Description

Technology Field

[0001] The following embodiments relate to a method and system for concretizing an AI-based concept drawing of custom-made furniture. Background Technology

[0002] Generally, bookcases (custom-made furniture for community facilities) are installed in bookstores, libraries, lounges, and the like. Specifically, some shelves of such bookshelves allow books to be displayed upright at an angle with their covers facing the user. Since most existing bookshelves consist of vertical or horizontal shelves, they were unsuitable for exhibition or promotional purposes; to address this, a display bookshelf has been developed.

[0003] However, furniture such as display bookshelves has complex assembly and installation processes, and especially in large-scale installations, construction labor costs and time may be excessive, and errors may occur depending on site conditions, leading to problems such as variations in installation quality.

[0004] Furthermore, conventional bookshelves with inclined shelves have a relatively narrow effective display width, which causes problems when books of various sizes or thicknesses are displayed. For instance, if a book is thick, it may protrude beyond the shelf, detracting from the aesthetics or posing a risk of falling.

[0005] In addition, to address some of the above issues, increasing the effective display width may cause problems such as books sliding due to their weight.

[0006] For furniture requiring mass on-site installation, such as display bookshelves, a design that enhances construction convenience and precision is essential, and there is a need to develop technology to improve these aspects. In particular, for display bookshelves, there is a need to improve the structural design of inclined shelves.

[0007] To solve the aforementioned problems, a method and system for concretizing AI-based production furniture concept diagrams are required. Prior art literature

[0008] (Republic of Korea Registered Patent Publication) No. 10-1056651 The problem to be solved

[0009] The embodiments aim to prevent errors in the manufacturing stage by identifying design elements that are impossible to machine or violate specifications at the conceptual drawing stage and automatically deriving a correction plan.

[0010] In addition, the present invention aims not only to reduce the time required for drawing creation, which was previously done manually by the designer, but also to secure high-quality detailed design drawings that are uniform and consistent regardless of the designer's skill level.

[0011] In addition, the present invention aims to solve the problem of construction quality variations depending on the skill level of on-site workers or work time delays caused by inefficient assembly sequences, due to the characteristics of large-scale installed community facility furniture.

[0012] delete means of solving the problem

[0013] A method for specifying a conceptual drawing of manufactured furniture based on artificial intelligence (AI), according to an embodiment of the present invention, comprises the steps of: receiving background information of furniture including a conceptual drawing of manufactured furniture, furniture configuration information, dimensional information, and construction conditions from a user; analyzing the input background information of furniture based on artificial intelligence by referring to a material database (DB) and a machining database (DB), and identifying a design element that is difficult to machine within the conceptual drawing based on fixed specifications of a component including an LPM (Low Pressure Melamine) board, such as thickness, width, and length information, and machining conditions such as minimum cutting unit and joining angle information; automatically deriving a modification plan or alternative that is machineable based on artificial intelligence for the identified design element that is difficult to machine based on the machining database (DB), and modifying the conceptual drawing by reflecting the above; and automatically generating a furniture detail drawing based on artificial intelligence that includes a component unfolded drawing and component divided drawing, and includes a unique code and joining information for each component, based on the modified result, thereby specifying the conceptual drawing. and may include the step of continuously updating the referenced material database (DB) and machining database (DB) to improve the accuracy of the derivation of the modification plan. Effects of the invention

[0014] According to one embodiment of the present invention, artificial intelligence can precisely analyze an initial concept drawing based on physical constraints such as the specifications, cutting unit, and joining angle of an LPM board by referring to a material and machining database.

[0015] According to one embodiment of the present invention, artificial intelligence can also automatically generate furniture detail drawings including unfolded drawings and divided drawings of members based on modified design data, and can precisely insert unique codes and joining information for each member.

[0016] According to one embodiment of the present invention, the accuracy of the modification plan derived by artificial intelligence can be gradually improved by continuously updating the material database and the machining database. Brief explanation of the drawing

[0033] FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing the overall appearance of the display bookshelf of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a perspective view of the display bookshelf viewed from above and below, and FIG. 3 is a perspective view of a part of the display bookshelf viewed from below.

[0034] Referring to FIGS. 1 to 3, a display bookshelf (1) with improved productivity according to one embodiment of the present invention may include a frame portion (10) with an open front that forms a plurality of space portions (100) capable of storing or displaying books (B).

[0035] The above space section (100) may include a first space section (100a) that provides a basic display space and a second space section (100b) that provides a display space capable of displaying a book (B) facing forward.

