Description

Technology Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a pipe tube attachment device and a method for attaching pipe tubes using the pipe tube attachment device. More specifically, the invention relates to a pipe tube attachment device capable of stably maintaining a tight seal between tubes in a process of supplying a plurality of tubes to a transport path and attaching them with an adhesive, and a method for attaching pipe tubes using the pipe tube attachment device. Background Technology

[0002] In general, it is common practice in industrial and construction sites to combine multiple tubes in parallel for purposes such as fluid transfer or wire protection. To manufacture such composite tubes, a process is performed in which an adhesive is applied to the contact surfaces of each supplied tube and then cured by compressing them under a constant pressure.

[0003] However, conventional general tube attachment devices have the following problems.

[0004] First, there is a lack of responsiveness to changes in tube specifications. Although the outer diameter of a tube may vary slightly due to manufacturing process errors or material characteristics, existing devices have a chronic problem in which the gap between the upper and lower transfer rollers is fixed, causing the tube to be deformed by being pressed too hard, or conversely, insufficient compression force resulting in bonding defects.

[0005] Second, there is the issue of non-uniformity in adhesive application. Due to the characteristics of the tube with a circular cross-section, it is difficult to apply the adhesive evenly across the entire curved surface using a standard straight nozzle. In particular, when the tube's transport speed is variable, the amount of adhesive dispensed is inconsistent, resulting in the disadvantage of uneven bonding strength.

[0006] Third, there is misalignment and uneven curing during transport. When transporting two circular tubes stacked vertically, misalignment frequently occurs where the tubes slide sideways due to external impact or vibration. Furthermore, if heat is applied from only a specific direction during the post-bonding heat curing process, thermal deformation (warpage) of the tubes occurs, causing a degradation in the quality of the final product.

[0007] Therefore, there is an urgent need for advanced tube attachment technology that can simultaneously secure bonding precision and production stability by detecting changes in the outer diameter of the tube in real time to adjust the compression force, and by applying coating optimized for the tube curvature and achieving uniform heating in all directions. [0008] Japanese Patent Publication No. JP 2007-307875 The problem to be solved

[0009] The present invention aims to provide a pipe tube attachment device capable of stably maintaining a tight seal between tubes in a process of supplying a plurality of tubes to a transport path and attaching them with an adhesive, and a pipe tube attachment method using said pipe tube attachment device. means of solving the problem

[0010] According to one aspect of the present invention, the present invention provides a tube attachment device for pipes comprising: a first supply unit configured to supply a first tube to a transfer path; a second supply unit configured to supply a second tube to the transfer path when positioned at a location spaced apart from the first supply unit; an adhesive application unit configured to apply an adhesive to the outer surface of the first tube when positioned between the first supply unit and the second supply unit; and a transfer channel that guides the tubes so that the first tube and the second tube move in a state of contact with each other, wherein the transfer channel comprises an upper transfer member and a lower transfer member positioned spaced apart from each other and positioned to correspond with the tubes in between, thereby maintaining a state of close contact with each other while the tubes move.

[0011] According to another aspect of the present invention, the present invention provides a method for attaching a pipe tube using a pipe tube attachment device, comprising the steps of: supplying a first tube to a transport path through a first supply unit; supplying a second tube to the transport path at a position spaced apart from the first tube through a second supply unit; applying an adhesive to the outer surface of the first tube through an adhesive application unit; and guiding the first tube and the second tube to move in a state of contact with each other through a transport channel, wherein the guiding step comprises passing the tubes through an upper transport member and a lower transport member spaced apart from each other, and applying pressure to maintain a state of close contact between the tubes while they move. Effects of the invention

[0012] The pipe tube attachment device according to the present invention and the pipe tube attachment method using the pipe tube attachment device have the following effects.

[0013] First, by guiding the tube through a transfer channel between the upper transfer member and the lower transfer member, the contact state is stably maintained even during movement. In particular, through the coordinated control of the elastic member, the drive unit, and the sensor, the optimal compression force is maintained in real time regardless of changes in the outer diameter of the tube or minute errors, thereby significantly improving the precision of the tube connection and the reliability of the bond.

