Abstract
Description
Technology Field
[0001] The present invention relates to an integrated modular system for equipment piping using a non-dismantling formwork. Background Technology
[0002] At the current level of technology, the construction of a PS ROOM (Pipe Shaft Room) is carried out using an on-site assembly method, where workers enter the narrow interior space after the building frame construction is completed to install and secure individual pipes. In particular, in structures where complex equipment systems are concentrated, such as data centers, on-site welding and drilling work are essential to precisely place pipe sleeves at the designed locations and connect them to the structure.
[0003] However, structures such as PS ROOMs are characterized by high floor heights and extremely narrow spaces. Existing on-site casting and assembly methods are highly likely to reduce construction efficiency due to these spatial constraints. In particular, the process of installing formwork at high floor heights and then dismantling it after casting not only poses a constant risk of worker falls but is also a major cause of waste generation and process delays.
[0004] This construction method can lead to reduced structural precision and difficulties in maintenance in the long run. Specifically, the serial process structure, where subsequent equipment installation must wait until the preceding structural work is completed, extends the overall construction period and reduces the project's economic feasibility. Furthermore, errors arising from the process of individually drilling and welding tens of thousands of pipe penetrations on-site can cause pipe vibration or noise, which ultimately compromises the stability of the equipment system.
[0005] In particular, working at heights in confined spaces not only threatens the safety of workers but also can negatively affect long-term durability due to physical impact during the formwork dismantling process, which stresses the structure. Beyond the simple inconvenience of construction, this problem acts as a major technical limitation that leads to increased maintenance costs and a shortened functional lifespan of the entire structure.
[0006] Therefore, there is an urgent need for a technical alternative that can dramatically increase construction speed and fundamentally eliminate the risks of on-site work by integrating structural frames, non-dismantling formwork, equipment piping, and safety passages into a modular form and pre-fabricating them in a factory, and installing them in parallel with on-site structural work. [0045] FIG. 1 is a perspective view of an integrated equipment piping modular structure with a non-dismantling formwork according to one embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 2 is a drawing showing a safety section of an integrated equipment piping modular structure with a non-dismantling formwork according to one embodiment of the present invention.
[0046] Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, an integrated equipment piping modular (S) with a non-dismantling formwork according to one embodiment of the present invention may include an integrated module (M) and a panel section (1). By manufacturing the structure, equipment piping, and formwork panels as a single unit in a factory and assembling them on-site, the integrated equipment piping modular (S) with a non-dismantling formwork can increase construction precision and minimize on-site work. In particular, this modular method allows for parallel production with frame construction without waiting processes, thereby providing the effect of shortening the overall project duration by several months or more. Furthermore, through standardized factory production, human errors that may occur during on-site construction can be fundamentally prevented, and uniform quality can be ensured.
[0047] An integrated module (M) can be formed by connecting multiple module sections (U). The integrated module (M) can form a single massive facility block by stacking and combining multiple module sections (U) vertically or horizontally to correspond to the total height or partitioned area of the PS ROOM. The integrated module (M) can be stacked in multiple layers to match the high floor height of a large data center, and the connections between each module section (U) are precisely fastened to ensure structural integrity. This enables the rapid completion of complex vertical shaft structures on-site through simple lifting and joining.
[0048] The panel section (1) can be placed on both sides of the integral module (M). The panel section (1) acts as a formwork that withstands lateral pressure during concrete pouring and can be provided as a permanent formwork that forms the exterior of the structure without being dismantled even after pouring and curing. Since the panel section (1) does not require a separate demolding process, it drastically reduces the time workers spend working at heights and can fundamentally eliminate construction waste generated during the formwork dismantling process. In addition, the panel itself functions as part of the structure and also performs the role of additionally supplementing the rigidity of the wall.
[0049] The module section (U) may include a steel section (2), a piping section (3), a slab (4), and a safety section (5). The steel section (2) may form a skeleton by connecting multiple steel frames. The steel section (2) serves as a frame that supports the load of the module section (U) and fixes internal components, and can be joined to an adjacent module section (U) by bolts or welding. The steel section (2) functions as a permanent structural member rather than a temporary one, and combines with poured concrete to exhibit load-bearing capacity as a composite structure. In particular, the grid structure of vertical and horizontal members forms an optimal frame that stably distributes external loads and piping loads.
[0050] The piping section (3) can be arranged in multiple units on the steel frame section (2). The piping section (3) may include various types of vertical pipes, such as cooling water pipes, fire pipes, and electrical conduits, which are necessary for the operation of the data center, and can be precisely aligned inside the steel frame section (2) according to the designed position. Since the piping section (3) is pre-arranged based on BIM (Building Information Modeling) data during the factory manufacturing stage, interference problems between pipes that may occur on-site can be completely prevented in advance. In addition, quality inspection of all pipe connection parts is completed during the manufacturing stage, thereby minimizing the rate of defects such as leakage after construction.
