Description

Technology Field

[0001] The present invention relates to the charging of an unmanned trolley, and in particular, to a charging device capable of performing charging by inducing the charging terminal and the application terminal to stably connect with each other even when the charging position between the charging means is varied due to the load of the unmanned trolley. Background Technology

[0002] Generally, unmanned carts are devices that carry loaded goods and transport the loaded goods, and they are devices that operate according to commands received from a host computer using power charged in an internal battery as a power source, and include automatic guided vehicles (AGVs) that move while reading guidance devices arranged on the floor and laser guided vehicles (LGVs) that move using a laser navigation method.

[0003] The aforementioned conventional unmanned trolley must be recharged before the battery power is depleted, and for this purpose, a charging terminal capable of being electrically connected to an electrical device is formed on the outer surface of a conventional unmanned trolley.

[0004] However, in the conventional unmanned trolley, during the process of connecting the power terminal of the electrical device and the charging terminal to each other for battery charging, the height in the vertical direction or the position in the horizontal direction of the charging terminal (111) may differ from the initial position due to the load of goods loaded on the unmanned trolley, so there is an inconvenience that charging is only possible when the goods have been unloaded.

[0005] In other words, even if there is spare power in the battery, there is the inconvenience of having to charge it in advance, taking into account the driving distance of the unmanned cart loaded with goods. Prior art literature

[0006] Republic of Korea Registered Patent No. 10-1156468 (Registration Date: June 8, 2012) Republic of Korea Published Patent No. 10-2025-0162740 (Publication Date: November 19, 2025) Republic of Korea Registered Utility Model No. 20-0130425 (Registration Date: August 2, 1998) Republic of Korea Published Utility Model No. 20-1999-0008794 (Publication Date: March 5, 1999) The problem to be solved

[0007] To solve the aforementioned conventional problems, the present invention stably electrically couples with the power terminal of an electrical device even when the position of the charging terminal is variable, regardless of the presence or absence of a load. Induce The purpose is to provide a charging device capable of supplying power necessary for the operation of an unmanned cart. means of solving the problem

[0008] As a means of solving the problem of the aforementioned conventional problems, the charging device having a moving function corresponding to different charging positions according to the present invention is a charging device installed on an unmanned trolley (10) or a charging means (20) so as to induce a stable coupling between them corresponding to different charging positions between an unmanned trolley (10) and a charging means (20). The charging device comprises a charging coupling part (100) that supplies a charging voltage to a battery provided in the unmanned trolley (10), and a moving coupling part (200) fixedly installed on the unmanned trolley (10) or the charging means (20) so as to be movably connected to the charging coupling part (100). The moving coupling part (200) enables the charging coupling part (100) to move in the up-down and left-right directions by elastic force and then return to its original position. The movement of the charging means is achieved through contact with an induction plate (22) installed on the unmanned trolley (10) or the charging means (20) so as to be opposite to the charging coupling part (100). The induction plate (22) is characterized by having both sides open, with the opening width of one side gradually narrowing compared to the opening width of the other side.

It is preferable that a stable coupling between the charging terminal (111) and the application terminal (21) located at different positions is achieved by moving the moving coupling part (200) in the up and down direction by means of the guide roller (120) which rotates in correspondence with the shape of the induction plate (22).

[0010] Additionally, it is preferable that the charging body (110) is further equipped with a distance measuring sensor (130) for measuring the distance between the charging means (20) and the charging body (110).

[0011] Additionally, the moving coupling part (200) comprises a connecting body (210) installed on an unmanned trolley (10) or a charging means (20), an upper plate (220) which is rotatably coupled to the upper part of the connecting body (210) on one side and rotatably coupled to the upper part of the charging coupling part (100) on the other side, a lower plate (230) which is rotatably coupled to the lower part of the connecting body (210) on one side and rotatably coupled to the lower part of the charging coupling part (100) on the other side, and a lifting means (240) that connects the upper plate (220) and the lower plate (230) to each other, provided that the other side of the upper plate (220) and the other side of the lower plate (230) can return after being lifted by elastic force, and on both sides of the connecting body (210) as well as the upper plate (220) and the lower plate (230) which are rotatably coupled to the charging coupling part (100), the It is preferable that a first elastic body (290) be provided so that the moving coupling part (200) can move in the left and right directions by means of elastic force.