[0014] Second, by applying an arc-shaped nozzle head corresponding to the curvature of the tube, adhesive can be evenly applied to the entire outer surface of the circular tube. Furthermore, by controlling the discharge pressure in conjunction with the transfer speed, it becomes possible to manufacture high-quality piping without excessive application or omissions, thereby ensuring uniformity in adhesive application and minimizing the defect rate.

[0015] Third, by physically restraining the lateral deviation of two tubes in a vertically stacked state through guide plates and a central alignment groove with a semicircular groove structure, precise alignment can be maintained even during high-speed transfer processes. Additionally, by preventing deformation caused by tube twisting or tension changes through speed synchronization between drive motors and constant torque control, it offers the advantage of ensuring alignment stability and operational continuity during transfer.

[0016] Fourth, by uniformly irradiating radiant heat from all directions (360 degrees) through a tunnel-type heating structure placed downstream of the transfer channel, the adhesive interface is rapidly and evenly cured without local thermal deformation, thereby maximizing the structural strength of the finished pipe and increasing the durability of the final pipe through the efficiency of the curing process.

[0017] Fifth, by realizing the automation and advancement of the tube attachment process, it has the advantage of reducing production costs and providing a highly reliable attachment solution that can be universally utilized in manufacturing sites for pipes of various specifications. [0019] The present invention will be described in detail below by explaining preferred embodiments of the invention with reference to the attached drawings.

[0020] Referring to FIGS. 1 to 4, a tube attachment device (1000) for piping according to one embodiment of the present invention is a device for manufacturing an integrated pipe by moving a plurality of tubes (T1, T2) and bringing them into close contact from top to bottom using an adhesive. The tube attachment device (1000) for piping includes a first supply unit (1100), a second supply unit (1200), an adhesive application unit (1300), and a transfer channel (1400).

[0021] The first supply unit (1100) is configured to supply the first tube (T1) to the transfer path of the transfer channel (1400) to be described later. The first supply unit (1100) includes a plurality of rollers to supply the first tube (T1) to the transfer channel (1400).

[0022] As illustrated in FIG. 1, the first supply unit (1100) has a plurality of rollers arranged in an 'L' shape to transport the first tube (T1). This roller arrangement allows the first tube (T1) to proceed downward.

[0023] The second supply unit (1200) is positioned at a location spaced apart from the first supply unit (1100) (for example, above the first supply unit (1100)) and is configured to supply the second tube (T2) to the transfer path. The second supply unit (1200) also includes a plurality of rollers to guide the second tube (T2) to the upper side of the first tube (T1).

[0024] The second supply unit (1200) includes a plurality of rollers, just like the first supply unit (1100). The second supply unit (1200) is formed with fewer rollers than the number of rollers arranged in the first supply unit (1100).

[0025] The adhesive application unit (1300) is positioned on the transfer path between the first supply unit (1100) and the second supply unit (1200). The adhesive application unit (1300) applies adhesive to the outer surface of the first tube (T1) being transferred, thereby forming an adhesive interface with the second tube (T2) that is subsequently supplied.

[0026] The adhesive application section (1300) is formed so as to be spaced apart from the roller formed on the lower side by a certain distance. At this time, the spaced interval is formed to be smaller than the diameter of the first tube (T1) and the second tube (T2) so that the adhesive can be evenly applied to the first tube (T1).

[0027] The supplied first tube (T1) and second tube (T2) enter the transfer channel (1400). The transfer channel (1400) provides a path that guides the two tubes (T1, T2) to move while in contact with each other. Specifically, the transfer channel (1400) includes an upper transfer member (upper conveyor) (1420) and a lower transfer member (lower conveyor) (1410) that are spaced apart from each other and positioned to correspond to the tubes (T1, T2) in between.

[0028] Here, the lower conveying member (1410) may be configured in the form of a lower conveyor including a lower pulley (1411), a lower belt (1412), and a lower tension roller (1413), and the upper conveying member (1420) may be configured in the form of an upper conveyor including an upper pulley (1421), an upper belt (1422), and an upper tension roller (1423).

[0029] A channel space (1400a) is formed in the spaced-apart space between the upper transfer member (1420) and the lower transfer member (1410). The first tube (T1) and the second tube (T2) can be moved into this channel space (1400a). The lower transfer member (1410) includes a pair of lower pulleys (1411) provided at the front and rear ends, a lower belt (1412) that is constrained to the lower pulleys (1411) and provides orbital motion, and a lower tension roller (1413) provided at the bottom of the lower belt (1412) and provides tension to the lower belt (1412).