[0051] The slab (4) is positioned on the upper side of the steel frame (2) and concrete can be poured. The slab (4) forms a floor section and simultaneously forms a supporting floor surface through which the pipe section (3) passes, and pipe penetration holes are pre-drilled in the factory, thereby eliminating on-site drilling work. The slab (4) is made of steel plate with sufficient thickness and rigidity to withstand the self-weight of the poured concrete and has an integrated structure that minimizes temporary construction processes such as the installation of shoring at the site.
[0052] The safety member (5) can be seated between multiple steel members (2) to support the pipe member (3). The safety member (5) can be provided to prevent the pipe member (3) from falling. The safety member (5) physically blocks the heavy pipe member (3) from moving or falling downward while standing vertically, and can also serve to maintain the alignment of the pipe member (3) firmly during transportation and lifting processes. The safety member (5) has a structure that firmly grips the outer surface of the pipe while absorbing vibrations or shocks, thereby contributing to the long-term durability of the structure. Additionally, the safety member (5) can be removed after construction. The safety member (5) can be fixed to the upper side of multiple steel members (2) by a separate fastening member or its position can be stably maintained by a safety connection member (52) to be described later. Accordingly, the removal work after installation becomes easy, and the materials can be repurposed. In addition, additional components (hardware) are placed in the safety section (5) to further secure the piping section (3), thereby maximizing the binding strength of the piping section (3) during lifting and transportation.
[0053] In other words, unlike conventional methods, the structural frame, piping, and formwork are installed as a single integrated unit, eliminating the need for work at heights in confined spaces and formwork dismantling processes, thereby maximizing construction safety and economic efficiency. This integrated modular system goes beyond simply combining processes to enable innovation in construction efficiency, such as reduced on-site labor costs and shortened construction time. Ultimately, it fundamentally prevents the possibility of worker safety accidents and guarantees the construction of a precise and robust data center.
[0054] FIG. 3 is a drawing showing the panel section and panel weld section of an integrated equipment piping modular system with a non-dismantling formwork applied according to one embodiment of the present invention.
[0055] Referring to FIG. 3, the panel section (1) may include a panel body section (11), a panel rigidity section (12), and a panel welding section (13). The panel section (1) is combined with the steel frame section (2) to support lateral pressure during concrete pouring, and after curing, it can permanently function as a wall of the structure without a separate dismantling process.
[0056] The panel body (11) can be connected to the steel frame (2). The panel body (11) is made of a metal material such as galvanized steel and forms the exterior of the module (U), and can provide a closed surface to prevent the poured concrete from leaking out. The panel body (11) is fixed in close contact with the outer surface of the steel frame (2) and serves to maintain the airtightness of the entire module.
[0057] The panel rigidity section (12) can be welded to the panel body section (11) to reinforce the rigidity of the panel body section (11). The panel rigidity section (12) can be formed by arranging multiple rigidity members in a grid pattern on the inner or outer surface of the panel body section (11), thereby preventing the panel body section (11) from deforming or bulging due to the high load and pressure generated during concrete pouring. In particular, the panel rigidity section (12) can also serve as a rib to increase adhesion with the concrete. Although the panel rigidity section (12) has been described as a separate component of the panel section (1), the panel rigidity section (12) may be part of the steel frame section (2).
[0058] The panel weld (13) can be positioned between the panel body (11) and the panel rigidity (12). The panel weld (13) serves as a medium for physically integrating the panel body (11) and the panel rigidity (12), and can be precisely formed at multiple points to ensure structural continuity. The panel weld (13) maintains a rigid connection so that the individual components of the panel do not separate even during external impact or vibration.
[0059] The panel body (11), panel rigidity part (12), and panel welded part (13) are welded using a reinforcing bar welding method, and the panel body (11), panel rigidity part (12), and panel welded part (13) are connected to the steel frame part (2) so that they can be dismantled without disassembly. The panel part (1) joined through the reinforcing bar welding method is organically combined with the reinforcing mesh inside the poured concrete, which can dramatically improve the structural strength of the entire module.
[0060] In addition, since the entire panel section (1) is installed at the site in a state where it is pre-assembled with the steel frame section (2) in the factory, there is no need for a worker to enter a high point to dismantle the formwork after pouring. This not only shortens working time but also fundamentally eliminates the risk of safety accidents that may occur during the formwork dismantling process and maximizes the efficiency of the process.
[0061] Specifically, the panel weld section (13) can be formed at every point of contact between the panel body section (11) and the panel rigidity section (12). At this time, the member used as the panel rigidity section (12) may be a reinforcing bar (Rebar) used for actual construction structures, rather than a general structural steel or flat steel. The reinforcing bar welding method can induce molecular bonding between materials beyond simple adhesion by multi-point welding of reinforcing bars arranged in a grid shape on the panel body section (11) in the form of a metal plate, using electric resistance welding or arc welding.
