into a hook shape using a metallic wire, and when a top or bottom (hereinafter referred to as "pants") is hung on the clothes hanger (100) to be stored in a closet, the above hook portion is hooked onto a clothes hanger rod (200) provided in the closet, etc., so that the top or bottom (300) can be hung and stored in the closet.

[0030] The upper hanging part (20) is located below the hook part (10) and allows an upper garment, such as a shirt, to be hung on a hanger so that the upper garment can be hung and stored.

[0031] The upper hanging portion (20) is configured by placing two hanging frames (22, 24) having the same shape together. Additionally, both ends of each hanging frame (22, 24) are spread outward so that a trouser hanging portion (40) can be provided at each end of each hanging frame (22, 24).

[0032] The upper hanging portion (20) is configured with a plurality of hanging frames (22, 24), wherein the centers of the plurality of hanging frames (22, 24) are aligned with each other, and as they extend toward both sides, they gradually spread apart in opposite directions. This allows the hanging surface area of the upper garment to be hung on the upper hanging portion (20) to be widened, thereby enabling the upper garment to be hung more stably, and also prevents wrinkles from forming on the upper garment hanging portion (20). In particular, when configured with a plurality of hanging frames (22, 24), the upper garment or pants are not hung with the front and back sides overlapping each other; instead, a space is formed between the front and back sides of the upper garment or pants (300) using the plurality of hanging frames (22, 24), allowing the upper garment or pants to be hung three-dimensionally, thereby effectively preventing the problem of wrinkles forming on the upper garment or pants during storage.

[0033] The support member (30) is formed by bending both ends of the upper hanging member (20) inward, and the support member (30) supports both ends of the upper hanging member (20) so that the upper hanging member (20) does not sag due to the weight of the upper.

[0034] The above trouser hanger (40) is a means used when hanging trousers (300) on the clothes hanger (100) of the present invention for storage.

[0035] The above-mentioned trouser hanger (40) is configured such that a wire is bent to form a contracted space (42) in the center. When hanging the trouser (300) on the hanger (100) for storage, the above-mentioned trouser hanger (40) is passed through the belt loop (310) provided on the waist portion of the trouser (300) so that the belt loop (310) of the trouser (300) is hung on the trouser hanger (40), thereby allowing the trouser (300) to be hung on the hanger (100). At this time, as the above-mentioned trouser hanger (40) passes through the belt loop (310), the trouser hanger (40) is elastically compressed through the central contraction space (42), and then expands and returns after passing through the belt loop (310), so that the trouser hanger (40) can be easily inserted into the belt loop (310), and the belt loop (310) can be caught on the expanded and returned trouser hanger (40) and maintain a hanging state without easily coming off.

[0036] That is, as shown in FIG. 5, the present invention is configured such that the upper hanging part (20) is composed of two hanging frames (22, 24), and four trouser hanging parts (40) are assembled at each end of the hanging frames (22, 24). When the trousers (300) are hung on a hanger, the four trouser hanging parts (40) are each hung on four belt loops (310) of the trousers (300), so that the trousers (300) can be hung three-dimensionally in an unfolded state rather than in a stacked state, and in particular, the trousers (300) can be hung while naturally maintaining the shape of the creases formed on the trousers (300), thereby preventing damage to the creases of the trousers (300) during the storage process.

[0037] In addition, it is preferable that the above-mentioned trouser hanger (40) be configured with an upward rounded portion (44) that is inclined upward at a predetermined angle from the inner side (40a) to the outer side (40b), so that the belt loop of the trouser hanging on the trouser hanger (40) is caught on the upward rounded portion of the trouser hanger and does not detach from the trouser hanger.

[0038] The above trouser hanger (40) can be configured to be integrally molded at the end of the top hanger (20) as in FIG. 8, but as in FIG. 4 and 5, the trouser hanger (40) can be manufactured separately and then configured to be detachable from the end of the top hanger (20) so that the clothes hanger (100) can be used to hang and store both tops and trousers.