[0030] And the upper transfer member (1420) includes an upper pulley (1421), an upper belt (1422), and an upper tension roller (1423) having the same configuration as the lower transfer member (1410). That is, as the lower pulley (1411) and the upper pulley (1421) of the lower transfer member (1410) and the upper transfer member (1420) operate at the same speed, the first tube (T1) and the second tube (T2) introduced into the channel space (1400a) can be moved at a constant speed, and a connection with the second tube (T2) can be provided through the adhesive applied to the first tube (T1).

[0031] Additionally, as illustrated in FIG. 3, the lower belt (1412) and the upper belt (1422) may be formed to include protrusions on their surfaces to prevent the first tube (T1) and the second tube (T2), which are drawn into the channel space (1400a), from being separated outward. By being formed with such protrusions, smooth transport of the first tube (T1) and the second tube (T2) can be provided.

[0032] In addition, as shown in FIG. 2, a plurality of lower tension rollers (1413) and upper tension rollers (1423) may be formed, and the lower belt (1412) and upper belt (1422) may alternately be positioned on the upper and lower sides of the lower tension rollers (1413) and upper tension rollers (1423) formed in a plurality, thereby maintaining the tension of the lower belt (1412) and upper belt (1422). Through this close transfer process, the first tube (T1) and the second tube (T2) are firmly attached by an adhesive and manufactured into a final pipe shape.

[0033] Referring to FIG. 5, a pipe tube attachment device (2000) according to another embodiment of the present invention includes a first supply unit (not shown), a second supply unit (not shown), an adhesive application unit (not shown), a transfer channel (2400), a driving unit (2500), a tube outer diameter measuring sensor (2600), and a control unit (2700). The pipe tube attachment device (2000) according to this embodiment differs from the pipe tube attachment device (1000) according to FIG. 1 to 4 in that it further includes a precision control configuration for responding in real time to changes in the tube specifications, while the remaining configurations are similar. Therefore, the precision control configuration for responding in real time to changes in the tube specifications is described in detail, and a detailed description of other configurations is omitted.

[0034] First, the upper transfer member (2420) of the present embodiment is installed to be vertically movable so as to vary the distance between it and the lower transfer member (2410). At this time, the upper transfer member (2420) is provided with an elastic member (2430). The elastic member (2430) constantly presses the upper transfer member (2420) in the downward direction, that is, in the direction of the lower transfer member (2410), to provide elastic force. Through this, the tubes (T1, T2) within the transfer channel (2400) receive a constant compression force through elastic force, and elastically absorb minute thickness variations that occur during transfer, thereby stably maintaining the compression state.

[0035] Additionally, the driving unit (2500) supports the upper end of the elastic member (2430). The driving unit (2500) is composed of a motor or a cylinder and controls the degree of compression of the elastic member (2430). Specifically, the driving unit (2500) adjusts the basic height of the upper transfer member (2420) by moving the support position of the elastic member (2430) up and down. That is, the driving unit (2500) sets an overall spacing that matches the basic specifications of the tubes (T1, T2), and the elastic member (2430) performs the role of maintaining a substantial compression force within that set range.

[0036] For more precise control, a tube outer diameter measuring sensor (2600) is positioned at the inlet side of the transfer channel (2400) to measure the outer diameter of each of the incoming tubes (T1, T2) in real time. The outer diameter data of the first tube (T1) and the second tube (T2) measured by the tube outer diameter measuring sensor (2600) is transmitted to the control unit (2700).

[0037] The control unit (2700) calculates the sum of the outer diameters of each tube (T1, T2) received from the tube outer diameter measuring sensor (2600) and the preset optimal adhesive compression rate. Subsequently, the control unit (2700) operates the drive unit (2500) according to the calculated result to dynamically control the height of the upper transfer member (2420). For example, if the outer diameter of the incoming tube is larger than the reference value, the drive unit (2500) is adjusted upward to prevent tube deformation caused by excessive compression, and if the outer diameter is smaller than the reference value, it is adjusted downward to prevent adhesive failure. Through this dynamic control system, optimal adhesion quality can always be ensured regardless of changes in tube specifications.