[0062] The panel body (11) can have a rigid line in the shape of an uneven surface formed by a reinforcing bar welding method. This maximizes the contact area with the poured concrete and forms a structure in which the welded reinforcing bars organically intertwine with the main reinforcing bars and distribution reinforcing bars inside the concrete. Through this, the panel (1) can function not as a simple finishing material, but as a structural reinforcing material that shares the load-bearing capacity of the slab and wall.
[0063] In addition, the reinforcing bar welding method can prevent local deformation of the panel. Even if the flow load generated during concrete pouring is concentrated at a specific point, the panel rigidity part (12), which is densely joined through the reinforcing bar welding method, can distribute the load evenly throughout the panel. This plays a decisive role in preventing the bursting or bulging of the formwork at sites with high pouring heights, such as the PS ROOM of a high-rise data center.
[0064] As a result, the panel section (1) to which the reinforcing steel welding method is applied remains firmly connected to the steel section (2), thereby providing a structural basis for a non-dismantling method that eliminates the need to remove the formwork after concrete curing. This not only shortens the construction time but also continuously performs the role of an outer shell that protects the internal concrete from external impacts throughout the lifespan of the structure.
[0065] FIG. 4 is a drawing showing a slab and a shoring of an integrated equipment piping modular system with a non-dismantling formwork according to one embodiment of the present invention. Specifically, FIG. 4(a) shows the slab and the shoring in their entirety, FIG. 4(b) shows an enlarged view of the second shoring, and FIG. 4(c) is a front view of the second shoring.
[0066] Referring to FIG. 4, an integrated equipment piping module (S) with a non-dismantling formwork according to one embodiment of the present invention may further include a deck beam (D) placed in an integrated module (M) and a support (6) supporting the deck beam (D).
[0067] Multiple module sections (U) constituting the integrated module (M) are interconnected in planar and vertical directions to form a large structure, and specifically may include a first module section (U1), a second module section (U2), a third module section (U3), and a fourth module section (U4). This method of combining modules can maintain the effect of significantly shortening the overall construction period by simplifying the complex assembly process at the site. In addition, since each module section (U) has standardized precision through a factory production method, reliability can be secured to minimize errors that may occur during on-site construction.
[0068] The first module (U1) can be connected to a panel (1) positioned on one side. The second module (U2) is connected to the first module (U1) and can be connected to a panel (1) positioned on the other side. The third module (U3) is spaced apart from the first module (U1) and can be connected to a panel (1) positioned on one side. The fourth module (U4) is connected to the third module (U3) and can be connected to a panel (1) positioned on the other side. This combined structure between modules integrates the rigidity of individual modules to maintain a robust skeletal system within a large facility shaft space. Furthermore, through a precise interlocking structure between each module, errors during on-site assembly can be minimized and structural integrity can be secured. Modules adjacent to each other in all directions share the load, preventing stress concentration at specific points and thereby extending the lifespan of the entire system.
[0069] The slab (4) is positioned on the upper part of each module to form an inter-floor partition and a work floor surface, and may include a first slab (41) and a second slab (42). The first slab (41) may be positioned on the upper side of the first module (U1) and the second module (U2). The second slab (42) may be positioned on the upper side of the third module (U3) and the fourth module (U4). The slab (4) is combined with the poured concrete to form a composite slab structure and can effectively transfer the upper load to the steel frame (2) to maintain the rigidity of the entire module. The slab (4) itself can function as a deck plate, which is a type of non-dismantling slab formwork. This can maintain work safety by fundamentally eliminating the risk of falling accidents that occur when installing and dismantling formwork during high-altitude work.
[0070] The deck beam (D) may include a first deck beam (D1) and a second deck beam (D2). The first deck beam (D1) may be positioned on one side of the first module section (U1), one side of the second module section (U2), one side of the third module section (U3), and one side of the fourth module section (U4). Additionally, the first deck beam (D1) may have an end connected to the slab (4) and a center formed indented.
[0071] The second deck beam (D2) may be positioned between the other side of the first module (U1) and the other side of the second module (U2), and between the other side of the third module (U3) and the other side of the fourth module (U4). Additionally, the second deck beam (D2) may have its end connected to the slab (4) and its center formed in a recess.
[0072] The shoring (6) may include a first shoring (61) supporting the first deck beam (D1) and a second shoring (62) supporting the second deck beam (D2). The first shoring (61) may be provided to support the first deck beam (D1) by connecting the lower side of the first deck beam (D1) and the ground.