[0036] The above display bookshelf (1) can increase display autonomy by providing both the first space section (100a) and the second space section (100b).

[0037] The above display bookshelf (1) may include one or more vertical frames (110), a plurality of horizontal shelf sections (120) mounted between the vertical frames (110), and inclined shelf sections (140) mounted on the horizontal shelf sections (110) and configured so that the covers of books (B) are displayed facing forward.

[0038] Additionally, the display bookshelf (1) may further include a rear plate frame (130) forming a rear area of the space portion (100). For example, the inclined shelf portion (140) may be located in front of the rear plate frame (130).

[0039] A frame section (10) can be formed by including at least three of the above-described vertical frame (110), the above-described horizontal shelf section (120), the above-described inclined shelf section (140), the above-described rear plate frame (130), and the cover frame (150).

[0040] In other words, the frame section (10) may include two or more vertical frames (110), a plurality of horizontal shelf sections (120) installed between the vertical frames (110), an inclined shelf section (140) installed at an angle between the horizontal shelf sections (120), and a cover frame (150) installed on the front of the horizontal shelf section (120).

[0041] For example, the first space (100a) can be defined by the vertical frame (110), the horizontal shelf section (120), and the rear plate frame (130). Specifically, when viewed from the front, the first space (100a) is formed by the vertical frames (110) on the left and right sides, the horizontal shelf sections (120) on the upper and lower sides, and the rear plate frame (130).

[0042] For example, the second space (100b) can be defined by the vertical frame (110), the horizontal shelf section (120), and the inclined shelf section (140). Specifically, the second space (100b) can be defined by the left and right vertical frames (110), the upper and lower horizontal shelf sections (120), and the inclined shelf section (140).

[0043] Referring to FIG. 2, the display bookshelf (1) may further include a cover frame (150) installed in front of the horizontal shelf section (120). The cover frame (150) is coupled to the front of the horizontal shelf section (120) and may be installed on the vertical frame (110).

[0044] For example, the width of the cover frame (150) may be formed to correspond to the width of the horizontal shelf section (120). The thickness of the cover frame (150) is formed to be greater than the thickness of the horizontal shelf section (120), and the front surface of the horizontal shelf section (120) may be covered by the cover frame (150).

[0045] The upper surface of the cover frame (150) may be positioned higher than the upper surface of the horizontal shelf frame (120a), and the lower surface of the cover frame (150) may be positioned lower than the lower surface of the lighting frame (125).

[0046] Specifically, when the cover frame (150) is coupled to the horizontal shelf (120), the upper surface of the cover frame (150) may be positioned higher than the upper surface (121, see FIG. 5) of the horizontal shelf (120). That is, the cover frame (150) can prevent a book (B) or a display object located on the upper side of the horizontal shelf (120) from falling.

[0047] Referring to FIG. 2(b), the display bookshelf (1) may further include a lighting space (160) in which lighting is received. When the lighting is installed in the lighting space (160), the lighting can shine light on the books (B) displayed in the space (100).

[0048] The lighting space (160) may be formed by the horizontal shelf (120). For example, the lighting space (160) may be formed as a recessed space by the horizontal shelf (120).

[0049] Additionally, the lighting space (160) may be positioned to be covered by the cover frame (150). That is, even if lighting is installed and operated in the lighting space (160), glare can be prevented when a user looks at the books (B) displayed in front of the display bookshelf (1) due to the positional structure of the lighting space (160).

[0050] Referring to FIG. 3, the horizontal shelf section (120) may include a horizontal shelf frame (120a) that forms a horizontal surface on which books are placed, and a lighting frame (125) that is located below the horizontal shelf frame (120a) and forms the lighting space section (160).

[0051] The horizontal shelf frame (120a) can form a horizontal surface on which a book (B) or a display object is placed in the first space (100a) or the second space (100b). In other words, the book (B) or the display object can be displayed on the upper surface (121) of the horizontal shelf frame (120a).

[0052] The lighting frame (125) may be installed on the lower surface (122, see FIG. 6) of the horizontal shelf frame (120a). The lighting frame (125) may include a first lighting frame (125a) located at the front and a second lighting frame (125b) located at the rear and spaced apart from the first lighting frame (125a). The lighting space (160) may be formed between the first lighting frame (125a) and the second lighting frame (125b).

[0053] Specifically, the lighting space (160) may be defined by the lower surface (122) of the horizontal shelf frame (120a), the rear surface of the first lighting frame (125a), and the front surface of the second lighting frame (125b). The lighting space (160) is configured to open downward, and when a light (200) is installed in the lighting space (160), it can provide light to a book (B) or display object located on the lower side.