[0038] Although not shown in the drawing, a pressure plate may be disposed between the drive unit (2500) and the elastic member (2430). Additionally, an upper transfer member support frame may be disposed between the elastic member (2430) and the upper transfer member (2420). That is, in this embodiment, the lower transfer member (2410), tubes (T1, T2), upper transfer member (4420), the upper transfer member support frame, the elastic member (2430), the pressure plate, and the drive unit (2500) are arranged sequentially from bottom to top.

[0039] Referring to FIG. 6, a pipe tube attachment device (3000) according to another embodiment of the present invention includes a first supply unit (not shown), a second supply unit (not shown), an adhesive application unit (3300), and a transfer channel (not shown). Compared to the pipe tube attachment device (1000) according to FIG. 1 to 4, the pipe tube attachment device (3000) according to this embodiment differs in the configuration of the adhesive application unit (3300) and the control method thereof, while the remaining configurations are similar. Therefore, the adhesive application unit (3300) is described in detail, and a detailed description of the other configurations is omitted.

[0040] The adhesive application unit (3300) is for uniformly applying adhesive to the outer surface of the first tube (T1) supplied through the first supply unit, and is equipped with a nozzle (3310) for discharging the adhesive, a flow rate control unit (3320) for precisely controlling the amount of adhesive discharged, a pressure sensor (3330) for detecting the discharge pressure of the adhesive in real time, and a valve (3340) for controlling the discharge of the adhesive by the flow rate control unit (3320), so that feedback control can be performed to ensure stable application within a set pressure range.

[0041] More specifically, at the end of the nozzle (3310), a nozzle head (3311) in the shape of a curved arc is provided to correspond to the shape of the outer surface of the first tube (T1). Unlike conventional simple point spraying or straight-line spraying methods, the nozzle head (3311) of the present invention is positioned to wrap around a certain angle (for example, in the range of 90 to 180 degrees on the upper outer surface of the tube) in accordance with the curvature of the circular tube. Through this, the adhesive is evenly applied not only to the central part of the tube but also to the side curved surface, thereby maximizing the bonding area with the second tube and improving the bonding strength.

[0042] Meanwhile, the flow rate control unit (3320) dynamically controls the amount of adhesive discharged by controlling the valve (3340) in response to a transfer speed that varies according to the production process efficiency of the tubes. Specifically, the flow rate control unit (3320) detects the transfer speed of the tubes through the rotational speed of the first drive motor of the first supply unit or the second drive motor of the second supply unit.

[0043] If the transfer speed increases, the flow control unit (3320) increases the discharge amount per unit time by increasing the discharge pressure of the nozzle (3310) in proportion to the detected speed. Conversely, if the transfer speed decreases, the discharge pressure is lowered to prevent waste or excessive application of adhesive. Through this speed-linked variable control, the amount of adhesive applied per unit length of the tube can be maintained constant regardless of changes in production speed, and as a result, uniform adhesion quality can be ensured throughout the entire piping line.

[0044] Referring to FIG. 7, a pipe attachment device (4000) according to another embodiment of the present invention includes a first supply unit (not shown), a second supply unit (not shown), an adhesive application unit (not shown), a transfer channel (4400), a tube outer diameter measuring sensor (4600), a control unit (4700), and a tube alignment module (4800). The pipe attachment device (4000) according to this embodiment differs from the pipe attachment device (1000) according to FIG. 1 to 4 in that it further includes a structure of a transfer channel (4400) to prevent the first tube (T1) and the second tube (T2) from shaking in the left and right directions or deviating from the transfer path during the process of transferring the tubes, a tube outer diameter measuring sensor (4600), a control unit (4700), and a tube alignment module (4800), while the remaining configuration is similar. Therefore, the transfer channel (4400), tube outer diameter measuring sensor (4600), control unit (4700), and tube alignment module (4800) are described in detail, and a detailed description of other components is omitted.

[0045] The transfer channel (4400) is a passage through which the first tube (T1) and the second tube (T2) are transferred while receiving an upward and downward compressive force while joined together via an adhesive. The transfer channel (4400) has a central alignment groove (4400b) formed in the center to align the tubes (T1, T2). The central alignment groove (4400b) may be formed as a semicircular groove structure corresponding to the curvature of the tubes (T1, T2), and accordingly, the first tube (T1) and the second tube (T2) can be stably seated while stacked vertically.