[0073] The second support (62) may include a second support member (621) that is provided in multiple units on the panel rigidity part (12) to support the second deck beam (D2). This forms a structure that directly transmits the load to the frame of the panel rather than to the ground, thereby ensuring construction convenience that allows for efficient utilization of the lower workspace.
[0074] As a result, with the four modular sections organically combined, the first and second slabs, first and second deck beams, and first and second shoring work complementarily, allowing for the maintenance of precise construction quality without structural deformation even during the construction of large-area PS ROOMs. This enables the safe transfer of loads from each floor to the lower levels, even during high-rise stacking, thereby dramatically ensuring the structural safety of the entire building. Furthermore, by maximizing the characteristics of the non-dismantling method, process efficiency can be maintained, allowing for the immediate execution of subsequent processes such as pipe connection and electrical installation.
[0075] The second support member (621) may include a one-sided support member (6211) and a other-sided support member (6212). The one-sided support member (6211) may be positioned on one side of the panel rigidity member (12). The other-sided support member (6212) may be extended to the other side of the panel rigidity member (12) to face the one-sided support member (6211). By symmetrically attaching the second support member body (621) from both sides via the panel rigidity member (12), the one-sided support member (6211) and the other-sided support member (6212) can maintain joint stability so that the support member does not detach even under vibrations or eccentric loads generated during pouring.
[0076] This symmetrical support structure can provide reliability by firmly maintaining a vertical alignment state, thereby ensuring a consistent flatness of the slab (4). Each support member is firmly attached to the panel rigidity member (12) to maintain stability that blocks even minute flow.
[0077] As a result, the first support (61) based on the ground and the second support (62) utilizing the rigidity of the panel mutually support the slab (4), thereby maintaining the structural completeness of the non-dismantling formwork method. In addition, the organic connection of each support part enables the securing of construction quality without deformation even in a heavy-weight concrete pouring environment. This three-dimensional support system enables flexible construction of the upper slab without being constrained by the sequence of on-site floor processes, thereby maintaining overall process efficiency.
[0078] FIG. 5 is a drawing showing the scaffolding portion of an integrated equipment piping modular unit with a non-dismantling formwork according to one embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 6 is a drawing showing the reinforcement portion of an integrated equipment piping modular unit with a non-dismantling formwork according to one embodiment of the present invention.
[0079] Specifically, FIG. 5(a) shows a scaffolding section viewed from above, and FIG. 5(b) is a perspective view of the scaffolding section. Referring to FIG. 5 and FIG. 6, an integrated equipment piping modular (S) with a non-dismantling formwork according to one embodiment of the present invention may further include a scaffolding section (7) and a reinforcement section (8) to enhance the user's working environment and the support capacity of the equipment. The scaffolding section (7) and the reinforcement section (8) are arranged by efficiently utilizing the internal space of the steel frame, thereby ensuring both construction efficiency and structural completeness. In particular, this integrated configuration can maintain the effect of shortening the overall construction period by eliminating additional temporary structure installation work at the site.
[0080] The scaffolding section (7) can be positioned inside the module section (U) and between the module sections (U) to allow for user movement. The scaffolding section (7) forms a connecting passage between modules, thereby ensuring an environment where workers can safely inspect the interior not only during the construction phase but also during the maintenance phase after completion. Additionally, the scaffolding section (7) may adopt a grid-type mesh or checkered plate structure to prevent the accumulation of contaminants and continuously maintain the safety of the worker's walking. The scaffolding section (7) is firmly fixed to the steel frame section (2) to stably support the worker's load and provides an efficient movement path even within a confined space, thereby ensuring construction convenience.
[0081] The reinforcing member (8) can be placed in the steel frame (2) to support the piping member (3). The reinforcing member (8) is placed in an area where large-diameter or heavy-weight pipes are concentrated to disperse vertical loads and vibrations, and may include a reinforcing main body (81), a reinforcing indentation (82), a reinforcing support (83), and a reinforcing fixing part (84). The reinforcing member (8) can precisely restrain the position of the pipes to maintain the alignment of the pipes even against external impacts or vibrations during pouring. In addition, the reinforcing member (8) can be organically combined with the steel frame to ensure the function of evenly distributing the load transmitted from the piping member (3) to the entire structure.
[0082] The reinforcing main body (81) can be arranged to connect multiple steel frame sections (2). The reinforcing main body (81) can maintain overall structural integrity by reinforcing the horizontal and vertical rigidity inside the module while simultaneously acting as a solid foundation frame for supporting pipe support devices. In particular, the reinforcing main body (81) can secure the torsional rigidity of the module by acting as a transverse beam that relieves stress concentration between adjacent steel members. This can contribute to maintaining the verticality of the entire module by suppressing minute horizontal displacements that may occur during high-rise stacking.