[0012] Additionally, the lifting means (240) preferably includes a shaft member (250) that is rotatably coupled to the upper plate (220) as well as the lower plate (230), and a return member (260) that is rotatably coupled to the shaft member (250) and returns the upper plate (220) and the lower plate (230), which have been lifted by elastic force, to their original positions.

[0013] Additionally, the shaft member (250) comprises a first shaft member (251) that is rotatably coupled to both sides of one side of the upper plate (220) and a second shaft member (253) that is rotatably coupled to both sides of the other side of the lower plate (230), wherein the return member (260) is provided as a pair on both sides of the upper plate (220) and the lower plate (230), and it is preferable that the upper part of each is rotatably coupled to the first shaft member (251) and the lower part of each is rotatably coupled to the second shaft member (253).

[0014] Additionally, the above-mentioned return member (260) is configured such that the upper portion is rotatably coupled to the first shaft rod (251) and the lower portion is rotatably coupled to the second shaft rod (253) so as to connect the upper plate (220) and the lower plate (230) to each other, and includes a connecting plate (261) having a pair of connecting pieces (263) formed adjacent to each other in the longitudinal direction, a second elastic body (267) that is elastically coupled to the pair of connecting pieces (263), and a link (269) that is rotatably coupled to the first shaft rod (251) on one side and rotatably coupled to the connecting plate (231) on the other side, wherein it is preferable that one of the pair of connecting pieces (263) be installed so as to be able to move in the longitudinal direction through an elongated hole (265) formed in the connecting plate (261) so that the second elastic body (267) can be elastically restored.

[0015] Additionally, the above return member (260) further includes a stopper (270) formed on one side of the upper part of the upper plate (220) and a stop bar (280) positioned across the upper part of the upper plate (220) so as to be coupled with a pair of links (269) facing each other on both sides, wherein the stop bar (280) is preferably configured such that the second elastic body (267) elastically restores itself so that when the upper plate (220) and the lower plate (230) are raised and lowered, the upper plate (220) comes into contact with the upper plate (220) or the stopper (270), thereby limiting the range of movement. Effects of the invention

[0016] According to the present invention, unlike conventional methods, it is possible to stably electrically connect with the power supply terminal of the charging means even when the position of the charging terminal is variable, regardless of whether a loading load occurs on the goods loaded on the unmanned cart, thereby having the effect of supplying power necessary for the operation of the unmanned cart. [0021] Furthermore, in describing the present invention, if it is determined that a detailed description of related known functions or configurations may unnecessarily obscure the essence of the invention, such detailed description is abbreviated or omitted.

[0023] Hereinafter, a charging device having a fluid function corresponding to different charging positions according to the present invention (hereinafter briefly referred to as the 'charging device') will be described in detail with reference to the attached drawings.

[0024] Before explaining, the charging means (20) described below refers to a conventional charger that is coupled with the charging terminal (111) of the unmanned vehicle (10) to charge the necessary power to a battery (not shown) equipped in the unmanned vehicle (10), and a detailed explanation thereof is omitted (see FIG. 2).

[0025] However, unlike conventional methods, the present invention is different in that a guide plate (22) having a cone shape is formed on the surface of the input terminal (21) provided in the charging means (20) to guide the charging device (1) and to help the stable connection between the input terminal (21) and the charging terminal (111). The guide plate (22) can be formed through the combination of a plurality of plates to have a shape that narrows in width from the open inlet towards the output side of the input terminal (21) as shown in the illustration.