[0054] At this time, the lighting (200) is received in the lighting space (160), and in particular, the lighting (200) can be installed so as not to be exposed from the lighting space (160). In other words, the lighting space (160) can be formed sufficiently deep so that the lighting (200) is not exposed.

[0055] That is, the depth of the lighting space (160) and the position of the first lighting frame (125a) can prevent excessive light from being irradiated toward the front of the display bookshelf (1), and can prevent glare for the user.

[0056] Furthermore, due to the structure of the horizontal shelf section (120), the lighting space section (160) can be easily formed when installing the display bookshelf (1). When installing or constructing the display bookshelf (1), or when manufacturing the components of the display bookshelf (1), the process of creating a separate groove to form the lighting space section (160) is omitted, thereby improving the convenience of installation and construction.

[0057] Additionally, referring to FIG. 3, the lower surface of the cover frame (150) may be positioned lower than the lighting frame (125) of the horizontal shelf section (120). By the position of the lower surface of the cover frame (150), the lighting (200) installed in the lighting space section (160) can be covered. Furthermore, since the lighting frame (125) is prevented from being exposed by the cover frame (150), the exposure of unnecessary structures is prevented, thereby improving the aesthetics. Additionally, when a user looks at the display bookshelf (1) from the front, the lighting (200) may not be directly exposed to the user's line of sight.

[0058] Referring to FIG. 3, a book (B) or a display object can be displayed on the inclined shelf (140). Specifically, when the book (B) or a display object is placed on the upper side of the horizontal shelf (120), it is displayed at an angle by the inclined shelf (140), so that the user can easily view the book (B) or the display object. That is, the display effect of the book (B) or the display object can be enhanced by the inclined shelf (140).

[0059] The inclined shelf section (140) is configured so that the book (B) is displayed with the cover of the book (B) facing forward, and can be coupled to the upper side of the horizontal shelf frame (120a).

[0060] FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view of the display bookshelf, FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view showing the combination of the horizontal shelf section and the inclined shelf section of the display bookshelf, and FIG. 6 is a side perspective view of the horizontal shelf section of the display bookshelf.

[0061] Referring to FIGS. 4 to 6, the inclined shelf section (140) may be installed between the upper and lower horizontal shelf sections (120). Specifically, the inclined shelf section (140) may be installed at a certain angle between the horizontal shelf sections (120).

[0062] Additionally, the inclined shelf section (140) may be installed at a point that is recessed to a certain depth from the front of the horizontal shelf section (120). For example, the inclined shelf section (140) may be installed at a point that is deeper than 1 / 3 of the depth or vertical length of the horizontal shelf section (120) from the front of the horizontal shelf section (120).

[0063] That is, the inclined shelf section (140) may be installed at a position spaced apart from the cover frame (150). An inclined display space may be formed in the horizontal shelf section (120) between the cover frame (150) and the inclined shelf section (140). At this time, the portion of the upper surface (121) of the horizontal shelf section (120) that forms the inclined display space may be defined as the upper display surface (not shown).

[0064] Due to the installation position of the inclined shelf section (140), the inclined display space can be formed with a sufficient width.

[0065] Additionally, the inclined shelf (140) may be installed to have an angle of about 70 degrees or more in relation to the horizontal shelf (120). As a result, when a user looks at a book (B) or an object on display placed on the inclined shelf (140) from the front, they can comfortably check the book (B) or the object on display without having to tilt their head too much.

[0066] Referring to FIGS. 5 and 6, the inclined shelf section (140) may include an inclined front surface (141) on which a book (B) or an object to be displayed leans. The book (B) or the object to be displayed may be placed on the upper surface (121) of the horizontal shelf section (120) and on the inclined front surface (141).

[0067] The inclined shelf section (140) may include an inclined rear surface (144) facing the rear plate frame (130).

[0068] Additionally, the inclined shelf portion (140) may include an inclined upper surface (143) that is coupled to the upper horizontal shelf portion (120) and has an upper protrusion formed thereon, and an inclined lower surface (142) that is coupled to the lower horizontal shelf portion (120) and has a lower protrusion formed thereon.

[0069] The inclined upper surface (143) can be coupled to the second lighting frame (125b). Although not shown in the drawing, for example, the inclined upper surface (143) can be coupled to the second lighting frame (125b) in an assembly manner. Specifically, an upper protrusion (not shown) may be formed on the inclined upper surface (143), and a lower groove (not shown) into which the upper protrusion is fitted may be formed on the lower surface of the second lighting frame (125b).