[0083] The reinforcing indentation (82) can be formed as an indentation in the reinforcing main body (81). The reinforcing indentation (82) increases the section modulus of the member to strengthen resistance to bending moments and provides a space where reinforcing parts can be stably positioned, thereby ensuring assembly precision. This indentation structure functions as a buffer space that disperses load energy during external impact, thereby maintaining the stress applied to the structure. Additionally, the reinforcing indentation (82) can increase the joint area between each part, thereby enhancing welding or fastening strength.
[0084] The reinforcing support members (83) are spaced apart in multiple places within the reinforcing recess (82) to support the reinforcing main body (81). The reinforcing support members (83) act as bulkheads to prevent buckling inside the reinforcing main body (81), thereby effectively maintaining the deformation of the frame even when the weight load of the piping is concentrated. Additionally, reliability can be ensured by preventing stress concentration in specific areas by dispersing the load path through a multi-point support structure. The reinforcing support members (83) are provided in a form that fills or crosses the hollow interior of the reinforcing main body (81), thereby maximizing the overall rigidity of the member.
[0085] The reinforcing fixing part (84) is positioned on the side of the reinforcing main body part (81) and can be extended to surround the pipe part (3). The reinforcing fixing part (84) physically restrains the outer surface of the pipe to fundamentally block flow and vibration of the vertical pipe and can accurately maintain the verticality of the pipe. In particular, the reinforcing fixing part (84) is organically combined with the reinforcing main body part (81) to secure a path that stably transmits the dynamic load transmitted from the pipe part (3) to the steel frame part (2). The inner surface of the reinforcing fixing part (84) is equipped with a finishing treatment to increase friction with the pipe or prevent damage, thereby continuously maintaining fixing stability.
[0086] As a result, by simultaneously ensuring work safety through the scaffolding section (7) and strengthening the equipment support capacity through the reinforcement section (8), the functional completeness of the modular system for data centers with high-density equipment can be maintained. This integrated support system can ensure reliability by minimizing the possibility of equipment aging and defects caused by vibration from a long-term operational perspective.
[0087] FIG. 7 is a drawing showing the ladder section and panel cut section of an integrated equipment piping modular system with a non-dismantling formwork applied according to one embodiment of the present invention.
[0088] Referring to FIG. 7, the steel frame (2) according to one embodiment of the present invention may include a steel vertical section (21), a steel horizontal section (22), a steel vertical reinforcement section (23), and a steel horizontal reinforcement section (24) to form the framework of the modular structure and secure structural rigidity. Each component of the steel frame (2) is organically combined to resist upper loads and lateral pressures, and can maintain the overall shape of the module firmly.
[0089] The steel vertical members (21) may be provided in multiple numbers and spaced apart in the vertical direction. The steel vertical members (21) serve as main columns supporting the vertical load of the module and can secure structural stability by forming a load transfer path between the module members (U) stacked vertically.
[0090] The steel horizontal members (22) connect multiple steel vertical members (21) and are provided in multiple numbers and can be spaced apart in the horizontal direction. The steel horizontal members (22) prevent lateral deformation of the module by binding the vertical members horizontally, and can maintain assembly precision by providing a horizontal frame on which the pipe member (3) or slab (4) can be placed.
[0091] The vertical steel reinforcement (23) can connect multiple horizontal steel sections (22) diagonally in the vertical direction. The vertical steel reinforcement (23) forms a truss structure on a vertical plane to resist shear loads and prevents distortion of the frame that may occur during external impact or lifting, thereby maximizing the rigidity of the module.
[0092] The steel horizontal reinforcement member (24) can connect multiple steel horizontal members (22) diagonally in the horizontal direction. The steel horizontal reinforcement member (24) reinforces torsional rigidity in the planar direction and, in particular, is placed at each corner of multiple module members (U) to compensate for structural weaknesses in the corner areas and maintain the overall geometric shape.
[0093] The panel section (1) may further include a panel cut section (14) formed by cutting into the panel main body section (11) so that the first shoring (61) is seated thereon. The panel cut section (14) provides a passage through which the first shoring (61) extending from the ground can reach the bottom of the slab (4) without interference with the panel section (1), thereby ensuring precise vertical placement of the shoring.
[0094] The panel welds (13) may be provided in multiple numbers and spaced apart in the vertical direction. As the panel welds (13) are densely arranged at regular intervals, the bonding force between the panel body (11) and the panel rigidity (12) is uniformly distributed, thereby fundamentally preventing the phenomenon of the panel separating due to localized pressure concentration during concrete pouring, and thus maintaining construction quality.
[0095] As a result, the combination of a multi-directional steel reinforcement structure and a precise panel joining system enables the securing of a robust, non-dismantling formwork structure that remains deformation-free even in the high-load environments of large data centers.
[0096] FIG. 8 is a drawing showing a reinforcing support member and a reinforcing connection member of an integrated equipment piping modular system with a non-dismantling formwork according to an embodiment of the present invention. Specifically, FIG. 8(a) shows a reinforcing connection member, and FIG. 8(b) shows a reinforcing support member.