[0046] Specifically, a lower central alignment groove (4400b1) is formed at the top of the lower transfer member (4410) so that the first tube (T1) can be seated thereon, and an upper central alignment groove (4400b2) is formed at the bottom of the upper transfer member (4420) so that the second tube (T2) can be supported at a corresponding position. Due to this structure, the first tube (T1) and the second tube (T2) are physically restricted from moving in the left or right direction while maintaining contact with each other during the transfer process, and accordingly, the stability of the bonding process can be improved.

[0047] In addition, the guide plate (4810) acts as a side guide that limits the left and right positions of the tube, and the central alignment groove (4400b) acts as a structure that supports the lower and upper parts of the tube, respectively, thereby having the effect of stably transporting the first tube (T1) and the second tube (T2) while maintaining a vertical stacked state.

[0048] The guide plate (4810) may be formed as a pair of plate-shaped members arranged on both sides in the width direction of the transfer channel (4400), and may be formed in the shape of a flat plate or a rectangular plate extending along the length direction. These guide plates (4810) are arranged parallel to the transfer direction of the first tube (T1) and the second tube (T2), and may be configured to restrict deviation in the left and right directions while the tubes (T1, T2) are being transferred. The guide plate (4810) is formed in a left-right symmetrical structure centered on the tube (T1, T2) placed in the center. Additionally, the lower guide plate (4811) and the upper guide plate (4812) are also formed in a symmetrical structure with respect to a virtual horizontal axis crossing the contact portions of the first tube (T1) and the second tube (T2).

[0049] The guide plate (4810) may be formed with a structure including a lower guide plate (4811) and an upper guide plate (4812), and may guide the tubes to move stably along the central area of the transfer channel (4400) by limiting the left and right positions of the first tube (T1) and the second tube (T2). Additionally, the guide plate (4810) may be supported to allow sliding movement in a direction facing each other along the width direction of the transfer channel (4400), and may be configured to move symmetrically by the same distance relative to the central reference line by a synchronous movement mechanism (4820).

[0050] Specifically, the guide plate (4810) has a 'ㄱ' shape or an 'ㄴ' shape. That is, the lower guide plate (4811) in close contact with the lower transfer member (4410) has a 'ㄱ' shape, and the upper guide plate (4812) in close contact with the upper transfer member (4420) has an 'ㄴ' shape. At this time, the upper part of the lower guide plate (4811) having a 'ㄱ' shape and the lower part of the upper transfer member (4420) having an 'ㄴ' shape are spaced apart to form a spaced gap, and a synchronous movement mechanism (4820) is fixedly positioned on the guide plate (4810) in the spaced gap.

[0051] In this embodiment, when the synchronous movement mechanism (4820) slides in the left-right direction (horizontal direction), the guide plate (4810) also moves together. At this time, a groove is formed in the horizontal direction (left-right direction) at the end of the lower moving member (4410) that is in close contact with the guide plate (4810) to provide a space for the guide plate (4810) to slide together when the synchronous movement mechanism (4820) slides. However, the present invention is not limited thereto, and the method of moving the guide plate (4810) can be changed in any way.

[0052] Specifically, the synchronous movement mechanism (4820) is connected to move a pair of guide plates (4810) simultaneously, so that even if the spacing between the guide plates (4810) is adjusted, the central axes of the first tube (T1) and the second tube (T2) do not deviate from the central reference line of the transfer channel (4400). Accordingly, even when tubes of various specifications having different outer diameters are applied, the tubes can be stably guided while maintaining a central alignment state by adjusting the spacing of the guide plates (4810).

[0053] Accordingly, the tube alignment module (4800) of the present embodiment combines the symmetric sliding structure of the guide plate (4810) and the guide structure of the central alignment groove (4400b), thereby providing the effect of stably maintaining the center alignment state of the tube and performing the transfer and joining process even when tubes of different outer diameters are applied.

[0054] The synchronous movement mechanism (4820) includes a mechanical adjustment structure for adjusting the position of a pair of guide plates (4810). In this embodiment, the synchronous movement mechanism (4820) may include an adjustment screw shaft extending in the left and right directions, and a handle or a drive motor for rotational driving may be connected to one or both sides of the adjustment screw shaft.