[0070] At this time, the upper projection of the inclined upper surface (143) is fitted into the lower groove of the second lighting frame (125b), and can be coupled to the lower surface (122) of the horizontal shelf frame (120a) in which the second lighting frame (125b) is assembled first.

[0071] Additionally, the inclined lower surface (142) may be coupled to a horizontal shelf frame (120a) located on the lower side. Although not shown in the drawing, for example, a lower projection (not shown) may be formed on the inclined lower surface (142), and an upper groove (not shown) into which the lower projection is fitted may be formed on the upper surface (121) of the horizontal shelf frame (120a).

[0072] At this time, with the inclined shelf section (140) assembled first, the lower horizontal shelf frame (120a) can be constructed so that the lower projection of the inclined lower surface (142) of the inclined shelf section (140) is fitted into the upper groove. Due to this structure, on-site assembly of the horizontal shelf section (120) and the inclined shelf section (140) can be facilitated, and construction errors can be minimized.

[0073] Referring to FIGS. 5 and 6, the cover frame (150) may be installed to be coupled to the front of the horizontal shelf section (120). The upper and lower surfaces of the cover frame (150) may be installed to cover both the upper and lower sides of the horizontal shelf section (120).

[0074] Specifically, the upper surface of the cover frame (150) may be positioned higher than the upper surface (121) of the horizontal shelf portion (120), and the lower surface of the cover frame (150) may be positioned lower than the lower surface of the horizontal shelf portion (120). In other words, the upper surface of the cover frame (150) may be positioned higher than the upper surface (121) of the horizontal shelf frame (120a), and the lower surface of the cover frame (150) may be positioned lower than the lower surface of the lighting frame (125).

[0075] As a result, the cover frame (150) can prevent a book (B) or display object to be placed on the upper surface (121) of the horizontal shelf (120) from falling or dropping, and at the same time can cover the lighting frame (125) or the lighting (200).

[0076] Depending on the installation position of the cover frame (150), the cover frame (150) may include an upper step (154a) and a lower step (154b).

[0077] The upper step (154a) may be formed by the height difference between the upper surface of the cover frame (150) and the upper surface (121) of the horizontal shelf section (120). The lower step (154b) may be formed by the height difference between the lower surface of the cover frame (150) and the lower surface of the horizontal shelf section (120). Specifically, the lower step (154b) may be formed by the height difference between the lower surface of the cover frame (150) and the lower surface of the lighting frame (125) of the horizontal shelf section (120).

[0078] FIG. 7 is a side view of a display auxiliary part mounted on an inclined shelf of a display bookshelf according to one embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 8 is a diagram showing the configuration of a magnetic sticker included in an inclined auxiliary part among the display auxiliary parts according to one embodiment of the present invention.

[0079] Referring to FIGS. 7 and 8, the display bookshelf (1) may further include a display assisting member (127, 157, 170) that assists in the display of a book (B) or a display object. The display assisting member (127, 157, 170) is structured to prevent slipping or damage to the book (B) or the display object.

[0080] For example, the display auxiliary part (127, 157, 170) may include an inclined auxiliary part (170) to prevent slipping when a book (B) or a display object is displayed on the inclined shelf part (140).

[0081] The above-mentioned inclined auxiliary part (170) can be formed in various shapes.

[0082] A slope assist member (170) according to one embodiment may include a magnetic part (171) embedded in the slope shelf member (140) and a magnetic sticker part (175) coupled to the magnetic part (171) by magnetic attraction. The magnetic part (171) may be embedded in the slope shelf member (140) so that it is not exposed externally.

[0083] Additionally, the magnetic sticker portion (175) may be configured to be detachably attached to a book (B) to be displayed on the inclined shelf portion (140). That is, when the book (B) is displayed on the inclined shelf portion (140), the magnetic sticker portion (175) attached to the book (B) is fixed by magnetic attraction with the magnetic portion (171), thereby preventing the book (B) from sliding.

[0084] Specifically, when the inclined shelf section (140) is installed at a somewhat high angle on the horizontal shelf section (120), it is easy for the user to examine the books (B) displayed on the inclined shelf section (140), whereas the books (B) may slide off the inclined shelf section (140) depending on their size, thickness, or material. To prevent this, if the magnetic sticker section (175) is attached to the back of the books (B) and then displayed, the books (B) can be stably maintained in the display through interaction with the magnetic section (171) embedded in the inclined shelf section (140).