[0097] Referring to FIG. 8, a reinforcing member (8) according to one embodiment of the present invention may further include a reinforcing coupling member (85) for precisely coupling a reinforcing main body member (81) and a reinforcing fixing member (84), and may include a detailed configuration of a reinforcing fixing member (84) for maximizing the fixing force of a piping member (3) and a reinforcing support member (83) for assisting the rigidity of a frame. This diversified structure of the reinforcing member (8) can effectively dampen complex vibration modes that may occur within a PS ROOM of a high-rise building, thereby ensuring the stability of the equipment system. In addition, each component is surface-treated with a highly corrosion-resistant material so that long-term durability can be maintained without a decrease in bonding strength due to corrosion, even in a humid environment.
[0098] The reinforcing fixing part (84) may include a fixed main body part (841), a fixed magnetic part (842), and a fixed elastic part (843). The fixed main body part (841) forms an exterior and is provided to surround the pipe part (3) so as to physically fix the pipe. The fixed magnetic part (842) is positioned inside the fixed main body part (841) and is provided to have magnetism so as to maintain a tight seal through magnetic coupling with the metal pipe. The fixed elastic part (843) is positioned to cover the fixed magnetic part (842) and is provided with an elastic material so as to secure a cushioning function that absorbs vibrations of the pipe and prevents surface damage. In particular, the fixed elastic part (843) can maintain structural stress by accommodating minute displacements due to thermal expansion of the pipe. Furthermore, the interaction between magnetism and elasticity can ensure the effect of reducing fatigue during the assembly process by dispersing the physical force that must be applied by the worker when connecting the pipe.
[0099] The reinforcing joint (85) may include a joint body (851), a joint performing part (852), a joint receiving part (853), a joint protrusion part (854), a joint indentation part (855), a joint magnetic part (856), a joint compression part (857), a joint penetration part (858), and a joint finishing part (859). The reinforcing joint (85) can distribute and transfer the vertical load applied by heavy-duty pipes to the steel frame through a multi-stage fastening mechanism that goes beyond a simple bolt connection method. This can maintain reliability by preventing the joint part from detaching due to inertial loads that may occur during the movement and installation process of the modular.
[0100] The connecting main body (851) may be placed on the inner side of the reinforcing main body (81). The connecting main body (851) serves as the foundation for the reinforcing connecting part (85) and can secure a precise assembly space by forming a connecting receiving part (853) inside. The connecting performing part (852) may be placed at the end of the fixed main body (841) and connected to the connecting main body (851). The connecting performing part (852) can transmit the pipe support load to the frame and maintain the connected state. The connecting main body (851) may be manufactured as an integral part with the reinforcing main body (81) or connected by high-strength welding, thereby securing a supporting force without deformation even under pipe loads amounting to tens of tons.
[0101] The coupling receiving portion (853) is formed by being recessed into the coupling main body portion (851) so that the coupling performing portion (852) can be positioned therein. The coupling receiving portion (853) guides the insertion of the coupling performing portion (852) to ensure reliability by minimizing assembly errors. The coupling protrusion portion (854) can be formed protruding from the end of the coupling performing portion (852). The coupling protrusion portion (854) sets the coupling direction and can maintain a connection point with subsequent components. The inner wall surface of the coupling receiving portion (853) is machined to maintain a precise tolerance with the coupling performing portion (852), thereby ensuring rigidity that fundamentally blocks lateral flow.
[0102] The coupling recess (855) can be formed by being recessed inward from the coupling receiving portion (853). The coupling recess (855) provides a deep space where the coupling protrusion (854) is seated, thereby ensuring a consistent coupling depth. The coupling magnetic portion (856) is connected to the coupling protrusion (854) and can be provided to have magnetism. The coupling magnetic portion (856) can guide the coupling performing portion (852) to the correct position through magnetic force and maintain a temporary fixing state. This magnetic induction method helps the worker accurately perceive the coupling point using only touch and magnetic force, even inside a dark shaft, thereby maintaining the construction speed.
[0103] The coupling compression part (857) may be configured to connect the coupling protrusion (854) and the coupling magnetic part (856) and to be compressible. The coupling compression part (857) can elastically absorb shock during assembly and maintain a tight seal. The coupling penetration part (858) may be formed to penetrate the coupling main body part (851). The coupling penetration part (858) can form a passage to the outside to secure space for checking the assembly status and additional fastening. The coupling compression part (857) provides continuous restoring force even after fastening, thereby maintaining precision that offsets the gap of the coupling part even when the member shrinks and expands due to temperature changes.
