Description

Technology Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a greening device using a moss panel, and more specifically, to a greening device using a moss panel that allows greening moss developed in a flat shape to be easily attached to and detached from a provided fixing plate, and allows for easy replacement of only the fixing plate and the moss from the greening base in the event of damage to the moss, while also ensuring that humidity for the water supply required for the growth of the moss is effectively maintained and that the water supply is distributed as uniformly as possible to the greening base, thereby extending the greening lifespan of the moss. Background Technology

[0003] Recently, the significant generation of fine dust harmful to the human body due to air pollution has emerged as an environmental issue, and to address air quality problems caused by yellow dust, fine dust, volatile organic compounds (VOCs), and heavy metals, it has been developed in the form of home appliances that rely primarily on air purifiers.

[0004] In addition, while air purification technologies utilizing plants are being attempted, they are currently being developed primarily for landscaping purposes, such as indoor gardens and vertical greening, making it difficult to expect sufficient performance.

[0005] Recently, a technology utilizing plants to reduce fine dust was disclosed in Patent Registration No. 10-0721809. Although it discloses a configuration that includes a coconut panel for supplying nutrients to plants and controlling water supply time using a timer, a drain for water drainage, and a light-emitting part that acts as sunlight, it remains at a simple landscaping level.

[0006] An air purification system disclosed in Registered Patent No. 10-1729395, taking into consideration the above points, is disclosed.

[0007] This includes a growth medium through which air can pass and in which plants can be planted, air-purifying plants planted in the growth medium, and a mineral filter arranged to remove yellow dust, fine dust, and volatile organic compounds from the air supplied indoors through a water supply unit that supplies water to the growth medium via a drip irrigation method, and to filter fine dust contained in the air that has passed through the growth medium.

[0008] However, although the aforementioned conventional technology is structured to remove fine dust entering the indoor space through a water supply unit by planting plants in a growth medium, regarding its applicability for indoor air purification and landscaping using moss, such conventional technology has the disadvantage that it is difficult to achieve vertical or near-vertical greening during moss cultivation and growth, and it also contains the disadvantage that it is not easy to replace partially dead or damaged moss. [0028] A recording device using a moss panel according to the present invention is described as follows with reference to the attached FIGS. 1 to 8.

[0029] The recording device (100) according to the present invention comprises: a recording stand (10) that is mounted on the ground with a slope close to vertical and has a plurality of fastening holes arranged on the front surface; a moss panel (20) that is fixed to the recording stand by attaching moss grown on the plate and arranging a plurality of them; a water spraying means (30) that is provided at multiple points on the upper part of the recording stand and sprays water in the form of mist from the upper part of the recording stand to the lower part to periodically supply moisture to the moss; and a control unit (40) that is electrically connected to the water spraying means and controls the operation of the water spraying means.

[0030] The above moss panel (20) is composed of a rectangular plate body (22) having multiple fixing holes (22a) formed through them for fixing to a greening stand with fixing screws (S), and fixing protrusions (22b) arranged in a square frame shape on the front surface to prevent the flow of plate-shaped moss (1) that has developed into a flat plate shape, and a plurality of water regulating members (22c) provided on the front surface within the square frame area where the fixing protrusions (22b) are arranged to receive some of the water sprayed on the moss and then naturally release it to the moss (1) to supply moisture.

[0031] In addition, clip members (24) are provided at equal intervals along the outer edge of the square frame range where the fixing protrusions (22a) of the plate body (22) are formed, for inserting and fixing the edges of the plate-shaped moss (1).

[0032] Additionally, it is configured to include a moss net (26) that covers the front of the moss (1) and hooks its edge onto the outer side of the clip member (24) on the outer side to securely fix the moss (1) to the plate body (22).

[0033] The above water rectification member (22c) has an open top and rounded sides and bottom surfaces, and is arranged in multiple rows in the horizontal direction on the front of the plate body, arranged in an offset manner. This arrangement is intended to collect water that may flow down between the arranged water rectification members once again. As shown in FIG. 8, the inner lower side may have additional receiving grooves where water accumulation can occur.

[0034] Meanwhile, the clip member (24) is attached and fixed by having one side inserted into a groove (22d) provided in the plate body (22), and a resilient piece (24b) having an insertion groove (24a) for inserting moss (1) is formed, and the outer edge of the moss net (26) is hooked onto the insertion groove (24a) and fixed.