[0055] The outer surface of the adjustment screw shaft may be provided with a left screw thread and a right screw thread formed in opposite directions, and a guide plate (4810) having a corresponding screw coupling part formed therein may be coupled to each screw thread. Accordingly, when the adjustment screw shaft rotates, the guide plates (4810) positioned on the left and right sides move simultaneously, thereby adjusting the gap between the guide plates.

[0056] Additionally, the adjustment screw shaft may be rotatably supported by a device frame or a support bracket, and may additionally be provided with a locking nut or position fixing means to fix the rotational position. With such a structure, the operator can quickly and precisely adjust the spacing of the guide plate (4810) by rotating a single adjustment element, and can stably maintain the alignment of the device even when tubes of various specifications are applied.

[0057] An elastic pad (4830) is provided on the inner surface of the guide plate (4810). The elastic pad (4830) may be formed of rubber, silicone, urethane, or an equivalent elastic material, and may be positioned to contact the outer surface of the first tube (T1) and the second tube (T2). The elastic pad (4830) formed in this way can adhere to the outer surface of the tube through elastic deformation even if there is a slight deviation in the outer diameter of the tube or if the tube surface is not perfectly circular.

[0058] Additionally, the elastic pad (4830) can act to absorb micro-vibrations or left-right shaking that may occur while the tubes (T1, T2) are being transported, thereby assisting in maintaining a stable alignment state between the first tube (T1) and the second tube (T2) while they are in contact with each other. In particular, the elastic pad (4830) acts as a cushioning layer in direct contact with the outer surface of the tube, thereby mitigating direct friction or impact between the guide plate (4810), made of metal or a hard material, and the tube, and thus maintaining a stable alignment state while preventing surface damage to the tube.

[0059] The elastic pad (4830) may be formed in a structure that is directly attached to the inner surface of the guide plate (4810), and may be joined by any one of the following: adhesive bonding using an adhesive, mechanical fastening using a bolt or rivet, or insertion bonding structure that is fitted into an insertion groove. In one embodiment, a pad receiving groove extending in the longitudinal direction may be formed on the inner surface of the guide plate (4810), and the elastic pad (4830) may be configured to be inserted and fixed into the pad receiving groove.

[0060] In this embodiment, the elastic pad (4830) has a 'ㄱ' shape or an 'ㄴ' shape. That is, the lower elastic pad in close contact with the lower transfer member (4410) has a 'ㄱ' shape, and the upper elastic pad in close contact with the upper transfer member (4420) has an 'ㄴ' shape. Through this, the elastic pad (4830) can be fixed in close contact with both the portions extending in the vertical direction and the portions extending in the horizontal direction of the lower transfer member (4410) and the upper transfer member (4420), respectively, thereby strengthening the fixing force. However, the present invention is not limited thereto, and the shape of the elastic pad (4830) can be changed as many times as desired.

[0061] The tube outer diameter measuring sensor (4600) serves to detect the outer diameter of the first tube (T1) and the second tube (T2). The tube outer diameter measuring sensor (2600) may be placed on the inlet side of the transfer channel (4400) or at the front end of the tube alignment module (4800), and may be configured to measure the outer diameter of the first tube (T1) or the second tube (T2) being transferred in a non-contact or contact manner. For example, the tube outer diameter measuring sensor (4600) may be implemented in various forms, such as a laser sensor, an optical sensor, or a mechanical contact sensor.

[0062] The control unit (4700) controls the operation of the tube alignment module (4800) according to the detection result detected by the tube outer diameter measurement sensor (4600). The control unit (4700) can calculate the actual outer diameter information of the tubes (T1, T2) based on the outer diameter measurement signal transmitted from the tube outer diameter measurement sensor (4600) and calculate an appropriate guide gap corresponding thereto. The control unit (4700) can also control the synchronous movement mechanism (4820) to drive according to the calculated gap information to adjust the relative position of a pair of guide plates (4810).

[0063] With this automatic adjustment structure, even when tubes of various specifications with different outer diameters are supplied, the spacing of the guide plates (4810) can be automatically adjusted without the operator performing separate manual adjustments, and accordingly, the tubes can always be transported in a state aligned with the center reference line of the transport channel (4400). In addition, this automatic alignment control can reduce the device setup time due to changes in tube specifications and prevent the occurrence of eccentric transport of the tubes or errors in the bonding position, thereby improving the stability and production efficiency of the piping tube attachment process.