[0104] The coupling end portion (859) can be inserted into the coupling penetration portion (858) and coupled with the coupling performing portion (852). The coupling end portion (859) can mechanically lock the entire configuration to maintain coupling reliability even under extreme vibration. The coupling end portion (859) acts as a double safety device through a screw thread fastening or pin fixing method, and can secure a fixing force that permanently restrains the members aligned by magnetism. Through this, maintenance convenience can be maintained, allowing the loosening of the coupling portion to be easily checked visually even during long-term inspections.
[0105] The reinforcing support member (83) may include a supporting main body member (831), a supporting inlet member (832), a supporting receiving member (833), and a supporting auxiliary member (834). The supporting main body member (831) forms the exterior and is positioned in the reinforcing inlet member (82), so that both ends may come into contact with the reinforcing main body member (81). The supporting main body member (831) can secure compressive rigidity by acting as a brace inside the frame. The hollow structure of the supporting main body member (831) can maintain bending rigidity by maximizing the mechanical section modulus while saving material.
[0106] The support inlet section (832) is formed as an inlet at both ends of the support main body section (831) and can be spaced apart from the reinforcement main body section (81). The support inlet section (832) can maintain the effect of preventing member damage by securing deformation margin during thermal expansion or load eccentricity. The support receiving section (833) is positioned on the inner surface of the reinforcement inlet section (82) so that the support main body section (831) can be inserted. The support receiving section (833) can secure structural stability by fixing the position of the support main body section (831). The spaced-out space formed by the support inlet section (832) can serve to prevent fine dust or foreign matter that may enter during pouring from getting stuck in the joint and causing stress concentration.
[0107] The support auxiliary member (834) extends from the outer side of the support receiving member (833) and is positioned on the inner side of the reinforcing indentation (82) to reinforce the support main body member (831). The support auxiliary member (834) can maintain torsional resistance by supplementing lateral rigidity. The support auxiliary member (834) can substantially increase the joint area between the support main body member (831) and the reinforcing main body member (81), thereby increasing the fatigue limit of the welded part and ensuring reliability that extends the overall structural life.
[0108] In this way, each component of the reinforcement part (8) forms a multi-fastening structure in which magnetic, elastic, and mechanical connections are formed sequentially, thereby ensuring ease of construction in confined spaces while maintaining reliability in safely supporting large pipes over the long term. This integrated reinforcement system enables the "on-site realization of factory-produced quality," which is the core of the modular construction method, thereby dramatically improving the equipment performance of the building.
[0109] Referring again to FIG. 2, a safety member (5) according to one embodiment of the present invention may include a safety main body (51), a safety connection member (52), and a safety maintenance member (53) to prevent the pipe member (3) from falling and to maintain a stable vertical alignment. The safety member (5) distributes and supports the load of the heavy pipe member (3) and performs a pivotal role in preventing the pipe from shifting position due to external shock or vibration, thereby ensuring the reliability of the equipment system.
[0110] The safety main body (51) is seated on a plurality of steel frame sections (2) and positioned below the pipe section (3) to support the pipe section (3). The safety main body (51) has a shape corresponding to the outer surface of the pipe to stably accommodate the load of the pipe, and is seated between a plurality of steel frame sections to form a load path between the steel frame sections, thereby maintaining structural stability. In particular, the safety main body (51) is equipped with a high-strength material to secure a supporting force without deformation even under long-term pipe loads, and can perform the function of suppressing noise that may occur upon contact with the pipe.
[0111] The safety connection part (52) is positioned at the bottom of the safety main body part (51) and can be combined with the top of the steel frame part (2). The safety connection part (52) firmly fixes the safety main body part (51) to the steel frame and provides a mechanism to finely adjust the installation position, thereby maintaining construction precision. The safety connection part (52) may include a connection main body part (521), a connection compression part (522), a connection rotation part (523), a connection magnetic part (524), a connection friction part (525), and a connection receiving part (526).
[0112] The connecting main body (521) may be provided to be movable on the safety main body (51). The connecting main body (521) can be positioned differently depending on the distance from the steel frame (2), thereby ensuring versatility to flexibly accommodate steel frames of various specifications. The connecting compression part (522) connects the connecting main body (521) and the safety main body (51) and may be provided to be compressible. The connecting compression part (522) can mitigate impact during connection through elastic force and maintain fixing force by applying continuous pressure after connection to fundamentally block gaps in the connection area.
[0113] The connecting pivot part (523) may be provided to be rotatable on the connecting main body part (521). The connecting pivot part (523) forms an angle that can accurately interlock with the connection point of the steel frame part (2) through rotational movement, and can ensure convenience by allowing the worker to easily set the connection direction even in a confined space. The connecting magnetic part (524) is placed on the inner side of the connecting pivot part (523) and may be provided to have magnetism. The connecting magnetic part (524) forms a magnetic coupling with the steel frame part (2) made of metal material, thereby preventing the part from falling off during initial assembly and stably maintaining a temporary fixed state.