[0085] In addition, since the magnetic sticker part (175) is detachable, the book (B) can be attached regardless of its shape and can be easily detached, thereby preventing damage to the book (B).

[0086] Referring to FIG. 8, the magnetic sticker portion (175) may be composed of a multilayer structure.

[0087] The magnetic sticker portion (175) may be composed of, for example, an adhesive layer (175a), a substrate layer (175b), and a magnetic layer (175c). The adhesive layer (175a) is the side that directly contacts the back of the book (B), and the magnetic sticker portion (175) can be detachably attached to the back of the book (B) to prevent damage to the book (B). For example, the adhesive layer (175a) may be composed of any one of polyurethane, silicone adhesive, or acrylic low-adhesion adhesive.

[0088] The substrate layer (175b) may be a film layer that supports another layer and constitutes the magnetic sticker portion (175). The substrate layer (175b) may be located between the adhesive layer (175a) and the magnetic layer (175c).

[0089] The substrate layer (175b) may be formed thinner than other layers and may be made of a flexible material. For example, the substrate layer (175b) may be composed of any one of PET, PP, or a paper-based sheet. The adhesive layer (175a) and the magnetic layer (175c) can be stably maintained by the substrate layer (175b).

[0090] The magnetic layer (175c) is formed of a magnet or magnetic metal material and can generate an adsorption action with the magnetic part (171). The magnetic layer (175c) may be composed of, for example, any one of a soft iron plate, a rubber magnet, or a thin neodymium plate.

[0091] The magnetic sticker portion (175) may be configured with a size of, for example, 0.3 to 1 mm. That is, the magnetic sticker portion (175) may prevent the book (B) from appearing to be displayed lifted on the inclined shelf portion (140).

[0092] Additionally, as an example, the magnetic part (171) may be configured and embedded in the inclined shelf part (140) in multiple units. The multiple magnetic parts (171) may be arranged at equal intervals in at least one row or column. This is to ensure that the size of the book (B) to be displayed on the inclined shelf part (140) can be easily applied regardless of the size. Likewise, the magnetic sticker part (175) may be configured in multiple units with sizes corresponding to the multiple magnetic parts (171). At this time, multiple magnetic sticker parts (175) may be attached to the book (B) to match the size of the book (B).

[0093] Alternatively, as another example, the magnetic part (171) may be embedded in a single number with a size corresponding to the width of the inclined shelf part (140). In this case, the magnetic sticker part (175) may be composed of multiple units, and in this case, the multiple magnetic sticker parts (175) may be adsorbed and fixed to a single number of magnetic parts (171) by magnetic attraction.

[0094] In one embodiment, the display auxiliary part (127, 157, 170) may further include a horizontal anti-slip part (127) formed on the horizontal shelf part (120). The horizontal anti-slip part (127) is formed on the upper surface (121) of the horizontal shelf part (120) that is located in front of the inclined shelf part (140), and may be configured in the form of a fine groove or slit. That is, the horizontal anti-slip part (127) may be formed on the upper surface (121) corresponding to the inclined display space. The horizontal anti-slip part (127) prevents the book (B) from sliding due to friction.

[0095] For example, the horizontal anti-slip portion (127) may be positioned in front of the upper groove.

[0096] Additionally, in one embodiment, the display auxiliary part (127, 157, 170) may further include a protective pad part (157) located between the rear surface of the cover frame (150) and the upper surface of the horizontal shelf part. The protective pad part (157) may be installed on the upper step (154a) of the cover frame (150). For example, the protective pad part (157) may be widely installed at the corner where the cover frame (150) and the upper surface (121) of the horizontal shelf part (120) meet. As a result, damage to the book (B) can be prevented even if a part of it touches the upper step (154a) or falls over due to impact.

[0097] FIG. 9 is a flowchart for manufacturing furniture according to one embodiment of the present invention.

[0098] Referring to FIG. 9, we intend to explain the process of generating a furniture design drawing and construction manual using AI when manufacturing furniture such as the display bookshelf (1) according to one embodiment of the present invention.

[0099] When the components to be used for manufacturing the aforementioned furniture are fixed, there is a problem in that it is difficult to produce the design drawings when the product is delivered based solely on a conceptual drawing that does not consider the limitations of these components during the initial design stage. Specifically, even though there are fixed specifications or limitations in machining of the components, the conceptual drawing does not account for these limitations; consequently, problems may arise such as difficulty in manufacturing without modifying the conceptual drawing, or difficulties in assembly during on-site construction based solely on the conceptual drawing.