[0064] Referring to FIG. 8, a pipe tube attachment device (5000) according to another embodiment of the present invention includes a first supply unit (5100), a second supply unit (5200), an adhesive application unit (not shown), a transfer channel (not shown), and a control unit (5700). Compared to the pipe tube attachment device (1000) according to FIG. 1 to 4, the pipe tube attachment device (5000) according to this embodiment differs in the drive control system (5100, 5200) and the control method thereof, while the remaining configuration is similar. Therefore, the drive control system (5100, 5200) and the control unit (5700) that controls the drive control system (5100, 5200) are described in detail, and a detailed description of other configurations is omitted.

[0065] The piping tube attachment device (5000) according to the present embodiment includes a plurality of driving sources for independently supplying and transporting a first tube and a second tube, respectively. Specifically, the first supply unit (5100) includes a first driving motor (5110) that generates the supply speed and transport force of the first tube, and the second supply unit (5200) includes a second driving motor (5210) that operates separately from the first supply unit (5100) to supply the second tube.

[0066] In addition, this embodiment includes a control unit (5700) that integrally manages and controls the operation of the first drive motor (5110) and the second drive motor (5210). The control unit (5700) optimizes the entire transfer line by controlling the rotational speed (RPM) and torque in real time by adjusting the power applied to each drive motor.

[0067] The control unit (5700) synchronizes the rotational speeds of the first drive motor (5110) and the second drive motor (5210) in real time to prevent twisting, stretching, or physical deformation of the tubes that may occur due to the difference in supply speed between the first tube and the second tube. Through this, the two tubes enter the transfer channel at the same linear speed, and accurate attachment without slippage of the adhesive surface becomes possible.

[0068] Furthermore, the control unit (5700) performs constant torque control to maintain the tension of the tubes at a constant level. Specifically, the control unit (5700) variably controls the output torque of each drive motor in response to changes in the material of the tube or frictional force along the transport path. If the transport resistance of one tube increases and excessive tension occurs, the torque of the corresponding drive motor is finely adjusted to prevent the tube from stretching or being damaged.

[0069] Through the organic combination of speed synchronization and constant torque control by such a control unit (5700), the present invention induces the conveyed tubes to be attached in an optimal tension state without physical stress, which leads to a dramatic improvement in the structural stability and quality uniformity of the manufactured piping.

[0070] Referring to FIG. 9, a pipe tube attachment device (6000) according to another embodiment of the present invention includes a first supply unit (not shown), a second supply unit (not shown), an adhesive application unit (not shown), a transfer channel (not shown), a control unit (6700), and a heating unit (6900). The pipe tube attachment device (6000) according to this embodiment differs from the pipe tube attachment device (1000) according to FIG. 1 to 4 in that it further includes a control unit (6700) and a heating unit (6900), while the remaining configuration is similar. Therefore, the control unit (6700) and the heating unit (6900) will be described in detail, and a detailed description of the other configurations will be omitted.

[0071] A heating unit (6900) is installed on the downstream side of the transfer channel of the tube attachment device (6000) for piping according to the present embodiment to rapidly and firmly cure the adhesive interface of the first tube (T1) and the second tube (T2) which are transferred in an upper and lower close contact state with an adhesive applied. The heating unit (6900) is characterized by being formed in a tunnel-shaped structure that surrounds the path through which the tubes (T1, T2) pass.

[0072] The heating unit (6900) includes a heating unit body (6910) and a temperature sensor (6920). The heating unit body (6910) includes a heating unit body center (6911), a heating unit body first wing portion (6912), and a heating unit body second wing portion (6913).

[0073] In detail, the central part (6911) of the heating unit body is formed in a hollow tunnel shape having a certain length along the transport direction of the tube, and a plurality of heating elements are arranged inside to generate radiant heat. This tunnel-shaped structure not only prevents heat from leaking out, but is also configured to uniformly irradiate radiant heat from all directions (360 degrees) over the entire outer surface of the vertically stacked tubes (T1, T2). This prevents local thermal expansion or warpage of the piping that may occur when only a specific cross-section of the tube is heated, and provides the effect of maximizing adhesive strength by delivering uniform curing energy to the entire adhesive interface.