[0035] The above moss net (26) is preferably made of a mesh made of an elastic material with a width and length of at least 1 to 1.5 cm, and more preferably has a color that is the same or similar to that of moss.

[0036] The above water spraying means (30) comprises a spray nozzle (31) that sprays water as fine particles, a water supply hose (32) connected to the spray nozzle, an underwater motor (33) connected to the water supply hose (32), and a water supply tank (34). The underwater motor (33) is connected to a control unit (40) to enable spraying by supplying water for a set period of time.

[0037] The operation according to the use of the recording device using the moss panel of the present invention configured as described above is as follows.

[0038] The recording device according to the present invention is formed with a downward sloping angle of 5 to 10 degrees from the top that is close to vertical, and moss panels are each placed and fixed in alignment with fastening holes already set on the front.

[0039] The moss panel is secured using simple fixing screws, and the moss is attached to the panel body in the following manner and then fixedly placed on the aforementioned greening stand.

[0040] First, well-grown plate-shaped moss (1) is spread on the plate body (22) to cover it with moss of a size similar to that of the plate body (22).

[0041] At this time, several fixing protrusions (22b) provided on the plate body (22) are raised in a pointed shape at their ends, so that when the moss panel (20) is attached to the greening stand, they lightly press down on the moss panel for the purpose of preventing the moss from flowing down. In this state, the front surface of the water rectification member (22c) on the plate body (22) is covered by moss.

[0042] In the above state, the edge portion of the moss (1) is fixed by inserting its edge portion into each of the multiple clip members (24) that are arranged and attached to the plate body (22). When the edge portion of the moss is inserted into the insertion groove (24a) which is open on one side of the clip member (24), it is supported by the elastic piece (24b).

[0043] In the above state, the prepared moss net (16) is placed over the entire moss (1) and fixed, and the edge side of the moss net (26) is fixed by hanging it on the outer edge of the clip member (24).

[0044] The above moss net is made of an elastic material and prevents moss from sliding down when moss panels are arranged and attached to the greening stand.

[0045] The moss panels (20) prepared as described above are each installed on the greening stand (10) in a manner as shown in the attached Fig. 1, by using fixing screws (S) to fasten and secure the panels to the fastening holes (11) on the greening stand (10) side through the fixing holes (22a) of the plate body through the moss.

[0046] For the moss panels (20) arranged and attached as described above, water is supplied in the form of mist from a spray nozzle (31) at set intervals through a water supply tank (34) side submersible pump (33) and a water supply hose (32) via a water spraying means (30) provided on the upper part of the recording stand (10) and a control unit (40) connected thereto, thereby supplying the moisture required for moss growth.

[0047] As described above, the moisture supply sprayed in the form of mist provides moisture to the moss (1), and by allowing some of the water to remain in the water rectification member (22c) on the side of the plate (22) hidden on the back side through the moss, the moisture necessary for the growth of the moss is naturally supplied even when the water spraying means (30) is not operated as described above, thereby extending the growth life of the moss.

[0048] The moss panel (20) according to the present invention can be attached to the greening stand (10) in various forms, unlike the attached unit in Fig. 1, and greening can be provided through the moss panel. When the lifespan of the moss is exhausted or partially damaged due to external contact, the moss panel can be separated from the greening stand and replaced with a new one by attaching the moss to the plate body.

[0049] This aspect provides a useful advantage for partial maintenance of the moss on the moss panel (20) in the recording device (100), and furthermore, in addition to providing a landscape through the recording provided by the moss panel, it provides dust suction and air purification effects through the moss, thereby providing the advantage of maintaining a pleasant indoor air by installing it in a place where recording is required.

[0050] As described above, the present invention has been explained by specific details such as specific components, limited embodiments, and drawings; however, this is provided merely to aid in a more comprehensive understanding of the invention, and the invention is not limited to the above embodiments. A person skilled in the art can make various modifications and variations from this description.

[0051] Accordingly, the scope of the present invention should not be limited to the described embodiments, and all things equivalent to or having equivalent variations to the claims set forth below, as well as the claims themselves, shall be considered to fall within the scope of the concept of the present invention.