[0026] In addition, the charging device (1) of the present invention is described as being mounted on an unmanned vehicle (10) as an example, but is not limited thereto and may be mounted on a charging means (20) as needed and used, and in this case, it should be noted that the above-mentioned guide plate (22) may be formed on the unmanned vehicle (10) and used (see FIG. 9).

[0027] First, as illustrated in FIGS. 1 and 2, the charging device (1) according to the present invention largely comprises a charging coupling part (100) and a moving coupling part (200).

[0028] To explain in more detail, the charging coupling part (100) is configured to electrically separate and combine with an application terminal (21) formed on a charging means (20) whose position is constant, by moving up and down or left and right according to the flow direction of the moving coupling part (200) described later, so that the necessary power can be charged to the battery, and includes a charging body (110), a guide roller (120), and a distance measuring sensor (130).

[0029] For example, the charging body (110) can be molded into a cuboid shape as shown in FIG. 3, and one side is connected to the moving coupling part (200), and the other side, i.e., the bottom side, is provided with a charging terminal (111) and is separated and connected to the application terminal (21).

[0030] As shown in the illustration, at least one through hole (113) may be formed on the outer surface of the charging body (110), and such through hole (113) provides convenience for cable connection between the charging terminal (111) and the battery, as well as for maintenance of the distance measuring sensor (130).

[0031] A rotation hole is formed in each of the upper and lower front corner portions of the charging body (110) to allow a guide roller (120) to be rotatably mounted, and a rotating shaft is inserted through the rotation hole.

[0032] Additionally, the guide roller (120) may be a conventional roller and is rotatably coupled to both sides of the rotating shaft inserted into the aforementioned rotating hole, so that when the charging device (1) of the present invention enters the direction of the charging means (20), it comes into contact with the guide plate (22) to help the charging terminal (111) and the application terminal (21) to be smoothly coupled to each other.

[0033] In addition, as described above, the distance measuring sensor (130) irradiates a laser or the like into the charging body (110) in the forward direction, that is, in the direction of the charging means (20), so that the distance between the front of the charging body (110) and the outer surface of the charging means (20) can be visualized.

[0034] To this end, the distance measuring sensor (130) may use a laser sensor capable of measuring distance by receiving a laser reflected from the charging means (20), and may be cable-connected to or maintenance performed with a control unit (not shown) constituting the unmanned vehicle (10) through a through hole (113) formed in the charging body (110).

[0035] And, as shown in FIG. 4, the moving coupling part (200) is configured to compensate for the initial position of the charging coupling part (100) described above when it changes in response to the load of the unmanned vehicle (10), together with the guiding plate (22) described above, so as to enable accurate coupling between the charging terminal (111) and the application terminal (21), and includes a connecting body (210), an upper plate (220), a lower plate (230), and a lifting means (240).

[0036] For example, the connecting body (210) can be formed into the shape of a plate as described above, and a through hole (113) can be formed on the outer surface as needed.

[0037] The upper sides of the connecting body (210) are rotatably connected to both sides of one end of the upper plate (220), and the lower sides are rotatably connected to both sides of one end of the lower plate (230), so that the upper plate (220) and the lower plate (230) are installed symmetrically with respect to each other so that they have the same shape with the connecting body (210) as the center.

[0038] Here, the top plate (220) has a shape in which both ends are bent as shown in the illustration, and the other ends are rotatably connected to both upper sides of the filling body (110) described above.

[0039] On one side of the upper surface of the top plate (220), a stopper (270) may be provided protruding to control the rotation angle of a stop bar (280) rotating on the upper part of the top plate (220) by means of a return member (260) described later.

[0040] In addition, as described above, the bottom plate (230) can be formed in the same shape as the top plate (220), excluding the stopper (270), and both ends are rotatably connected to both lower sides of the filling body (110) so as to be symmetrical in the height direction with the top plate (220).