[0074] The first wing portion (6912) of the heating unit body is integrally formed at the lower end of one side (left) of the center (6911) of the heating unit body. The first wing portion (6912) of the heating unit body serves to fix the heating unit body (6910) onto the device on which the heating unit (6900) is installed. The first wing portion (6912) of the heating unit body has a plate structure that extends in the left-right direction (horizontal direction).

[0075] The second wing portion (6913) of the heating unit body is integrally formed at the lower end of the other side (right side) of the center (6911) of the heating unit body. The second wing portion (6913) of the heating unit body serves to fix the heating unit body (6910) onto the device on which the heating unit (6900) is installed. The first wing portion (6912) of the heating unit body has a plate structure that extends in the left-right direction (horizontal direction). The second wing portion (6913) of the heating unit body is formed in a symmetrical structure with respect to the first wing portion (6912) of the heating unit body with respect to the center (6911) of the heating unit body.

[0076] In addition, the heating unit (6900) of the present embodiment is equipped with a temperature sensor (6920) that detects the internal temperature in real time. The heating unit (6900) is precisely controlled by a heat output control unit (6700).

[0077] The control unit (6700) performs feedback control of the heating unit (6900) by comparing the current temperature value received from the temperature sensor (6920) with the set target temperature. In particular, the control unit (6700) variably controls the heating temperature based on the appropriate curing temperature according to the material of the tubes (T1, T2) (e.g., PE, PVC, rubber, etc.) and the real-time transfer speed. For example, if the transfer speed increases and the time the tubes (T1, T2) stay in the heating unit (6900) is shortened, the control unit (6700) raises the heating temperature within a certain range to prevent insufficient curing. Conversely, if the transfer speed decreases, the temperature is lowered to prevent thermal damage to the tube material. Through this intelligent temperature control, a highly reliable tube attachment process is realized that can always maintain optimal curing quality regardless of changes in process conditions.

[0078] Hereinafter, a method for manufacturing a tube attachment device (1000) for piping according to FIGS. 1 to 4 will be described.

[0079] Referring to FIG. 10, a method for attaching a piping tube (S100) according to another embodiment of the present invention includes a first tube supply step (S110), an adhesive application step (S120), a second tube supply step (S130), and a joining step (S140). First, the first tube supply step (S110) supplies a first tube (T1) to a transfer channel (1400) through a first supply unit (1100). At this time, the first supply unit (1100) is formed on the lower side.

[0080] Next, the adhesive application step (S120) applies adhesive to the upper side of the first tube (T1) through the adhesive application part (1300). At this time, the adhesive applied is an adhesive that enables the first tube (T1) to be attached to the second tube (T2), and can provide adhesion in a short time.

[0081] Next, the second tube supply step (S130) supplies the second tube (T2) through the second supply unit (1200). At this time, steps S110 to S130 may proceed sequentially, but may also operate simultaneously. Additionally, step S130 according to the present embodiment may proceed first.

[0082] Next, in the joining step (S140), the first tube (T1) and the second tube (T2) are joined while being transferred to the channel space (143) of the transfer channel (1400) with the second tube (T2) attached to the upper surface of the first tube (T1) to which adhesive has been applied. Then, as shown in FIG. 4, the first tube (T1) and the second tube (T2) are attached, and a plurality of pipes can be combined to provide a pipe tube corresponding to various sizes.

[0083] If moisture or contaminants are introduced into the interior of the first tube (T1) and the second tube (T2) through micropores, that is, into the interior of the first tube (T1) and the second tube (T2), problems such as the formation of rust on the piping inside the first tube (T1) and the second tube (T2) may occur. Therefore, to prevent moisture or contaminants from entering the piping through the first tube (T1) and the second tube (T2), a coating solution may be applied to the outer surface of the first tube (T1) and the second tube (T2).

[0084] The present invention has been described with reference to the embodiments illustrated in the drawings, but this is merely illustrative, and those skilled in the art will understand that various modifications and equivalent alternative embodiments are possible therefrom. Accordingly, the true technical scope of protection of the present invention should be determined by the technical spirit of the appended claims. Explanation of the symbols
