Abstract
Description
Technology Field
[0001] The various embodiments disclosed in this document relate to casters installed on the lower part of a transport tool, such as a trolley, to facilitate movement, and in particular, to casters applied to a transport tool for automatically transporting a trolley to retrieve or load parts or products in automated logistics. Background Technology
[0003] Generally, casters are moving devices installed for the convenience of movement, and can be installed at the bottom of transport tools, such as carts that transport various goods, to provide convenience of movement.
[0004] The cast installed on such a bogie is installed on the lower part of the bogie using at least one bracket, and the wheel of the cast can be supported so as to rotate freely by the wheel bracket.
[0005] When automating logistics, casters require a process to align the direction of travel of the wheels, and can be aligned in the forward direction by a separately manufactured automatic alignment device. For example, a trolley can be moved to the left or right, or in the forward or reverse direction by the casters. The problem to be solved
[0007] However, the caster mounted on the bogie has a structure that cannot be mixed with general-purpose casters, and because the cam shape is elliptical, there is a high probability of reverse alignment, so there is a high probability that the caster will be loaded when moving while in contact with the ground.
[0008] In addition, casters in which the wheels are aligned in the forward direction by a cam method require additional manufacturing when applied to transport tools or off-the-shelf products, and there is a high probability that the casters will be subjected to a load during ground movement due to reverse alignment.
[0009] In processes where the automation of material or product input and output is applied, when using a trolley, the direction of travel of the casters must be aligned squarely by a person so that they can be placed on the guide rail on the ground. Therefore, it is necessary to align the direction of travel of the caster wheels, and when implementing logistics automation, it is necessary to implement a separate automatic alignment device.
[0010] The various embodiments disclosed in this document provide a forward guide device and a caster including the same that can be used economically and flexibly during logistics automation processes without manual forward alignment of the wheel or forward alignment using an automatic alignment device by adding a forward guide device to the caster. means of solving the problem
[0012] According to various embodiments of the present invention, the apparatus may comprise at least one wheel; at least one wheel bracket that rotatably supports the wheel on a bogie; a forward guide device disposed between the wheel bracket and the bogie and which moves the wheel in a forward direction when the wheel is unloaded; and at least one fixed bracket that is coupled to the bogie, rotatably coupled to the wheel bracket, and supports the forward guide device, wherein the forward guide device may comprise a forward guide coupled to the wheel bracket; a roller disposed in close contact with the forward guide and coupled with the forward guide to direct the forward guide in a forward direction; and an elastic body (43) connected to the roller and providing a force that causes the roller to maintain a state of close contact with the forward guide, thereby providing a force that directs the forward guide in a forward direction.
[0013] According to various embodiments of the present invention, a guide rail is formed along an edge and the forward guide has a shape indicating a direction; a roller is positioned in close contact with the guide rail and is coupled with the forward guide to direct the forward guide in a forward direction; and an elastic body has one end connected to the roller and provides a force to maintain the roller in close contact with the forward guide, thereby providing a force to direct the forward guide in a forward direction. Effects of the invention
[0015] According to the various embodiments disclosed in this document, by means of casters that automatically align in the forward direction when the wheel is unloaded, forward movement is facilitated, and it is possible to contribute to cost reduction of the automated line without using automatic alignment equipment.
[0016] In addition, various effects that can be identified directly or indirectly through this document may be provided. Brief explanation of the drawing