[0041] Meanwhile, as described above, the upper plate (220) and lower plate (230), which are rotatably coupled to the connecting body (210) or the charging body (110), each have a rotating shaft penetrating them to satisfy a structure that allows them to rotate relative to each other, and a plurality of first elastic bodies (290) having a coil spring shape are provided on both sides of the plurality of rotating shafts so that the moving coupling part (200) is guided by the guide plate (22) and moves in the left and right directions, and then has the force to return to its original position by the elastic force of the first elastic bodies (290).

[0042] Additionally, the lifting means (240) includes a shaft sealing member (250) and a return member (260) configured to raise the upper plate (220) and the lower plate (230), which are rotatably connected to the charging body (110), in the height direction so that a stable connection between the charging terminal (111) and the application terminal (21) can be realized.

[0043] The shaft member (250) is rotatably installed with a pair of return members (260) and includes a first shaft member (251) and a second shaft member (253) in a configuration that allows adjacent upper plates (220) and lower plates (230) in the height direction to move in the same manner without shape change.

[0044] The first shaft (251) can be formed into a column shape similar to the rotating shaft described above, and both sides are rotatably inserted through the top plate (220).

[0045] In addition, the second shaft (253) is formed in the shape of a column, identical to the first shaft (251) described above, and unlike the first shaft (251), both sides are inserted through the bottom plate (230) so as to be rotatable.

[0046] At this time, the first shaft (251) and the second shaft (253) can be installed through the bent portions formed on the sides of the upper plate (220) and the lower plate (230), and it is preferable that the return member (260), described later, can be rotatably coupled to each side exposed to the outside of the upper plate (220) and the lower plate (230).

[0047] By doing so, the charging device (1) according to the present invention is supported so that both ends of the first shaft (251) and the second shaft (253) come into contact with the bending part during the process of the device being twisted in the left and right directions, thereby realizing the advantage of preventing the shape of the bending part from changing.

[0048] Meanwhile, the shaft sealing member (250) in the present invention is installed at different positions so as not to face each other in the height direction, as illustrated, in order to maximize the advantages of the shaft sealing member (250) described above.

[0049] As described above, the return members (260) are provided in pairs so that they can be installed on each side of the moving coupling part (200), and in particular, are configured to help the upper plate (220) and the lower plate (230), which are rotatably coupled to the charging body (110), to move up and down by elastic force in the same way, and each of the return members (260) includes a connecting plate (261), a link (269), and a stop bar (280).

[0050] As shown in the illustration, the connecting plate (261) is formed into a convenient shape having a predetermined length, and its upper portion is rotatably coupled to a first shaft rod (251) exposed outside the upper plate (220), and its lower portion is rotatably coupled to a second shaft rod (253) exposed outside the lower plate (230), satisfying a structure for the upper plate (220) and the lower plate (230) to move in the same manner.

[0051] A pair of connecting pieces (263) are formed adjacent to each other in the longitudinal direction on the outer surface of the connecting plate (261), and a second elastic body (267) having a coil spring shape is provided on the pair of connecting pieces (263).

[0052] At this time, it is preferable that the lower part of the connecting plate (261) into which the second shaft (253) is inserted has an elongated hole (265) formed therein so that the second elastic body (267) can elastically restore in response to the rotation of the stop bar (280).

[0053] As described above, the stop bar (280) is installed such that it can rotate according to the direction in which the connecting plates (261) move, by rotatably connecting both sides to the upper portion of each of the pair of connecting plates (261) arranged on both sides of the top plate (220) so as to cross the upper surface of the top plate (220).

[0054] At this time, the rotating stop bar (280) is controlled to be rotated by contacting the stopper (270) provided on the upper surface of the top plate (220) or by contacting the upper surface of the top plate (220), thereby preventing the charging device (1) according to the present invention from moving excessively and thus preventing physical damage.

[0056] Hereinafter, the operational relationship of the charging device (1) according to the present invention will be explained in detail by example with reference to the detailed configuration description of the charging device (1) according to the present invention described above and the attached drawings.