[0114] The connecting friction part (525) covers the connecting magnetic part (524) and may be provided with a friction coefficient greater than that of the connecting rotation part (523). The connecting friction part (525) may include a rubber or urethane material to generate strong frictional resistance at the contact surface with the steel frame part (2), thereby preventing the safety part (5) from sliding due to a vertical load. The connecting receiving part (526) is formed through the connecting main body part (521) so that a separate fastening member can be inserted and connected. The connecting receiving part (526) can permanently lock and fix the safety connecting part (52) to the steel frame part (2) through mechanical fastening means such as a bolt or pin, thereby ensuring connection reliability even in extreme environments.
[0115] The safety maintenance part (53) is positioned on the upper side of the safety main body part (51) and inserted into the pipe part (3) to fix the position of the pipe part (3). The safety maintenance part (53) interferes with the inner surface or flange portion of the pipe to physically block the pipe from shaking left and right or back and forth, and can maintain the alignment state. The safety maintenance part (53) may include a maintenance main body part (531), a maintenance contact part (532), and a maintenance elastic part (533).
[0116] The retaining body (531) may be provided to be rotatable on the safety body (51). The retaining body (531) can enter or exit the internal space of the pipe through rotation, thereby ensuring work flexibility during construction and repair. The retaining contact part (532) is positioned at the end of the retaining body (531) and can come into contact with the inner surface of the pipe section (3). The retaining contact part (532) can be closely attached to the inner wall of the pipe to secure a fixing force that suppresses minute flow.
[0117] The retaining elastic part (533) connects the retaining main body part (531) and the retaining contact part (532) and may be provided with an elastic material. The retaining elastic part (533) can elastically absorb micro-vibrations caused by the flow of fluid occurring inside the pipe to maintain structural fatigue. In addition, it can relieve internal stress caused by thermal expansion of the pipe, thereby ensuring long-term durability of the pipe and the safety part (5).
[0118] In this way, the safety unit (5) can maintain reliability by permanently securing heavy equipment piping within the PS ROOM and preventing all safety accidents that may occur during construction through a multi-fixing system in which magnetism, friction, elasticity, and mechanical fastening work together.
[0119] Additionally, the safety unit (5) may include a safety fixing unit (54). The safety fixing unit (54) is fixed to the upper side of the safety main body (51) and is positioned inside the pipe unit (3) to stably maintain the position of the pipe unit (3).
[0120] The safety fixing part (54) may include a fixing bracket (541) and a fixing fastening part (542). One side of the fixing bracket (541) is seated on the safety main body part (51), and the other side can support the piping part (3). The fixing fastening part (542) passes through both the one side of the fixing bracket (541) and the safety main body part (51) to stably maintain the position of the fixing bracket (541). The safety maintenance part (53) and the safety fixing part (54) may be optionally provided depending on the situation.
[0121] Referring again to FIG. 7, the facility piping integrated modular (S) with a non-dismantling formwork according to one embodiment of the present invention may further include a ladder section (9) that is placed in any one of a plurality of module sections (U) and provides a path through which a user can move up and down.
[0122] The ladder section (9) is designed to allow vertical movement without a separate external structure even in narrow shaft spaces inside the building, thereby maintaining construction efficiency. In addition, by forming a continuous movement path between upper and lower modules while each module section (U) is stacked vertically, accessibility for inspection workers can be significantly improved. In particular, the ladder section (9) can be installed in advance during the module manufacturing stage and maintained in a state where it can be used immediately after lifting to the site.
[0123] The ladder section (9) is firmly connected to one side of the steel frame section (2) to support the user's load. The ladder section (9) can be welded or bolted as a single unit when the steel frame is manufactured in the factory, thereby maintaining construction convenience by eliminating additional assembly processes during on-site installation.
[0124] In addition, the ladder section (9) can be positioned in an optimal location that does not interfere with the equipment piping section (3) inside the PS ROOM, thereby maximizing space utilization. This allows for a working environment where a worker can move up and down smoothly even among complexly intertwined large-diameter pipes and inspect the connection status or leaks of each piece of equipment from a close distance. Furthermore, the ladder section (9) functions as a rapid escape route for workers in the event of a fire or emergency, thereby ensuring the effect of further enhancing the operational safety of the structure. The integration of such a vertical movement system can maintain economic efficiency by reducing the cost of constructing separate elevator facilities during the long-term building maintenance phase.
[0125] As a result, the ladder section (9) can simultaneously ensure constructability and maintenance efficiency by providing an ergonomic movement path within a modular system in which the facility piping and structure are integrated. This can maintain reliability by fundamentally eliminating the risk of workers falling and providing a standardized inspection route, thereby extending the functional lifespan of the entire facility.
