Accordingly, unless explicitly defined in this specification, specific terms should not be interpreted in an overly ideal or formal sense.

[0024] The present invention will be described in detail below.

[0025] The present specification discloses a wetland aquatic plant collector capable of relieving the problem of the collector getting caught by a certain force when the collector gets caught by underwater reefs, rocks, artificial structures, etc.

[0026] FIG. 1 illustrates a configuration diagram of a wetland aquatic plant collector according to one embodiment of the present invention.

[0027] Referring to FIG. 1, it can be seen that a wetland aquatic plant collector according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a joint-shaped locking part; a body part connected to one end of the locking part and acting as a weight; and a string part connected to the other end of the body part.

[0028] The wetland aquatic plant collector of the present invention is particularly suitable for collecting floating-leaf plants and submerged plants among aquatic plants. Floating-leaf plants are aquatic plants in which the roots are attached to the bottom of the water and the leaves float on the water, and some plants have floating leaves and submerged leaves. Submerged plants refer to aquatic plants in which the entire plant body grows underwater, and the roots extend into the soil in the water; examples include water hyacinth, black pondweed, pondweed, spike water hyacinth, and pine needle pondweed.

[0029] The wetland aquatic plant collector of the present invention may include a joint-shaped locking part.

[0030] It is preferable that a plurality of joint-shaped locking parts of the present invention be connected at regular intervals along the circumference of one end of the body part of the present invention, but are not limited thereto.

[0031] Specifically, it is preferable that a plurality of joint-shaped locking parts of the present invention be connected at regular intervals centered around one end of the body part, but are not limited thereto. For example, 3 to 50 joint-shaped locking parts may be connected in all directions centered around the end of the body part.

[0032] The connection between the joint-shaped locking part of the present invention and one end of the body part is preferably formed using a connecting member such as a male or female screw, a connecting pin, a connecting screw, or a connecting clip, but is not limited thereto.

[0033] The joint-shaped locking part of the present invention is preferably made of plastic or aluminum, but is not limited thereto.

[0034] The joint-shaped locking part of the present invention is made of plastic or aluminum material, so it can be easily folded or unfolded by joint movement.

[0035] FIG. 2 illustrates a configuration diagram of a catch portion of a wetland aquatic plant collector according to one embodiment of the present invention.

[0036] Referring to FIG. 2, it can be seen that the hook portion of a wetland aquatic plant collector according to one embodiment of the present invention includes a hook portion in which an aquatic plant is directly collected and a joint portion connected to the hook portion in a folded form.

[0037] Specifically, the joint-shaped catch of the present invention may be composed of a hook portion for collecting aquatic plants and a joint portion connected to the body portion. Preferably, the end portion of the hook portion is formed in a curved hook shape for collecting aquatic plants, but is not limited thereto. The joint portion maintains a folded form when used underwater to collect aquatic plants or when collecting aquatic plants underwater. However, if the wetland aquatic plant collector of the present invention gets caught on underwater reefs, rocks, artificial structures, etc., and the user of the collector applies pressure by a certain or specific force by pulling the string portion of the present invention by hand, the joint portion unfolds together with the hook portion due to joint movement, thereby allowing the wetland aquatic plant collector of the present invention to escape from underwater reefs, rocks, artificial structures, etc.

[0038] That is, within the joint-shaped locking part of the present invention, the joint part can be unfolded together with the hook part by joint movement when pressure is applied by a specific force.

[0039] Meanwhile, the wetland aquatic plant collector of the present invention may include a body portion that serves as a weight.

[0040] Since the body of the present invention acts as a weight, it is preferable that it be made of a material with a specific gravity greater than water so that it can reach the bottom of the water, but it is not limited thereto.

[0041] The body of the present invention is preferably made of iron of a certain weight to serve as a counterweight, but is not limited thereto.

[0042] The body portion of the present invention preferably includes a water temperature measuring sensor and a water depth measuring sensor, but is not limited thereto. Since the water temperature measuring sensor and the water depth measuring sensor are included within the body portion of the present invention, there is an advantage in being able to measure the water temperature and water depth at the time of collection simultaneously with the quantitative collection of aquatic plants.

[0043] Meanwhile, the wetland aquatic plant collector of the present invention may include a string connected to the other end of the body part.

[0044] The string portion of the present invention serves as a string for the user of the collecting device to retrieve the wetland aquatic plant collecting device of the present invention after throwing it from land into the water.

[0045] The length of the string portion of the present invention can be adjusted by the user of the collector within a length of several meters to tens of meters.

[0046] The string portion of the present invention preferably has markings distinguished according to a certain interval, but is not limited thereto. For example, if the string portion of the present invention forms stripes at intervals of 10 cm, information can be obtained to quantitatively collect aquatic plants by determining how many cm the user of the collector has pulled the string portion.

[0047] Below, a detailed description of the use of a wetland aquatic plant collector according to one embodiment of the present invention is provided.

[0048] FIG. 3 illustrates an example of use of a wetland aquatic plant collector according to one embodiment of the present invention.

[0049] Referring to FIG. 3, the process of collecting aquatic plants can be observed after a user of a collecting device located on land throws a wetland aquatic plant collecting device according to one embodiment of the present invention toward the target water.

[0050] In a wetland aquatic plant collector according to one embodiment of the present invention, the collector sinks into the water by means of a body portion acting as a weight. Once the collector is positioned in an area containing aquatic plants, when the collector user pulls the string portion, the aquatic plant gets caught in the hook portion, allowing the collector user to collect the aquatic plant. At this time, the water temperature and depth of the area where the aquatic plant is collected can be checked directly from land by the collector user through sensors included in the body portion.

[0051] If the problem occurs where the collector gets caught on an obstacle such as an underwater reef, rock, or artificial structure, the user of the collector can apply pressure by a constant or specific force by pulling the cord part with their hand, and the collector can escape from the underwater reef, rock, or artificial structure by unfolding together with the hook part within the catch part through the joint movement of the joint part within the catch part.

[0053] According to the present invention, the problem of the collector getting caught on underwater reefs, rocks, artificial structures, etc., is resolved, allowing for the quantitative collection of aquatic plants, and it is possible to measure water temperature and water depth simultaneously as well as simply collect aquatic plants.

[0054] The above description is merely an illustrative explanation of the technical concept of the present invention, and those skilled in the art to which the present invention pertains will be able to make various modifications and variations within the scope of the essential characteristics of the present invention.

[0055] Accordingly, the embodiments disclosed in this invention are intended to illustrate, not limit, the technical concept of the invention, and the scope of the technical concept of the invention is not limited by these embodiments. The scope of protection of this invention shall be interpreted by the claims below, and all technical concepts within an equivalent scope shall be interpreted as being included within the scope of rights of this invention.