[0057] Before explaining, it should be noted that the first embodiment refers to the operational relationship regarding the vertical (upward / downward) flow of the charging device (1) according to the present invention as illustrated in FIGS. 5 and 6, and the second embodiment refers to the operational relationship regarding the horizontal flow of the charging device (1) as illustrated in FIGS. 7 and 8.

[0058] First, in the first embodiment, the unmanned cart (10) is controlled to drive toward the charging means (20) for charging while loaded with goods, etc., through a control signal.

[0059] Here, the charging device (1) equipped on the unmanned vehicle (10) travels with the charging terminal (111) positioned at a different height from the application terminal (21) due to the load, and the guide roller (120) comes into contact with the guide plate (22) as it travels (see FIG. 5).

[0060] When the unmanned vehicle (10) continues to travel in the above state, the guide roller (120) is guided to the inner surface of the guide plate (22) having an inclination angle, and through this process, the upper plate (220) and the lower plate (230) rotate upward with the connecting body (210) as the axis so that the charging body (110) can rise.

[0061] Additionally, the upward rotation of the upper plate (220) and the lower plate (230) causes a variation in the length of the second elastic body (267) to increase, and at the same time, the upper part of each connecting plate (261) rotates in the direction of the stopper (270), which provides power for the stop bar (280) to rotate (refer to FIG. 6).

[0062] At this time, the rotation radius of the stop bar (280) can be adjusted to the rotation radius until it comes into contact with the stopper (270) so that the charging terminal (111) and the power terminal (21) can be connected horizontally to each other. If the control unit determines through the distance measuring sensor (130), etc., that the charging terminal (111) and the power terminal (21) are not horizontally connected even though the stop bar (280) has rotated to have the maximum rotation radius, it is preferable to control the driving of the unmanned vehicle (10) so that it can be stopped.

[0063] In addition, the raised charging device (1) after the charging of the unmanned vehicle (10) is completed helps the charging device (1) to be positioned back to its original lowered position through the restoring force of the second elastic body (267) when the unmanned vehicle (10) is driven in reverse.

[0064] Meanwhile, in the second embodiment, an unmanned cart (10) is controlled to drive toward a charging means (20) for charging while loaded with goods, etc., through a control signal.

[0065] Here, the charging device (1) equipped on the unmanned vehicle (10) travels with the charging terminal (111) positioned at a different location from the application terminal (21) based on the horizontal direction due to the load, and the guide roller (120) comes into contact with the guide plate (22) as it travels (see FIG. 7).

[0066] When the unmanned carriage (10) continues to travel in the above state, the guide roller (120) is guided to the inner surface of the guide plate (22) having an inclination angle, and through this process, the length of a pair of first elastic bodies (290) provided on both sides of the rotating shaft is varied by elastic force so that the charging body (110) can move to the left or right (see FIG. 8).

[0067] Thus, through the movement of the charging body (110) described above, the charging terminal (111) and the power terminal (21) are combined with each other, making it possible to charge the unmanned vehicle (10).

[0068] In addition, after the charging of the unmanned vehicle (10) is completed, the unmanned vehicle (10) moves in reverse, and through this process, a pair of first elastic bodies (290) are restored to their original state by elastic force, helping the charging device (1) to be positioned in its original location.

[0069] As described above, the charging device (1) according to the present invention is different from the conventional one in that it can stably electrically connect with the power supply terminal (21) of the charging means (20) even when the position of the charging terminal (111) is variable, regardless of whether a loading load occurs on the goods loaded on the unmanned vehicle (10), thereby having the effect of supplying power necessary for the operation of the unmanned vehicle (10).

[0071] As described above, the present invention has been explained by specific details such as specific components, limited embodiments, and drawings; however, this is provided merely to aid in a more comprehensive understanding of the invention, and the invention is not limited to the above embodiments. A person skilled in the art can make various modifications and variations from this description.

[0072] Accordingly, the scope of the present invention should not be limited to the described embodiments, and all things equivalent to or having equivalent variations to the claims set forth below, as well as the claims set forth below, shall be considered to fall within the scope of the concept of the present invention.