[0039] To this end, a fastening projection (46) is formed protrudingly at one end of the trouser hanger (40), and a fastening groove (26) is formed at the end of the top hanger (20). Then, the trouser hanger (40) can be detachably fastened to the end of the top hanger (20) by screwing the fastening projection (46) of the trouser hanger (40) into the fastening groove (26).

[0040] The detachable structure of the trouser hanger (40) is intended to allow for various uses of the hanger (100), for example, when the hanger (100) is used for hanging a top, the trouser hanger (40) can be detached to prevent the top from getting in the way when hanging the top on the top hanger (20), and when the hanger (100) is used for hanging trousers (300), the trouser hanger (40) can be attached to both ends of the top hanger (20).

[0041] In addition, as shown in FIG. 9, the clothes hanger (400) of another embodiment can be manufactured such that the upper hanging portion (420) is not formed to extend to both sides of the lower end of the hook portion (410) but rather to extend to one side of the lower end of the hook portion (410), and the pants hanging portion (40) of the present invention can be detachably or integrally provided on the upper hanging portion (420) of the clothes hanger (400) manufactured in this way so that pants can be effectively hung and stored.

[0042] The clothes hanger (100) of the present invention configured as described above can hang and store pants (300) more easily without wrinkles, and can also selectively hang and store a top or pants on a single clothes hanger (100).

[0043] First, when hanging and storing the pants (300) on the hanger (100) of the present invention, the pants hanger portions (40) provided at each end of the upper garment hanger portion (20) are inserted into the belt loops (310) of the pants (300). At this time, the pants hanger portions (40) contract through the contraction space (42) and then expand during the process of returning to the original state, so that the belt loops are caught on the expanded pants hanger portions (40) and do not easily slip out. Additionally, the pants hanger portions (40) can maintain a more stable state of being hung on the pants hanger portions (40) through the upward rounded portion (42) of the pants hanger portions (40).

[0044] In this way, when the belt loops (310) on both sides of the waist of the pants (300) are each hung on the pants hanger (40), the pants (300) can be hung on a hanger and stored without wrinkles. Additionally, since the pants hanger (40) is exposed to the outside of the belt loops (310) after passing through them, multiple other garments can be conveniently hung and stored on the exposed pants hanger (40).

[0045] Meanwhile, when the hanger of the present invention is used for hanging tops such as shirts, the pants hanger (40) is unfastened at both ends of the top hanger (20), so that the top can be hung and stored without feeling inconvenience from the top getting caught on the pants hanger (40) during the process of hanging the top.

[0046] Meanwhile, FIG. 10 is a drawing showing a clothes hanger capable of hanging pants according to another embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 11 is a drawing of FIG. 10 in use.

[0047] As illustrated in FIGS. 10 to 11, a clothes hanger (500) capable of hanging pants according to another embodiment of the present invention comprises a hook portion (510), a top hanger portion (520), and a pants hanger portion (540) as in the previously described embodiment, but is characterized by the structure of the pants hanger portion (540) being configured in a loop shape.

[0048] That is, the above trouser hanger (540) is composed of a coupler (542) that is detachably fitted into the outer diameter of the top hanger (520), and first and second hooks (544, 546) provided on both sides of the coupler (542). The trouser hanger (540) composed of the coupler (542) and the first and second hooks (544, 546) is configured to have the same structure and is installed at least one on the outer diameter of the top hanger (520).

[0049] As shown in FIG. 9, the trouser hanger (540) configured in this way allows the trouser (300) to be conveniently hung and stored without wrinkles by hanging the four belt loops (310) provided on the waist of the trouser (300) on the four first and second hooks (544, 546) provided on the two trouser hangers (540). At this time, the first and second hooks (544, 546) are not limited to four locations and can be arranged in four or more locations as needed.

[0050] In addition, by hanging other pants on the hook of the remaining pants hanger (540), multiple pants can be hung and stored together on one hanger. Explanation of the symbols