[0100] When such problems occur, technical solutions are necessary because production delays, increased modification costs, and on-site errors frequently arise.

[0101] To solve these problems, artificial intelligence (AI) can be utilized to produce detailed drawings, construction procedure manuals, and manuals from conceptual drawings, taking into account the conditions of the components to be used and the conditions of on-site assembly.

[0102] For example, the above-mentioned component may be an LPM (Low Pressure Melamine) board, but is not limited thereto. The LPM board has fixed specifications (thickness, width, length) and machining conditions (minimum cutting unit, joining angle, etc.), and it is necessary to consider these conditions when preparing the design drawing.

[0103] To be used when designing furniture such as the display bookshelf (1) above, an AI-based furniture design automation and construction manual generation system may be used. The AI-based furniture design automation and construction manual generation system may include the steps of inputting background information of the furniture to be designed (S10), identifying and modifying elements that need to be modified considering the specifications of the components to be used and construction conditions (S20), generating a furniture detail drawing based on the modified results (S30), generating a construction procedure to optimize the assembly sequence based on the furniture detail drawing (S40), and generating a field construction manual based on the construction procedure (S50).

[0104] Specifically, in the step (S10) of inputting background information of the furniture, a conceptual diagram or drawing, furniture configuration information, dimension information, construction conditions, etc., can be received from the user.

[0105] At this time, the above furniture configuration information may include the components to be used. In addition, conditions that the user deems necessary to be reflected may be entered into the above furniture configuration information.

[0106] The above construction conditions may include the conditions of the contractor, the conditions of the construction site, etc.

[0107] The step (S20) of identifying and modifying elements requiring modification by considering the specifications and construction conditions of the components used may involve analyzing background information of the furniture by referring to a material DB, a machine processing DB, etc.

[0108] Specifically, infringing design elements, such as the specifications of the components to be used or parts that are difficult to machine, can be identified; accordingly, elements requiring modification are identified, and modification plans can be automatically derived. Furthermore, if modification plans are not feasible, alternative furniture configurations may be suggested.

[0109] The parts that are difficult to machine may include, for example, elements such as the cutting range, joining angle, and hinge position.

[0110] In the step (S30) of generating a furniture detail drawing based on the above-mentioned modified results, the elements requiring modification are identified, and a consistent furniture detail drawing can be generated based on the derived modification plan or alternative. The furniture detail drawing may include unfolded drawings, component division drawings, etc. Additionally, the unique code and joining information of each component may be inserted into the furniture detail drawing.

[0111] At this stage, the user can add elements that require further modification, and the furniture detail can be regenerated based on the added elements.

[0112] The step (S40) of generating a construction procedure to optimize the assembly sequence based on the above furniture detail drawing may include the sequence of connecting components, a list of tools and fasteners, precautions for workers, and issue points. At this time, a list of parts required for the assembly may be included.

[0113] The above-mentioned fasteners refer to pieces, hinges, etc., and the above-mentioned construction procedure document may include detailed information on the above-mentioned fasteners.

[0114] In addition, the step (S50) of generating a site construction manual based on the above construction procedure may include the assembly location of each member, the assembly direction, and information on tools to be used during each assembly, and each assembly step may be based on a QR code, for example.

[0115] In addition, in the above step (S50), the on-site construction manual may include the member number of each assembly step, verification of member photos, AR assembly process, etc.

[0116] The above-mentioned on-site construction manual can also be generated as a digital manual for mobile / tablets, and can also be generated as a printout.

[0117] Each of the above steps can be configured using artificial intelligence (AI), and the above reference DB can be continuously updated.

[0118] Although embodiments of the present invention have been described in more detail with reference to the attached drawings, the present invention is not necessarily limited to these embodiments and may be modified in various ways within the scope of the technical spirit of the present invention. Accordingly, the embodiments disclosed in the present invention are intended to explain, not limit, the technical spirit of the present invention, and the scope of the technical spirit of the present invention is not limited by these embodiments. Therefore, the embodiments described above should be understood as illustrative in all respects and not restrictive. The scope of protection of the present invention shall be interpreted by the claims below, and all technical spirits within an equivalent scope shall be interpreted as being included within the scope of rights of the present invention.

[0119] Therefore, other implementations, other embodiments, and equivalents to the claims also fall within the scope of the claims set forth below. Explanation of the symbols
